Magical Conduct Scootaloo.
Ch.1- A Uneventful Day.

Scootaloo's heart beat loudly in her ears. Every second that ticked by could be a death sentence. Her eyes darted from left to right. A scene of destruction before her. Fillies and colts, down, drooled with unfocused eyes.

"This is bad! my eyelids are getting heavy," She tried to move her limbs, but it was no use.

She was pinned down by the pressure of her enemy. She looked to her friends, but it appeared that they were in a similar situation. Applebloom was having trouble keeping steady, her head jerked back up every few seconds. Sweetie Belle had her shield up, but she was completely unmoving. "We can't take much more of this."

A large sound rang out, startling their foe. Scootaloo's eyes snapped open as energy refilled her body. A light of rebellion gleamed in her eyes. Then her wings twitched, the spell was broken. "It's now or never."

Scootaloo kicked off from her position in an instant, kicking up a dust storm in her wake. Grabbing her trusty scooter, she erupted from the enclosed space. Her wings ripped through the air with speeds that would set dirt ablaze. The tasmanian devil, which zipped down the dirt streets outside, smiled. "I'm alive, I've won. Yes!"

The filly enjoyed her victory as the final screams of the beast reached her ."--forget your hooommmee woorrkk!"

Music to her ears.

Scootaloo traveled alone today, making her way to a clearing at the edge of the Everfree. Dash had told her she was going to teach her some wicked acrobatics and give her a lesson on flying. It took Scootaloo two weeks to get Dash to agree. Her idol seemed worried about something... But after the time was set, her usual awesomeness shined through.

"Alright, today's the day," Scootaloo grinned, "This is gonna be the best Monday ever!"

Getting closer to the Everfree, the filly turned her eyes to the sky. Hmm, that's odd, she isn't flying already. Spotting a few pegasi near the clouds, she looked for that colorful tail. A series of clouds passed by, one carrot shaped, one apple, and a donut. Nothing cool enough for Dash to sleep on.

Dash would often find the fluffiest clouds before she settled down. She wouldn't give an inch when it came to looking awesome. One time Scootaloo found Dash sleeping on an explosion shaped cloud. It brought a smile to her face.

Scootaloo lowered her eyes back to the road, just in time to see her scooter pop up on a bump.

"Woahhhhh!"

The filly flew into the air with wide eyes. She furrowed her brows."If I can't handle this, then Dash would be wasting her time."

Scootaloo grabbed her handlebars, then rotated three hundred and sixty degrees in the air. She landed on a single wheel, moving forward she manualed on the hard ground, before hopping up onto a fallen tree. Grinding down the slightly slanted trunk, she smirked. Finally, she hopped off it and held it out for a supermare, her hooves stretched out in the air, then landed in the sunny clearing.

The filly bowed next to her scooter. She could hear the non existent applause in her head as the crowd went wild. Dash flying over and giving her a few word of praise. "Good job, Scoots. That was a mighty sweet trick." Her cheeks heated up as she posed for her idol. Nailed it.

With hopes that praise would soon be real, Scootaloo looked up once more and called out, "Dash? Did you see me?"

Silence...

Not even the critters from the forest made a sound. Scootaloo frowned, "Figures, she's not here yet."

Dropping her scooter the filly rolled backwards into the grass.
Scootaloo's tears threatened to burst out of her eyes in such a place, cloaked with privacy. She chuckled without joy as she saw her hopes destroyed.
"Ha... haaa haa.."

A single tear rolled down the filly's cheek as she steeled herself,"Figures."

As the lone filly put a hoof over her eyes, the bush next to the Everfree rustled. Scootaloo shot up, wiping away the offending tear. Tears are for little foals! "Who's there?"

Standing on her hooves she beamed at the bush. Was somepony watching her? Maybe somepony followed her? No, why would those bullies be here? Dash? Was this a test... had she failed?

Whatever it is, it's getting on my nerves, I'm not in the mood for this. "Come here, whatever you are!"

Just then, the sun glared off of something at the bottom of the bush."Ahh HA!"

Scootaloo pounced forward as a round thing rolled away from the bush. She stared down as it stopped beside her. The bush no longer rustled, but she took her time looking over the gleaming thing beside her. The bush inches away, she bent down to get a better look at what came out...
...
...
"It's a... bit?"

She risked touching it, by reaching out with a slightly shaky hoof.

The bit was strangely warm and instead of Princess Celestia, some animal with three tails was embossed on it. As Scootaloo was looking at it, she felt something wet touch her tail.

"Waaaahhhhh!" She jumped up, still clinging to the bit. Startled as she was, the filly still wanted to examine the bit. So without looking back, she dashed to her scooter and zipped down the road. She had hope that whatever it was, wouldn't follow her.

