Hello

You may know me or ou may not...but I know all of you.

Everyone of you are connected to me. I have watched you grow just as I have watched all of Equestria grow. Every moment of history, every struggle and every happy moment. I was there.

And now I wish to tell you what I have seen.

I am the Tree of Harmony

You may know who I am. You may not know who I am.

But I know all of you.

Each and everyone of you are connected to me. I have watched you all grow just as I have watched all of Equestria grow and thrive. Everything is what I see, it is what I feel, and it is why I exist. I connect all to all, and I have been there in your time of need. I may not know you personally, but I know you all on a deeper connection. I will always be here just as I have throughout time. For now, I wish to tell you what I have seen.

I was here in the before, when the tribes and lands were separated. The pegasi ruled the sky and the weather. Their rash nature and careless attitude made life on the surface hard for all. The unicorns ran the cities, their corruption and self maintained superiority to all other races made them arrogant, and nothing was ever good enough for them. The earth ponies, though I hate to play favorites, I have always had the most respect for. They tilled the earth and toiled away for hours to grow what little crops they could, all without magic and without wings. Just by the strength of their back and the sweat of their brow they brought life to the world. They were not perfect, however, as their hard work made them greedy and stingy with what food they were able to grow. I hated that time as much as you may hate the hardest parts of your life. I may not be able to show my emotions, but I still have them just as much as you do. It was a time of disharmony, where an everyone for themselves attitude was the ruling ideal. If it was not a concern of yours, you didn't give it a second thought. It was a dark time, and it hurt to know that there was not a clear end to it in sight.

It wasn't until many years later, a few decades I believe, that six young ponies came together to settle their differences. That day, that very special day, became the day that I found my purpose in life.

Before that day, I sat silently and watched history pass me by. There was never a reason for harmony to any of the races, but I always wanted to show them what harmony could do for them. Six little concepts that still show today.

Honesty, the best policy. The ability to step up to your faults, to keep things out in the open for the benefit of all. A way to show your trust in eachother.

Kindness. The heart to help the needy and to keep everyone safe. A guardian disguised as a mother, as I liked to see it.

Loyalty. The will to stay by what you love and what you stand for no matter how tough the situation.

Generosity. The mindset that you are not the center of the world, and that little things that you take for granted may make the day of another. It is also the resolve to give what you own to help the world, be it material or immaterial.

Laughter. There is no greater thing than a simple laugh. It lightens everyone's mood, and a good joke or a well planned prank is enough to make even the grumpiest of beings happy.

Then there is Magic. This is the spark that brings it all together. The glue that holds all of the other "elements" together and unifies the world. The hard thing to decipher...is what exactly is this magic. For the longest time even I had no idea what that meant. Such a strange concept.

Things, I remember, did not get better as I remember. The pegasi demanded food from the earth ponies as payment for the weather in the growing seasons. The unicorns also demanded food for raising the sun and the moon each and everyday. The earth ponies, believing that their hard work was what made the food grow, they shared as little as they could, but it was never enough for any of them. Then came the blizzard. I remember that time. The cold air was enough to chill fire to the bone. The pegasi could not bring it under control, the unicorns magic was not enough to warm the cold, and no amount of work from the earth ponies could make the ground fertile. It saddened me, there disharmony brought great evil spirits, the Windigo, down to the land. Their hatred for each other killed the land and hope.

It was then that I saw a spark within their society, a thing that I believed would bring them together.

Survival

The leaders of the tribes, three ponies of great power, met to settle their differences. Princess Platinum represented the unicorns, Chancellor Puddinghead for the earth ponies, and Commander Hurricane for the pegasi. I remember that conference as if I was there. They couldn't settle their differences, nothing that was brought up was enough for any of them. It was as if all of their races arrogant nature, all of their hatred and greed, seemed to be sprouting from just these three ponies. There were three other ponies there, and it was in them that I saw the real will of the races come forth. Clover the Clever, Smart Cookie and Private Pansy. Three ponies that made everything seem as if it would be alright. They stood there, trying to voice their opinions while their cruel masters were left to their own devices.

After this saddening meeting, the leaders decided of their own volition to find a new land beyond the reach of the blizzard. A new place to call home. Each of them set off on their own way. Hurricane and Pansy flew high above the clouds, Platinum and Clover took off through the forest, and Puddinghead and Smart Cookie took a rugged mountain. When each arrived, they found a new fertile land. A land where all of pony kind now resides. The place where I stand proudly within the Everfree Forest, watching over all. Each however, had their own plans.

