Equestria is about to experience some problems not normally found in that land...
Catboy, an anthromorphic cat from a different planet finds himself stuck in Equestria. Now he must save the place from his arch nemesis and return home. But will he be successful? Will he be able to get out of the land of talking ponies?! Most importantly, will he be able to retain what was stolen from him and still keep sane?! Read on and find out.
Takes place after episode "Keep Calm and Flutter On". My Little Pony belongs to Hasbro. (labeled "dark" because there are a few violent moments in this story.)
It was a pretty dull day in my castle. I had paperwork to do. My beloved pet cat, Tigger, was asleep, and the guards...well...guards are never in it for the fun. The entire day on the whole planet was peaceful and calm. Not a single crime was being committed! So obviously i was surprised when a guard rushed into my office with a look of worry on his face. "Dark Catboy has stolen something from the treasury!" He exclaimed. I looked at him, then laughed really hard. "Oh Daniel, you have such a sense of humor! For a minute, I thought you were serio-" "SIR! I MEOWING MEAN IT!!!" I ran past him to find the fiend as soon as he told me that! I kept on running through the nicely decorated hallways and finally caught up with Dark Catboy. However, he seemed to have gotten faster since our last encounter. He pulled out a pistol that resembled a portal gun, and fired a shot into the wall behind me. A portal opened to reveal a meadow with a forest near it. He ran up to me, punched me in the face, then jumped through the portal. I got up and followed him in. Nobody gets away with hitting me in the face! After some time, I seemed to have lost consciousness.
I was enjoying a bright and sunny day in Ponyville. I was walking along the path to the Everfree Forest to visit my friend Zecora. Suddenly, I saw a blinding flash of white light! I galloped to the source of the flash, and saw a white, unicorn stallion. He had a jagged, jet black mane and tail, similar in the style of Rainbow Dash's. He had a saddlebag with whiskers painted on them. His cutie mark was two swords stabbing into a wand. He also had light green eyes. For some reason, however, he was standing on his hind hooves. "Excuse me sir, my name is Twilight Sparkle, who are you?"
... Catboy's P.O.V.
I woke up startled from whatever the heck was going on in my brain. I realized I was lying down on grass. I had a bit of trouble getting up, but after what felt like nine thousand attempts, I was finally standing up. I looked around my surroundings. I was by the edge of some forest and next to a dirt path. I then noticed the lavender unicorn on that dirt path. She (I'm assuming it's a she anyway) had a purple and magenta striped mane and tail, purple eyes, and what looked like a picture of an exploding star on her flanks. "Excuse me sir, my name is Twilight Sparkle. Who are you?" She asked. "My name is Catboy...and how the meow did you speak?" I replied back. I was a bit surprised that she spoke. But then again, I'm an anthromorphic cat that has seen many other bizarre things along my adventures, so what's my excuse? "Do you have amnesia? Anyway don't answer that. In case you do let me explain. This," she said while raising a hoof in the air to show me all the land around. "Is a place we live called Equestria!" she finished her lecture and looked expectantly at me. I thought for a moment after she said that. Equestria...now why did that name sound familiar? She explained that I was a unicorn. I laughed when she said that. Obviously horses have no idea how to tell things apart that are an entirely different species. She levitated a hand mirror to my face. I was startled once again and fell to the ground. I told her that I'm going to have to get used to being an equine and to give me a few moments to do so. After five minutes, I was used to standing on four legs and all those good things. I followed her into the forest and then remembered about the hand mirror. "So, how did you levitate that hand mirror?" I inquired. She looked at me like I was a complete idiot. "All unicorns and alicorns are able to use magic. Seeing that you are a unicorn, you should be able to do the same as well." She answered. I nodded in agreement with her. I just might find more than what I'm after then. I spotted a rock, and focused my energy on it. In a matter of seconds, I successfully levitated it into the air. The rock surrounded in a dark blue aurora.
... Twilight's P.O.V.
I as walking back to the library with Catboy by my side. He was very interested and seemed to take mental note about the other subspecies of ponies. We arrived home just as the sun was setting. I offered him some dinner, which he happily accepted. We both ate in silence. "I don't have a place to make headquarters in. Do you mind if I stay here for the night?" He asked me. "I don't mind at all! I have a guest bed upstairs if you are ready to sleep now," I answered back. He thanked me and went upstairs.
