Chapter 1: Six New Arrivals


Sometimes, it's hard raising a family in tough time. On a planet we Earthlings called home, we are dealing with a lot; Threats of wars, the economy, laid offs...especially losing the ones we care for. It seems joy and love is very hard to find nowadays.

But in a house outside the city of New York, something happens that change things forever. Justin Exitor was your brown haired, green eyed man who works the day shift in the city or often works at home. The job was hard but the man does his best to make his way through.

Now, if you would say that Justin lives alone, you may be wrong. For he lives with his daughter Hayley, the two has been alone indeed ever since the loss of Hayley's mother a year ago. They do their best to be brave and move on with their lives.

Justin was working on his laptop at home, it is one of his months or working at home so he got time to do that and care for Hayley. School has been let out for the summer so she will be staying at the house. Sometimes the girl would go outside to play...sometimes she stays in her room.

Right now, Justin saw Hayley on the couch, waiting anxiously. As the man works, he mumbles, "Now then...and done! Wow, this was shorter than I thought it to be..."

"Daddy, daddy, it's on!" Hayley squeals eagerly. Justin smiles as he closes his laptop and heads over to the couch, picking up some snacks on the way. The father and daughter have been waiting all day for this.

Justin has got onto the couch just in time as a show appears on the TV: 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic', which is of course a fourth generation based on a TV series from the 80s. Hayley loves this show...and so does her father! He may be a grown man but Justin is a Brony through and through, enough to post his pleasures and makes some friends...while dealing with one spammer who wants him to stop being a Brony.

"Which episode is it this time?" Justin askS Hayley as he hugs her while the two watches TV.

"I think it's the one where Twilight goes nutso." Hayley said while eating a piece of sliced apple.

Ah, yes. 'Lesson Zero'. Justin knows that episode: Twilight was freaking out about being tardy; she tries to find a Friendship Problem so that she can send a report in on time, her friends didn't take her problems seriously, and things got ugly with a certain spell. Justin has watched every episode, knows them by heart, and enjoy them...though there has been some he didn't approve like that one bit in the first part of 'A Canterlot Wedding' two parter season 2 finale.

What were Twilight's friends, brother and mentor thinking, leaving her like that?

"Daddy, you think Equestria is real?" Hayley ask Justin as the show goes into a commercial break.

"Well, in our imaginations, honey." Justin said with a chuckle. "And in our hearts..."

"Wouldn't it be great...if the ponies do exist? Maybe then we wouldn't be lonely ever since..."

"Yeah...yeah...that would be nice, wouldn't it?"

Justin sigh, Hayley hasn't fully recovered after what happened to her mother. The little girl needs some friends...but she is shy. Being an only child can do that to some. The father secretly wishes that Equestria is indeed real. Having some ponies for friends would be nice.

Too bad you can't make friends with anything not real...or can you?

It was nighttime later. Justin has tuck Hayley into bed before preparing to do the same thing himself. His daughter's words rang in his mind. Would it be great if the ponies do exist? The two are Bronies through and through...and meeting the Mane Six would be a wonderful thing indeed.

Justin got himself ready for bed...he hears thunder clouds approaching the house. The weather broadcast did say that a thunder storm is coming. Luckily, the father made sure to take the right precautions to keep himself and Hayley safe from the storm.

Justin prepares to get some sleep...but got up, looking concerned. The man heard some knocking at the door. But who could be visiting him at this time of night? Out of concern, Justin got out of bed, head downstairs and goes to the front door. He hopes that it's someone friendly...and not a burglar.

Justin checks the peephole first, seeing no one outside then opens the door, opening the screen one as well. The man looks around outside. Weird, there doesn't appear to be anyone around. Justin steps forward...when his foot felt something below him, making him look downward.

On the porch floor in front of the door appears to be a basket with a red blanket covering it and on top is some sort of note. Is it a fruit basket or a gift one? Justin took the note and begins to look through it, reading it...

'CONGRATULATIONS! You have been selected by the Humane Society as our newest candidate for the Equestrian Foster Home Agency!'

Justin looks startled a bit. 'Equestrian Foster Home Agency'; the man then heard another noise, that of...sleeping? Justin sees that it's coming from the basket, making him pick up the blanket gently...what he saw, almost made his heart melt a bit or break, depending on how you look at it.

Inside the basket is six little foal fillies, they are sleeping in a huddle near a pink card that said 'Please Give Us a Good Home'. What surprised Justin is that they look...very familiar. After taking a closer look, especially at their manes, and the small cowpony hat, the man looks shocked. He can't believe it but there it is...

These six fillies are indeed the Mane Six themselves...

Justin looks amazed as he did a quick count: one little purple unicorn filly, one little orange Earth pony filly, one little cyan Pegasus pony, one little pink Earth pony filly, and one little yellow Pegasus pony filly. They look and match the Mane Six, but are little.

What are they doing here? That reminds him. Justin goes back to reading the card that he's holding.

'We know not where these pony-like talking animals came or when they will be able to return home...but until they do, they need your help! Our newest members of our foster home initiative are:

PINKIE PIE!
A wild party animal who's always bouncing off the walls with energy! She loves making delicious sweets and throwing parties for her friends. She's always the first to give your day a little extra cheer, and when you're down in the dumps, she'll turn that frown upside down! 

RARITY!
She's a fashionista who's into glamour and always looking her best! She loves glittering jewelry, snazzy outfits, and making garments for her friends. You can always count on her to look after your wardrobe and keep you looking sharp, and she'll never turn you down in your time of need!

RAINBOW DASH!
A spunky and confident mare who's always down to impress you with her newest set of tricks, dreaming of the day when she will one day join Equestria's aerial acrobats, the Wonderbolts! But more than a spirited athlete, she's a fiercely loyal friend who is always there for you no matter what, and will never give up on you. When it comes to confident bravado and trustworthiness, she's always in your corner!

TWILIGHT SPARKLE!
A young genius who loves to pass time indulging herself in new knowledge! There's no equation she can't solve and no homework assignment she can't breeze her way through, and she's always eager to share what's she learned with you. And when it's time to hit the hay, she'll be right by your side with a bedtime story to happily see you off to Dreamland. 

FLUTTERSHY!
Like her name, she's an adorably shy mare who loves nothing more than caring for her animals and close friends! She spend her days frolicking and looking after her many woodland creature friends, and is a selfless kindhearted soul who constantly put others above herself. She's always there to give you a good massage, some healthy snacks, or some kind words to brighten your mood!

APPLEJACK!
The rompin', stompin' cowgirl farmpony is a hardworking, hungry critter! After an invigorating day of hard work, she enjoys sitting back and relaxing with her favorite food, apples, and lots of them! Armed with unstoppable determination and a dedicated work ethic, you can always count on her to see any task through to the end.

These adorable little critters are in need of a loving home and support, and promise to give you many happy days of companionship. Justin looks astounded. Even the fillies' names are in here. Is this real...has his and Hayley's wish come true? As he ponders this, he heard some movement in the basket. The fillies had just woken up, yawning cutely.

The six fillies look up and saw him; looks of cuteness and hope are on their faces. Could this be their new owner....or friend? Shedding tears (most likely of hope) came out of their eyes, especially with Rarity holding up the blanket as if she has made it and Twilight holding up a small book called 'My First Bedtime Story: The First Timberwolf'.

Justin is speechless, not sure what to say. He is not sure what to do either, wondering if he himself could take care of these six fillies. They would be heartbroken if Justin refuses them...and even if he takes them in...

Suddenly, a crash of thunder is heard, causing the six fillies to yelp and for them to cuddle together in the basket, all scared. The thunderstorm is coming.

Justin knew that he won't forgive himself if he even thinks of leaving them out here, so the man picks up the basket while saying, "Come in, you six will be safe..."

Justin closes the door as he brings the basket in. The man brought the six fillies in the basket onto the couch. The poor dears, they are still frightened...and one of them is a tough Pegasus pony.

"There, there, it's all right, just some rain and thunder." Justin said as he rock the basket, calming the six fillies down.

The fillies soon calmed down, soothed by Justin's rocking the basket. Justin looks at the fillies, checking their flanks carefully. Their cutie marks from the shows appeared to be gone. The man read a lot of fan-fiction and saw one called 'My Little Dashie', which has a man finding a little Rainbow Dash in an event something like this.

Could this be the same? Justin read the end...and it's sad since the father of Rainbow Dash has to let the fillies go. Still, the man must know...

"How did you six get here?" Justin whispers to the fillies quietly. The six look at him as if not having an answer. "Are you really who the card calm they are?"

"I...I don't know." Fluttershy said meekly, Justin looks astounded. So these fillies can talk after all!

"We just woke up...and don't remember much." Twilight said with a sigh. "We do remember some details here and there like Equestria, Wonderbolts, and what we do and..."

"No worries, I can make us funny again." Pinkie said as she takes out a pair of Groucho Marx glasses from who knows where. The filly puts them on, continuing, "Come on, girls! I wanna see you smile!"

The fillies giggle a bit then laugh a bit. Justin smile, laughing as well. Pinkie being herself is always amusing to him.

"Okay, girls, until I figure out how to get you back to wherever you came from, you six can stay with me and my daughter." Justin said with a nod. "We like ponies so you will love it here."

"Really," Rarity ask Justin hopefully. "Can you...be our daddy?"

Justin looks astounded and touched. After what happened to his wife, he never thought of getting more kids or remarried again. Come to think of it, Hayley needs more friends...and maybe these girls could fill in the void and maybe...maybe Hayley will also get a new sister; Or six, in this case.

"Well...yeah, I guess I can be your daddy." Justin said with a nod.

Hearing this got the fillies cheering in excitement as they all suddenly jumped onto Justin and hugged him happily. The man yelps, startled as he fell onto the floor with his new little daughters on top of him.

Justin laughs a bit; perhaps things will get interesting from now on. Just then, Hayley is heard calling, "Daddy?"

"Uh, excuse me, fillies, but Hayley needs me. I will be right back." Justin promises the fillies as he gently put the six fillies onto the couch. He heads upstairs to his daughter's bedroom, "Hayley?"

"I'm scared." Hayley said meekly, yelping as she hides under the cover due to the thunder storm.

"It's okay, sweetie, it’s okay." Justin said as he hugs Hayley gently, "Just a storm; Just a storm. Remember that song from second episode of My Little Pony?"

Hayley smiles as she and Justin sang the song; they all know the words from heart, remembering the scene. The girl giggles happily.

"Daddy, can we watch that episode again tomorrow?" Hayley ask Justin hopefully.

"Well, I don't see why not. I don't have work tomorrow or anything from work so we will make a day of it." Justin assures his daughter. He wonders if he himself should tell Hayley about the fillies; maybe tomorrow as a surprise.

Hayley smiles then yelp as he hears some whining from downstairs, "What's that?"

"Oh...just the windows. I will get them clean tomorrow." Justin assures, not wanting the Mane Six fillies be known just yet. "Now go on to sleep, honey."

"Okay, daddy," Hayley said.

After kissing Hayley goodnight, Justin heads to the door and waits until his daughter goes back to Dreamland. He heads downstairs and heads towards the couch. The man looks worried as the fillies appear to be missing.

"Fillies; Girls; Please come out," Justin said while looking around. Just then, he saw the big blanket shaking and moves it, revealing the Mane Six under the blanket and shivering in fright, "Oh girls."

"Daddy, why did yew leave us?" Applejack ask scared.

"It's okay, I'm sorry; I have to check on my own daughter." Justin said hugging Applejack. "I promise, I will do my best to take care of each and every one of you."

Another crash of thunder is heard, scaring the fillies again and making them hid further in the blanket. Justin continues, "How about I spend the night down here with you six tonight?"

"Yeah, daddy," Rainbow said while nuzzling towards Justin. The man smiles as he got onto the couch, the fillies move to let him lie down.

Justin puts the blanket over himself while the six fillies crawl on top of him. He smiles, perhaps things will be fine from on, especially with the thunder storm happening outside.

"I promise, I will be with your girls tonight." Justin assures the six fillies. "Good night, girls."

"Good night, daddy." The fillies said in unison as they nuzzle Justin happily.

Justin sighs as he lies down to sleep, the man and his new daughters went off to Dreamland, apparently not worried or caring about the storm anymore.

As long as they're here for each other, that's all that matters, right?

The storm has passed, Justin and the fillies were still sleeping...but not for long. A squeal of delight is heard, causing Justin to jump up awake with the Fillies yelps in alarm, almost scared out of their coats.

"Oh dear, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it!" Fluttershy exclaims in fright.

Justin looks and saw Hayley smiling eagerly at the fillies. She exclaims, "Daddy, ponies!" The girl hugs Pinkie gently. "And they look like the ones on TV!"

"Please don't scare us." Rarity said in concern, making Hayley gasps.

"And you can talk! I never heard ponies who talk except on TV!" Hayley exclaims happily. "Oh, they are so cute!" 

Fluttershy hid herself in the blanket in fright as she whimpered. Hayley seems to be scaring her.

"Daddy, who's she?" Twilight asked Justin quietly, much to Hayley's surprise.

"It's okay." Justin said, calming down. He taps on the blanket, saying, "Its okay, Fluttershy, Hayley is my daughter, the one I told you about...which makes her your big sister."

"Big sister; you mean..." Hayley said in surprise but calmly. The girl felt bad about scaring Fluttershy. She lift the blanket, saying, "I'm sorry, Fluttershy. I didn't mean to scare you. I was happy and...please forgive me."

Fluttershy timidly looked at Hayley for a moment, until she smiled a bit as she said meekly, "Okay. I forgive you... sister." Then she crawled to Hayley before she jumped to her and hugged her happily as she started nuzzling her cheek.

"Awww, cute," Pinkie giggles as she bounce up, hugging Hayley happily while nuzzling the girl. "We got a big Super Duper fun sister."

"Daddy, are they staying with us?" Hayley ask Justin hopefully.

"Yeah, they are." Justin chuckles as he got up. "Well, girls, how about we head into the kitchen and have some breakfast?" 

"Breakfast! Yaaaaay," The fillies and Hayley all cheered happily in unison before they all followed Justin to the kitchen together.

The new family gathers at the table, waiting for Justin who looks through the cupboards. The man got to admit, he usually makes breakfast for himself and his daughter since the loss...but now with new additions to the family, perhaps he can make more.