Commander Hurricane proclaimed the land as Pegasopolis, a land when pegasi would be free to rule the sky and the land.

Princess Platinum planted the flag for a new city, Unicornia. A site, she hoped, would be the grounds for a great city where Unicorns were free of the duties that befell them.

Chancellor Puddinghead took in the surroundings and named the land Earth, a fertile new land where crops would thrive. A place where earth ponies would be free from the taxation of the other races.

It was all good, until they realized that they had all planted their flags in the same place. That moment, such hatred and chaos so close to me, if I had eyes I would have cried and cried for the world. I knew that soon the Windigos would turn up here, and kill this land as well. I wish I could have called out to them, to guide them, but I cannot. It didn't take them long to realize that their arguments and fights had brought the Windigos to them. I felt the cold set in as they took refuge in a cave, the leaders blaming each other for their downfall. It hurt feeling their bodies and heart become as cold as ice. I was nearly about to give up all hope.

Then I felt it, the spark. I saw through the eyes of three ponies, the advisers to the leaders. They did one thing that I would never had expected. They started to get along, each finding out that they all had things in common. Ideas that could benefit all, stories and songs that brought them closer together than I have ever seen any creature become. It was in that moment that I understood magic. It was less a strange mystical power, but more about the connection between ponies. Friendship, is the term I have come to know this strange magic as.

It was their friendship that warmed the land and banished the Windigo. Their single evening of revelry lead to the creation of a nation. A nation in which earth ponies, pegasi, and unicorns would live, work, struggle, and survive as equals. A land of happiness and peace.

They called this land Equestria.

After then things became better. The tribes consolidated into the new nation, and once bitter rivals became best friends. The ruling families of these nations came together to create a centralized government in a town they named Mareanda, and it was decided that they would become a nation ruled by a queen, but no one could agree on who that should be.

The universe had other plans. Two fillies had been found in the forest, not to far from where I stood. One was as bright as day, the other as dark as night. Each had a pair of wings, a horn, and flowing ethereal manes. An young unicorn scholar by the name of Starswirl the Bearded found them asleep in each others hooves. I watched as he helped them back into town, not knowing of the power that those two contained. Not very many ponies know that the sister were born from an eclipse, just one year after Equestria had been found. I cannot say what higher power brought them into this world, and I dare not delve into the reasons why. All I knew is that they were destined for greatness, and that I felt an odd connection to them. I could not explain it at the time, I felt drawn to them. I wonder if they felt drawn to me.

I continued to watch the two fillies, whom Starswirl had named Celestia and Luna, grow and struggle in the world. Their strange forms and their overwhelming magical prowess made them outcast from most of society, while the rest of their time was spent pouring over Starswirl's work. Everyday, I felt a new idealism fill their minds, and I felt tickled by the excitment of those two young mares. Even now a days, each little thing they learn and each new experience makes me happy as much as it makes them.

Many years after they were found, it was 23 years if I remember correctly, was when their true power showed. Usually, it took a team of 30 unicorns to raise the sun and another team of 30 to lower the moon. Doing this every day and every night for 20 or so years would make any one tired. Several ponies became sick from exhaustion, and the sisters did the only thing they could. I remember feeling their hearts racing as they walked out into town square, their minds clear and focused. Luna stared at the moon while Celestia stared at the eastern horizon, their horns filling the air for many miles with raw magically power. Hundreds of ponies stared in awe as the two sisters, two outcasts, raised the sun and lowered the moon on their own. It was one of many moments that connected all of Equestria. That day, all of Equestria turned to them, and their destinies became clear.

Not even a week later, Equestria was reunited again by the coronation of the two sisters. Starswirl had the ponies erect a castle in a forest for the sisters, a castle to which I share many memories with. Celestia, who was older my not more than a few years, became the official ruler of Equestria. However she refused to rule without her sister Luna by her side. The two continued to rule for many years together, and the land was in a state of near perfect harmony. It was such a glorious time, as I watched the world grow. With so many new towns popping up all over Equestria, I felt more connected to these creatures than ever before. From the deserts, to the mountains, to the far reaches of the ocean country. I was always there.

Then came a time I wish to forget.

