> Jumanji in Equestria > by PressStart > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > the board game > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flitter was told to take a free day, but Cloudchaser had no plan on spending the day with her. Flitter flew down to see a friend she hadn't seen in a while. Being that as it may, Flitter and Cloudchaser's free days are on different days. She was always bummed out, cause the only way for them to spend any time as sisters together is during work. Flitter saw Colgate in the ponyville orchard and designed to say hello. She flew down and landed in front of Colgate, which startled her. "Hi, I'm Flitter. I don't think that I've met you." Flitter giggled. "Ah! Don't do that!" Colgate replies crying out in surprise and backing up a pace. After a moment to regain her composure, she continues, "Sorry, just wasn't expecting to see anypony else until I got into town. My name's Colgate." Flitter giggled some more and heard drums. She looks at Colgate and sees that she is hearing it to. Flitter walked closer as Colgate followed by. The sound was coming from in the ground, so Flitter started to dig. Colgate backs away from the hole but uses her magic to help clear away dirt. Finally the sound stops and Flitter pulled out a box. Opening it up, Flitter pulled out a wooden object and then opened it up. The wooden object was a board game. "This looks like fun. I bet Roseluck will like to play it with us." Flitter said excited, but Colgate didn't like it. "I don't know. It seems... suspicious," she says in reply. "Come on, what's the worst that can happen?" Flitter asked giggling. She mumbles something under her breath and reluctantly agrees. "Fine." The two of them made their way to Roseluck's place and Flitter knocked on the door. Roseluck opens the door and says, "Hello. Can I help you?" "Hey, I haven't seen you in a while, so I came to visit and them met Colgate. We found this board game and it looks interesting so I thought that the three of us can play together. I think that's it." Flitter said then made sure she said everything. "Ah. It's really nice to see you again, Flitter. It's been so long, I almost didn't recognize you!" Roseluck says with a small laugh, "Please, come in!" Flitter walked in with Colgate. She sat down and placed the board game on the coffee table. Then she opened it up and pulled out the four game pieces. She then accidentally dropped the game pieces when Colgate accidentally bumped into her and all four pieces went to a starting point. "Huh? That's interesting." Flitter said looking closer. Roseluck walked in and saw the game board. "Ooh, what's this? I've never seen any game like it." Roseluck said interesting in the game. "This is the board game me and Colgate dug up. I guess that I can go first." Flitter said And rolled a three. The piece started to move three spaces on its own. The three of them looked at the orb in the middle and words started to appear. A game with only three is no fun Which is why the fourth member will come A storm of thunder and lightening Will make the member come when it is so frightening "Huh?" Flitter said tilting her head to the side. "What's that supposed to mean?" Colgate and Roseluck both asked in unison. Suddenly they could hear a thunderstorm outside and a knock at the front door. Roseluck opened the door and saw a mare soaking wet. "Can I have the privilege of coming in?" The mare asked. "Sure! The more, the merrier! We were just looking for a fourth to play a boardgame with us. There are towels in the bathroom down the hall if you want to get dried off first." Roseluck replied smiling. The mare nodded and dried herself off. When she returned, she looked like a model from a fashion magazine. "My name is Fleur De Lis. Sorry about that, the storm caught me by surprise." The mare chuckled. "I'm sure," replied Colgate and Roseluck, in unison once again. They looked at each other and raised an eyebrow, also in unison. They broke out into laughter and walked back over to the game board. "I'm Flitter, this is my good friend Roseluck, and I met Colgate not to long ago." Flitter said And Fleur sat down next to Roseluck. Flitter handed the dice to Colgate. "Alright, I guess it's my turn. Can I use my magic to roll them or not?" Colgate asked. Flitter read the information on the left of the board. Jumanji a game for those who seek to find a way to leave their world behind you roll the dice to move your token doubles gets another turn the first player to reach the end