I trotted up the stairs to try to catch some sleep. Instead, I found out MORE interesting things. There was a dark purple dragon with green spikes looking at me. OK! Wait a minute! Let me get this straight. Twilight, a purple unicorn, lives in a library, which is inside a tree, AND she owns a baby dragon? Well there's something you don't see everyday in Catworld. By now, I figured that I wasn't even on my home planet. If a place like this existed in Catworld, I would've already known, because I am the king of that entire planet, and I know just about every single nook and cranny there. "Hi, I'm Spike! I'm Twilight's number one assistant! You must be new in Ponyville." the dragon chimed. "Let's just say I'm not from Equestria at all," I said. This left him confused, so I decided to go see what provisions were packed inside this saddlebag I was wearing. I opened the flap of the seemingly useless bag, and I was pleased to find everything I would need to get through temporarily living in a land of talking equines AND to help me kill my foe was inside. The contents were a pocket knife, a snub nosed revolver, forty eight caliber rounds, a pouch of catnip (I can only imagine what audiences will say when the read this part...meownit! I just broke the importance and existence of the fourth wall!), and two hundred bits, which I learned was the money format in this land. I yawned really loudly, but nobody seemed to hear it or get bothered by it. I decided to go to bed, and for the first time in two years, I easily found sleep.
... Spike's P.O.V.
I woke up a bit later than I normal. I felt well rested and ready to do anything that I could do to help Twilight. Then I remembered Catboy. His words still left me confused. I shook my head to clear my thoughts so I could concentrate on my chores. Catboy was still asleep, so I tried my best to quietly run past him. I rushed down stairs and was greeted by Twilight. "Oh!" Good morning, Spike! You don't have to worry about your morning chores; Owllicious did them for you. Besides, we need to get going." "Where are we going?" I asked. "I'm going to go introduce Catboy to my friends. After that, all of us are going to Celestia to see what we can do about him. I'm still not buying his story about 'Catworld' and everything," she answered back. "Speaking of, could you get my saddlebags packed and then wake up Catboy?" "OK." I quickly packed up all the necessary things in her saddlebags, then went up to go wake up the mysterious pony.
... Catboy's P.O.V. When Spike told me me what the plan was for today, I tried my best to conceal my frustration. Sure, making friends is a good thing. Those friends becoming your allies that will fight along side with you when there is a major crisis is even better. But if Dark Catboy traveled into this world, I have to go face him alone to save this place from being under the reign of this evil dark matter science project*. I trotted down the stairs in a hurry and followed the pony and dragon out the door. Our first stop was a place called Sugar Cube Corner, a bakery in the center of the shopping district. Because ponies eating pastries seems legit and realistic. When we arrived, a pink blur raced and pounced on me. It was a pink earth pony with a mane that had a darker shade of pink. It was also shaped like cotton candy. "HimynameisPinkiePieandIlikecupcakesandpartiesandmakingponiessmileandlike,omygoshwearegoingtobebestfriendsbecause I LIKE MAKING FRIENDS!!! Whats your name?!" I shoved my hoof in her mouth before my ears could suffer any more from he ramblings. Which I couldn't understand what she was even saying because of how fast she was blurting out words. Pinkie Pie was surrounded by a purple aurora and levitated off of me. "Sorry about her. She's a little crazy," Twilight said in a apologetic tone of voice. "No really?" I thought to myself. "I couldn't tell at all. Thank you captain Obvious." I laughed at my own joke and then said if we should get going. We agreed, and I was once again forced to go along with the ponies.
... I was still wondering what we were doing sitting on a hill on the outskirts of Ponyville. I sighed in frustration and spoke up. "What are we doing here again?" I asked. I was trying to pass the time by practicing a few spells. "We're waiting for Rainbow Dash, silly!" Pinkie replied. I didn't like how much randomness that mare had...and I've seen things weirder then her. My thoughts about where Dark Catboy is was interrupted by a loud whiz in the sky. I looked up to see a rainbow flying at mach speed (luckily not fast enough to harm anyone's ears)doing a large variety of tricks. The rainbow landed in front of Twilight. The rainbow. however, was a cyan pegasus with a jagged, rainbow colored mane and tail. Her flanks also had a picture on it that I kept seeing on every single pony I have met so far. The picture was a cloud shooting a rainbow colored lightning strike. "Hey Twilight. Hey Pinkie... who's this guy?" the tom boyish mare asked when she saw me. "My name is Catboy, and I have more important things to do right now so I'm just going to leave now..." I said slyly as I tried to sneak away. But i was stopped by Twilight. Magic. Always a pesky thing that makes you rage when used against you, but as living beings acting as hypocrites, is awesome when you use it. "Your not leaving. You're coming with us and you are not going to complain!" Twilight shouted. I sighed in frustration once more as I walked along with the ponies.
