There's a new pony named Starshine and she was about to learn the magic of friendship.
A pony named Starshine was about to learn the magical of friendship like Twilight Sparkle she doesn't care for friendship for she likes to write fanfics, but that change when she met a pony and that pony became her friend and more and more she had more friends and suddenly found out the Elements of Harmony.
Starshine a unicorn and a half dragon pony, though she doesn't have the appearance of a dragon, instead she breathes fire if she sneezes and hiccups.
Starshine is staring something on the window, the one she stared is the stars and Moon.
"How I love the Moon and stars! they always make me happy and very cheerful!" Starshine look happily and amazed at the night sky.
"Starshine?" a voice came behind the door of Starshines's room.
"Yes Mom?" replied Starshine still not taking her eyes off the window.
"Did I not say your sleeping early? for you had school tomorrow." Starshine's Mom said and her voice was a little worry and angry.
"But Mom I don't want to sleep at night for I want to stay all night!" Starshine protested and finally takes her eyes off the window.
"No buts Starshine dear, but you need to go to school so you can learn and have friends instead of writing fanfics." Starshine's Mom said as her voice was starting to show her anger and became more softer, Starshine knew her Mom came down stair.
"Fine!" Starshine shouted as she lay at her bed and look shortly at the papers on her desk, for it was her fanfics, but she groaned and cover her head with her blanket.
A minute later she took down her blanket and seated up once again staring at the night sky, she giggles a her pupils started sparkling and an unknown aura was surrounding her, "I may be sleep during all nights but I will never ever stop looking at the night sky!" she stated happily as her aura and pupils came back to normal.
Earlier that morning
"Morning Mom." Starshine yawned as she came down the stairs and look at her mother who was making breakfast.
"Morning Starshine dear." Rarity smiled as she readied the food and look happily at her daughter "I'm happy for you because you sleep at night and wake early in the morning." stated Rarity as she seated at a chair near Starshine's chair.
"And I was very angry Mom I never once wrote a new chapter of my fics and look at the night sky long." Starshine pouted as she seated at the empty chair near her mother.
"You know dear sleeping, at day and staying all night is a bad habit, for you might get cranky when you get to your school and you might have no friends." Rarity frowned at her daughter as she levitate a coffee and drinks it.
"Friends or whatever I just want to be happy!' Starshine protested.
"But no friends will make your life lonely." Rarity look sad at her daughter as she finish her coffee.
"Listen to your mother Starshine." A new voice came across the table.
"But Dad you and Mom are the one who's making my life happy!" cried Starshine as she started eating her cereal furiously.
"Starshine what if both me and your Mother is not here for a long time what will you feel?" said Starshine's Dad as he finally stop reading the newspaper and start eating gems.
"I feel- I feel.. um..." Starshine look sad for she finally get the feeling of being alone "Fine, I'll go to school if that makes both of you happy." Starshine pouted as she finish her breakfast.
Spike giggled "Starshine it's not just us who's happy, for you will be happy too." stated Spike as he finish his breakfast too and stood "I'll be going now see you later." said Spike as he kiss both the cheeks of Rarity and Starshine and hug both of them and leaved.
"Speaking of which, Starshine dear, time for school or you will be late." Rarity stated as she place a saddlebag at Starshine.
"Yes Mom." Starshine said as she secured the bag and got outside of the house and walk to her school together with her mother.
At Celestia's school for gifted unicorns
"Mom?" Starshine paused near the school's gate.
"Yes dear?" Rarity look at her daughter.
"Why are we here?" Starshine look confused at her mother.
"Your here for school." Rarity replied flatly.
"But why? this is for unicorns who knows powerful magics and I can't even do any magic I can only levitate things plus I don't have a cutie mark!" Starshine cried.
"Dear, that's why your here, so you can learn magics and have a cutie mark where your good at." Rarity replied her daughter.
"Well Mom I'm good at writing fics I even read it to your customers and they said it was very good and said I could be a writer, plus I think the ponies there will make fun of me!" Starshine cried.
"I don't even know why haven't you got your cutie mark of writing fics maybe it's not your real talent yet and tell the teacher if the ponies were bullying, now no questions, good." Rarity replied flatly as she pushed her daughter in the gate and trot fast.