wins Flitter then reads the other side. Adventures beware: do not begin unless you intend to finish the exciting consequences of the game will vanish only when a player has reached jumanji and called out its name. "It's not telling me that you can't." Flitter said finally. "Alright." She grasps the dice in her magic and rolls them. Colgate ended up rolling a seven. "Nice roll, better then I did." Flitter said And everypony leaned in to see the words appearing in the orb. if you are lonely A pet it the thing you need But for its breath is quite nasty It make you seem quite tasty "What does that mean?" Colgate asked tilting her head to the side. Suddenly the four of them heard a notice in the kitchen. A growl that sent a chill up their spines. A timberwolf appeared around the corner. "Colgate... I think that just answered your question." Flitter said completely terrified. "Well, you can calm down a bit," Colgate replies and powers up her horn. Soon, a glowing dome surround the four players and the game board. "There," Colgate said panting, "I can't move while casting this, but there's no way that Timberwolf is getting to us." "Wow, the entire living room. Impressive..." Flitter said And the dice was handed to Roseluck, but was snatched by Fleur. She threw the dice at the Timberwolf, but it bounced off the magic wall. "No more, first this storm I suppose was from this game." Fleur said. "Fleur?" Flitter said. "Then the Timberwolf appeared." Fleur continued. "Fleur." Flitter said again. "I don't know how much more I can take." Fleur panicked. "FLEUR!" Flitter yelled. "What?" Fleur replied. "Your peice is moving." Flitter said. "Let's see what happens now." Colgate said. The four of the looked to see what it is this time. vines of black Thorns of white Though they come to tangle thee They belong in the Everfree Fleur picked up the dice before anything can happen. "I don't like this game." Fleur said in a scared voice. "They belong in the Everfree? Vines of... Oh no..." Flitter said in shock. "What? What? Tell me!" Roseluck said impatiently. Colgate glared at her but said nothing. "You remember the black vines that attacked ponyville right? The ones that came from the Everfree forest?" Flitter said And then black vines started to poke out of the floor. "Oh no. This is starting to sound like some strange Neighponese porno..." says Roseluck. Colgate just glares at her again but continues to remain silent. "Well let's get out of this room." Fleur said and ran to the other exit, but a vine grabbed her. "Get it off me." Fluer panicked. "You had to say porno." Flitter said And rolled her eyes. She then flew over the ground and started to pull Fleur free. "What? I'm just speaking my mind," Roseluck replied as she ran over to help Flitter free Fleur. A vine was wrapping itself around Colgate, but she said nothing and concentrated on holding up the shield. "Colgate, forget about the spell and let's take this game to the Bedroom. This way, we don't have to worry about the timberwolf and the Everfree vines." Flitter said finally pulling Fleur free with Roseluck's help. "Go. I'll hold the spell as long as I can, no matter what happens to me. Twilight taught me to teleport." Flitter nodded and got the three of them in the bedroom. Colgate teleported into the room with the game board. "Who's turn is it?" Flitter asked. "Oh, no. No more." Fleur said. "Don't have much of a choice. The only way this will all disappear is if we beat the game. So we have to keep playing." Flitter said. Fleur was reluctant at first, but gave in and hooves the dice to Roseluck. "Alright, my turn!" she says excitedly. She rolls the dice with so much enthusiasm that one of them falls on the floor. The dice lands on a three and the piece doesn't move. "Just let the last one roll." Flitter said And Roseluck rolled the other dice on the board. Again the dice landed on a three and Roseluck's piece moved six spaces. The four of them leaned in to see what is next. As the game continues Others want the game Others will confiscate the game Others will take the game In order for the game to continue You must protect the game For even the game itself is against you "Great, one that makes no sense." Fleur said sitting back. "Like the others did at first." Flitter said waiting for something to happen, but nothing did. "Okay then, I'll go." Flitter said And rolled but nothing happened. "Doubles gets another turn. Roseluck rolled two threes." Fleur said and Flitter looked at the rules and then nodded. She then hooved