Life in Equestria seemed to be going well, and as the years came and went, I fell silently into a hibernation of sorts. It was a time that I cannot recall, but it was not the best of times. A new source of disharmony had brought me out of my sleep as it were. I guess it is not right to call it disharmony, it was more like...pure chaos.

As my connections to the land continued to be restored from my rest, I learned of a being that had appeared to Celestia in a dream, although he now seemed to have come straight from the pages of a messed up child's nursery rhyme. His a name was Discord, a draconequus that no one seemed to know where he came from. It was always assumed that he was born from an argument between a unicorn and a dragon, but those were just rumors. Even I don't know everything about him. The most that I had learned about him was that he was a being of pure chaos and mischief, a soul bent on making the world as crazy as it could be. The effects of his chaotic nature could be felt across all of Equestria, though I felt it with every single step he took. Each bit of the world he plunged into chaos was part of the thing that keeps me alive gone.

Equestria was not in a good state. He decided that his own little chaos capital of Equestria would be located in a small town about 30 miles from Canterlot called Trottingham. That was hard for me to watch, Ponyville has always been one of the more harmonious towns in Equestria. Everyone there was equal and did everything to make life better together. They did not rely on magic to bring the changing seasons, and the old pioneer town built around an orchard was a crossroads for all of the species that traveled through Equestria. But with Discord pulling it's strings, they did not keep their harmonious spirit as long as I had hoped, and just seeing them fall to such horrible chaos nearly killed me. A few more days and I probably would have been destroyed.

It was getting close to my death when the two fillies I had watched for years approached me. I knew I had a connection to them, and I did my best to draw them to me, so that they may discover the only source of power that could ever hope to defeat the master of chaos.

The Elements of Harmony.

Before they arrived at my secret grove in the forest, I decided to make my power more accessible to the only two ponies that could ever stand up against Discord. I thought long and hard about how these concepts could manifest themselves, and during my thinking it happened. Somehow, and to this day I still do not know what caused this, these concepts manifested in the form of crystals. Generosity, Loyalty, Laughter, Kindness and Honesty appeared as just plain gems, but the Element of Magic appeared as a very thin six pointed star. It was odd at the time, just the shape gave me the odd feeling that it was connected to someone who had not been ushered into existence yet. Very peculiar.

When Celestia and Luna finally arrived, everything was ready. Celestia had no idea what she was feeling as she walked up to me. I'm not sure I did either, but I could feel our connection growing stronger. Celestia took an immediate interest in the Elements, and her connection with them grew as she took them from me. It was a strange experience, feeling a large part of myself separate from the rest of me. I didn't want the elements to leave me when it happened, but as soon as I felt their power surge through the two sisters, I knew that it was for the greater good. An empty hole in one heart , in the metaphorical sense, is better than the chaos drowning my beautiful land.

They left for Trottingham immediately, landing only a few feet from Discord's throne. It was at this point that even I had to admit that Discord had one of the two greatest senses of humor that has ever existed in Equestria. Just watching his face light up and Celestia's shock as he literally stole her tail from her...it was priceless. The laugh did not last very long as the sister's connection to the Elements became focused into a rainbow of pure harmonious energy, but i felt that they had different intentions in mind. Celestia, always being the more mature of the two only wanted to detain Discord, or maybe remove his massive amount of Chaotic energy. Luna wanted him destroyed beyond repair, or banished to a dimension beyond all dimensions. The sisters, though having full control over where my magic was directed, had little control over what actually happened when it struck what it was aimed at. I decided that the best course of action was to encase him in stone, trapping him within his own body for all of eternity as punishment for his crimes, not knowing that this would eventually come back to bite me on the roots.

As the magic from the Elements struck Discord, turning his body into a statue of solid granite, I became temporarily connected to the king of chaos. I could see his thoughts and feelings as he cursed the mares that imprisoned him, threatining with his last breath that he would reign over a nation of chaos in the future. The only downfall of gaining this knowledge was that in turn, Discord could see into my... I'm actually not sure what to call it. It's not really a mind and I don't really have a soul. Anyways, he was able to see into the abstract concept that contained my knowledge of Equestria and the powers of the Elements. Before my connection to him was severed as my magic spread across the land to heal the wounds of his rampage, I heard him laugh with hatred as his mind fell into the void.

