> Prologue: The new comer.

A gray, cross eyed pegasus sat in a dark room with only a single lightbulb swinging a bit. The door opened and Princess Luna came inside, followed by a mint colored unicorn and a yellow earth pony with a blue & pink mane, both in black suits and sunglasses. Luna stood over, next to the pegasus. 
"Do you know why you're here?" Luna asked. The pegasus swallowed hard.
"I saw something I shouldn't." the pegasus answered, sweating a bit. 
"Yes. And what was it that you saw?"
"...those two... firing at... something." 
"Indeed. Ladies, can you tell me what you two were firing at?" 
"A class 5 case invader," the earth pony answered "your majesty." 
"More detailed," the unicorn added "the alias' name was named 'Megatron'."
"We're sure his followers, called 'Decepticons', will return, probably with a full scale invasion on Equestria."
"We're gonna need every help we can get in the next 24 hours."
"Thank you both." Luna replied. She turned back to the pegasus. "We have two choices for you: 1) we erase your memory on what you saw. You go back to your life as a mailmare, without knowing your boyfriend is actually a dimensional being that looks like a pony and raise your daughter."
"And the second?" the pegasus asked 
"2) You join us."
"...Join you?" 
"Yes. You learn more about the universe and others out there, protect Equestria without anyone knowing you even exist. All of your past will be erased and you will be pronounced 'Deceased', but you will know what's truly happening." 
"Did... anypony join like this?"
"Yes. Agent Lyra?" 
"Yes ma'am?" the unicorn asked. 
"Why don't you tell them how you joined us?"
"Who are you guys?" the pegasus asked 
"We are the Mares in Black." 
"Don't worry," the unicorn said, taking a seat. "I was in your place as well at least... two weeks ago. You got a name?"
"It's Derpy." the pegasus replied 
"Ahh... Derpy. Care to listen? We got all day."
"I... don't see why not." 
"Good. It all began a week ago, on a night that will forever change my life."


Two Weeks ago


Lyra lied in her bed, halfway asleep. For years, she had tried everything she can to find and capture a human being: a creature that stood on two legs, a lack of fur on it's body, hair, and wore clothing. She tried her best to find one, from using traps where the bait was a daisy sandwich, calling out a human as if it were a dog, and even shaking her plot around. Today was another failure, but to Lyra, it was a success on how not to find a human. She would try again tomorrow, hoping Lyra wouldn't mind. She began to sloes her eyes until a bright light came from her window. It glowed an eerie green, which would cause anypony to hide, but she was rather curious. Looking outside, she saw a green glowing orb, a bit bigger than most ponies around, floating somewhere in Ponyville's market area. Some silhouettes came out of the orb, causing Lyra a sense of wonder & fear. Were these humans? At least three came out, all stood upright, seemed to have hair, had hands, and wore clothing, thanks to their feet looking more round than having toes. 
"Are we here?" one of the figures asked in a deep male voice
"I don't know," a teenage girls sounding voice replied "it looks like it."
"This is strange," a dorky sounding male in their group said "I thought we'd turn into our O.C.s as well." 
"STOP RIGHT THERE!!!" A voice yelled. Lyra looked and saw a bunch of ponies walking towards them. 
"Bronies." one of the ponies said "Why do they always come here?"
"Ever since October 10, 2010," another pony said "this has been occurring more times than needed!"
"What do you mean?" the deep sounding human asked "We just got here!"
"More have came here before us?" the female human asked 
"Of course!" Another pony answered "Stun them!!!" One of the ponies pulled out a weird device, where he or she aimed it at the 'Bronies'. The brines began to run away, as a single shot was fired at them, knocking them all down. Lyra could hear them groan a bit. Some of the ponies came up and dragged the bronies back. 
"Alright everypony," one of the ponies said "sunglasses on." Almost choreographed, they all put on their sunglasses. 
"Can we close this?" another pony asked 
"Affermative. Give me a minute."
"What's going on?" the dorky human asked "Equestria is suppose to be nice!!!"
"It is." a female pony replied "You should've came to us first. Goodnight." Still near her window, Lyra watched as one of the ponies, supposedly a unicorn, horn glowed. She ducked, not wanting to see anything violent. She looked right back up, to see what they did: the humans were fine, but seemed confused on what's happening. One of the ponies bucked the bronies back into the orb, sending them back to who knows where. 
"Oh well," one of the ponies said "think more will come tomorrow night?" 
"Most likely." another answered "Kinda makes me wish that Twilight hadn't meet her friends."
"It was that or eternal darkness." the mare said "C'mon, let's get back to base." 
"What about here?" one of them asked "there may be some pony that watched this." 
"So what? Luna will send in the day shift members to deal with 'em. Let's get back; I need some shut eye." Just like that, they walked away. Lyra stood near her wind, left eye twitching with millions of questions in her head: Who were those ponies? Were those humans? What's a Brony? How do they mix in with Twilight and her Friends? Who will come to her house? Despite all of this, she fell onto her back and passed out, probably from the lack of sleep she received.

Some knocking was heard on the door. Lyra snorted herself awake. Celestia's sun hit her in her sight, causing the unicorn to get up. It was clearly the morning time, and a bunch of ponies, all having sunglasses and wearing black suits, were surrounding the orb area from last night, while others were going around, house to house, asking the local residents if they saw anything last night. Her best guess was that they were the ones knocking and woke her up. She heard the door open, most likely Bon-Bon opened it. 
"Oh. Hello Octy." Bon Bon's voice was heard below, greeting somepony. "Something wrong?"
"No," the pony named 'Octy' replied "is Lyra here?"
"Oh yes, she should be upstairs in her room."
"Can you call her down?"
"Already there. Lyra!!! Some ponies want to meet you." Lyra carefully went downstairs, peeking around the corner to see these ponies: sure enough, at least three of the ponies in black suits with sunglasses were there. She could see that 'Octy' was clearly the famous Octavia. The other two ponies were some stallions, one being a gray colored unicorn and the other a bright yellow pegasus. 
"Hello Lyra. Please, take a seat."  Lyra wasn't sure if she should follow them or not, but to be safe, she followed. "We're from the New Lunar Republic Night Watch and we want to ask you some questions."
"O...k." Lyra responded, sounding a bit suspicious. 
"Alright. Did you see anything last night? Say, an eerie green glow, a floating orb, and/or weird creatures creatures that stood on two legs?"
"No. The thing I did saw last night was my dream of meeting a human."
"A... human?" the unicorn's horn began to glow
"Forgive her," Bon Bon apologized, getting in between them & Lyra "she's been doing this ever since we were gillie in school."
"Really?"
"Yeah. She always claims that, one day, she'll find herself a human and, I don't know, live with it. She actually had a pet monkey one time to have it evolve into human." 
"hmm." The three ponies in suits began to whisper to each other. Octy turned around to them "Alright then. Bon Bon, care to join us? Princess Luna will need your validation."
"...Alright. But remember what I said last night: I'm gonna need some shut eye." Lyra's eyes widened & pupils shrunk!!! She remembered what that one pony said from last night: I'm gonna need some shut eye. Sweet Celestia, was she with them? Should she follow them? Only time can tell. 


Five Hours Later
 

All the other ponies in black suits began to move away from the scene last night. Lyra watched as a couple of the town residents were fine from last night, but saying that those ponies told them that this was a lunar teleportation testing thing from last night and that they choose to do this after in being in Canterlot for a week. This was obviously a lie, but they seemed to really foolishly believe it more than anything. Perhaps that's what the unicorns' spell is: a memory erasing spell? From what she remembers,  that spell is only for princesses, and is highly illegal for any to use unless allowed by a princess or to royalty. These ponies didn't look like they were part of royalty, at all, but looked more like business ponies. Is their business something illegal? She had to find out and tell everypony!!! With luck, Princess Twilight, Celestia, Cadence, and Luna can put an end to this group once and for all! Perhaps... she could become a princess. Oh yeah... the princess of humans, where she can rule the human, and-
"Ahem?" a random pony coughed. Lyra woke up. She was day dreaming again, something she had to control, especially in a situation like this. She remembered that she was on pursuit, following two of these ponies in black suits, which were on the same train as her. They were on their way to Canterlot, thanks to the castle in the distance. This was going to be tricky, especially with the city's crowds. 
It took the train a few minutes to stop, but they were finally in Canterlot. Lyra ran out of the train and into a nearby store. Without much questioning nor talking, she bought herself a large jacket and fedora to hide her identity from the strange ponies. She followed them, leaning on a wall, going behind some trashcans, and joining the crowd every time they turned to see if they're being watched or followed. She could hear them talk a bit: they seemed to be having normal conversations. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary by the way they talked, or at least until something else. 
"You guys saw that unicorn," one of the ponies said "that mint one?"
"Oh yeah." the other replied "How does she know humans? She's not even an M.I.B. member, but seems to get the idea right."
"She didn't even describe what a human looked liked."
"Well, if she heard the name, she must know what it looks like."
"Maybe, but she may confuse a Vulcan for a human, right?"
"Oh yeah, I completely forgot about them." 
"Anyways, think she could be a potential M.I.B. agent?"
"Maybe. I just to know if both the boss and Bon Bon would allow it." 
I KNEW IT!!! SHE IS WITH THEM!!!
The duo went into an alleyway. Lyra stopped in a corner and peeked over: the alleyway looked like an ordinary one, complete with trash cans, a cat eating bones of a fish, and a vending machine. The two stopped at a vending machine. One of them placed a bit inside the machine and the other began to put in some code. Though she couldn't see it very well, it looked as if it were a 4 digit code: 5862. Instead of dropping a snack, the vending machine moved forward a bit then scooted to the left, revealing a door behind it. The duo entered, still having a casual conversation. This was her chance: she booked it, last the closing vending machine door. It closed right behind her, covering her in darkness. Lights came above her, revealing the area to be a long, white, and bright hallway. She took off her disguise and began to walk down the hallway. The duo was missing for some weird reason, but maybe there was some secret entrance in this hallway. At the end of the hallway, was a simple black door. She didn't know why, but she felt like she had to go over there and open it. Taking filly steps, she walked to the black door, not even knowing what may be behind it. Her heart pounded hard as she walked to it, as minutes seemed to be hours, she was sweating very hard. She looked at the door, and she reached for it, now with a waterfall of sweat coming down. A low umping noise came right behind her, followed by a feel of heat. She stopped as something metallic gently touched her coat. 
"Don't move." a simple voice was said. Lyra was caught. "Turn around." Lyra turned around slowly. A bunch of the ponies in black suits were there, all holding some weird weapons that weren't spears, but looked WAY advanced for Equine technology, with some having side lines of blue, red, or green. One of the ponies walked up to her and hit her in the face with the back of it's weapon, instantly knocking her out.

Lyra woke up. She found herself in a near pitch-black room with only a lightbulb swinging slowly over her. She was sitting on a chair with a table in front of her, luckily, her hooves weren't tied up to anything. Her head was throbbing a bit; the impact from that weapon really hurt her head there, if it were any harder, she may be in a coma or worse. A flaw of blue light came and, on the table, and was a very tasty looking daisy sandwich. Lyra was confused for two reasons: 1) they knocked her out and 2) was this an apology? She looked at it for a while: nothing seemed weird. She took a few whiffs at it: it had the classic scent that flowers can only make. The door opened and Princess Luna came inside, sitting on an opposite chair in front of her. 
"Princess Luna!!!" Lyra yelled "Thank Celestia you're here!!! You're not going to believe it: there's a secret group of ponies, called the M.I.B. (whatever that means), where they use an illegal mind erasing spell and use technology that is WAY beyond ours and they-" Before the unicorn could finish, Bon-Bon entered in a suit that matches the other ponies, complete with sunglasses. Lyra's pupils went small while her eyes went large: not only was her filly hood friend a member of these ponies, but Luna was in it as well!!! She began to switch looks at both Bon-Bon and Luna, not sure what to say now. 
"I'm quite fascinated about how much and so little you know about us." Luna commented, ending her silence. "Files, Bon-Bon?" Without any word, Bon-Bon pulled out a folder from her suit and gave it to Luna. Luna opened the file and began to read the papers aloud to Lyra. "You are Lyra Heartstrings: citizen of Equestria, currently live in Ponyville with my agent, Bon Bon. Cutie mark is a Lyre, work as a musician, criminal records are all trespassing accounts, but other than that, nothing else seems wrong. Oh! This sticks out the most: Lyra has no official M.I.B. training, yet knows about Homo Sapiens, a.k.a., Humans. You were caught by some of our agents as you snuck inside entrance #092, the Vending Machine. Truth be told, we were wanting to have the vending machine close faster. Perhaps you can place the blame on Agents 107 and 873 for this one, as they didn't take notice of the pony in the large jacket with fedora following them." Lyra began to sweat hard, still unsure on what to say. "Well go on. Got anything to say?"
"...Who are you?" Lyra simply asked. Luna got off her seat. 
"Who are we? I made this group as a way to aid my sister without her knowing. She was always the one to show everypony what's happening, but I know that what we see, no pony should ever have to encounter. My sister sees everything in plain sight, while I look at the things no pony ever takes notice nor thinks of. Lyra, we're not alone: We're one of the infinite universes that exist. We watch whatever comes inside our universe, protecting everypony without them knowing and stopping huge, life threatening disasters that come every day! We are the first, best, and only line of defense against the scum from every known universe. We... are the Mares in Black." 
"...Mares in Black?" 
"It much better sounding than 'Ponies in Black'." Bon Bon commented. 
"Right. Is that why one of you had to knock me out?" 
"Yes." Luna answered "But there's something else." 
"That is?" 
"We want you to join us." 
"...seriously?"
"That, or you can go home." 
"That sound preferable."
"Right after we erase your memory of ever being here so you can go back to your normal, human hunting life with our agent resuming her post to be your 'best friend'."
"Whoa!!! I want neither, okay?"
"Alright then. Bon Bon?" Bon pulled out one of the weapons, which was glowing red, held it in her hooves, and aimed it at her friend. 
"Sorry Lyra," Bon Bon said without showing any emotion "but, it was nice knowing you." 
"WAIT!!!" Lyra yelled "WHOA!!! You're saying I have three choices here? Either join you guys, go back to my regular life with no memory, or die?"
"Precisely!" Luna answered 
"...ok, that is just wrong!!!" 
"What will it be?" Lyra looked back at Bon-Bon: she was still aiming at her, patiently waiting for her answer. Lyra thought to herself about what she should do. She took a deep breath. 
"Alright. I've made my decision." 
"Yes?"
"I'll... join you."
"Can you repeat that?"
"I'll join the Mares in Black. I want to see more of this, still have memory, AND live!!!"
"Excellent!!! Lower your weapon." Bon Bon lowered her gun, as it's humming went off, saying it had shut down. "Follow me!" Luna seemed to skip her way out of the door. Lyra followed, shivering a bit when she passed her would be killer, who followed her as they exited. They exited the room and found themselves in the white hallway where Lyra was knocked out at. The black door was at the end, giving Lyra the same feel of opening it before her encounter. Luna stopped at the door. 
"What's wrong?" Lyra asked 
"Nothing," Luna replied "would you like to open it?" Lyra's eyes and pupils widened! She looked back at Bon Bon. She simply shrugged. Lyra reached for the door and opened it: it made a creaky noise, as the three saw it was an elevator. 
Really? An elevator?
The three entered the elevator, with an annoyed looking Lyra, as she stood in between the two other ponies. For some weird reason, only Lyra turned around to face the door, Luna & Bon-Bon kept facing the wall. The elevator ride seemed to be a couple of seconds of awkwardness. 
"Ladies?" Lyra asked "you know this is a one door elevator, right?" No answer. "Ladies? What are you looking at-" She turned around and saw what they were seeing: Hundres of unknown creatures and ponies, working in a large area that, just like the hallway, was clean white!!! Everywhere, there were M.I.B. agents working with these... creatures, all different from the last: Some were clearly human, other looked similar to humans, but had larger heads, fingers, claws, eyes, ECT, and others that had the shape of ponies, but were clearly not! Lyra was too dumfounded to even move: it was like nothing she ever seen in her life. 
"Don't take in too much." Bon Bon simply said "keep following us and don't interfere with other M.I.B. agents. Doing so will interfere with business, kill you, other, or a bit of all." 
"What is this place?" Lyra asked 
"The M.I.B. Headquarters." Luna answered "I remember when this was merely a small cave with only 10 of us. Ah... those were the slow days." The elevator landed on the floor. Luna began to walk to where, presumably, is her office in the exact center of the area. Lyra followed, still awestruck on what's going on around here. They went on a staircase that went in a circle, leading into her office.
"So... what do you do?" Lyra asked 
"Did you forget?" Bon Bon asked 
"I know the defend Equetria thing, but what do you do with those that don't pose a threat?"
"Those guys?" Luna responded "Well... they live with us. We use our technology & magic to help them look like any other pony, or, at the very least, something that would be normal in Equestria." 
"Like what?"
"Minotaurs, trees, rocks, anything that would be considered normal without spreading much worry to anypony. Of course, they do have to follow our rules."
"Like what?" 
"Stay in selected areas," Bon Bon answered "what types of foods they should & shouldn't eat, never reveal their true identity to the public, answer to us when demanded, the usual stuff."
"Here we are." Luna said. They entered her office. The sound outside was muffled when they entered & the door closed right behind them. Her desk looked much more important than the ones the rest used, with some books there, her own chair, and there seemed to be a possum sleeping on the desk. It woke up and jumped in a happy way, seeing Luna again "Tiberius!!! Did you miss me?" 
"You bet I did!" the possum replied in a squeaky voice. Lyra stopped and stared. "Who's the new mare?"
"Oh. Tiberius, meet Lyra, our newest agent." 
"Hey! Name's Tiberius: I'm sorta new here in Equestria. Luna found me in the Everfree forest and, after a while, I sorta became her pet." 
"And one that I love!!!" Luna picked up the possum and snuggled with it. 
"That's... interesting." Lyra replied, unsure whether to think it's cute or weird.
"Don't worry," Bon Bon whispered "Tiberius usually acts as a paper-colt, delivering whatever is needed to the boss." 
"And speaking of," Luna said. "Bon Bon, help the new Rookie the stuff. Show her the essentials. Start with... the... presentation."
"Presentation?" Lyra asked 
"Don't worry," Bon Bon replied "It's just a video from one of THE original members of the Mares In Black nearly 2000 years ago."
"2000 YEARS!?!?!?" 
"Come on, it won't be so long." Lyra followed Bon Bon back to the noisy headquarters. They went inside a back room, where it looks as if a couple of more ponies could sit down with her to watch the 'presentation'. "Now, I'm just gonna leave you here and let you watch. When it's over, we're gonna get you in M.I.B. proper attire with equipment. 
Equipment? You mean something like that weapon she pulled on me earlier? 
The film began to play. 
> The Presentation.

The film wasn't like how Lyra expected: there was no film reel used and the whole film was actually clean looking, again, much more advanced than what she knew. The figure on screen was a actually a pale blue pegasus filly with a curly mane and much more paler eyes that looked light a lighter blue. Obviously, this filly was blind. 
Hold on... That's Snowdrop!!!
"Hello there," Snowdrop introduced herself to the audience "my name is Snowdrop. Most of you may remember me as the one filly that went down in history as the one that made the world's first snowflake. Well, there's a bit more to that: I'm also one of the founding & first members of the Mares in Black, along with, most likely alive, Princess Luna. You can replay this video anytime to get a refreshing memory on what to do, but we'll handle the basics on being an M.I.B. agent, with the following better explained: Equipment, Weapons, Interns & dealing with them, and finally, Dealing with the public. Let's begin with Equipment." 

*For the following stuff, imagine this as one of the many first day on the job videos many companies have* 

"Equipment is only of your daily tools you'll most likely on the field. All agents are required to wear our custom made suits with NO changes, whatsoever. Your suit should always be straight, clean, and presentable to the public, complete with pants that cover your cutie mark. It is a known fact that 90% of all ponies recognize each other by not their physical appearances along, but all around the cutie mark. With your suit, in either your right or left pocket, you must have both in either pocket: our state of the art sunglasses and our Neuralizer. Our sunglasses will help conceal your identity even more and help you look calm & collective. Our sunglasses also help us see through the disguises that our interns wear. Look at these two ponies: one is normal and the other is an intern. Can you tell the difference? Through the bare eye, no, but with the sunglasses, TA-DA!!! You can see who's real and who's not! These sunglasses also have a nifty addition to block off all the rays from our Neuralizers, which is also your most important tool. Our Neuralizers help us erase the memory from anypony that may have had an experience from an intern. This is is usually given to every earth pony and pegasus that's on the job; Unicorns can learn the spell from our library, which will be most preferable. Be sure to set a correct time on your Neuralizer to make the pony forget, be safe and set it for another thirty minutes. In your pocket, you should always have wrist-cuffs to arrest an intern." 

"Weapons are like tools, but shouldn't be taken everywhere. Many M.I.B. agents will be given our state of the art, high tech weapon, simply dubbed, 'The Phasor'. The Phasor is our trust side arm that can be set to 'Stun', 'Teleport', or 'Vaporize'. Stun should be used when on pursuit with one or two Interns; Teleport sends a shot target to our underground dungeon, where each shot is teleported to one of our state of the art cells. Works really well against large groups of intern criminals; Vaporize is what it does: turns any target into harmless ash that will fertilize the plants. This mode is only activated to high ranking officers and shouldn't be used unless against a level 3-5 intern. More weapons will be allowed as you rank up, from using weapons that release electric magnetic pulses to deal with interns built with an A.I. system, stylized sonic boom shotguns that release blasts that safely knock down inters, and to our trademark pulse rifles: a perfect medium weapon that has all the necessities of a Phasor, but with the addition of shooting lasers, plasma, electricity, ECT." 

"You're probably sitting down and wonder 'what in Equestria is an 'Intern'?'. Well, an intern is short for 'Inter-dimensional terrestrial being', but is shot because it's faster to say, easier to remember, and makes every intern feel special. There's three different classes with five different levels of an intern. The three different classes are as it follows: Equinoid, Humanoid, and other. Equinoid are interns that are usually disguised as us ponies or similar, like griffons, for example. Humanoid interns are disguised as things that walk around on two legs, nothing else can be said about that. Other Interns can be disguised as anything in the world: pebbles, flowers,some bark on a tree, even the wheels of a cart, can be an intern without anypony noticing. These are the trickiest ones to see in plain sight, so keep that in mind. The levels of an intern go through levels 1 through 5, with 1 being the safest to 5 being the most dangerous. Levels 1 & 2 interns can usually be solve with only two M.I.B. agents, since these don't pose much of a threat to Equestria. Level 3 interns may need at least three to five M.I.B. agents, for being more dangerous, but still probably enough to think through. Level 4 interns may need six to ten M.I.B. agents for being really dangerous, perhaps dangerous enough to destroy a city block or two. Level 5 interns... up to 20 M.I.B. agents, at minimum, will have to answer, as this may be a deeply wanted intern for heinous crimes, a full out invasion, or both. Don't be fooled by an intern's look, though: a tall, sharp teethed, red eyed, clawed intern may actually be a level 1, while a super small, huge eyed, button nosed intern may actually be a level 5 intern. Keep calm when approaching an intern, show attention to what it's saying, be nice with said intern, ask appropriate questions to Interns, don't use force unless needed, and, mostly needed, make sure no pony is around when you're with said intern. Follow these rules, and everything should run smoothly. Who knows, maybe you and the intern can be the best of friends."

"Now the Public: we are the best kept secret in Equestria and we must remain that way until Celestia knows what. Keep a calm approach with a regular pony, asking him or her appropriate question on the details of what a said intern looks like if they request our help. We must make sure everypony is safe from an intern, but not reveal ourselves to the public. This is where the sunglasses and Neuralizer come in: when done with anypony, calmly put on sunglasses, set the time to when the pony may have seen the intern, ask them to look inside the Neuralizer, wait until they look, click on the red button on the Neuralizer, and make up a story to the pony on what they were doing and what they saw, perhaps even giving them advice on what to do next time to avoid something like this. Keep the sunglasses with you at all times: we don't want M.I.B. agents to forget what they have done in the last programmed time. Don't individually flash Neuralizer if with a group: the Neuralizer's rays will hit everypony's eyes, just make the made up event a group thing. Our mathematics have told us that there's a one in a billion chance that anypony is immune to the Neuralizers' rays, so think of an emergency plan for when that does happen, but don't worry, you may never have to in your new career. Welcome the the Mares in Black, new comer!!!"
> Preparations

The film ended and the lights turned on, momentarily blinding Lyra. The door opened again. 
"Come on," Bon-Bon's voice said "Let's get you ready for the day."
"Wait," Lyra said, regaining her sight "I'm starting now?"
"Yes."
"I though I'd have, I don't know, a day to get ready."
"That's the same thing I said when I began. Come on, I'll take you to our tailor."
"Tailor?"
"You know what a tailor is, right?." Lyra got up and followed Bon Bon to another part of the headquarters. Trying to ignore everything, Lyra followed her friend into, yet, another room. Everywhere, black suits were all around her, each only varying in size, but all were black & had white white collars & inside pockets. Sounds of a sowing machine were heard, as well as some humming from a female. Lyra stopped, as she saw a white unicorn with a curled indigo mane & tail, making one of the many suits. 
"Oh my Rarity," the unicorn said to herself "all these suits are rather a bit... plain, don't you think? Of course, but, rules are rules; we must follow them to give us the distinctive edge to- oh! Hello Agent B-B! Who's this?"
"Agent B-B?" Lyra asked "Rarity? Rarity is the M.I.B.'s tailor!?!?!?"
"Yes Lyra," Bon Bon replied "We really get rid of our names but use the first letters of both our first & last name to make our agent codes."
"What happens when there's another pony with the same letters?"
"Numbers are added." 
"Oh... that's... simple... I guess. But Rarity, why did YOU join, shouldn't you be with your friends & your sis, Sweetie Belle?" 
"I got that same response from Agent B-B when she joined." Rarity replied "I joined really because of the clients I receive for me doing the same suits all the time. Why else do I stay, ahem, rich, in a town of... well... nudists."
"Uh... that part... well... you'd... take... offense to it."
"Just like what B-B said." 
"Alright Agent R," B-B said "Can you find us a suit that will fit Lyra?" 
"Of Course, dear! Lyra, please, hold still." Rarity pulled out her measuring tape and began to measure all the parts on Lyra. 
"So... rarity?" Lyra asked, trying to stay still.
"What is it?"
"How... do your fiends not know about this?" 
"Whenever I'm not saving Equestria or ponyville from some disaster, I always use the 'important client' card to help me get here quickly!!! I will admit, I wasn't a huge fan when I started, having to go out and... shoot interns... ugh! The stains... it took me three washes in a row just to get some of it's... stuff off. Where was I? Oh! Yes! Well, Princess Luna saw my talent for making suits & dresses and allowed ME to be the head of the suit making here!!! Sure beats getting your hooves dirty with the addition of surviving much greater to see the next day!!! Plus, I don't really make the suits, I just got to watch over my two coworkers to see if everything is running smooth."
"Your... coworkers?" 
"Why yes! Enak and Acissej." 
"...what!?!?!?" 
"I don't question their names, but they at least work fast and effectively. And... there!!!" Rarity levitated a controller to her and pressed a series of buttons. In a couple of seconds, all the suits went by in a flash, then stopped immediately! Rarity levitated a suit to Lyra. "Here you go, darling, one suit ready for a new member! Can't forget your stylish sunglasses!" Rarity pressed another button on the same controller; instead of everything going rapid around her, the floor opened up and a case came up on a pedestal. The case opened and it revealed a pair of sunglasses, very boxy looking, just like all the other M.I.B. members she saw. "Go on, put on your stuff over... there!" 
"I have a question." 
"Yes?"
"Where's the Neuralizer?"
"Oh sweetie: you're a unicorn! You learn the Neuralizer spell in our library. Put on your suit first, then you can learn the spell." Rarity opened a book titled 'Dress making for other species'. Lyra levitated the suit and sunglasses over with her and entered another door. This was, luckily, a fitting room with a mirror inside and a hanging rack for her suit to hang on. She placed on the pants, which luckily had a hole for her tail to fit through; the undershirt was put on, followed by a tie, and the coat. So far, she looked surprisingly good in a suit. Lyra levitated the glasses over her eyes: Now, she looked like a true member of the Mares in Black, and she looked good in it. She left the room and saw Bon Bon holding a weird, square device that made some beeping when she pressed her hoof on it. 
"Uh... B, what are you doing?" 
"Just something we have to do with every new agent." B-B replied
"And that is?" 
"Deleting your life."
"...I didn't catch that, did you say, 'delete' my life?"
"Yes. We're getting rid of your history, your house, your banking accounts, criminal history, education, ECT."
"...EVERYTHING!?!?!?" 
"Everything." 
"WHAT!?!?!? WHY!?!?!?"
"We need to remain anonymous to everypony around, this includes that every member must remain anonymous. We don't exist, and now... neither do you." 
"Just... like that?"
"Just like that."
"Well... what about Rarity!?!?!? What about Luna!?!?!?" 
"I'm really an undercover agent." Rarity answered
"And Luna is the leader of the Mares in Black, Princess of the night, and Princess of dreams. If she didn't exist, ponies would find it very suspicious." B-B added "Don't worry though: you still have your memories and cutie mark."
"Oh!" Lyra replied a bit angrily "That makes EVERYTHING better, doesn't it!?!?!?"
"It does!" Luna's voice was heard. Lyra jumped a bit and hid right behind Rarity. 
"Princess Luna!!!" Rarity yelled with some glee "Just look at dear Lyra: she looks so fabulous with our trademark suit on!" Rarity lifted Lyra up like a teddy bear and showed Luna. Lyra was frozen with fear. 
"Don't worry: most agents love knowing they still have their past memories. Welcome Agent L-H." Rarity dropped Lyra, as her, Luna, and Bon Bon clapped for her joining. "Now, here's your trusty manual: it has the Neuralizer spell for a unicorn as yourself and ways to deal with a situation. In fact, I think it's your time to begin!!!" 
"What!?!?!?" Lyra and Bon Bon yelled
"And the two of, being best friends before, should be partners!!!" 
"WHAT!?!?!?"
"Teach L-H all the things B-B! I think I can hear Tiberius delivering my tea. Coming Tiby!!!" She skipped her way out, leaving an open mouth Lyra and Bon Bon, staring at each other.