the dice back to Roseluck. "Oh, okay!" she says, no less excited than before as she rolls the dice again. Suddenly a group of ponies charged in and grabbed the board and the ponies. Flitter was able to see the text before they snatched it. > the dragon > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "The board will stay with us they say, it's to dangerous for delicate mares they say. They make me so mad." Flitter said furiously. "Well, we can't let them get away with it! We found it, so it's our right to play it! Why don't they come on back in here and find out exactly how delicate we are?" Colgate says furiously, which is surprising considering how she's usually one for peace, rather than war. "Wait that text... how did it go again?" Fleur asked. "As the game continues. Others want the game. Others will confiscate the game. Others will take the game. In order for the game to continue. You must protect the game. For even the game itself is against you..." Flitter quoted. "We should probably go after it, then." Colgate said. Flitter looks inside and sees only one guard. "I have a plan, who wants to hear it?" Flitter asked smiling. "I'm game," Colgate and Roseluck say in unison. "Okay, Fleur flirts with the one guard, next Colgate will us her magic and carefully take the keys off him. I'll fly up to the drawer that is holding the game and then Colgate will hand me the keys with her magic. Finally I'll drop the game to Roseluck who is standing near the door." Flitter said excitedly. "Okay, so this plan all rests on Fleur's charm, then?" Roseluck said. "Please, you underestimate me." Fleur said And walked in. Walking up to the guard she started with silent flirting. Letting her tail brush against his muzzle. She then faced him real close. "Oh, what is a strapping young stallion doing in this lonely room." Fleur said And the guard blushed. "Ick. That's just bad," Colgate says, sticking her tongue out. "But it is working." Flitter said tilting her head. "You have a point," she says, charging up her horn and grasping the keys in her magic, slowly lifting them. Flitter flew up to the drawer that held the game and then Colgate gave her the keys. Colgate looked back at Fleur. "Way don't you just take off the armor?" Fleur asked batting her eyes. "M-ma'am I... um... can't..." The guard replied nervously. "I hope she doesn't take this too far..." Roseluck whispers to Colgate, who just nods her head. "Got it, I'm dropping it to you Roseluck." Flitter said And let go of the game. She catches the game and quickly runs back into the bedroom. Soon the four girls are all together. "I'm going to have to take him on a date in two days." Fleur said. Flitter was thinking about something and The others were a bit confused. "Well, at least you're getting something out of it too, right?" Roseluck asks with a wink. Colgate turns to Flitter and asks, "What's on your mind?" "I read the text before the game was taken." Flitter replied. "Oh? What did it say?" Roseluck asked. "Wings for flight, teeth for tearing, fire for burning. Jealousy is dangerous, especially if a mare that it wants." Flitter replied still figuring it out. "Wings for flight... Well, you have wings, Flitter, but I don't think that's what it's referencing. Hmm... Wow, this one's hard..." Colgate replies, gently rubbing her head. Suddenly the wall is destroyed and a dragon looks at Roseluck. Flitter pushes Roseluck out of the way and was grabbed instead. The Dragon then flew away with Flitter and was heading to the only mountain with a cave at the top. "Well, great! Our only flier was just carried off by a dragon! I guess I could try teleporting us to the cave, but I doubt that would work," Colgate says. Roseluck just stares after the dragon in shock. "I when after Colgate, then Roseluck went twice, because of doubles... oh no..." Fleur said wide eyed. The other two mares looked confused. "What, what? What's wrong?" Roseluck asked panicking. "It's Flitter's turn..." Fleur replied. "So to progress with the game, we need to rescue Flitter. Is that what you're saying?" "The pieces seem to move on their own, but only if the dice is rolled and it is rolled by the one that has the current turn. When Flitter rolled the dice before and the piece didn't move, it was because Roseluck rolled a double three. Flitter never did her turn." Fleur said. "So... Rescue mission, anyone?" Colgate asked smirking. It was a hour later, Roseluck and Colgate was pushing Fleur up the mountain. "I don't want to face a dragon. What if Roseluck rolled