"So what do you kids like to eat?" Justin asks his daughters thoughtfully.

"Bacon," Hayley giggles, causing the fillies to give a worried look to her.

"Hayley, the fillies can't eat meat...I know they eat plants...but for now, how about cereal?"

"Oh yes, cereal will be the greatest." Rarity said with a smile as she picks up a napkin with her mouth, putting it on her lap, "Fillies?"

"Ugh, why do I need to put a napkin on my lap?" Rainbow asks Rarity grumpily. "I'm a growing filly."

"You girls don't need napkins...I will forgo that since you're still little." Justin explains as he pours cereal into a bowl. The girl and fillies watch as their father pours milk into some cups. "Let's see...who wants chocolate milk?"

"I do, I do, I do!" Everyone else exclaims eagerly.

Justin laughs about this. Of course, why not? He pours in some Hershey's Chocolate Syrup into the cups and stir them, making some chocolate milk. The father then proceeds in giving each of his daughters their cereal and drinks.

"Eat up." Justin said. Everyone begins to eat their breakfast with the father, who made some bacon and eggs for himself, eating later. It is turning into one of those days. "So...ugh, my back..."

Justin cringes a bit; his back is cracking a bit. He guesses that it must've happened while sleeping on the couch. Fluttershy smiles as she trots onto the counter, got onto her new daddy and crawls up to his back, massaging it. Justin sighs, that felt better.

"Did that help, daddy?" Fluttershy ask with a smile.

"Yes, thanks Fluttershy." Justin said as he picks up Fluttershy and put her on the counter, patting her on the head. She gave out a happy 'squee'.

Once breakfast, Applejack volunteers to help out with the dishes. Rainbow wanted to help though since she is still young, the filly probably can't fly yet. Justin figures that someday his new daughter will fly.

"So Hayley...don't you got to get to school?" Twilight ask Hayley curiously, checking the clock.

"No need, it's summer so I don't go back to school until September; I am here all summer long." Hayley explains to Twilight with a grin.

"No school? But how do you get by the day?"

"Playing outside...oh! And watching TV too! Daddy, can we watch 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'?"

"What? What is this that you speak of?" Pinkie asks curiously, for some pony who likes the break the 4th wall on the show, she sure doesn't know about the show itself...

Unless of course Pinkie doesn't remember; Justin is worried about the idea of allowing the fillies to watch the 'MLP: FIM series'. He got all 3 seasons on DVD so far, but recalls the 'My Little Dashie' of how Rainbow find out about her life in Equestria, how angry she was that her father in the story never told her the truth, how the mare run away one day, the impact...and the forgiveness.

Justin is not sure if it's a good idea to let them know about their lives...but perhaps it's to do so now than regret it later.

"All right...but only season 1." Justin said with a nod. It’s best not to let any the fillies sees some of the troubles that they will get into the next two seasons...for now.

The kids cheers as they head into the living room. Justin chuckles a bit. If his wife is still living, she would be proud...

Of course, Justin sighs as he goes into the living room to join his extended family, preparing to put the Season 1 DVD. If these ponies are indeed the Mane Six...and if their appearance is like what happened in 'My Little Dashie'...there's a possibility that Celestia may come and want to bring them back someday...what then?

Justin decides that it's best to wait...and enjoy his new family until then.

Chapter 2: Fun and Games with the Mane Six


Justin, Hayley and the little fillies sat on the couch or chairs, watching the first season of 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'. Some parts amazed the little ones, though some scary parts (like Nightmare Moon's entrance, the storm in the sleepover episode, the Staremaster episode, and Pinkie's party episode) made Fluttershy yelp and hid under the blanket, whimpering while pretending that the world doesn't exist out there.

"Awww, come on, Flutter." Rainbow said, lifting up the blanket on a previous time that Fluttershy hid herself. "It's just a TV show...that seems to have us in them."

" Yes...but did those lives has to have anything scary and ironic?" Fluttershy ask Rainbow with a whimper.

"Come on, we're right here."

"Right, Fluttershy. We will be here to support you, little sister." Hayley assures her adopted her new sister, petting the little filly. Fluttershy calms down, smiling as she came out of hiding.

Soon the last of the Season 1 DVDs are done. Twilight blinks while asking her daddy, "Daddy? Why is it that those ponies in the DVDs look like us?"

"Well, you see, Twilight dear, that's because they are you." Justin said, beginning to explain as to why Twilight and her 'sisters' are on the DVDs.

"Are those ponies us?"

"Yes."

Applejack did some thinking then she asked, "Are we those there ponies?"

Justin pauses then sighs a bit, "Yes. Listen, I know this maybe a shock to you six..."

"A shock; why, it's interesting." Rarity said much to Justin's surprise. The white filly unicorn smiles while saying, "I am thinking that these ponies are fiction on TV but we're real right here. Don't you think?"

"Yeah, I mean, I would never be friends with a mean griffin with an attitude problem." Rainbow remarks with a scoff of amusement.

"Well, yew would but not here." Applejack said to Rainbow making her glare at the pony.

"Still, I wish I was brave like I was in the Staremaster episode." Fluttershy said, shuttling her hooves together. "I mean...she can Stare and get rid of the bad guys...I am a shy little pony..."

"It's okay, Fluttershy. You can be brave someday. It just takes time and courage." Hayley assures while hugging Fluttershy, making her smile happily.

"I am interested in that teacher that older me got. I wish I can meet her." Twilight remarks with a sigh. "But being as that is fictional..."

"I'm sure that if you keep hoping, your wish may come true, little sister."

Justin, hearing that, felt a bit more worst. That day may come true if what he's feeling is correct. But the man must be brave for he himself wants his moments with his new family to last a lifetime...

Once the family is done watching TV, they head outside to play. Since the house is away from the city, there is barely anyone who could see talking ponies around. The little fillies play a game of tag with Hayley while Justin was watching.

"Daddy, wanna play?" Pinkie giggles as she bounces up and down to her daddy.

"Sorry, but I can't. I gotta..." Justin said as he looks over some bills that he himself wanna take care of. But then a mischievous Rarity grabs them with her mouth. "Hey!"

"Come get them, darling!" Rarity, her mouth mumbled, taunts as she runs off. Justin gave out a mischievous smirk.

"Oh, it is so on as you would say!"

Justin laughs as he chases Pinkie and Rarity who giggles while playing keep away from the man, with Hayley and the rest of the fillies joining in. The chase goes on for a while until Justin grabs the six ponies whose giggles while his hold before falling.

"You six little scamps!" Justin laughs as he kisses the ponies on the forehead each, "You...Kenny?"

Justin looks surprised as he saw a man with black hair and a trucker cap that said 'I Love Ponies' nearby, looking amused. Kenny Uramso was a friend of Justin who visited the place often and is also a fan of the show...so you can imagine his surprise when he sees talking ponies of all things in his friend's hands.

"Hiya Uncle Kenny," Hayley exclaims, grinning towards her honorable uncle. "What are you doing?"

"Just visiting, kiddo," Kenny chuckles then smiles at the scene. "So, Justin, are those ponies you're holding or you're happy to see me?"

The six ponies looks puzzled by the comment though Justin just groans, "Kenny, please, not in the front of the girls."

"Sorry, can't resist, buddy!"

Later, back in his house, Justin told Kenny how the fillies arrived at his home. 

"Sooooo, you thinking that these fillies are the Mane Six," Kenny ask Justin as he glances at the fillies now eating some apples that their new father has cut for them.

"Yeah, I know." Justin said with a nod. "It's surprising...and adorable too."

"Sounds awesome, dude," Kenny comments as he drinks a Pepsi in his hands.

"Kenny, don't tell anyone, okay? Because if anyone nasty were to find out about the idea that these ponies can talk, fly, use magic...and could be the ponies from the show...who knows what would happen?" Justin asks his friend seriously. He fears the worst should anyone who would wish harm to his new daughters find out about this.

"I totally understand, man. I won't tell anyone, I promise." Kenny said with a nod.

"Make it a Pinkie Promise!" Pinkie said, popping up with a grin. "I don't know why but I just thought it up. Pinkie Promise, Uncle Kenny!"

Kenny chuckled in amusement, but nonetheless, he said, "Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye."

"Goody!" Pinkie giggles as she hugs Kenny.

"So Kenny...how are you an uncle?" Twilight ask Kenny curiously after chewing an apple.

"Oh, I am not really an uncle, just a friend who is honorable." Kenny explains to Twilight clearly. "I am good pals with Justin here with the same show. Have you seen Season 2 yet?"

"No, Kenny...and I don't plan on doing so until they are ready to deal with some of the pain...or do I need to remind you of the Mare Do Well episode or the Cadenza rehearsal scene?" Justin points out to Kenny sternly, referring to the episode where Rainbow was overshadowed by her friends as the Mare Do Well and that nasty bit near the end of the first part of 'A Canterlot Wedding'.

"Ohhh, right," Kenny said with a slow nod of agreement, realizing what Justin meant.

"Cadenza; who's Cadenza," Fluttershy ask puzzled.

"I will tell ya when you're ready." Justin assures Fluttershy. He then spots his good friend taking out a box. "What do you got there?"

"A present for Hayley; Here you go, kiddo." Kenny said as he gave a box to Hayley who opens it. Inside are some jewels.

"Jewels, thanks Uncle Kenny," Hayley giggle a bit.

"My goodness, look at all of those gems!" Rarity exclaims eagerly, her eyes are shining, "Uh, Hayley? I know that they're yours...but any chance I can use them to make some dresses for us girls?"

"Sure!" Hayley exclaims. Rarity squeals as the human gave gems to her. The white filly can't wait to make some dresses.

"No cutie marks...but they are sure to appear, right?" Kenny asks, noting how the fillies don't seem to have their cutie marks.

"It's probably a slow progress but it can be done." Justin assures Kenny with a chuckle.

"I can hardly wait to see that." Kenny said.

Justin left for a few hours to get some fabric for Hayley and Rarity who wants to make dresses for themselves and the other fillies. During this time, Kenny was introducing some sort of game to some of the girls.

"Okay, in Chutes and Ladders, you gotta get to the top. If you reach a ladder, you go up the ladder to a few spaces. If you land on chutes, you go down." Kenny explains the game to Applejack and Rainbow. "Think you got that?"

"Sure do, sugar cube." Applejack remarks with a smile, "Rainbow?"

"You're going down, cowpony!" Rainbow laughs as she begins to play the game with Kenny.

Twilight meanwhile is going through some fan-fiction on the internet that Justin and has agreed to allow the fillies to read. Of course, it is strictly supervised and only the much more light-hearted, family friendly fics; no grimdark or clopfics (no responsible parent would allow little kids or fillies to read that stuff).

Twilight read something called 'Past Sins' and look a bit curious. Justin chose that time to come home with the fabric, saying, "All right, I'm back. How..." He notices Twilight on the computer, "Twiley? What are you reading?"

"Something called 'Past Sins'...I'm a bit puzzled." Twilight said in concern. "Who's Nyx?"

This brought a look of intrigue on Justin's face. He never thought Twilight would find and read a fic like 'Past Sins'. To him, it's a really great fic.

"Well...Nyx is...your daughter." Justin explains to Twilight. The filly gave a look of confusion. "Well, let me put it this way: you remember Nightmare Moon, right?"

"Princess Luna's former evil self from the season 1 premiere?" Twilight ask, recalling that episode, "Yeah?"

"Well, to put it in the way you understand, a bunch of bad ponies under a spell tries to bring her back but a filly version of her was born." Justin explains Twilight clearly. "Your older self brought her in like how I brought you and your 'sisters' in last night."

Twilight blinks while asking, "Is she real?"

"Sadly, no, it was an OC made for the fan-fic. Nyx doesn't exist on the show." Justin said, hating to give the bad news to Twilight.

"But we probably don't exist here but exist on the show." Twilight points out to her adopted father. "Would it be the same thing for Nyxie?"

Justin pauses to think then smiles while hugging Twilight, "You know...sometimes, I forget how lucky I have a smart filly like you."

Suddenly a crash is heard, the two turn to see that Rainbow has knocked over the game board in frustration. The filly groans, "I hate losing."

"Dang, no need 'ta be a sore loser, Rainbow." Applejack said with a frown. "It's just a board game."

"Rematch, now," Rainbow demands to Applejack sternly.

"Come on, Rainbow. It's a fair game, no need to make a trial out of it." Kenny assures Rainbow with a chuckle. "Did you see that episode of the Iron Pony Competition?"

"Yeah...getting too much into competition can ruin friendships." Rainbow said with a sigh, remembering that episode, "Sorry, AJ."

"Shucks, it’s okay, Rainbow Dash." Applejack said with a smile, "Ah wouldn't wanna get too competitive on yew either."

"Look, daddy!" Hayley giggles as she and Rarity shows off some new dresses. "What do you think?"

"Very good, you two," Justin said in approval. "Rarity, you are indeed a fashion maker."

"Well, if I have a cutie mark, making dresses would be my destiny." Rarity said with a sigh. Justin wonders why the filly's cutie mark didn't show up. The man recalls the flashback episodes where the Mane Six's cutie mark shows up when Rainbow did the Sonic Rainboom. Perhaps it's best to wait.

"Daddy, look what I found!" Fluttershy giggles as she came into through the door with a bunny on her back. "A bunny, can I keep him?"

"I don't know. He isn't going to bite is he?" Kenny ask with an amusing look at the bunny who looks white and similar to a certain bunny on MLP: FIM.

"I hope not." Justin remarks with a chuckle. "Yeah, you can keep him, Fluttershy, as long as you can take care of him."

"Oh, thank you, thank you!" Fluttershy said happily as she jumped to Justin and nuzzled his cheek.

"Are you going to call him Angel?" Hayley ask Fluttershy in amusement.

"Yes, Angel. Good name." Fluttershy giggles while nuzzling Angel.

Justin can only hope that this bunny is better behaved than the one on the show.

A while later after the fun cease down, Kenny went back home. Justin was relieved, knowing that one of his good pals has sworn to keep the fillies a secret.

The family spend the day reading fan-fiction of 'MLP: FIM' online, making sure that it's family-friendly for the fillies to watch. No need for the grimdark and clopfics just yet. Rainbow read one called 'My Little Dashie', there are moments in that one, especially the end that brought tears to her eyes especially when the father has to let his own Rainbow Dash go.