The duo walked out of the Dressing Room, both giving each other a death stare. 
"I can't believe I have to work with you!!!" Lyra yelled "First day and I'm positioned with my old best friend who is actually a secret member of an underground word force AND didn't show hesitation when given the chance to kill me!!!"
"HEY!!!" Bon Bon yelled "I'm a hard working agent here and I have to work with a Rookie, who, for all my life, has been thinking about nothing but getting herself a human!!!"
"Know what? Tell me: Why didn't you let me join? Why didn't you tell me 'Hey Lyra, I know a place where you can work with humans and other creatures that aren't from Equestria, all you need to do is let us delete everything about you and work within our norms'!!!" 
"Know what? Here's why: I love you as a sister and I didn't want you to see the stuff I've been through!!! You aren't M.I.B material: You're immature, you fantasize too much, and you don't plan ahead!!! There's stuff here that will make you wish you weren't an agent!!!"
"Try me!!!"
"FINE!!! Take your stupid manual with you! I'm gonna take you out to the field." Lyra followed Bon Bon into another pom, past all the commotion in H.Q. The two kept silent for a bit; Lyra felt some guilt building up, but Bon Bon... Celestia knows what she's feeling. They entered in another room, this time, carriages were around. 
"Uh... Bon-"
"Just call me B B."
"... B B, what's with all the carriages?"
"They're not carriages. They're our vehicles."
"Alright... who's pulling?"
"Pulling? We don't pull here."
"Wait, then how do they?" 
"Advanced hologram technology gives the illusion that we're being pulled around by another pony. In fact, adjust your glasses and you'll see what it really looks like." Lyra followed: she pushed her glasses towards more towards her eyes. The carriage disappeared and a new vehicle was there: it was rectangular looking, metallic looking, had windows in the front, back, & sides, and had a wheel inside.
"What... is... THAT!?!?!?"
"A 1987 Ford LTD Crown Victoria. Brought to us from the Human form of our group."
"There's a human version of this group!?!?!?" 
"Yes. They're called 'The Men in Black'. Hard to say who came first: us or them?"
"How are they like?" 
"Exactly like us. They just lack flight and magic. Very creative, though. Come on, in the car." the two entered the vehicle, with Bon Bon behind the wheel and Lyra in the guest seat. B-B pulled out a key and inserted it into a socket, making it 'roar'! Lyra jumped a bit! B B actually chuckled to herself. 
"What's so fun-" B-B stepped on something in the car, making their vehicle drive FAST!!! Lyra was pushed to her seat, gripping onto the door & B-B's seat, as they headed towards the wall!!! She closed her eyes, anticipating that they would crash, but nothing happened. Opening her eyes slowly, and she saw that they were in a tunnel. Turning her head, she saw B-B laughing hard! Lyra went with her, though she had more of an awkward chuckle. 
"Oh Lyra. You know, I'm sorry for not telling you... and bringing those mean comments up. I really did want to tell you, but my job says otherwise. I never did tell you how I joined, did I?"
"No... you didn't."
"Well... it was almost like yours, actually. You were at least a bit lucky or unlucky, knowing I was here. I was lonely when I joined... didn't know anypony here... only knew about Luna, who, as you are, I'm quite surprised to see how immature SHE is when leading an underground area."
"Well... I'm sorry for snapping like that as well. I'm a bit glad knowing you're here now. Where do we begin?" 
"We'll be in patrol in Ponyville soon, near our house. If there's a disturbance in there, a level 1 or 2 intern, then we'll answer it. If it's higher... I'll contact for backup."
"So... who can we tell is with us?" 
"The scientists added this about a month ago, but in your glasses, you can read anypony and any intern's profile easily. You'll see who's an M.I.B. agent, an intern, and a regular citizen."
"Oh... good. How long does this ride take?" 
"From Canterlot to Ponyville? At least... half the time by train." 
"Oh... good."
"You should read how to do the spell while I'm driving. It'll take a few tries to perfect it, but you'll soon get the hang of it." 
"Alright then." Lyra pulled out the manual and began to read. There was a couple of interesting things she saw inside: a whole collection of different languages spoken from different intern species, different tactics used to take down an intern with certain physical characteristics, knowing all weapons are inside the trunk of their vehicle, some of the different entrances are marked with a simple number on it's sides & are anywhere from simple doors to toilets. For her spell, however, it was by far the most complicated thing she read, probably could rival with Luna's dream spells she almost does on a nightly basis. The only advice written down for her was 'wear glasses at all times when practicing'. This probably wasn't going to end well, but she would have to do it sooner or later... just... who will be the first? Bon Bon pulled out something from her jacket and put it in the car. Music began to play in their vehicle.
"What's that?" Lyra asked, yelling a bit. 
"Music from Humans." Bon Bon replied "Smells like Teen Spirit from a group called 'Nirvana'. When you have the chance, you can find music back in H.Q." 
"Can we listen to them?" 
"...perhaps when you're more experienced. We're almost to Ponyville; look professional."

The duo came out of what looked like the road leading to Ponyville Bon Bon drove slowly, making the two, at least to other the all the other ponies, look like a regular stallion pulling around two mares in black suits around town. Lyra couldn't help but giggle at the idea that ponies thought they were sitting in a cart when, in reality, they were in a completely different & advanced vehicle. 
"Agent B-B," a crackled voice said from a part of the vehicle "come in, are you right there? Over." Bon Bon picked up a weird box, hanging on a spiral cord. She clicked on the button and Spoke. 
"Roger that," Bon Bon replied "I'm here with Agent L.H., teaching her the daily lives of being a new M.I.B. agent, over." 
"Good. We've got a Class 1 Intern right now near Sweet Apple Acres, a citizen named Applejack reported a strange creature terrorizing her farm last night." 
"Is she certain that it isn't Timber Wolves?" 
"Timber Wolves don't eat apples." 
"Touche. We'll be over there in five minutes." Bon Bon stepped on the pedal and drove fast, heading towards the farm.

The duo arrived in front of Sweet Apple acres. A couple of M.I.B. agents were also there, standing in front and blocking the entrance to the farm itself. An orange, earth pony mare with a cowboy hat, next to a large red stallion, a smaller filly, and an elderly green pony, ran to them with steam coming out of her ears! 
"What the Hay is going on!?!?!?" She yelled in a western accent "Ah just simply said we got some apples being stolen from a weird creature, and all of a sudden, you fellows in suits came along and cut off my farm!!!"
"Relax madam," Bon Bon said "We're from the wanted ponies center and we quarantined this area to help make sure that this prisoner doesn't escape. Now, could you please tell my assistant and I on what happened last night?" 
"...Alright. Name's Applejack, and if it'll make you happy, Ah'll tell ya'll what happened. It happened last night, almost at... midnight, ah believe. Ah heard a weird that belonged to some sort of... machine, but it was hard to tell. It didn't matter really, ah was half asleep and went back to it. In the mornin', however, Ah was bucking some apples and saw something weird: it was another pony, but it looked liked it had some weird device in it's hooves. Ah yelled at him and gave it a good chase through the farm, but it escaped. Ah know that it's still in the farm somewhere, but I have no idea where." 
"Don't worry miss," Lyra said "We'll find this other pony for you. Can we?"  
"Of course we can." Bon Bon replied "Please, be patient. This'll be over in about... two hours." 
"TWO HOURS!?!?!?" Lyra and Applejack yelled together. They both turned and awkwardly stared at each other. 
"There's a lot of things that go into negotiations." 
"...Alright." Applejack said "Just hurry up! We got a big order by some folks in Canterlot."
"Will do!" Lyra replied. The duo walked past the guards, who made way without any question. "So... how are we going to find this... fellow?" Bon Bon turned and gave her a stern look. "OH!!! Right, glasses. Need to keep a note on that." 
"Good." Bon Bon replied "I'm glad to see you're learning. Set your glasses to 'detective mode' and we'll play back the security." 
"Detective mode? Security?" 
"It's a little thing we got from an intern named 'Bruce Wayne', who found his way home, luckily, and yes, we have security all over the land. Even right now, we're being recorded." Lyra stiffened and looked around, trying to find something that was watching her. "Don't worry, it's for interns and M.I.B. agents only. Now, the playback. Follow me on this." Lyra looked at Bon Bon and, following her, and clicked a button next to her left ear. She was surprised to see everything go back in time in a couple of seconds, along with everything following in almost pure black & white. "According to Applejack, a weird noise was heard at around midnight, she lives in the upstairs, so she must've gained the chance to hear the approximate area it came from. Later, in the day, she noticed a weird figure in the distance and gave him a chase." Lyra sat down and watched everything in motion, as Bon Bon was explaining what happened. The playback stopped when the 3-D hologram of past Applejack began to chase the figure. "Come on L.H., We've got to follow where they stopped." Lyra got up and followed the Applejack, as she chased the figure in slow motion, allowing the two to walk instead of run. The figure disappeared into a thorny bush as Applejack stopped. "Alright, since Applejack stopped here, the figure ran into this bush, which means one thing." 
"The... figure probably got cut up and bleed a bit?" 
"BINGO!!! You're learning!!! Now we just got to scan and find us some DNA-"
"And follow our culprit to where he's at!!!" 
"Exactly!!!" The two began to look everywhere for some sort of blood, or anything suspicious. Lyra stopped as she detected small, red liquid on the floor. 
"B-B! Over here!!!" Bon Bon ran over and looked at the weird liquid. 
"That's blood alright. Scanning... Ah Ha!!! Our culprit is a Time Lord!!!" 
"A time, what!?!?!?" 
"Time Lords are a rare species of interns that travel through space, time, and dimensions! They're not evil, nor are they good, but they are well respected and feared to many! It's T.A.R.D.I.S. shouldn't be too far."
"It's what!?!?!?"
"It's short for 'Time And Relative Dimension In Space', which is what it travels in." 
"Really? Why was it here?" 
"A Time-Lord's reasons can range from making sure something in history doesn't change at all, to just having fun."
"...Really?"
"Really. Come on, I found a trail." The two began to follow a trail of blood. They stopped at a perfect square formed in the soil on the ground. 
"Is this where a T.A.R.D.I.S. is at?"
"Yes. And by the looks of it, our Time-Lord got away." 
"Where?" 
"Hard to tell, but I got a feeling I know where I can find one. Follow me." The duo exited the farm and went back to the apple family. 
"So?" Applejack asked, blocking their path "Where is that varmint at?" 
"Yeah!" The little filly added "We need to catch that varmint!!!" 
"Don't worry," Bon Bon said, pulling out her neuralizer "just stare into this." 
"What's that gonna do?" Applejack asked. A bright flash appeared and the four ponies stood with a blank face. 
"You four were hearing some new construction for a new outhouse in the farm last night. If you ask me, try to build it yourselves, it's cheaper and a great bonding experience." 
"...You heard her!!!" Applejack yelled, forgetting everything that happened "Big Mac! Get the wood! Granny, Draw the plans! Applebloom, you and I are building!!! LET'S GO!!!" the 4 ran back into their farmhouse, getting ready to build an outhouse. Lyra had her mouth opened with pure shock. 
"How did you-?" Lyra began to ask 
"You'll learn how to use your surroundings to make a perfect cover up." Bon Bon replied. "Come on, he's in one of these houses." 
"'He'?" 
"He's a male here, been a citizen in this town for a while. He got married to a... Derpy Hooves... and has a job at maintaining the town's clock tower." the duo walked into town and stopped at a normal looking house. Bon Bon knocked on the door. The door opened and a gray, cross eyed, yellow mane pegasus mare answered the door. 
"Oh!" The pegasus said "Hello! Is there a problem?" 
"We're from the clockwork society and we need to speak to your husband, Mr. Time Turner." Bon Bon replied 
"My Husband? Did he do something wrong?" 
"This is more what we may call an... accidental thing." 
"Oh! Is anypony hurt?"
"Nope. Is he here?"
"Dear!!!" 
"Coming!!!" A door opened above and some hooves cooped on the floor, down from the stairs came a light brown earth pony with a darker shade of brown mane. Lyra ran inside and tackled the stallion before he could say anything! 
"ALRIGHT BUSTER!!!" Lyra yelled, holding down the stallion "Tell us: What evil schemes were you planning at the Apple family at Midnight, last night?" 
"What do you mean by 'evil schemes'!?!?!?" The stallion replied in confusion and fear. Lyra punched him in the face! 
"Don't play games with me!!! TALK!!!" 
"AGENT!!!" Bon Bon yelled. Lyra turned and looked her mentor "He's not evil!!! He's actually the most helpful intern to us!!!" Lyra's face went into a surprised scrunch face, as the intern had one eye lowered with the other raised. 
"I'm so sorry sir! Please, it's my first day on the job!" Lyra got up and helped Time Turner up 
"It's no problem." Their intern replied while getting back to his hooves "Just... think before acting." 
"What's going on?" Derpy asked 
"Derpy," Time Turner responded "can you go upstairs and take care of Ditzy? I have to talk to my coworkers for a bit." 
"Oh, sure." She opened her wings and flew upstairs. 
"Agent B-B. How's it been? Any reason why you're here?" 
"Well," Bon Bon replied "as you may notice, it's Agent's L.H.'s first day on the job as an M.I.B. agent." 
"So I see."
"But we got reports that YOU were in the Apple family's barn last night at around Midnight last night, is that true?" 
"Oh!!! That was my past self!!! It was when I arrived in Ponyville for the first time!!!" 
"Wait, WHAT!?!?!?" Lyra yelled 
"Time travel," Bon Bon responded "Make's sense. Care to explain what you were doing?" 
"AH! Yes," Time Turner responded "my T.A.R.D.I.S. had a malfunctioning and I did my best to try to fix it. In the morning, I needed pieces, so I took some Timey Wimey stuff to find my tools, and that's when I was chased by that mare, Applejack! I escaped and traveled back to when that wretched Nightmare Moon tried to block out the sun!"
"What happened after that?" Lyra asked, really interested 
"Ah, yes, you see, the M.I.B. found my T.A.R.D.I.S. and had me locked up a bit. I was tired of running away, and I figured that this was the end of my traveling, so I agreed to settle here, help out a bit with some cases, and lived a pretty decent life here. Of course, that's where I found my love... my wife... Derpy... and I have to thank the M.I.B. for it."
"Interesting. Tell me, what do you look like without your disguise?" 
"...Like this. I've been like this." 
"Really?" 
"Glasses." Bon Bon replied. Lyra clicked on her glasses and looked through the lenses until it landed in 'X-Ray vision'. She was a bit surprised to see the insides of a pony, but seeing that he had Two hearts, one in the left side and the other on the right, it freaked her out a bit.
"Don't worry," he replied "That's the only thing that sets me apart from you ponies." 
"Alright then," Lyra said "This whole case turned out to be you... past you, entering here for the first time and escaped to when Princess Twilight was just a newcomer to Ponyville, got captured by the M.I.B., agreed to live under their rules, and found love with that pegasus?" 
"Yes! And I now have a beautiful daughter." 
"A daughter?" Bon Bon asked "Can we see her?" 
"Perhaps, another time." 
"Alright then. Is the T.A.R.D.I.S. safe?" 
"As safe as Equestria with you around." 
"Good. Come on Agent, let's get going." 
"Uh... ok." Lyra followed Bon Bon out of the door. "That was... anticlimactic." 
"Not everything we do is going to be filled with explosions & lasers. Truth be told, I wish that doesn't happen to you until I retire." 
"When will you retire?"
"Never."
Unbeknownst to them, the same pegasus from earlier looked out her window and watched the two leave, holding a small filly in her front hooves. 
"What's a T.A.R.D.I.S.?" She asked herself

The two returned to their vehicle, seeing the apple family bonding together and having half of an outhouse finished. Bon Bon turned on their vehicle and drove a bit. 
"So," Bon Bon spoke "How is being an M.I.B. agent?" 
"It's... interesting." Lyra replied
"I take it that you want action, right?" 
"...Yeah... not gonna lie, I thought there'd more action... and humans." Bon Bon gave a small smile. She turned to the communicator and pressed in a code. Some tunes, then a voice. 
"Hello?" a mare's voice replied "Agent B.B? Anything wrong?"
"No Agent S.H.," Bon Bon replied "Tell me, are there any humans around our area?"
"Let me see... yep! A small group of humans are in the castle of the royal sisters!!!" 
"Gotcha." 
"WE'RE GONNA SEE HUMANS!?!?!?" Lyra yelled with joy 
"Just for you."
"OMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSH!!!" The two drove into the everfree forest, not even acknowledging a couple of ponies staring at them. It took them a few minutes to get over there, but they stood in front of the castle the two sisters used to live in. Smoke could be seen from behind the castle. 
"Before we go in," Bon Bon held onto Lyra's tail as she excitedly walked "We're gonna need some protection."
"Protection? Why do we need protection?" 
"Just in case." Bon Bon walked over to the trunk of their vehicle and opened it up. Lyra walked over and looked inside: a whole bunch of bright, silver weapons were in store for them!!! Some looked liked the ones the other M.I.B. agents used on her, others were much bigger & may need two ponies to operate it, and others were so small, it could be crushed in her hoof. Bon Bon pulled out a decent small weapon: it was able to fit her hoof just right, looked a bit intimidating, and like all the other weapons, was silver & shined a bit. "Here," she handed the gun to Lyra "this is your tool for when negotiations fail. Set it to 'Stun', but keep it with you at all costs." Lyra levitated the gun to herself, looking all over it. 
"How do I... use this?" 
"Just place in your hoof and you'll see." A bit skeptical, Lyra placed the gun in her hoof: it immediately spread some weird liquid metal on her hoof and spread!!! Lyra freaked out a bit, but saw Bon Bon give a reassuring smile, even giggling at the sight. Lyra kept her cool and watched: it was finished, as the metal fired what looked like a glove around her hoof. She felt something, almost like... fingers on the trigger. The liquid metal went away, back into the gun, and disappeared.
"...What just happened?" 
"It was registering your DNA as to who can use it and who can't. All M.I.B. agents are allowed to use our weapons and to make sure any other pony doesn't use it for their own deeds. Originally, if your DNA didn't match to the weapon, it would explode, but it was scrapped due to casualties and losing weapons."
"Oh... can we meet the humans?"
"Sure." Bon Bon reached inside the trunk and pulled out a gun similar to Lyra's, only with a third switch labeled 'Kill'. She placed it inside her suit, which had in it, a holster for her gun and some ammo with weird, sphere shaped objects. Bon Bon turned and saw Lyra staring inside. "Grenades. Used to both flush enemy interns out of their cover and deal a lot of damage to them."
"I see." Lyra opened her suit and placed her weapon inside as well. The two walked around the remodeled castle, seeing the inside was much more cleaner and not as destroyed looking as it did nearly five years ago. Bon Bon stood on her hind legs, took cover right behind a corner, pulling out her gun, and set the weapon to, what was most likely, 'Stun'.
"Alright," she whispered to Lyra "Introduce yourself to them and make sure nothing seems out of the ordinary. If they're 'Bronies', fire at them on 'Stun' with no hesitation!!!"
"How can I tell they're bronies?" She whispered back. 
"Easy: if they say your name, that's them." 
"...simple. Got it." Lyra held her breath, trying to keep her cool as inside, she was jumping up and down like Pinkie Pie during Rainbow Dash's Birth-ivesery. She walked over and saw at least six humans with a tent around a campfire: 2 adult males in construction outfits with another in a blue suit with a badge on it; a woman in what looked like a cowboy suit, another woman in a suit similar to an M.I.B. agent, and a small child wearing heart covered pajamas and holding a teddy bear.
"What the-?" the male in the blue suit exclaimed in a surprised voice "am I the only one seeing this?"
"Is that a unicorn in a suit?" the cowgirl asked in an accent similar to Applejack.
"Maybe we shouldn't have both that stuff, eh Earl?" One of the construction workers said. Bon Bon got onto her front legs and walked next to Lyra. 
"And now," the accountant woman said "a regular pony in a suit? This is one weird dream."
"I don't think this is a dream, Mary." Earl replied 
"Greetings." Bon Bon said in a professional manner "We mean you no harm. I am Agent B.B. and this is Agent L.H. We are from the Mares in Black, M.I.B. for short, and we are here t-
"Bon Bon and Lyra Heartstrings!!!" a small voice squeaked. Bon Bon quickly pulled out her gun and pointed at the group!!! The group gasped and fell to the floor. 
"ALRIGHT!!! WHICH ONE OF YOU SAID IT!!!" Lyra turned to Bon Bon, seeing that she means business! Silence fell among them. Bon Bon walked to the people, holding her gun in front of their faces, luckily though, not pulling the trigger. 
"It was me." Bon Bon turned to the cowgirl, holding the child in her arms. She grabbed the cowgirl by her handkerchief and stared into her eyes. 
"You've got three seconds to give me a reason on why I shouldn't vaporize you!!!" 
"NO!!! IT WAS ME!!! DON'T HURT MOMMY!!!" Bon Bon turned to the child, dropped her mom roughly and pointed her gun at the child. 
"Like I told your mom: You've got three seconds to-" before she could finish, Lyra pushed her out of the way of the frightened child. Bon Bon got up and aimed at Lyra "LYRA!!! What are you doing!?!?!?"
"BON BON!!!" Lyra yelled "Can't you see she's only A CHILD!?!?!?"
"I do! But a Brony is a Brony!!! She must be dealt with immediately!!!" 
"NO SHE DOESN'T!!! I saw those bronies you dealt with that night: They were old as these people, and that's fine, but this little girl, she's like a filly: She's lost, doesn't know what's happening, and, thanks to you, is FRIGHTENED OUT OF HER PANTS!!!" Lyra panted angrily at Bon Bon, before releasing a sigh to calm her down. She turned to the human child, who cowered at the sight of her. Lyra nuzzled the small human in a comforting way "Hey. It's alright. I'm here, I'll make sure that the mean old pony doesn't hurt you." the human child lowered her arms down, looking into Lyra's eyes. "You got a name?" 
"S-s-susan." She stammered. 
"Susan. Do you have any idea how you got here?" 
"Don't waste 'yer breath." The human male in the blue suit spoke. Lyra turned to him and gave an angry looking scrunch face. Unbeknownst to her, Susan got up, reached for the back of Lyra's ear, and began to scratch it. Lyra immediately felt a very comforting touch behind her ear, made some quick gasping that was filled with pleasure, one of her back legs kicked in an adorable way, then she fell down to the floor, releasing relaxed moans with her tongue lobbing out to the side. Lyra was in heaven, and Susan felt a bit more safe from Bon Bon. Bon Bon got up, made an angered grunt, and walked to the human in bus suit. 
"Tell us what happened." Bon Bon simply said, putting away her gun. 
The Human told them that his name was Jim, a local police officer, the construction workers was Earl and Earnie, brothers building a new home. Mary was a real estate agent, overlooking the house being made with her client, Michelle, and with her daughter, Susan. Jim was there, having some breakfast when all noticed a weird vortex opening above them. They were immediately sucked in, excluding everything with the exception of some wood and random cloth on the floor. Not knowing what to do, they all gathered what supplies they had and tried to find a new town or, at the very least, find an area they can hold until help arrives.
During this, Susan was now sleeping on Lyra's side, and the unicorn nuzzled the small human's head, allowing Michelle to breath easier, knowing that at least somepony (or in a human's case, 'Someone') wasn't going to hurt them. 
"I see," Bon Bon said "I think we can help out with that. Lyra, watch over them!"
"Got it." Lyra replied, yawning a bit as the small, cute human readjusted herself to lay more comfortably on Lyra's chest. The unicorn couldn't help but 'Aw' at the small human. Bon Bon went back to the vehicle and pressed in another series of codes. 
"Agent B.B.?" The same pony from earlier responded 
"Hello? Yeah, we found those humans, not bronies, and this case is more of a 'misplaced' situation. Turns out, these humans were sucked into here by mistake, not planned at all, so I'm gonna need some agent to get the van and drive them to our headquarters." 
"Alright madam, anything else?" 
"Yeah... give them some snacks." 
"Gotcha. We'll be there in about... five minutes."
"Thanks." The line was cut. Bon Bon walked back and saw Lyra & Susan, sleeping together. If Michelle weren't there, Lyra could actually be a decent mother, even if her child were, well, a human. Then, a bit of guilt stuck Bon Bon: she wasn't going to show mercy to a child that knew both their names! She had to remain professional about it, but she went from a well respected member of the M.I.B.s and almost turned into a Terminator. Had Lyra not stopped her, then... that was a thought she didn't want to see. Lyra was new to the business: she already threatened Time Turner, believe he was evil, but Bon Bon had to be taught that, when dealing with children, tactics should be changed and she should show a more kinder heart to them. Perhaps, even the best, need a lesson from time & time again, even if it does come from somepony who's inexperienced and new to a different world.
The Van arrived and some M.I.B.s were there, leading the humans into the back of their van. Michelle stood next to Susan, who stood in front of Lyra. 
"Well," Lyra said with a smile, but trying to hold back her tears. "This is... goodbye."
"Will I ever see you again?" Susan asked with some optimism. Lyra froze a bit, not sure what to say.
"It depends," Bon Bon said, walking next to them "if you can get sucked in here again, then you might see each other."
"REALLY!?!?!?"
"Uh... Really!" Lyra replied. Susan ran up to Lyra and hugged her for the last time. Lyra was now stiff: A single tear crawled down her face. She then folded her forearms around the small child 
"I'll miss you." 
"I'l... miss you too." 
"Come on," Michelle said in a motherly tone "just wait until your friends ear about this." Lyra let go of Susan, and Susan let go of the unicorn. She ran and held onto her mother's hand
"YEAH!!!" Susan exclaimed "I'll be the coolest kid in school!!!" The two entered the van with the other humans inside, waiting for them. The trunk closed, and the van drove away, heading back to their base. Soon, all the other M.I.B. agents were gone, with the exception of the two. Bon Bon walked up and placed her forearm on her friend's shoulder.
"You did good today." Bon Bon simply said. 
"They're going to delete her memory, right?" Lyra asked very pessimistically. 
"...Yes. She won't remember anything that happened. They all won't."
"...Alright." 
"Come on, I'll take you home. Your suit is dirty, by the way." Lyra looked down and noticed the large amount of dirt on her front. She chuckled a bit, then sighed with sadness. She then... felt something blocky in her pocket. She placed her hoof inside and took it out: it was a weird blue & white device that had, as in Bon Bon's car's radio, a 'Play' button, a 'Stop' button, a 'Forward' & 'Rewind' button. The weird thing about it was that, the first thing she saw, was a weird logo that was also white, was a block but very triangular, and had triangular 'eyes'. A gift from Susan? She placed it back in her pocket and went into the car. The two drove back to their home, seeing the sunset as they passed the town, dying with activity. Lyra left to her room, placed the device left by Susan next to her lamp & bed, and removed her clothing for Bon Bon to take to the cleaners. She lied on her bed and slowly drifted to sleep. 
Unknowingly, the same pegasus from Earlier looked through her window, seeing the sleeping unicorn and seeing the strange device she had, glowing a blue aura around it. She ben heard... whispers? 
"Lord Megatron," the voice whispered in an emotionless voice "We are in her house. What should we do? ... Affirmative, shall I send Laser-Beak to do it? ... Affirmative. Laser Beak: Operation: Scanning." the device opened and out flew a small, black rectangular device. It floated in the air and jumped on the window, causing the pegasus to jump! She stopped and watched it try to get out. She opened the window and it flew past her at an alarming speed!!! She followed it to a dark alley way, where it almost disappeared. The pegasus landed and heard something metallic, almost as if the device... transformed. Large yellow eyes were seen in the darkness!!! The pegasus froze with fear, not sure what to do next! It released a loud screech and flew into the air, showing that it was a really large bird. 
"First, the T.A.R.D.I.S.," she said to herself "Weird device flowing? Megatron? Laser beak? Weird flying square? That... bird? Something's up! I need to find out!!!"