us a kinky dragon?" Fleur said but remained sitting on the ground. "Then we're going to send you in to have kinky fun time with the dragon, distracting it long enough for the rest of us to escape. Now, go!" Colgate said as both her and Roseluck grunted with effort. "No, it wanted Roseluck first. It'll be her to destract the dragon, not me." Fleur said still being stubborn. "Fine, we'll send in Roseluck, just go!" said Colgate. "Hey! I'm right here you know," Roseluck replied. Fleur got up making the other two faceplant into the ground. "That's all I needed to hear." Fleur said And walked up. Colgate slowly got up, rubbing her muzzle. She whispered into Roseluck's ear, "Yeah, we're definitely sending her in first." Roseluck nods in agreement. Finally they made it to the top and Fleur looked at Roseluck. "Well go on." Fleur said while gesturing for Roseluck to go in. "One question. Why do I have to go? You've got much more charm than me. I'm sure the dragon would fall for anything you told it." Roseluck said. "It still originally went for you. I don't even know what dragons like." Fleur said now shivering at the thought of what the dragon might do. "Well, I'm sure they'd rather talk to a mare who actually looks appealing rather than a mare who likes to play around in the dirt. I obviously don't actually play in the dirt, but you know what I mean." Roseluck said. "But... but..." Fleur said in a pout. "Fleur, I honestly think that you have the best chance at persuading the dragon to let Flitter go." Colgate said smiling. "Oh, why was I born beautiful?" Fleur said And sighed. She looked inside and gulped. "Go on Fleur, I believe in you," Roseluck says with a smile. "Besides, you wouldn't have been born beautiful if you weren't meant to make use of that beauty," Colgate adds, also smiling. "I hate this game." Fleur said in a whine. Then she slowly enters and sees the dragon asleep while cuddling Flitter. Flitter then mouths the words 'help me'. "I really hope this works," Roseluck says to Colgate, who just motions for her to be quiet. Fleur slowly moves to Flitter and started to pull her free, but was grabbed and was squished into Flitter. "Great now I'm its cuddle toy." Fleur whispered. "If you think about it, it's kinda cute. Kinda like a foul with a teddy bear." Flitter whispered back. Fleur then groaned at the thought. She was at least relieved that nothing kinky was going on. About fifteen minutes of waiting and the two mares outside was starting to worry. "They've been in there quite a long time." Colgate said. "Indeed." Roseluck agreed. "I think you should go in and check on them." Colgate said. "WHAT?! Why me and not you?" Roseluck asked hating the idea. "You're the one who rolled the dice." Colgate said pointing out and Roseluck sighed. "Fine. If I'm not back soon, you'd better have a good plan to get us all out." Roseluck said. "I will. Now go." Colgate said. "I'm going, I'm going!" Roseluck said before trotting into the cave. Roseluck saw Fleur and Flitter being cuddled by the dragon. Roseluck rolls her eyes and walks over to the two other mares and tries to pull them free. "It's about time you showed up. What were you doing?" Fleur asked a bit pissed off. "Waiting for you to come back. Now shut your mouth before the dragon wakes up." Roseluck whispered back. Suddenly a hand grabbed Roseluck and she was brought to the dragons face. "Your the one who rolled the dice, correct?" The dragon asked in a booming voice. "Y-yes sir!" Roseluck replies with a small squeak of fear. "Good, you'll be the only one I don't eat. The winged one will be the meal since she shoved you out of the way and the horned one will be the dessert or since she is a pretty one, I might do something else." The dragon said in a voice that Colgate could definitely hear. "Wait, Mr. Dragon... Please let my friends go. Eat me instead." Roseluck said in a panic. "Tempting but, why would I eat the one that brought me here. I have other plans for you." The dragon said. "I knew it, a kinky dragon." Fleur said not even whispering anymore. "Hey! He's my dragon! Right?" Roseluck asks the dragon. "No, but you are my pony." The dragon replied. "Oh. Well, do you want your pony to be sad, or not?" Roseluck asked. The dragon raised an eye brow. "Fine I won't eat them, as long as they don't leave and you don't leave." The dragon replied. "Okay, fine. Can we keep playing the game, though? I swear we won't leave." Roseluck asked in the cutest voice she could muster. The dragon thought for a moment and set