"Mom wait!" Starshine plead her mother to stop but she saw her vanish, she gulp "ok Starshine you can do this and don't be late or they'll laugh at you." Starshine prayed at she run to her classroom.
Once she got there, she sigh in relief as she was not late and seated at the chair and hide her blank flank "ok Starshine be good and don't let them see your flank!" Starshine muttered and she look all the pony inside the room she gasp as she saw all of them having a cutie marks.
Then the teacher came in "Good Morning class." stated the teacher happily.
"Good Morning teacher!" said all the students except Starshine, happily.
"Ok before we start our lesson there's a new student." the teacher said as she saw the class whispering "ok you there." the teacher pointed at Starshine.
Only then Starshine snap out of her thoughts as she heard somepony called her then she saw the teacher pointing at her she panic what if she didn't listen to the lesson and the teacher ask her.
"Um... Equestria to the new student, come in student do you hear me?" the teacher stated as she wave her hoof at Starshine.
Once again Starshine snap out of her thoughts she saw her classmates laughing at her "Y-yes?" Starshine closes her eyes and trembling for what might the teacher ask her.
"Ok class that wasn't funny it's natural to a new student to be nervous oh and will you introduce yourself?" the teacher said and ask Starshine as the class silent down.
Starshine heard this and sigh in relief she forgot she didn't introduce herself so she opened her eyes and look at the teacher she gasp as finally take a good look at the teacher "auntie Sweetie Belle your the teacher?!" Starshine exclaimed in unbelief.
"Oh Starshine! I didn't recognize you! why yes I'm the teacher and I believe sister enrolled you here." Sweetie Belle smiled at Starshine "anyway can you introduce yourself to the class I may know you but they don't." Sweetie Belle said as she walk to the board and waited for Starshine.
"Yes, yes she did." Starshine smiled at she walk to the board.
"Now class meet your new classmate." Sweetie Belle smiled at her class and at Starshine "now don't be nervous I'm here for you also I may call you only Starshine and you for calling me Miss Belle when we are at the school ok?" Sweetie Belle whispered to Starshine.
Starshine nodded and looked at the class "hi I'm Starshine." Starshine smiled as she walk to her chair and seeing a colt snickering at her and this unease her,
"Ok class let's begin our lesson but before that I have an announcement!" Sweetie Belle said "for tomorrow we will had a big test and a special guest." Sweetie Belle smiled as heard the class gasp and started her lesson.
Near the Recess Time
"Now what was the answer to that page again?" Starshine tried to remember the answer as the bell rang.
"Ok class you can have your recess now." Sweetie Belle said as she saw the ponies running and then she seated at her desk and wrote something.
Starshine walk to the halls and was about to go to the canteen when she saw the colt earlier still snickering at her "what's so funny?!" Starshine hissed at the colt.
The colt laughed "ha! why are you at this school when you don't even had a cutie mark! ha! blank flank!" said the colt mockingly as he laughed mockingly soon all the class were laughing at Starshine and calling her blank flank.
"Stop laughing!" cried Starshine as she covered her ear and started to cry.
"Stop bullying her!" exclaimed a mare behind the crowd this made Starshine snap and look at the crowd but not uncovering her ear.
"And who are you for telling us what to do?" said the colt again and the crowd agreed.
"Because if you don't I'm gonna tell all of you to the principal!" said the mare again.
The crowd gasp and soon they ran away for fear of being scolded by the principal.

Then the mare broke the hug then she lend a handkerchief and Starshine accepted it.
"T-Thank you." Starshine smiled as she accepted the handkerchief and wiped her tears, "anyway who are you?"
"Oh I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Skylight but you can call me Sky." Skylight smiled.
"Hello Sky nice to meet you." Starshine smiled "I'm Starshine but you can call me Star." Starshine once again smiled.
"Ok Star can you be my friend?" Skylight smiled.
"F-Friend?" Starshine raise an eyebrow.
"Yes." Skylight smiled as she lend her hoof.
"I don't know but if it make you happy then sure." Starshine accepted her hoof "you know your the first friend I ever had." Starshine look Skylight.
"Really why?" Skylight ask sadly.
