> A Tale From Equestria 2 - A Better Equestria, Part 1 > by OmniJerBear > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > A Better Equestria Part 1 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Whatever you do, don’t look back. If you can get to the other side then you’ll be able to warn the Elements of the other Equestria the threat that they can’t let through at all costs. “Stop that unicorn! Don’t let her go through the mirror!” I can overhear Dark Knight’s booming voice, but I don’t let it slow me down as I keep bolting towards the mirror at the basement of the Crystal Palace. “Sunrise Glimmer, in the name of the Royal Guard and the Tranquility Protocols, I order you to stand down or suffer the consequences.” “You can shove those Tranquility Protocols past the sunrise! It’s a bunch of horse apples and I won’t let your corruption spread!” Without another word or thought, I leap through the mirror. For a moment it doesn’t seem as if I’ve gone anywhere, as I look around nothing seems different. “Dopey’s friend, The Professor, must have been wrong about this mirror. Why then…” I silence myself immediately as I hear a familiar voice. “Is there somepony down here? In the name of the Crystal Empire and as Captain of the Royal Guard, I demand you show yourself!” I observe the unicorn as he walks down the stairs. The voice is familiar, but when I expect to see a black stallion, I instead see a dashing white steed. It’s then I watch as he’s accompanied by an alicorn that also has a familiarity about her, yet very strange. “Shining, is everything alright down here?” “Stay back, Cadance, there’s a somepony sneaking around down here and I’m going to find out who it is.” “Are you sure, Shining Armor? I mean it’s pretty hard to break into the Crystal Palace without being seen. Maybe it was just the wind.” I make a decision right there to try and make a move. Unfortunately it’s not as graceful as I had liked and it gives away my position. “Ha! Found you! You won’t escape!” I’m caught off guard as I’m suddenly surrounded by some type of pink force field. I can’t move, no matter how hard I struggle. “Is this where you have your Princess pacify me now? Go ahead and do your worst!” As I waited for the alicorn to pacify me, instead I felt warmth emanate from her. It was an unfamiliar feeling, one that hadn’t been experienced in my Equestria for a very long time. I watch as the alicorn gently puts her hoof to my cheek and smiles. “Pacify? Why would we do that? We just want to know more about why you’re here.” The one she called Shining Armor, though I can feel he’s not the same as Dark Knight, I still am cautious as he begins to observe me. “I think that this is that other pony that Twilight was talking about when she went through this mirror the first time, the one that stole her crown.” “Well she seems harmless, and there doesn’t seem to be any signs of theft. Should we bring Twilight and her friends over to question her?” I stare down the white unicorn and provided them a warning since I know time is running out. “Please, tell your Elements that a threat is coming that they will not be able to stop. They must destroy the mirror before they can breach through to your Equestria.” The white stallion ignored my plea as he kept me captive in his pink force field. He and the alicorn left as they talked among themselves quietly so I couldn’t hear. A few moments later, which had felt like an eternity, six new ponies were present. They didn’t need to introduce themselves; I could already tell who they were by the aura that seemed to surround them. One of them, an alicorn that doesn’t seem to match anypony from my Equestria, is shocked at what she sees. “Sunset Shimmer, I thought you were still in Canterlot High!” As she gallops down the stairs, the other five ponies follow suit. I brace myself for an attack as best I can in my captivity. Instead she stops, almost confused. “Wait, you’re not Sunset Shimmer, who are you?” I take a deep breath as I recognize her as the leader of the Elements of this Equestria. “I am Sunrise Glimmer, from another Equestria not unlike your own, yet different. I’ve breached the mirror to warn you about the Elements of Tranquility from my Equestria.” The orange country pony spoke out of turn. “The Elements of what now?” I try to repeat myself slowly so they understand the gravity of the situation. “The Elements of Tranquility are, or were, the protectors of my Equestria. However…” Suddenly everything went black; I could feel that something was causing me to lose consciousness, as if I was being tranquilized. -------- It seemed that Sunrise Glimmer was knocked out by Sonic Guard, a loyal pegasus soldier under the command of Dark Knight. As he dragged Sunrise Glimmer through the mirror, the Elements of Harmony followed suit without knowing the full consequences of their action. “Hey, who do you think you are?! You don’t just knock ponies out and foalnap them!” More precisely, Rainbow Dash stormed off and tackled him which left