After all the damage was undone from the land, peace once more fell across the land. As with any recovery effort there were hard times. There was a drought that killed crops and left a few town deserted. The excess chaos magic made it hard for the pegasi to control the weather, and the unpredictable patterns lead to uncontrolled flooding and strange weather events. In all, the period of history that became known as the Great Chaos Resurgence took a total of 50000 Equestrian lives. I remember those days more than any other. With my magic spread far throughout the land, the souls of those who have died would pass through me on their way to the afterlife. I spent my time listening to their stories, some tragic and horrid, while some had accepted their time and were happy to have lived as long as they did. One day I might recount those stories to those of you who are willing to listen, but for now I will continue with what I know the best.

As peace settled throughout Equestria, the outside world became more interested in the affairs and events that took place here. Many strange creatures came from far and wide just to experience Equestria. Even creatures that did not come in peace. I remember two individuals in particular from a far away land. Two creatures no one could ever forget.

Just as two sisters had fallen in the tears of two celestial bodies, two brothers appeared seemingly out of nowhere. An older being by the name of Scorpan, and his younger brother Tirek started a rampage across the countryside. They had heard about the magic that ponies were born with, and wanted to take it all for themselves. Tirek was ruthless, showing no mercy as he sucked every drop of magic from every being he could find. Scorpan was different. He wanted to gain the ponies trust, and we he had them where he wanted them he would take all of their magic at once. He began to study ponies, learning their habits and the values that governed their society, even begining to have many insightful chats with the young Starswirl. Eventually, I felt a change in his motives and watched as he no longer wished to steal the magic that Equestria had, but he wished to protect his new found pony friends and to stop his brother from destroying it all.

Scorpan met with the Princesses and Starswirl to let them in on how to defeat Tirek. He knew that with all the power that his brother had stolen, only their combined efforts could bring the rampage to an end. The four laid a trap for Tirek, catching him off guard in the deepest part of the forest. A mighty battle ensued between Celestia, Luna and Tirek. The elusive flying techniques and complete synchronization of the sisters made it impossible to steal their magic, and eventually in a last ditch effort, Tirek released the magic he contained to destroy the world. If it wasn't for the efforts of Starswirl and the Princesses, along with the reach of the magic contained within me that spread across the land, the world might have been torn asunder. In the aftermath of Tirek's attempt to end everything, he became weak, but his magic filled the forest around him, causing it to grow wild and create it's own magic. The Princesses found Tirek fighting for his life, and for his crimes banished him to the depths of Tartarus, a hellish landscape that I have only seen fleeting glimpses of in all of my time. I would never wish that fate on even my closest enemy, but It was what had to be done. To this day, the effects of that battle have been felt by all. The forest continued to grown wild, and strange creatures and monsters began to appear. Celestia, being the sentinel-like leader that she was, did not let the raging forest bring down the spirit of her kingdom. Where others would have fled, the sisters remained. They continued to live in the forest, a place they deemed the Everfree. For they knew that as long as it's magic continued, it would forever be free from the grasp of pony civilization.

Soon after, Scorpan went back to his land, hoping to spread the ideas that Equestria had demonstrated to him to other lands. Two periods of time that became known as the Decade of Peace and the Decade of Harmony descended on the lands. During these times, Equestria flourished more towards the nation that it has become. Celestia and Luna met with the royal family of the Crystal Empire, a nation to the north of Equestria that thrived on the magic of the Crystal Heart, a relic that became more powerful and pure during times of peace and great love. Even with the magic of the Crystal Heart, the nation fell onto a hard time economically and required outside support. With the signing of the Declaration of Sister Nations, the Empire became part of Equestria, but was allowed to govern itself as it saw fit. With the Crystal Empire now part of Equestria, many rich settlers spread out farther across the land. The cities of Manehattan, Fillydelphia and Mareami sprouted up at the far edges of the country and became huge metropolitan areas, places where all creatures could live and work together and dreams became reality. It was a glorious age, probably the most harmonious period of time that I have ever seen. It was a golden age for the world as a hole, but even gold eventually begins to dull and lose it's luster.

This age of peace ended when a young unicorn from the Crystal Empire moved to city of Canterlot, the center of all Equestrian knowledge, to study magic. He was a strange stallion as I remember, but it was hard to get a good read on him. I usually have a strong connection to all creatures that had good in their hearts and a goal to maintain harmony, but my connection to him was weak. He didn't care for harmony and it did not matter to him if the world fell into disharmony as long as he could continue to study and grow as strong as he possibly could.

This stallion's name was Somber Umbra.

