I sat beside my daddy. We were high up on his throne, him sitting cheerily on the seat and  me sitting on the large armrest. He turned to me and patted me on the head. "Happy birthday my dear! You are about to have your first official birthday party!" He winked and a party hat appeared on my head. I looked up at it and giggled. "Now How about we have some cake?" He snapped his fingers on his taloned hand and a nearbye house turned into a giant chocolate cake. I laughed and thought for a while. I closed my eyes and thought hard. A cotton candy cloud appeard in front of me. I sighed. Yes, it worked! My dad looked closely at this. "Now, what is this?"I grinned widely. Cotton candy cloud. "Watch this!" I clapped my hooves once and chocolate milk poured out of it like rain. He laughed maniacally and made two glasses appear beneath the cloud. "That's a brilliant idea screwy! Do you mind if I use that?" A wide grin stretched across my face. "That would be great!"
                 He levatated me a glass of chocolate milk, holding one of them himself. "To chaos!" We clinked our drinking glasses together and I sipped mine down. Daddy put his to his lips but a large vibration in the ground caused it to slip out of his hands and break on the ground. He looked to where it came from. Two young  had just teleported right in front of our throne. The dark blue one remained where she was but the white one took approached us until she was staring strait up at my dad. She looked scary. Her hair flowed out behind her and her face held an angry expression. 
                  My dad patted my back. "Say screwy, it looks like someone's here to see me. Why don't you cause some madness in the forest for a while?" I nodded and jumped off the throne and into the air. I floated into the forest about twenty yards behind my dad and peeked out from behind a tree. I had to see this. I wonder what daddy would do with these two silly ponies! I listened carefully as I heard the white Alicorn speak. "This has gone on long enough discord." Dad turned his throne into a lawn chair and sunglasses appeared on his head. "Yes, it's quite enjoyable don't you think?" He Threw a beach ball at her head and it got stuck on her horn and deflated. She shook it off of her horn angrily. "This is no time to be messing around Discord." He turned himself upside down. "Oh celestia, there's always time to mess around."
                  I grinned ear to ear. Thats my dad! The alicorn glared at him and pulled six spheres out of her bag. "These are the elements of harmony discord. I will give you one last chance to return equestria to normal, or I'll be forced to use them on you." I scowled. Who does she think she is? She can't threaten my daddy. I watched him stand up. You're right celestia. You're shiny little marbles have too much power, I cannot defeat the power of love and friendship. He stood still for a while in silence and then burst out laughing. "What are you going to do? Shoot a love beam at me?" He clutched his chest and threw out his other arm as he laughed uncontrollably. I saw the white alicorn mutter "very well." 
                  The colorful spheres floated above the alicarns head and the dark blue one stepped over beside her. "Are you ready luna?" The dark blue alicorn nodded. The spheres started to spin and glow. What was going on? My eyes widened in shock as I saw them spew out a rainbow colored beam that consumed my dad. Daddy! I shouted in my mind, to terrified to actually speak. The beam faded and I realized my father was still in his laughing position. He didn't move. I watched in agony as gray crept up his feet until it passed his neck. When it got to his outstretched arm his hand moved slightly, like it was trying to get away. Something fell out of it that he must've been holding.  All I could do was watch in shock as my daddy turned gray and stiff in the air. 
              The two alicorns watched him for a while. His body fell to the ground and he didn't move a muscle. The two alicorn sisters nodded to each other and started to walk away. I ran up to them and screamed out loudly in rage and sadness. "Turn him back!"  They both looked at me. "It's that filly" Said the one that was dark blue. I looked over at my dad who was stiff and still unmoving. I was crying now. "You MONSTERS!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. The blue one spoke again, looking a bit sympathetic and worried. "What do we do?" The white one glanced at me. "Just leave." The dark blue one kept looking at me and i saw a slight twinge of sadness in her eyes. But celestia--she was cut off by the white alicorn's firm voice. "leave it luna, it's not a real filly." the dark blue one hesitated for a bit more but then They both disappeared into thin air.
                  "You monsters!" I weakly cried out, though they could no longer hear me. I let out a small sob and turned around. I walked sadly over to my dad who was lying in the grass. I looked up as all of my dads masterpieces, trees with huge apples, ballet dancing buffalo, and last what would of been my birthday cake, disappeared and turned into their former boring and bland forms. I looked at my dad's face and sniffed sadly as I wiped away my tears. "Daddy?" I whispered softly, hoping he would revive and respond in his ussually cheerful tone. He did not. I touched him. He was stone, as cold and dead as could be. I collapsed onto the ground and started to cry. 
                  All of a sudden a brightly colored object lying in the grass caught my eye. It was the thing my dad dropped. I stumbled over to it and picked it up. It was a small box wrapped in brightly colored orange and yellow paper and topped with a blue bow made of curly ribbons. I rubbed my tear soaked eyes and tore open the package. Inside was a small orange and yellow beanie hat with a green propeller. I held it in my hoof and realized there was something underneath it. It was a card. I opened it up. It had a picture of my dad smiling and it had a small note on the bottom. Chaos forever. Happy birthday screwy, I hope this is was the happiest day of your life. I let out a small son and held the beanie hat and card close to my heart. "Chaos forever, daddy."


 I saw two white Pegasi flying towards me, carrying a cart. They were dressed in armor. I hid behind the tattered ruins that used to be daddy's throne before it got hit by the rainbow beam. I watched the ponies in armor heave my father onto the cart and start to fly away. Daddy! I cried out in my mind sinse I didn't want them to know I was here. I put the beanie on my head and jumped into the air and floated after them. I dropped down onto the cart and flung my arms around my daddys cold stone neck. Where we're they taking us? I soon fell asleep as we flew through the sky but awakened a while later when I felt the cart jerk as we landed on the ground.
                   We were near the entrance to some sort of park that was filled with statues of different things. A nearby sign read "royal canterlot statue garden. I felt my eyes narrow in anger. They were going to display my Daddy here like some sort of garden decoration?! I felt the cart move slightly as the Pegasi unhitched themselves from the cart. I jumped off in fear as they walked back to where I was. I hid behind a bush and watched them pick up my dad and carry him into the park. I followed them, making sure to stay hidden. I watched them set him down on a small platform that had a label on it that said "Discord". I waited for the guard ponies to leave and silently walked into the garden and sat by my daddy. I heard a few footsteps coming up behind me and realized i wasn't alone. one guard pony was still here.
                  He shined a flashlight in my face. Hey you! Who are you?! I jumped in fright and ran. I found a shallow cave and dove into it and curled up into a ball. I heard the ponies hooves on the grass outside. I watched the glow of his flashlight until I fell asleep. The next morning when I woke up I heard lots of footsteps outside. There were many ponies outside admiring the statues. I crawled deeper into the cave. I stayed there until the sun went down and it became dark. I listened carefully for any footsteps and heard none. Still a bit afraid, I crawled up to the mouth of e cave and looked around. The garden was empty.
                I walked over to my daddy and sat down in front of him.  I looked up at his unmoving eyes. I opened my mouth and spoke to him and for some reason I felt like he could actually hear me. "I miss you daddy. I promise I'll wait for you, forever if I have to.  I'll never leave your side. I love you." I flung my arms around his waist in a hug, since that was as far up on him I could get. I looked up at him and stared into his lifeless stone eyes. I sniffed and wiped away some of my tears. "You'll always be my Daddy Discord."