"Lyra," Bon Bon's voice whispered "Lyra, wake up buddy!"
"No," Lyra muttered in her sleep "I don't want to go to school."
"Come on, it's important!!!"
"No! Five more minutes." an immediate slap was felt. Lyra stared at Bon Bon with wide eyes and an open mouth. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?!?!?"
"Outside. We have to discuss about your 'room'." Bon Bon left, not even acknowledging the device near her lamp. Lyra got up and walked outside, still feeling the pain across her cheek, but perhaps, since being a new M.I.B., she probably did something wrong. She walked out of her room. Bon Bon closed the door behind her. She slapped Lyra again.
"OUCH!!! What was that for?" 
"Do you even know what that is!!!" Bon Bon whispered-yelled
"...What?" she whispered back
"That Device!!! Near your lamp!!! It's logo!!! Why did you bring it!?!?!?" 
"It was a gift from Susan, that small human." 
"Lyra! That... is a Decepticon!!!"
"...Decepticon?"
"Imagine this: Decepticons are huge, human shaped robots that, after scanning a vehicle, can transform into it exactly and basically, hide in plain sight."
"Cool!"
"But there's more: Decepticons are evil; they believe that all life is beneath them and they need to conquer and/or destroy everything's resources to create, what they call, 'energon', which is basically the way they survive." 
"Huh... do they have a leader."
"Yes, and he is-" She stopped and froze. A smile came onto her face!!! "LYRA!!! YOU'RE A GENIUS!!!"
"I am?" 
"Okay, their leader is Megatron: he's ruthless and power hungry. I believe that we should 'take the day off' and go on a picnic, don't you agree?" Lyra gave a confused look. Then she realized what Bon Bon was planning. 
"OH!!! Yeah!!! Want me to bring my new device?"
"YES!!! We can enjoy some good music along the way."
"Shall I pack some snacks?"
"Yep! And I think we should go now with no pony around." 
"Alright. Give me a moment." Lyra walked back in her room, seeing the disguised Decepticon hasn't moved yet. She picked it up and took it downstairs. Surprisingly, Bon Bon already had a picnic basket ready, but considering how well experienced she was, there was probably weapons inside. The two walked outside: the sun was barely rising and no pony was around. The two walked into a field and set up their picnic area. Lyra placed the device onto the floor. 
"Care for a snack?" Bon Bon asked, opening the basket, revealing the same two guns they used yesterday.
"I would." Lyra replied, she reached for the gun inside and gripped it. She hooded her head. Lyra pulled out her gun and Bon Bon, while hiding her gun, held the device and used her gun as a threat. 
"ALRIGHT, DECEPTION!!! TELL US, WHERE'S MEGATRON!?!?!?" No respond was made. "Wise guy, eh? We have ways of making you talk." 
"We do?"
"...Yes. Check the basket." Lyra opened the basket again and pulled out a hammer. Bon Bon tossed the deviance onto the ground, having it land on it's 'back'. Bon Bon took the hammer away and held it to the device. "Talk, or else you you'll be scrap metal. 3...2...1!!!" She lifted the hammer above her head. The machine fired a tape out, hitting Bon Bon in the face, but glowed a bit and transformed into a robotic jaguar. The tape began to shake and, a bit slowly, it browed from a small device into a large robot that stood nearly three times as them. 
"Ravage:" it spoke in an emotionless and robotic voice "operation: Destroy." The robot jaguar charged at Bon Bon!!! Lyra, filled a lot of adrenaline, fired at the robot attacking her friend!!! The blast fired was blue electricity, probably preselected because it's a robot and, maybe over electrifying it will fry it's circuits. It hit the robot hard, surprisingly, but it got up and growled right at Lyra. The larger robot turned around and began to run away!!! Bon Bon fired her gun and, instead of lightning, a weird, blinking device landed on the robot's back without it even knowing. Lyra fired at the robot, now charging at her, and saw that, with each blast, it slowed down. Bon Bon got up and, setter her gun a bit, fired at the robot the other one called 'Ravage'. Ravage slowed down even more, until it fell to the floor, twitching from too much electricity in it's systems. Lyra stood there with her mouth open, surprised to see what she had done. 
"Alright," Bon Bon said, readjusting her gun. "That's another creep for the jailhouse." She fired at the downed robot, instead of it being 'killed', a square portal opened up below it and it slumped down into what looked liked a glass cell. 
"What... is that?" Lyra asked 
"A jailhouse. Usually, we have to stun interns first before we can send them in, but in good accounts, we deliver them if they surrender, or, with a well aimed shot, they just fall down." 
"Is it usually that small?" 
"Nah, it grows, knowing the intern's size. If you excuse me, I gotta give the good news." Bon Bon walked to their basket and opened it up, taking out a weird device that flipped open. She pressed in some numbers and began to call. 
"Hello!" Princess Luna greeted herself, possibly still snuggling her pet-intern opossum.
"Princess Luna. We found Megatron." Silence fell down. 
"YOU FOUND HIM!?!?!? WHERE IS HE!?!?!?" Bon Bon fell back a bit, but went back to her professional self. 
"We didn't 'found found' him, but we'll soon know where he's hiding. I placed a tracker device on one of his Decepticons and he's running away, most likely back to her leader. We're gonna need at least... half of all the M.I.B agents there. Good?"
"Very. I'll see you later... who's my good possum? You are!!! Yes you are!!!" Bon Bon hung up the phone. Lyra sat down on her haunches taking deep breaths. 
"Exciting enough?" Bon Bon asked 
"Very!" Lyra replied with excitement in her tone "That was... AWESOME!!!" 
"That's nothing compared to the OTHERS!!!"
"Others?" 
"Megatron is what we need! And his Decepticons as well!!! Come on, we're going on a road trip."
"How long will it take us?" 
"I don't know, a few hours, maybe?" 
"... eh, let's go! I can't wait to see that Megatron and freak out on how we found him!!!"
"Easy there, it's gonna be a while." The two left to go home and get ready for their long road trip.  

The same pegasus from Yesterday, looking through binoculars, sat on a tree's branch with blood shot red eyes and shivered in her place. Right next to her was a canteen filled with hot coffee. 
"Was that... a r-r-robot?" she stuttered from both the cold and fear "Th-th-this must be told to the public!!!" She took a final sip from her canteen, threw it into a bush and followed the two while flying high in the sky!!! 


A few hours later


The Afternoon sun hit the two as they exited their vehicle. Following the Decepticon took them all a long time, as it ran all the way into a cave in the middle of the desert. 
"Hey B.B.?" Lyra asked 
"What is it?" Bon Bon replied 
"Are we going to get back up?" 
"Yeah."
"When?"
"Right about... now!" large wailing of sirens could be heard. Lyra turned around and saw a brigade of vehicles and pegasi coming in the distance. The M.I.B. agents & vehicles surrounded the entrance of the cave, holding various weapons and even some of the vehicles opening up to reveal what seemed like more powerful weapons inside. One of the vehicles opened and Princess Luna came out of it. She had on a suit that looked the other Agents, and out came along Tiberius, who also had on a suit. 
"You look so adorable in a suit!!!" Luna nuzzled Tiberius. 
"Can we please just get 'im?" Tiberius asked, a bit embarrassed on Luna finding him more adorable than important. 
"Oh, right, sorry. *Ahem* Alright everyone!!! Listen up!!! Keep watch and make sure nothing escapes!!! If that does, I give you all the right to blast what ever Decepti-creep comes out!!! UNDERSTAND!?!?!?" 
"YES MA'AM!!!" All the Agents, including Lyra and Bon Bon, responded 
"Good. I'm going to have a word with Megatron." Luna began to walk to the inside of the cave with Tiberius burying himself in her mane. 
"...All by yourself?" Lyra asked with some concern. Luna turned around. She adjusted her glasses to look at the unicorn. 
"Should I be concerned?" 
"...A little bit." 
"Hm... Alright, you can join me." 
"WHAT!?!?!?" 
"And Bon Bon as well, you both found him and should have the chance to see our new prisoner!" 
"Whatever." Bon Bon simply said, walking next to the princess. Lyra followed: though she did found it exciting about shooting a robot jaguar, but this was a large robot!!! 
"But before we go in, Lyra?" 
"Yes ma'am?" Lyra asked, a bit shaking. 
"I promote you and allow you to use our larger weapons. Boys?" Without a word, three large rifles were thrown to Luna. She caught them all and gave them to the two following her. Lyra could feel the weight of the new weapon she held, but felt A LOT more secure. Luna coked her rifle, Bon Bon followed. With Lyra, it was a bit embarrassing, as it too her four tries, but she cocked her gun correctly and followed Luna inside. 

Derpy, from earlier, peeked from a cactus costume she bought while following the two. She was not only surprised by all the other ponies in suits like them and their weapons, but was flabbergasted by the sight that Princess Luna was with them!!!
"What is Princess Luna doing?" She asked herself as she wrote in her notebook "Is she their leader or prisoner? What are those weapons? Why the suits? Why the opossum? Is this revenge against Princess Celestia, or something worse? SO MANY QUESTIONS LEFT UNANSWERED!!!" She covered her hooves and went back into her cactus. She peeked and saw only a lone pegasus pony mare in a suit walking towards her. "Oh no! I'm caught! I'm going to jail, aren't I!?!?!? Calm down, Derpy. Calm down, remember your training." The lone pony walked up to the 'cactus' and walked around it. Nothing seemed strange about it. 
"I'm probably just hearing things." she said to herself. She turned around and began to walk away, but felt some pain hit right on her neck. She fell to the floor and was unconscious. Derpy took off her cactus costume and dragged the pony away. In a couple of minutes, she was in the suit (though not really clean looking) and put on the glasses (upside down though) and ran back to where the other ponies were at. They didn't even see her, nor acknowledged that she was there, only focusing on entrance of the cave.

Princess Luna, Bon Bon, and Lyra walked into the darkness. Luna lit her horn and made a small light for the three to see in, though it couldn't light the rest of the cave up. 
"I know you're in here, Megatron!!!" Luna yelled "Show yourself, you coward!!!" silence was around.
"So," a raspy but threatening robot voice spoke, freaking Lyra out a bit "Princess Luna? How long has it been since I've been in your pitiful excuse of a world? I'gm glad to see you got out of that moon, only to be back a slave of your sister." 
"Don't mock me!!! I turned to the dark side, but Celestia's star student helped me got out of it!!! Need I remind you of your constant failures against Optimus Prime and the Autobots?"
"Autobots?" Lyra whispered and asked Bon Bon. 
"They have the same abilities as Decepticons," Bon Bon whispered back "but they value all life and wish freedom for all sentient beings."
"Please," Megatron's voice replied "you only need one major victory to outshine others from my experience. How did you find me, anyways?" 
"I left a tracker on one of your followers!!!" Bon Bon answered "You may know him, he's Soundwave!!!" 
"Soundwave... wasn't it your job to find the right one?"
"It was, Lord Megatron." the same emotionless voice responded
"And did you find him or her?" 
"...Yes. Laser beak should return with their profile." 
"Right one?" Luna asked "WHAT IS YOUR PLAN!?!?!?" 
"Patience, fair Princess." Megatron replied "we haven't done anything wrong, have we?" 
"SHOW YOURSELF!!!"
"... with pleasure." Bright, white lights on around them, blinding them a bit. Lyra gasped really hard at the sight: A very tall, grey robot with a helmet shaped head and had large canon over his right arm, sat in a throne, surrounded by other Decepticons. There were some robots that looked like triplets, but had a different color of red, blue, & black, three insectoid looking robots, five robots that looked liked they were from a construction sight, and, well, so much to count from, she couldn't help but feel fierier to all of them.
"You brought in every Decepticon across the galaxy to this area. Why?" 
"Isn't it easy? Your untimely death." He got up from his throne and aimed his large canon at Luna. Without much thinking, Lyra aimed at Megatron and fired a single blast, hitting the robot's eye!!! He fell to the ground, screaming with pain. 
"Megatron has fallen!!!" the red robot of the triplets yelled "DECEPTICONS!!! ATTACK!!!" All the robots began to charge at the three. Luna stood in front of them and they all teleported outside. All the M.I.B.s held up their guns and aimed at the entrance. 
"FIRE!!!" Luna ordered. A few of the giant robots came out, only to be greeted by a hailstorm of lasers, plasma, electricity, rays, beams, and energy hitting them!!! they heard the loud booming inside, and Megatron came out, firing and destroying a couple of the vehicle outside, but trying to cover himself from all the projectiles hitting him!!! 

Derpy panicked, not even sure what to do!!! A large robot came out and started to blast at a couple of the weird machines that surrounded her, killing some of the ponies or seriously injuring them!!! A large, metal bird flew above her transformed into the flying object she followed last night, and landed inside the chest of the same robot that attacked the two mares earlier. The large robot aimed at her and she saw the inside of the canon, glowing with red. She stood in fear, not even hearing the voices of the ponies yelling orders, only her heart beating. She anticipated her death coming from a blast of fire, but saw nothing coming. She saw the robot stop, gave a weird look at her, then an evil grin. Was it going to do something worse? A large blast came to it's face and it fell to the ground. All sounds came back and she saw Princess Luna, unicorn, and the earth pony fire at it's face!!! 

"DECEPTICONS!!!" Megatron ordered "STOP!!!" All the deceptions stopped firing at the ponies, and the M.I.B. agents stopped, watching what was happening. Luna, Lyra, and Bon Bon walked to robot's face, seeing they dealt massive damage to it's face and shipped some pieces off, showing some of it's wiring. "We... surrender." Both sides gasped. 
"Surrender?" Luna asked with an eye brow rising. "What is the meaning of this? You never surrender for anything!!!" 
"Please... your majesty... I... apologize for trying to kill you. Starscream can be an idiot!!!" 
"HEY!!!" The red robot of the triplets yelled 
"Please... we will do whatever you want." Luna looked at the Decepticons then looked back at their leader. 
"We shall see." Luna said. She fired a portal, leading to their prison. Megatron got up and walked to the portal. 
"Decepticons... follow." The robots began to murmur among themselves, following their leader into the portal.
"Do you think he's up to something?" Lyra asked 
"They're always up to something." Bon Bon replied. She turned and waled to a specific agent. "Tell us your name, Agent."
"Uh... uh... Agent... 21." The agent stuttered. 
"Hold on." Luna said. The agent cowered a bit, not even knowing what Luna would do. Luna placed her hoof over the agent's head. 

Derpy stood still as Princess Luna placed her hoof on her head. 
"Show me your mind!!!" A demonic demanded her.
"Who's there?" Derpy asked. She looked up and saw Luna was, instead of her regal face, now a decomposing corpse with large eyes and teeth breaking though what's left of the lips.  Before Derpy could scream, she found herself flashing through memories of her past!!! From when she born, her first muffin, graduating from school, getting maried to Time Turner, having Ditzy, to the events that lead to today, all happened in less than a few seconds!!!

Luna released the 'agents' head. 
"SHE'S A FAKE!!!" Luna yelled 
"A fake!?!?!?" Lyra asked
"This is Derpy!!! She heard you both talk to her husband about the T.A.R.D.I.S., saw Laser Beak, saw what you BOTH did, and this!!!" 
"Please!!!" Derpy begged "Don't hurt me!!! I won't tell anypony bout his!!! I Pinkie Promise!!!" 
"Sorry," Bon Bon replied, pulling out her neuralizer and putting on her glasses "but we can't afford it. Care to do it, Lyra?" 
"Uh... sure." Lyra replied putting on her glasses. Luna and her possum did the same. A flash of white came and Derpy stood with her eyes adjusting to the brightness. "Alright, Miss Derpy, this is the last time we tell you: this cave is restricted for many reasons. Go home to your husband & child, and come back here next month, got it?" 

Derpy stood and listened to Lyra's obvious lie. Why did they flash her with that thing? Was it some sort of camera? Or was it something else? Derpy simply nodded her head with a simple 'uh huh'. 
"Good," Luna said "off with you, we'll see you in another time." Derpy opened her wings and took off to the sky, a bit weirded out on what happened, but also confused on what they were doing. Perhaps, NO!!! Her husband will answer everything!!!

"Not bad," Bon Bon said "Though, I think you should've used used the signaling thing as a good lie."
"Or use me as the one that gave her that suit." Luna added 
"Sorry girls," Lyra apologized "it was my first time doing something like that. What now?" 
"Now? You two have the rest of the day off. See you in the morning!!!" She used her magic and levitated Tiberius out of her mane and went back to snuggling the poor little possum again. The two went back into their vehicle and drove back home, finding this day as a job well done. Out of the corner, the unconscious guard woke up and found herself in a cactus costume. 
"THAT'S THE FIFTH TIME THIS WEEK!!!" She yelled.

It took Derpy a couple of hours, nearly coming home just when night started. She walked in and saw both her husband and daughter having spaghetti, fresh from cooking. A third plate was made for her, then heard her own stomach growling: she hadn't eaten anything all day today with the exception of drinking coffee.
"Honey!!!" Time Turner shouted with glee "Where have you ben all day? Come in, we got spaghetti ready!" She nearly sprinted her way to the table, picked up her fork next to her plate, and choked down the food.
"Mommy," Dinky squeaked. Derpy froze and stared at her daughter, having sauce all over her muzzle. Her daughter looked into her eyes, seeing them blood shot with some fear in it. "is there something wrong? Did something bad happen?" Derpy swallowed, picked up a napkin, and began to clean her face.
"...Yes Dinky, something bad did happen." 
"WHAT HAPPENED!?!?!?!?" 
"It's... nothing you want to hear. I have to talk to your father about it." 
"What happened?" Time turner asked, having concern in his tone. 
"Dinky, finish your plate, brush your teeth, and head to bed. You have school tomorrow, right?"
"Yes mommy." Dinky replied. She finished her plate and soon left the couple to the upstairs rooms. Derpy turned to her husband and took a deep breath. 
"What is the T.A.R.D.I.S.?" Time turner froze a bit, giving a questionable look to his wife, then chuckled. 
"Honey," he replied "it's a code for 'Turning All Ridiculous Dimes Into Stores'. Its a weird thing we do where we collect dimes and-" 
"Who's Megatron?" Her husband froze and gave another questionable looked, followed by a nervous chuckle. 
"Megatron? Never heard of that name before! You must have great-" 
"Who are the Decepticons?" 
"Uh... look... this is all great, but-" 
"DON'T PLAY STUPID WITH ME!!!" Time Turner jumped and backed up a bit, seeing his wife truly meant something was wrong. "You're with those ponies in suits, aren't you!?!?!? I saw what those two did!!! I spied on them last night and I saw... THINGS... that nopony should've seen!!! They shot down a metal jaguar early, popping out of a GIANT ROBOT that was disguised as a small device this morning!!! I followed those two in a STUPID CACTUS COSTUME!!! IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT!!! There's at least a small army of those ponies!!! ALL EQUIPPED WITH WEAPONS MORE ADVANCED THAT THE CANTERLOT GUARDS!!! AND PRINCESS LUNA IS THEIR LEADER!!! THEY TOOK ON AN ARMY OF GIANT ROBOTS!!! They even took a... picture of me through a weird device and made an obvious ale lie about something I DIDN'T DO!!! I'm not going to ask again: What. Is. The. T.A.R.D.I.S.?" Time turner looked at her wife, seeing her nearly pop all her veins with her eyes, though separated, catching fire!!! He got up and placed his hoof over her shoulder.
"Derpy, please, I am not with those ponies, but I help them every now and then. They are the Mares In Black: They're an underground group of ponies that work hard to protect Equestria from all sorts of inter-dimensional creatures that may wish to attack and take over everypony. They're mean to be a secret because, unlike Princess Celestia, who tells everypony what's happening, Princess Luna was the founder, and is still the leader, who will do anything to protect it's citizens from harm. I myself, am not a pony, but an alien, or 'Intern' as they say." 
"...How? You look so-" Before she could finish, Time turner placed his wife's head on his chest. She carefully heard the beating of, not just one heart, but two!!!
"You see, I have two hearts, not one like any other pony, that's why I never went to the hospital. I'm much older than Princess Celestia herself, and this is only one of my thirteen forms." 
"Which... form is this?" 
"My tenth. I have the memories of my past forms, but with me... I don't want to die. I love you, our daughter, this home, everything!!! That, I can not lie about. As for the T.A.R.D.I.S.? Come." Time Turner released Derpy's head and walked out the front door. Derpy followed her husband. It took them a few minutes, but they traveled to the outskirts of the Everfree forest, something that made her think that this should've been saved for the morning. They approached a large boulder. Derpy was confused, but her husband reached over, touch the boulder, and yanked something off!!! It was a cover, and under it was a blue, rectangular shaped cube with two doors. 
"This is the T.A.R.D.I.S." Time turner simply said, opening the door. "Come inside."
"But it's small." Derpy replied 
"Don't judge a book by it's cover, as they say." Derpy cautiously looked around, then opened the door. She expected to be in a tight area, probably with her husband to kiss each other, but instead, she found herself in a large and bright area!!! It was huge!!! 
"It's bigger on the inside!!!"
"OH BOY!!! I haven't heard that in a while!!!"
"What... does it do?" 
"She." 
"She?" 
"The T.A.R.D.I.S. is living thing, and, from a weird adventure, she's a woman and, to help you out, she's like a cat: you gotta be with her for a while before you can gain her trust!" 
"Does... it speak?" 
"In this? Not really, only for security reasons, but I can feel her. Say sexy, want to bring my wife and I to a beautiful area?"
"SEXY!?!?!?" 
"SHH... she like's it that way." the doctor ran to the controls in the middle and started to pull some levers & nods around "Alright... increasing oxygen levels, setting coordinates, and now... hold on."
"Hold on?" A large bump was made, tossing Derpy to be with her husband, both holding on to the console 
"ALLONS-Y!!!" In a matter of moment, the ship stopped rocking and went natural. 
"What... just happened?" 
"Take a look outside, you'll see." Derpy wasn't quite sure about this, but she followed what her husband said. She opened the entrance but, without taking any set forward, she gasped at what was ahead: They were in space, more specifically, they were on the moon!!! She took a step forward, feeling the low gravity, and looked to see both the moon and Equestria, slowly moving. 
"W-w-we're-"
"On the moon!" She turned and saw her husband getting inside a ridicules white outfit with a helmet over his head. 
"What are you-?"
"I like to pretend I was with Neil Armstrong when he landed on the moon." 
"...Neil Armstrong?"
"Did I say 'pretend'? I meant re-experience." 
"Is... this what you do?" 
"Did. I... sorta retired." 
"Sorta retired? What made you retire?" Time turned placed both of his hooves on her shoulders 
"When I meet you." Derpy's eyes grew to the size of dinner plates: her husband was an alien that traveled constantly and retired from his adventure because of her!?!?!? It actually felt... romantic. She removed her husband's helmet, tossing it away, grabbed the back of Time Turner's head, and locked her lips with his. He didn't even fight back, he just went with the flow, both ignoring Equestria slowly parting, revealing much more of the sun. they both pooped their lips off one another, looking into each other's eyes. 
"Honey?" 
"Yes?"
"Is it... alright if I can go on one of your crazy adventures?" Time Turner froze and gave wide eyes, showing fear.
"Are you... sure? I mean, they're dangerous, anything can go wrong, you can be-" 
"If anything happens to me, I'll be glad to just be with you! Take care of our daughter when something does happen." 
"...Alright! LET'S GO!!!" 
"Allons-y!!!" They both ran back inside the T.A.R.D.I.S.. Time Turner jumped to the controls and began to insert random coordinates, not even thinking what will happen next.  Instead of rapidly turning, a low humming was heard, and it was only for a couple of seconds.
"Did it work?" Derpy asked 
"It did," Time Turner responded "Let's see where we are." Derpy opened the door and peeked outside, but was greeted by a single, blue light. 
"Exterminate!!!"
> Daleks, Cybermen, and The Master.