Justin ponders how Rainbow would feel when he has to do the same thing in this lifetime.

Dinner came around and the family was eating what they eat, with the fillies eating either apples or salads. Fluttershy was happily feeding Angel, Applejack eating some apples, Rainbow was eating like a pig though it took Hayley a few minutes for her to eat right, Twilight was reading a book while eating, Rarity eats properly and Pinkie...eats while upside down for some reason.

"Pinkie, sit right up, you're at the table." Justin said to Pinkie.

"And miss eating like this? Never," Pinkie exclaims anxiously. Justin rolls his eyes in amusement. Rainbow is right, Pinkie can be random.

"Amazing, simply amazing,." Twilight said with a smile, while putting down the book that she was reading. The mare was giving an encyclopedia of all things.

"Did yew like it?" Applejack asks Twilight, her mouth full with apple slices, much to Rarity's dismay.

"Well, I am learning more about the world than I am about...well, whatever we came from."

"Daddy, any chance we can go out?" Fluttershy ask her adopted father with a cute look on her face.

"Well, Hayley and I are scheduled to visit some friends who live on a farm. Maybe we can bring you along. They live away from the city so you won't worry about being seen out there." Justin assures his little fillies, giving some grapes to Rarity, "Some grapes?"

"Thanks, daddy," Rarity said with a grin. "You know, watching that first season, I wish I got a cutie mark like my older counterpart."

"Yeah, me too," Pinkie giggles as she bounce up right into place. "I want some balloons!"

"Yeah, it would be awesome if I got a rainbow cutie mark!" Rainbow laughs as she smash her salad, sending cucumbers right at Rarity.

"Watch it!" Rarity scowls, making the rest of her family laughs merrily at this. Even young, she is acting like her older self.

Once dinner is done, the family clean themselves off, with Justin giving his daughters a bubble bath. Pinkie splash around playfully, Hayley laughs while having a bit of fun with her new adopted sister. Fluttershy had trouble, getting scared of the water but Justin calms the filly down, assuring her that she won't be hurt. The yellow filly got into the water, seeing that her daddy was right.

Once bath time is over, Justin put Hayley into PJs and put her to bed, making a make-shift bed for the fillies to sleep in the living room. He makes a point to rearrange that room that doesn't have any use in the house into an extra bedroom for the Mane Six fillies to sleep in.

"Goodnight, girls," Justin said, kissing each of his daughters goodnight before heading off to bed. The man smiles as he gets ready to sleep. Justin is so darn lucky to have those cute fillies in his home.

Justin was only sleeping for an hour when he felt something nuzzling near him. He woke up to see a scared Fluttershy near his bed.

"Fluttershy," Justin asks, blinking a bit sleepily.

"I got a bad dream...can I sleep in here with you?" Fluttershy ask Justin with a whimper. The daddy looks at her daughter, it reminds him of when Hayley has bad dreams and she wants to sleep with her parents at nights.

How Justin longs for those times with his wife back.

"Sure, go ahead." Justin said with a nod as he motions to the top of his blanket. "Just be careful not to fall."

Fluttershy smiles as she crawls on top of the blanket, moving around a bit then lay down. The filly sighs as she goes to sleep, relieved to be near her new father who grins and goes to sleep a while later.

Chapter 3: Cutie Mark Destiny


A week has passed since that fateful day. Justin of course is taking the family to visit a farm where some friends of his live at. The fillies sat in the back in baby seats, though Rainbow in boredom kept annoying Applejack, by poking her.

"Quit it, quit it!" Applejack snaps as Rainbow picks with her at.

"Come on, Rainbow, stop picking on AJ." Hayley said to Rainbow with a sigh of annoyance.

"But I'm bored, are we there yet?" Rainbow whines a bit.

"We're almost there." Justin sighs in the front. Geez, even the Rainbow wasn't like this in the story...but then again, maybe not all of her life in 'My Little Dashie' is shown.

"So are we really going to a farm?" Fluttershy ask hopefully. "Are we going to see animals?"

"Oh yes, Fluttershy, lots of them. Big Al and Missy C run a tight ship but they are willing to have fun every now and again."

"Huh. Those names you mentioned sound familiar." Twilight said thoughtfully. "The names sound comparison to Big Mac and Cheerilee on that show we saw. First season..."

"Yeah, I can't wait to miss them!" Pinkie giggles, bouncing up and down in her seat. "Oh, I am so nervictied!"

Applejack gave her 'sister' a bored look, while asking, "Yew do know 'dat's not a real word, right?"

Eventually, the family arrives at a farm, with a red barn, a blue house and of course your farm animals here and there. As everyone got out, they are greeted by a blonde haired man in a green shirt and blue overalls along with a pink haired woman in a blue shirt and an orange skirt.

"Justin, it's wonderful to see you, especially you Hayley." Missy C said while hugging Hayley gently. "I hope you have a great summer.

"Yes, Missy C," Hayley giggles as she turns to her filly sisters. "Missy C is my teacher at my school. She is taking the summer off."

"Wow." The fillies said in amazement.

"Oh my, talking fillies." Missy C said in amazement as she looks at the talking fillies. "I have never seen anything like them, right Big Al?"

"Eeyup," Big Al remarks with a nod. Amazing, his nature and behavior are similar to Big Macintosh. Come to think about it, one may think that he is kinda like the stallion of this world.

"How were you able to..."

"Long story short, I found them outside my porch and took them in." Justin said as Twilight jumps up into Missy's arms, nuzzling her a bit. "Looks like Twilight like you, but you are a teacher so that may have something to do with it."

"Daddy, can I attend classes with Missy C when school starts?" Twilight ask Justin hopefully.

"Not sure, there will be a lot of questions."

"Well, I can stop by and give home school classes to the ponies...and maybe get some of my friends to help as well when I'm teaching classes at Hayley's school." Missy C said thoughtfully.

"That would be great! My little sisters won't be exposed to any problems and they can still learn some classes." Hayley exclaims eagerly.

"Hey, Big Al; Do those trees need a-bucking?" Applejack asks thoughtfully as she saw some apple trees with apples still in them."

"Eeyup; if you wanna help, I would be happy to let ya." Big Al said with a grin as he leads Applejack on to the trees.

"Hoo doggy!"

"Uh, Missy C; All right if I help with the animals...I just got a bunny and..." Fluttershy said shyly. Missy C just smiles and motions her to go ahead. The filly giggles a bit as she heads on to the animals.

"Okay, I think I will try to fly while I'm here." Rainbow said, trying to jump up into the sky but fell down, "Ugh; why can't I fly yet?!"

"I think I will help you out, Rainbow." Justin said as he helps Rainbow to her hooves. "You may be a young filly but one is never too young to learn how to fly. Hayley, watch over your sisters."

"Sure, come on, girls, we got a lot to do!" Hayley exclaims to Rarity, Twilight and Pinkie who grins excitedly. They are going to have so much fun.

The time on the farm passes by. Applejack was helping Big Al knocks down some apples off of trees, dropping them into apples. The little filly grins at her progress so far. It's like hanging out with a big brother that she remembered having all of the sudden.

Fluttershy meanwhile is helping out with the animals, giggling a bit as she tends to them, helping Missy C out. The teacher is impressed. She has never seen a little filly take so much interest in this kind of thing...well, any filly who can talk anyway!

Rarity meanwhile helps out with Hayley on some dresses. The white unicorn frowns as she looks into a bucket, saying, "Oh dear, I ran out of diamonds. And I doubt daddy would want to leave to get some more right now."

"Well, you can find diamonds under rocks if it helps." Hayley suggests to Rarity, recalling how the white filly found diamonds on her show.

"Odd way of finding gems...but Rarity will take your suggestion. Rarity must try..."

Twilight meanwhile was looking through some books that she brought along, involving magic, fake or otherwise. The unicorn grins as she prepares to use magic to lift up a rock...but it fell each time. The mare feels a bit frustrated. Her older self can do magic...so when can she?

Justin was out in the field, away from any prying eyes while helping Rainbow learn how to fly. The man may not be a Pegasus pony but if the character in 'My Little Dashie' can help his daughter Rainbow fly, then Justin can with his own.

"All right, Rainbow, let's do this again." Justin suggests as he picks up Rainbow, holding her into the air. The filly is wearing a helmet and some body guards so she won't get hit should the flying attempts fail.

Justin lets go once more...Rainbow's wings can only flap but she hit the ground anyway.

"Aww, man; this is weak, I can never fly." Rainbow sighs as she took the helmet and body guards off. "Maybe if I were to get rid of this stuff..."

"I know you're frustrated, Rainbow, but I can't risk you getting hurt should the attempts fail." Justin said, patting her on the head to comfort Rainbow. "We will take a break for a snack before trying again."

Justin heads back to the house to get some snacks. Rainbow saw a huge tree nearby, then narrows her eyes as she gallops off to it.

If Rainbow wants to fly, she got to do it herself and the right way!

Justin was arriving at the farm house as Missy C and Fluttershy were herding rabbits. The woman asks, "Justin, weren't you helping Rainbow how to fly?"

"Yeah, we stopped for a snack, speaking of..." Justin stops as he saw that Rainbow is nowhere in sight, "Rainbow? Where is she?"

"Uh-oh; Daddy, I think Rainbow is about to do something bad." Fluttershy said nervously as she points to a familiar tree. Justin gasps as she saw Rainbow who somehow climb up a tree...and is about to jump off!

"Rainbow," Justin yelled out in shock.

Justin rushed quickly in hopes to catch her in time but it's too late, Rainbow jumps off the tree. As she falls down, the human rush over to catch her...

But to his surprise, Rainbow suddenly flew over him with her wings spread. She can finally fly! Justin looks amazed.

"Oh yeah; Look at me, ponies and everyone else!" Rainbow laughs eagerly.

"She can fly!" Justin exclaim in amazement.

"She can fly!" Missy C exclaims with a smile.

"She flew." Fluttershy said meekly.

"Rainbow, be careful up there." Justin said to his adopted daughter in concern. He doesn't want Rainbow to hit something...or worst, be seen by anyone who could do her harm!

"I will be fine, dad!" Rainbow laughs as she flew on into the air. Justin sighs a bit; his filly daughter can be so arrogant.

During this time, Rarity was looking for gems underneath rocks...so far, nothing so far. But then her horn glows, dragging her away.

"Oh my, I think I found some gems." Rarity said with a sigh. Suddenly the mare knocks into a gate, causing it to open, "Dumb gate!"

Unknown to Rarity, the gate is to a bull pen...and a bull snorts as he runs out, escaping. The big guy is on the loose!

Big Al and Applejack heard him, gasping as they saw the bull heading towards Twilight who is trying to use magic, big time, and wasn't seeing him coming.

"Twilight," Applejack exclaims as she and Big Al goes after the big guy, "Big Al! Throw me on 'de big fellow!" 

"Are yew crazy?! You'll get hurt badly!" Big Al exclaimed in shock and concern.

"Ah gotta try! Mah sister is in trouble!" Applejack exclaims to Big Al in concern.

Big Al hesitates then he grabs Applejack and throws her right to the bull. The little filly got on his back and take out some rope.

"Yee-haw," Applejack exclaims, tying the rope around the bull's neck. The big guy snorts as he tries to buck the filly off of him. "Ride 'em, cowpony!"

Pinkie was nearby, watching, cheering, "Yay, Applejack! Wow, this looks neat!"

During this same time, Rarity continues floating and hit a big rock. She lands and looks at it, frowning in irritation.

"Ugh! How am I supposed to get diamonds under this big...UGH! Dumb rock," Rarity exclaims angrily and in annoyance.

Rainbow was flying around in the sky, apparently unaware of what's going on below. She is really enjoying this!

Of course that is until Rainbow looks down to see Hayley rushing over to Rarity, smiling as she calls out, "Rarity, good news! I found some gems so you don't have to look for more!"

Rainbow gasps as the bull that Applejack is trying to tame is heading towards her. The cyan filly calls out, "Hayley! Gotta do something, got...no time for words; Gotta go fast, fast, fast, FAST!"

Rainbow flew down very fast. She is high in the sky but the filly needs all the speed that she can get to save her older sister.

Justin gasps as he saw the bull heading towards Hayley. The man was about to scream out but saw Rainbow heading towards her sister from the sky...and is doing so very fast and preparing...could it be?

It is! Suddenly, a big explosion occurs as Rainbow went down faster: she did it, the Sonic Rainboom! The mare grabs Hayley, pulling her out of the way in time.

At the same time, the Sonic Rainboom sail across the sky...and causing the rock that Rarity ram into to break into two, making her gasps. To her amazement, there is a bunch of diamonds inside the rock.

"Diamonds," Rarity giggles happily. Now she can continue making dresses!

At the same time, the animals that Fluttershy and Missy C were helping and attending got scared and run off. The human gasps though the filly flies in, saying, "Oh, please don't run away."

"Come back!" Missy C cried.

The magic blast startles Twilight, making her gasps as her magic suddenly begins to work up, causing some rocks to be lifted and some plants to grow big. Justin looks amazed. It's just like what happened in the Cutie Mark Chronicles episode...but a bit different!

Twilight's magic continues going out of control as he turns some dogs nearby into plants and causing the rocks to be lifted higher. Justin knows what to do, he came over and put a hand on Twilight's shoulder. The filly saw her father watching...and calms down.

Soon things go back to normal, especially the plants, as Twilight lands onto the ground. She looks worried and said, "Daddy! I'm sorry! I..."

"Twilight, you were amazing." Justin remarks with a chuckle. "Just like in the show, too!"

"Really," Twilight ask Justin hopefully.

"Yeah...and look," Justin exclaims as he points to something flashing on Twilight's flank. The filly looks down and gasps in surprise to see a star like symbol on her flank.

"My cutie mark, daddy, daddy, I got my cutie mark, see?" Twilight giggles as she hops up and down, showing off her new cutie mark to Justin.

"Yeah, Twiley, you got your magic cutie mark, and it looks just like the one from the show!"

"Hoo doggy," Applejack exclaims as she and Big Al came to the two, the human is pulling the bull whose has calmed down with a rope. "Ah gotta tell ya! Ah was born 'ta be a farmer! Ah wanna come back here every weekend!"

