She already finished sorting all the letters ponies sent to the Royal Family, which was an awful lot. Many of which asked for the Princess of the Night to visit their dreams, or just grant them with a plot of land. She sighed, knowing that that will never happen in the future. She also attended so many meetings today, her mind felt numb from all the things ponies kept mentioning. Not that she doesn’t care about it, it’s just that the sheer amount of ponies asking for a complex thing or many stupid things in particular is tiring.   She continued circling, still not knowing what to do. She thought of practically everything, but there should at least be a fun activity to do. Or she could ask her sister if she’s up to anything this afternoon. Probably Tia has sooooomething to do this day, I’m so bored… She thought, hoping her sister could give her some ideas to kill the boredom. The night mare decided to finally give up the pondering and start her own search for her dear sister. Opening the door of her chambers, she started the slow trot to the other side of the castle… In the meantime, the Sun Princess had her very own problems, explicitly having nothing to do. She already attended several meetings concerning the agricultural production of the whole country, and easily managed through the annoying offers made by the ponies outside the castle. Who would even want to buy cereal with sun shaped figures? It almost seems like they’re taunting her with this! What an uproar, she thought, probably Luna’s day was better than hers. Or probably not. She sighed, the amount of work they both had to do was overwhelming. She still wondered if she should leave for a vacation of the sorts and leave Twilight and Cadence in charge of the kingdom, she was getting a bit tired of doing the same work every single day during a span of seven days. She knows that Twilight has been a princess just a month ago, but it’s time for her to step up and recognize that position. And surely, the sun princess isn’t in the exact mood in dealing with her special protégé's questions about every single thing in the universe, or she could simply leave Cadence to help her with duties. Or probably not. She trusted Cadence with a lot of things, but leaving the entire kingdom with Twilight at her side? There should be a way just to get a single vacation, or just a walk somewhere in Equestria… That’d be nice— *knock* *knock*         Breaking her train of thought, Celestia heard someone outside her quarters, desperately trying to get in. “Who’s there?” Celestia called, wanting to know who was the one and the reason why she had to be interrupted in such an important matter.         “Sister, it’s me Luna! Open the door, we have to talk about something,” Luna’s soft voice made Celestia know that she’s eagerly waiting outside, hopefully with an antidote to the boredom surpassing over her head.         “Oh, I’m on my way, Lulu.” she replied to the sudden wave of knocks on the door.         She trotted to the side, getting a small groan from her sister. “Hurry up already, sis!”         “I’m comiiing~ Just wait a second, will you?” she said, gaining a giggle in response.         “Alright, be sure to carry ten weights on your way, Tia!” Luna said, giggling all the way.         The older sister opened the quarters’ room, eliciting a snort from her sister.         “Hehe sis, you got your mane all rustled up. Don’t tell me a-all the activities you’ve been doing got you down, hmm?”         “Not really, just the occasional weather hitting up on me. You know my mane isn’t exactly up to endure this really bad weather, Lulu. And I’m tired of searching those mane-wraps anyway.” replied her sister.         “So, how has your day been, sis?” asked Luna.         “Well, to be honest, it’s been rather dull. I just finished all of my work here and I have all day…” she sighed, hoping that Luna will do something about it, “... How about yourself?”         “Exactly the same! I finished all my ‘royal’ duties as well. I’ve been so bored all these hours… We should probably come up with something?” the moon mare proposed.         “Yes! We should, indeed! A-any ideas?” replied the Celestia with a frown.         “Not really, that’s why I came searching for you, to get an idea to stop this boredom for once.” she continued with a quizzical look on her face, “You have one, right?”          “Believe me, I wish we had a getaway for this.” Celestia replied, knowing that there was absolutely no way to avoid this situation.         “... Wait, I think I came up with something!” she continued, now thoroughly pondering about the case.           “Hmm? What is it! Say it already!” urged the night alicorn.         “Hold on a little bit will you? I’m trying to concentrate here.” Celestia said, while rubbing her temples in complete thought.                  “Come on sis! Spill the beans already, we don’t have all day… Well maybe,” the midnight alicorn said.         “Alright so, one thing we can do is to put Twilight and Cadence in charge while we’re away in that ‘trip’ of ours. Sounds like a good plan?”         “Indeed, it does! But where exactly are we going again?”         “I don’t know, but I guess we can try something right?”         “And that something can be anything?” said Luna with a puzzled look.         “Yes, well… where exactly can be go anyway? If we exit the castle without any disguises there will be literally hundreds of paparazzi ponies waiting for us. And you knooooow we really don’t want to get into that trouble again,” Celestia winced at an old memory of hers. She really thought that event was over, and bringing that awkward memory back to mind made the situation  a lot more awkward than it was.         “Yes, you are right. Well, there are various places we can go, right?! And with costumes on of course, I don’t want those pesky paparazzi taking photos of my rear end.” Luna continued, trying not to think of the event.         “Oh sister, at least they are taking photos of that area, don’t you think?” Celestia giggled, getting a mild blush from her loved sister.         “Let’s not get all flattery before anything…” she sighed, “Let’s just get this over with.”         “Alright, you go pack something quick, okay? Don’t take too much supplies either, we’re probably going to just stay for a while. And I’ll just think of a decent place to stay in the meantime.”         “Okay! See you in an hour, then?” the midnight alicorn asked.         “Indeed, see you in a while. Don’t forget to pack repellents, we’ll probably need that!”         And with an another ‘Okay!’ from her sister she closed the door, hoping to find a nice suitable place to relax… With no pesky mosquitoes, of course.
