Cheese was laying in his favorite chair, taking a nap.

After returning to Ponyville forever, Cheese Sandwich bought a house gave up partying for a while. Only leaving if he was called off for work. Sometimes leaving with Pinkie by his side. He also came back to work up the nerve to ask Pinkie out.

Of which he never could do.

Every time he tried, his shyness began to bubble up inside him. He ears would suddenly slap down against his head and he would blush deeply. He would begin looking around and biting his lip. He would run off afterwards.

Cheese woke up to the sound of knocking. He slowly opened his eyes and blinked a few times. The knocking became more persistent.

Cheese grumbled and got up.

"I'm coming! I'm coming! Hold your gouda!"

Cheese opened the door only to find no one there. He looked around before looking down.

A pink envelope with three balloons as a seal sat on his door step.

"A letter from Pinkie?" Cheese picked up the letter and walked back in his house.

He sat back down his chair, enjoy that the warm spot he created was still there. He opened the envelope and was sprayed with confetti and streamers.

"Pinkie, party-rific pony!"

He took out the letter.

"Dear Cheese, I've noticed something. You 'be been running off when ever you try to talk to me! What's wrong, Cheesy? You're not afraid of me are you?! Please don't be afraid me! But anyway, come over to my place at 3:30! Your Truly, Pinkie!"

Cheese looked up from the letter. He was blushing deeply. "So she noticed," he said. He looked at the clock.

3:20.

"Dang! How long was I asleep?"

Cheese shrugged and run upstairs.

10 minutes later...

Cheese walked into SugarCube Corner.

"Pinkie! I'm here!"

"Just a minute!"

Cheese took a seat on one of the chairs placed in the room. He looked around.

There were no decorations of any kind. Pinkie's party canon was shut inside it's closet. Her stereo was in the corner, unplugged.

Cheese was confused, then Pinkie walked down the stairs.

In a bright yellow apron. A green heart dotted the middle. There was a brown, fluffy lining around the apron.

Cheese's blush spread faster than a wildfire. He got up and walked over to her.

"P-pinkie. I love your apron," he said. "Thanks! I had Rarity make it after you," she said, hopping closer so their muzzles almost touched. Cheese swallowed.

"She had an apron made after me! That's so sweet," he thought.

"Aw! Thanks Pinkie," he managed. His ears began to fold down.

Suddenly Pinkie's eyes went half-lidded.

"I'm making cupcakes upstairs..."

She got close to his ear.

"All I need is the frosting. Can you help me with that," she whispered.

She licked his ear slowly.

Cheese felt his shyness bubble up again as Pinkie back away from his ear to look at him. They both went in for a kiss.

When...

Cheese and Pinkie's tails began to shake. They stepped away from each other as screaming began to become louder and louder.

Soon enough, Rainbow Dash spilt through the roof.

"Oh my gosh! Rainbow, are you ok," they both asked.

"Yeah. I'm fine," Rainbow said, standing up. She looked at Cheese. "Hey Cheese! What are you doing here," she asked.

"I was invited over here by Pinkie. And frankly, there's something I need to ask her," he said.

Rainbow flew out of the way.

"Pinkie. This question is serious. I don't mean party serious, I mean legitimately serious. It's a question I should have asked long ago."

Cheese kneeled and grabbed Pinkie's hoof.

"Pinkamena Diane Pie..."

Twilight and the others had just walked in. Rainbow held up a hoof to silence them.

Cheese pulled a pink box from his saddle bag.

"Will you marry me?"

He opened the box.

A golden hoof ring sat in the middle. A pink rose quartz, shaped like a balloon, was the gem.

Pinkie's eyes began to water. She sniffled and smiled.

She hugged Cheese. "Yes, Cheese. Yes!"

Cheese smiled and began crying.

The two shared a kiss.

*Wedding fade*

"Do you, Cheese Sandwich, take Pinkamena Diane Pie, to be your wife," asked Mayor Mare.

Cheese smiled.

"I do."

"Do you, Pinkemena Diane Pie, take Cheese Sandwich, to be your husband?"

"I do."

Rings were placed in their hooves. Cheese took a step closer to Pinkie. He took a deep breath and released it.

"With this ring, I hope our love never dies. Because you're the perfect mare in my eyes. My vow may have a reprise."

Cheese smiled and pulled out his accordion.

"You hold my heart, and make me to fly. I'll always love you, Pinkie Pie!"

Cheese slid the ring onto Pinkie's hoof. Pinkie smiled. "My turn," she said.

"With this ring, I hope our love never dies. Because you're the perfect colt in my eyes. Now my vow may have a reprise!"

Pinkie pointed to the sky. Everyone looked up.

In big, bright, letters the sky read:

"CheesePie forever!"

Pinkie slid the ring onto Cheese's hoof. She rolled out her party canon and pressed the button. Confetti and streamers blasted into Cheese's mane.

Everyone began laughing.

The two shared the kiss.

He opened his eyes and a pink and blue rainbow spun in them. He blinked it away.

He looked down at his and Pinkie's ring. An orange, brown, and green rainbow trailed across them.