"Because everpony always bullied me, and I always wrote fanfics so I don't always go outside my house." Starshine said sadly.
"You wrote fanfics? oh how I love to read fanfics!" Skylight exclaim happily.
"Wow, I could bring you one tomorrow." Starshine smiled then her stomach growls "oops, hungry..." Starshine smile awkwardly.
Skylight giggled "come you will be my snack buddy!" Skylight said as they walk to the canteen.
"I like your Cutie Mark, it's an exact copy of a skylight no wonder you got your name, but how did you get that?" Starshine ask Skylight.
"Well my Mom said I got this cutie mark when I was born she said that I glowed bright just as the sky's light." Skylight replied.
"Wow that's pretty for a Cutie Mark and she's right you do glow like the sky's light." Starshine smiled at Skylight.
"Thanks, I was quite popular to my class." Skylight said.

Then the bell rang
"Well see you later." Skylight waved her hoof as she walk to her classroom.

"Ok class today we will having a Teleportation Test." Sweetie Belle stated at the class.
"Teleportation Test?! I don't know a magic yet! oh no! I will failed this test!! Starshine panicked as the class walk to the field of the school.
Starshine saw Skylight and together they wave at each other though Starshine still worried about the test.
Then she watch her classmates do well when she didn't realized it was her turn.
"Ok Starshine your turn." Sweetie Belle said to Starshine.
Then Starshine snap out of her thoughts she panicked as she step forward and just stand there.
"Do it now Starshine." Sweetie Belle said to Starshine.
"Oh no ok Starshine just do it you can do it!" Starshine talk to herself as she started concentrating and a glow form from her horn she smiled "I can do it! I can do it! Starshine smiled then she close her eyes as her horn began to glow even brighter but then it suddenly vanish "What?! Oh no I can't do this!!" Starshine mentally screamed then she tried again but failed and then she try and try but fails.
"Ha! you can't even do a telportation! no wonder you don't have a Cutie Mark." mock one of Starshine's classmate.
Then Starshine once again tried but failed.
"Come on Star you can do it!" Skylight mentally cheered.
Starshine then once again tried this time it glows very bright "This is it!" Starshine smiled then it was completely crush as the glow vanish she frowned then she look at Sweetie Belle who was disappointed as she was about to write Starshine's paper, all the class started laughing at Starshine.
"Oh no! poor Star!" Skylight look sad.
Starshine almost cry but crying isn't the answer as she look at Skylight,"No! I won't let my friend look down on me! and hate me!" Starshine said to herself as calm down and close her eyes.
Then after seconds she started opening her eyes and you can see her pupils was change to sparkles again and her horn glowed very brightly that it almost lit half of the fields.
"Woah Star is so amazing!" Skylight look amazed at Starshine and soon all the class even the teacher stared in amazement at Starshine.
Then Starshine let out the spell and suddenly she vanish nowhere to seen.
"Starshine!" shouted Sweetie Belle and Skylight in unison as they gasp.
Meanwhile at Sweet Apples Acres
"AHHHH!!!" Starshine screamed as she plummeted she close her eyes for scared to look at where she was going to crash but was lucky when she fall to a hay bush "oh that was close!" Starshine sigh in relief as she jump off the hay bush and look at her surroundings seeing a very big farm "woah where am I?" Starshine stared.
"Yeehaw!" said a mare who was coming to Starshine.
Sadly for both of them they didn't know they were about to crash into each other.
They both groaned.
"What in tarnation?!" exclaimed the mare who was below Starshine.
"Ouch!" cried Starshine as she stood up "oh sorry I didn't mean that."
"It's ok it's my fault for not looking at the direction." said the mare as she rub the dusted off her coats "the names Fritter what brings ya here?" said Fritter as she lend a hoof at Starshine.
Starshine accepted "oh my name is Starshine but I don't have much time I accidentally teleported here." Starshine panic for she might get trouble.
"Oh why don't ya just teleport back?" Fritter said calmly.
"Oh yeah but I don't think they will believe me I got here." Starshine frowned.
"Fritter who r ya talking too?" said across them as it came closer.
"Oh aunt Applebloom, Starshine accidentally teleported here though she can teleport back to her class the problem is that she doesn't have a proof that she got here." Fritter said to Applebloom.