... I swear I am never going to find the dark matter fiend at this rate because I'm following a bunch of brightly colored ponies with magical abilities. I noticed we had stopped at a barn that wasn't in Ponyville, but it wasn't exactly in the outskirts either. There was an orange earth pony with a brown stetson on her head. She had green eyes, white freckles, and a picture of three apples on her flanks(Why there are pictures on every pony in this place? The world may never know). "Howdy, Twi," The farm pony said "Hi, AppleJack!" Twilight greeted back. "Who's th' new pony?" Applejack asked as she curiously looked at me. "I'm Catboy" I answered. I had no idea how much longer this get together was going to be, but hopefully it would be over soon. I have my own things to do as well...which no one here seems to know that.
... The last two of the six friends were Rarity and Fluttershy. Rarity was a white unicorn with blue eyes, and a curled up purple mane and tail. She designs clothing in a boutique in Ponyville. Fluttershy was a pale yellow pegasus with teal eyes. She had a long pink mane and tail. She is a very timid pony and has a serious love for animals. Twilight said we were all going to go to the train station. "This is going to be a long day," I muttered to myself
... Dark Catboy's P.O.V. This land is going to be way to easy to conquer. The inhabitants of this land are very peaceful creatures. They also seem to flee from danger as well. This means for me that a surprise invasion will be the key for me to kill every single one of them, or even to infect them with Dark Matter. The only thing that can be a problem for my success is that Catboy followed me through the portal. I luckily bucked him in the face to give myself time. But if I know Catboy, he is probably already conscious and searching for me.Hopefully I won't have to worry to much at the moment.
... Catboy's P.O.V. On the way to the train station, I had realized that I haven't eaten anything since I was woken up by Spike. "Did we bring food with us?" I asked. "I haven't eaten breakfast since I was being dragged around in such a rush," Pinkie Pie ran off in a random direction. A few seconds later, she came back to us in a completely different direction from where she had run off to. "I have pies stored ALL OVER Equestria! In case of hunger emergencies!" She piped. She offered me a cherry pie. I ate it and thanked her for the meal. Maybe having these ponies as my friends might be an advantage...probably not though. We just arrived at the train station. Spike handed over the train tickets while we looked for a place to sit in the train. I am glad to say I was able to find an empty train car where no one followed me in. "Finally, some peace and quite to be able to think!" I exclaimed to myself.
Celestia's P.O.V. One of the guards announced the arrival of Twilight and her friends. I gave the order to let them in. Twilight trotted up to me and bowed down. "Princess, I would like you to meet Catboy," She said. Upon cue, a white, unicorn stallion walked toward me. "I am Catboy, your majesty. I'm the ruler of Catworld, the planet of anthromorphic cats. I have come to you to receive help so I can return home," He said. Catboy told me about his planet, the history, how he ended up here, and the other main reason he is here as well. I nodded, but I was still very confused. "Twilight, may I speak to you..alone?" I inquired. She nodded as we went into the library.
... Twilight's P.O.V. "Twilight, I am not sure if he is actually telling the truth. And if he is, I do not believe I have any way to help him out," The princess explained to me. "If this planet existed, I would think I would know about its existence, or Luna might have know as well. Either way, your new friend might have to live in Equestria from now on," I stood there thinking for a moment. "Maybe there is something we could look up while we are in here," I suggested. Princess Celestia looked unsure. "If you believe we can find an answer in here, we better start looking now," She said.