"WAKE UP!!!" Bon Bon yelled, jumping onto the bed, waking up her apprentice and best friend. Lyra woke up screaming as Bon Bon shook her wildly. 
"I'M UP!!!" Lyra yelled "I'M UP!!! What is it!?!?!?" 
"The Doctor!!! He's gone!!!" 
"Doctor?" 
"Sorry, I mean Time Turner."
"TIME TUNRER IS MISSING!!!" 
"Yes! And not just him, but Derpy, the mare from yesterday, and the T.A.R.D.I.S. as well!!!" 
"Well... where was it?" 
"Come!!!" Bon Bon dragged Lyra off of her bed and ran ahead. Lyra followed her mentor, running out of the house. They saw a couple of M.I.B. agents around the area already,  guarding it. They allowed the two to past without hesitation. A perfect square was in the grass area, and next to it was a large cover sheet that looked like the rocks below. 
"Did someone steal it?"
"Highly unlikely. The T.A.R.D.I.S. won't be able to open to just anypony, let alone, anyone could find it under it's disguise as a boulder."
"Then what happened?" 
"...I thing I have it: The Doctor took his wife, Derpy, to go on an adventure." 
"An Adventure?" 
"I'm... not really sure why he would do it. Perhaps he needs that nostalgia, but took his wife as an assistant.
"Assistant?"
"Back then, he always had at least ONE assistant with him during his adventures."
"What are we gonna do? Do we wait for him?"
"No. He actually violated one of his rules to never use the T.A.R.D.I.S. unless it's for an emergency. Since he's followed our rules, this must be important." 
"But... where is he?" 
"Not really where, but when is he? Come on, we're going back into H.Q." 
"I'll get in the car." 
"No! Look, put on your clothing and follow me."


With Derpy and Time Turner

"Derpy," Time turner spoke very hesitantly "Don't... make... any... sudden... movements." Derpy swallowed hard and stood as slowly as she could. 
"What are they?" Derpy asked, sweating hard as the machine aimed at her. 
"We are Daleks!!!" The machine replied, scaring Derpy a bit "And you are our prisoners!!!" 
"Just follow what they say," Time Turner whispered back "Don't try to question them, just follow, I'll be right behind you." Derpy exited the T.A.R.D.I.S., followed by her husband. they were surrounded by Daleks, each backing up away from them. 
"THE DOCTOR!!!" One of the Daleks yelled is a low voice with fear "THE DOCTOR IS STILL ALIVE!?!?!?" 
"IMPOSSIBLE!!!" Another yelled "HE WAS EXTERMINATED!!!" 
"EXTERMINATE!!!" Another yelled "EXTERMINATE!!!" 
"Halt!" a, normal sounding male voice said. The group of Daleks parted, showing bipedal robots, marching in two large rows. 
"Cybermen?" Time Turner asked "And Daleks not killing each other?" 
"What do you mean?" Derpy asked 
"Look, Daleks and Cybermen are nearly opposites: they both think of themselves as superior amongst other species in the galaxy. Daleks will kill all who stand in their way, but Cybermen will take your brain and make you one of them, erasing all your memories and what make you you. How are they together?" The Cybermen stopped marching and parted, revealing a pony in the middle: he had a blue coat, and orange-yellow mane & tail that looked more tamed than time turner's, wore a red bow tie with white collars sticking out, and his cutie mark was the same as Time Turner's. 
"All Hail "The Master"!!!" The Cybermen spoke as one. Time Turner's eyes shrunk, he shivered in place, and sweated hard. 
"What's wrong?" Derpy asked 
"The Master?" Time Turner responded, breathing hard 
"Well, well, well," The master spoke in a more sly voice as he walked to them "If it isn't my old friend, The Doctor. How long has it been, buddy?" 
"You! What are you doing here?" 
"I was going to ask you the same, pal. It's pretty weird getting used to this new body as a, well, a pony. How did you manage to do this?" 
"I'd rather not tell!!!" 
"Of course you wouldn't, you and your secrets. Ooh! Who's this lovely gem?" The master walked past Time Turner. Time was about to attack, but saw the Cybermen aiming their arm blaster at him, causing him to stand still but still sweat, not sure what the Master will do to his wife. Derpy backed up a bit until her flank landed on the closed door of the T.A.R.D.I.S. She cowered and whimpered a bit. 
"Please," she begged "Don't hurt me." 
"Hurt you? My dear, I don't hurt women like how the Doctor does."
"...What?" 
"Has he not told you? Doctor, such a shame, not informing her about all those other women you were with before? Tsk, tsk, tsk, such a brute." Derpy immediately slapped the Master across his face with one of her front hooves. All the Cybermen and Daleks aimed at her, but the Master lifted his front leg up, and they all lowered their weapons. "Hmm... fending the Doctor? I've never seen that in a while. Tell me, who are you?" 
"I'm Derpy!!! Derpy Hooves!!! And, 'The Doctor', is my husband!!" Silence fell amongst them all. The master went into a blank expression, then made large smug, followed by an evil chuckle, leading to a loud roar of laughter!!! "What's so funny!?!?!?!?"
"YOU!!! His Wife!?!?!?!? OH MY WORD!!! That's... so... HYSTERICAL!!!" Master immediately returned the slap to Derpy, catching her off guard, and she fell to the floor unconscious.
"DERPY!!!" Time Turner ran to her wife and picked her up by her head, luckily, seeing no permanent damage was caused. The master continued laughing. 
"Oh Doctor, this is your crowning jewel, is it not? A wife!?!?!? I never saw you as the married type of person, at all! But, as much as I want to, she is important to my friends' and my plan." 
"Plan? What plan?"
"Oh, I may have spoiled a bit of our plan, but let's just say, I'm not alone. Cybermen, hold the Doctor for a little while: Don't upgrade him, just yet." The Cybermen picked up Time Turner from his wife, and struggled a bit to become free. 
"You won't get away with this!!! Even if I don't stop you, the M.I.B. will!!!" 
"M.I.B.? Hmm... I believe they're part of this as well." The ship shook rapidly with some lights going out. "WHAT WAS THAT!?!?!?" 
"That's them."


Earlier:


Lyra and Bon Bon, both in suits, walked into the "Quills and Sofas only" store. 
"Why are we here?" Lyra asked "How are getting Quills and/or sofas the way to get them back?" 
"Hold on," Bon Bon said, walking to the cashier "just give me a moment." 
"Wonderful day we're having!" The cashier spoke 
"Yes, but I which I brought my umbrella." Without any word, the cashier went to a candle on the wall and bent the mantle down. A door opened next to the cashier, releaving an elevator. Lyra stood with her mouth open wide. "Secret entrances everywhere. Just glad the elevator here is working, otherwise we'd have to use the toilets." Lyra shook her head and followed Bon Bon into the elevator. They descended into the headquarters of base, making Bon Bon believe that is is actually in the core of their planet or, at least, close to it. Luna was already near the elevator doors as they descended, still snuggling with Tiberius while leading a human male in a yellow suit with another human male that looked older & had pointy ears in a blue suit to another area. 
"Tell Sulu I said 'Hello'!!!" Luna spoke kindly as the two left. She turned back to the other two as they descended. "Geez. What is up with Kirk? What is it with being with other female interns, especially me!?!?!?" 
"I don't know," Tiberius answered "perhaps it's like you with me?"
"Oh hush! You're much cuter than him! What's wrong B-B?" 
"The Doctor and the T.A.R.D.I.S. are missing." Bon Bon replied 
"Yes, so I've heard. I know this is important to you, so I'm letting you, and L.H, lead a group to his last destination." 
"Where is that?" Lyra asked 
"According to the files... he's in space right now." Lyra's face froze for a bit. 
"Uh... space?" 
"Yes. I don't think he's drifting in it, though, he's most likely in a ship."
"No offense, but how do we get there? It's not like we have a device that will lead us to space, right?" they both turned to her, then made a smug on their face. "Why am I not surprised?" 
"Come on," Bon Bon said "you'll enjoy it." The two walked in, yet, another room, this time, a huge rocket was there, and many M.I.B. agents were entering it, taking their weapons inside. Bon Bon and Lyra entered the machine, sitting next to other agents, putting on helmets over their heads, found above their seats. The two were near a large door, most likely, where they will all pour out and attack whatever has the Doctor, the T.A.R.D.I.S., and Derpy. The two put on their helmets and, following everpony else, strapped themselves in. Lyra's heart was pounding her chest. 
"The Flight shall begin in, T- Minus, 10 seconds." A voice said in the speakers. "10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1!!!" A large force was felt, as Lyra shutter her eyes tight, giving her the feeling that she was crushed. she opened her eyes and saw some objects, mostly change and dirt, float without magic. 
"Lyra?" Bon Bon's voice was heard through a peaked in her helmet "Can you hear me?" 
"Yeah," Lyra replied "Are we... in space?" 
"Yep. Don't take it all in, we'll be fighting in a couple of minutes." Lyra turned to Bon Bon, seeing that she had a square device: she was reading the profiles of something.
"What's that?" 
"Our Targets: Daleks and Cybermen?" 
"...What and what?" 
"Daleks are an extraterrestrial race of cyborgs created by the scientist Davros during the final years of a thousand-year war against the Thals. He genetically modified his race, the Kaleds, and integrated them with a tank-like, robotic, mechanical shell. His final modification was to remove their ability to feel pity, compassion, or remorse. The Daleks soon came to view themselves as the supreme race in the universe and began a conquest of universal domination and extermination. Cybermen, on the other hoof, were originally a wholly organic species of humanoids originating on Earth's twin planet, Mondas, that began to implant more and more artificial parts into their bodies as a means of self-preservation. This led to the race becoming coldly logical and calculating, with every emotion deleted from their minds. These two have battled each other and the Doctor multiple times, but woking together to defeat the Doctor? Either they formed an alliance, or under control of something, or someone else."
"What if it's all combined?" 
"That's... a good theory, actually." 
"Arriving in T-minus 5 seconds." the ship shook hard, breaking a couple of lights, but the area went from yellow to a threatening red. "Boarding beginning." 
"Get ready," Bon Bon simply said, holding up her large rifle from her seat below "If the Daleks don't kill you, then the Cybermen will turn into one of them." Lyra gulped hard at what she said, and pulled out her rifle below. 


Present:


A red circle started to form at the side of their ship. The Master turned to the Doctor, who only let out a smirk. A perfect circle was cut off and fell below. Smoke was made, and a weird blinking red light came from the smoke, stopping at the feet of some nearby Cybermen and Deleks. Both species looked down at it, before it opened and released a large surge of electricity!!! The cybermen hit by it fell to their knees, yelling in pain before their heads exploded, and the Daleks hit by it began to spin in circles, zapping uncontrollably, exterminating allies everywhere!!! Bon Bon exited the hole first.
"CHARGE!!!" She simply yelled. A whole swarm of other M.I.B. agents came through and started to fire at the Cybermen and Daleks, easily taking down the cybermen with one shot, but needing a couple of shots to defeat a Dalek.
"YOU IDIOTS!!!" The Master ordered "ATTACK!!! ATTACK!!!" both Cybermen and Daleks fired back at the M.I.B. agents, yelling a mix of both 'Exterminate!!!' and 'Delete!!!'. the Doctor pulled his forearms out of the grips of the Cybermen grabbing him and ran to his wife, carrying her and entering the T.A.R.D.I.S. Bon Bon and Lyra ran to the T.A.R.D.I.S., firing at a couple of their enemies. 
"Doctor!!!" Lyra yelled, taking the cover off her helmet "Are you alright?"
"Yes!" the muffled voice of the Doctor replied "The Master!!! He's the one leading them!!!" 
"The Master!!!" Bon Bon yelled, also removing the cover of her helmet "He brought these two dangerous species together?" 
"Yes!" The door opened and the Doctor stepped out, holding a weird, glowing device that had a blue light on it "Come! We must stop him!!!" The three ran ahead, following the blue pony as he escaped into a hallway 
"Who's The Master?" Lyra asked, putting back on her cover. 
"The Master was the Doctor's old friend. There had a peculiar relationship between them: you see, The Doctor was the only person like The Master; both renegade Time Lords and, in a funny sort of way, they were partners in crime." 
"Don't make it seem like I'm his best friend!!!" The Doctor barked "He wants power!!! I just want to know it all!!! He's nothing like me!!!" They saw the Master enter a large room filled with controls. He pressed on the button, and a large, metal barrier was made between the two!!!" 
"NO!!!" Lyra yelled, slamming at the barrier "We can't let this happen!!! Do we have explosives that can-"
"Ahem." Lyra turned to the Doctor, who twirled the same device in his hooves. "Let me do this." 
"What is that?"
"That's a Sonic Screwdriver." Bon Bon answered. 
"Sonic Screwdriver?" 
"Yes. Next to the T.A.R.D.I.S., the Sonic Screwdriver is the Doctor's other important tool. Basically, it can hack into any net work in a matter of second, open anything he wishes to use, and manipulate anything he pleases. The only weakness to it: wooden doors."
"Don't remind me of that accident!!!" the Doctor pleaded. The metal door opened, and the Master sat in his seat, covering from the three. 
"Master!!!" on Bon yelled "Your time is over!!! Surrender now, or else!!!" 
"Or Else what?" the Master replied "Shoot me down, and I still live!!!" 
"True... but which form is this?"
"Pardon?" 
"You're a Time-Lord! You only have thirteen forms!!! Tell me, or else you'll be dead, for good!!!" Te master sweated a bit, then released a sigh. He went to the control, picked up a Microphone, and spoke into it. 
"Daleks and Cybermen... surrender yourselves. We have lost." 
"Good boy." 
"What are you going to do with him?" 
"We're gonna have him locked up!" Lyra replied "he won't cause any trouble in there, right?"
"Oh, I promise," the Master spoke slyly "nothing will go wrong... at least, not now." 
"Get out of my sight!!!" Doctor growled at Master
"I'll see you later, old friend." Bon Bon died a Portal and the Master walked in, not even trying to make a run for it. It closed, leaving nothing behind. 
"I don't like this." 
"What do you mean?" Lyra asked 
"He surrendered without a fight. Something must be up right now."
"Like how?" 
"He said... my wife is part of his plan." 
"Plan?" the two asked 
"I have no idea what it is either, but, I just hope, we didn't help it out." the two walked down to where the T.A.R.D.I.S. was at. Some M.I.B. agents laid on the floor, dead, but the rest made two portals: one for the Cybermen and the other for the Daleks. Time Turner walked into the T.A.R.D.I.S.. 
"Before you go," Bon Bon spoke. Time Turner stopped and looked at her "please, why did you reuse the T.A.R.D.I.S. and brought your wife along?" He froze and stared at them. 
"She... I wanted to go on one small adventure, and she followed me. We both landed here. She was frightened, and the Master made her unconscious. I know her: she will think this was all a dream. No need to get involved." Bon Bon looked at the Doctor, then nodded. 
"Alright, I trust you on this. Please, keep her away from all M.I.B. business."
"I will." He closed the door, and the T.A.R.D.I.S. began to disappear. 
"Come on, let's get back home."
"Right." Lyra replied.

The T.A.R.D.I.S. came back into the same area where it left. Time Turner, using his front legs as arms, walked with his wife in his forelegs. He gently lowered her and put on the boulder disguise over the T.A.R.D.I.S., hopefully, no pony saw him while doing it. He carried her again and headed to his home. Dinky was gone, at school with her friends and learning from Ms. Cheerilee. He placed his wife on their bed and laid next to her, giving a kiss on her cheek. 
"I'm so sorry." he said with a single tear coming down. "I truly am."

Later that Night:


Derpy woke up in her bed, seeing her Husband, though sitting on his haunches on the floor, snored loudly with his head on the bed. A creek was made outside her door, and Dinky stood there. 
"Mommy," she spoke "is there something wrong?" 
"Uh... no, sweetie." Derpy spoke. "We... just had a lot to do somewhere else." 
"I... guess that explains why Daddy not sleeping like he should." 
"Oh yes. He can be silly sometimes." 
"well... good night!!!" Her Daughter left to her room, humming a tune to herself. Derpy turned to her husband, who was sill sleeping. She flew a bit off her bed and helped her husband on the bed. He only grumbled a bit as she did it, giving a sense of relief. She was wondering what happened to her while she was unconscious this 'Master' and how she got back to her bed. Maybe, it was nothing but a dream... but it felt so real. His sleep caused her eyes to fall heavy. Perhaps... the morning will help clear things out. She laid down next to her husband and began to sleep. 


The Next Morning: Bon Bon and Lyra.
 

Lyra woke up just as soon as Bon Bon opened the door. 
"Let me guess," Lyra spoke with irritation in her voice "the boys found something we ought to investigate?" 
"You've been learning a lot, haven't you?" Bon Bon asked 
"Yeah. Soon, I'll be up at around your time. When do you usually wake up?" 
"At about 5:00 A.M." 
"...You're insane." 
"At least I'm insane for a cause."
"Fine.. give me a moment to get dressed." 


Derpy:


Time Turner woke to see his wife, lying down on the bed in front of him, fast asleep. He wasn't really sure how he got up on the bed, remembering he passed out when he wetted her on the bed, but figured she got up and set him on the bed next to her. Some clopping sounds were heard, and Dinky stood there, holding a weird, metal tube in her mouth. 
"What's that you got there?" Time Turner asked, getting off the bed and walking to his Daughter. 
"This?" She asked "I... don't really know. I... just sorta made it last night." 
"Last night?" 
"Yeah!" 
"Well, does it work?" 
"I'm... not really sure. Hold on." She used her tiny magic to hold it in the air and press it's main button. A familiar sound emitted from the device. Time Turner froze in place with his eyes widening to the size of dinner plates: Her Daughter made her own Sonic Screwdriver!!! "Something wrong?" 
"Oh, um... no! In fact, that's... actually sweet! I suggest you hide it though, don't want anypony to steal your work, am I right?" 
"Right! Bye Daddy!!!" Dinky ran down the stairs and headed down outside, going to school. Derpy woke up and saw her husband faint to the floor. 
"Oh dear." she said to herself, feeling her head "That... was a weird dream. Honey, you alright?" No answer came. Curious, she walked over to see her husband unconscious. "What caused you to faint? I mean, it's not like you're an alien that travels through time and... goes... on... adventures." She froze at her own words: did she remember that from her dream? Was it even a dream? Curiously, she leaned over to her husband and listened to his chest: two heartbeats were bing emitted. She jumped and froze!!! The dream was no fake: He really was an alien!!! And that dream, it was real!!! the Daleks, the Cybermen, even the Master, all were real!!! "What caused you to faint?" the door reopened and Dinky came inside. 
"Sorry!!!" She spoke from below "Forgot my notebooks!!!" She disappeared as soon as she entered. Derpy looked back at her husband. 
"Is... Dinky also a Time-Lord?"


M.I.B. Headquarters.


Lyra and Bon Bon walked up to Luna, not snuggling Tiberius for once, but allowed the possum to hang from it's tail on her horn. She was in front of a large computer, operated by two other agents.
"I'm glad you both could make it." Luna stated
"Alright then," Bon Bon said "What's the situation?"
"Well, remember your bust from yesterday?" 
"With the Daleks and Cybermen?" Lyra replied "Yeah. What about them?" 
"well, some of the boys have found information in their computer."
"What about it?" 
"It turns out, the Master sent in a virus to the Cybermen to obey him and, with the Daleks, carefully placed microscopic explosive devices in each one. I'm not sure how he did it, but that means, he has both under his hooves." 
"Any other information?" Bon Bon asked 
"Yeah. The Master also made contacts with another person. It's best if you hear it for yourself." 

She pressed a button on a stool, and a transmission played: a deep breathing, very mechanical like, was heard for the most part. 
"So," the master's voice was heard "You think your boys can handle it? Perhaps a couple of Klingons would gladly die for us?" 
"No," a stern, low, and menacing voice replied, stopping the mechanical breathing. "The empire will need this planet and new allies. Together, we will all control the galaxy, bringing peace and justice to all, under our unified banner!!!"
"Yes, yes, but remember the plan!!! We will help you defeat the rebels as soon as we take over this planet, capisce?"
"...It will be honored." 
"Excellent!!! Say, your boys can aim, right?" The transmission ended. 

"Sounds like another ally he made." Bon Bon observed 
"Yes," Luna replied "And I already know who this is." She pressed a couple more button, and a creature appeared on screen: he had on a black helmet with a face mask, covering his eyes, and it was shiny black. 
"Darth Vader." 
"Darth Who?" Lyra asked 
"Originally a Jedi prophesied to bring balance to the Force," Luna replied "Young Anikin Skywalker fell to the dark side of the Force and serves to the evil Galactic Empire at the right hand of his Sith master, Palpatine, a.k.a., Darth Sidious."
"Sounds serious" 
"Believe me, it is! I can't afford losing more agents, so you two will have to book it."
"WHAT!?!?!?" 
"Don't worry," Bon Bon said "if there's one thing I've learned, it's that storm troopers are horrible at aiming!!!" 
"Oh... guess that's good." 
"And we have some codes that allow us to enter their base: the Death Star." 
"Ooh!!! Sounds dangerous!!!" 
"Don't worry, this is a simple arrest operation."
"And don't worry about space travel," Luna said "he's actually landing here in... the middle of the Everfree Forest. 
"Really?" Lyra asked 
"But be careful: his troopers may be easy to take care of, but he has the force!" 
"The force?" 
"Think of it as your magic," Bon Bon explained, "but without the aura and need for a horn." 
"... I'll keep that in mind." 
"And you won't be using those guns for this." Luna added, giving them both a weird, metal tube "You'll use these." 
"What.. are these?" 
"Lightsabers!!!" 
"... I don't follow." 
"Just follow me and you'll see." Bon Bon simply said. The duo exited the area. Luna looked up to Tiberius 
"Alright," she simply said "Snuggle time!!!" 
"Five more minutes." Tiberius begged.


Derpy:


Time Turner finally woke up (again) and found himself on their bed (again). Derpy was out of the bed, and he could've sworn he smelt something delicious being cooked by her. Curious about his daughter, he got off his bed and went inside Dinky's room. Nothing seemed weird inside: her bed was made, some toys were on the floor, and her diary was there. Though she didn't want her to know, he opened up her latest diary entrance and began to read it. 

Dear Diary,
I have been getting these weird dreams as of lately. I'm pretty sure Mommy would agree that this was a dream, probably nothing but random stuff happening, but Daddy would most likely investigate it. I'm... can't really explain it, but, I usually see Daddy and I in this... weird blue box, traveling through space. I would love to show this to my friends, but most would be jealous of my art and may think it's crazy. 
It's very strange, looking at how simple it is, but inside, it's actually like a whole house almost, filled with stuff I've never seen in my life. The strangest, however, isn't from the blue box itself, but what my Daddy and I use. If I'm not mistaking, it looks like a wand the ponies of old used to use to mimic unicorn magic, but failed immensely. With us, however, it works really well. 

I actually want to make it it, though I'm not sure what it can do. Until next time, Allons-y!!!

He stood there with his mouth open: How did his daughter know about both the T.A.R.D.I.S. and Sonic Screwdriver!?!?!? Granted, she never called them that, but it was really close to it!!! Was... she also a time lord like him? Or was this Luna work? Either way, he had to find out: something like that is exceptionally dangerous, especially if it's her own daughter!!! 
"Honey?" Derpy's voice asked below "Are you up???" He placed the diary back in it's place
"Yes Dear!!!" He responded 
"Do you want some Mac and Cheese with your steamed vegetables?"
"That... sounds lovely!" 
"I also need to talk to you for a second. It's about Dinky." He froze for a bit. Carefully, he stood up and began to walk down the stairs. 
"Honey, before you ask, I'm-" 
"Is our Daughter a Time-Lord like you?" He froze in place. 
"What makes you-" 
"My eyes may not be the best, but I'm not stupid. I remember the sound of your hearts, the T.A.R.D.I.S., those Daleks, Cybermen, and that 'friend' of yours, The Master. Is our Daughter a Time-Lord like you?"
"I... don't know. Listen, this morning, she showed me a little... something she made last night. I didn't get to show you yet, but she made my tool, the Sonic Screwdriver." 
"Sonic... Screwdriver?" 
"It's a tool I used to help me lock pick anything, but I also used it to manipulate a lot of stuff to my way."
"Does it have a default?"
"...It's wood. But that's not the point! I looked inside her diary a-" 
"YOU LOOKED INSIDE DINKY'S DIARY!?!?!?"
"... sorry, but... she wrote down that she's been getting these... dreams... about me and her in the T.A.R.D.I.S."
"What about me?" 
"You... weren't mentioned in there. She was able to draw both the T.A.R.D.I.S. and Sonic Screwdriver without me showing her!!! Either she really is a Time-Lord like me, or Luna's placing ideas into her."
"What makes you think Luna's doing it?" 
"...Princess of the night with dreams, and, as you saw, is the leader of the M.I.B." 
"Oh yeah. Well, want to investigate tonight when she gets home?"
"That... would work, actually." 


Everfree Forest:


Lyra and Bon Bon, exiting out of their vehicle, made it to the barriers of the forest. 
"So," Lyra spoke "What's the plan?" 
"We sneak in, arrest Vader, and get out quietly."
"Stealth? Got it!"
"And be quiet!"
"Silence, like a ninja, got it!" The two walked into the forest, making only small noised through the bushes.
"This may take a long time, so don;t jump into action when we see humans in white suits, got it?"
"Yes ma'am." 


