After being sunk by the British Navy, the German Battleship Bismarck is suddenly transported, in a twist of fate, to Equestria. Can the German ship survive in unknown territory?

The German Battleship Bismarck is transported to Equestria after being sunk by the fleet of Admiral John Tovey of the British Navy. With 2090 out of the 2200 men in the battleship, the Kriegsmarine sailors will brave uncharted and unknown waters.

The Equestrian Navy is being equipped with the latest of front-line technology, the 'water-carriage', or ship. It is used by the navy for trading and protecting other ships using pirate-like tactics. However, they would have a shock of their own with the existance of another, unknown ship which seems not to be with theirs or others.

Sink the Bismarck

After it's rudder being jammed by one of those blasted British torpedoes by Fairey Swordfish torpedo-bombers, the German Battleship Bismarck, who was been injured by HMS Prince of Wales a few days, is sailing back towards the waiting guns of her enemies, and without steering, she is hopeless. Admiral Gunther Lutjens, admiral of the German fleet a few days prior with the Bismarck and Heavy Cruiser Prinz Eugens, sends a message to the German High Command, and it was his last words.

"Schiffs unmaneuverable. Wir werden bis zum letzten Schale kämpfen. Lang lebe der Führer."

>Next Day<

The German Ship is still sailing when the British arrived to bombard the Bismarck, and also avenge the death of HMS Hood, the once pride ship of the British Navy. In HMS King George V, Admiral John Tovey formulates his battle plan. He splits his forces in order to split the eight 15" guns of the German Battleship, and bombard it mercilessly. In a time of May 24, 1941, HMS Rodney fired the first shot towards Bismarck, followed by HMS King George V. The armor-piercing shells misses it's target, and the German Battleship strikes back.

Both sides still misses, and with each every shot, they adjust their aiming towards their enemy. Bismarck fires at Rodney, but she misses. Then, the British sailors strikes Bismarck thanks to HMS Rodney. The British have the range, and let loose of everything of what they have. The German Battleship is pounded shell after shell, and a German survivor describes:

"Muscheln waren überall treffen, und wir können auch nicht schnell genug trainieren wegen der Geschwindigkeit, die sie haben."

Then, King George V's 14" guns makes a critical hit. One of it's shells hit the German Battleship in the firing control, and the British still keeps hitting the helpless Battleship. Moments later, HMS Dorsetshire and HMS Norfolk joined the fight, and the British still keeps firing away. A few minutes later, with two last salvos of it's forward guns, the Bismarck fell silent. The three British ships sails away, leaving HMS Dorsetshire to fire it's torpedoes. But the Germans have other plans, and a few moments before the British torpedoes could hit the German superstructure, she was scuttled, but in a great cost of life, losing 2090 of her 2200 men inside. Only 110 sailors survived from Bismarck's sinking. It will be remembered in history, but what they don't know, is that the Bismarck is still alive, not from the structure of her sister ship Tirpitz, but elsewhere.

>Equestria, Manehattan<

It was a sunny day in Equestria, including the port city of Manehattan. This is where the Equestrian Navy was born thanks to a breakthrough in sea technology, the 'water-carriage' or ship. It was used in a variety of purposes, but since it was in it's infancy, it still didn't have weapons of it's own, so it need help from the Royal Guards.

In the port itself lies the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, compromise of 20 'water-carriages', with it's lead ship, HMES Harmony, and the lead Admiral, Iron Hoof. Iron Hoof, previously known to be one of the most talented in the Royal Guard, is a volunteer as an Admiral in the newly formed Equestrian Navy. Although 2 months in service, he has the fleet in check to make sure nothing is damaged. The fleet is 5 months old, but it didn't even get to have a full-fleged deployment, unlike the Equestrian 1st Fleet, compromising 30 ships, who have two deployments, it's sister. Today, however, was a new day for the 2nd fleet, and for good reason. It would be in it's first deployment mission, being trade ships towards the nation of Zebrica, wherein Zecora was born. Iron Hoof, in the face of his fellow sailors, briefs them of the deployment.