the mares on the ground. "Where's Colgate? She's after Flitter." Fleur whispered. "Right here," Colgate says from beside Fleur after having teleported inside. "Thank you, Mr. Dragon. Do you have a proper name that I can call you by?" Roseluck asks the dragon. "Ado, my name is Ado." The dragon replied. > the joke > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flitter rolled the dice and the four mares leaned in. a joke that is not nice A poison that is not deadly Until one rolls a two Not a friend will be the color blue "Ado. I like that name," Roseluck says to Ado with a smile before turning her attention to the board. "What does that mean, do you think?" Colgate asks the others. Roseluck shrugs. "Look at the clues. Not a friend will be the color blue... I got nothing." Flitter said sitting back. "Nor do I," Roseluck and Colgate both said, speaking in unison once again. "We really should stop doing that." Colgate said. "Agreed." Roseluck said. "Joke... poison... blue... girls I think that it's..." Flitter stopped when she noticed blue flowers popping up out of the ground. Soon they were surrounded by blue flowers. "Poison Joke..."Roseluck said. Flitter felt strange, she looked at her wings, but the problem was now she doesn't have wings. "Flitter! Where'd your wings go?" Roseluck asked. "It's the poison joke. It's affecting us... in... stantly?" Flitter stared at Fleur. Fleur was confused, but then noticed that she was furless. "I think I've figured it out. I believe that the poison joke will remain affecting us until somepony rolls a two." Roseluck said. Fleur and Flitter stares at each other and then agrees with the statement. "Well, it's my turn next, but somepony else roll the dice. I want to see if it will count. Just keep rolling till you get a two." Colgate said. Fleur rolled until she rolled a two, but nothing happened. "Hmm... Alright, let me roll the dice. I just hope it doesn't advance the round." Colgate said. Colgate rolled a nine and everyone groaned. The four of them leaned in to see the the orb. it looks like you need a hand So for a generous aid I shall give you eight "That one doesn't sound good..." Colgate said. Fleur looked behind Colgate and screamed. Multiple spiders as big as a mare was coming at them. Colgate screams as well and runs to the exact opposite side of the cave. "Spiders... so unclean..." Colgate screamed. Flitter grabbed a large rock and threw it. It then crunched one of the spiders. "Colgate, the poison joke turned you into mud. Forget about it and help me fight with Roseluck. Fleur do your turn." Flitter said firmly. "AHH! Mud's even worse!" The mud puddle that is now Colgate says. Fleur rolls a three and looks to see what it is this time. "For the cold weather... how about something with heat... something hot, molten, and red." Fleur read out loud. "Lava, maybe?" Roseluck suggests. The spiders stopped attacking and left the cave. "Well, I guess I'm stuck as a puddle of mud until someone rolls a two. Hurry up already!" Colgate said bummed. "Yeah well I'm naked, so shut up." Fleur said And then noticed something red coming out of the cracks on the ground. "What do you see, Fleur?" Roseluck asks. "Lava coming out of the cave floor." Fleur replied wide eyed. "Whoa! Hey, Ado? Could we continue playing on your back away from the lava?" Roseluck asks. Ado stayed silent for a moment and then nodded. "Thank you so much, Ado," she says and picks up the game board, motioning for the others to follow. "I'm still a puddle of mud, you know." Colgate said. "Yes and I don't have wings, Fleur is furless, and Roseluck... I don't know. What did the poison joke do to you?" Flitter asked confused. "I don't know, I don't think it's affected me yet. Maybe it's because I have Ado to deal with and it decided to have mercy on me," she says before turning to Ado, "No offense." "Look again, your a stallion." Ado said with a grunt of distaste. (S)he looks down at her- I mean, himself and cries out in surprise. "When did that happen?!" Roseluck asked in surprised. "Does that even matter? Come on." Flitter said pulling the male Roseluck to get on Ado's back. The furless Fleur held out the dice to Roseluck. "Well... here's to hoping for a two..." (s)he says as (s)he rolls the dice. Roseluck rolled a five and Colgate facehooved. The four leaded in to see the orb. if the difficulty hasn't been enough A chase will be ruff To the air will make light While you're in flight "I have no idea. I swear, if I just rolled another dragon..." she trails off and