A few hours later: Derpy


Dinky came home from school, but was surprised to see both of her parents sitting the table together, giving her a stare with concern in it. 
"Is there something wrong?" Dinky asked 
"Uh... no." Derpy replied 
"I... just need to check your heart." Time Turner responded 
"Are you a doctor?" Dinky asked 
"Actually, yes, I'm a certified Doctor!" 
"COOL!!! ... Hold on, why aren't you working in Ponyville's hospital if you are a doctor???" 
"I... uh... well... there...-"
"They were... really picky with their Doctors." Derpy answered
"Yes! That's it! I'm pretty high up with them, but I'm not that high up." 
"...Makes sense, I guess." Dinky said. Time Turner pulled out a stethoscope from a Doctor's bag. He walked up to his daughter and placed the plugs into his ears. 
"Now Dinky, Hold on to your breath until I say so, got it?" 
"Yes Daddy." 
"Hold!" Dinky took a deep breath and held onto her breath. He placed the chest piece over where most heart should be at. Some rapid beats were heard, most likely from Dinky holding her breath. He moved over to the other side: he stopped and heard another beating from another heart. His face went blank and Derpy could tell: Her Daughter was a Time-Lord, like her father!!! Time turner took the stethoscope off her daughter's chest 
"You can breath now." He simply said. Dinky let out a gasp, catching her breath. 
"So, 'Doctor'," she said, thinking this was a bit of a game "am I healthy?" 
"...You're healthy. Come and join us for dinner." 
"Yay!!!" Dinky ran over to the table. Both Time turner and Derpy knew that, without telling each other, they'd tell her tomorrow.


Secret Base:


Lyra and Bon Bon peeked out of the bushes into a clear opening: they saw a small landing port (obviously, not M.I.B. materiel) with a spaceship landing. The spaceship opened, and human, with the same helmet & face mask, wearing a whole black suit with matching cape came out, followed by a couple of other humans in white, matching suits. 
"There he is." Bon Bon said "Come on, let's go around and we can-" 
"Stop!!!" A voice with some static in it spoke. The two froze and saw two other of the humans in white suits with helmets. 
"Don't move a muscle." The other said. Bon Bon turned to Lyra, nodding her head. Together, they both rapt at the soldiers, causing them to fire their blasters widely before falling down unconscious. 
"Alright then," Bon Bon said, wiping the dirt off her suit and pulling out her lightsaber with her hoof. "You wanted to know what these thing are?" 
"Uh... yeah." Lyra replied, a bit curious on what she was gonna do.
"Well then, follow me." she pressed a button and a blue plasma sword came out of it, extending up to two or three feet. It made a whirring noise as Bon Bon charged at the base, seeing a couple of guards running towards their hiding spot. Lyra activated her lightsaber: it was like Bon Bon's, with the only exception being that is was green. She charged with Bon Bon. The guards opened fired at them, but Bon Bon used swung her lightsaber around, reflecting the beam back to hit the one who fired at her, or someone else next to him. Lyra followed Bon Bon's moves, finding it to be relatively light but super effective. They didn't really see, but Darth Vader must've been walking towards one of the elevators, probably escaping in a rather slow way, or going to confront them, either way, they needed to stop him!!! After a few minutes of reflecting Storm Trooper lasers, they both ran to an elevator and pressed it's button, hoping Vader hadn't escaped. The doors opened and he stood there, holding a red lightsaber in his hand. Good news: He hadn't escaped yet. Bad News: They have to fight him.
"Your first time with lightsabers are good," Darth Vader commented on their performance "but you lack discipline and power." 
"You got it all wrong!" Bon Bon yelled, pointing at Lyra "She lacks Discipline!"
"HEY!!!" Lyra replied. 
"Together, we will defeat you!!!"
"You both don't know the power of the Dark Side." Vader replied, holding his lightsaber in an attack position. "Now... die!" He charged at the two, swinging his Lightsaber!!! The two reflected his swing and began to attack!!! Though the two swung at him, not copying each other's moves, with Bon Bon attacking up front and Lyra from behind, Darth Vader held up extremely well, with only the damage being done is his cape from most swings. 
"Give up!!!" Bon Bon ordered "You may live in prison if you surrender and tell us what the Master is planning!!!" 
"The Master? I only have 1 master!!!" With his free hand, almost as if he had magic, pushed Bon Bon, showing nothing but dirt forming a curved 'u' shape un the floor. Bon Bon crashed into the wall, and she was stuck!!! Vader closed his hand and Bon Bon began to choke!!! Lyra sot a bolt of magic at Vader's choking hand! He screamed a bit, feeling the pain, and Bon Bon fell, breathing hard. Vader turned to Lyra and tried to do the same move. Lyra made a shield spell around her, moving back only a couple of inches.  Vader picked up the shield around Lyra, lifted it into the air, and slammed her onto the floor, breaking the shield!!! He moved her lightsaber away, tossing it into some bushes. He held his lightsaber up to Lyra's neck, burning some of her coat around it.
"Fool," he simply said "did you really think your skills are up to mine?" Lyra looked up to the Human, then made an evil like grin. 
"No." She replied, pulling out her pistol, quickly set it to 'Stun', and shot Vader in the chest area. Electricity went through Vader's systems, causing him to fall and breath deeply. "That's why I'm gonna cheat." Before he could pick his lightsaber up, Lyra used her magic to carry it. He looked up to the unicorn. 
"Go on... finish it." Lyra turned to Bon Bon, who got up and started to waddle her way over to them. 
"Nah. Bon Bon: Catch!!!" She deactivated the lightsaber and tossed the hilt to Bon Bon. She caught it and took a closer look at it. 
"Good job," Bon Bon replied "tricking Vader like that? That's something I did to a couple of other Interns." 
"Shall we lock him up?"  
"Yeah. All yours." Bon Bon passed her the gun they used to make the portals to prison. Lyra aimed it at Vader's feet, and saw him quickly fall into the portal, leaving no trace behind. 
"So... what about this place?" 
"Don't worry." She took out a small device and place it on the elevator door. "The demolition crew should clear this up in the next hour." 
"That's a relief." 
"And Lyra?" 
"Yeah?" 
"...Thanks for saving my life." 
"...Anytime, old friend. Come on, let's get a hay burger, I'm STARVING!!!"
"Yeah... that sounds good." The two began to leave as some Pegasi began to fly above them, all wearing the suits they had on. They all landed onto the area, placed medium sized blinking devices that sticked onto the platforms, then flew away. As soon as the two were clear, a huge explosion was set off, clearing all evidence of the landing bay!!!


Derpy:


Derpy set her daughter in her bed. 
"Mommy," Ditzy spoke "Why are you both acting strange?" 
"Strange?" Derpy asked her daughter "Why do you assume that?" 
"Is it... about my hearts?" Derpy froze and stared at her daughter "I'm sorry I didn't tell either of you, I didn't want you to think of me as a freak!!!" 
"Sweetie... you're my daughter. I- I'm a bit surprised at this, but... I'm don't view you as a freak." 
"You don't?" 
"No! Do you know what I view you as?" 
"...what?" 
"The same, beautiful angel that I held in my hooves when she was born." She nuzzled her daughter, hearing her let out a squeal of delight. "Now, Good night!" 
"Good Night, mommy!" Derpy turned off the lights and walked back to her husband, who sat on the bed with his back legs dangling on the side and he rubbed his head with his fore legs. 
"Honey?" 
"Yes?" Time Turner responded, exiting out of his trance. 
"Our Daughter... knows that she has two hearts." He turned to her with a surprised look. 
"She does!?!?!?" 
"Yes. She has known for a while. She didn't want to tell us because, well, she feared that we'd view her as a freak." 
"Well... what did you tell her?" 
"She's... the same angel I held when she was born."
"She's getting much more smarter than I thought. I... hope she can accept the fact that she's an Intern, like me, and she has some new things he needs to know about." 
"Hey, if I can accept you for NOT being a real pony, then I believe she can." He turned to his wife and smiled with a sigh. 
"I hope you're right about this." 
"I hope so too." 
"In the morning?" 
"In the morning." They both reached over to their lamp turned off the light, both going to sleep. Unbeknownst to them, another pegasus was peeking through their wind. 
"Soon," he spoke "Soon, you'll be all mine, Doctor. Your lives will be mine, as well as your Daughter's."

Derpy:


The morning sun hit both the parents eyes. They got up and knew, this was the day. Dinky passed by them as usual, but also had a leash for a weird reason. 
"Uh... Dinky?" Derpy asked "what's that?" 
"This?" Dinky responded "I wanted to make myself a pet, and I think I did! Come along, K-9!!!" Some robotic barking heard, and a robot dog came along, walking next to Dinky. 
"Aw," time Turner said with a tear "that's... adorable." 
"Honey." Derpy spoke, shrugging her husband's shoulder. 
"Oh! Dinky?" 
"Yes?" She asked the robot 'licked' her face. 
"Listen... there's... something we need to tell you."
"What is it?" 
"About yesterday," Derpy said, now wanting to but doing it anyways "well... it's about time you learned the truth." 
"Truth? AM I ADOPTED!?!?!?" 
"NO!!!" both yelled 
"Actually," Time Turner said, getting up from the bed, pulling out the stethoscope and placing it over her daughter's ears. "go and listen." 
"...What do you mean?" Dinky asked 
"Place it on my chest and listen." Dinky gave a questionable look. She took the end of the Stethoscope and placed it over her father's chest area, right where most hearts were at. Her father took a deep breath ad held it. She heard the beating of a heart going in a steady pace. 
"Nothing seems wrong." 
"Move it over to the side." Derpy said, walking over to her daughter's side. Dinky followed but gasped at what she heard: another heart, beating at a different but still steady pace. She looked at her father, who looked down at her and gave a warm smile. He released his breath, took off the stethoscope off of Dinky's head, and gave her a warm hug. 
"Is this a Recessive gene in our family?" 
"Oh no!" Her father exclaimed "This is a Dominant Gene to us! You and me, that is." 
"What do you mean?" 
"We'll talk about it after school," Derpy said "sound good?" 
"But I wanna know now!!!"
"You will," Time Turner said "Patience is the key to knowledge. Now go on, I'll take care of K-9 for you, okay?" 
"... ok." Her head hung low as she walked out the door to school 
"I hope this goes well." Derpy said 
"She took it rather pretty well." Time Turner added. He turned to her daughter's K-9 that she made "Hmm... with some upgrades, you can be as good as my K-9."


Lyra and Bon Bon: 


Bon Bon opened the Door to her room. Lyra immediately got up and put on her sunglasses. 
"I'm ready." Lyra simply said 
"Good." Bon Bon replied 
"What's up?" 
"The boys looked through the rubble and found weaponry that doesn't belong to Darth Vader's army. We only know one army that has that." 
"Alright, tell me which species this is." 
"It's... not exactly one species." 
"...Really?" 
"Yeah... it's an army filled with OTHER species." 
"Oh... tell me after I get dressed." 
"Gotcha." Bon Bon left and Lyra put on her suit. 


A few hours later: M.I.B. base:


Bon Bon and Lyra walked into Luna's office, who was desperately searching for Tiberius. 
"TIBERIUS!?!?!?" Luna yelled "TIBERIUS!?!?!? WHERE ARE YOU!?!?!?"
"Luna," Bon Bon spoke "care to tell us what the boys found?"
"Not now!!! Tiberius!!! Come out boy!!!" Lyra looked and found Tiberius' tail sticking from under the desk. She lowered her head, grabbed onto it's tail as lightly as possible. 
"Is this him?" Lyra asked 
"TIBY!!!" she grabbed the possum with her forelegs and hugged the possum "Don't you ever leave me again!!!" 
"The news?" Bon Bon continued 
"Oh, right. Well, the boys found some weapons that clearly weren't made by the Galactic Empire, but this was made by another army called "The Covenant" 
"What is exactly 'The Covenant'?" 
"It's a theocratic hegemony made up of multiple alien species that maintained control over a large portion of the Orion Arm in the Milky Way galaxy. The Covenant was a political, military, and religious affiliation, originally a mutual alliance between the San 'Shyuum and Sangheili following a brutal conflict between the two warring races. Its expansion to include at least six other races united in the worship of the Forerunners and the Halo Array soon began after the original formation. They wage a genocidal campaign against humanity, until they were formally defeated due to many factors - the most crucial of which was an internal conflict. Whilst the Covenant's main leadership was either lost during the Flood infestation of High Charity or during the Battle of Installation 00, the Covenant continues to exist even after the conclusion of the war. A splinter faction of Sangheili loyalists remains known as the Covenant Remnant; this terrorist group is deemed hostile to Humanity, breaking the truce formed at the end of the initial war with the Covenant. They have been seen to field large numbers of warships, but their true power, and indeed the number of Covenant involved with their activities, is unknown."
"What makes them up?" 
"Grunts, Jackals, Brutes, Elites, Hunters, and Prophets. Grunts are the weakest and most in numbers; Jackals act as snipers and usually use shields; Brutes and Elites are among the most recognizable, though Brutes are more barbaric while Elites are more tactical; Hunters are the most dangerous which having the most armor and firing huge plasma blasts; Prophets lead them all." 
"That's all we need to know." 
"Not really. Stay, we got something else." 
"New Weapons!?!?!?" 
"No." Bon Bon replied "Something else." 
"Right!" Luna replied "It's POWER ARMOR!!!"
"What does that do?" Lyra asked 
"It makes you stronger, a bit faster, jump higher, and gives you a shield."
"Oh... cool! How are we going to get there? Where are they at?" 
"Some of our boys have found the prophets on the moon in the last hour. No need to fly, though, we got something else in mind." 
"...What is that?"
"You're going to love this!" Bon Bon exclaimed
"You will," Luna added "but put on your power armor in that room! No need to put it on, the machines will do it for you." Lyra shrugged and went into a nearby room that felt more like a closet... or at least until the room started to move, strapping her hooves into place, and mechanical arms observing her body. She looked and saw Bon Bon was next to her, getting the same treatment. She felt, all around her, the armor, which was black with some white on it, being placed all around her legs, flank area, chest, the neck, and finally, her head, which was just a helmet with orange visors, just like the color of her eyes. Bon Bon had the same armor, but with blue visors instead. They came out of their area and Luna quickly took a picture of the two! 
"Ahh!" she said, looking at only white "You can tell that it's bright when the camera picture is only white."
"What about going to the moon?" Lyra asked, a but surprised at how she can move so freely. 
"Well, step onto that platform and watch." the two stepped on two circle areas. A glass cylinder came around them, trapping them inside. "Beam 'em up, Scotty." 
"MY NAME'S JIM!!!" A voice replied. A whirring of light came around them, and, in a couple of seconds, they found themselves on the moon!!! Lyra looked up and saw Equestria, being thousands of miles away from them!!! 
"Come on," Bon Bon said, taking out her rifle strapped onto her power armor's back. "let's get those prophets." She ran ahead. Lyra took out her rifle and followed Bon Bon, seeing how much faster she went. 


Derpy:


Dinky rushed inside the home, panting heavily, but having a large grin across her face!!! Her parents looked at her, not really sure if they should continue with it.
"Come on!!!" Dinky spoke "Daddy! What makes us special!?!?!?" Time Turner took a deep swallow and stood next to her Daughter. 
"Would you believe it," he spoke "if I told you that you and I were aliens?" 
"...Aliens? I don't follow." 
"You see," Derpy spoke "I found this out, two or three days ago, but your father was originally an alien that traveled across the galaxy in a weird device called "The T.A.R.D.I.S."" 
"... I don't get it." 
"How about this," time Turner spoke, placing a gentle hoof on her head "I show you." 
"Show me?" 
"Come." Derpy and Dinky followed Time Turner. The night covered their look, and the three approached a huge boulder. 
"A... boulder? Really?" 
"Ah ha! Don't judge a book by it's cover." He grabbed the 'boulder' and took it off, revealing that it was a cover. Dinky gasped at the sight: a Blue, average size box that she saw in her dream. "TA-DA!!!" 
"...Is it bigger inside?" 
"It actually is." Derpy answered. Time turner opened the door and they all entered the T.A.R.D.I.S. together. Dinky was jumping around, happily running around the area, admiring all of the unimportant things inside it. She ran back to her parents, who stood near the controls and watched with a smile on their face. 
"This is amazing!!!"
"I'm glad you like it." Time Turner responded "And also, remember what you made?"
"Which one?" 
"Oh... right, well..." he extend his hoof into his mouth and released a whistle. Mechanized barking was heard, and a robot dog, very similar to Dinky's came in!!! It came to Dinky's face, released it's 'tongue' and began to lick her face. She released a squeal with delight in it, trying to push the Doctor's K-9 away. The K-9 backed up and 'panted', waiting for a new order
"And the other thing?"
"Well, here it is!" He took out his own Sonic Screwdriver. She used her magic and lifted it to her face, carefully looking at it. she then took hers out in her pocket: his was a bit longer, but they looked practically the same. She looked up to her father. 
"What are we?" 
"Well... you and I are Time-Lords." 
"Time-Lords?" 
"Yes. We're the most intelligent species in the known universes, traveling through time & space to make sure things are in balance, living thousands of years, and, as an added bonus, we don't truly die, but we are reborn into another form." 
"Another form?" 
"I don't get it either," Derpy said "But he says that Time-lords only have thirteen lives, each with their own personality, and that his is his tenth." 
"TENTH!?!?!?" 
"Don't worry," Time Turner responded "I'm not going to die in this! In fact, I promise I won't die at all!!! Never again!!!" 
"But... what about me?" Derpy asked. He stopped his pride and looked at his wife: unlike him, she would die of natural causes, and, in this case, time is not with her at all. Dinky may be able to surpass her, but then, they would both be without his wife and her mother. 
"I... don't... know." 
"Daddy!!!" Dinky yelled "We have to find a way to help her!!!" 
"I... wish I could. There's no way we can do it unless we're with the other Time-lords, but-" 
"BUT WHAT!?!?!? Come on Daddy!!! She must be like us!!!" Time turner swallowed hard. Derpy nodded at him: if she were to die, then she would at least be happy with her husband and daughter next to her. He knelt down to his daughter. 
"Dinky, I'm sorry, but our kind... we're a near extinct species." She looked at her father with a surpassed and confused look. 
"E-e-exticnt? What do you mean!?!?!?! I thought you said we-" 
"That was all in the past. A war caused all of our kind to become extinct. I, myself, am the last of my kind, and, when I lose my lat three lives, you, Dinky, will be the last of the Time-Lords." She started to back up from her parents: She can accept the fact that she was an alien, like her father, but finding out she will soon be the last of her kind, her world was now upside down. 
"No! This isn't true!!! There has to be survivors!!!" 
"Dinky," Derpy spoke "calm down. I know this is a lot to handle, but listen to your father! He's been at this longer than I have thought!!!" 
"NO!!! MOMMY!!! YOU CAN'T DIE!!! YOU CAN'T!!!" 
"Look mommy's not going to die now. I will grow up, help you out, perhaps, even see you have Time-Lords when you grow up." 
"BUT YOU CAN'T DIE!!! YOU CAN'T!!!" 
"Calm down," her father ordered "when she does pass, I will still be here for you, and I will teach you how to-" 
"NO!!!" She opened the door and ran away, leaving a trail of tears. 
"DINKY!!!" The couple yelled. They ran outside and saw her disappear into the Everfree forest. 
"COME BACK!!!" Derpy yelled with sadness and anger 
"Honey!" Time Turner turned "listen, we-" 
"NO!!! YOU DID THIS!!! You put all that pressure on her!!! She was doing so fine, then YOU TOLD HER EVERYTHING!!! WHY COULDN'T YOU KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!!" A waterfall of tears began to fall from her eyes. She started to cry deeply, not knowing if her daughter was safe or not. Time turner placed a reassuring tap on her head. 
"Look, I'm sorry. I... thought she could handle it. It was foolish of me to tell her everything, but we need to find her! I... just hope she hasn't lost her first life... yet." 


Lyra and Bon Bon:


They crept near an edge of a crater and saw a couple of aliens, all wearing suits, in space. They were around a large, dome like building, probably a lost M.I.B. building. 
"That's our target." Bon Bon said 
"What's our plan of attack?" Lyra asked 
"Only one: attack!!!" the aliens turned to her scream and began to fire 
"Sounds good to me!!!" The two jumped over the edge and fired back at the aliens, seeing many of the grunts and jackals falling like dominoes. Some elites stayed behind cover while the brutes charged at them, firing small explosives at them while one with heavy armor charged at them with a huge hammer. The two, without saying anything, concentrated their fire at the hammer carrying brute!!! It took a while, with him knocking them down with a slam from the hammer and the two dodging his attack, but he fell to the floor, most likely dead. Some of the brutes saw this and ran away, while other fought. They were easier to defeat, taking less shots, but dodged their bullets made it a bit longer than needed. The elites fired at them, and, they were much smarter than the brutes, they too fell under the two's weaponry & skills. They ran inside the building and began to deal with the less protected interior. They ran into a large room and, standing in between the large door, most likely to the prophet's room, were two hunters, both growling at the two agents. They looked at each other and nodded: They would both take care of their own Hunter. Despite being heavily armored and fitted with a large canon, the Hunters were slow with their attacks, swinging at the their target, who used their suit as a way to get around them. They both fell easily, as the mares shot them in their back: an exposed, orange area that was a part of them, served as their main weakness. They both opened the door and saw three prophets, in their chairs, watched them in horror as they strolled in, wiping off the blood on their power armor. 
"Alrighty then," Lyra spoke "We'll make this easy: surrender yourselves and, perhaps, you can live behind bars." 
"But remember," Bon Bon added "We're ready, just in case." 
"You fools!!!" the middle spoke to his two others "DEAL WITH THEM!!!" The two prophets flew to them and began to yellow beams at them. Again, the two separated and attacked their own Prophet, almost choreographically, jumped onto the side of their target's floating chair, held on to one hoof, and, while using the other, punched their target in the face multiple times until they crashed into the floor, causing a small explosion. The middle began to back up, cowering in fear. The two ponies took off the helmets and held their guns to his face. 
"Any last words?" they both asked together 
"I SURRENDER!!!" That was all they needed. Bon Bon fired a portal into the wall and Lyra kicked the prophet inside, making the portal close. The same yellow beams surrounded them, and they found themselves back at H.Q. 
"Excellent work!" Luna exclaimed "You two have formed quite the partnership." 
"Really?" Bon Bon replied, blushing a bit "It... was nothing." 
"Don't be embarrassed!" Lyra shrugged her friend 
"Yes," Luna added "I'm gonna need to take those suits off, though, but, have the day off. I hope there's nothing else planned for this." 
"Yes Ma'am!!!" They both replied together. 


Derpy:


Derpy, along with a few other pegasi, flew above the forest with flashlights, tied to helmets on their head, looked around for Ditzy. time Turner, along with some stallion friends he and his wife made, looked for their daughter on the ground. Dinky herself, found herself lying next to a tree, weeping to herself on how her mother will die, her father will soon pass his lives, and how she will be the last of her kind. A rustle in the bushes caused her to gasp, and a silhouette of a figure came out: it looked very much like her father
"Dinky!?!?!?" it spoke "Dinky!!! Come here!!! 
"Daddy?" she replied 
"Yes! Daddy's here!!! Please, come!!! I'm sorry for what I said!!! Look, there's another Time-Lord I know: he's a good friend and a great leader!!!"
"...Really?" 
"Yes!!! Please! We can meet him! Tomorrow in the morning!!! I promise!!!" Dinky got up and cautiously went to her father. 
"What... is his name?" The figure's head came out of the shadows: it looked liked his father, but he was grey, had a black mane that looked more dirtier that her father's, and, to top it off, wings came from behind, revealing he was a pegasus!!! 
"THE VALEYARD!!!" She let out a scream, and the pony grabbed her, choking the filly a bit before she passed out. 
Time Turner heard her daughter screaming in the distance!!! 
"DINKY!!!" he yelled. In the sky, Derpy heard her daughter scream as well!!! 
"DINKY!!!" She screamed. Both parents ran to the source of her screaming, which was becoming weaker by the second!!! They ran into an open area, but saw nothing. She was gone. 
"Dinky!!!" Derpy yelled "Where are you!?!?!?" 
"Hold on," Time Turner spoke "LOOK!!!" He noticed hoof tracks, as big as his, walking away from the area. 
"Oh no!!!"
"This just got worse. Come on!!! We can catch whoever's doing this!!!" They followed the hoof tracks, left behind by their daughter. the darkness of the forest made it hard to see, but, in a few minutes, they came out of the forest, seeing a figure walk into the T.A.R.D.I.S.. 
"HEY!!!" Time turner yelled, running towards the T.A.R.D.I.S. "YOU!!! WHERE'S MY DAUGHTER!!! WHO ARE YOU!?!?!?" He looked into the door and stopped, looking at the figure who kidnapped his daughter!!! 
"Who do you think!?!?!?" He replied, releasing a cackle and shutting the door, locking it!!! Inside, Time Turner could hear her daughter screaming, begging for help!!! Derpy came and slammed onto the door!!! 
"OPEN THIS UP!!!" She demanded "GIVE ME BACK MY DAUGHTER!!!" A whirring sound came and the T.A.R.D.I.S. began to disappear and reappear a couple of times, before it was completely gone. Derpy turned and slapped her husband across the face!!! "WHO WAS HE!?!?!? ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR 'FRIENDS'!?!?!?"
"No." Time Turner responded with wide eyes & small pupils "That WAS me!!!"

Both Lyra and Bon Bon approached their house, puckered out by their adventure. Bon Bon just placed her hoof on the door, but stopped as she heard a familiar voice yelling for them. 
"AGENTS!!!" The voice yelled "WAIT!!!" They turned and saw the Doctor/ Time Turner running towards them, followed by his wife, who was flying. "Please!!! My Daughter!!! She was kidnapped!!!" the agents looked at each other then turned to the doctor. 
"We're sorry," Bon Bon replied "but we deal with other businesses; Kidnapping isn't one of them." 
"WAIT!!!" Derpy yelled "Listen!!! My Daughter, she's a Time-Lord, like my husband, and she was kidnapped by-" 
"Hold on!!!" Lyra interrupted "Doctor!!!"
"Please!" He begged "There's no time to explain!!! My wife found out, I explained to her what was happening, and w-"
"YOU LIED TO US!?!?!?" Bon Bon yelled, turning to the Doctor. 
"...Yes." Bon Bon growled and pushed the Doctor out of the way. She took out her Neuralizer, quickly setter the date, and flashed it at Derpy, giving Lyra and herself barely enough time to put on the sunglasses. Derpy growled right back and swiped the Neuralizer our of her hooves. 
"STOP FLASHING THAT FANCY CAMERA AND LISTEN TO ME!!!" Derpy roared. The agents gasped: never has a pony ever been unaffected by a Neuralizer!!! 
"Lyra." Bon Bon spoke, backing up a bit. "Think we should do it?" 
"Do what?" Lyra replied "What we did with the others?"
"Yeah. That." 
"Got it." 
"WHAT ARE YOU BOTH TALKING ABOUT!?!?!?" Derpy demanded "I DEMAND THAT YOU HELP US FIND OUR DAUGHTER, OR SO HELP ME THAT I-" Lyra quickly pulled out her gun and hit Derpy in the head with it's grip, knocking the pegasus down and unconscious. Time Turner got up and rushed to his wife's side. 
"DERPY!!!" He yelled, shaking the unconscious pegasus. He then got up, with tears in his eyes, and marched in front of Bon Bon "What was that for!?!?!?" 
"Her eyes!!!" Lyra yelled "There must be something in them that stopped the Neuralizer's effects on her!!!" 
"She must've remembered that unpleasant encounter with Megatron!" Bon Bon added, firing a portal below Derpy's body, seeing her disappear. The doctor tried to jump for her wife, but saw that he was too late!!! 
"DERPY!!!" He yelled "NO!!! WHERE IS SHE!?!?!?" 
"Don't worry," Bon Bon replied "she's in her own cell in the prison." The Doctor's eyes began to twitch. 
"T-th-the p-p-pr-prison?" 
"Yeah." Lyra added "Why? Is there something wrong?" 
"DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO HER IN THERE!?!?!? SHE'LL BE SCARRED FOR LIFE!?!?!?" 
"But when we find out what's wrong with her eyes and erase her memory, then she won't." 
"HER EYES HAVE BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE SHE WAS BORN!!!" The agents gave a blank expression, then turned to each other. 
"We F**ked up." Bon Bon said with fear.