"Stallions of the 2nd Fleet, there is good news to us all! Today, in this very day, we will be deployed for the very first time." He said in a very short, but memorable speech. In an instant, all of the sailors cheered in joy, knowing that it's gonna be a day for them. Goods were being loaded to all of the 20 ships, indicating it would be a trading mission, but it's fine for the sailors, because that trading is one of their perks. Before they could leave, Iron Hoof checks his list of ships in the fleet.

They go as follows:
1. HMES Harmony
2. HMES Canterlot
3. HMES Manehattan Harbor
4. HMES Ponyville
5. HMES Equestrian Justice
6. HMES Wonderbolts
7. HMES Train of Justice
8. HMES Generosity
9. HMES Kindness
10. HMES Loyalty
11. HMES Laughter
12. HMES Honesty
13. HMES Magic
14. HMES Crazy Horse
15. HMES Royalty
16. HMES Crystal
17. HMES Unity
18. HMES Peace
19. HMES Love
20. HMES Giggle

'Perfect.' Iron Hoof happily thought as all of his ships are present in the immediate area. After his check list is complete, and some minor checking, the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, now in the trading mission, set sails for a 3 months voyage.

>Equestrian Sea, Unknown location<

In an unknown location in the Equestrian Sea, there lies a ship who holds immense power that it could destroy everything in it's path. Feared by it's enemy, Great Britain, it holds an arsenal of weapons that the Royal Guards could not rival of. The ship, once guarded by a Heavy Cruiser, was heavily damaged by a British Battleship, and being sunk by a British Fleet, some distance away from France. But still, fear was still present because of her sister ship still in the waters of Nazi-occupied territories.

Christened in February 14, 1939, it was the most feared battleship in all of Britain. It was a fortress of guns and steel, that it's intention was to destroy every warship in the Allied fleet, including the poorly defended convoys. It was so feared, that it was being hunted and sunk by the British Navy.

Drifting in 10 knots in the Equestria due north, 180 miles north-east from the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, and 200 miles from Manehattan Harbour, it awaits it's sailors to be awakened, ready to take on any adversary it would face. It's name would be infamous to the history of the Equestrian Navy.

The German Battleship Bismarck.

Sail in the Equestrian Sea

Still drifting in the Equestrian Sea, the German Battleship Bismarck still needs to wait for her crew to be awakened, to be fit in uncharted waters where no one actually goes. However, that opportunity arrives with the awakening of her two leading officers, Admiral Gunther Lutjens and Captain Ernst Lindemann.

-Bismarck's Bridge-

Lutjens and Lindemann had waken up in the main bridge of the Bismarck, still wondering why they are alive after that horrific British hit, and not hearing any shells raining down like hell. They stood up to their feet, dusting off any potential dusts. After a few moments of dusting, Captain Lindemann asked the Admiral in German.

"Admiral, do you know where we are?" The Admiral was silent for a moment, thinking about his response. After some thinking-time, he replied:

"Are we still in the Atlantic?" The Captain pondered for a moment whether or not they were still in the Atlantic. They don't even here any British shells raining down on them. There was one logical explanation.

"That's a negative Admiral. Not hearing any shells or not seeing devastation everywhere suggests that we're not in the Atlantic anymore."

"If that's the case then, where are we?"

"For the moment, not any clue Admiral." Captain Lindemann replied.

"Is the crew here, awake or asleep?" Lutjens asked, and the Captain look around to see his men still asleep.

"Still asleep sir. Best course of action?"

"While we are sailing, we can't attack with a sleeping crew. We will have to wait then." The Admiral replied.

"As you wish, Admiral."

>Equestrian 2nd Fleet<

179 miles from the Bismarck is the now sailing Equestrian 2nd Fleet. Their mission: have cargoes of trading goods to the Zebrica, a nation far to the west. The 20 ships that compromised the fleet is sailing in 5 to 10 knots, a very accountable speed in the navy, but it's slow, getting some of the sailors wishing that they have faster 'water-carriages'.