looks apologetically to Ado. Suddenly a large bird flew in and snatched the game, then flew out of the cave. Roseluck sighs and said, "We can't go a full round without the game being stolen by something." "This is getting annoying." Flitter and Fleur said in unison. "Great, now you two are doing it, too." Roseluck said facehooves. The four of them started to laugh. It was defiantly interesting how much the four bonded in such a small time. "Wow," says Mud Puddle Colgate, "it's amazing how much we've bonded in such a small time." Roseluck nods her head in agreement. "I guess something good did come out of the game." Fleur said cheerfully. "Indeed, except that now we have to get the game back." Colgate said smirking. The four of them stayed silent for the moment. "I'll help you get the game back." Ado said with a grunt. Roseluck leans down and hugs Ado's back as well as she can. "Thanks, Ado. You're the best dragon I've ever known." Roseluck said cheerfully. "Yeah, yeah. Let's just get this over with." Ado said And flew out of the cave. Towards a large flock of birds. "What? You are! Most other dragons would just be jerks." Roseluck said giggling. "Roseluck, we don't have time for chatting. Look at all those birds." Colgate said firmly. "I-i-i-i-i-i'm f-f-f-f-f-f-freezing." Fleur said all jittery. "Let me see if I can help," Colgate 'The Mud Puddle' offers. "A-a-a-a-a-a-at th-th-th-th-this m-m-m-m-m-moment i-i-i-i-i- I'll c-c-c-c-c-consider a-a-a-a-a-anything." Fleur said still all jittery. "Colgate" slides up Fleur and wraps around her, coating her in mud and holding in her body heat, as well as holding out the cold. "Thanks." Fleur said happy to not be freezing. "No problem." Colgate said. "So... um... exactly how are we going to get the game. I still don't have my wings." Flitter said realizing the small fact and was bummed out. "Yeah... Wait a second... Colgate, can you still use magic?" Roseluck asked. "I can try." Colgate replied. 'Colgate' tries creating a small shield around herself and Fleur. Colgate couldn't get her spells to work, but Fleur had an idea. "I maybe naked, but I have a horn as well. I mean I can teleport objects as long as they're in rang. I mean I do it all the time." Fleur said And was happy to be of some help that doesn't involve her looks. "I completely forgot you were a unicorn, Fleur. No offense," says Roseluck, but she nods in agreement. "Besides, you're not naked anymore. Not with me covering you. Also, even if I can't cast spells, I'm going to see if I can augment your magical ability with mine." The mud moves and fills the spiraling grooves in Fleurs horn. "Okay I just need to be in range. Lets get the game back." Fleur said And Flitter noticed that there was no storm around. "Look the lightning storm only covers a quarter mile around Roselucks place." Flitter said pointing at the storm. "Great. So my house is going to have a storm around it until we beat this game." Roseluck said. "Lets just hope that I roll a two." Flitter said And tried to spot the game in the flock of birds. "Yeah." Colgate said. Roseluck spotted the game and pointed towards where it is. "Okay, Fleur, the game's right there," Mudgate says. "Here, take my magic." She concentrates as she funnels her magic into Fleur's horn. "Ado, get closer. I'm not in range." Fleur said and Ado grunted before moving closer. "You in range yet, Fleur?" Roseluck asked. "A little more..." Fleur said as they got closer. Finally she casted the spell and the game instantly teleported into her hooves. "Hooray! Great work Fleur!" Roseluck said cheering. "Thanks, now its not that I don't mind having a mudpuddle pony on me, but please, I beg you. Flitter, please roll a two." Fleur said And Flitter took a deep breath. She rolled and got snake eyes. Colgate took her normal form and was laying on Fleur's now furred back, their horns touching. She quickly got down. Flitter's wings reappeared and Roseluck was back to a mare. "I feel so light, now," Roseluck says, "I'm never complaining about my weight again." "I'm now clean! I'm not a mud puddle!" Colgate says, hugging herself. "Finally I'll be able to fly again." Flitter was relieved. "And I'm not naked anymore." Fleur said with a blush still on her face. Colgate picked up the dice and did her turn. The four of them leaned in to see the text. winds that tear Winds that howl Winds that make things come falling down. "That really doesn't sound good, especially since we're, oh I don't know, FLYING." Colgate stated. "Ado, take us to Roseluck's