Chapter one: Crash Landing
Since the very first six battle pathers, most warriors travel to carve their own path. They grow in strength to someday do the impossible like the battle path heroes a hundred years ago. Iloria is a world with only three continents, but multiple islands. Flion, the continent of wealth and wonder, a continent of mainly forests and major nations both friendly and not. Derion, the continent of wonder and beauty, a continent with sights that can wow anyone who sees them. Hion, the continent of darkness and is known as the darklands, a continent with so much malice that it only receives light one month per year. Within these three continents war, always is shown and hero's search for the legendary weapons that can vanquish evil. Hero's not chosen by their own free will, but by fate. Hion is where the story will begin, for an unlikely mechanic Sweetie Belle will meet an ally with a dark past.
Battle Path: dark paths
Sweetie Belle was running around in the airships engine room. Her airship was taking heavy blows and she couldn't repair it fast enough. She then shouted in a tube that reaches all the way up to the steering.
"What the hell are ya doing up there. Can't you shake off those emperor forces?" Sweetie Belle shouted. Applebloom looked at Sweetie Bell, showing frustation in her expression
"Well, it would be easier If yah wasnt yelling at me!" said Applebloom.
"Applebloom! Where's Scoots? Wasn't she driving?" Sweetie Belle asked in a panic. It was ironic how, Scootaloo, the worst flier in all of Equestria was Also the best airship driver. However, she was nowhere to be found.
"Scoots not here! Ha dont know! Ha thought...Who is driving this thing?!" Applebloom asked panicking.
"You answered me, your driving." Sweetie Belle shouted and went to fix a newly busted steam pipe.
"Oww,Sweetie Bell!-"Whinned Applebloom" Ha dont know how tah drive this things!
"It isn't that different from your bike!" Sweetie Belle yelled. Suddenly two more pipes brake. Applebloom, looked at Sweetie Bell, she looked exhausted, and very nervous too. Applebloom decides it was best the help her and not question her now, so she aproached the pilot seat. However, when she saw the controls, other toughts crossed her mind.
"This doesnt look like my bike at all." Applebloom realized and wished that it was her motorcycle instead of an airship that she had to join. Applebloom could hear Sweetie Belle curse in the pipe after hearing more steam pipes burst. Going against the emperor was dangerous, they knew that, but they are now in danger of crashing. The trained forces of the emperor continued their assault against their enemies. Applebloom took the controls and put the airship at a stable level, even If she didn't like it, she had learned the basic because of her orange friend.
"Oh Scootaloo, we need you more than ever" She said, letting out a lonely tear. Sweetie Belle continues to fix the pipes as fast as she possibly could until another hit shook the airship, making Sweetie Belle hit her head on the pipe, knocking her unconscious. The last thing that Sweetie Bell could hear was the sound of gunfire and screams, then, there was only silence in her ears and darkness in her eyes.
"It looks like we might make it!"Said Applebloom with enthusiasm, "Can you hear me?" But there was no response. Then Applebloom turned around, to the see her friend lying in the ground, not moving.
"Sweetie Bell!!!" Applebloom yelled. Applebloom left the pilot seat to support the fallen Crusader. Again a blow nailed the airship and multiple pipes burst. Applebloom realized one small detail, the airship is going down. Applebloom strapped Sweetie Belle to a pipe and the Airship crash landed, making Applebloom fly and get knocked unconscious. Unkown time later, Applebloom woke up in a dark cell, or what seemed to be like one, sorrounded by the sound of falling water.
"Where Am I?" Applebloom asked. Unable to remember the latest events. A woman walked up with a loaf of bread. She had dark dark blue hair and wore a black suit.
"Good, your awake. Your one of the lucky two." The woman said smiling and held out the loaf. Applebloom noticed one fact, the woman is a darkling, so that means that she is in Hion. Applebloom is in the darklands.
Sweetie Bell started to recover from her uncounciusness.
"But,Sister, I want to use make up too!" Sweetie Belle said still dazed. When she opened her eyes, she noticed she wasn't at home and she wasn't a little filly anymore. Everything was fuzzy, and she could only notice she was in some thing white...as a web.... AND SHE WAS HEADLONG. Sweetie Belle must have banged up her head hard to think about that. She became the airships mechanic to get away from that life. Sweetie got up and opened the door to the cell, which apparently wasn't locked. She walked until she heard Applebloom talking with a mysterious woman.
"Hello, it's go to see you okay." The woman said smiling at Sweetie. Sweetie Bell slowly aproached the mysterious woman, unsure about her intentions.
"Who are you?" Sweetie Belle asked. The woman smiled and then giggles.
"I'm a darkling, can't you see?" The woman replied. Sweetie Belle already knew at first glance that the woman was a darkling. She wanted the name.
"Come, I'll show you the airship that you crashed down in." The woman said smiling. Sweetie Belle was stunned to hear that her airship, her baby, crashed. The darkling leaded Sweetie Bell trough incredibly large caverns. All of them seemed natural and untouched for her unexperienced eyes. However, after some minutes. She recognized that they were walking over something different from rocks.
"Can you recognize where you are?" Asked the darkling. But Sweetie Bell could not deduce any answer....unless.
"This....this is my airship!" Sweetie Belle said in a sad tone. She had built the airship herself and it was beautiful.
"Yes, it is. I was told to take care of you until you woke up." The woman replied. Sweetie Belle was hoping that they were going to see Scootaloo, but when they exited the airship, they saw who it really was. It was the ones that shot them down. The emperor's soldiers and Applebloom backed up.
"What's wrong? Aren't they your friends?" The woman asked confused. Sweetie Belle glared at the soldiers and wished the she had her wrench to fight with.
"No, they're the ones that shot us down." Sweetie Belle said fiercely. A soldier walked up and the woman stepped in the way and scalled at the soldier.
"Is that true?" The woman asked in a angry tone. The woman shot out her arm blades when the soldier smirked. The woman attacked and the soldier blocked with the his sword. His smirk went away when the woman's skin went pitch black and her hair turned from dark blue to purple.
"No one lies to me when someone is injured." The woman said fiercely.
"What are you?" The soldier asked in a tone of fear that surprised both Sweetie Belle and Applebloom. The woman smiled and then laughed maniacally.
"I... am a nightmare." The woman said And the swerved around to the back of the soldier and cut him in half.
"My apologies, I had no idea. My name is Luna, please let me show my apologies by slaughtering the ones that shot you down." The woman said.