On board the HMES Harmony, Admiral Iron Hoof is on the ship's deck, smiling to himself that this particular mission is an easy picking, but not fast enough from Equestria to Zebrica vice-versa. HMES Harmony is a Harmony-class 'water-carriage', including it's sister ships HMES Generosity, HMES Kindness, HMES Loyalty, HMES Laughter, HMES Honesty and HMES Magic, that are the biggest 'water-carriages' to date in the Equestrian Navy. HMES Laughter, however, is a special type. Not only it is a Harmony-class, but also a Laughter-class, with HMES Giggle. The fleet is steaming west from Manehattan Harbor, going to Zebrica's port, Cybrus.

The sailors determined that nothing will stand in their way in their first ever mission, so important that they would do anything to have it completed. With that determination, they have high morale on them, and they relax without any fear, anxiety or any other kind of emotions, just joy and laughter. If ever anypony would dare to stop them, it would be an impossibility to attack the fleet as it was too huge for a full attack by any other ships.

However, in anypony's mind, there is nothing in the vast Equestrian Sea that would take them head-on to kill their first mission. They are gravely mistaken.

>Bismarck<

Just 176 miles from the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, the Bismarck is still sailing in a relatively slow speed, but her entire crew is now awake, but they still need some 'happy-time' with each other. In the bridge, Admiral Lutjens and Captain Lindemann are now pondering about their next course of action.

"So what do you suggest Admiral?" Captain Lindemann asked in German.

"For the moment, we need to sail at least, for I am still weary of any enemy warships here in this unknown waters, and with the British not here, this increased my weariness ten-fold." Lutjens replied.

"So what your basically saying that we need to keep moving just to ward off any potential threats?"

"Exactly."

"But Admiral, I'm also getting weary without any information. Should we need to deploy one of our Ar 196's?"

"I agree with you with your suggestion. Alright then, let's get one of our airplanes to fly. And also, tell the crew to speed the ship to 23 knots." Lutjens ordered.

"Yes Admiral."

The order was relayed from Admiral Lutjens to crew, in which the crew assigned for the engines quickly followed the order to speed up Bismarck to 23 knots. In the aircraft catapult area, the crew is finally getting ready one of their Ar 196. These reconnaissance aircraft is shipboard one, allowing to be deployed by ships to have information in the surrounding area. It also have a very good recon range, about one-thousand and eighty kilometers, or six hundred and seventy miles. After the aircraft finally got prepped, it got launched by Bismarck's aircraft catapult system, with it's pilot and observer ready to relay information for the German Battleship.

>Manehattan Harbour<

Back at Manehattan Harbour, HMES Vanguard, a Protector-class 'water-carriage', returned after being 5 months at sea to chase down a rogue 'water-carriage', dubbed as 'Traitor 1'. 'Traitor 1' was a 'water-carriage' that was once an Equestrian Navy ship, known as HMES Cruiser, a Relax-class 'water-carriage', before being captured by joint Diamond Dogs-Pony pirates, because they taught that Equestria needs a very strong leader to be led, not by some puny Royal Sisters.

When HMES Vanguard saved 'HMES Cruiser', it has 20 ponies and 3 Diamond Dogs as prisoners, waiting to be judged by the Royal Sisters. However, even though the Equestrian Navy is confident that other countries will have no power to build more complex 'water-carriages', they will have a shock of their lives when they will see something flying in the sky, and another ship roaming around in the Equestrian Sea.

Face-to-Face

167 miles from the German Battleship, the Equestrian 2nd Fleet is in their 1 hour and 20 minute journey, still days away from completing their mission of having the trade goods to Zebrica. The Equestria shared it's secret plans of the 'water-carriage' to the Crystal Empire, and the Crystal Royal Navy or CRN was born, with two crystal ships still in their service. The sailors of the 2nd Fleet is still in relaxation mode, confident that no trouble will brew over the horizon.

>HMES Harmony<

HMES Harmony, the lead ship of the 2nd Fleet, is still sailing with her 19-comrade ships. Admiral Iron Hoof was also still in relaxation mode, over-confident that nothing bad will happen to them. However, their relaxation is being interrupted by a buzzing noise up ahead. When they look up, they could not believe what they could see with their very own eyes.