In the bush Scootaloo left behind, two red eyes lingered in it's darkness. The ground behind it was singed black, in three different places, like signs of a battle that had recently taken place.

Scootaloo sped back to town clinching the weird bit in her hoof, She sighed. "Maybe I'll see Dash when I ask Twilight if she's ever seen this weird bit before."

Entering town, the filly looked at the ashes of the old library. It was a good thing nopony was inside when it got destroyed. Turning her focus to the crystal castle, she zipped to the door. Anypony in her way jumped out of it, just in the nick of time. Scootaloo was so focused on finding answers, she left Granny Smith's raised hoof hanging when she passed. She parked her scooter next to the steps, and trotted up the stairs, she spotted a sheet paper on the door... "Ugghh... Don't tell me,"

Once close enough to the official looking note, Scootaloo read the text in full, "Saving the world! Be back shortly…

If you would like to schedule a meeting please add your name to the list."

An arrow pointed down to a magic scroll on a desk. Scootaloo groaned, "Yeah... I guess this is where Dash went. Better write my name down just in case."

She picked up the quill next to it and scribbled 'Scootaloo' on the page. It lit up, and her name scrolled up the paper slowly as ink resolved itself below the signature. "Thanks for your support, you’re pony number three hundred twenty nine, point five, in line."

"What?! By the time I get to see her I'll be as old as Celestia!!!" Scootaloo took her frustration out on the desk, by delivering a kick that put a nice sized dent in the side.

It blinked, "Enjoy your day! Your Princess cares for you."

Scootaloo could hear the sarcasm, dripping off the page, Spike must have wrote it's lines.

"Yeah right, all she care about is her library and look where that got it." She pointed back to the blast site, "It got turned to ash."

"Goodbye, and be careful crusading."

Scootaloo rolled her eyes at the magic paper as she trotted back down the stairs- "Hey!!" she tripped on the last step. Scootaloo smacked muzzle first into the dirt. Groaning she heard a metal sound hit her scooter.

The weird bit rolled across the ground by her scooter. The bits impact had put a scratch on it. Scootaloo dusted herself off on the way over to it. "Come back here you."

Picking the bit up, she looked at it once more. Flipping it over she noticed the warm coin was a bit more red on one side, then the other.

"Hmm,” she muttered. “Was this stupid thing always like this?"

She shrugged, then got back on her scooter. "I'll save that for later."

Whipping her wings into gear, she zipped back down the road. Some time later she’d really have to hang out with Dash. If only she wasn’t so busy these past two weeks. Her favorite napping spots were getting lonely... "I am getting l- No I'm fine."

The smell of apples danced into her nose as she came upon rows of apple trees. Looking over her shoulder, Scootaloo spotted Big Mac, he was tending some of them by himself. He looked as comfortable out in the heat as he always did. Getting close to the clubhouse, Scootaloo heard the muffled voices of her friends from inside.

The filly couldn't make out what they were saying, but it didn't matter too much anyway. Parking her scooter by the ramp, she wasted no time by going up and pushing open the door.

Both crusaders stopped talking mid sentence to greet her. "Hey, Scootaloo. You’re back early. How’d your flying lessons go?" Sweetie Belle waved.

Applebloom nodded,"Yeah Scoots, ah figured you'd be out there all day."

Scootaloo looked around the room. Applebloom was studying the map of Ponyville intently and Sweetie Belle was sitting under the unlit idea bulb. It was clueless as she was.

"Uggghh! She wasn't there-"

"What!?" Sweetie squeaked.

"What happened?"

"She's out saving the world, again." Scootaloo said, deadpanned.

"Oh, I see... Well at least she’ll have more stories." Sweetie brightened.

"Yeah, I'm sure they'll be alright. Y'all like hear'in ‘bout her adventures, don't ya?"

"Duh! of course I do," Scootaloo trotted over to the map and dragged her hooves over it, "But it would be even more awesome to hangout with her and makes some adventures of our own..."

The girls took a moment to give thoughtful looks at each other. They all loved to spend time with their sisters, even if they fought sometimes.

Applebloom looked over at the empty podium, then back at Scootaloo."Speaking of adventure, did ya think of any way we could get our cutie marks while ya we're out there?"

"Oh, did you get an idea? I've been trying a while here," Sweetie pointed her hoof at the still unlit bulb, "But I haven't thought of anything."

Scootaloo wrinkled her muzzle as her face went white. "Sweetie Belle, you aren't allowed to think of ideas yet! They always end up worse than normal! Applebloom! Why did you let her t-"

"What!? My ideas don't end up that bad!"

"Cutie Mark Crusader Campfire Starters?"

"It was only a small forest fire!"

"Cutie Mark Crusaders Trash Pickers?" Scootaloo raised an eyebrow.