the others to follow her. As they arrive, they are welcomed by ponies that have a resemblance to them, however are quite different. “We are the Elements of Tranquility, protectors of Equestria and its ponies, and who are you?” Suddenly Rainbow Dash finds herself somehow immobilized, floating helplessly. “What the, I can’t move, what gives?! HEY YOU BETTER PUT ME DOWN RIGHT NOW OR ELSE!” A pegasus with a crimson coat and monochrome mane scoffs at the sight of Rainbow Dash. “Look at the temper on that one, Dawn. Maybe you should keep her floating there a while, she’ll learn some respect.” The neon green unicorn just gave a serious look to the pegasus as she stepped on a button. “Sorry, Greyscale, but until proven otherwise, these are our innocent guests. Now you obviously had to have come here through the dimensional mirror. So you’re ponies from another Equestria, but who are you?” Twilight Sparkle addressed the neon green unicorn as she acknowledged that she was equal in power to herself in this other Equestria. “We are the Elements of Harmony of Equestria, and my name is Twilight Sparkle. These are my colleagues, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and of course, Rainbow Dash.” The neon green unicorn gave a small bow as she had a small smirk on her face. “Well it’s an honor to meet Elements of another Equestria. As I had said, we are the Elements of Tranquility of Equestria. The pegasus who suggested keeping your friend in suspension is Greyscale Flash, and the others are Precious, Buzzeroff, Orange Jill, and Minty Cake.” It can be seen that Applejack doesn’t seem trustworthy of their new hosts. She has a watchful gaze on them as she whispers to Twilight Sparkle. “Twilight, I think we should keep our wits about these Elements of Tranquility, after all that mare came through that mirror hollerin’ that they might not be doin’ what they’re suppose tah be doin’.” The purple alicorn gave a subtle nod to show her understanding without alerting the other party. Twilight addresses Dawn as diplomatically as possible about Sunrise’s warning. “I’m sorry about my friend’s accusations before, but from our perspective, the mare you have in your custody right now, Sunrise Glimmer, seems to have been rebelling against you.” Precious quickly interjects before the any other pony can respond. “Yes, dears, of course she would rebel against us, it is only natural to fight back when you cannot have what you selfishly desire. Sadly, what she desires, along with her companions, is an Equestria torn apart and wrought with grief. We’ve worked so hard to prevent this that we couldn’t just allow her to manipulate you into bringing such a fate to this Equestria. If that were to happen it would also not stop them from doing the same to other Equestrias such as your own.” As the Elements of Harmony looked around them, they could feel an air of uncertainty in what the unicorn was saying. However as they were not in their element, so to speak, they had no choice but to admit their mistake. They felt an unexplained sadness as they watched Sunrise Glimmer get taken away in chains by Sonic Guard. Dawn Flicker watched them with a concerned look. She decides to invite them to a tour of the kingdom, perhaps it would change how they were feeling about the whole experience. “Allows us to show you our Equestria before we part ways, we might even learn from each other on how to make a better Equestria.” Of course Pinkie Pie was overzealous about the offer, much to the chagrin of the others. “Oh yay, it’s time to go on an adventure!” Fluttershy was the most uneasy as they exited the Crystal Palace, she saw as the Crystal Ponies were very productive and active like the ones in their own Crystal Empire, but they seemed oddly emotionless. “Um, Twilight, don’t you think the ponies around here are, um, different?” Twilight tried to comfort Fluttershy the best she could as she looked around, but it would be to no avail as she herself was unsure of her answer. “Fluttershy, well they might not be exactly like the ponies where we are from, but I’m sure they are just the same as you and me. I mean at least they seem like they are fine, and there’s no danger around, right?” Fluttershy tries to calm herself, even though she can hear the doubt in Twilight’s response. “I guess you’re right, Twilight, as long as they aren’t…EEK!!!” POP! BANG! BOOM! Minty Cake sets off a round of noise makers behind Fluttershy causing her to jump straight in the air and latch onto Rainbow Dash. Minty Cake can’t stop herself from laughing hysterically. “Wow, and I thought that Precious reactions were funny.” Pinkie Pie immediately confronted Minty Cake, fuming. “HEY! Just who do you think you are being so mean?!” Minty Cake simply returns the angered look to Pinkie Pie with a retort. “Mean, that wasn’t mean that was just something that was unexpected. I mean she wasn’t hurt and it obviously was funny. Jeez, someponies really have no sense of humor. You have to be able to shrug off things like pranks; I