'What in Equestria is that?' Iron Hoof thought as the 'mysterious flying object' is now flying above them. Whatever it is, it's not one of the pegasus scouting team of the Pony-Diamond Dog alliance. The 'flying object' has a very strange buzzing noise, and it's wings are not flapping. Looking to the 'object', he could see that it's circling the group, like getting it's coor-whatever that word is. The 'object' is just circling the fleet, like looking for a target. However, fifteen minutes after it circles the fleet, it just flew to the direction of north-west.

'Why is going there?' Iron Hoof thought again in curiosity, but his curiosity is dispersed from his head, knowing that any orders to follow the 'flying object' would be disastrous. The Equestrian 2nd Fleet still continues on, unaware that a mighty 'water carriage' will be under way, that will rain down chaos and destruction.

>Bismarck<

"So let me get this straight...You saw a convoy north-east from where the ship is now located?" Admiral Lutjens asked the observer of the Ar 196, in German language.

"Yes sir. Unfortunately, they are not in the range of the guns yet sir. Estimated range from your location: 159 miles." The observer replied.

"This is good find, but why is that they are just miles away from our location?"

"I don't know sir, but we will soon find enough." The observer replied, and with that, he cuts of the communication. Lutjens is now pondering on whether or not destroy the convoy within range. But it was his mission, to destroy convoys in the Atlantic, even if they have been to uncharted waters of the Atlantic.

"Captain."

"Yes Admiral?"

"Relay the order: full speed ahead."

"Aye sir." The order was now relayed to the crew who is in duty of the engines, and soon enough, the Bismarck is now in it's maximum speed, closing the gap between Bismarck and the Equestrian 2nd Fleet. Fifteen minutes after the convoy was spotted, the Ar 196 was now within range to be picked up by the Bismarck. After landing in the ocean, and being picked up by the Bismarck, the flight crew had a satisfying smile on their faces, knowing that they completed something worth while.

>Night, Equestrian Sea<

It was deadly quiet in the sea, and it was good news for the Bismarck, because of the almost quiet night and because of their paint, they could strike the convoy without it noticing them. It was just night time for the Bismarck's crew, so they just sleep at the beautiful night, not having any troubles at all. The Admiral and the Captain were also asleep, so the only ones who were fully awake was the battleship's observers with search lights, searching for any trouble in the horizon.

But it was just tiring work, just to search the horizon for anything that would attack the Bismarck head on, and they don't want that. They keep searching with their lights, but nothing came. Just as an useless an endeavor they guess, nothing much of tad importance. With relief in their heads, they returned to their beds, with the Bismarck still sailing, 151 miles from it's target.

>Next Day, Equestrian 2nd Fleet, Equestrian Sea<

It was another day for the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, some 149 miles from the German Battleship Bismarck. They were just asleep from 6:00 P.M to 3 P.M for some precautions that pirates might attack them, but to their relief, the pirates didn't came. They were totally overconfident that they didn't even consider that the 'flying object' will return, but it did.

It was now a nightmare again for them again, as they thought it would send information back to the pirates, but this time, it's lethally different. It carried two 'something' below it's 'wings', and to make matters worse, it's now going a thirty degree angle to fly at them, doing something big.

Their suspicion of the 'big thing' actually existed, and soon and in a sudden way, the 'flying object' is now firing 'thunder and lightning', scrapping the western ship, HMES Crazy Horse. The crew of the lonely ship is now screaming in panic as the ship is now being riddled with holes that they couldn't understand why it was there.

Then suddenly out of sheer brutality, with the 'object' still flashing with 'thunder and lightning', it drops one of the 'something' under it's wings and surely enough, it got contact with HMES Crazy Horse, and having a 'boom' sound, and the Equestrian ship is blown up from the water. None of the sailors in the ship survived, and the 'object' is now flying upwards, away from them, to the relief of the sailors of the fleet. However, as soon as the sigh of relief was casted upon the sailors, the German Ar 196 turned back and started this time shooting the eastern ship, HMES Wonderbolts. The German plane is now shooting bullets at the helpless ship, and now drops it's payload. It reach contact with the ship, and moments later, the ship exploded, much to the disbelief of the sailors of the Equestrian. After just a day at sea, they got attacked by an 'object', but to their relief, it was flying away farther and farther, but now paranoia is attacking them, unaware the bigger picture between them.

They have come face to face with the very power of the German Kriegsmarine.