"Applejack, look, I got my cutie mark!" Twilight exclaims as she points to her cutie mark on her flank. "Isn't it amazing?"

"Eeyup," Big Al exclaims with a nod then looks downward before grinning. "And it looks like Applejack got one too!"

Applejack looks at her flank then smiles as she saw three apples on her flank...just like on the show. The Earth pony filly cheers wildly, "HEEHAW! Daddy, Ah done got mah cutie mark!"

"Wow, you two...you made me so proud." Justin chuckles as he hugs both his adopted daughters. So far, two of his fillies got cutie marks. That leaves only Rarity, Rainbow, Fluttershy and Pinkie.

Fluttershy and Missy C walk/flew around a nearby forest, looking for the animals. The yellow filly smiles as she saw some of them hiding in bushes, calling out gently, "Come out, it’s okay." Fluttershy flew towards some trees to find some more hiding. "It's okay; everything is going to just fine."

Fluttershy's gentle voice calms the animals down, enough as they came over to her. Missy C looks amazed at this. Normally it would take a while for the animals to get used to strangers...but they begin to like Fluttershy as if they could trust her.

"There, there, I am a friend; I want to help you feel better." Fluttershy said kindly.

"My, you are indeed a natural when it comes to animals, Fluttershy." Missy C said in approval, making Fluttershy smile at this. Just then a flash appears on her flank, making the woman gasp. "Is that...?"

Fluttershy looks down and smiles as she saw a cutie mark: butterflies like on the show. It has arrived atn last.

Back with Justin's group, Rarity came back with a wagon of diamonds, smiling as she said, "I found some diamonds, daddy! Oh, these will do wonderfully on the dresses."

"Daddy, look up here!" Hayley giggles as everyone saw Rainbow flying down before putting her big sister down gently. "Did you see that?"

"Yeah, great work, Rainbow Dash." Justin said, rubbing the mane on Rainbow's head gently.

"Hey, I am loyal to everyone, including my own family. What can I say? I rule." Rainbow remarks with a chuckle.

"And you got a cutie mark too, look!" Twilight exclaims in approval. Rainbow looks down at her own flank and saw it: a rainbow in some clouds.

"Oh yeah! Looks like an awesome cutie mark to me!"

Justin then saw Fluttershy and Missy C coming back with the animals, now calm down. Big Al asks in concern, "Missy C, Fluttershy, are the animals all right?"

"They are safe and sound; Fluttershy brought them out of hiding." Missy C said as she picks up Fluttershy gently, revealing the filly’s new cutie mark, "And Justin? You will be happy to know that your daughter has a cutie mark."

"That's wonderful!" Justin exclaims thoughtfully then he spots something flashing on Rarity's side.

"Rarity, look," Hayley exclaims eagerly as she points at Rarity's cutie mark, making the white unicorn see it and smile. "You got 3 diamonds as a cutie mark!"

"I know! Isn't it fabulous?" Rarity asks happily to her big sister.

"Well, everypony here has a cutie mark..." Applejack remarks with a smile, then realizes something. "Except...where's Pinkie Pie?" The others also note that Pinkie appears to be missing. Where is that random pink pony?

Suddenly everyone heard noises coming from a barn, much to their notice. Out of curiosity, they head over with Big Al opening the doors. The humans and ponies gasps as the inside of the barn has been decorated to look like a party, tables decorated, banners set up, streamers and such put up all.

"Do you like it, do you like it?" Pinkie asks excitedly as she bounces in, smiling. "I predict that my sisters would get their cutie marks today so I decided to throw a 'Cutie Mark Party'. Do you like it???"

Everyone looks speechless...then they all laugh excitedly. Rainbow exclaims, "Oh yeah! We like it!" Pinkie giggles as she jumps over to hug the blue pony.

"You like it, you like it!"

"Pinkie, look," Hayley exclaims as she points to a cutie mark appearing on Pinkie's flank: three familiar balloons.

"Yay; I got my cutie mark! Now this party is for all of us!" Pinkie laughs as everyone begins to dance, eat cake and have fun.

Justin smiles proudly and happily to his little filly daughter. Big Al was near his friend, drinking some Apple Cider that Pinkie has found. The farmer man said, "You must be proud of them."

"Yeah...they gain their cutie marks at the same time, just like on the show." Justin remarks with a delightful chuckle. "Have you ever thought that it could happen in real life like this?"

"Nnope! But I done don't mind it. It's great being around those little fillies...especially Applejack. It's like having her as a little sister."

"Yeah...great."

It was almost dark as the family prepares to leave. Justin has buckle Hayley and the fillies into the backseat while preparing to go home. Missy C said, "I will make sure to make arrangements for special teachers to come over and home-school. I know of a few who can keep a vow of silence about your children. You must be proud of them."

"Yeah, I am." Justin remarks with a chuckle, "And Big Al? I will make sure to bring Applejack over so she can help on the farm. Being a farmer is her natural talent after all."

"Eeyup," Big Al exclaims with a smile of approval. The big man can't wait to see little Applejack again.

Justin say his final goodbyes to his friends before getting back into the car and drove off. The man looks back into the backseat area, smiling at Hayley and the fillies. The little ones has cutie marks, they are so growing up.

Which worries him; As the fillies go up, they will grow up into mares, probably wish to head out on their own...and what worries him is that the day will most likely come when Celestia comes to bring them all home. Justin promised himself to be brave when the day comes.

Justin just hopes that the day doesn't come right this minute.

Chapter 4: Great Times with Family


Some time has passed since the filly Mane Six has gotten their Cutie Mark. They all have a great summer so far with Justin doing his best to take care of his family and keeping the fillies safe from outside forces.

Though at one point, the whole thing came into jeopardy when Rainbow tries to recreate her Sonic Rainboom once more...and of course, her family doesn't seem to approve of the idea big time.

"Rainbow Dash," Justin calls out to Rainbow in worry as she is flying in the air, trying to recreate her Sonic Rainboom, "STOP! It's too dangerous! Don't do something stupid! Slow down now!"

Hayley agrees while calling, "You're going to hurt yourself, Dashie!"

Applejack yells out, "Quit fooling around, Rainbow!"

"Darling, everything you see from the show is not real!" Rarity exclaims in alarm. Although that's not really true, the Sonic Rainboom does exist but that doesn't mean that Rainbow can do it more than once.

Pinkie Pie giggles, "I'm sure that she can make it. After all, just like the show says, I'm so 'nervi-cited'!"

"Is there such a word?" Fluttershy ask Pinkie in concern, But still, Pinkie, daddy says, we can imitate the show but not the dangerous part. But what Rainbow Dash doing is too dangerous! Please stop, Rainbow!"

Twilight screams out to Rainbow, "For Celestia's sake, will you stop?! We don't know if you can really perform 'Sonic Rainboom' again."

Rainbow calls out, "Trust me! I will! When I said 'I will', I really mean it! I am Rainbow Dash! I dare the adventure and dangerous stunt like the show did!"

Rainbow flew up and begins to head out, it looks like she will do it again...but the filly bounce back quickly, flying all over the place and out of control. Justin manages to catch her before she could hit the ground, sending both to the ground.

Justin, recovering, glares to Rainbow who smiles sheepishly while saying, "Okay, so maybe I need more practice..."

Rainbow has to sit in a corner for her reckless stunt but at least she learnt her lesson that day.

Summer soon come and gone. While the Filly Mane Six are staying with them, Justin and Hayley allow them to be home-schooled by trusted, qualified teachers sworn to secrecy (to avoid a lot of the questions that would come from talking horses attending human public school). They learn a lot of stuff like math, science, history, sports (to Rainbow's liking) and even animal care, which Fluttershy likes.

The days were a bit boring, especially when Justin goes back to the city to do work but the teachers are willing to do their best to take care of the fillies while he's gone. The Mane Six wait every minute of every day for school to be over and for Justin and Hayley to come back home each time.

Eventually, Justin and Hayley do indeed come home and the fun begins a-new. Especially one day when the ponies are visited by another pal of their adopted family: a man named Ben Chase V. He is a 22 year old boy with brown hair, blue-green eyes, and wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts and brown shoes.

Ben works at a local comic book store and a big time MLP: FIM nut. So when Justin told him about the Filly Mane Six living at his and Hayley's room, the man was eager to come over, wanting to introduce the fillies to the Transformers series. Pacifically the Transformers Prime cartoon series and Transformers: War for Cybertron video games.

The family and friend watch the first season of 'Transformers Prime' on DVD all the way through. During the first season finale, Ben comment, "This is what the Michael Bay's movies should of been like. This is art compared to that trash."

Justin cringes a bit as he ask, "That's a little harsh don't you think? I mean they're good, flawed but good."

"Well to each his own."

"I got to say, that Optimus Prime is one interesting leader." Twilight comments with a smile to her sisters.

"Yeah, but Bumblebee is cute." Fluttershy giggles a bit.

"Bulkhead appears to be someone who is need of some matters." Rarity said in amazement. "But other than that, he is a good Autobot."

"Hey, I like them all...minus the bad guys, they are dumb." Rainbow remarks, making her sisters laugh a bit.

"You think it was a good idea to introduce little fillies to this?" Justin asks Ben, wondering if it's a good guy to expose little fillies to the action of the Transformers Prime series.

"Hey, no one say that you're too young to be a Transformers fan." Ben explains to Justin with a smirk on his face.

Justin gotta admit, his pal has a point.

"All righty, who's up for a trip to the fair," Justin announced.

Hayley and the fillies cheer on. They have waited as the fair in the city is coming up. The human has been there a few times, but the fillies, this is their first time.

Of course, Justin has to go through some precautions...

"I really don't like wearing this." Rainbow remarks with an angry scowl as she is wearing a dress and a bonnet.

Justin is dressing the rest of the fillies, saying, "Sorry, Rainbow, but I can't take the risk of anyone making a scene of talking ponies...and there will also be crazy Bronies who would love to take you home with them." 

"Oh...but you and Hayley are Bronies...and you take us home, right?" Fluttershy ask her brother puzzled.

"Yeah, except there are some loony tunies who aren't nice as us,” Justin explains to Fluttershy, "They're like when the Diamond Dogs kidnapped Rarity in one episode."

"Oh dear," Fluttershy exclaimed in worry.

"Just keep the outfits on at all times, stay close to us, don't wander off and you fillies should do fine." Justin said with a smile. "There, what do you think?"

"Rarity, Ah done think yer outfits yew made fer us make us look so...frou-frou like." Applejack remarks, looking a bit annoyed of being dolled up.

"Well, I think you look a bit fabulous, AJ." Rarity gave a cheeky giggle. "You look amazing."

"I'm ready when you girls are." Hayley said, in her usual dress.

"Oh boy; can we see some clowns?!" Pinkie giggles while bouncing up and down. Fluttershy yelps a bit while shuddering. Clowns scare her.

"Maybe; Come on, we're missing out on the fun." Twilight said while trying to wear a backpack with books. The filly has trouble due to how heavy that the bag is.

"Twilight, we are there to enjoy ourselves, not go on a field trip." Justin chuckles as he took a lot of books out of the bag to give her adopted daughter a light load. "You can bring only one book, sweetie."

"Okay, daddy," Twilight said.

It was only a few minutes later as the family arrives at the fair. The fillies were nervous about people that they or their family don't know but luckily their disguises keep them safe from any insanity or recognizing.

The first thing that the family did was buy some drinks and snacks. Justin brought some cotton candy and water for the fillies (since they are obviously too young for soda yet) while getting some popcorn, Pepsi and Sprite for himself and Hayley.

"Munch munch munch munch!" Pinkie exclaims happily while eating her cotton candy.

Rainbow spots a roller coaster, then smirks while saying, "Let's go on that!" She points a hoof to the roller coaster.

"Oh, that looks a bit scary." Fluttershy said meekly while drinking her water.

"I can't believe we're finally here!" Twilight exclaimed excitedly as she drank her water.

"Come on, let's go on that ride!" Rainbow exclaims eagerly.

"I dunno, Fluttershy may get scared," Rarity said with a frown. "Besides, that ride looks uncouth!"

"Or not fer kids," Applejack said, then looks thoughtfully. "But we're ponies, so..."

"How about it, daddy," Rainbow ask Justin excitedly. 

Justin hesitates but then nods. After all, his fillies need to try something once in their life, right?

"Okay, but I gotta ride with you six." Justin said sternly. "And that goes for you too Hayley."

"Okay, daddy," Hayley said.

A while later, the family got on the ride; after the safely bar is on and all the passengers are in, the ride starts. It started out slow then goes a bit wild.

The fillies and Hayley cheers on wildly. Fluttershy surprisingly ends up enjoying herself. Justin does all he can to keep from throwing up.

Once the ride is over, everyone got off. Hayley uses her allowance to buy some pictures of themselves on the ride.

"Awww, dang it," Applejack said with a frown while looking at the picture of the family on the ride. "Ah done got mah eyes closed."

"Let's go again!" Rainbow exclaims excitedly.

Justin groans a bit and frowns, saying, "Rainbow, sorry, but once is enough for my stomach for today."

"It doesn't matter, because THAT WAS AWESOME!" Fluttershy cheered excitedly.

"Yes, for once, Rainbow Dash, you picked a ride that we all enjoy." Rarity said to her 'sister' with a smile on her face.

"Well, I wonder..." Justin begins to speak curiously.

Suddenly, a squee is heard as the ponies saw Twilight pointing to a stuffed donkey doll at a games stand. The filly exclaims, "Oh wow! It's a stuffed donkey doll! Can you get it for me, daddy?!"

"It's a prize for a game stand." Hayley explains to Twilight while glancing at the game stand which is a spaceship shooting one. "I think you gotta shoot down at spaceship to win it."

"Please, please, daddy! Can you win it for me?!" Twilight ask Justin hopefully.

Justin glances as there are only four game guns for the game. He gave a two fifty to the game operator while saying, "All right...Hayley, Rarity, Rainbow and Pinkie? You go first."

"Let's do it, girls!" Hayley shouted confidently to Rainbow, Pinkie and Rarity.

The ones not playing cheer as the girls kept on trying to blast the ship quickly. Pinkie almost came close, but she kept missing. Rarity and Rainbow tries to hit the spaceship, but to no prevail.

Soon, time ran out, making the players a bit disappointed. Applejack said, "Nice try; How about we git a turn?"