... Catboy's P.O.V. I was sitting on a railing on the balcony, when, as I would expect, a guard came in trying to warn me not to do so. "I have plenty of experience with doing this so I would stop your worrying," I said "Sir, you have no authority to tell me to do so," He replied. I sighed, then got an idea to have some fun with this guy since I was getting bored with all this waiting. I made my balance on the rail shift over to the side where a hundred foot drop was waiting for me if I did this stunt the wrong way. "Sir, please don't try my patience," The guard ordered in a more frustrated tone of voice. I grinned mischievously at him, and let go of the rail. I was now free falling through the air. "Now to see if I can really time this well!" I charged energy into my horn. I closed my eyes, hoping I was doing this well. When I opened them, I was on a roof top. Well it looks like I can teleport just fine! I sat there just looking at the busy streets below. I wish my planet didn't have to worry about when Dark Catboy's next invasion would be, or worry about the return of the solomun virus that caused a zombie apocalypse. I felt something tug on me. I thought it was Rainbow Dash, looking for me to make sure I didn't just suicide by going over the castle balcony, but when I turned around, I saw a creature made of pure blackness. The eyes had no pupils. They were just a shining, bright, blood red color. It was one of Dark Catboy's soldiers! "I will take you to the ruler of all things evil!" he exclaimed in my face. I wasted no time bucking him off and levitating the pocket knife out of my saddlebag. I aimed carefully, then launched the knife into the creature's right eye. The knife easily found its target. The result was the foe screaming in excruciating pain as a black substance gushed out of his eye. He finally collapsed from bleeding to death. I was about to turn around when I was suddenly hit in the head and lost consciousness.
... Twilight's P.O.V. I was getting very frustrated. I've looked through five book shelves already and I haven't been able to find anything on at least anthromorphic animals! "This is starting to seem like a wild goose chase," I sighed. Princess Celestia was also having trouble finding any reference to Catworld as well. "I'm going to assume here that either we have no knowledge of this place yet, or that it doesn't exist at all," The princess said after putting back another book about all known planets in our solar system. Suddenly, a guard rushed in the room and whispered something inaudible to the Princess Celestia. "Twilight, come along," She ordered. I followed along with her to see what was going on.
... I noticed a very similar, white, saddlebag with whiskers on the latches. We were in the dungeons. "This belongs to Catboy," I pointed out. "Did he do something?" "Just look at the contents we found within here and it will give you the answer to your question," He replied before walking out. I opened up the latches, then levitated the bag into the air. I flipped it upside down, and I saw some very shocking items. There was a sharp iron pocket knife that had some weird black substance staining the entire blade. There was also a revolver with a shortened muzzle. And there were, in an estimated guess, a hundred bullets for the revolver. The weirdest item was a very small bag with a label that read "catnip". "Twilight stay here, I'm going to have to have a little talk with your 'friend' you brought here," And with that, Celestia stormed off to find the cell Catboy was in.
... Catboy's P.O.V. My eyes opened up slowly, but my vision wasn't clear yet. I waited for my vision to return to normal, and then rose from the spot I was lying on. I noticed there were a set of iron bars in front of me, and a stone floor. Celestia was on the other side of the iron bars. "ugh... what happened?" I asked. But she had an angry look on her face. "You've been placed in a jail cell because there has been a report that you have murdered a pony. Is this not true?" She questioned. "If you count a creature made entirely out of a material that is pure evil, responsible for the death of trillions, and has no compassion or mercy for its enemies and victims a innocent pony, then this would be true. However, that was NOT a pony and therefore it was the act of destroying something before it would have the chance to obliterate this town," I explained. She had a confused look on her face. "That doesn't even make sense!" She exclaimed. She tried glaring at me in a menacing tone, as if she was trying to scare the truth out of me (which we all know i just told the truth now but nobody in this room wants to listen to me). "I'm not scared of you. Who cares if you have the ability to be able to execute me, or banish me to the moon, or even turn me into a stone statue?" "How did you know about those things?" "I'm surprised you don't know a meown thing about me. Yet somehow, I have an entire shelf in the library in my castle that is all about Equestria! While you waste your time here having this stupid little conversation, Dark Catboy is out there probably already about his invasion!"
Celestia's P.O.V. I was very confused about all this new information Catboy gave me. "Who is this Dark Catboy?" I asked. "It's a very long story and I don't have time to explain it. So long story short, he is the bringer of doom, misery and death," He answered. "Is there anyway to try to come up with a peace treaty with him?" I continued to question him, and every answer made me panic much more than the last question. I galloped out of the dungeon. I had to get the Elements of Harmony to Twilight and her friends right now!
... Catboy's P.O.V. "Great, she left me in here when I'm the only one who can stop the mother meower," I spoke to myself. I thought of something and then realized I noticed a few weak points in the iron bars. "One solid punch outta do the trick," I whispered. I walked up to the cell door, and raised my hoof in the air. I struck the gate really hard and the gate flew off its hinges and mangled up into a metal ball. "Lets go find some weapons," I muttered to myself.