"Hey, Ponyville looked cleaner than ever that day," Sweetie chuckled, "Heh.. heheh... until we tried to burn it. How was I supposed to know there was fireworks powder in there."

"Cutie Mark Crusaders H-"

"Girls! Y'all calm down right now. We got other things to argue about."

A clear dinging sound rang out, as a golden light lit up above Sweetie's head. "Hey girls! I got an ide-"

"No! No, no, no, NO!" Scootaloo scowled.

"Now ya know we love ya Sweetie, but ya might wanna put that idea away for now."

"Awwww," Sweetie deflated, her big eyes a little watery.

"Yes!" Scootaloo jumped into the air.

The ringing of a bell from outside interrupted any reply that Applebloom might have made.

"Aw shucks, looks like it's dinner time. Guess ah'll see y'all later. Oh yeah, there's a bucket of snacks for ya." Applebloom nodded, then headed out the door.

"Ohh, wait for me! Rarity must’ve left too." Sweetie trotted after her but stopped and smirked by the doorway. "Hey Scootaloo.. You forgot your homework."

Scootaloo covered her ears and cringed. "Ugh! Don't remind me."

Sweetie trotted out the door with pep in her step and Scootaloo walked over to the window. She watched as Applebloom headed into her house, while Sweetie scurried after her. Once her friends were out of sight, she looked over to the bucket of apples. "Don't mind if I do."

Lifting one of the juicier fruits, she leaned back against a wall; a crisp crunch filled the air as fruit juice trickled down her muzzle. "Gulp... Ah, yeah. That hit the spot."

The pegasus wiped a hoof across her mouth, then continued to chow down. Reaching over to her bags, she pulled out the bit. It had kept it's warmth, even after all this time. She flipped it into the air with a hoof and watched it, languidly.

"Heads, Heads, Tails, Heads, Tails." Counting the sides as she ate her apple, Scootaloo relaxed.

"I wonder what dropped this free bit, maybe I'll ask Cheerilee if she's seen one like it before. She must have seen some old stuff, what with how old she is."

(-C-)

In a desk full of ungraded papers, a mare sneezed. Scattering all her hard work into a messy pile. She chuckled with a defeated look, " Hehehe... Somepony must be cursing me again... Who am I kidding, nopony talks about me."

(-S-)

Scootaloo caught the bit, then slammed it on the ground. A metallic tink, rang out against the wood and a spark flew out from the bit as though it had struck steel rather than the aging planks of the treehouse. The glimmer landed on Scootaloo’s coat and she flinched, with a yelp.

Having dropped the bit, Scootaloo scowled down at it. "Stupid weird old bit."

With all the force she could muster from sitting, she kicked the coin across the club house. It flew against the wall, producing more sparks, then rebounded.

Scootaloo ducked as the bit flew at her head, and after a few more wild ricochets, it settled on the other side of the room.

"Ugh, that's it. I don't care anymore. I'm buying a juice with you tomorrow!" Taking an aggressive stance, she stared daggers at the bit, "Why would I care if you’re worth something anyway. It’s not like I could get another scooter with you. Useless bit."

With all her disappointment today, she just had enough. That thing almost got her caught by something in the 'Everfree', her daily morning battle, falling down muzzle first, and especially no wicked awesome hangout time with Dash. "I'm going to sleep, the faster I forget about today, the better."

Turning away towards her bag, Scootaloo blew hot air. Opening her bag, a few papers fell out. The filly looked over with a raised eye. HomeWork... Scootaloo stomped on the papers and kicked them out the clubhouse. Retrieving a blanket from her bag , she curled up on the floor.

*Yawn* " I'll deal with it, tomorrow."

The last rays of the sun disappeared over the horizon, as the moon took it's rightful place. Stars winked into existence, filling the dark purple sky. The animals of the night arose to crisp air, filling their lungs... Most of them. In the home of a rebellious colt, who sat awake, a undetected visitor slipped in through the window.

No scream was heard as the colt's eyes lost all focus. Drool slid down his muzzle... A cold breeze flung it to the ground, where it shattered into fragments. "Hey!"

The door to the room flew open, as color returned to the colts eyes. "What are you doing up?! Go to sleep! you little idiot."

Nodding, the colt settled in bed. "Okay."
Shaking, the bigger pony closed the window. "Ugh, it's cold in here."

The bedroom door slammed shut. The colt smirked, while snuggled in the covers. Exhaling a chilly breath...

(-S-)

Scootaloo shivered in her blanket, as a stray wind blew into the clubhouse. "Ahhh chu!"

The filly sneezed, turning over, her hooves reached out to grab something. But try as she might, nothing was caught in her grasp. When she dropped her hoof she felt something warm. Like a lifeline tossed to an overboard pony, Scootaloo's grip was stronger than steel. She snuggled it up to her chest, the warm fuzzy thing was just what she needed. It went all the way up to her muzzle as she held on for maximum comfort.