I could feel a shift in the energy of the world as Umbra continued his studies. This shift became ever more apparent when he applied to a school that the princesses had just established to ensure the continuation and preservation of the use of rare magics. He believed that the best way to demonstrate the use of magical abilities was through duels, honorable standoffs where two unicorns used their magical knowledge to defeat each other in combat. For his audition into the school, he challenged a senior from the school to a magic duel to prove his worth. The duel seemed to be going well until Somber's spells went from stunning to deadly. I watched through Celestia's eyes as he cast a spell that had been lost for centuries, a spell that disabled the target's ability to naturally produce magic for a while. It was used long ago to detain criminals, but Somber had modified the spell. When he cast it, it did not disable the stallion's magic, but destroyed it entirely. Ever mouth in the hall dropped as the stallion lost all of his magic and his mind deteriorated until it ony had one directive.... to serve the spells caster. Somber didn't see it as a bad thing, but Celestia could sense the darkness in his heart as well as I could. She told him to leave and never come back. Somber stormed out of the school and returned to the Crystal Empire. When he arrived back in the Empire, I felt a hollow feeling inside me as I lost all connection to him. He had finally let the hatred that had been building within him since his rejection take over his heart as his mind became focused on one thing.

Control.

Within two years, it was apparent to all how far the stallion had gone to gain control. He forged pacts with dark spirits and studied the most forbidden of dark magics. The darkness consumed him and he took on a new form with a new name. The scrawny stallion named Somber Umbra was no more, only the king of the dark realms remained.

King Sombra.

He went on a tyrannical rampage, killing the royal family that ruled over the Crystal Empire and enslaving it's inhabitants. He discovered that the crystal mines that the Empire had been built on and around contained crystal that amplified magic abilities and strengthened his dark magic. He became obsessed with them and forced the enslaved crystal ponies to mine the lands of every last crystal, never letting them have a moments rest and brutally torturing and killing any creature that opposed him. He even went as far as to slaughter an opponents whole bloodline to prevent the birth of any more rebels.

Celestia and Luna both knew that if Sombra was allowed to continue his regime, all of Equestria would eventually fall to his dark magic. I knew that at this point that the Elements of Harmony would not be able to touch him. For the Elements to work, they had to be connected to a creature. No matter how slight the connection, they would work. Sombra, however, had forced the ideals that connected my magic to him with his dark pacts. The Elements were no more than gemstones to him. I believe that the sisters felt the same disconnection between me and Sombra, and I am sure that Celestia knew that the Elements could not touch him. All they could serve as now was as a symbol to boost moral as the sister did one thing that I never even thought that they would even consider.

War was declared on Sombra and the Crystal Empire.

The sisters gathered a small army of recruits and stormed the the Empire. I watched the whole war play out from my magic hold on the land and my connections. Every moment was a nightmare that will haunt me for eternity. The Pegasus Solar Guards and the Faction of Lunar Bat Pony Guards laid down an areal assault of magically created projectiles meant to break through the large crystal palace that stood as a fortress in the middle of the Empire. As they continued to lay down the assault, Sombra began his retaliation, firing off mind wiping magic and destructive blasts that took down the areal assault and prevented the ground forces from advancing into the city. The duty too infiltrate and bring Sombra down fell upon Celestia and Luna.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't scared for Luna and Celestia's safety. Without the Elements to protect them like they had in the past, I was worried that their own magic would not be enough to defeat Sombra. I watched as they stormed into the the palace and charged up to his throne room. For the longest time, the three ponies fought each other, swords clashing and and spells flying across the room. The fighting escalated until it happened.

A single spell incapacitated Luna and sent Celestia into a fit. His magic had crippled her mind, filling it with her darkest fear. It was a fear that I too had noticed bubbling up inside of her for a long time. It was a fear that Luna would eventually turn against her. It pained me to watch as her mind was overtaken with her sister fighting her, resenting everything and eventually trying to kill Celestia.

Luna was a different story. The dark magic that Sombra meant to have break down Luna's mind just awoke an ancient evil that was born from the resentment that had slowly been building in Luna's mind. A dark entity whose powers were only rivaled by the Elements of Harmony. A being so dark that nothing that became infected with her influence could ever escape, yet she only had one thought on her mind and that was destroying Sombra.

