The first alicorn Lukilla was told that keeping a diary is nice, so that's what she does. Follow her as she lives until the last entry. The mystery of who she lived will finally be revealed.
I don't know how many entries I will do, but I hope I will do around one hundred entries.
I was told that this is a common thing here, so I'm giving it a try. T don't remember where I came from, but the ponies here are all so nice. I wish that I can get to know them better. They call me their godess, but that doesn't sound right. I'll have to find a smaller name to go back. One the makes everypony happy.
I can't believe that I actually snuck out. The guard is intense, so I didn't even know if I could get out. I met the ponies that worshipped me and everypony agreed to keep it a secret. I got to know them all better and I love it here. So much love and kindness, this makes me to never what to leave.
I love the fillies and colts. I snuck out again and spent the day with them in the park. One adorable cream coated filly with a mint green mane called me princess instead of godess. She was so adorable that I decided to be a princess. It felt better and that way my ponies are happy.
I just learned the fillies name is Mint and that she is an orphan. I have to adopt her, I just have to.
I'm suppose to be regal and noble, but let's face it. I like to have fun with the ponies in town. Just because I fell from the sky, a Have both wings and a horn makes me special? I'm never going to get this noble stuff. It annoying to be told ' not like that, not like that, not like that' over and over again. Well over the that I told a guard to go get Mint, but I was told that I'll have to have papers to go through. It'll be a pain, but it will be worth it to have Mint as a daughter. On another note, I was told that I'm a national born flier. That's good right?
It was another day to learn about ruling a kingdom and learning new ways to talk. Way can't I be me? I wish I knew. I'll be getting the adoption papers for Mint Dragunovv soon. I can't wait to tell her the news.
No talent for magic my flank. I may only have talent for levitation and healing, but that's all I need. I sent the papers in and said told the orphanage, well the guard told the orphanage, that not to tell Mint that I'm adopting her. I wanted to surprise her myself.
I requested that Mint should come to the palace. I never mentioned why until she entered my room and the guards stayed outside. The look on her face when I told her that I'd be adopting her was adorable. I not only had a daughter, but somepony else that I can be around in the palace instead of those stuffy guards. Well there we go.
I woke up this morning with Mint sleeping next to me. Her cream coat is so cute as well as her little wings. Sadly that was the most I could spend with her for it was lesson time. I have to find a way out of my stupid lessons so I can be with my daughter. Well there is always tomorrow.
Finally a day without a lesson. I got to spend the entire day with my favorite cream coated pegasus filly. We spend the day in the garden. A friend of hers is a Crystal pony named Sapphire Rose. Mint had learned the names of many flowers. Seeing her excited to tell me about the flowers was so adorable.
I got scolded for falling asleep in class. I'm a grown mare and I'm being scolded for falling asleep. I wouldn't be falling asleep if he made it at least interesting. On another note, I'll be meeting with the Prince of the shadow ponies in ten days. All the maids say that he is a looker, I haven't met the stallion, let alone seen him and I'm hearing rumors.
I snuck out of the castle with Mint and I met a blue Crystal pony. Sapphire Rose was her name and she was very knowledgeable about flowers. More then I thought when Mint told me about her in the garden a couple weeks ago. To bad that I was caught. I ended up being scolded again by the grouchy text book.
I ran into a pony when I snuck out again. He was incredibly nice and can skip a rock fifteen times. All I can do is make it kuplonk into the water. Mint seemed to like him, I wonder we're he lives. He said that he was checking out the sights. To bad I forgot to ask his name.
The pony that I saw two days ago, was prince Sombra of the Shadowlands. All the maids seemed to be jealous of me for being so casual with his. He asked for an alliance, but I could tell he was happier to just spend time with me. Of course I excepted the offer. After the business was done, Sombra, Mint, and I hung out in the garden. He promised to give me more visits, well I'd have him visit none the less. Well mainly because of this weird felling. I can't quite tell what it is.
It was a whole week, but Sombra finally visited. I'm glad to cause I was beginning to miss him. Mint was missing him to. Mint talked endlessly and I could tell that Sombra is fond of her. He also asked me why I called myself princess and not goddess. I told him that goddess is to strong a word and that when Mint called me princess, it felt more right. He smiled at me and said that I have a point. Though once he left I began to get this weird feeling that I couldn't describe. Maybe I'll figure out what it is once he visits again.
I remembered something, I remember that I lived in the sky. How is something that I don't know yet. I'm actually scare of what my past is. Well no matter what it is, I'll keep the life I have now.
Sombra visited again and this time he brought Mint and me sweets. I've found him a joy to be around. I hope that I'm not missing something here. He's been visiting a lot now. Well none the less, he and Mint have made my stay here enjoyable. Please let this never stop, please. On another note, Mint picked some very pretty flowers. She is a very sweet girl.
it's been two weeks since I've writen in this diary, so let's see. Mint had to spend time with her friend in town, I had to reject visits from Sombra for business meetings, and I had a lot of boring conversations with trade ponies. So I had no fun at all, bummer...
Finally a free day, I decided to take Mint and Sombra to the spa to relax. Who knew that the Prince of the Shadowlands needed the trip more then me. Kinda funny to see him try to relax and feel awkward at the same time. Maybe I'll do it again, and this time I'll see how he reacts in the hot bath.
Mint had a nightmare, but I didn't ask what about. All I did was calm her and let her snuggle close to me. The poor filly was shaking so hard that she could have wet herself. I hope that I won't see her like that again.
Hearts and Hooves day, it's new to me and a bit embarrassing. All the guards and town's ponies gave me a Heart's and Hooves gift. Most have a glorious sweet called chocolate. Mint as well gave me chocolate, but I could tell that she couldn't help eat a couple cause she had chocolate on her muzzle. Sombra as well gave me some. It feels very weird to receive all of the gifts, but I couldn't turn down the gift. I'll have to find another way to receive gifts and not upset anypony.
I got scolded for taking dumplings out of the dinning room, but I was lucky to get away with half the dumplings. Now Mint and I can stay up at night with a couple friends of hers. Yes, I'm having a sleepover with my daughter and the best thing is that they want me to join. Yay, my first sleepover.
Sombra visited and the three of us had a picnic in the garden. He asked me when my birthday was, but for some reason, I couldn't remember. All I said was, what's a birthday? Sombra's and Mint's reaction to the question made me embarrassed that I even asked the question. Sombra decided a temporary birthday after explaining it to me. I was and still am so embarrassed to have the conversation with a friend like Sombra. He even had to shoo Mint away to tell me.
Some guards was red in the face when he accidentally bumped into my flank. It wasn't a fever, cause I tried healing him. I'm still wondering why his face was red. I'll ask Sombra about this later, he'll probably tell me.
Apple Cider, I've heard of it, but never actually had it til recently. It was delicious the most best think I've ever tasted. Sombra had to take the cider away before I drank it all. Oh, also I forgot to ask Sombra about the red faced guard, oops...
I was in town today, but weirdly enough a filly shadow pony came up to me. I was a little worried, since the only Shadow pony I knew was Sombra. Still I introduced myself and since Mint was riding on my back today, just because she wanted to, I introduced her as well. After asking her many quests, I got more worried. She avoided the questions that involve where she lived and where are her parents. Afterwards she just flew off, I still worry about her. I'll see if Sombra can help.
It's been a week since my last entry. Sombra told me about the little filly after I asked. I felt bed for poor Shadow(aka the filly from before...). I also asked him about the gaurd. He had to shoo away Mint to tell me. I didn't know why until... he gave me the talk. I'm not gonna recover from that talk and from the look of it, neither will Sombra. Now I wish I didn't know...