Derpy:


The pegasus woke up in an unfamiliar area. She stood up, feel in her head throb a bit, and saw herself in a white, cube shaped area with bright white lights on the ceiling and floor, with glass all around her as if she were an animal. . All around her, she could hear muffling screams and yelling all around her, but really saw nothing. Curiously, she walked to the front of the glass, curious to see what was happening all around her. A figure slammed into the glass, and she jumped back: it was shaped almost like a Cyberman, as she remembered, but this stood tall, was really slender, had a suit on with pants, black tantacles trying to pierce the glass, but the most disturbing thing about it was, with it being almost as white as snow, it had no face!!! It seemed to fly away, but she saw that it was in a cube as well as she was. Her cube moved, and she saw what looked a regular blue unicorn mare, but this one was a giant!!! It looked right at Derpy and smacked it's lips, almost as if to say that it's been in there for so long, it found anything delicious, especially other ponies that were smaller than her. It moved away, still staring at Derpy, but Derpy looked in front of her, to see what was coming. A weird blob slowly wriggled around the area, grew a bit, started to form into another pony (though gruesomely, as it had to make the organs, skeletons, and muscles with skin at the same time) and it turned... into her??? Derpy stared at the creature that turned into an exact copy of her, wondering what it was and how it got here, but jumped away as the other Derpy opened it's mouth, ripping itself to shreds before turning back into the blob. Her cube moved far away and she turned. She saw, in front of her, the same blue earth pony, with a smile. 
"Hello, Derpy." He said like a gentleman 
"W-Where am I?" Derpy asked, now seeing, past the pitch black, other cubes moving around, each housing a fascinating and frightening creatures "What's going on?"
"Calm down. My friends and I will answer your question." 
"Friends?" 
"This is where they hold anyone considered... special." 
"Special?" The Master's cell moved away, and, cramped inside his cell, Megatron sat in his cube as it rolled in. 
"Yes," Megatron answered "We are considered a threat to the public. Not just for our looks and abilities, but our influences." 
"I-influences?" 
"Yes. I only want my kind to have a new home." Megatron's cell backed away, and Darth Vader's cell came up from below. 
"With me," Darth Vader added "I wanted to help these civilians feel safe under a larger, more powerful flag that will gladly work with your princesses." Derpy's cell moved, and she saw a Prophet, barely able to stand on it's feet and legs. 
"I wanted to spread the word of our salvation!!!" The prophet preached "But these agents wouldn't allow that." Soon, all the cells began to circle around hers, with the Master staring right at her. 
"And I wanted to help my best friend escape." The master finished
"But... you hit me." Derpy pleaded 
"I admit, I'm not as great with women as him, but, if there's one thing I know, it's that I'm not manipulative as he is."
"W-what do yo mean?" 
"Think about it," Megatron said "Why did you have that child? Was it really because you loved her?"
"He is the last of his kind," Darth Vader added "and if you faced extinction, wouldn't you do something similar?" 
"Admit it," the Prophet spoke "you were nothing but a tool to him: a tool needed to save his kind. Your Daughter will soon have kids of her own, each lasting for millions of years." 
"He used you!!!" Master finished "If he did, he would've left with your daughter, letting you die of old age, but, he only stayed to let his daughter get a good look at her mommy before leaving her!!!" Derpy thought about this for a minute: it all fits together!!! She began to scream in rage.
"HE USED ME!?!?!?" Derpy yelled in anger, silencing all the other interns in their cubes "I'M JUST A TOOL NEEDED TO SAVE HIS SPECIES!?!?!? When I get my hooves on him, he-" 
"You will have your chance!!! You just need to do us a favor." 
"...Alright. what is it?" 
One of my inside men has info regarding this place: there's a switch that, with an access key card, will release all our cells, giving us freedom!!!"
"But... how do I-"
"Don't worry. He hacked the area and the switch is open to anyone. When you get out, go over there immediately and flip the switch. We will handle the rest. Derpy's cell began to move up and then towards what looked like slide open doors. "SAVE US!!! SAVE US!!!" Soon, a whole roar of 'Save us' were yelled as she went to the door. She puffed up her chest and was ready to save these mistreated creatures... only to regret it later. 


Lyra and Bon Bon:


The two, along with the Doctor, made it to the M.I.B. headquarters. Bon Bon, for the first time as Lyra saw, was beginning to sweat nervously. they approached Princess Luna, who wasn't snuggling Tiberius for a change, but stared angrily at the security camera. the tree walked inside, hearing her let out a sigh of disappointment.
"Bon Bon." Luna simply spoke. "You are one of my best agents around. You made a few mistakes here & there, but this... this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
"Please!!!" Bon Bon begged "We- we didn't know!!! Her eyes!!! They blocked off the Neuralizer's rays!!! She still remembers what happened!!!" 
"Oh! that makes it better!!! You could've, oh, I don't know, BRING HER WITH YOU AND HELP FIND HER CHILD!!!" 
"Please!!!" Lyra begged "It's not her fault! We were both worried what will happen!!! We... think she may tell everyone our secret." 
"...adjustable. But this is awful!!! Look at her: Frightened beyond belief!!!" 
"Wait a minute," the Doctor said, walking to the camera. "Is she-?" He looked and saw Derpy taking to the Master!!! "OH NO!!! QUICKLY!!! SOMEONE PATCH ME TO TALK TO HER!!!" 
"We can't. No talking allowed to prisoners. Plus, no one wants to hear whining criminals, do we?" 
"WHAT CAN YOU DO!?!?!?"
"Bring her out. That's all we can do." 
"THEN DO IT!!!" A blaring sound came on. 
"NOW WHAT!?!?!?" 
"Miss Luna." A random M.I.B. agent entered "We got ourselves an intruder." 
"Who is it?" 
"It's... him, actually." 
"WHAT!?!?!?" 
"Look in the cameras and you'll see." Luna gave a look to some of the security ponies. They quickly put on film footage of the T.A.R.D.I.S. appearing and the Valeyard, holding Dinky's Sonic Screwdriver, as he began to hack into security. 
"Valeyard." Doctor simply said, running out of the door to find himself. Bon Bon and Lyra followed him, believing he's going to need help. Luna watched as Derpy stepped out of the elevator. Luna reached over to the microphone and lifted it to her mouth.

Derpy stepped out of the elevator, shivering and not even sure where she was at. The room had five other doors like hers, each likely going back to that... display of horror. At the end of one way, was a fork that lead to two other hallways while, on the other, was a security booth looking area with no one inside. 
"Hello, Derpy." A familiar voice said around her, echoing through the silent area. "I am Princess Luna. I apologize for what you saw, but hear me out. Whatever those creatures told you: don't believe them. We're the good guys here, not them. They're using you. Please, stay where you're at. Some of my agents are coming over to get you: we're going to help you find your child." Derpy stood confused: who was the bad guy here? She heard a march of footsteps, heading towards her area, followed by the shadows of the agents that were coming towards her area. She turned to the security booth area and dashed for it opening and shutting the door behind her. Almost, as if on cue, the doors locked behind her, sealing her inside, whether that's for better or for worse. The plastic clear covering for the switch popped open, clearly, showing the switch in all of it;s glory. 
"STOP!!!" one of the agents yelled "Don't do that!!! If you do, Equestria will be fall!!!" Derpy crouched and crawled towards the switch. Poundings were heard around her, as the doors were shaking from the outside. Clearly, these agents don't want her to do what she felt was the right thing. 
"NO!!!" She yelled back "FOR FREEDOM!!!" She flipped the switch. Silence fell from the outside, as the agents stopped. A loud booming noise was heard around them, followed by a large groaning noise. 
"RUN!!!" One of the agents yelled, followed by a loud collection of 'Dings' from the elevators. Derpy looked up and, instead of feeling happy, she immediately felt pure terror as the agents were crushed, stabbed, impaled, swallowed whole, ripped apart, incinerated, vaporized, and... well... a bunch of other stuff. She watched in horror as the final of the monsters left, with the Master skipping across the blood & ashes to her area, followed by Darth Vader, Megatron, and the Prophet. 
"You really are more stupid than I thought!!!" Master mocked her "You really think ALL of us aren't guilty? You should've seen it everywhere: All of us are guilty with crimes beyond measure!!! My advice is to stay in there and not move at all. Perhaps, if you're lucky, you can find me in Manehatten with my friends, and, if you're that lucky, you can finally see both your husband and daughter, slowly losing their breaths in my... hooves." 
"You- you used me?" Derpy asked 
"Of course I did, stupid!!! Come on guys, let's rule our city and grow each other's relationships in the following days to come."
"NO!!! GET BACK HERE!!! GET BACK-" Another Ding from the elevators came, and she ducked down immediately: she can follow his advice and, just hopefully, live and see her daughter just none more time.

A few moments earlier:
The Doctor, Lyra, and bon Bon found Valeyard, using Dinky's Sonic Screwdriver on a control panel. He saw the three and finished what he was doing. 
"Hello myself," Valeyard said with a smirk "saw me entering?" 
"Where's my daughter?" Doctor growled 
"I think you mean 'Our Daughter'. Don't worry, she's still inside, and her lives haven't been taken... yet." 
"What are you doing here?" 
"What's it look like I'm doing? I'm saving an old friend of ours." 
"Wait... the Master made you do this?" 
"Oh yes! He told me that I would have a daughter, a Time-Lord like us, with, in her, a full set of thirteen lives!!! He told me that he has a machine that will, when I get your daughter to him, he'll transfer his lives over to me, giving me more!!! This is the best deal you can't refuse, me!!!" 
"We both know better: The Master is using you; he knows you'll do anything to get extra lives and he'll backstab you when he gets the chance!!!"
"Always playing it safe. You know, you shouldn't have fallen in love with that woman to begin with, otherwise, more lives would've been saved." 
"What do you mean?" Loud blaring can be heard, followed by loud roaring and screams from other agents. 
"ATTENTION!!!" Luna yelled "THIS IS A LEVEL FIVE!!! ALL AGENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER!!! SET ALL WEAPONS TO 'KILL'. I REPEAT: THIS IS A LEVEL FIVE!!!" Valeyard ran into the T.A.R.D.I.S., locking the door again and activated it. The three saw a couple of agents running away from a swarm of Interns, each killing some of the agents in grotesque ways!!! The three ran back to Luna's office, who, with Tiberius, shot down a whole swarm of birds that pecked at them. 
"About time you guys showed up!!!" Tiberius yelled 
"Sorry," Doctor replied "What happened?" 
"Your wife flipped the 'release' switch."
"WHAT!?!?!? WHY!?!?!?" 
"We don't know yet, but it may have something to do with the Master."
"What are we going to do!?!?!?" Lyra panicked 
"All agents are required to dispose of any loose intern by any means necessary. So that, I'm sure we can handle this with very minimal losses. As for your wife, however, we're going to have a word with her." 
"Are you... going to kill her!?!?!?" Time Turner asked in fear. 
"No, not really. she made this mess, she can help us clean it up. Come on, let's save her before Daisy gets her." 
"...Daisy?" Lyra asked 
"She's a big girl." Bon Bon replied.

Derpy heard the last of the Doors opening, this time, only one came out with enormous vibrations as it took it's step. She heard it coming towards her area and she froze, holding her hooves up to her mouth. she heard the place around her being ripped off, seeing the desk she hid under was gone!!! She looked up and saw the giant blue unicorn, looking down at her!!! 
"Oh boy!!!" The giant exclaimed "My first snack in years!!!" Derpy started to run away, heading towards the other hallways, but stopped as a blue aura was around her. She was lifted to the giant's face, who began to smack her lips. "Don't worry: you won't be alone for a while." She lifted Derpy higher, closed it's eyes, opened it's mouth, allowed it's tongue stick out a bit, and let out a long 'Ahh'. Derpy could see into the giant's throat, seeing webs of saliva that connected from the top of it's mouth to the bottom. She felt herself belong lowered into it's maw, struggling to break free, but failing at it!!! She closed her eyes, felt the warm air coming from the giant, waiting for death to come.
"OH NO YOU DON'T!!!" Bon Bon's voice was heard. Derpy peeked her eyes open and saw the two ponies that there her here in the first place, running towards giant unicorn. The cream earth pony jumped high, landing over the giant's mouth with her hooves using it's teeth as a platform, and threw something in it's throat. It instinctively swallowed whatever she threw in there, eyes began to lower a bit, then she fell, dropping Derpy onto the floor. It was most likely sleeping now. Derpoy felt a great relief for being save, but was quickly followed by a sense of fear as Princess Luna, Lyra, Bon Bon, and her own husband all gave her a stern look. 
"You." Luna stated, pointing at Depy "You're coming with me."

Present:


"So," Luna spoke, still in the room with her two agents and a scared Derpy "The Master tricked you and, with help from the Daleks, Cybermen,  Decepticons, Galactic Empire, and the Covenant, he's going to take over Manehatten? Typical Intern invasions: always heading to large cities to show their power and that they mean business." 
"You're... not frightened?" Derpy asked 
"No. This is... my fifth or sixth mass invasion scenario." Everyone, including the agnates, gave an awkward look at the princess. "But this breakout if the first of it's kind. Speaking of: Derpy! I'm a bit glad there were few casualties, but almost half of my men are injured. There's one thing I have to do." 
"...Kill me?"
"NO!!! I'm not Cruel!!! Not really... look, we're going to take back our city!!! You are now an official member of the Mares in Black right now. I won't guarantee that you will survive, but if you make it, you'll have to work with us full time now. Got it?" 
"Yes Ma'am!!!"
"Now, your husband has a plan for us. He will stay here, tend to the injured, and help us lead the plan. Lyra, Bon Bon?"
"Yes Ma'am!!!" The two saluted 
"You two and Derpy will be with me. You made this mess and I'll help you as much as I can. Let's go!!!" The four exited out of the room and walked down, past the hallway to the main lobby, which now had a lot of agents in there, covered in deep wounds, scars, burns, ECT. Some M.I.B. agents wore doctor and nurse uniforms, tending to the sick, as Time Turner himself was in the near middle, sitting on a chair, monitoring a computer. Everyone turned their heads to see the Princess walking with the other three. She flapped her wings and went up to the second floor. All eyes were on her. 
"Attention!" Luna began "I'm pretty sure you're heard this speech multiple times before, from T.V., movies, video games, and books, but we need to remember why we do what we do!!! Today, the staked are extremely high. Equestria is in grave danger: if we fail, Interns will decide to use all us for anything they please. The Master & his generals believe we're all dead but we can use the element of surprise on him: The Doctor has a plan that you ALL will need to follow!!! All available agents will work on this: We're getting back Manehatten, stop all the invading Interns, and Save Equestria!!! LET'S GET THIS STARTED!!!" A collective cheer from all the agents were heard. They all began to walk towards the garage door entrance. 
"What are we going to do?" Derpy asked 
"We, newcomer, are going to get a little help. But first: we're gonna need a lot of firepower." Luna levitated some ear pieces over to the three. "Here, place these in your ears. You can communicate with the Doctor, but it's best if you just listen." 
"So," Lyra spoke "What vehicle are we getting?"
"Oh no," Bon Bon spoke "No vehicle isn't going to help us but a machine will do the trick!!!" 
"What do you mean?" Derpy spoke 
"Trust me. I've always wanted to pilot it." They walked into a dark room. Luna flipped a switch and, standing in front of them, nearly as tall as Megatron, were a whole army of robots!!! 
"This is going to be fun." Luna spoke as she walked towards the entrance of the robot, located in one of it's feet. They followed her inside, seeing that it was able to fit all of them inside. As soon as they entered, the Robot they were in activated with glowing blue eyes. 


Manehatten: (A few moments earlier)


The four, followed by an army of Daleks, Cybermen, and Decepticons, stopped at a nearby hill, looking at the city below: it's citizens, other ponies, some Interns in disguise, going around, doing whatever they needed to do. The Master began to chuckle. 
"Oh those poor, poor ponies." The Master began to mock. 
"Let's go then!!!" Megatron barked "My men want to see their destruction!!!" 
"Megatron! Patience, my friend, patience. Vader, Prophet? Show them your power." 
"It will be Done." Darth Vader said with a bow. 
"Of course... Master." Prophet said with some disgust. They both pulled out a device, pressed some button, and waited. The sky turned dark, as three imperial Start Destroyers and some Covenant CAS & CSO's appeared. Their hatches open, and Tie Fighters & Banshees began to fly out, a couple of Walkers & Scarabs fell down, landed on their 'legs' & began to fire, and multiple of other, less powerful vehicles stated to pour, along with escape pods, each landing on the rooftops & floor below, opening up to reveal Storm Trooper and Covenant forces, all firing at the citizens and police that tried to fight back. A wide spread scream was heard, as citizens ducked for cover, ran for their lives, or surrendered right where they stood. Those who surrendered were violently dragged into holding cells that they had made. The Master looked on top of the ponies' version of the Empire State building, and saw, though a blue speck, the T.A.R.D.I.S. appearing. 
"All is going according to plan." The Master simply said to himself, walking towards the war torn city.

The Master made it to the top floor, seeing Valeyard holding his past self's daughter. Master stared at Dinky, surprised to see how much she looked liked her mom, despite being a unicorn. 
"Aw... look at that." Master said, patting Dinky's head. "You look so much like your mother!" 
"You meet my mom!?!?!?" Dinky asked, still struggling to get out of Valeyard's grip. 
"Oh yes! She was a pegasus, right? I can see how you're her daughter physically. Tell me, are you just as stupid as her?" 
"MY MOM'S NOT STUPID!!! She's kind, caring, and loves me, even if I am a Time-Lord like my Daddy!!!" 
"Oh!!! I can see your father's side now!!! Tell me, how was it taking back your daughter, Valeyard?" Dinky froze. She looked up to her kidnapper, who had an evil grin 
"It was nothing," Valeyard said "especially knowing that I had a fresh born Time-Lord, complete with twelve unused lives for me. I won't complain when I have them. Now, about your lives?" 
"Oh yes, well, let's just say, there's been a change of plans." 
"What do you mean?" 
"Guards." The door bursted in, and Two brutes grabbed Valeyard by his arms while Storm Troopers & elites aimed at Dinky. 
"WHAT IS THIS!?!?!? WE HAD A DEAL!!!"
"Oh boy!!! Is today the Annual Stupid Day!?!?!?!? You really think I'd give up my lives for you, let alone, the Doctor's own child? Guards, dispose of him as you see fit, just... not here, okay?" the brutes dragged a screaming and flailing Valeyard away. Dinky cowered a bit as the Master walked to her. "There, there it's alright, nothing bad's going to happen to you."
"W-w-what do y-y-you want with m-me?" Dinky stammered 
"It's easy as this. Valeyard, or, might I say, you're father's last and craziest form, is going to die, leaving you and I to be the last of the Time-Lords." 
"Wait!!! Y-You're a T-Time-Lord!?!?!?" 
"Of course I am. Daddy didn't want to tell you about me because I'm a 'bad influence'."
"Are you?" 
"No. 'Bad Influence' is just a shorter way of saying that I'm doing what is necessary to save our kind, even if it means enslaving other kinds and, if I need to, make a few others go extinct." 
"YOU MONSTER!!!" 
"Oh! I'm the monster? Your Daddy's just as much of a monster as me."
"What do you mean?" 
"Your Daddy has destroyed many worlds, ended countless civilizations, and, when he could, chose not to save anyone he held dear to him. He used your mom as a tool to save his kind. One child, having millions of years in her future with twelve other lives, an find love and have a child with another species, helping the Time-Lords live for another millennium." 
"What are you doing?" 
"Me? Well, back then, our kind was the most powerful species ever!!! Everyone feared us, they respected us, and peace is everywhere as we could see. I am just rebuilding that glory! This planet, it's inhabitants, it's... 'magic' has potential to save our kind!!!" 
"Where are you going with this?" 
"Dinky! I know it's impossible for you and I to have kids, but, with a lot of power, we can clone ourselves, alter their DNA to create genetic diversity, and The Time-lord will rule over all, once again!!!" 
"That... I'm... you want me, to help you save our kind?" 
"YES!!! You'll be my wife without BEING my wife!!! Together, all our 'Children' will grow in numbers, take over this planet, start over Time-Lord history!!! We will be our powerful nation, as we began." 
"... what's the catch?" 
"The catch? Really smart, just like your father. The catch is that all of these... 'ponies' must die in the years to come."
"WHAT!?!?!? NO!!! THEY'RE INNOCENT!!! We can use a more subtle approach to save our kind!!! What you're thinking is an invasion!!!" 
"And that's what I'm doing." 
"...HUH!?!?!?" 
"Look outside." Dinky ran towards the door to the podium and opened it. She gasped as Destruction was all around her, screams of the innocent, fire nearly raining. Master walked to her and patted her head again. "Don't worry. When our kind takes over, all of this will be rebuilt and upgraded to even better buildings. All of these armies will wither away as we grow in power." Dinky shoved the Master's hoof off of her head. 
"NEVER IN YOUR LIVES!!!" 
"WHY YOU LITTLE-!!!" He picked up the filly by her mane and dangled her off the podium!!! She screamed, looking down below!!! She looked back at the master, who had a crazed look on his face. "What's it gonna be!?!?!? Saving our kind with the extinction of this planet? Or the fall where you join them?" Dinky looked down in fear, then remembered she was a Time-Lord!!!" She returned a smirk. 
"Go ahead!!! Drop me." 
"WHAT!?!?!?" 
"You need me to help your plans, right? Dropping me will kill me, ending your plans right here. Plus, I'm a Time-Lord!!! I will regenerate into a new form, then I can find my daddy, and we will both stop you!!!" Master growled at her, realizing she was right!!! He threw her back inside, seeing her slide across the floor. 
"GUARDS!!! Make sure she doesn't run away!!!" He began to march outside, when Darth Vader stood in front of him. 
"Master," Vader spoke "We have a situation." 
"Well, WHAT IS IT!?!?!?"
"That area with those guards we were in? They're fighting back."
"WHAT!?!?!?"

Princess Luna, Bon Bon, Lyra, and Derpy controlled their giant robot, followed by their other, though small, army of giant robots!!! Both Lyra and Derpy didn't know how to control this giant machine, but quickly got the controls after a few minutes of flight. The army began to fly into the city, ready to take it back from The Master and hi generals. 
"Hello?" Time Turner's voice was heard in their robot."
"What the-?" Luna spoke "Time Turner?" 
Yes. Sorry, I had to use my Sonic Screwdriver to lock into your location. You're about to head into the city, right?"
"We are." Bon Bon replied 
"Good. I sent out an S.O.S. to some other interns that are enemies to these and will gladly help us out."
"When do they come out?" Lyra asked
"That's the catch, though. I'm sending you the coordinates within the city to open and defend these portals. It should take some time, two minutes at most, but when it opens, they will come out and gladly fight for you."
"Sounds like a plan!" Derpy replied 
"Yes, thanks honey." A beeping came on their map inside, and they found their first portal: just near the entrance of the city. The Decepticons patrolled around the city, making sure nothing goes in or out. They heard the whirring noises of the M.I.B.'s robots, looked up, and began to fire!!! A couple of the robots exploded from taking too much damage, killing the agents inside, but they could grieve later: it was saving the city or having them all die from the Master's plan. They descended from the sky, landing right in front of the portal. It glowed blue, and needed to be activated. Some firing was heard behind them and a couple of Decepticons charged at them.
"It's now or never, agents." Luna spoke. The three began to press the buttons inside. Their robot's hands released some electricity, activating the portal to open. They know that they must defend the area for at least two minutes and whatever is in there will help them out. Some more button pressing, and their robot's right arm turned into a large, plasma sword and the left became a huge machine gun. All four began to yell with joy, standing their ground and began shooting at the Decepticons, seeing a couple fall in battle, twitching with electricity, while others continued to run towards them, shaking their bullets off like it was nothing. A lone Deceptiocn, probably the biggest & bulkiest, ran up to them, releasing a war like cry. They prepared their sword, seeing 'him' inches away from their robot, and swung vertically!!! The Decepticons stopped in it's trail, and it's head fell right off. Some of the Decepticons saw this and retreated, while others continued to fight!!! They prepared themselves again, swinging their sword at the deceptions that began to attack them with a mix of shooting them with their machine gun arm. They got cocky, though, as some Decepticons caught them by their back and other began to stab their robot in the chest. A lot of electrify crackling was heard, and wires became loose inside. 3...2...1!!! A 'BOOM!!!' was heard, and they all sa the portal: it was now glowing green. Some  silhouettes were seen in the portal, and more robots began to charge out of it!!! They began to fire at the Decepticons, yelling some joy out and barking orders. Their robot tilted it's head over and Luna got a good look: a large & tall robot stood tall, having bold coloring of red, blue, and White-gray. In his hands, he held a large blaster. He looked down at there fallen robot and seemed to see them inside. 
"Princess Luna." The giant robot spoke
"Optimus Prime." Luna simply replied with a smirk. 
"Y-y-you know h-him?" Derpy stuttered. 
"Yep. Optimus Prime, fearless and wise leader of the Autobots-"
"From the Planet Cybertron." Optimus finished "It's been so long. Can you still fight?" 
"Not in this machine, but I have another way."
"Like what?" Lyra asked 
"This." Bon Bon spoke. She pressed another button and the four found themselves in capsules with controllers inside. They were fired into the air, rotating a bit, seeing that their capsule grew arms & legs of it's own!!! It landed perfectly: no damage gained at all.
"What is this?" Derpy asked 
"It's another robot." Luna replied "Not as impressive as the huge one we were in, but it gets the job done. You three find the next portal and open it! Optimus and I will handle the Decepticons, got it?" 
"Yes Ma'am!!!" They all saluted 
"Autobots!" Optimus Prime spoke "Transform and Roll out!!!" The autobots began to charge into the city, knowing that they will handle the Decepticons with ease, unlike them. A Beep was heard, and they saw the next portal: it was in the park.
"Come on," Bon Bon said "Let's open that other portal!!!" 
"Right behind you!" Lyra and Derpy spoke together. 