Bismarck vs Equestrian 2nd Fleet

View Online

It was now dreadful for the Equestrian 2nd Fleet and it's crew, and it's not even faring better each day as a single German Ar 196 recon plane is constantly scrapping them to death, but often times, nopony is injured. However, with the loss of two precious ships, they thought that after this day horrifying day in Day five, it's gonna be over soon. But, they were wrong, as they will enjoy their last sailing trip which is their first.

>Day 6, Equestrian Sea, Day of the Battle<

The Equestrian 2nd Fleet is still miles away from their objective, one of the ports of Zebrica, but losing two ships and hoof-full of precious cargoes. The sailors in the fleet are in constant alert, thinking that the 'flying object' is still out there, toying with them just so to kill them.

However, it might be a good day for them. No attacks from the air, which was unusual, and it was calm, and so, surely but slowly, they returned to their cocky attitudes, believing the danger had passed, but it was not. The German Battleship Bismarck is now twenty-one miles from the fleet, and her observers notified her forward guns to go some degrees and elevation to hit them. In the bridge, Admiral Lutjens plots his tactic.

He must first strike the ships with his forward fifteen inch guns, then turn to port, unleashing Bismarck's full broad side, making massive firepower against the enemy. With the ship slowed down, the Bismarck is now nineteen miles from the 2nd Fleet. Aboard HMES Giggle, the southwest ship of the fleet, the crew spotted the Bismarck, and they were struck with awe as they saw the battleship alone. None of their 'water-carriages' can't beat the sheer complexity of the ship.

However, their admiration of the battleship is soon vanished as the 'flying object' was seen from the Bismarck towards the fleet. The crew of Giggle is now in high alert, while they knew that their comrades are not aware of the imminent danger ahead of them. But as soon as they were sixteen miles from the Bismarck, the German Battleship fires four salvos towards the sea, making the entire crew of the 2nd Fleet look towards the huge column water. As it dissipates, the Ar 196 was know shown, flew above their heads with the intention of destroying them. But it was just a decoy. Within the fifteen mile radius, the Bismarck fires it's forward guns, hitting HMES Laughter and HMES Generosity.

The crew of HMES Giggle is now aware of the 'water-carriage' ahead of them: it could rain down chaos on the fleet. And it did. The entire sailors are now running wild, as Bismarck fires it's main guns unto them, killing HMES Loyalty and HMES Royalty. As soon it was in a thirteen mile radius, the Bismarck turns to port, making way for a broad side attack, and unleashed a terrible storm of salvos towards the 2nd Fleet. The Ar 196 also added the sailors paranoia, scrapping them with it's machine guns, hoping to weaken them for the Bismarck to kill it more easily. Four more ships of the 2nd Fleet was being destroyed, and now ten out of the twenty original ships of the Equestrian 2nd Fleets tries to get past the burning wreckage of their comrades, but cannot maneuver easily.

The Bismarck fires again, unleashing more firepower to the fleet, killing three more of the fleet. With their fear building up, the sailors struggles to escape, all the while being scrapped by the Ar 196. HMES Giggle's crew is now the only ship that is not being hit yet, thanks to smoke and wreckage from their dead comrades. Bismarck's eight massive guns fired at the helpless 2nd Fleet, destroying more ships, reducing the 2nd Fleet's joyful mission into a living nightmare. With two ships left, HMES Giggle and HMES Harmony, the sailors tried to escape, but the Bismarck's rapid firing gun is now making it difficult than ever. One of the shells hit HMES Harmony, killing it instantly, and the last one hit HMES Giggle, destroying it into pieces.

With the last of the enemy ships down, the Bismarck steers directly north, continuing on with a single message from the destroyed 2nd Fleet itself: No one is safe from Bismarck's waiting guns of destruction.

"So let me get this straight...You saw a convoy north-east from where the ship is now located?" Admiral Lutjens asked the observer of the Ar 196, in German language.

"Yes sir. However, they seem to be quite odd for a reason though." The observer replied.

"As in how odd?"

"They are made out of wood sir, totally obsolete and outdated. Nothing much of a quality kill sir. Any course of action?" Lutjens ponders for the moment. Even though it's obsolete, it's still a convoy. But, it's a waste of time and shells just to kill outdated ships.