place. The place that you took me from." Flitter said, but Ado grunted like he didn't want to go. "What's wrong, Ado?" Roseluck asks. Before he could answer a hard gust of wind pushed the five of them towards Roseluck's place. "I think we're going to Roseluck's anyway!" Colgate says. > the winner > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ado crashed into Roseluck's place. The wind seems to not want to enter the house. "We need to finish the game! This is only going to get worse!" Colgate yelled. "Are you alright, Ado?" Roseluck asked, worried about the dragon she now held as a friend. "I rolled doubles, where are the dice?" Flitter said quickly. Roseluck got more worried when Ado didn't even grunt. "Ado? Ado! Ado, are you okay?" Roseluck starts panicking looking around for help. "I dunno. You didn't see where they went?" asks Colgate. "They have to be here somewhere..." Flitter said looking around. Fleur went up to Ado and put her ear to his chest. Roseluck didn't even see Fleur sigh in relief. Instead Fleur hugged Roseluck and said, "I'm sorry." Roseluck just sobbed into Fleur's chest. "Are they- No, that's not them..." Colgate says, also searching for the dice. "Flitter! Colgate! Stop this instant!" Fleur shouted. Flitter and Colgate stops and sees Roseluck sobbing in Fleur's chest. Colgate sees her crying friend and immediately joins the hug. "What's wrong?" Colgate asked concerned for Roseluck. Flitter doesn't budge an in for she was in shock. She had no idea that Ado wouldn't survive the landing. "Ado is dead." Fleur said answering Colgate's question. Roseluck cries harder as the words are actually spoken aloud. Colgate shuts her eyes and hums a soft tune to Roseluck. Flitter then saw the dice in Ado's lifeless hand. She forced herself to pick it up and she stared at the dice. Colgate noticed that Flitter found the dice, but what she noticed mostly was that Flitter was crying as well. "DAMN IT!" Flitter shouted and threw the dice in a random direction. Roseluck finally speaks quietly, "This game... when it's finished... burn it." "Agreed..." Flitter said in a pissed tone. Colgate just nods her head slightly, holding her friend close and comforting her. Flitter noticed that her piece was moving and stopped with three spaces left. "More poisonous than the first, for a single bite, can even kill an elephant..." Flitteread out loud. "Ugh, I don't think Roseluck's in the mood for another one right now." Colgate said. "Roseluck, we are finishing this game now. So we can burn it afterwards." Flitter said firmly. She just keeps crying into Fleur's chest. Colgate looks at Flitter sadly. "I meant another challenge. She's already lost a friend to them. Let's hope I roll high enough to end the game..." Colgate said. "I only need a three for my next turn." Flitter said looking at the game. "Yeah. I need, what, a seven?" Colgate asks, looking at the board as well. "Fleur needs a five and Roseluck needs a eleven." Flitter said next. "So any one of us could finish the game this round, except for you because you just went." Colgate said. "True and I officially hate spiders." Flitter said with a bummed out look. "Spiders are so disgusting and unclean. It bothers me." Colgate said in disgust. Roseluck stands up and walks over to Ado before sitting down again, hanging her head over his neck. "Yeah that's not what I meant when I said that I officially hate spiders." Flitter said pointing to the Ado sized hole in the wall. Spiders were entering into the house. "I have had just enough." Fleur said And then levitated a chair. Fleur then started to wack the spiders with the chair. "Good idea, Fleur," said Colgate as she grabbed a chair with her magic and started smacking spiders. "He... he saved us..." Roseluck says quietly, still crying. Flitter embraced Roseluck in a tight hug. "We have to finish this game. I'm upset that he's dead as well." Flitter said then grabbed the chair that Colgate had with her magic. "It's your turn Colgate, roll!" Flitter said firmly as she started to smack the spiders. "Alright!" Colgate called back as she rolled the dice. "I hope we get to give him a proper burial. But he was conjured by the game... What's going to happen to him after we finish it?" Roseluck asked sadly, still sobbing every now and then. "Don't..." Flitter said bringing the chair down on a spider's head, "know." The dice landed on a four, but no doubles and the piece stopped one space from the end. "Oh COME ON!!" Colgate yells before grabbing Fleur's chair with her magic. "Your