... Spike's P.O.V. I was watching all the terror from the balcony. The streets were overrun by these creatures that looked like ponies, but were completely pitch black and had blood red eyes. Some of these creatures were shooting down civilians and guards. Others brutally killed other innocent life forms by stabbing them with swords, beating them up with clubs, and even punching them. I never felt so scared in my life. Twilight and the gang went to find Celestia. I hope what ever was happening could be stopped.
... Celestia's P.O.V. I was getting very weak. Blood was trickling from my mouth. "Oh, don't die on me now," A voice said from the shadowed area of the room. "I'm only getting started with the fun!" "You won't win!" I cried out. The beast left the shadows and showed himself. It looked like Catboy in size and style of mane. But the difference was that the creature was pitch black and had red eyes. His cutie mark was a skull with widened eyes while it was being stabbed by a long bloody sword. "I don't need you to die if I want to rule Equestria," it said. I got up and waited to see what its next move would be. "I just simply need to make you LOOK DEAD!!" It charged at me with as if he was going to stab me with his horn. I aimed my magic at him and fired, but he simply reflected the spell with his hoof. I tried to aim another spell but he rammed into me. I let out a gasp as I tried to breath and to try to ignore the pain of the newly broken bone, but instead I fainted. I was surely dead by now.
... Twilight's P.O.V. We had finally reached the top of the tower where the Elements of Harmony were, but our eyes met a very disturbing sight. "Princess!" I cried out. I galloped to where her body was in the middle of the hallway. She was barely breathing at all. Her whole entire body was covered in severe bruises and cuts that were still bleeding. She also had blood coming out of her mouth. I was feeling a mix of emotions between shock and hatred to whoever did this to her. "Well I see you found the little present I found for you," I a voice said from somewhere in the room. I looked around to try to detect the voice. "Who are you?!" Show yourself!" Rainbow dash commanded. "Very well then, I'll make this quick," the voice replied. I then noticed a shadow in the corner of the hallway where to shining red eyes could be seen. The creature stepped out from its hiding place. "Who the in tarnation are ya'?" AppleJack asked. "I'm the one and only Dark Catboy. And I suggest you all stay out of my way if you know what's good for you!" He raised his voice, and then levitated a pistol near him. "If any of you make a move that signals any form of attack, I will shoot you down where you stand," He laughed cruelly and slowly made his way towards the chamber where the Elements of Harmony were in. Suddenly, a grey object with a green blinking light flew over us and stuck itself onto Dark Catboy's back. "What the meo-" Before he could finish his sentence, it blew up and a giant dust cloud appeared. "I'm sorry but I didn't know you were the one who was allowed to do anything evil to others that doesn't even involve Catworld," A voice called out behind us. We turned around and saw Catboy levitating a M16. "You!" Dark Catboy shouted. He ran out of the dust cloud, and shot multiple times at Catboy with his pistol. he seemed to forget about our existence. Catboy dodged each bullet skillfully, and was apparently waiting for his foe to run out of ammo in his clip. When Dark Catboy finally ran out of ammunition, he discarded the weapon and charged at Catboy. Catboy shot his M16 at Dark Catboy, but he seemed to ignore every bullet that hit him. The weapon was finally smacked out of Catboy's grasp when Dark Catboy bucked him. The battle between the to seemed to go on for hours. "Enough of this! All your doing is wasting my time!" Dark Catboy raged. he charged his horn and fired at us, and we seemed to be teleported into a new place.
Catboy's P.O.V. I woke up with a massive headache. The first thing I saw caught me off guard. "HOLY MEOW WHAT THE MEOW IS THIS?!" I screamed as I scooted to the other side of the room. "I am Discord. master of chaos!" The creature said. This thing had many different animal parts that didn't even match. "Could you not pop up in my face if we are in the middle of a crisis here?" I requested. I took my time to examine the room. The sky was dark and occasionally shimmered with colors of murky green and red. The walls were dark blue and made out of bricks. The bricks seemed to be whispering things to me. The floor felt smooth. It was made out of crystal, and seemed to show some stars swirling around in the floor. Spike was also with us. After some time, I realized this must be one of Dark Catboy's testing facilities. "What to do..." I muttered to myself.