"None for the moment observer. But you have completed your mission. We will just go straight ahead of the convoy."

"Yes sir." The observer replied and communications is now cut off.

"Sir, if this is your order, then another is to observe them carefully with our ship, so that we could study them further." The Captain said to Lutjens. It is a good order to Lutjens thought. He relayed the order, and with the German reconnaissance plane had landed and returned to the German Battleship, the Bismarck got a full steam ahead to get within range to study the outdated convoy.

>Night, Equestrian Sea<

It was deadly quiet in the sea, and it was good news for the Bismarck, because of the almost quiet night and because of their paint, they could strike the convoy without it noticing them. >5 Days Later, Equestrian 2nd Fleet, Equestrian Sea<

It's been five days. Five days nerve-racking days since the 2nd Fleet saw their first sighting on an aircraft. But, after their encounter, it was worsening the condition of the sailors. They were extremely nervous that the 'flying object' will relay the information to the pirates, and will quickly attack them to loot the so-called 'goodies'.

But, it didn't came. It was a breath of relief for the sailors, and they presume that it was the only 'weird' thing that would happen to them. Sadly, they were mistaken. Twenty-five miles north-west of their location is the mighty Bismarck, ready to observe their every movement.

But the Equestrian Ship, HMES Giggle, spots the Bismarck at a distance of over nineteen miles away from the 2nd Fleet. The crew members of Giggle were extremely fixed to the German Battleship, that they could not believe that the 'flying object' would relay information to that kind of ship. But they notice something different about the Bismarck. It was moving, from the distance they were in, slightly faster than them. It was just a dull grey shape moving across the water, and more likely 'alien' from their perspective anyways. But their gaze would soon be diverted, as the pirates, who were sailing the waters days ago searching for any 'valuable' fleets, would attack them.

Bismarck vs. The Pirates

View Online

The Bismarck is now seventeen miles away from the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, who is still watching the 'odd-ships' in a distance. Oddly enough, the ships that made the convoy is what exactly the Ar 196 observer described it. The ships are outdated, probably in the time of the Middle Ages, and because it's obsolete, they do not have the same strength par with the German Battleship.

However, spotters spotted another convoy, this time heading for the 2nd Fleet itself. The spotters estimated that the other convoy is about twenty miles east of the Bismarck, and seventeen miles away from the first convoy. At the bridge, Lutjens and Lindemann are still sighting both the 2nd Fleet and the second convoy itself, but they do not know that the second convoy are actually pirate ships.

>HMES Giggle, Equestrian 2nd Fleet, Equestrian Sea<

The Equestrian Ship HMES Giggle, the first who spotted the Bismarck a while back, and it's sailors are still locked on the mighty Bismarck, completely oblivious to the fact that the pirates are now closing in on them, unicorn pirates ready for any offensive spells. However, one sailor, named Crowbar, spotted the pirates, shouted:

"PIRATES! MOTHER-BUCKING PIRATES AT THE WEST!" The sailors of Giggle turned their heads and, at the right moment, they spotted the pirates. They tried to use the 'Alarm Spell', but at exactly two minutes before the spell could be casts, an 'artillery-type' spell was fired at them, and the beam of extreme destruction missed Giggle, but almost hitting HMES Manehattan Harbor. The splash in the water alerted the other ships, and the sailors tried to evade the pirates. However, the Bismarck is alerted.

>Bismarck, Equestrian Sea<

The crew members of the Bismarck could not believe what was happening after some time of observation. At one point, it was smooth for the crew members to observe both convoys at a time, but then, the second convoy fired, missing the first convoy at least. It was clear to them all, the second convoy is now attacking it's fellow countrymen.

At the bridge, Admiral Lutjens, along with Captain Lindemann, are now optioning valuable orders due to the immediate but unexpected events that is now happening. Only two options; help the first convoy, therefore getting new allies along the way, or leave it be. With the the second convoy attacking the first convoy the only option is the first.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Lindemann asked the Admiral.

"I do hope it will be. Men, full speed hard starboard, guns ready to aim at the second convoy!" He ordered, and at a split-second, all of the men got into battle stations, loading and aiming the 15" main guns at the pirates, and the ship is now steered towards the battlefield, bracing themselves for the battle.