The mare called herself Nightmare. She was an entity of darkness that should never had existed, yet Luna seemed to be fully in control of the situation, as I still felt a strong connection to her. Sombra fought long and hard against Nightmare's magic, but her strength and her magical ability were more than enough to subdue him. But I felt that something was wrong, and I wished I had been wrong. Before Nightmare could deal the finishing blow to Sombra, a dark magic unlike non that I have ever felt engulfed the empire. Had I been a living creature I would have screamed in agony as my connection to an entire civilization was severed, and the empire faded out of existence.

The ponies of Equestria were shocked to hear of Celestia and Luna's defeat with the loss of the Empire. Hundred of former residents of the Empire migrated back to the lands around where the Empire used to sit, the area now laying under a constant blizzard. A blizzard far worse than what normally occurred in the Frozen North.

As the years went on, Equestria went through a dark spell. With the Empire gone the extra revenue that they generated lead to a deficit that almost put Equestria under, but that quickly passed as the years went on. The only thing that I noticed that never changed as the years went on was the darkness that now resided within Luna. I watched her through the Elements. Ever night she would stand out on her balcony, watching with resentment as the ponies of Equestria turned in for the night from a long day of relishing and playing in Celestia's sunlight. She did this every single day for three long years, and each day that I watched her, I could fell the darkness growing and the long connection that I had with her starting to fade away.

Eventually the darkness in her heart grew to where it started making her do crazy things. It started out simple with extending the night a few more hours, but as time went on things became worse. One day a few months later, Luna stood at her balcony and with a curse of her sisters name, she refused to lower the moon. She waited until the sun was high in the sky and with a rage filled with hatred she raised the moon and blotted out the sun, the land becoming overcast in the darkest night that the world has ever seen, and in that moment the same darkness overtook Luna's soul.

I had lost one of the only two creatures who had been with me for as long as I remember.

Celestia knew that if Luna...no.. Nightmare Moon did not lower the moon, the light that was vital to the survival of Equestria would never reach the land, and made it clear that it was her royal duty to do so. In that moment I regained the smallest connection I possibly could to Luna through an event that should not have happened. I felt the presence of..what seemed to be an Element of Harmony... watching the event as if it were involved. It shouldn't have been there and should never had existed in this time, but because of that event I could reconnect with Luna even if it was just a little one.

By the time I had regained this connection, I knew that there was no chance of Luna regaining control. It became obvious that this was true when I felt a crack split through the air and my connection to Celestia momentarily ceased. Nightmare had taken an attempt on her life, and nearly succeeded. If wasn't for Celestia's resolve to stay alive and protect Equestria and Luna from herself, she would have died right then. Celestia knew what had to be done, as did I, and as she ascended into the sky with the Elements in tow, her final warning to Luna echoed throughout Equestria.

One last chance to lower the moon, or to face punishment.

She refused.

With a final shot from the Elements, Celestia was able to overpower the night mare and with a sad goodbye, we banished her to the moon never to return. Celestia was heartbroken, but despite the pain and heartache she knew that she would need to keep control of Equestria. As her connection to the Elements weakened because of Luna's banishment, she decided to store them away in what remained of their castle in the forest. She placed them in a sealed pedestal and with a sigh, she severed all ties to the Elements until such time that they would be needed.

The next day, Celestia decided not to rebuild the castle in the forest, and moved to a new palace outside the city of Canterlot and took over the responsibility of raising both the sun and the moon.

I continued to watch Celestia as she ruled the country day in and day out for the next 1000 years. Through every hardship and every conflict, from sickness and political challenges, I saw her grow and rule the way that I had always expected her too. Through the 20 year drought, the ponypox outbreak, the Equestria High Rolla Cola War and even the time only refereed to as the Silence, she made sure that Equestria was always going to come out on top and looking better that ever. However, I did feel sorry for her. A long thousand years alone, and the pain of being forced to watch the one thing that reminded her more of her sister each and every night had taken it's toll on her mind. She still felt the connection that we shared and she would come to my hidaway in the Everfree and just talk and vent. It gave me a deeper insight into Celestia than I have ever known about anyone. I felt her pain and still feel her pain deep down. Just thinking of the way she looked when she raised the moon for the first two hundred years was enough to break my heart...if I had one that was. It was a tough time for Celestia, and little did she know that a thousand years later, her sister would return.

And six ponies from all different corners of Equestria would come together to defeat her.

But that is a story for another time, for my time to speak is over for now. I am tired and I must rest. I thank you for listening to me in these brief few seconds.

Goodnight and good luck, young ones.