"Okay, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Twilight...you get a turn...and I guess Pinkie can play again if she wants." Justin remarks as he pay the same amount to the operator.

"So how do we play this game again?" Twilight ask the operator curiously.

"Duh; just blast the spaceship and you get a prize." The operator explains to Twilight, giving a 'you got to be kidding me' kind of look on his face.

"Don't worry, Twilight, you can do it." Justin assured the purple filly.

Twilight nods as the game begins to play once more. Suddenly her horn glows a bit, much to the surprise of the others and the confusion of the operator.

The operator gasps and ducks as Twilight fires a blast, sending a big explosion. Those nearby looks shocked and confused. The operator survived but the spaceship that was hit...turn into dusts.

"I did it!" Twilight giggles playfully.

"Not what we have in mind but it works." Hayley said with a chuckle.

"I believe you owe my daughter a doll." Justin said to the operator who nervously took down the donkey doll, giving it to Twilight. The man quickly gave a 10 to the operator. "Also, if anyone ask, some fireworks went off, got it?"

The operator nervously takes the money as the family walks away. Twilight happily hold her new donkey toy, saying, "All right, this is great!"

"So awesome," Rainbow exclaim eagerly. "Let's go blow up another game!"

"I think we should keep you fillies away from any games involving blasting for a while." Justin said to his daughters with a chuckle.

"I like her! I wanna call this doll Miss Smartypants!" Twilight squeals while hugging her new doll.

"Just like in the TV show, huh, Twilight," Applejack asked in amusement.

Justin pauses and smiles a bit. This has been an interesting day.

The rest of the time at the fair involves the family watching a clown act. Pinkie was laughing while throwing pies at the clown for some unknown reason. At one point, Rarity and Fluttershy plays a simple game where they win some simple prizes.

Twilight was a bit curious about the horse rides, especially since the horses don't respond to her. Justin has to explain to her that non-talking horses aren't like she and her 'sisters'.

The family was a bit excited as they stood in line since one of the people who helped make MLP: FiM was signing autographs. The ponies eagerly got some autographs signed.

The person was curious about the ponies but decided that it isn't anything to be curious about.

It was two hours later as the family's day at the fair is done. They all went home, with their prizes and the whatnot. Twilight happily plays with her new Miss Smartypants toy while Fluttershy works on feeding Angel who was home alone while they were gone.

The family decided to end the day by watching a film. Justin looks through some while asking, "So what movies would you kids want to watch?"

"Can we watch a princess one?" Hayley ask Justin curiously.

"How about a film about animals," Fluttershy ask her father with a happy smile.

"How about a monster with monsters in it; Raaaaar," Rainbow roars loudly, making Fluttershy yelp but giggle a bit.

"What about movies with Dragons?" Twilight ask her daddy curiously.

"Movies with songs; Oh, and dancing," Pinkie giggles while bouncing up and now.

"Well, I think I got a movie with all of that." Justin said thoughtfully as he pulls out a copy of 'My Little Pony: The Movie'. "This movie is set in the 1980s and part of the Gen 1 series. I think you girls will like it."

"Shucks, it got our title on it so let's watch!" Applejack exclaims eagerly.

After a while of getting popcorn and snacks, Justin puts in 'My Little Pony: The Movie' and sits down to watch it with his family. The fillies look amazed at the land of Ponyland as well as the earlier ponies. Of course, there are some scary parts like the witches, the Smooze, the big spider and such that made Fluttershy hide a bit.

But the girls cheer on as the heroes triumph with Pinkie grinning from ear to ear over the songs in the movie. This is everything that the ponies want in a film and more.

"Looks like there's only a weird voiced version of Spike in this," Rarity said in concern.

"Well, this was years before Spike of Gen 4 was born." Justin explains to Rarity with a chuckle.

"Yes, but how come we aren't in this?"

"Well, you six's older selves weren't around yet. There was a version of some of you like the original Twilight, the original Applejack, Firefly, Sparkler, Posey and Surprise. Some fandom has them as ancestors."

"Sounds nice," Fluttershy said with a smile.

Soon the movie is over, the Smooze defeated with Megan and her siblings going back home at the end. The family cheers on wildly. Pinkie giggles, "Oh boy, I love this movie!"

"Oh yeah. Yeah, it's a Kids movie but it got some major action." Rainbow giggles a bit.

"Glad you kids enjoy it." Justin said with a grin. "Well, time for bed, everyone and pony. You all got school in the morning and I hate for you to be too rushed."

"Awww, can't we stay up long?"

"Sorry, but no."

"Daddy," Twilight whimpers as she holds up a familiar book, the same one that the filly hold when Justin first found her and the other fillies. "Can you read this before we go to bed?"

Justin pauses then smiles as he takes the book, saying, "All right, but one read tonight."

Hayley and the fillies cheer. They sat on the couch as Justin opens the book, reading about the Timberwolf. The man has read this a few times. One more read wouldn't hurt.

Chapter 5: Close to the Big Goodbye


Time has passed since the fair. Over time, the ponies begin to grow up and be less childish. Even Hayley has grown, thanks to some help from her pals. She has gotten along very well for most of them. The Filly Mane Six has fill in the void left by the departure of Justin's wife.

The Mane Six surprisingly grow up fast but maybe it's because ponies grew a bit older than humans do. Although they have different holidays in Equestria, they also celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving and even Christmas like Justin and Hayley does. The Mane Six even took up making fan-fiction themselves, though kept it at rated G or PG to avoid problems.

At one point, the next year, Justin allows the Filly Mane Six to see Season 2. He knows that it's time for them to see the next season. The ponies saw themselves going through some major problems like Discord, Rainbow's ego problem that made her 'sisters' make the Mare Do Well, Fluttershy acting like a jerk temporarily, Applejack running off, Pinkie and the Cake Twins and the classic two parter wedding.

After the Season 2 episodes were done, Filly Twilight comment, "I suppose I can understand why my older self wasn't easily believed in the first part of the season finale; she didn't have hard evidence before making her accusations and she, while not a deliberate liar, DID believe things to be a lot worse than they actually were in the past."

Filly Rainbow Dash admit, "And, if your older selves tried simply taking MY older self quietly aside and talk to me when I had my ego problems, the odds are I would have ignored you and wrote you off as just jealous, which would have made it necessary to teach me an embarrassing lesson anyway."

"Yeah, you can see why those hard episodes were a bit difficult to me." Justin sighs a bit while hugging the two fillies. "I didn't like how most of you trot out on Twilight like that...and even I was upset to see Rainbow be ignored for the Mare Do Well. And you saw the Ponyville Confidential one, right?"

"Yes, I am appalled that my sister and her friends would look into my diary and invade our privacy." Rarity sighs a bit. "But I suppose we were harsh on them; Right to be angry, but harsh."

"We should remember those lessons and not be meanie harshie pants!" Pinkie remarks while eating a cupcake, "How about Season 3?"

"Well...maybe...in a few weeks." Justin assures his daughters with a chuckle. "You need to know these parts one thing at a time."

Justin of course wants to make sure that the fillies are ready to see Season 3, where Twilight became an alicorn princess at the end; One that cause some problems alongside the Brony community. Also, would they be ready to see the 'Equestria Girls' one?

Only time will tell.

It was March of one year when the big moment happened. Justin has decided to leave his fillies, who are now older and almost to their mare years, alone for the day. Hayley is about to graduate from middle school to high school and he wishes to attend it. Justin promises to give camera footage of the moment to the Mane Six, since they are still ponies and it wouldn't be good to make a fuss should Twilight and her 'sisters' were to attend.

Kenny was given charge of the ponies and is showing them some fan-fiction called 'Sonic Generations : Friendship is Timeless'. The Mane Six laughs, enjoying themselves while Rainbow comments, "Oh yeah! That Sonic guy is 20% awesome."

"Yes, and Tails is kinda...cute." Fluttershy giggles a bit.

Twilight blinks as she recalls some chapters. The mare asks, "Me with Sonic? I thought it would make sense to pair him with Rainbow Dash!"

"Well, that would be cool...but you and the hedgehog are opposite like you and Mordecai." Rainbow points out to Twilight with a shrug.

"Don't even go there. I am curious...what's this Crystal Empire, other duel and Discord reforming and stuff? Did that happen in the series?"

"Not sure, we haven't seen season 3 yet, darling." Rarity said in concern. "Daddy wants to wait to see it...come to think about it. The more I think about it, the more we are wondering if we are related to those ponies on the show or..."

"Let's find out!" Pinkie giggles as she bounces in with the season 3 DVDs. "I know how to work that DVD player! We can play this and watch!"

"Oh, I don't know." Twilight said in hesitation. "Daddy wants to wait until we're ready to see it...unless there are some moments in the third season that..."

"Well, horse feathers, Twilight! We're grown mares by now! Ah done say we go ahead an' watch it." Applejack insists to Twilight in determination. "Daddy an' Hayley won't be back for a while an' 'dis here is our chance! Come on."

"Well...all right, fine. But if anything bad happens, we're turning this DVD off."

"Yay," Pinkie cheers as she puts the DVD into the player. The mare turns the thing on as the ponies get snacks, ready to watch the whole thing.

"Sorry that I slip up, daddy," Hayley apologizes as she and Justin got some groceries out of the back. "My graduation was supposed to be perfect."

"It can happen to everyone, Hayley. You did fine." Justin assures as he hugs Hayley a bit before they head inside. "Things are a bit quiet in here, don't you think?"

"Yeah, I think I heard the TV on...and some singing."

Justin looks concerned as he heard some words from Celestia on the TV, "We are gathered here today in celebration of a momentous occasion. My most faithful student, Twilight Sparkle, has done many extraordinary things since she's lived in Ponyville. She even helped reunite me with my sister, Princess Luna. But today, Twilight Sparkle did something extraordinary. She created new magic, proving without a doubt that she is ready to be crowned Equestria's newest princess! Fillies and gentlecolts, may I present for the very first time...Princess Twilight Sparkle!"

Justin and Hayley put the groceries down as they rush into the Living Room. Sure enough, there's the ponies finishing watching the rest of the season 3 finale and Kenny still sleeping. The two didn't say a word as they watch the rest of the episode, up to Twilight flying to the camera at the end.

Once it's done, Rainbow turns and saw Justin and Hayley, the Pegasus pony spoke up, "Oh! Dad, Hayley...didn't see ya come in."

"Yeah," Justin said, scratching the back of his head. His daughters look at him in concern, having deep thoughts. It's like what happened in 'My Little Dashie' all over again; Hoo boy.

"Soooo....daddy; what's the big deal of Twilight being an alicorn?" Pinkie asks Justin curiously.

"Well, it's kinda...okay, the whole thing may sound rushed to you but it should make sense in the movie as well as the 4th season." Justin said to Pinkie in concern.

"We have a movie, too?" Rainbow asked in surprise. 

"Yep...hey, listen...do you know how everything you saw in those seasons so far felt familiar to you?" Hayley ask her sisters seriously.

"Yeah," Fluttershy said in concern.

"Yeah...you see...dad and I suspected that...you are really them." Hayley explains seriously, much to the fillies' surprise. 

"We're... the actual ponies?" Twilight asked in shock. 

"Yeah..." Justin said with a nod.

Twilight said to her father seriously, “So everything we saw from the show was actually real. We really are them? We really are from 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'?”

Justin sighs as he admits the truth, "I'm afraid so." He knew that his day would come and was worried for the results before then.

Applejack pause a bit before speaking, "Gee, Ah don't know what 'ta say. But why did yew want 'ta tell us about 'dis now? Ah mean honest is important, but most parents are kinda worry 'dat kids or foals like us are not ready until we're old enough 'ta understand 'dis."

Justin decides that it’s time to come out with the explanation. He explains, "Because I don't 'want' any of you or us to face the same problem as 'My Little Dashie'. I don't want to hurt your feelings and trusts. Besides, all of you deserve to know the truth."

Hayley nods as she adds, “Daddy's right. Because of that, we are family. All of 'you' need to know the truth like this.”

For a moment, the ponies pause. Justin is fearing for the worst. But then Rainbow Dash said, "We get it. To be honest, we couldn't have a better family than you guys. You guys are the best. You really are generous, honesty, laughter, kindness and loyalty. But best of all awesomeness, you guys are magical."

Rarity giggles as she adds, "I agree with Rainbow. Even though we really came from real 'Equestria', but you, darlings are indeed a good family that we ever had."

"Now wait a sec. If I recall correctly from 'My Little Dashie', we learn the truth sooner or later, then that means-!" Pinkie's eyes widen in shock. She then scream and panicked, "Oh my gosh! Oh my goodness! And OMG! Princess Celestia will come to get us home, and I mean the real Equestria!"

"What," Fluttershy gasps in alarm and sadness. She turns to Justin and Hayley while continuing, "Then, that means we won't be staying here. But we want to be with you. I don't want to forget about you too. It's too much to bear."

"Me too; this is too much pain for me to think bad things." Rainbow said as she looks down in sadness. The other mares look sad, knowing that someday, they will have to leave Justin and Hayley to return to Equestria.

Pinkie’s mane flattens as she said sadly, "Me three. I don't wanna leave you guys behind. You are my Super Duper and goody and best family we ever had."

"I'm afraid that's fate. We cannot escape from it. This... IS...THE…WORST...POSSIBLE...THING…EVER!" Rarity groans before fainting right onto the couch.

"Ah can't tell a lie!" Applejack cries a bit to her human family. "Ah don't want 'ta go home without yew. Cuz we're apple pie. "There's no way Ah'm gonna go home without any o' yew."

"We are truly grateful for you, Justin and Harley, for raising, thinking and caring for us as your daughters. Thank you so much, daddy and Hayley. You guys are the BFF." Twilight explains to Justin and Hayley with a sad smile on her face. Everyone looked at her as if she's referring to 'friends'. "Not 'Best Friend Forever', as in 'Best Family Forever'." Justin, Hayley and 5 of Mane Six nodded their heads in understanding of Twilight's BFF. "I don't know what we can do. I doubt Princess Celestia will allow us to stay here or to be bringing them to Equestria. We'll be missing you but we belong in Equestria as well as our own family: my family, Applejack's, Pinkie's, Rarity's, Rainbow's and Fluttershy's. I guess this may be goodbye to both of us and you."