>Equestrian 2nd Fleet, Equestrian Sea<

The Equestrian 2nd Fleet, barely five months old, is now holding it's life as the sailors tries to steer clear away from the destructive spell barrage by the pirates. It was a truly terrifying time for them, from the flying Ar 196 recon plane, to this. This is just a disaster for them, as they steer clear from another barrage.

Suddenly, a loud boom sound was heard across the water, and one of the five pirate ships that is attacking the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, immediately exploded in force that it was ripped in two. The sailors are now scanning the area, to identify where it come from. In the corner of their eye, they could what the sailors of HMES Giggle spotted, but this time up close. It was magnificently built, and those boxes with 'sticks' are now pointing at the pirates, apparently trying to save them, but at their minds, it was a useless gesture.

Another boom, apparently from the second box with two sticks, was heard and an invisible force destroys another pirate ship, breaking it into two.

>Bismarck, Equestrian Sea<

The Bismarck, after successfully killed another enemy ship, rapid fires it's two forward guns, making the pirates look very uncomfortable. Shell after shell rained down on the the second enemy convoy, destroying it completely after fifteen minutes of firing fifteen shells a minute.

The crew look back at the 2nd Fleet, and something is peculiar yet mysterious to the sailors of the saved convoy. The sailors were miniature horses, but were staring at the Bismarck, some with the expression of fear, awe, and some neutral. The Bismarck crew now wanted to join the the 2nd Fleet, and the Admiral and Captain agreed, with only one condition: Keep a safe distance of following the convoy.

Meeting the New Hoof Navy

After their apparent rescue by the sailors of the German battleship Bismarck, the sailors of the Equestrian 2nd Fleet continues on with their journey, completely relieved that the pirates were completely defeated by the massive iron-grey 'water-carriage'. The sailors of the twenty-ship fleet looked on at the Bismarck, who was about seven miles away from them, but following them. They study the massive superstructure and found it completely different, and it was built for war in a way that this ship is capable of.

They still have a long-way journey toward the Zebra nation, and with the protection granted by the Bismarck, they were completely confident that they could make it. The ships are now sailing confidently in the vast Equestrian Sea, but first, then need to resupply their food and water stocks. They need to find a port to resupply what they need, and going back to Manehattan is not a good idea. What is their best salvation, however, is the resupply docks near New Hoof City, just twenty miles north-east of their location. With the Admiral's orders, the ships turned to hard starboard, and to their very surprise, the mysterious savior ship turns as well, but keeps the distance. The ponies, when still off-duty, look at the Bismarck with fear, awe and maybe even inspirations.

With just fifteen miles from New Hoof City, the ships go full speed thanks to the wind, except for the Bismarck, which was powered by fuel. Still, the ponies are keeping an eye out for the Bismarck, weary something might happen. Thankfully, nothing did happen to go wrong within the trip, so they relax. A few minutes or hours later, they finally reached New Hoof City Harbor.

>New Hoof City Harbor<

New Hoof City Harbor is one of the most busiest ports ever in Equestria, and the only harbor that is technologically advance than any other harbor thanks to Mayor Call Hoof. He was responsible for making New Hoof City from a city of hard labor into a city of technology, something Manehattan is ashamed of. Only New Hoof City has ironclads, or battleships, in their Naval milita. Currently, only four of them are made, and others are still being planned upon. Thankfully, these ships have guns like the Bismarck, only four 12" guns, still deadly though.

Upon arriving the harbor, the sailors of the Equestrian 2nd Fleet and the Bismarck dock in it, and they survey around to find something wonderful, for the Bismarck's crew of course. Four ships, designed like the Prinz Eugen, are harbored here in this harbor. The four ships docked here, NFN Call Hoof, NFN Hoof Park, NFN Sky Tower and NFN Asylum, are mostly armed to the teeth, but there is a big problem. This four ships have no AA Guns, making them exposed to air attacks.