mean if you can’t laugh at things that don’t hurt you, then what’s stopping you from being sad or angry at the world?” Pinkie Pie chose to begrudgingly ignore what Minty Cake had said. She continued to observe this peaceful, yet mundane world with the others. Rarity was the first to snap as she commented on the fashion of this Equestria. “This is the worst possible thing! How can all these ponies live with such drab outfits? Where is the fashion in this Equestria, the beauty?” Precious couldn’t believe her ears as she began holding her hooves to her ears and pretending she wasn’t hearing what Rarity was saying. “Buzzeroff, dear, please tell me I’m only imagining that that unicorn is spouting such vapid and shallow phrases. I mean I would hardly call our minimalist style to be drab. And how could one value beauty over self sacrifice for the greater of good of the people?” The pegasus just rolled her eyes as she helped the others continue touring their alternate reality counterparts. “What do you expect from an Equestria where they don’t even know how to handle a prank?” One by one, the Elements of Harmony were beginning to think that their hosts were not very inviting as they belittled everything they did. However, their hearts were heavier as they saw a particular sign along the way that was looming above a similar, yet very different, artifact. “Here lies the Crystal Phoenix, a symbol of triumph over evil and the dangers of emotion by the Elements of Tranquility who have brought everlasting peace.” Dawn stops at the monument and notices the Elements of Harmony are a bit taken back by the sign. “Is there something wrong, Twilight?” Twilight scanned the area with her eyes as she was beginning to piece everything together. “Dawn, what exactly does the dangers of emotion mean?” “Well, Twilight, it’s simple, I had realized that the greatest threat to living in Tranquility and peace wasn’t just hatred and intolerance, or even evil, well by itself anyway. It was ALL emotions, including love, because it is the prime emotion that all desires and all regrets stem from.” Applejack couldn’t believe what she was hearing, an Equestria without love? “Listen here, sugarcube, love is what makes you want to protect the things you love. Without it, then you ain’t got nothin’ but, well, a bunch of ponies trotting around hoping something happens.” Orange Jill just gives Applejack a sidelong expression. “Nope.” Applejack, irritated, confronts the mare. “Whattaya mean ‘nope’, look at all these darn ponies, they ain’t doin’ nothin’ except what they are bein’ told to do until somepony tells ‘em to do something else. It may be peaceful, sure, but it ain’t no way for a pony to live. I mean are ya telling me that they aren’t supposed tah do anything fun if it means they might startin lovin’ it?” “E’yup.” Buzzeroff watched the argument unfurl as she rolled her eyes. “Just as I thought, Dawn Flicker, the other Equestrias haven’t been able to achieve the peace we have in our own Equestria and they can’t fathom an Equestria without their petty emotions. I don’t see why we wasted time give them this frivolous tour if we were planning on imprisoning them and taking over their Equestria.” “You’re right, Buzzeroff, I just thought that maybe the 10% chance that they would reason with our logic would present itself, like it did in the simulations, but now I see I should have just stuck to the data. Elements of Harmony, we hereby deem you unfit to be the guardians of your Equestria and are placing you under arrest as per the Tranquility Protocols.” Without warning they were surrounded by Royal Guards as well as Dark Knight and his EQUALZR unit. The Elements of Harmony had no way out and soon they were subdued, taken to a subterranean dungeon. Even Spike the Dragon couldn’t find a way out of their restraints. Buzzeroff had many of her trained animals monitoring their cells, each trained to alert her of any deviant behavior or attempts to escape. Spike had tried as hard as he could, including breathing fire, but it was useless. Buzzeroff couldn’t help but notice his futile efforts, but tried to ignore it. “You won’t break out of those restraints; they were built specifically for capturing any kind of creature and limit their movement. That includes, but is not limited to, full grown dragons. We are doing this for your own good, trust me. Your Equestria will be perfect; it will be a place without sorrow, pain, or tragedy.” “You mean a boring Equestria.” “And since when was fun important for peace and safety?” “Well I guess it’s not important, but isn’t there another way to have fun while making Equestria peaceful and safe?” Buzzeroff pauses and thinks about what Spike says. “You know, for a second I almost forgot that we had already tried that. It’s when we had lost someone doing that. Don’t ever forget your friends.” Spike didn’t understand what she meant as she walked away, but Fluttershy overheard it. “D-Don’t worry, Spike, we would never let anything happen to you.” Buzzeroff