"We're going to miss you. You're the best sisters I ever had. Thank you." Hayley said sadly. The Mane Six and Hayley sobbed while they hugged together.

Justin looks thoughtfully as he said, "Maybe we should try. Maybe Princess Celestia may let you or us to visit each other. Who knows? Our Lord and Nature works in mysterious ways. But let me tell you something important: we maybe apart from each other, but we will never forget of each other in our hearts. I'm really proud to be your father, Mane Six, so as Hayley."

Justin hugged his daughter and Mane Six. They all say in unison, "We'll always be together no matter what."

"But until Celestia does come here, I want you all to be brave...as we will spend the best times together as best as we can." Justin assures his adopted daughters with a grin.

"Right; we may belong to Equestria, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun until then." Rarity giggles playfully.

Twilight pauses as she looks at her back, asking, "So dad...when do I get wings again?"

"I don't know. When you got them, you made new magic via Star-Swirl the Bearded's journal. Not sure how it will work now." Justin said thoughtfully. "But mark my words; you will be an alicorn again someday."

"I sure hope so!" Twilight said.

"Well, since you're caught up...who wanna watch 'Equestria Girts'?" Justin asks the family. They all cheer wildly.

Just then, Kenny woke up, looking a bit confused as he asks, "The heck? What did I miss?"

"Uncle Kenny, we know the truth about us." Fluttershy said. 

"Hey, come on! You have to spread the idea that they're 'happy with other fillies'?" Kenny asks Justin in alarm.

"No, no, not that; who they are," Justin said to Kenny, wanting to assure his pal that what he's thinking...isn't THAT at all.

"Oh. Sorry." Kenny said sheepishly.

The family and Kenny spend a few minutes or so watching a DVD release of 'Equestria Girls'. Applejack cheers on, "Hoo doggy; never thought we would see 'de day when we look like humans."

"Right; I look awesome kicking that soccer ball around." Rainbow remarks with a grin.

Twilight looks at the movie in concern. Hayley, noticing, ask, "Is there a problem?"

"Oh, I don't know...it's about that Flash Sentry. He's cute...but I felt like I feel like being with another stallion." Twilight explains with a sigh. "I don't understand why."

"Sounds like one of Daddy's fanfics." Hayley remarked.

"Oooh, I adore Spike even when he's a little puppy." Rarity giggles happily. "I just wish I could one day meet him."

"Well, when the princess comes to take us back, you may." Fluttershy giggles to Rarity playfully. "Though I don't know if you should be with Spike or another unicorn." 

"There is a debate about that." Kenny remarks while eating some peanuts.

Justin looks thoughtfully as he said to Twilight, "Twilight. Remember when you mentioned wanting to meet Nyx?"

"Yeah. Why?" Twilight asked in confusion.

"Well, I manage to have a pony doll that is custom-made and...well, I got a surprise for you." Justin then goes over to a closet and opens it. He came back with a custom-made doll that looks like Nyx, "Ta-da."

Twilight gasped happily as she sees the Nyx doll. "Oh, daddy, it's beautiful!" She exclaimed happily.

"See? I have it made just for you." Justin said proudly.

"Yay," Fluttershy giggles as she looks at the Nyx doll. "I wish I met the real one but this works too."

"Yeah...some half of me wishes we can bring something to life." Hayley said with a sigh. Justin pauses to think.

Is it possible for unicorn and alicorns to bring something to life with magic? Someday, when Celestia arrives, he got to ask her if that's possible.

Once the film is over, Kenny heads on phone so that the family can clean the house up. Rarity hums while dusting up some parts, Applejack uses her lassoing skills to pull some stuff into places; Rainbow helps Fluttershy out with Angel, while Twilight and Pinkie did the laundry.

"You know, watching the show, I wonder why Spike did the chores while we just not do much." Twilight said in concern as she activates the washing machine. "I feel like just a slave driver."

"Ooooh, come on. You don't feel like one on purpose." Pinkie assures her 'sister' with a smile. "There are just some complicated things; that's all. Why I betcha you care for Spike like a little brother."

"Yeah, I hope so." Twilight said with a smile of hope. Who knows? Maybe Pinkie is right. "But one thing I'm still worried about."

"Yeah," Pinkie ask curiously while folding the laundry.

"That whole 'Cupcakes' thing...it isn't real, is it?"

"Of course not! I would never make cupcakes out of my best friends!" Pinkie exclaimed in an outraged tone, "That grimdark fic is sick and disgusting! Plus, it makes me COMPLETELY out of character!"

"Okay, just checking." Twilight said with a nod, relieved. She just wants to make sure that her friend/sister isn't like that sick monster at all.

The chores are eventually done just in time for dinner. Once they're done eating, Justin and Hayley also let them read the comic book series which starts after the second season finale.

"Hee hee; Serves Chrysalis right for what she did," Rainbow laughs as she reads a comic book.

"My word," Rarity said in worry as she reads the Nightmare Rarity Arc. "I became Nightmare Moon’ How...terrifying!"

"Oh, it’s okay, Rarity. You are still our good friend." Fluttershy assures Rarity with a smile on her face.

Rarity batted her eyelashes, smiling as she said, "Thank you, Fluttershy, I appreciate it."

Justin, Hayley and the ponies continue their everyday lives. While the house is getting closer to decaying, the ponies and their human friends were able to update and fix the place, assuring that it will remain standing for a very long time.

It is a week away before the Mane Six's anniversary of them being brought into the home of Justin and Hayley. The girl is a bit excited because to her, it's kinda like a birthday, celebrating six at once. Justin has invited Kenny, Missy C, Big Al, and various folks that the ponies have made friends who are trusted with the big secret.

At some point, Rainbow and her 'sisters' are watching the Indiana Jones films. Hayley comment, "Look at how Rainbow is watching the Indiana Jones movies."

Justin admits, "Considering how her older counterpart likes Daring Do, it's not surprising that she would like the character Daring Do is a parody of."

"Dad, she is Rainbow's adult counterpart."

"Oh, I see."

"I wonder how Harrison Ford does that." Rarity exclaims impressed. "I mean, do all those amazing stunts and yet not get mowed down."

"That guy is a genius, a true legend!" Rainbow exclaims with a smirk. "Man, wouldn't I love to hang out with him?"

"Yeah, but not wit'out us worrying about yer safely, sugar cube." Applejack points out to Rainbow in concern, knowing that it's impossible to meet an actor without alerting others to the presence of talking ponies.

"Why? Can't we do secrets anymore?"

"Nope," The family remarks with a shrug as they continue watching the movies.

The big day has come a week later. Everyone that knew, care for and kept the secret of the Mane Six are invited. With Pinkie's help, Justin and Hayley were able to set up their 'birthday' party, all of them are ready. The guests are in the backyard...while the fillies are inside watching TV.

"Nice party so far, Justin." Missy C said to Justin with a smile. "But I don't see my students anymore."

"Nope! Can't have a party without them," Big Al points out in agreement, "Nope!"

"Well, we will have to bring them out, won't we?" Justin remarks with a slight chuckle. He spoke up to the guests, "Everyone, I would thank you all for attending the party...but first, I got go inside and get the birthday ponies."

The guests laugh at the joke. Justin and Hayley smiles as they head inside to fetch the Mane Six. They are in the living room, watching the fourth season of MLP on DVD. Twilight comment, "Given what happened in the third season finale, I can understand why you didn't want us seeing the fourth season too soon."

"Well, you all should turn the TV off." Hayley points out to her sisters with a smile. "Your guests are here and it's time to birthday until you all are flying, yo!"

"You'd love it! I helped prepare it!" Pinkie giggles as she bounces up and down eagerly. "Oh, there are games, cake, everything..."

"Shucks, wouldn't it 'de secret be ruined if yer're doing 'de preparations?" Applejack ask Pinkie skeptically.

"Oh, it isn't actually a birthday, just an anniversary after all." Twilight points out to Applejack with a smile. "It's all right if she can help daddy and Hayley out with the party."

"Why don't we head into the bathroom to get ready?" Hayley ask the mares with a smile. "We want to freshen up."

"What are we, humans or ponies?" Rarity giggles a bit as the ponies follow their sister to the bathroom. "Still, we must be presentable for our guests."

Fluttershy nods a bit. As she and the others leaves, Justin chuckles a bit and shake his head. Those fillies has brought joy and hope back into his and Hayley's life. And the human took very good care of them all. They wonder what could possibly ruin this day.

Just then, Justin heard a knock at the door, making him a bit puzzled. Odd, he didn't invite any more guests. Everyone is either in the bathroom or out in the back yard. In precaution he approach the door, hoping that the newcomers are friendly and not sick Bronies...or government folks who found out about the ponies and wish to do studies on them in labs.

When Justin opens the door, it was neither one...but something that he knew was coming for a long time now. For you see, the newcomers at the door is a white alicorn with light blue/green, and purple mane and tail and a sun as a cutie mark, a blue alicorn with a crescent moon on a purple background for a cutie mark, a purple Dragon with green scales that was twice as tall as the average adult pony (and ten times stronger and tougher than the average adult pony), and three mares, one is a white unicorn with purple and pink mane and tail as well as a three silver musical notes surrounded by a golden bell, a yellow Earth pony with red long hair, a long red tail and a red bow with a hammer next to an apple with three nails inside, and the last is an orange coat, a ragged, pale short pink mane, a pink tail and her cutie mark is a red scooter next to a purple lightning bolt.

The white alicorn nods as she spokes first, "Sir, forgive the intrusion...but is my student and her friends here by any chance?"

Chapter 6: The Mane Six's Departure


Justin sighs as he looks at what is the Royal Sisters, a huge Dragon version of Twilight's brother/assistant Spike, and the grown up mares known as Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo. Deep down, he knew that this day would come...but never thought that it would happen on the anniversary of when Justin brought the Mane Six into his home.

"Perhaps you didn't hear my sister, sir." Luna said sternly. "She said..."

"Princess Luna, I know what she said. Yes, I know who you are and the rest." Justin said suddenly, much to the interest of the newcomers. "We have been waiting for you for some time now."

"Really; Wow, you must be psychic!" Sweetie giggles a bit.

"In a way; come on into my home."

"Thank you." Celestia said as the newcomers come into the house, making sure not to bump into anything on the way in. Justin closes the door as the princess asks, "So you have been waiting for us?"

"Yes. I read a fan-fiction that is simpler to this." Justin answers with a sigh. He knew what this means: the man must let his daughters go but Justin must be brave. "You came looking for Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Fluttershy...to bring them back home to Equestria."

"Wow. He is good." Scootaloo said in amazement. "So is Rainbow Dash here?"

"Yes, she is...madame, if you wish to know, I can explain that I found them as fillies when they first came to live here."

"Really," Princess Luna asks Justin curiously. "Explain."

So Justin explains the details from when he first found them on his doorstep as fillies. The newcomers listen as the adopted father explains how he and Hayley took care of them all, how their friends help out in keeping them safe from those who could wish them hard, the cutie marks, the trip to the fair, even the revelation parts.

After the explanation is done, Celestia did some thinking then say, "That explains how you knew we were coming. You did a good job in taking care of my student and her friends."

"So any chance we can see them?" Spike asks Justin hopefully. "I wanted so much to see Twilight...and Rarity..."

"They're in the bathroom right now, getting cleanup for their birthday party." Justin adds with a chuckle, much to the surprise of the newcomers. "You must excuse me. We were having a party that celebrate them coming into my and Hayley's home. They have no idea that you are here."

"Shucks, Ah done guess we came wit'out warning." Apple Bloom said in concern. "Ah mean, would it be right 'ta take them home wit'out them celebrating their last party here?"

"We will see what happens first." Luna said with a nod before turning to Justin, "Sir?"

"You can call me Justin, your highness." Justin said, bowing in respect to the Goddess of the Night. Turning to the bathroom, he calls out, "Hayley, girls! You got some visitors."

"Really; who could it be?" Pinkie is heard asking eagerly.

"Just come into the living room. You're all going to be surprised."

Hayley and the Mane Six came into the living room, curiously as to who is visiting. Upon entering the room, they stop and look surprised upon seeing the new visitors. Princess Celestia notes the surprised looks on Twilight and her friends' faces. It's obvious that they knew who the newcomers are...and what the princess and her group are here for.

"Twilight Sparkle...do you know who I am?" Celestia ask Twilight in concern.

"Yeah, I know..." Twilight said with a nod. "You...are my teacher, Princess Celestia...we knew that this day would come; Right?"

"Yes." Fluttershy said with a nod. Twilight smiles as she trots over to Spike who smiles eagerly, happy to see his big 'sister' again.

"Spike, you're big and mature. And I don't mean the greedy and beastly one."

Spike chuckle, "Oh Twilight. I'd miss that worry of yours so much. I'd never get tired of that one." The Dragon hug the pony gently, "I'm so glad to see you alright. You had no idea how much worried I, Ben, Nyx and our family can be. We miss you so much."

"I miss you too, Spike. I'm glad I watch everything from the show to recall you and the events." Twilight said. But what Spike said confuses her a bit. "Wait a minute! Did you say 'Ben' and 'Nyx'? Who's 'Ben'? How did you know 'Nyx'? I mean it's impossible! Everything from the show doesn't have 'Ben' or 'Nyx'. They're all fiction. They all can't be real, can they?"

Spike, shocked and disbelief, ask, "What are you talking about? Ben is your colt-friend since your fillyhood. I have known Nyx since you brought her to our home and family. Twilight, are you alright? It's like you have lost your memories or something. Did Discord or King Sombra do this to you? I'd swear that I'll make them pay, maybe just King Sombra. Discord has already reform since Fluttershy had changed him."

"I believe I know the reason. Twilight and her friends are having amnesia." Celestia said thoughtfully. Everyone is shocked. "Do you remember when you first came to this world?"

Twilight answers, "We were fillies, Princess Celestia."

"I believe I have the answer. Twilight, what you saw from the 'show' is the 'prime' and 'original' world. As for this, you, your friends and us are from one of alternative dimensions. Once the 'original' is created, then copies of them appeared but in different ways such as different stories, events and different fictional ponies like Ben and Nyx. I can't blame you for not remembering my son."