That being said though, the New Hoofans are also examining the Bismarck, and are equally impressed by the design of the battleship itself, and they planning to copy the design of the German superstructure. But when the crew goes out for the first time, they are shocked to see that the crew walked in two legs, in a bipedal fashion, and their naval uniforms are mixture of blue(ranking officer) and black(crew members). When the 2nd Fleet is now resupplied, they go out of the harbor and sets sail towards their goal. But for some reason, the Bismarck stayed behind, leaving the ponies getting an eye contact with the bipedal creatures. There was a lot them, literally staring at them. The Commanding Officer of the New Hoof 4th Fleet, Admiral Bluefoot, steps in, he asked:

"May I know who is the commanding officer of this ship?" For a miracle though, one of the crew members who knows English repeats the question in German, and two blue clothed commanding officers steps in, making the ponies gasped in shock to see the Admiral and the Captain. The member who knew English steps in as a translator for the commanding officers, and after Lutjens whispers the reply, he said:

"We are sir. May we know our location?"

The ponies we're shocked to hear that the bipedal creatures, similar to minotaurs, could talk, although that they even knew it because of the minotaurs. However, what was shocking and also impressive for the New Hoofans is the ship that these bipedal creatures have. The ship was colored in iron-grey color, similar to the fashion of their ships, but was impressive and terrifying was the guns. These guns are longer and perhaps even deadlier than their twelve-inch guns.

Another thing to note was the flag of this bipedal creatures. It was a red-black-white type of flag, much different to theirs. It had a black cross in the upper left corner of the flag, with other features are indescribable, but there is one word that popped out in the heads of the ponies: power. This ship was built in power, with massive destruction that would likely follow it.

However, dark thoughts must be shoved aside for the answer or the bipeds. The commanding officer of the New Hoofan Naval Militia stepped in and replied:

"You are in the city of New Hoof City. What do you want to inquire?" The sailor whispers the reply to Lutjens, and he gives an order where the ponies could no longer understand. However, the sailors of the Bismarck immediately got out of the ship, and the ponies we're utterly dumbstruck to see so many sailors in a single ship, with two commanding officers in the front presumably. To see that many sailors in a singular ship, then their navy is surely bigger than their Naval Militia. It is also worth mentioning that the commanding officers has a black cross around their neck. Suddenly, what was look like the older of the two commanding officers(Admiral Lutjens) stepped in and raises slightly a weird looking hoof, something what the minotaurs call a hand.

It was a form of a friendly gesture, and to everypony's minds, it was a hoof-shake, and this signifies two things; friends or alliance. The stone face expression of Lutjens signifies that he is serious on this hand/hoof-shake, and the commanding officer was pondering his decision. If he shakes back, then the militia will have a new friend and ally, and the pirate problem of the Equestrian Navy will be solved with all-mighty power. However, they knew Princess Celestia will be weary of this, so this must be exclusively in secret.

The commanding officer shakes with the Admiral, and a new Fleet was born under talks between the Kriegsmarine party and New Hoofan party in the Naval building near the city hall. The new fleet, called the 1st Joint Navy Fleet, is comprised of the Bismarck itself and the four current ships; Call Hoof, Hoof Park, Sky Tower and Asylum. At last, on their first mission to sail with the Equestrian 2nd Fleet, the Joint Fleet sails on, with pride on their shoulders.

>Next Day, Manehattan Harbor<

Back at Manehattan Harbor, the lone loyalty ship, the HMES Sisters, was ready in the harbor already in preparations of the coming of the Royal Sisters and the Elements of Harmony thanks to a dinner invitation recently. The crew of the ship was preparing the ship for departure, eager to make this day better than the rest.

This enormous ship, weighing at least 45,000 tons, is among the elite ships in the Equestrian Navy dedicated for royalty and nobility. The elite ships tasks is to have the two have the best moment in their lives, albeit in the sea, despite threats from the pirates at sea. However, no new pirate activities were detected at sea, so it's best to serve the Royal Sisters and the Elements of Harmony at their finest.

However, the crew were also getting nervous at going out at sea today, because they worry so much about the pirates that they have a protocol in which although not certified in the entire navy but it's most likely effective at best. They prepare for the time of the lifetime.

At sea however, there is a much bigger threat than meets the eye itself could see.....

....And it involves a nation in turmoil.