went back to her business as she watched Rainbow Dash and Applejack in particular try to resist the most. “You two are just going to tire yourselves out doing that. Not even the strength of a stampede could break those.” Rainbow Dash just glared at her stubbornly as she continued to escape her restraints at break neck speed, only to be pulled back down to the ground by them. “So you must think that this pretty foolproof, huh? That nopony can stop you?” Buzzeroff just continue to walk away from the cells. “No, we aren’t trying to be foolproof just you proof.” All hope looked as if it was lost for the Elements of Harmony, and every Equestria would be without emotion like the Elements of Tranquility would want it. That is until a ferret approached Spike’s cell. This caused the baby dragon to cower in fear, thinking that it had come to enact some terrible torture. “No! You won’t make me, I won’t let you! Do your worst!” The ferret quickly hid as Buzzeroff threw a large vase in the direction of Spike’s cell. “HEY! QUIET DOWN OVER THERE OR I’LL…” Buzzeroff stopped once she saw the sad dejected look on Spike’s face. “…shut it for you. I have important things to do.” Buzzeroff left the dungeon, which allowed the ferret to return and help Spike out of his restraints. Spike didn’t quite understand why the mare was acting so strange around him, but was happy to be free. “All right! What’s her problem anyways, first she’s all ‘this is for your own good and I’m protecting you’, then gets all mad, and then she just leaves! It’s so confusing.” Twilight had a heavy look on her face as Spike picked the lock. “Spike, I didn’t see any baby dragons around here. Or that Dawn Flicker, I guess my alternate self, had a faithful assistant.” Spike had a huge lump in his throat that he swallowed as he gripped his neck looking at the ferret that helped him escape. “Do you mean that…?” Twilight gave him a comforting hug as soon as the gate opened. “Hey, however they treated their faithful assistant is far from what we think of you Spike. Spike, how did you even break free?” Spike looked around for the ferret, but it was already gone. “Well there was this ferret that helped me out of the restraints after that mean Fluttershy flew away and, um, it’s gone now.” Twilight raised an eyebrow as she had some doubt that there ever was a ferret. They quickly began to work on freeing the others from their cells. Fluttershy timidly walked out of her cell. Rarity, of course, whined about how much her legs hurt in those restraints, among other things. Pinkie Pie was excited as she leaped out of her cell, almost knocking down Twilight. “Thanks, Twilight! I was about to go crazy in there!” Rainbow Dash and Applejack were more than a little angry as they rushed out of their cell. “Oh those ponies, who do they think they are?! I’m gonna give them such a buckin’ that they’re gonna wish they were trees!” “You said it, AJ! You better get in line, though; because I’m gonna give ‘em a one way ticket on the Rainboom Express!” Fluttershy shakily tried to speak up. “U-um, isn’t that a bit much? I mean they didn’t really mean to hurt us. They were just protecting us, right?” Twilight quickly got into plan making mode as she tried to get a hold of the situation. “AJ, Rainbow Dash, we have more important things than that, we need to create a distraction so that Fluttershy can get to the mirror and warn Princess Celestia and hopefully the rest of Equestria. No doubt they’ve already gone through the mirror and are trying to change it.” Fluttershy froze as she realized that she would have to go through the mirror by herself. “Um, Twilight, do you think that’s a great idea? I mean what if I get caught by one of the guards or they capture me? I mean I don’t know if I can handle so much pressure.” “Fluttershy, you’re the only one that can do it. There are probably a lot of animals along the way that are around to alert the Royal Guard, so we need you to use your talent so they don’t figure out our plan.” “B-But…” Before Fluttershy could give them any more objections, they were already off to try and figure out a decoy to keep the Royal Guard and Dark Knight busy. Fluttershy had no idea what she was getting into, but for her friends’ sake, and the fate of all of Equestria, she swallowed her fear and fluttered on. Fluttershy quickly found herself back in the castle, with ironically the most colorblind guards in the Royal Guard. “Miss Buzzeroff, um, we haven’t s-s-seen any unusual activity here at all. Everything seems to be in tip top shape here in the castle. Please don’t give us that look!” The two guards, who were more afraid of Buzzeroff than Fluttershy was of them, were shaking and terrified. It left Fluttershy confused, until she looked up and saw as the birds that were around for surveillance immediately stopped looking in her direction and turned around from their current flight pattern. “The stare? She uses the stare to make everypony afraid of her! How could she do such a thing? That’s just