"hmm.. is ya teacher Sweetie Belle?" Applebloom smirks at Starshine.
"Y-yes but how do you know her??" Starshine look confusedly at Applebloom.
Applebloom chuckles "ya find out soon enough because ya don't have much time so I'm just giving ya this pie." Applebloom smiled at Starshine as she lend the pie to Starshine.
"How's this a proof??" Starshine stared at the pie.
"Trust me when it comes to Sweetie Belle." Applebloom winks at Starshine.
"Ok." Starshine said as she teleported back at the school.
"Oh Sweetie Belle." Applebloom chuckled.
"Woah! I can actually do a teleport!" Starshine happily said as everypony stared at her in shock.
"Starshine! are you ok? and where did you teleport?" Sweetie Belle get's closer to Starshine.
"Yes Miss Belle." Starshine smiled "I got teleport to Sweet Apple Acres."
"You got there?!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed in unbelief as she saw Starshine nodded.
"Hphf!" snorted one of the class "how do you expect us to believe that?" It said as all the class agreed.
"This." Starshine replied flatly as she showed a Pie.
"A pie? Ha! what do you expect us to believe that! maybe you just bought it at the canteen!" mocked the pony.
"Oh I'll let it taste but not you it's Miss Belle the one who's gonna taste it!" Starshine said as she lend the pie to Sweetie Belle.
Then Sweetie Belle scoffed the pie and she stared in shock.
"Uh Miss Belle?" Starshine look worriedly at Sweetie Belle.
"Look! you broke the teacher!" said the pony again.
Starshine frowned but it was changed to confuse as she saw the smile on Sweetie Belle and she spoke.
"It is true! she got to Sweet Apple Acres!" said Sweetie Belle happily.
Starshine smiled happily then the class was shock she got there from here and that far for just a young pony.
"Ok class let's go back to the room so you can see your grade." Sweetie Belle stated as the class went to the room.
"Ok it's already home time but before you go home here's your grade." Sweetie Belle said as she give each of the grades to the class.
Then Starshine look at her grades she was surprised and look happy.
"Oh and remember class there will be a special test and a special guest tomorrow too." stated Sweetie Belle as she watch all of her students left the room.
"Sky! Sky!" Starshine run to Skylight.
"Star!" Skylight smiled as she run to Starshine.
"Hey Sky what grade you got?" Starshine smiled at Skylight.
"I got A!" replied Skylight "how about you?" Skylight was eager to know the grade of Starshine.
"I got A+!" Starshine stated happily.
"Wow! that was high!" Skylight said happily.
"Yeah, at first I thought I can't do it and you hating me." Starshine frowned.
"Oh Star I would never ever do that to my best friend!" Skylight smiled.
"Oh I'm very scared of the test tomorrow!" Starshine said as fear started to form at her face.
"Don't worry Star! I trust you and also I will be there to support you!" Skylight smiled again.
"Thanks Sky your the best friend a pony could had! well see you tomorrow best of luck too!" Starshine smiled as she waved a hoof at Skylight.
"You too! and don't forget the fics!" Skylight shouted as she waved a hoof too.
"Ok!" Starshine shouted back.
At Starshine's house
"Mom! Mom?" Starshine called her mother.
"Yes dear?" Rartiy said as she gets closer to Starshine.
"look I got A+ at the Teleportation Test!" Starshine said proudly.
"Wow darling that was amazing I knew you could do it I am so proud of you!" Rarity said as she hug Starshine, Starshine hugs her back.
"Come now we're having dinner and I know your father will be so happy to you." Rarity smiled.
"Yeah and thanks to my friend I got this grade." Starshine said happily.
"Wow dear, I'm happy for you, you already makes a friend." Rarity smiled at her daughter.
Starshine giggled "wow I didn't take auntie Sweetie Belle is the teacher why didn't you tell me Mom?" Starshine look at her mother.
Oh I was also shock by the new, well if she got home we'll thank her for giving you a high grade now let's eat." Rarity said as she seated at the table.
"Yeah." Starshine smiled "you know mom having a friend is great!" Starshine said happily and she smiled as Rarity nodded at her, "Yep, it was so great."