... Twilight's P.O.V. I woke up on a hard, cold surface. The place had a very eerie feel to it. I noticed Rarity was also in the area with me. She looked terrified by the place we were in. I looked around for some kind of exit,but I could not find a door in the circular room. The bricks also whispered when ever I went near them. "Where in Equestria are we?" I asked out loud. I looked harder and noticed that some of the banners that hung fro the walls had a picture of Dark Catboy's face sewn onto it. "Twilight, we need to get out of here, and fast!" Rarity exclaimed when she also noticed the banners. One thing was confirmed for sure; we were no where in Equestria at all.
... Rainbow Dash's P.O.V. I woke up and felt really cold. I quickly got up to see where I was. The appearance of the room left me feeling very scared. Fluttershy was in the center of the chamber, petrified with fear of the entire place. I trotted up to her so I could try to comfort the skittish pegasus, but then I heard what was making her so fearful. The walls were whispering things to us. "Death awaits you," was just one of the examples the bricks would whisper. "R-rainbow Dash? I'm so s-scared!" the yellow pegasus shrieked. I could understand her fear, because I was feeling it as well!
... Apple Jack's P.O.V. "Uh..wha? Where am ah?!" I asked as Ah noticed the surroundin' area. Pinkie was bouncin' around as if she was lookin' for something. "Huh, I don't see an exit from here!" she shouted. She was right. There wasn't a door in th' room,let alone a window. Ah got up to see if Ah could try to find a secret door, but the walls had no hidden contraptions in them. "Ah hope th' others are OK," Ah said.
... Dark Catboy's P.O.V. I couldn't help with how much joy I was feeling from all this luck I was obtaining. I was able to defeat Catboy and send him and his equine friends into the maze, successfully defeated the ruler of the land, and had the capital under my control. I was sitting in a room, with monitors, controls, and a microphone. From here, I could view the pests that were in my way. I sat down in a chair, inched closer to the microphone, and spoke into it. "This is Dark Catboy speaking, and I will start by saying this is your doom! If you do somehow survive, there is an exit at the center of the maze. I have paired you all up as pegasi, unicorns, earth ponies, and the non-ponies. If you try to teleport to the exit, or fly over the maze, you will get electrocuted to a crisp. There will also be traps and puzzles to get through, as well as my soldiers to fight. Have fun!" I finished my speech, and laughed as my plan was all coming together. I relaxed a little, and prepared to be entertained by the blood bath that was bound to happen.
... Catboy's P.O.V. After Dark Catboy had finished his speech, some of the bricks crumbled, showing a path in the so called maze. I levitated Spike on to my back, and pulled out my M16. I trotted forward to along the path, keeping my ears perked up to hear my surroundings. None of us said anything while we walked through the twists and turns, there were a few traps, like mines and dispensers that would fire arrows at us if I stepped on the pressure plate, but I showed the others how to get passed these simple traps. Finally, Spike broke the silence. "Catboy...do you think Twilight and the others are going to be OK?" He inquired. "I'm not sure. This is Dark Catboy we're talking about, so I don't know if they will be alright or not. Only time can tell," I answered. Suddenly, a bullet whizzed pass my muzzle, barely missing at all. I looked to my left to see a dark matter private holding a 9mm pistol in his hoof. I quickly reacted by pulling out the M16 and aiming for his head, letting loose the spray of 3 burst bullets. The foe quickly plummeted to the floor, and my adrenaline slowly disintegrated. "Come on, this way," I ordered as we went into the tunnel that the private was guarding. The tunnel led to a dead end, to my disappointment. "Meownit!" I said as i punched the wall. I noticed the sound of the punch echoed, suggesting that the wall was hollow. "What was that?" Discord questioned as he looked at the wall. "I think it's one of Dark Catboy's puzzles. Seeing we have no explosives on us, I would assume there would be a keyhole in the wall," I explained to the two. They nodded in agreement and started looking for an area in the wall that had a hole in it. "Over here," Spike spoke to me. I came over to where he was pointing at, and sure enough, there was a keyhole. I levitated the screwdriver and bobby pin out of my saddlebag. I was almost close to unlocking the door, but then a heard something break. At first, I thought it was my only bobby pin I had, but when I investigated the problem, I noticed the screwdriver,s head was hanging by a metal thread. "HOW THE MEOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?!" I shouted, and I'm pretty sure every thing in this maze heard me. "Relax!" Discord shouted. "Just use my tooth," after he said this, he pulled out the sharp, curved tooth from his mouth. The spot where the tooth once was slowly started to bleed. "Thanks?" I said in a very confused tone of voice as I levitated the tooth and bobby pin back into the keyhole.