"Wait! Ben is your son! Oh my gosh! Then, that means - I'm one of royalties, other than my older brother, Shining Armor. Oh no, this is bad! How could I forget the stallion I love before Flash Sentry? Oh no! This is not good! What will Ben say? What will Nyx say? Or even worst: what if Ben and Flash Sentry have to fight over me? I'm in a terrible situation! They will hate me!"

Princess Celestia holds up a hoof to calm her student down, "Twilight Sparkle. Worrying and panic will not solve the problems in explaining to Ben and Nyx about you being amnesia. But as long you had me to explain it, Ben will understand it. He knows it. After all, he loves you ever since you became not only his best friend, but his true love. Nyx loves you as her close mother. You raise her well."

Spike adds, "Yeah, you shouldn't worry too much about it. I'm sure Ben and Nyx will understand. After all, they and me love you, because you're the best and great pony in our family." 

"One more thing, Twilight, Flash Sentry is an old friend of Ben before you. He's been helping and training Ben to be a good 'fighter' just before he left with his father, a lieutenant, for the mission General Steel had given him. There isn't an argument between them over you. So you should not worry about it. Flash has always support Ben's relationship with you, not because of royalty, but his friendship and bonding with him."

"Besides, Flash wants to be friends with you, not want you to be his filly-friend. Flash is friendly, nice, kind, loyal and understanding pony. Ever since you met him, Flash is willing to help you to get back on your feet as princess, as well as staying with Ben, no matter what happens."

Twilight sighs in relief, "Thank you, Princess and Spike. I'm so glad to meet you in pony. You're a wonderful teacher. And Spike, you're the best brother."

"My goodness, Spike," Rarity said, blushing to Spike. "You have indeed grown into a huge handsome Dragon. I don't know what to say."

"Gee, thanks for saying that, Rarity." Spike said with a blush of his own.

Apple Bloom smiles as she trots up to her sister, exclaiming, "Applejack! It's really yew!" 

Applejack looks at Apple Bloom oddly as she ask, "Do Ah know yew?"

"It's me. Apple Bloom; Yer best and hardworking sister; Yew couldn't forget about me, could yew?"

"Apple Bloom; Oh mah herd! It's really yew! Yew really is real. An' yew had your cutie mark."

Apple Bloom smiles as she show her cutie mark proudly, saying, "Yeah. Mah talent is making arts an' crafts. Who would have thought 'dat mah arts are so great and fantastic? Many ponies wanted them so badly. 'Ta be honest, Cutie Mark Crusaders an' Ah really should have use our talents in 'de first place. Coz it is our real talent an' cutie marks. It took us very long 'ta figure 'dat out. Ah even help Big Mac an' Granny Smith at 'de farm."

Applejack smile as she hugs her sister, saying, "Ah'm so glad 'ta hear it. An' Ah'm so glad 'ta see yew fer real."

Sweetie Belle spoke to her real sister Rarity, "Do you remember me, Rarity? You hate mud but you willingly support me like at the Sisterhooves Social."

Rarity, shocked, gasps as she hugs her real sister, "Sweetie Belle! Oh my! Darling, you're a mare. I like your mane. It's so dashing and beautiful. Like Apple Bloom, you had a cutie mark too. Does this mean..."

"Yup; I sing. Can you believe that? I use to be afraid of going onto the stage. But for couple of days, months or maybe even a year, it took me to have courage and confident to sing. Guess what? I really did it. You should have listened and seen what I could do."

"I knew one day or someday that I would like to hear what you can do. Even better, I would meet you in pony for my very first life."

Rainbow Dash looks at Scootaloo, smirking as she said, "Let me guess. You're Scootaloo; My best fan and sister? And you had a cutie mark too? What is that about? Can you fly? How much you miss me? Oh my gosh. I can't wait to find out."

Scootaloo giggle, "Oh Rainbow Dash, you really are an excited pony, aren't you? Yeah, the one and only admirer and sister you had since the day we met. My cutie mark is doing dangerous and amazing stunts as you are with my scooter. Yeah, about that; I can fly. But I'd prefer the ground. Coz it's so awesome. I'd really miss you so much, Rainbow Dash."

Rainbow smile, hugging Scootaloo as she adds, "You'll always awesome to me, Scootaloo, even if you can't fly. I'm so happy and cite to see you in pony."

Apple Bloom adds, "We're so glad 'ta see yew alright. Ah don't want yew 'ta leave me again, Applejack coz yer're 'de only pony an' sister Ah love 'de most, other than Big Mac and Granny Smith."

Sweetie Belle said to Rarity, "You had no idea how much I miss you since you disappeared. I'm so happy to see you again. Now we're together again. You can listen to my singing." 

Scootaloo laughs to Rainbow, "Yeah, it wouldn't be fun or cool of not having you with me. But now, we found you. Both you and me can have some coolest moves and tricks. It's time for us to shine."

The CMC adds together, "We miss you so much, even you're in amnesia."

Applejack pauses a bit then grins, saying to Apple Bloom, "'Ta be honest. Seeing an' wondering about yew fro' 'de show makes me miss yew so much. Guess what, Apple Bloom. Ah didn't want 'ta leave yew too."

Rarity smiles to her real sister, saying, "Looking at you from the show makes me guilty and upset. I'm truly happy and grateful to see you, Sweetie Bell. I'll listen to your singing. On other hoof, we can both sing together." 

Rainbow rubs Scootaloo's mane as she say, "Now you're with me, Scootaloo. I'm so glad that you found me. I'm so cite to know about you from the show. Now we'll shine the world of what we made of."

Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow said at once, "We're so happy to have wonderful sisters."

Both elder and younger sisters sobbed and hugged. Justin and Hayley grins, a bit happy and sad to see this reunion; The human girl then ask puzzled, "Still, how is it that the Mane Six ended up here in the first place? Dad found them on the doorstep as foals."

"Yeah, what did happen?" Pinkie asks a bit puzzled, wondering how it is that she and her friends/'sisters' came to this universe.

Spike comment, "Many years ago, the evil version of Discord, Doctor Lizardo and Nightmare Moon II changed all six of you back to fillies with most of your memories gone and then sent you into another dimension that it took us more than a decade and a half to find. Fortunately, the Crusaders (they dropped the "Cutie Mark" portion of their club name after they all earned their Cutie Marks), the Wonderbolts, Trixie, the good Discord, Zecora, Big Mac, Shining Armor, Cadance Celestia, Luna and I were able to stop the villains from conquering Equestria in your absence - just barely. You have NO idea how many Equestrias AND Earths there actually ARE."

Twilight puts in, "Actually, we DO have a pretty good idea how many Equestrias and Earths there are. We read A LOT of Pony fan fictions while we were here and I also read a Silver Age Flash comic that suggests that just because something is fiction in ONE word doesn't mean it's not real in another universe. And, yes, there WERE, indeed, A LOT of Equestrias AND Earths to search. We just appreciate the fact you cared enough to keep searching despite that."

"Oh, well, that sums it up."

"Justin, your adopted father, told us how well he and Hayley has taken care of you all." Luna said with a nod.

"Yeah, they may not be our real family...but they are still family to us." Rainbow remarks with a chuckle.

"Do...do we really have to go now? I mean, can't they come with us?" Rarity asks the princesses sadly.

"Sadly, no; they have their place in this world; you got your place in ours." Celestia said then got a thoughtful look. "But...we don't have to go right now, right Luna?"

"Yes, there is a party waiting for us six outside right now." Luna said in agreement, "Would be a shame if you all miss out by leaving so soon."

"So we can have one more party before leaving?" Applejack asks hopefully.

"It shall be done."

"Can we attend too?" Spike asks eagerly to the Mane Six and their adopted family. "We may not have met these guests before...but it would be great to introduce ourselves until then."

"I don't see why not." Justin said with a grin, making most of the ponies, Spike and Hayley cheer on wildly. Turning to the princesses, he said, "If you wish to attend, Princess Celestia..."

"I believe we can make that happen as well." Celestia said with a giggle. The princess shall attend the Mane Six's final party here in this place before they can go home...for good or for now.

Before Justin could say anything, a rift of some kind opens as two voices are heard as they come out of the rift.

"Big brother, next time, leave the AU travel stuff to me." A pink pony that looks like Pinkie except with a flat tail and mane, "Last thing we wish is to end up in another world that had dinosaurs trying to eat us." 

"Indeed little sister but anyway I see the human right now." Golden Heart, the alicorn, said as he saw Justin.

"Oh goodie and looks like there a party going on. But let's see how are pony friends been doing."

Justin blinks as Pinkie grins, saying, "Cameos. You gotta love them."

The guests are waiting for the ponies to come out. They are a bit excited. Justin came out with a smile, "All right, everyone. I got good news and some bad news."

"There isn't going to be any cake?!" Kenny calls out frantically.

"No, there will be cake, Kenny. Let me start the good news first." Justin said sternly then grins. "First off, we got some special guests for the ponies' party. I believe you all know them, they are different but make them feel welcome anyway: the Princesses Celestia and Luna, Spike the Dragon, and the now grown-up Cutie Mark Crusaders!"

Then, the special guests revealed themselves with smiles on their faces, much to the surprise of Kenny and the other guests.

"Whoa, it's them, truly them!" Kenny exclaims excitedly. The Mane Six and Hayley came out, getting a bit uneasy.

"Kenny, didn't we talk about this?" Justin asks Kenny in annoyance. "No pervert remarks!" 

"Sorry." Kenny said with a sheepish chuckle. Regardless, the guests cheer and welcome the newcomers.

"We thank you all for welcoming us here." Luna said with a smile."

"Wow." Spike chuckles as some of the kids come over to him, looking the big Dragon over. "I betcha they've never saw a big Dragon before."

"Not one from the show anyway." Rarity giggles to Spike in amusement.

"Is that really your cutie mark?" A kid named Michelle ask as she looks at Sweetie's cutie mark. "It looks cute!"

"It's as cute as you, Sweetie!" Another girl named Jenny exclaimed.

"Aw, stop it. Not true." Sweetie giggles, almost lying down into a cute position.

"And now, I got some bad news." Justin said seriously, hating to give out the bad news but he must. "This sadly will be Twilight and the ponies' last party here on Earth."

"What," A girl named May asked in shock while she was petting Apple Bloom.

"Sad but true. Celestia has come to take Twilight and her friends back to Equestria." Justin explains, getting a sad 'awww' from the guests, "But no worries. Let's not let that ruin this party. Let us celebrate our times with the Mane Six up to now!" 

The crowd cheers on. The humans knew that they probably won't see the Mane Six again after this party is over...but as long as they remember them or the ponies keep them in their hearts, true friendship will never be forgotten. 

"So who wants cake?" Justin asks as he motions to a big cake.

Celestia licks her lips eagerly at the cake. Luna rolls her eyes as she said, "Tia, the birthday fillies get the first pieces."

"Oh. Silly me," Celestia said with a giggle.

Big Al helps serves the cake, the ponies got the first few pieces. Twilight gives a piece to the princess who eats it happily.

"Princess, although we have make amends after the wedding, one thing I am concerned about." Twilight said to her mentor in concern.

"Which is?" Celestia ask Twilight, wondering what her student is talking about.

"I know Applejack apologize for doubting me...but did you, my other friends and Shining apologize?" Twilight ask Celestia hopefully.

Celestia pauses then smiles as she said, "Twilight, I assure you. We did apologize for our behavior. Just because you didn't see us do so on the show, doesn't mean we didn't really."

"Yeah, I guess you're right. It's just my friends and I read this crossover story with me and Sonic." Twilight said, almost biting her lip. "It shows what happened if that off-screen stuff didn't happen. I guess I was worried."

"No need to worry. Those stories are AU like those awful grimdark fics." Celestia remarks, a hint of disgust is seen on her voice.

"Yeah, you're right." Twilight said with a sigh. She looks at her back while bringing up another subject, "So I am an alicorn. How would I get my wings back?"

"Well, it will take time but I will see to it that you will get your wings back." Celestia assures Twilight while nuzzling her a bit. "A princess isn't a princess without a pair of wings."

The humans are playing hit the piñata. Spike smirks as he grabs a stick, puts on a blindfold and calls out, "All right, I'm ready to start swinging!"

"Go get him, dragon dude!" A teenage boy cheered Spike on.

Spike swings...and hit the piñata right now, sending candy right out. The kids, Pinkie and Crusaders rush to get some candy. The pink pony cheers on, "Munch, munch, munch!"

"All right, Spike, you rule!" Scootaloo cheers on wildly.

"So out of curiosity, can you raise the sun and moon here?" Ben asks the presents curiously.

"We would but we don't wish to make a panic or ruin the order." Luna explains to Ben seriously.

"Besides, we only do stuff like that back in Equestria." Celestia adds in agreement with her sister.

"Yeah, I see." Ben said in understanding.

"Look, Karaoke!" Sweetie exclaims, pointing to a karaoke stand nearby, "Hey, sis! This is your chance to sing with me. Come on!"

"Oh, it is so on!" Rarity giggles as she and Sweetie rush over. They took turns with the mike while singing to the crowd.

"Can't believe that Sweetie Belle would sing so wonderfully," Fluttershy said while petting Angel. "Isn't that right, Angel?"

Angel nodded happily in agreement and reply. Meanwhile, Pinkie plays a game of 'Pin the Tail on the Pony'. When she removes her blindfold, the mare saw that she put her own tail onto the pony drawing...with the fake tail on her own hand, much to her surprise.

"Pinkie Pie, you are so random." Rainbow giggles a bit while giving a drink to Scootaloo. "You know, Scoots, shame that you weren't here when I was a filly. We would've been awesome pals."

"We still are awesome pals now, Rainbow Dash." Scootaloo points out to her idol/sister with a wide grin.

"Too true," Rainbow said, seeing her point.

"An' so Rainbow once again got us our darn cutie marks an' at 'de same time too." Applejack explains how she and her friends got their cutie marks in this world.

"Wowie, nothing stays 'de same, eh AJ?" Apple Bloom ask her big sister with a grin.

"Nnope," Applejack remarks with a light chuckle.

"All right, everyone. It's time for presents." Justin calls out as the Mane Six heads over to where the presents are at. "On the count of three...

"1, 2...3; Go crazy!" Hayley exclaims to her adopted sisters with a smirk

"PRESENTS!!!" The ponies cheered eagerly as they all jumped to the presents.