turn, Fleur. I don't even care what the text says this time." Colgate said firmly. Suddenly Colgate was stuck and she looks at the text. if you are having that sinking feeling It's just because the floor is quicker than quicksand Flitter gave Fleur her chair and flew over to Colgate. She started to tug her free, but when Colgate was only a head above the floor it suddenly harded. "What happened?" Flitter asked confused. "I did my turn that's what. An error occurred on the last turn, to reverse the affects, will be no feat." Fluer replied then a spider bit her and Fleur screamed in panic. "A little help? Please?" Colgate asked panicking. "Roseluck, do your turn, quickly, Fleur needs help." Flitter shouted at the upset mare. Roseluck casually grabbed the dice and flung them over her shoulder towards the board. Flitter, with her hooves stuck on the ground, looked at the text. "When things shake or quake, the ground begins to break." Flitter said And the spiders started to run away and the ground beneath them split open. Fleur fell to the ground and Colgate teleported to Fleur who now felt cold. "Fleur! Are you okay?" Colgate asked upset. Fleur stayed completely still and didn't make a sound. "Flitter! Get over here, quick!" Colgate yelled. Flitter rushed over to Colgate, after flying over the large gaping crack in the ground. "I don't know what's wrong with her!" Colgate said as she grabbed the board and dice with her magic, setting them down in front of Flitter, "But I think it'll be fixed if we finish the game." Flitter touched Fleur's backleg and revealed the spider bite. "Oh, no..." Flitter said And Roseluck turned her attention to Fleur. "Flitter, listen to me. It's your turn. Roll the dice. We need to finish the game," Colgate said calmly, although she was shaking slightly. An expression of pure rage and sadness covered Roseluck's face. Flitter slowly picked up the dice and stared. "I hope that I get a three." Flitter said And rolled the dice. The timberwolf walked in and stared at The mares. Flitter glanced down and watched as the peice moved onto the orb and a single word appeared. "Jumanji?" Flitter whispered that Roseluck and Colgate couldn't hear. "Jumanji!" Flitter yelled as the Timberwolf pounced at Flitter and stopped in midair. Wind howled and the mares closed their eyes hopping for the intense wind to stop. Once it stopped Flitter opened her eyes and saw the room perfectly fine, like when the game first began. Roseluck and Colgate was also in the room. Then Fleur busted inside the house with a very firm look. "Don't... roll... those... dice!" Fleur said firmly and the other three mares saw Flitter had the dice in her hooves. Colgate lifts the dice with her magic and gently sets them off to the side. Roseluck looks up with anger in her eyes. "Burn it..." Roseluck says. Flitter lights a fire outside and throws the game in. > epilogue-two years later > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was the anniversary of burning the game and Fleur entered Roseluck's place. "Hey everypony, I brought champagne." Fleur said in a cheerful tone. "Champagne is good," Colgate says, nodding her head. Roseluck also nods in agreement. She's been a lot quieter since the game, but she's been getting better. "I was wondering when you'll get here." Flitter said And Fleur giggles. "Fancy Pants forgot that I was seeing you girls today. It's been two full years, what have you girls been up to?" Fleur asked sitting on the couch next to Roseluck. "Not very much. Ponyville's been boring," Colgate replies. "Still mourning over Ado. He didn't even get a proper burial..." Roseluck says, trailing off. The room became silent until Flitter spoke. "Cloudchaser and Thunderlane are dating." Flitter said. "Congratulations to them! Have you found yourself anypony yet, Flitter?" Colgate says. "Well, there's Sorin..." Flitter said starting to trail off. "You don't sound too happy. Something wrong?" Colgate asked. "I was about to ask him, but Rainbow Dash beat me to it." Flitter said bummed out. "Well now I feel bad for being the only one of us that has a stallion." Fleur said with a sigh then started to pour the champagne. "Come here, Flitter," Colgate says, offering herself for a hug. Flitter hugged Colgate and then her ears perked up to the sound of drums. "Flitter, I need to... Do you hear that?" Colgate asks, hearing the drums as well. "It can't be..." Flitter said trailing off again as the four mares walked outside to see a pony dug hole where they had burned the game.