cruel!” Fluttershy began to rush into the castle and found herself quickly in the basement below where the mirror resided. Before she could go through it however, she was stopped by a platoon of chickens. Fluttershy could only cower in fear as they had a fierce stare towards her and they stood unwavering. Fluttershy tried to talk to them the best she could, but the words seemed to come out like Morse code out of the horse. “C-C-could you p-p-please move out of the way, um, nice chickens? P-P-please?” The chickens didn’t move a muscle as Fluttershy tried to appeal to their kinder side. “Oh, please chickens, I know you’re not evil. Just please let me stop those that might be wrong.” The chickens flew away from the mirror as if commanded, however they left piles of feathers in their wake as a means to obstruct entry through it. Fluttershy was blown back by a sudden gust of wind. And she was greeted by a familiar mare. “It’s a pity that I was right when I had thought that they would task you with hoping to sway my animal companions with your sad attempts at reasoning with them.” Suddenly Fluttershy mustered enough courage, or perhaps just rage, and gave the stare to Buzzeroff. “Reasoning, is that what you call being kind?! I can’t believe you could say such things, how can you even call yourself a friend to these animals?” Buzzeroff didn’t back down as she returned the stare, causing the two mares to stare each other down. “Is that what kindness is, then I’m glad that in my sympathy for them I was assertive and made them do what had to be done to better themselves. If it wasn’t for that then they would probably still be helpless.” “So you think that what you’re doing is helping them? They fear for their lives from that stare! The stare isn’t supposed to be used like that!” “Oh and how am I supposed to use it?! Just be kind and do nothing in hopes that they might change themselves?!” “Yes, it’s just like you said, they have to do it for themselves, and you can’t force them to do something they don’t want to do!” “IS that how it is in your Equestria? No wonder you are in constant threat from hatred and danger!” “W-Well at least we actually have fun and it’s a place worth living in! I mean in your Equestria nopony even once cheers ‘yay’, quietly or loud!” Buzzeroff intensifies her stare and almost is on her forehooves. “Well at least we created an Equestria where some reckless pegasus can’t create a hurricane that takes away somepony’s parents.” Fluttershy shut her eyes as tears ran down them in streams. “O-ok, y-y-ou’re RIGHT!” Suddenly the area was silenced, except for the bitter tears of a mare’s heart. Elsewhere, the others were outrunning guards as they hitched a train and took a trip to Canterlot. Applejack wasn’t quite sure what they were doing there since they were fugitives. “Um, Twilight, don’t ya think this was a bit of a bad idea? I mean Canterlot is where all the guards that we are RUNNING from report to.” Twilight guided them to where the garden maze would be situated in this Equestria. “You’re right, Applejack, but if they eliminate all threats to peace and tranquility, then that means that they have to have a place for the ponies that resist their ways too.” Applejack still did not understand as she bucked a few more guards away from them. “Yea and what good are a bunch of no good bad ponies supposed to do for us?” Pinkie Pie spoke out of turn as she hopped up and down in front of a statue of what appeared to be a zebra. “Oh, I know, I know! If this is some weird other Equestria where they can’t have fun, then maybe the ‘bad ponies’ are really just ponies that were trying to bring back fun!” Twilight’s horn began to glow as she undid the petrifaction on the zebra. “Exactly, Pinkie Pie, and what we need right now are a few ponies that just want to have fun!” With a bit of effort, within a few moments the resistance force was lifted of their curse and ready to fight the oppressive Royal Guard. Twilight watched as they began to fend them off without any explanation. She quickly brushed it off as she went searching for the next piece to her plan. “Come on, girls, you have to help me find…” As Twilight turned the corner, she was not greeted by a draconequus, but rather a garden of flowers with a sign. She read the sign; here lies the blossoming of peace that was fertilized by the ashes of chaos. “No, no, no, how could this be? Did they really go this far just to keep peace and tranquility?” As it was night, Twilight finally had a chance to see the moon as she looked up at it in despair. The mare in the moon remained, and as she looked at Canterlot Castle, it was only one alicorn that stood to raise the moon as she also lowered the sun. It was then that it hit her like a sonic Rainboom. “They ELIMINATE dangerous threats against peace and tranquility.” Rainbow Dash tried to fend off the struggling guards as she tried to get Twilight back to her senses. “Hello, Twilight? Are you still with us? If you are, we could use a little bit of help here! I