The humans and newcomers laugh as the Mane Six tear through the presents. Rainbow smirks as she held out some baseball cards, exclaiming, "Cool cards!"

"Oh, wowie, wow, wow!" Pinkie giggles as she held up a handheld game. "I haven't seen these babies in months!"

"'The Elements of Harmony'," Twilight said in amazement as she held up a book with a familiar title then looks through it. "But this isn't the one like on the show."

"Oh, it's rather a guidebook on you ponies and your show." Kenny remarks to Twilight with a delightful chuckle. "Help ya catch up if need be."

"Oh my...look at all these dolls." Fluttershy said as she and her pals took out the stuffed animals and dolls that they got so far. "That's too much for us."

"Right...hmm, I know!" Rarity said thoughtfully as she uses her magic to levitate a teddy bear to Sweetie. "Sweetie, dear, would you want this?"

"Oh, yes, yes!" Sweetie squealed as she takes the teddy bear and hugs it happily.

"Yeah, I think we should give some of our dolls and teddy bears to Nyx and some of the dolls back at Equestria." Rainbow remarks with a shrug while giving a panda bear toy to Scootaloo.

"Princess," Applejack ask the princess hopefully.

"You got our permission." Celestia said thoughtfully. "I believe that it will be wonderful to give gifts of your time here in Equestria."

"This I am giving to Nyx." Twilight said as she uses her magic to show the custom-made Nyx doll. "What do you think? Does it look like her?"

"Why, Twilight, it certainly does look like your daughter." Celestia said thoughtfully after looking at the doll.

The party went on for a few more minutes or so, until the time had finally come.

"Everyone, attention, please." Celestia said with a nod, getting everyone's attention. "This has been a wonderful party and you all have been very kind and nice to us."

"Yes, but sadly, now is the time to say the final goodbyes." Luna said in concern. Everyone knew what this meant. It's time for the Mane Six to leave and head on back to their true world.

"Justin, Hayley...my sister and I both like to thank you both for taking good care of Twilight and her friends while they were here." Celestia said to Justin and Hayley. "We know how important they are to you two."

"Yeah, sure do." The man said with a nod. Justin grins as he gave a sad smile to the ponies, the same ones that he first met when they were fillies. The man said, "I guess this is goodbye. But I'm happy to be with you."

Hayley, shedding tears which she wiped off her face, adds, "I'm going to miss you six, Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie."

Pinkie, shedding tears of her own, adds, "Me too, Hayley. We'll going to miss you a lot, a lot and A LOT."

Fluttershy adds gently and sadly, "We won't forget of your kindness and gentle."

Rarity pauses then said with a nod, "This is the end for both of us, but in our hearts, we will not forget you and it will never be the end."

"We've made 20% cooler and awesomeness in our family." Rainbow remarked, remembering the great times that the ponies have with their adopted family.

Applejack tips her hat to Justin and Hayley, saying, "We'd really appreciate yew. Thank yew all."

Twilight clears her throat as she explains, "Our 'real' home and family is waiting. We are grateful of you being a good family. We really wish to stay, but our home and family needs us. I know it's selfish, but it is our responsible as holders of 'Elements of Harmony'. We have so much to catch up with them. We have no idea of who are we dealing with, so we have to be prepared."

"I understand. After all, you are the heroines of Equestria." Justin said, knowing how important the Mane Six are with their home world. "And they need you more than we need you. But like I said before: we maybe apart from each other, but we will never forget of each other in our hearts."

"We'll always be family, even if you're far away from here. We'll always love you." Hayley said as Justin, the girl and the Mane Six hugged together.

"Awww, so cute," Spike said with a sigh, "Sad that we have to take them home."

"I know, but it's for the best." Luna said with a nod.

Once the family lets go, Justin then ask the princesses, "So...you aren't going to be planning on wiping our memories clean or erase evidence that my girls were here, right?"

"Of course not; this isn't like one of your fan-fictions." Celestia giggles to Justin, waving the worry off. "You and those here are trust worthy enough. You all kept my student and her friends safe and for that, we thank you again."

"We will have to erase the memories of those who wish them harm however...if that's the case." Luna said to Justin seriously.

"So be it, then." Justin confirmed with a nod.

"As a matter of fact, we got something to repay you." Celestia said with a smile as she float some sort of device over to Justin who takes it.

"What's that?" Hayley ask curiously.

"It's a very useful device that will allow you to teleport from here to our world to back. I think you both have the right to visit us as often as you like." Celestia said with a giggle. "I think your family members would enjoy that."

"Really; Cool! Can we be allowed to visit Justin and Hayley as often as we want?" Rainbow asks the princess hopefully.

"Of course," Luna said with a nod. The adopted ponies grin as they hug Justin and Hayley some more. Looks like this isn't goodbye forever after all!

"Looks like this will be a start of a renew relationship." Fluttershy said with a smile.

"Oh, Hayley and I got some two more presents, secret ones." Justin said with a smile.

Hayley pass out a small box, giving it to Twilight while saying, "I saved enough just to get that. Hopefully your magic can let you check it out."

Twilight opens the box and grins as she and her friends saw a picture of the Mane Six as fillies with Justin and Hayley. Pinkie said in amazement, "Wow."

"Looks great, Hayley," Applejack said with a sniff.

"And here's one more." Justin said, giving out one more gift to Twilight which is in a large box. "Don't open it until you get to Equestria, okay?"

"Okay, Daddy." Twilight said with a nod.

"Well, time for us to be going." Celestia said with a nod. The Mane Six, the Crusaders, Spike and Luna gather around her. "Again, we thank you all for a great time as well as your taking care of the Mane Six."

"Until we meet again, later," Luna exclaims, giving a wave to the humans as her and Celestia's horns glow.

The humans cover their eyes as a flash appears. A few seconds later, the ponies and Dragon are now gone, heading back to Equestria.

"Well, they're home now." Justin said to Hayley with a smile on his face.

An hour later, the guests had left, leaving Justin and Hayley like before they met their newest family members...alone in their home. It was sad. When the day became, the house has six ponies living here and now...they are back in Equestria where they themselves truly belong.

Justin finishes cleaning up the last of the trash, throwing it away. He looks thoughtful and head upstairs to a familiar room: the Mane Six's one. The man smiles in sadness. The ponies love this room...it used to be such a useless room and now...Justin is not sure what to do with it now.

Justin knew that Celestia didn't erase evidence of his adopted daughters' presence here on Earth like in 'My Little Dashie'. She kept things the same as they themselves are, stuff and all. So far, the only ones who remember the Mane Six are himself, Hayley and their friends.

Justin sighs as he cleans up the room; Ironic. The Mane Six are gone and he gotta clean up after them. As the father kept on cleaning, he found a familiar item that put tears in his eyes...

A basket and not just any; It's the same one where Justin has found the Mane Six when they were fillies years ago, on that rainy day. The cards AKA the foster note and the one that ask him to give the ponies a good home are still there. He hugs the basket gently. It's the only thing that Justin has left of his daughter. Twilight has taken her Miss Smarty Pants doll with her, including the Nyx one, and even Fluttershy talked the princess in taking Angel with her.

Since Justin is not sure if the original Angel is alive during Fluttershy's absence, perhaps doing so is a right idea.

"Dad," Hayley ask Justin. He turns to see her, the girl sighs while having tears in her eyes, "Dad."

"I know, Hayley, I know." Justin signs as he hugs Hayley a bit. "I miss them already, but they are here in our hearts."

"You think...maybe we could use the device to..."

"Let's give Twilight and your other Sisters time to settle in, get their memories of old back before we decide to come visit. We don't want to sound desperate, do we?"

Hayley sniffs some tears, then hugs Justin some more. The man hugs her back, sighing a bit. He wonders if what his adopted daughter, well former at least, are doing now...

The Mane Six can only blink and they find themselves in Equestria, back home at last. The mares are startled as they find themselves be welcomed back by the ponies of Ponyville, excited to see their heroes who was missing for so long.

As her friends are being hugged and welcomed by friends and family, Twilight is being to led to the library by Celestia and Spike. The purple unicorn is relieved to be back in familiar grounds...and being greeted by two ponies: an Earth brown pony with a Triforce on his flank and a familiar black filly from 'Past Sins'.

"Twilight; you're back!" Ben exclaims eagerly as he hugs Twilight, making her yelp and giggle in surprise. "It's really you! I miss you!"

Nyx nuzzles Twilight, saying, "Mommy! You're home. I miss you so much too!"

Twilight blinks before recognizing the two ponies, asking, "Ben? Nyx; I don't believe this. I'm actually meeting the 'OC' ponies for real. Both of you are real. I'm glad I finally meet you." The mare sobs while hugging the two happily.

Ben and Nyx confused at how Twilight sobbed and behave. Princess Celestia explains, "Twilight Sparkle and her friends suffered the amnesia when they appeared in another world as fillies." Ben and Nyx were shocked. "But do not worry, Ben and Nyx. A good family had taken care of them. But for now, let's help and keep Twilight remembering all the things you've done and love for her, Twilight will regain the rest slowly."

Spike nods as he adds, "Not to worry, you had me to help. That will be awesome."

Ben nods as he said, "I understand. Even though she's amnesia, I'm just glad to see her alright. That's important enough for me. I don't care how long it takes to get Twilight to remember all the things we had done. I always love her."

Nyx said, "Yeah. Mommy's back. We're together. That's important for me enough. I'll help too. Like daddy said, I always love you too, Mommy."

Twilight, shocked, ask her loved ones. "You really mean that much, even when I have forgotten about you two?" Ben and Nyx smile and nod before she cries. Twilight hugs them both. "I must be the luckiest pony to have you both. Both of you are great family. I can't wait to tell you about my adoptive dad and sister. I'd really wish them to meet you in person sooner. They'll be crazy of meeting you for real like my friends and I." Ben and Nyx confused about her adoptive 'dad' and 'sister'. "I'll tell you everything. But first, you tell me about my relationship and past with you two and everything that has happen."

Ben smile as he said in agreement, "With pleasure, Twiley. I'm so glad to be with you."

"Yeah! We're family again." Nyx said playfully.

Spike smiles as he said, "Just like the old times."


A year later


An year has passed since the Mane Six's return to Equestria. The ponies' memories has been restored to them, along with their times on Earth as Justin and Hayley's family. With Celestia and her friends' help, Twilight was able to get her wings back and continues her role as heroine/princess of Equestria.

But regardless, the Mane Six has never forgotten of the times they spent with their family of their adopted years. They all wonder when Justin and Hayley will come to visit...until now.

The Mane Six were of course having some good times with Shining Armor and Princess Cadance, Twilight's brother and sister in-law, all of them are listening to a joke by Pinkie who ends it, "...and then she say 'don't look now, but you're spending life in the can!"

The other ponies laugh a bit, Rainbow comments, "As usual, Pinkie, you are so random."

"Yes, but that joke is a bit hilarious." Cadance remarked, making a cheeky giggle.

Suddenly a weird ringing noise is heard, getting everyone's attention. Shining ask puzzled, "What is that?"

"He's calling! He's calling!" Applejack exclaims excitedly. She and the rest of the Mane Six know what this mean. Shining and Cadance looks puzzled as Twilight quickly digs through her saddlebags.

"Who's calling?"

Twilight smiles as she pulls out the source of ringing: a phone, which is Justin's birthday to her and her 'sisters'. The mare has opened the present from him after things calm down and with Celestia's help made it so that the Mane Six and Justin can call back and forth between the dimensional boundaries. Now they can keep in touch no matter what!

"Hi dad," Twilight giggles through the cellphone, since her adopted father is the only one who knows this number. "Is that you?"

"Yeah, it's me." Justin's voice is heard on the other end. "Hey, guess what? Hayley and I are going to be visiting soon."

"Really; Great! When will you be here?"

"How about now? Turn around."

The Mane Six turns around and saw a sight that made him smile happily and fill their hearts with joy: there's Justin, holding his cellphone to his head with Hayley, wearing her backpack, and holding a skateboard, smiling.

"Hey girls," Justin said to his adopted daughters after hanging up.

"Daddy; Hayley," The Mane Six cheers on happily as they rush over and pounce towards Justin, almost knocking him down.

"Whoa, whoa, easy; I am not young as I was back then and you aren't little anymore!"

"Hey, girls. I miss you." Hayley said as he hugs the Mane Six. Shining and Cadance couldn't help but smile at this sight. While the Mane Six aren't truly related to these humans, they are happy to know that the Mane Six themselves are reunited with the same ones who took care of them during this amnesia moments.

"Yeah, we miss you too, darling." Rarity comments, tears in her eyes. She misses her adopted father and sister so much.

"Are you going to be staying long?" Pinkie asks Justin and Hayley hopefully while bouncing up and down. "This means we got a lot of parties and LOTS of parties that we need to catch up on!"

"Yeah, we figure a few days to catch up will work." Justin said with a chuckle. "I hope you don't mind. Hayley and I brought some old pals who are on vacation here in Equestria."

Justin points to behind himself. Sure enough, the Mane Six's human friends, some of them includes Big Al, Missy C, Ben and Kenny, are in Ponyville, checking out the sights and taking photo shots, especially Kenny.

"Kenny, leave those two ponies alone!" Missy C scowls to Kenny who is getting a closer look at Lyra Heartstrings and Bon-Bon, making the two fillies a bit nervous.

"Come on, I want to see if the stories I've heard about them is true!" Kenny exclaims to Missy C innocently.

"Well, we are here on vacation, not an expedition trip!"

"Eeyup and Nnope," Big Al said, agreeing with his love ten times fold.

The humans with the Mane Six laugh a bit. Cadance came over, smiling while saying, "So you are Justin and Hayley. I like to thank you for watching Twilight and her friends."

"Yeah, my sister can be a hoof-full especially at her age." Shining laughs a bit, making Twilight frowns as she punches him in the back.

"You are lucky that I came home at all, Smart Colt!" Twilight snaps to her real brother in irritation. She smiles to Justin and Hayley, saying, "Come on! We gotta show you around."

"Yeah, Equestria is the home 'ta everyone, ponies an' humans." Applejack chuckles as she and the ponies begin to lead their foster family on a tour.

Justin and Hayley smile, hugging their adopted ones as they continue onward. After a year apart, the family is reunited again...and this time, they will to it that they themselves will hang out together as best as the humans and ponies can ever last.