... Pinkie Pie's P.O.V. "Pinkie, do ya really know where we were going? Cuz Ah think we're walking in circles," Apple Jack stated. "Oh come on A.J.! When have I EVER been wrong?" I asked. She gave me this look as if I was asking something that wasn't true. "Well Ah think we should go this way," Apple Jack answered as she went into a tunnel. I ran after her so that I wouldn't get lost. "Shoot, dead end," Apple Jack said, as she slowly started turning around. Suddenly, the wall crumbled, causing a big dust cloud to appear. "I guess we just go through and see and see if we find the exit!" I exclaimed.
... Catboy's P.O.V. After I had made the key hole click to show that I had successfully lock picked the wall, it crumbled away, giving out a huge dust cloud. I gave the tooth back to Discord, which he simply placed it back in the spot he ripped it out of. After a few seconds, it was as good as new (physics I tell you!). I noticed to silhouettes walking through the cloud. I pulled out my M16, just in case it was more of Dark Catboy's minions. Then, the figures stepped out, revealing the two shadows as Pinkie Pie and Apple Jack. I eased up my tenseness and slung the M16 onto my back. "Are we gad to see y'all! Ah was worried somethin' bad had happened!" AppleJack exclaimed. "It's still a little to early for joy in our reunion. We have to find the others and find the exit out of this death trap," I stated. I took the lead as we all walked into the newly opened tunnel.
... Twilight's P.O.V. This maze wasn't as hard as Dark Catboy said it would be. I simply solved every single trap and puzzle that blocked our way. I felt very sure that we were near the exit where I hoped the others would already be waiting for us. "Twilight, I need to relax for just a bit. We've been walking for almost a whole hour!" Rarity whined as we just came to an intersection in the maze. I almost wanted to agree with her, but I knew if we didn't move on, something bad might happen. I looked around to see if there could be any dangerous situation that would happen if we rested here for just a minute. I did not see any such traps waiting, so I told Rarity we should probably sit here for a few moments and then move on. I was thinking when I suddenly heard some hoof steps coming from the path way in front of us. I quickly went behind on of the walls from the passage to the left of the one tunnel that I had heard hoof steps from. Rarity was behind me, trying to ask what was wrong, but every time I told her to be quiet. I peeked out from my hiding spot and saw more of those black creatures. They looked around the area, apparently nervous about something, before th bigger one set a radio on to the floor. The small one turned it on, then backed away from the device. The bigger one then leaned over and spoke in to the radio. "Overlord David reporting, your Majesty," The big one greeted as he waited for a response. "Good. I assume you have information to give me That I may have missed when monitoring the doomed fools?" The radio inquired. I recognized the owner of he voice as Dark Catboy's. I listened more carefully, hoping to pick up some helpful info from these two. "I do not, your Highness. However, Dark Scout Frank does," On cue, the small dark creature ran up to the radio and began to inform everything he apparently learned. "The earth ponies have found Catboy, and are now with him. If we don't act fast, the whole group could gather up," He seemed to be anxious as he waited for the response. "Then this is the order to every single soldier in my army. Kill the ponies, the dragon, and the weird snake creature if spotted. You may kill them in any way you see fit. But if I hear that ANY of you killed Catboy, I will obliterate everything precious you have, give your soul to the Underworld, and make you walk the depths of hell for eternity!" he screamed out. I was shocked at the violence and language the fiend used. "In other words, you bring Catboy to me alive, not a scratch on him unless you need to knock him out. I hope this is understood," "Yes, your cruelness. Over and out," and with that, the radio was turned off, and picked up by the overlord. I noticed they were walking right to the tunnel we were in. I concentrated, then fired my magic at the two enemies. A cloud had appeared, and the two fell to the ground, fast asleep. "Come on Rarity, we have to find the others and make sure they are OK!" We both galloped into the tunnel the minions came out of to begin searching for our friends. We weren't even halfway through, when suddenly, I crashed into something. "Hey watch where you're going!" I looked to where the voice was, and saw Rainbow Dash on the floor. She realized who I was and then became very joyous. "Twilight! It's good to see you! I almost died back there," She sighed. "Where is Fluttershy?" Rarity questioned. "Right here," they yellow pegasus called out as she walked over to us. "Well now that we found each other, we got to find the others now!" I shouted. We all galloped down the tunnel, hoping to find the rest of our friends.
