"Where am I?" asked Rainbow Dash as she groggily rubbed her head. Her vision was blurry; all she could make out were vertical bars running straight down in front of her. A dim light peeked out from the spaces in between them. The floor and the air around her was cold and smelled rotten. Vision was limited, but as her senses came back, she stood up and scanned her surroundings. She noticed two beds, one on each side of the room that looked dusty and looked like they had not been changed ever. There was a sink and a tiny cubicle in between them. "What is this place?" she asked to no one in particular as she paced around the room. She held a hoof around her nose and winced at the cubicle. "Ugh. Smells so rotten." All she had remembered was that she was asleep in her room. Then there was a weird dream where the stars had bumped into one another and had crashed onto Ponyville. Trixie jumped down from one of the falling stars and had on her Alicorn Amulet. Her eyes were red as she shot beams all around Ponyville. "This must be part two of my crazy dream... but it isn't. I'm actually awake because I can smell that. What is that?" Curiousity bit her tail, and she cautiously unlocked the toilet door. "What the..." And she screamed. --- Trixie also had one simple task. "Where is Trixie?" She looked around, and noticed two beds and a cubicle. "Trixie doesn't remember going to jail. Trixie remembers sleeping in her own room after one whole day of looking for a job, which failed. Ponies don't deserve the Great and Powerful Trixie anyways!" She raised her hooves proudly in the air. "I declare this area as Trixie's! No one is to touch Trixie's bed, toilet, or this weird box I have in my hooves!" Her eyes spotted something glimmer on the floor, and she promptly scooped it into her hooves. "As well as this key! Trixie claims all of it!" She seemed proud of her ownership as she placed her hooves on her hips and stood on two hooves. "Now that I got all of this stuff, I need to get out of here." She tried to open the metal bars in front of her, but her magic would not even work. "Why is Trixie's magic not working?" With one hoof, she reached for her horn, and noticed something on it. Spotting a mirror on top of the sink, she approached it, and gasped loudly. "Trixie shall not stand for this!" said the blue unicorn. She waved one hoof angrily in the air, then slowly brought it down to her horn. "Trixie's horn shall not be... it can't be..." There was black tape wrapped around her horn as she struggled to peel it off. "The Great and Powerful Trixie can't perform without her horn! Confound this black tape!" "Ahhh!" Her hooves stopped pulling. There was a scream, but it had not had come from within her. "Oh? Perhaps there's some pony else here to accompany Trixie on her predicament?" yelled Trixie as she approached the metal bars in front of her. "Who is so kind and gracious as to join me?" --- Rainbow Dash shook as she leaned against the wall. Her hooves frantically clawed and tried to make her retreat, but she was already forced in a corner. "D-d-dead p-p-pony!" Her entire body shuddered as the memories of the rotting body ran through her head. Her pink hair was still vibrant but her eyes showed no life. Her cutie mark had disappeared and she had a gash running down the side of her hoof. She still had a brown pouch slung over her shoulders, and her hooves were sprawled apart. Her hooves held onto a pair of scissors that had dried blood on the tip of the blades. There was a blood pool under her, and a hole where her heart used to be. "Oh? Perhaps there's some pony else here to accompany Trixie on her predicament?" Rainbow Dash's eyes beamed wide at the sound of a familiar voice. Her mouth trembled as she tried to speak. "T-T-Trixie..." Her voice was soft and full of fear. "H-help me..." --- She waited for a response and attempted to peek her head out of the bars. But there came no reply. "It's rude to keep the Great and Powerful Trixie waiting! Speak or--" "H-help me please. W-where am I?" Her ears picked up a soft plea coming from outside. Her brain frantically searched for a pony to match the voice with, yet she couldn't quite put a hoof to it. "Trixie doesn't know, but Trixie can, and will get you out!" announced Trixie proudly as she reached for her horn once more. "As soon as she manages to get rid of this black tape." --- "Oh no. Oh no oh no oh no." Rainbow Dash still tried backing off as she shook her head. "This cannot be happening. W-what is Trixie doing here too?" She sat in the corner as her eyes blinked rapidly. Her breathing was shallow and her wings cramped up. Sweat formed on her forehead, but her hooves slowly approached her body. It then wrapped itself around her as she tried to stay sane. "W-why is Trixie here? Why am I here? What's happening?" Rainbow Dash rocked slightly back and forth as she tried to think what had happened. It had been a normal day for her; practiced in the skies, cleared the rain clouds, played prank on Discord and partied at Pinkie's. Overall, it had been a good day. "Trixie can get you out if she can work her magic. However, she seems to be stuck as she has black tape wrapped around her horn. Perhaps you could help Trixie out by handing her something to cut with? She will most handsomely reward you after she gets out. Just slide it to the left. If Trixie's ears are correct, you're stuck in a cell like hers just right beside her." Rainbow Dash looked around her cell for something sharp. Her eyes glanced around, and she soon found an answer.