mean it’d be great if you could lend a hoof!” Twilight was approached by a unicorn mare with a wine colored mane and a black streak that ran through her mane and tail. She had a trumpet for a cutie mark, but it was hard to tell when she was walking on two legs. “Wait, you aren’t from around here, are you?” Twilight snapped back to reality as she was questioned and was taken aback by the strange pony. “A pony walking like a human?” Suddenly the unicorn had the biggest smile on her face as she jumped up and down with excitement. “I knew it, humans do exist! They aren’t just some mythological fairy tale! You have to tell me everything you know about them!” Twilight Sparkle kept her distance as she saw the excitement in the sapphire eyes of the unicorn. “And who are you?” “Oh, sorry, I didn’t meant to freak you out, I’m Mindblow Trump, tend to get overexcited when somepony mentions humans.” “Well it’s nice to meet you Trump; can you tell me what happened to this Equestria? If you do that, I might be able to tell you what I know on humans.” Mindblow shook hooves with Twilight and solidified the deal. In exchange for knowledge of the human world that Twilight had visited the first time she went through the mirror, Mindblow explained how her Equestria became the Equestria it is now. She told Twilight the tale of how Flats sacrificed his own eternal life to keep the Crystal Heart out of reach from the evil King Dismaul, and thus causing the Elements to change. In exchange, Twilight told her of the creatures that walked on two legs and wore clothes for more than just fashion sense. Of a world where ponies were ridden by these creatures known as humans. “And that is what I know of humans, I don’t know any that existed in my Equestria, but I do know what you may have been dreaming of.” “Wow there’s so much I want to know now, ha, I have more questions than answers from what you told me! However, from the looks of things we’re going to need to help you ponies first before I’ll ever have the chance of meeting these ‘humans’. We’ll buy sometime and try to get some of them to tail us resistance fighters.” Trump quickly ran to join her resistance fighters as the Elements of Harmony regrouped. They were cornered by Sonic Guard and EQUALZR sentries. “Stop right where you are, strangers, by order of the Tranquility Protocols, we hereby declare you a threat to peace and will eliminate you.” The Elements of Harmony were surrounded and were outnumbered. Meanwhile, Fluttershy and Buzzeroff were flying through Cloudsdale as they conversed about how this Equestria was an improvement. “I’m surprised at how everypony treats each other so nicely.” “If you expect there to be peace then even the least mean thought has to be dealt with.” Fluttershy is shocked as they pass the weather factory and one pegasus is hauled off due to having a rainbow deviate in colors. “Oh my, is this what mom and dad would want when they spoke of what they imagined would be an Equestria that was peaceful and safe?” Buzzeroff’s normally hardened expression began to sully to a much more somber face. Fluttershy saw her face change and simply embraced her. Meanwhile, it looked as if it were the end of the line for the other Elements of Harmony as the resistance fighters were spread thin and could not fend off enough of the guards to stop them from overrunning the Elements of Harmony. “You can go quietly, or you can be forced to be petrified where you stand.” “OR YOU CAN STAND DOWN, STALLION!” Sonic Guard watched as the voice came from a mare that was descending down on the two groups. “M-Miss Buzzeroff, your colors are right, but can’t be too careful…” Buzzeroff immediately gives Sonic Guard the stare. “THAT WASN'T A REQUEST, SONIC.” Sonic Guard did his best to look away from the intense stare as he could barely move a muscle out of fear. “That was a direct order from the Element of Sympathy; we are to stand down as she takes these threats into her custody.” Buzzeroff immediately escorts them to an express train to the Crystal Palace. The Elements of Harmony are confused and in shock, Pinkie Pie in particular. “Wow, Fluttershy, I forgot that you could be so assertive when you have to. And your disguise is almost as good as one of mine! I almost confused you for that not friend Fluttershy.” Buzzeroff throws coal in the engine as it speeds off to the Crystal Palace. “That’s not hard, because I’m not your friend. Let’s get this straight, I’m not doing this for you, I just happen to find it inconvenient and bothersome if I have to look after more than one Equestria. It would mean having to interact with pony, which is pretty high on my NOT to do list.” He train made a full stop once it arrived at the Crystal Empire. The ponies quickly rushed to the Crystal Palace and reunited with Fluttershy, who was waiting at the entrance of the Crystal Palace. With the path clear, they bolted to the mirror and back home. It wasn’t over, but at least they were able to make it back. And now the real battle begins.