"Ahhhhh... Thanks.. Dash..." The filly snuggled up to it once more, for a restful sleep.

The unforgiving rays of sunlight peaked over the horizon. Everypony who wasn't a morning pony turned over in their bed and shielded their eyes. The former sung happy morning songs with the birds, also a rooster or two...
Like shiny knights, they braved the first rays of danger! They ran into the day, with no trace of coffee following them.

The orange coated pegasus, squinted her eyes as the sun mercilessly beat down on them. Just as the burn was starting to feel good, a roster decided to brave the unknown!
*Coca-doodle-dooooo~*

The filly's eyes snapped open! Which she immediately regretted.
*Hiss* her eyes burned by the fresh morning sun, greeting her like a long lost friend. "Ahhh!?"

Her face slammed down back into her covers.Which produced a muffled,"Eeep."

Scootaloo jerked from left to right, trying to rub the crispy smell out of her eyes. The fluffy covers soothed her as the pain went down to a dull ache. Slowly opening her toasted eyes she stopped. Looking at the covers in her hoof she frowned. "When did I bring a white and blue cover?"

She looked down at her hoof stitched 'Rainbow Dash Wonder Bolts' blanket. Then she looked back at the weird cover in her hoof. It was fuzzy all the way down to her chest. She pulled it up, receiving another squeak, as she brought the rest of it to her face.

Two unamused orange eyes stared back at her. It tried to opened it mouth, but Scootaloo tossed it across the room. "What the hey!?"

After it flew across the room it bounced off the wall, headed in the filly's direction. "Nooo nooo!" Scootaloo ducked.
...
...

But nothing flew past her. Scootaloo lifted her head, on the club house podium, she saw a blue and white animal. It's four fangs gleamed as it sat up proudly.

The filly examining it, scrunched up her nose and raised an eye. "Where have I seen this look before?"

The blue fluffy animal rolled its eyes. Turning sideways it struck a dignified pose, with three tails. Scootaloo eyes widened, "The bit!?"

"Yep." The answer came from the animal she was looking at.

"What!?!" Scootaloo took a step back..

"You're kidding right?" The blue animal dead panned.

"You can Talk!!"

"Duh."

"But, you're a bit!"

The blue animal shrugged, "Not really."

"Then what are you?"

"Neighponese Fox."

"Ah!!" Scootaloo eyes widened.

"What?"

Scowling Scootaloo pointed directly at it,"You owe me a Soda!"

The blue fox slipped off the podium, it's eyes popped open as it fell down and slammed into the floor. Scootaloo watched as it fell out of her view. She trotted over to it, towering above it's fallen form. The fox didn't even twitch. Scootaloo leaned closer to get a better view.

Just as she deemed her spot perfect, the fox sprung up. The feeling of lips connecting lasted an instant. "Aaack!!!"

Scootaloo fell back with her muzzle scrunched up. "I did not want to kiss and make you feel better!"

She spit," You little furball!"

The blue fox floated into air, "Hugs and kisses contract complete."

"What? Eww Gross! " Scootaloo wiped her mouth, flinging the saliva off her hoof.

The fox's eyes flashed red. "Contactie, Scootaloo... Recognised. Transporting..."

Three rings of white blue energy, appeared in the room. The filly's eye couldn't get any wider. "What is this?"

Within seconds a red and orange wand sprouting wings appeared. The item flew in front of Scootaloo as the energy rings faded. The fox's head stared down at the filly. "Now! take the wand Scootaloo."

The filly's ears fell flat, but she grit her teeth at the wand. "I don't take orders from you! I don't even know who you are!"

The fox rolled its eyes. "Just take the wand.. Unless you're a super duper little scaredy foal, who can't do anything by herself."

Scootaloo's hoof whipped out, grabbing the wand. "I'm never scared!!! This is nothing!"

A single red flash ended the whole thing. The fox was smiling on the ground, Scootaloo was staring... with a wand in her hoof. The fox hopped back up on to the podium, turning back to the filly. "Hi, my name is Parvara. I'm looking forward to working with you, partner."

"Working, for what? The sissy squad?" Scootaloo rolled her eyes.

Para smirked, as a light gleamed in her eye."Yeah sure, from now on you will be jumping around in super frilly dresses and dancing to love 'n justice!"

"What-"

"Today is your first day as a Magical little filly~ congrats!"

Scootaloo reached out her hoof, yanked Para over to the door, tossed her up in the air and used the wand sprouting wings, to hit her so hard that Iron Will would bow down...

Para woke up in Canterlot the next morning.
"I hate mondays.”