The three ran to the next portal, again, activating it and held off whatever was coming. This time, Covenant troops began to attack them!!! A Scarab walked towards them firing it's huge laser, barely hitting the three!!! Bon Bon ordered the two to take down the Scarab while she defended the portal!!! The two, picking up lamp posts as weapons, charged at the scarab and began to attack it's legs. The legs cracked and the tank fell down to it's knees!!! They jumped onto the side, seeing Covenant troopers defending it, and began to fight!!! Though not having guns made this tricky, it was fun just to throw an Elite off and punt both Grunts & jackals. They both grabbed a Brute, saw the power core (obviously shown and not hidden) and began to slam it's head inside!!! Loud blares were heard and the two ran back to Bon Bon, certain that the Scarab will explode!!! They were right. A huge blue explosion came as the two, though backed up a bit, cheered at their victory! The portal behind Bon Bon turned green and more silhouettes were seen followed by humans in green armor and a lot of vehicles of different types!!! One human stood out: he was much taller than the others and, unlike the others, who's faces were seen, his face was covered by a yellow face plate. Their mechs began to break down, low on power by the looks of it. A large red button was seen on their controller, and Bon Bon pressed it. Lyra and Derpy followed, and they were surrounded in another dome as their mechs fell apart. A couple of seconds later, and the three were in power armor!!!
"Aw YEAH!!!" Lyra yelled "POWER ARMOR!!!" 
"Copycats." The tall human commented. "Name's John, but everyone calls me 'Master Chief', Chief for short." 
"Hello Chief," Bon Bon said walking towards him "Name's Bon Bon. I take it you're here for the Covenant?"
"What makes you think that?"
"...just a hunch." She turned to the two "Lyra, Derpy!!! Open that last portal!!! Take a Scorpion!!!"
"Scorpion?" They both asked. Bon Bon and Chief pointed at a tank. The unicorn and pegasus had a super large grin across their face!!! They entered their tank and began to drive towards the next portal: just at the steps of Empire Hoof Building, where the Master was holding Dinky hostage and acting as the main center of where he would rebuild the Time Lord Empire. Valeyard was dragged out by two Brutes and thrown outside. One of the brutes took out his grenade launcher and aimed it at the other Time-Lord. A quick barrage of bullets were heard, making Valeyard shut his eyes tight, but then opened, seeing the two brutes fall down with multiple bullets & blood coming out their chests. 
"YOU!!!" Derpy's voice yelled. He turned around and saw the pegasus and a lone unicorn charging at him. He was too slow to react and was tackled by the pegasus!!! She held him by his tie and shook his roughly: the power armor she wore made the pain feel much worse than before. "WHERE'S DINKY!?!?!? WHERE'S MY DAUGTHER!?!?!?"
"You're in a lot of trouble for this!" Lyra added, pacing around a bit "Tell us what the Master is planning and I promise, I'll control my companion from killing you." 
"WHERE IS SHE!?!?!?" 
"Easy there. Let him speak." Derpy breathed out of her nostrils loudly, early clouding her view. She got up and prepared herself to tackle Valeyard again. He got up and brushed himself off, trying hard to rub off the pain. 
"I suppose I should be grateful." He commented. 
"Ahem?" 
"Sorry. Don't worry, your daughter is fine, Mrs... Derpy. If I had stolen her lives, I wouldn't be afraid to die now. I have no idea what he's planning, but I have the feeling that he has one goal in mind." 
"And what is that?" Derpy snarled 
"...Your extinction." The two stared at each other. Lyra turned around and, inside her helmet, contacted Luna. 
"Luna," Lyra spoke "Are you there?" 
"Yeah!" Luna replied with some explosions happening in the background "Kinda busy with these -GET HIM TIBEY!!! ...Sorry, Decepticons."
"Figured that already. Listen: The Master is planning something huge that will involve the extinction of pony kind everywhere!!! He's in the Empire Hoof Building, most likely with guards around him. We're gonna open this portal up and head inside, okay?" 
"Yeah! Do whatever you need to save pony kind. Now, if you excuse me, DIE DECEPTICONS!!!" the message ended. 
"I should tell you," Valeyard spoke to Derpy "the guards will be expecting you, and the Master may or may not have killed your daughter." 
"Shut up!" Derpy roared 
"I'm just saying: it'd be a waste of a life if you ask me. The T.A.R.D.I.S. is up there, and it should listen to your daughter, having the Doctor's genes in her and all. Tell her to set coordinates to here your husband is at, the T.A.R.D.I.S. should take her back to him and she should be safe wherever he's at." 
"You... really think that'll work?" 
"It's worth a shot."
"...How much are you willing to bet?" 
"If I'm right, then you must allow me to live." 
"... and if you're wrong?" 
"Then by all means, you can kill me." 
"... Thank you." 
"Don't be, I'm not doing this for you, but your daughter's lives... they'll soon be mine... but for now, the Master's lives will do."
"I'm opening the portal, Depry!!!" Lyra spoke, touching the blue portal.
"I'm going to be with you... honey." 
"Don't call me that!" Derpy snapped "You're not the same pony I fell in love with!" 
"Ah yes, I can't forget about him. He was... curious. Never thought I'd marry the likes of you."
"Just shut up and help." The master picked up some of the Brute's weapons and held them together, willing to help them defeat the Master. They were soon surrounded by Storm Troopers, who held up their laser guns and began to blast at them! Both Lyra and Derpy blasted at the army around them, pulling out the blasters strapped to their backs and took a majority of the blasts, not worrying as the armor's shield held up well. Master, on the other, had to use one of the Storm Trooper's as a living shield, while holding him in a half nelson as he blasted at the others! It was two minutes of adrenaline filled shooting, but they made it, taking down a whole quarter of the Stormtroopers around them. Their power armor fell to pieces, losing it's energy, but more humans came out, each wearing camouflaged colored outfits and were more diverse looking than the Storm troopers. They breached the portal, firing at the storm troopers with their own blasts, with vehicles also popping out. A human male in a white long sleeve shit with a black sleepless coat, followed by a bear looking intern entered, along with a human female having a white dress on & having two buns on the side of her head and a young looking human male, who wore an all black suit, holding a green lightsaber in his hands. 
"You called us about Vader?" The human male in the white long sleeve asked 
"We sure did." Lyra replied "Name's Lyra, M.I.B. Agent, and we need you to help us clear of the Empire!" 
"Already on it. Chewie?" 
"*Roar!*" The hairy intern replied
"Ready the Millennium Falcon! We got some Troopers to toast!" 
"*Roar!*" 
"While you're up there," the woman spoke "Luke and I are staying down here!" 
"Not while I'm here." A deep threatening voice spoke. They turned around and saw Darth Vader at the entrance with his red lightsaber out, ready to fight. 
"GO!!!" Luke yelled "I'll handle him!" 
"No!" Lyra yelled "WE'LL handle him!" Lyra used her horn and took out another Lightsaber from Luke's belt, revealing a green lightsaber. Luke pulled out his lightsaber, also having a green lightsaber as well. Without a word, everyone ran to do their thing: 'Chewie' & the other human male ran into a spaceship, flying it into the sky to take down the Tie Fighters above, the human female leading all the ground troops to battle, Lyra & Luke swinging their lightsabers at Vader, who showed that he was more than prepared to take them on, leaving Derpy and Valeyard to run inside the Empire Hoof Building, closing the elevator door and pressing the top button, going up to the floor near the roof. 
"What a rush." Derpy simply said. 
"I know," Valeyard responded "shame your husband couldn't join us."
"He will soon!"
"Maybe. You should know, he's more cautious with this life than the others." 
"I know. He found me and has a daughter." 
"Yeah. I know." Silence came in between the two. 
"Is... this all going to happen soon?" 
"What do you mean?"
"My husband... will he become you in the future?
"...It's hard to tell now. He seems determined to not become me." 
"Will he succeed?" 
"... with a daughter like that... I believe he now succeeded."
"Really?" 
"Maybe. Hard to tell." 
"... What do you think of Dinky?" 
"Dinky? She screamed a lot." 
"Besides that."
"She was... cute." 
"...really?"
"Yeah... I won't deny it. Kinda... didn't want to take her lives."
"... seriously?" 
"Yeah. Still, I'll find a way to get her lives." 
"Over my dead body!!!" 
"That won't take too long." Derpy growled at Valeyard's comment. The elevator door dinged, and the two prepared to attack!!!

Princess Luna


Luna, some M.I.B. agents, and the Autobots fired at the Decepticons using heavy artillery. Some of the Autobots were a bit surprised about how a small, organic being could help them, but Prime's words of being 'More than Meets the eyes' got a hold of them. Speaking of Prime, Optimus was too, fitting off the Decepticons, but searched for one in particular: Megatron. It took them a while, Prime found Megatron attempting to escape from the fight. 
"Megatron must be stopped," Prime thought aloud "No matter the cost." Luna turned to reply to Prime's words, but saw Prime had physically transformed into an 18 wheeler with cargo on it's back. Without a word, Luna flew on top of the cargo area, keeping a close eye on Prime. He began to drive off, heading towards his target, but turning around to run over or seriously injure a couple of Decepticons along the way. A couple of Decepticons saw him driving to them, so they began to fire at him relentlessly. Prime used some rockets to get into the air, transformed into his robot self, began to fire at three Decepticons in midair, sticks the landing, and began to release a barrage of energy blasts at the others, easily destroying them!!! Luna saw the Valiant leader enter a warehouse, flying towards the area, but remaining undetected. The Scumbag leader attempted to escape using a portal, but turned to see Prime. 
"PRIME!!!" Megatron yelled 
"One shall stand," Prime returned "One shall fall." 
"Why do you throw your life around so recklessly?" 
"That's a question you should ask yourself, Megatron." 
"NO!!! I'll crush you with my bare hands!!!" Prime was tackled by Megatron, sending the two over into Manehatten's main park. Prime got up, picked up Megatron, and threw him into another building. Megatron picked up a girder and threw it at Prime as a javelin, piercing his 'skin' in the side, followed by a blast, which he dodged before charging back at Megatron. A quick uppercut sent Megatron to crash into the building again. Prime pulled out the javelin in his side, as Megatron got up and pulled out an energy sword, seining it at the side where Prime was pierced. Prime didn't dodge the swing in time, having electricity circuit out and having him back up a bit for breathing space. Megatron jumped into the air and began to swing at Prime. Prime, however, released another devastating uppercut caused Megaton to fall onto his back. Prime charged at Megatron, who swung his legs to trip Prime, but Prime jumped in time, only for Megatron to use both of his legs to kick Prime's chest. Prime slid back a bit, and the two leaders charged to each other and grabbed onto each other, landing in a power struggle. 
"I'll rip out your optics!!!" Megatron told his rival. Prime didn't let it sink into his head and threw Megatron into the field more. He simply picked up his blaster and aimed it at Megatron, who looked at something he must use to get out of this. "No more Optimus Prime!!! Grant me mercy, I beg of you!!!" Megatron crawled towards Optimus, 
"You, who are without mercy, plead for it?" Prime asked curiously "I thought you were made of sterner stuff." 
"He isn't." Luna replied. The two turned to Luna, who was now in her agent suit, used her magic to put on the sunglasses, and lifted the gun, fired at Megatron's face!!! Megatron wailed in pain, picking up a blaster that was under a rock and began to fire around blindly. Prime fired at Megatron's legs, causing him to fall, and both Prime and Luna fired at Megatron with a barrage of energy blasts. Megatron fell to the floor, twitching uncontrollably. Prime and Luna walked to Megatron, seeing him still alive, but seriously injured. 
"How did you know he was going to do that?" 
"I'm surprised you DIDN'T see that coming."
"...touche." 
"That's one army down, just three more to go." 
"Need us to help?"
"...Nah. They're not robots like you, so it would be wrong."
"Indeed."
"How about you go and take out the rest of the Decepticons?"
"I will. And Luna."
"Yes?"
"Thanks for saving me."
"No Problem." Prime ran to find his Autobots and end their battle with the Decepticons. Tiberius popped out of Luna's mane. 
"Did we win?" Tiberius asked 
"Almost," Luna replied "But I believe this calls for one thing."
"Oh no." Luna used her magic to hold Tiberius and levitated him to her forelegs. She held onto the Possum and began to snuggle him. 
"That's right. No worries, my cute little possum."
"I need a better job."


Bon Bon


Bon Bon and Master Chief entered a Warthog, with Chief behind the wheel & the Pony operating the turret. 
"Chief?" a woman's voice asked 
"Cortana." Chief responded.
"Listen: a couple of Scarabs are heading your way. There's reports that one Scarab has a prophet inside and is leading all the others to destroy the city. Take out the prophet, control the scarab he's in, and destroy the others!"
"Got it." 
"And hello Agent B-B, sorry for not introducing myself." 
"I doubt I'll need to remember you." Bon Bon replied. Chief drove around the city with Bon Bon firing at the Intern invaders, getting rid of some numbers and helping out some agents that were in a bit of a pickle. They both heard a loud 'BOOM!!!' and turned: A group of at least five scarabs were heading towards their way, destroying the buildings.
"Chief... I'm calling for back up, alright?" 
"No problem." Chief responded to Cortana. Bon Bon placed a hoof to her helmet. 
"Calling available M.I.B. agents," she spoke "We've got five scarabs heading to the city, repeat, five scarabs are heading into the city. I'm gonna need backup ASAP!!!" 
"Your ready?" 
"what? Are you seriously asking that?"
"Alright, lets go." 
"Which one do we go for?"
"The middle Scarab." Chief drove their Warthog into the group of Scarabs. The giant machine's didn't even notice their vehicle driving towards them. Bon Bon aimed at the middle Scarab's legs and began to fire the bullets from the Warthog's turret!!! As soon as Chief performed a 180 turn to stay under the Scarab, they saw a fleet of Pegasi agents, the vehicles called 'Hornets', Mongooses, and other Warthogs driving with other agents & humans running towards the five Scarabs. Each of the scarabs released a blast of green energy, destroying some, but not all of the vehicles. Some of the vehicles made it under the Scarab the two were attacking, helping to destroy the legs. Chief drove out, driving right behind the Scarab, and a lone Hornet landed near them. 
"Need a lift?" the pilot inside asked
"Yeah." Chief responded, getting out of the Warthog "tell the other not to worry about that Scarab, focus on the others." 
"Gotcha!" 
"This should be fun." Bon Bon spoke. the two got onto the side of the Hornet, holding on to a single strap with one arm (or, in Bon Bon's case, one front leg) as the hornet began to take off. With their free arm, they pulled out a weapon and fired at the security around the outside of the Scarab, Chief having his trusty MA5D, and Bon Bon having her standard issue M.I.B. assault rifle. The two fired at the security, taking down a couple of soldiers, mostly grunts, but they needed to get this done quickly! Together, they both jumped onto the Scarab's 'deck' and fired at the incoming soldiers, back-to-back! They both ran to the control area, seeing the prophet, still sitting in his floating chair, but shivering with fear. 
"The demon!" He simply yelled. Chief didn't even respond. He just walked to the prophet, grabbed him by the head, and slammed him into the console, leaving blue blood behind. 
"That was... dark." Bon Bon commented 
"Maybe," Chief responded "but we've killed more, remember?"
"...Yeah. I guess you're right there." Chief touched the controls and, before he knew it, he was in full control of the scarab! 
"We've captured two other scarabs!!!" a voice spoke in their radio "The Agants have the one to your left, and the UNSC has the right. 
"Good work," Bon Bon replied "let's destroy the two others and use these to take back the city!" 
"Rodger!!!"
"Let's have some fun." Chief simply commented 


Lyra Heartsrings


Luke and Lyra swung their lightsabers at Darth Vader, who blocked their attacks with his lightsaber. 
"You have trained well, Luke." Vader commented on his attacker's moves "You still should join me in ruling the galaxy." 
"NEVER!!!" Luke yelled, attempting to do another swing, tHis one above! Lyra used her magic and swung at Vader's feet: despite looking he might just be a stand only person, he jumped in the air and kicked Lyra in her face! He used his strange magic again, pushing Luke out of the way. He swung his Lightsaber at Lyra as if it were an axe, but Lyra carried her lightsaber up and blocked the attack! Luke got up and kicked Vader to the side, then offered a hand to help Lyra up. Lyra accepted it and got up with his help. Vader released an agreed grunt as he got up. 
"I have enough of this!!!" Vader yelled. At that moment, more storm troopers came around and surrounded the two. Vader seemed to disappear, as only white surrounded the two, all holding their blasters at them. A barrage of red lasers were fired at them! The two held up their lightsabers and swung the air, reflecting the blasts and making it hit some other troopers! This continued on for a minute or two, as troopers fell down by the second, leaving a circle of bode around the two green lightsaber wielders! the silhouette of Vader jumped from the crowd of troopers, holding his lightsaber in the air and was about to strike the two down! Luke turned around in time, pushed out his hand, and wind came out, tossing Vader out of the way (along with some storm troopers) until he crashed into the side of the building Derpy & Valeyard were in. Lyra teleported herself over to Vader, levitated his lightsaber out from his hand & into her other open hoof, and held the two to Vader's back as if it were a hedge clipper. Some Troopers surrounded Lyra and Vader, holding their blasters at her. 
"Stay back!" Lyra yelled "One wrong move, and Vader's head comes off!!!" The troopers kept aiming at Lyra, trying to figure out a plan to take her down and not kill their master in the process. 
"Stand down." Vader said. the troopers followed and dropped their blasters to the floor. "You may have won they battle, but the war is never open." 
"I have to disagree, Father." Luke replied, walking towards Vader "I can still tell there's some good in you. Please, come with me: it's not too late to turn back to the light side." Vader lied there, Lyra still holding the lightsabers to his neck! 
"Luke... I-" 
"GET BACK HERE!!!" Derpy's voice roared across their area. 
"What the-!?!?!?" Lyra yelled, distracted by Derpy's voice. Vader kicked Lyra in the gut, used the force to take back his lightsaber, and began to run away!!! "HEY!!!"
"Let him go." Luke said "We'll meet again."
"I hope you're right."


Derpy Hooves


Derpy and Valeyard ran into the room as soon as the elevator stopped. As expected, a couple of guards were there, and the two fired at them easily. 
"Alright," Valeyard spoke "We have to be quiet with this. We can't go in guns blazing." 
"Why?"  Derpy asked. Valeyard turned to Derpy, then face hoofed himself
"Really? The Master has your daughter! If he can, your daughter will die! She may lose a life, but each life is different! She may not be the same daughter you love, she may be worse, or better, who knows! Plus, it means one less life for me to take!!!"
"You're not gonna take my daughter's lives!!!" 
"MAKE ME!!!" The two stared down at each other, both of their muzzles nearly touching each others. Without much warning, Valeyard kissed Derpy on her lips. She froze and stared at him 
"...Did you just-?"
"Just this one time! Come on, let's get your daughter!!!" he opened his wings and flew up to the top girders, slowly crawling on it to avoid making sound. Derpy froze in place, not sure why he kissed her. Did he really lover her, having a bit of her husband still in him? Was it something else? She followed him anyways, flying up to the girder and sneaking along the way. Guards patrolled the area, looking for suspicious things around, but never bothered to look up & see the two crawling overhead. They entered a room, where some guards got a hold of Dinky and strapped her to a chair that resembled like an electric chair. The Master was also strapped into a seat, but, unlike Dinky, who was screaming to be released, he calmly hummed to himself. In between them were a couple of clear test tubes.  
"What is he doing!?!?!?" 
"Shush! It looks like... they may be cloning themselves?"
"Cloning themselves? Why would he clone my daughter?"
"That's just a theory?" 
"Let me go!!!" Dinky yelled, struggling to get out of her chair "I will not have ponies go extinct for our kind!"
"Oh please," Master replied "how else will we save our kind?" 
"Be nice! Slowly but steadily reproduce with them!!! It's my father would want! It's what I would want!!!" 
"Hmm... nah."
"WHAT!?!?!?"
"Sorry kid, life's filled with disappointments. Start the machine up!!!" One of the guards pulled a lever and electricity struck the area! Derpy's mouth was covered by Valeyard before she could scream, and both watched in fear as they could see the skeletons of the two time-lords disappearing & reappearing, both screaming in pain, as, in the test tubes, some other ponies were formed inside, starting from skeletons, to muscles, and finally, to the skin with coat quickly growing out. Derpy couldn't bare hearing her daughter scream in pain, so she moved Valeyard's hoof out of her mouth. 
"DINKY!!!" She screamed. the guards turned to her and ordered each other take the two pegasi out. Valeyard jumped down from below, holding one of the guards as a shield and fired at the others!!! Derpy avoided the shots & electricity, running towards the controls that controlled this machine. She didn't know what to do, so she slammed onto the controls, breaking the device!!! A low hum was made, followed by a force that pushed everyone inside back into a wall and destroyed the glass around them. Some sparks were heard, along with some coughing. Some guards went to the Master and unstrapped him out of his seat. Derpy looked up and saw the Master limping towards the tubes, looking at the ponies inside. They all looked at the monitors, seeing various screens, each showing an x-ray of the ponies inside, each having two hearts beating at the same time. 
"My children." Master spoke, rubbing one of his hooves on a test tube. All of their eyes opened and they looked around their environment, not even sure where they're at and not knowing who they are. "It's alright: I'm your daddy, The Master as I'll be called by. That one in the chair is Mommy, but she won't be of any use to us." Dinky woke up, coughing a bit. She took deep breaths, gasping at the sight of test tube ponies, all staring at her along with the Master. 
"L-l-look!" Dinky pointed out as best as she could with a nervous chuckle "Y-you have your kids! You can let me go now! I'll just act like nothing happened!" The Master walked over to her, causing her ears to drop in fear.
"I wish it were that simple. Your mother is here, along with Valeyard, and you have spilled my plan with them."
"No I didn't!!! Just kids, nothing else!!!" 
"Oh, but I bet they heard more than that." 
"No! They couldn't!!! I-"
"SILENCE!!!" The master quickly carried on of his hooves up and Slapped Dinky across the face!!! Derpy watched & gasped: it all seemed to go in slow motion, as the Master slapped her own Daughter across the face, showing no remorse, no kindness, no selflessness, just what he wanted: pure domination. Dinky breathed hard and tears poured from her eyes. 
"Please... I-" Another slap across the face, this time, it looked much harder, leaving more of an impact on the filly's cheek. 
"When I say 'silence', you shut up, GOT IT!?!?!?" Dinky looked back at the master. She was about to speak, but silenced herself, letting out only a nod. "Good. Now, if we have any luck, we can hold out until-" He stopped and heard very deep breathing in the room. He turned and saw Derpy, who's head was down, tears dripping from her eyes, and puffs of smoke came out of her nostrils. 
"You." She spoke almost silently. Valeyard backed up from her a few feet. "You can call me stupid, you can hurt me, you may even threaten the lives of everpiony in Equestria with your army, but you...do not... hurt...my...DAUGHTER!!!" the Master froze in place, backing up a bit. 
"...I'll take your daughter to her father." Valeyard spoke
"GO!!! Dinky can't see why I'm going to do!!!" 
If there's one thing ponies know, it's that each of the three races had a different... mind set. Earth Ponies were traditionally hard workers, taking pride for being able to support life to the other races; Unicorns felt a bit self preserved, as they used magic to find different ways to make life better for all the other races; Pegasi were more warrior like: flying all over gave them a sense of freedom, but with the other not being able to defend themselves, Pegasi protected the others by any means necessary: This is especially true with Derpy's case, especially by the fact she's a mother and that filly is her daughter, even is she isn't a pony like her. 
Before the Master could react, Derpy grabbed the Master and threw him into one of the screens! His vision was blurry, but he saw Derpy walking towards him, taking deep breaths as both her eyes were now straight and both showed the red veins ponies eyes had. Behind her, Valeyard pulled Dinky away from her seat successfully, and the two entered the T.A.R.D.I.S. together, as it disappeared & reappeared slowly. He crawled away as he could, and Derpy saw that one of the monitors she threw him at fell down. She picked up the screen and swung it: Master looked back to see her, but was greeted by a cracked monitor screen to his face! He flew a bit, sliding across the floor until he hit his head hard onto the controls used to send the electricity into him. Before he could React, Derpy lifted the Time-Lord with her hooves, heaved him a bit, and slammed his head into the controllers!!! Electricity surged throughout the Master's body, causing him to twitch uncontrollably & almost had a seizure!!! He was pulled out, though not twitching anymore, he stared into the eyes of an angered mother that he said was stupid for her eyes & lack of knowledge on who he is. She closed her eyes and head butted him, causing him to, again, see blurry, and he fell to the floor. He was greeted with Derpy's bottom hoof, as she football kicked him across into the open area, away from his test tube children. Again, he tried his best to crawl away from the mad mare, but again, he was picked up! He saw her tackle her, but she kept running until they landed in a bathroom. She grabbed his head and destroyed the three sinks inside, slamming his head through each one with a swift move, and, dragged him, bringing his head into a stall and placing his head inside it's toilet! he struggled for air, as she kept him down there for a couple of seconds, but pulled him up. He took a deep breath of air, as he was dragged out of the bathroom, but only his back hooves stayed in the bathroom. Derpy walked over him and, with a slam of the door, a loud 'Crack' was heard, and the Master wiled in pain, as one of his back legs bone's broke!!! 
"PLEASE!!!" He begged "STOP!!!" 
"STOP!?!?!?" Derpy yelled, laughing like a maniac "Why!?!?!? I'm just getting started!!!" He was thrown into the wall leaving a slam dent in it! Derpy pounched him across the face, sending him sliding across the room. The T.A.R.D.I.S. came right back, in front of the test tube Time-Lords, and the door opened: Dinky, Valeyard, and Time-turner all ace out, only to see the Master sliding towards them, badly beaten, bleeding, and probably with a lot of broken bones in his body 
"...Please... help me." A shadow came right above him, and Derpy dived onto his back, making him scream again!!! she turned him over and, with obit hooves, punched his face over & over, making him lose his cheeks swell up, his eyes becoming black eyes, and some teeth falling out of his mouth with blood falling out!!! The three stood there, Valeyard shaking with fear, Time Turner giving a surprised look on how brutal his wife is, and Dinky... she was scarred for life and, though the Master was brutal, he needed to be saved! 
"Mommy!" Dinky yelled after shaking her head "STOP!!!" Derpy ignored her own daughter, for she was too focused on brutally beating the stallion that tortured her own filly! "STOP!!! MOMMY!!! STOP!!! YOU'RE KILLING HIM!!!" Derpy slowed down, seeing the Master barely breathing. 
"Time to finish this!" She spoke to herself. She extend her front right hoof in the air to deliver the killing blow. Dinky felt adrenaline run through her body, as she ran and tackled her own mother, saving the Master's life! The two slid a few feet away from the Master, as Dinky looked into her own mom's blood shot eyes.  
"MOMMY!!! Listen: We won!!! Control yourself!!!"
"GET OFF ME!!!" Without hesitation, Derpy threw her own Daughter, causing the Unicorn/Time-Lord filly to crash into the wall with a loud and painful grunt. 
"DINKY!!!" Time Turner and Valeyard yelled together, followed by them running to (though not to Valeyard) their daughter. Derpy returned to the Master and extended her hoof up, determined to finish the Master: he should have more to go, so this should be nothing to him. 
"She's hurt!" Time Turner spoke, holding her daughter in her hooves.
"Broken bones all over her body," Valeyard examined as well "massive damage to the skull & brain area."
"Don't Die Dinky, Don't die!!!" Derpy stopped herself as she was about to deliver the final blow to the Master. Her vision went back to normal, seeing the blood on her hooves and a barely breathing Master lying in front of her. She turned around and saw the two forms of her husband, as her real husband held their daughter in their hooves, limp with blood coming from her head. Derpy froze and noticed what she had done: She killed her own Daughter. She looked at the blood on her hooves: they may have been the Master's own blood from her Motherly Brutality, but she was no different, NO, worse than him! He was brutal to complete strangers, even to children, but she... she did this to her own child!!! A waterfall of tears fell down her face, and she ran to her husband and daughter!!! Time-Turner hesitated to defend her limp daughter, but saw that his wife was back to herself, and had tears rolling down her face! Without any question, he handed her their daughter. Derpy held onto her daughter, seeing how innocent she looked, even if she was limp. A flashback came to her eyes, one she treasured most:

Derpy was at the hospital on a roller, followed by her husband. They had been married an entire year now, and today was the day of their child's arrival! 
"Come on Derpy!!!" Her husband yelled "Breath!!!" The pegasus took deep breaths, as she was rolled into the delivery room. The double doors were pushed wide open, as the couple & a bunch of staff entered
"Nurse!!!" The Doctor, a caramel colored unicorn, yelled
"Yes Doctor?" the nurse, a white earth pony with a pink bun mane responded 
"Help our patient breath!!! She needs all the help she can get to help bring in new life!
"Yes Doctor!" the pony walked next to Derpy, placing a hoof of reassurance on her own hoof. "Don't worry madame, just keep breathing and push! 
"Come on Honey!" Her husband yelled "PUSH!!!" Derpy released a scream, as she felt her child coming out 
"I FEEL IT!!!" Derpy yelled in pain!
"COME ON!!! PUSH!!! PUSH!!! Derpy released a loud pain that, if possible, Nightmare Moon could've heard while in her banishment. Silence fellow with the exception of the beeps of the monitors & Derpy's heavy breathing. Everyone shook in horror, no hearing anything. A small cry was heard, as the Caramel doctor, using his magic carefully, carried the newborn to Derpy. 
"It's a Filly!!!" The Doctor announced "A unicorn filly!!!" 
"A unicorn... Filly?" the couple asked at the same time, though Derpy's was more weak after giving birth. Derpy opened her hooves up and retrieved her own daughter. the two looked and confirmed that this was a unicorn filly. The filly cried a bit, but silenced itself, looking at it's parents, curious on who these two strange ponies were.
"Look at that!" Time Turner pointed out the features "She has your mane color, a bit of your coat color, and your beautiful eyes!" 
"She may have my looks," Derpy commented, turning her attention to her husband "But, for all we may know, she may have your personality in her."
"My personality?"
"Of course! She may be as smart as you, adventurous, and, hopefully, be as kind as you. You both may have hearts as strong as horses!!!" 
"Yeah... maybe. What shall we name her?"
"Hm... I think I know what she will be named!"
"What?" 
"Dinky!!! She may have my looks, but with you, her mind will 'Ding' with ideas!!! Like you!!!" Time Turner froze, thinking about it, but then released a warm smile 
"That sounds like a great name. Dinky it is." Derpy turned to her daughter and nuzzled her little daughter's face 
"Hello Dinky! I am your mommy! That's your Daddy! Welcome to the world, little filly."
"M-momma? P-pappa?" the small foal spoked. The parents had a surprise look on their face, but smiled 
"Speaking after being born? She is going to be as smart as you!
"I hope not." her husband awkwardly chuckled as he rustled his little daughter's mane. He took a deep breath, still not taking his eyes off their daughter "I hope she doesn't haven't my condition."
"Condition?" Derpy asked "Like what?"
"My... snoring." 
"Oh yes! Two loud snorers won't help me deliver the mail around Equestria."
"Come on, let's go home, everypony."
"Home." Dinky simply said as Derpy, though weakly, got up and walked with her husband, holding her in her front leg. Derpy looked down and smiled at their daughter, using her other hoof to hold her daughter and hugged her, feeling so proud of herself for bringing this filly into this wonderful world!!!

Derpy reopened her eyes, noticing that she was holding her daughter the same way she was born. Everything to went mute, as she held onto the limp body of a daughter, weeping her eyes out. Valeyard stood up and released an angry growl.
"I CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE!!!" Valeyard shouted 
"Don't you steal the lives of my daughter!!!" Time Turner growled right back.
"No, you idiot!!! All of my life, I've been trying to steal your lives, but now... I have no idea what's happening in me, but I'm going to save her!!!"
"...What!?!?!?"
"You heard me!!! I have a tingling inside me when I was with her!!! I felt... love!!! LOVE!!! After centuries of loneliness, hatred, and my pursuits to get your lives, I FINALLY FEEL LOVE!!!" 
"What... are you going to do?"
"You'll see." Derpy turned her head up, seeing Valeyard and her husband walking towards her. Without any question or excuses, she backed up away from her daughter. Valeyard picked up the filly and his hooves began to glow a yellow light. Seeing this, Derpy wanted to stop Valeyard, but noticed that his back legs started to turn into specks yellow light, floating into her Daughter's hearts. Time-Turner could see in Valeyard's eyes that, despite wanting to steal lives, he was now willing to sacrifice himself to save a filly's life. A few minutes passed, but Valeyard's hooves & face only remained. Dinky slowly reopened her eyes, seeing Valeyard's face disappear slowly. 
"Forgive me." Valeyard's last words spoke as he disappeared into thin air. He was gone: no race of him was anywhere, not even his tie could be found.Dinky got up and looked to see where Valeyard went to. 
"DINKY!!!" Both her parents yelled. Dinky turned to only see herself being carried in the air by her mother and father! Derpy hugged her child hard, letting out tears of joy!!!
"OH DINKY!!!" Derpy cried loudly "I'm so sorry for what I did!!! Please forgive me!!!"
"...I do mom." Dinky replied, returning the hug to her mom. The two hugged hard, as Time-Turner stood next to them, tearing up as well. Some slow clapping was heard, and they all turned to the sound: The Master stood there, fully healed as he stood next to the controls. 
"Well," He spoke "this is quite touching, but stupid."
"What do you mean!?!?!?" Dinky asked, giving a stern look at him 
"Easy, young Dinky. You should've known that Time-lords, such as me, can heal wounds much faster than other creatures around the galaxy! Also, if you were to die, you would've used one of your spare twelve lives! The drama may have been present, but the knowledge certainly wasn't. If Valeyard had not sacrificed himself, then you all may have lived another minute." He pressed on the controls, and the tube born Time-lord's pods opened, letting out a bunch of liquid to the floor. 
"What the-!?!?!?" Time-Turner yelled "Are those-"
"Yes Doctor!!! They're Time-Lords like us! Your Daughter helped me make these wonderful children! When this city falls, and all of Equestria, any surviving pony will be held as a slave and help our kind reproduce!!! Soon, the Time-Lords will regain it's glory, this planet will be our new home, and, soon, the universe will be all mine!!!"
"YOU'RE INSANE!!!"
"I'm not insane!!! I'm doing what is necessary for our species to survive, just like what you did with your daughter." Time-Turner growled at the Master, but Dinky released herself and walked ahead of her parents. 
"NO!!!" Dinky yelled "I am not the result of my father saving our species!!! I am the result of two ponies in love!!! My father may not be of this world, and my mother may not be the most worthy in her kind's hierarchy, but destiny must've chosen the two of them to meet and have me!!! If our kind is meant to be extinct, then we should do all we can in our final lives to leave a great impact in history that helps others, not for ourselves!!! If my father & mother, both different species, can love each other and have me, then why don't we all try to live in harmony with one another!?!?!?" 
"...You're just as idiotic as your father. Children!!! KILL!!!" Derpy sprinted towards her daughter and carried her by the fold of her back in her mouth! She placed her daughter back on the floor, as both she and her father crouched into a fighting position, growling as the other time-lords that approached to them. the Time-Lords surrounded the but, instead of attacking, they... had a conversation with one another. 
"Should we attack them?" one asked, a yellow pegasus mare with a light blue mane 
"I don't want to hurt our mother!" another spoke an aqua green earth pony with a blue mane
"Well... we're technically test tube born." commented one, A white unicorn with a red-brown mane
"Who cares about that!" spoke another, this one a light brown alicorn with a black mane & white workhorse hooves
"I do!" another spoke, a yellow unicorn with a brown mane similar to Time Turner's
"Wait!!!" Dinky yelled. She pushed herself out of her parent's legs as she approached to one of the new Time-Lords: a green earth pony with a yellow mane. "Do, any of you have a name?" 
"Of course we do!" The Time-Lord in front of her replied "It's... uh... um..."
"We don't have names at all." Another time-Lord spoke, this one a green pagasus with a brown mane. 
"Told you something doesn't seem right." a violet unicorn mare with a black mane spoke
"SHUT UP!!!" a blue pegasus with a yellow mane replied 
"Look," Dinky spoke "you guys are lost, right?" the Time-Lords murmured to each other, but follow with collective 'yes'. "And do you really want to hurt me to save our kind?"
"Well... you're our mom," the violet unicorn mare replied "and that doesn't feel right."
"Not to mention," the alicorn spoke "you... kinda look like a kid." 
"Well... I am just a kid." Dinky replied. A collective 'What!?!?!?' and gasps were heard. "Yeah... Your father had me strapped down onto a chair to make sure you were all born! We both felt the pain of massive electricity shocking through us, and he only plans to use you all to take over this planet so that, though our kind can live again, he wishes toy rule you all under his iron hoof!!!" 
"That Bastard!!!" the green earth pony yelled. They all turned to see the Master had disappeared. Derpy turned around and saw the Master exiting through the elevator!
"GET BACK HERE!!!" Derpy yelled. All the Time-Lords followed Derpy as she used the stairs to follow the Master's elevator.

Out in the Distance, the three Scarabs controlled by Bon-Bon, Chief, the M.I.B., and the U.N.S.C. made their way to the Master's hideout. Both Luke & Lyra below prepared their lightsabers, until they heard their allies' voices. 
"Stand down!" Bon Bon yelled 
"We have these three under our control." Chief added. 
"Oh good," Lyra commented "that's a relief." 
"Hold on there!" Luna's voice on their communicators yelled "I'm coming! All agents, Autobots, U.N.S.C., and Rebels: head to Bon Bon and Lyra's area!!! Look for the scarabs if you're lost!!! Luna out!" At that moment, Lyra and Luke turned to see a red 18 wheeler truck coming their way & stopped with a loud hiss. The door opened and Luna came out with a few scars on her, a few burnt marks, and a few bruises, but was still fine with Tiberius holding onto her horn. The truck transformed, revealing that it was Optimus Prime in vehicle form. In a couple of minutes, all of their collective army gathered around the Master's building, everyone chatting with each other, most likely getting to know about their obscure allies. The agents & their allies gathered to have a chat with each other.
"I take it you both did your job with some ease?" Luna asked 
"It wasn't all easy," Lyra replied "try swinging your lightsaber around while defending yourself from millions of troopers shooting at you while finding Darth Vader at the same time."
"Hm... that does sound tough. Where is he?"
"My father escaped." Luke commented.
"Figures. How about you, Bon Bon?" 
"It was easier than we thought," Chief replied "glad they haven't changed tactics, even with new allies." 
"What he said." Bon Bon added "But I take it you enjoyed your quality time with Prime?"
"Of course I did!" Luna replied "I remembered like it was yesterday, back when the M.I.B. was just starting... oh those were the days... back when things were much more simpler." 
"Your highness!!!" One of the agents spoke "Someone's exiting the building!!!" 
"Oh! Right! Agents: Arm yourselves!!! Everyone else... you may leave." 
"But Princess-" Optimus pleaded 
"Look, Optimus, I appreciate all you've done, and I'm glad we could work together once again, but you have Megatron as your prisoner, Master Chief & the U.N.S.C. have destroyed all of the covenant, and the rebels... well, the leader has escaped, but this world is free! Go home: Earth and the humans need you!" 
"Humans know these giant robots!?!?!?" Lyra asked 
"Alternate dimensions." Bon Bon whispered. 
"...As you wish, your majesty." Optimus Spoke "Autobots: Transform and Roll out!!!" 
"You heard her boys!" Cortana's voice spoke to the marines "Let's get back to the real war!" 
"May the Force be with you," Luke bowed respectfully to Lyra "always." Luna activated her magic and three large portals opened, and each of the three armies exited through, heading back to their respectful universe. As soon as the armies left, the portals were shut, leaving only the agents in a destroyed Manehatten, filled with destroyed vehicles and fallen allies & enemies soldiers, weapons, & vehicles. The Building's door opened and the Master came running out, only to stop, skidding on the floor and stopping right near Luna's front hooves! 
"AUGH!!! LUNA!!!" The Master yelled, falling to his back and crawling right right back. 
"Hello, 'Master'." Luna replied, walking towards the evil Time-Lord. 
"No! The plan!!! The Interns! T-Th-They were suppose to kill you all! How did-"
"You honestly think we'd ALL die in that stunt of yours!?!?!? True, you killed some of our agents with that, but the rest of us? No! We're prepared for something like that! We're prepared for all the things you threw at us!"
"But the army-"
"Is destroyed!!! Look around you: Nothing but your fallen soldiers lay here and we still stand!!!" The door opened and Derpy, The Doctor, their daughter, and a bunch of other ponies came out, a bit surprised at seeing all the M.I.B. Agents around, but found it a warm welcome. "Ah! Agent Derpy! I'm so glad you can be with us!"
"Agent!?!?!?" Derpy asked in complete surprise. 
"Oh yes! We lost a lot of good agents this day, and we have A LOT of open positions! Since we don't want you to tell everypony this, and we can't erase your memory, well... you're now an official member of the Mares in Black!" 
"I-I don't know what to say!" 
"You have nothing to say," Time Turner replied, nuzzling his wife "you've done a good job!"
"Where's Valeyard???" Luna asked, using her magic to hold the Master in the air "He will pay for what he did to our base!!!" The couple looked at each other, not really sure what to say. 
"Do you want to say it?" Time Turner asked his wife.
"I don't know," Derpy replied "I think you should, since he is- Wait! Where's Dinky!?!?!?" The two looked ahead and saw their daughter walking to Princess Luna. 
"Your Majesty," Dinky spoke, taking a bow to the princess "Valeyard... well... he... sacrificed himself to save me." 
"...Come again?" Luna asked, a bit surprised. 
"He's a traitor!!!" Master yelled 
"SHUT UP!!!" Derpy replied, growling at the Master. He flinched a bit with a whimper. 
"You see," Dinky spoke "I learned Valeyard is, in fact, my father's last form, and he's gone nuts, waiting to attack my daddy to steal his lives just so he can live. He kidnapped me to steal my lives away, but was working with the Master, believing that the Master would sacrifice his own lives to add more to his numbers. He took me to the Master, and yes, he betrayed Valeyard, sending his guards to kill him away from us. The Master revealed to me that, with me being a female Time-Lord, he can use me to create a new generation of Time-Lords, using the mixed army to kill everypony here and use the survivors as slaves and as a means for us to reproduce!!! He strapped me to a chair and, as you can guess, all of these ponies standing here are, you could say, my children!" 
"Really?" Luna replied, looking up to the diverse group of ponies "Not a whole lot, if you ask me."
"Oh sweet Celestia!" Derpy spoke to herself "I feel much older now!!!"
"Try being 903 years old." Time Turner responded, chuckling to himself. Derpy turned around and gave her husband an agreed look. "Oh! ...Sorry." 
"Anyways," Dinky continued "It was painful, but mommy and Valeyard showed up to save me! My mom had Valeyard take me back to daddy, and, since the master was really evil, my dad suggested we go back and help her out! When we got back, mommy was... she was... um-"
"Don't worry child," Luna spoke in a motherly tone. "You can tell me what happened. I won't punish her." Dinky looked up to Luna and teared up a bit. 
"She was killing the Master! I had to save him!!!" 
"You... tried to save... him?" 
"Yes! He may be evil, but he didn't deserve to die! Mommy went insane: I ran to get her attention, but she tossed me aside as if I were a rag doll! I hit the wall and-and... I..."
"I killed my daughter." Derpy finished, walking next to Dinky. She sat on her haunches and placed her right wing across her daughter, giving her comfort. "I threw her in a fit of rage, breaking her bones and giving her internal brain damage. She tried to save me from killing another pony, but instead, I killed her."
"But... how is she alive?" Luna asked 
"I saved her." Time-Turner spoke. He walked over to the other side of Dinky, and placed his left hoof over his daughter's shoulder. "Well, Valeyard did. I think, thanks to knowing I had a family, something he didn't do in any of his past live, he must've developed feelings for my daughter, realizing that, though he's different, he is still me, in a weird way. He sacrificed himself to make sure Dinky didn't change on us, wanting her to live a full life before drying and, well, getting a new form. Yes, I won't deny, he made this happen, but in the end, he sacrificed himself to a pony that he could've taken away lives and lived more, but decided to end it, for better or for worse." 
"Well... that is quite the tale. I take it that these... young Time-Lords pose no threat?" 
"Oh no!" Dinky pleaded "They're my kids! I... kinda want to raise them, but I'm not sure how. I doubt you want any more kids, right Daddy?" 
"Oh no!" Time Turner responded with a blush "One child is enough with me! I have seen what one child could do! I don't want to know what more will do!" 
"Don't worry about that," Luna spoke. "I'm pretty sure they can be great M.I.B. agents as well! Perhaps... they can be their own squad... TIME FORCE!!! Yes! Can you lend the T.A.R.D.I.S. to us!?!?!?" 
"Um... I'm not... sure."
"I'll let you think about it. For now, though, Agents!" 
"Yes Ma'am!!!" All the agents, including Derpy, Bon Bon, and Lyra, hollered with a salute.
"Let's get this place cleaned up!!! Citizens will return within... three hours!!! LET'S GO!!!" 


2 and 1/2 hours, later.


"I say that looks nice." Lyra spoke, standing next to Luna, Bon Bon, Derpy, and the Hooves family with the Time-Lords. After a whole cleaning session, the city was now clean of the fallen debris, and the whole city was now clean... a little bit too clean. 
"How did that work in such little time!?!?!?" Derpy asked 
"Just the things we can do." Luna responded. 
"What di you do with the Master, by the way?" Time Turner asked 
"We sen him to the Phantom Zone." Bon Bon replied "No way is he escaping that mirror, unless he has a nuclear grade missile AND can breath in space." 
"So... we're safe then?" Dinky asked. 
"Of course we are," Luna asked "and here, for you, your mom & dad, and your... kids." Luna levitated to all of the Hooves their own M.I.B. suits! 
"Sweet!!! Thank you so much, Luna!!!" 
"And, as an added bonus, your mom will be head of security around YOUR home!!!" 
"Really!?!?!?" 
"Oh yes!" 
"But," Depry spoke "Isn't there any training program I have to do?"
"Oh yes, but luckily, my number two will help you!" 
"Who is your number two?" Lyra asked 
"Easy: it's you!" 
"...Me!?!?!?" 
"Oh yes! Right after-"
"There they are!" a voice spoke. They all turned and saw a bunch of news reporter ponies running to them with their own cameramen & microphone holders.
"Princess Luna!" One of the news reports spoke "There are speculations about what had happened today! Care to tell us what you and all of these ponies are really doing!?!?!? Celestia would really love to know about this!!! Are you planning a take over, but with more strategy?"
"...Hold on to that question. Rarity?"
"Yes Luna?" Rarity's voice spoke in her ear piece 
"Care to mix the message a bit?"
"Already on it!" 
"Good. So, you want to know what happened here?" All the reporters spoke together, not even allowing one to speak. "Alright!!! Jeez, look, just look at the statue, and you'll get your answer! Agents, glasses please."
"Yes Ma'am!" All the agents spoke, putting on their sunglasses. The hooves got into their suits quickly, each finding it a cool feeling to wear an M.I.B. suit. The cameras turned to the Statue of Liberty, which, the torch slowly opened up, revealing a giant neuralizer coming out of it. 
"Is that-!?!?!?" Lyra spoke 
"Yep." Bon Bon replied
"We're always a step ahead on this kind of stuff." Luna spoke. 
"Wait!" one of the other news ponies spoke. "Princess! What are you doing!?!?!?" The statue of Liberty's Neuralizer went off, showing a large flash, and all of the ponies stood there, dumbfounded about what just happened, looking around on what just happened. 
"And with that," Luna spoke, sounding as if she were in the middle of an interview "I'm just glad the city of Manehatten agreed to do an annual 'Clean up day', and we're hoping all other cities in Equestria will follow them. Why, it's so shiny now, you may need sunglasses just to enjoy the cleanses of the city! Any questions?" All the ponies shook their heads, realizing a collection of  various 'Nopes', turning back to their cameramen, and talking into their Mics about the annual 'Clean up day', and how every city should follow. 
"Come," Luna spoke "it's time to head back. Our work here is done. Bon Bon, care to say a few words before retiring?" 
"I would, Princess," Bon Bon replied with a bow "that would be lovely." 
"Take all the time you need." The news ponies, Luna, and the hooves left, leaving only Bon Bon and Lyra alone. Bon Bon took off her sunglasses, tearing up a bit.
"Well Lyra... look like this is the end for me."
"The end!?!?!?" Lyra replied "Bon Bon! I-I can't live without you! You're my best friend AND my teacher!!! I can't erase your memory!!!" 
"I'm sorry, but I've done this way longer than you and, let's face it, I screwed up real bad with your student, Derpy."  
"That was an accident! I'm pretty sure we can-"
"No Lyra, we can't. All those lives lost were, not just because of Derpy being tricked by the Master and those other Interns, but because I placed her in a cube."
"I was responsible as well!" 
"I made a bad call there! ...Lyra... do you know how the M.I.B. stayed in power when Luna was banished to the moon?"
"I... never thought of that. How?"
"My family held it together. Before, my family were mostly sweet makers, providing candy to the ponies around our town. My great-great grandfather found Luna & the agents taking down an Intern late at night. This was the first Intern invasion in M.I.B. History, and, I don't know all of the details, but I believe those interns were called 'Reapers'. Anyways, he saved Luna from a blast that would kill her, and she was forever grateful! She allowed him to join and, in a few years, he rose up the ranks, eventually becoming second rank. When Luna was banished, the M.I.B fell into chaos, not sure what to do now, leading him to stand up and become the new leader! Since then, my family has been in charge of the Mares in Black, using our talent as sweet makers to hide in with society very well. After Luna came back, I gladly stepped down and, well, I actually... fell... in... love." 
"...With who?" 
"He's a unicorn in Canterlot, and he owns his own Donut shop."
"Donut Joe?" 
"Oh yes! I... fell in love with him a few years ago and, well, I used some of our security to watch him work. I don't know why, but he... it makes me feel giddy inside, and, thought this sounds weird, I think he too is in love with me."
"How can you tell?" 
"Well, you may not notice, but I can read lip, and he said this sentence just a week before you cam in: I hope that cream colored mare comes back here. Her mane just looks like that of cotton candy, her colors just make me feel happy, and her voice... that lucious voice! Oh... how I would love to meet her again!"
"...Uh... that's... just creepy." 
"It may be, but, please, I want to marry him! I don't want the memories of my old life get in the way of my new life! Please Lyra, I'm begging you as a friend, to help me get out of this and, hopefully, I can be happy once again!" Lyra looked at her friend, then turned to her Neuralzer. 
"Are... you sure?" 
"Yes! Even if you don't, Luna will make me forget anyways. Please?" Lyra took a deep breath and put on her sunglasses. Her horn glowed. 
"Goodbye... old friend." 
"Goodbye... Lyra." There was a flash of green light.

ANNUAL CLEAN UP CITY DAY IS NOW OFFICAIL!!!
Thanks to Princess Luna and all of her companions, every year, citizens in their local city will have to clean up the various trash and dirt around!!! Most have speculated that city value will increase drastically and cooperation as well!!! Turn to Page 3 for more info!!!

Reports of missing ponies are still at large, and very few have been located! Many speculate that why could be simply lost in the Everfree forest, are homeless, kidnapped, or, even worse, murdered! Turn to Page 7 for more info!!!

CANDY MARE BON-BON WAKES UP FROM A WEEK LONG COMA AND HAS AMNESIA!!! 
Bon Bon, a local from Ponyville, has woken up from a week long coma and has has no idea who she is nor anything of her past, but still has her education and her love interest, local Canterlot Donut Shop owner, Donut Joe! Donut Joe remarks that she was her best customer for many years, and that the two have developed a crush for each other. He and Bon Bon both have plans with each other, and, they both hope they can be married soon! Turn to Page 21 for more Details!!!


Lyra held up the newspaper, reading the articles. She sniffed a bit, looking at the calm picture of Bon Bon, waking up from her 'coma' with Donut Joe next to her, holding some flowers and a box of his well known donuts. 
"You go girl." Lyra commented to herself, wiping a tear from her face. A carrot dog was held to her face. Lyra looked and noticed Derpy standing next to her, and they both smiled to each other. 
"Figured you may need something to eat." Derpy spoke. 
"...Thanks." 
"You still miss her?"
"Yeah... I kinda do. Think Dinky will join the M.I.B?" 
"Nah! She and my husband left to go on adventures of their own!"
"Aren't you a bit disappointed?"
"Kinda. They do comeback for dinner, luckily, and their K-9s have helped made the house more lively with them gone."
"How are those two dogs like?"
"I'm just glad they don't leave any things for me to clean up."
"Very true, very true!" 
"Feel glad about being #2?"
"Oh yes! So much thing with it! and you are my right hand mare!" 
"Oh stop! You're making me blush!" 
"Lyra? Derpy?" Tiberius' voice spoke in their ear pieces.
"Yellow?" They both spoke in unison.
"We got a couple of Bronies around Appleoosa. Think you can handle it?"
"No problem!" Lyra replied, walking to their car 
"What are Bronies?" Derpy asked, entering their vehicle. 
"They's humans, but really annoying, since they know us."
"...Weird." Derpy buckled herself in
"Yeah, they know my name &, might I say, personality."
"Think they know me?"
"...probably. Let's go!" Lyra drove fast, and the two headed to the rising sun! 
"WAIT!!! APPLOOSA'S THE OTHER WAY!!!"
