> Pink & Drinks > by Teddi > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Meeting > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cheese is drunk. For some reason, he remembers a pink pony. Her mane isn’t exactly the prettiest in the world. He remembers a pink filly. Bouncing around, eating cotton candy and juggling a multitude of Boneless’. For some reason, he feels like he isn’t making this up. He feels as if this happy pink filly exists. The filly looks a bit like the younger version of that pop star. What was her name again? Pink Pie? He can’t remember but that pop star sung a lot of hit sensations. Her first song being Giggle at the Ghosties. But his favourite one would have to be the Smile song. That was a good one. He smiles and hums to the tune of it as he drools, thinking about the pop star. “C’mon everyyyyyyyyyypooooonyyyyyyy smiiiiiiiile smiiiile smiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiile..” Cheese sings drunkenly. He liked Pink Pie’s eyes especially. They were blue. Like the little filly in his make believe memories. For some reason, he feels as if this little filly was the one that helped him get his cutie mark. Of course not. Filly Pink Pie was make believe. Hey! Wasn’t Pink Pie the element of laughter in the elements of friendship? Not only was she a pop star, but she was a pretty important pony. Unlike Cheese. All he did was plan parties aimlessly to earn money so he could live. Gawd. He didn’t have any purpose. Unlike Pink. He was going to have to say out of all the elements of harmony, Pink Pie was the cutest. Who could resist a happy pink pony that is a popstar? Okay, gawd. Why was he even thinking about her randomly? Was he drunk? That’s right, he was. He wandered if Pink Pie was as crazy as him. If you were the element of laughter, you’d have to be pretty fucking crazy, right? Crazy enough to be juggling rubber chickens. Not to mention the filly was on her hind hooves. Standing on a ball. Balancing perfectly. While juggling. Not many ponies could even stand on their hinds, or juggle, nevertheless, balance on a ball while doing so. Of course, Cheese could do all three. Not when he was a little colt though. That’s just crazy. “Hi there.” Hi, who? Cheese looked up to see the pony that started talking to him. She was pink. Just like Pink Pie. She even had her eyes. And her messy mane. Maybe he was hallucinating though. Or maybe it was a changeling? Why would Pink Pie even be in a tiny town like Ponyville when she should be in Hollyhoof or something. “Hewrooooo.” Cheese slurred. Cheese blinked. Yeah, he was probably hallucinating about the whole Pink Pie is in front of him thing. But he’ll take it while it lasts. “Are you lost?” Her voice was like an angel. Well, she was a sensational pop star throughout Equestria. Of course she would sound good. Even if he was just dreaming. Cheese tried to open his mouth. What did she just say? “Huh?” He answered. Gosh. He shouldn’t be acting like a total idiot in front of a pop star. Okay, she might not even be a pop star and it might just be some random mare that looks like Pink Pie. But he shouldn’t be acting like this in front of mares. “Do you need a place to rest? It’s pretty dark and lonely and night. Things can happen while you’re out here.” The mare cared. He breathed in. He really did need to knock out. He was so drunk over his ass. Cheese nodded his head. “It’s really close, you’ll just have to walk for a bit, are you okay with that?” Cheese nodded once again. He wobbled up and put a hoof over the pink pony’s shoulders and started walking. “I’m Pinkie Pie.” Pink.. Pie? Did he hear right? “Pinkie.. Pie?” So he was seeing the so called pop star. “Hm?” She said and looked at him, raising an eyebrow with a cheeky smile. “So.. Are you that mare that sung the smiiiiiiiiile song?” He asked. Of course she was. There was no mistaking it. Pinkie nodded. “How did you know?” She asked. “Have you been here before?” “Only Ponyville’s heard that song..” She looked at Cheese and narrowed her eyes at him. So she was an oblivious pop star. That’s even cuter. “Who hasn’t heard that song?” Cheese grinned. “What do you mean?” “Nothing..” He mumbled. “We’re almost to my house.” She said. Cheese nodded, too lazy to say thank you. So she lived in a house. Not in some fancy place with paparazzi flooding her. “Here ‘tis.” She said. She opened the door and they both walked inside. He was still balancing by having his hoof over her neck. He was flooded with the smell of sweets. The house otherwise, looked fairly normal. “It smells sweet.” He commented. “My sort-of parents are bakers. And I bake too. They took care of me. And they’ve got two little twin kids as well.” “You can sleep in my room. I’ll sleep in the couch.” She really was an angel. “I’ll bring you up there.” They walked up the stairs, his hooves still over her. “Thank you.” He said, while they were walking. “I appreciate it.” When he got there, he collapsed on her bed. Pinkie threw the blankets over him. “Good night.” She said, closing the door. Cheese closed his eyes. He held the blankets tighter. He was sleeping in Pinkie’s bed. One of the most important ponies in Equestria. And he was sleeping in her bed. He truly didn’t deserve this. He sniffed the blankets. It smelt sweet. Like the entire house. He was really perverted. Gosh. He probably wouldn’t even remember much of tonight. He rested off into sleep as he thought of the pretty pink mare. Pinkie Pie. Was she the little filly in his make believe dreams? Maybe they weren't make believe? He actually believed Pinkie was the one that got him his cutie mark. He was going to believe that. He liked to think that. The door creaked. Cheese opened his eyes. He saw her. Pinkie. "I can't sleep if I'm not in my own bed." She said. "Do I move to the couch then?" He asked drowsily. "No. You can stay. Just go to sleep." He closed his eyes and felt the bed dip as she hopped in. Unknowingly, he wraps his arms around her belly. "Good night." He hears a voice say. He drifts off to sleep.
