The Doctor had finished dusting off every corner of his shed, he kept on the outskirts of Ponyville. The shed was made to make sure no pony could find, or damage the TARDIS. He quite admired his handy work, always wanting his shed to feel comforting and clean. "Alright, now let's get the TARDIS all cleaned off." He said, as he trotted over to his machine. As he entered the time machine, he could see a small compartment below, in the corner he had never noticed before. "Don't remember seeing this here?" He mumbled to himself. As he opened the the door to the compartment, The Doctor immediately noticed a brown box inside. Pulling the strange box out, he also noticed a note taped on top. "Wonder what this says?" He quickly skimmed the note, and immediately confusion shot through his face.

Do not open this box, for the love of god, this box contains a greater evil than the devil himself! Please don't open it, please!.

The Doctor couldn't comprehend what the note said. "What's so terrible inside here." He quickly shrugged it off, and opened the box. Confusion continued to pour through the stallion, what was inside the box were...dominoes. "Well, whatever terrible thing that's suppose to be in here, it's certainly not this." The Doctor chuckled. "I remember playing with these when I was a kid, back at my Aunt's." "Whatever I was worrying about, it can't be this." He dumped the dominoes into pile onto the floor. "Now let's see here."

He lined up the dominoes into a small circle, and with a gentle tap of his hoof, all of them fell to form a circle. The Doctor felt a sudden feeling of giddiness rush through him. "Oh my, these are more fun than I remembered." The note slowly crept back into his thoughts, but he quickly dismissed it. "Okay, let's do that again."

Later that day, Twilight, and Spike were heading over to The Doctor's shed, with Twilight carrying her saddle bags. "I don't understand Twilight, if The Doctor doesn't want any pony to know about his machine." "Then why did he bother to tell you, and me about this?" Spike asked the purple mare. "Because Spike," She began. "The Doctor trusts us enough to keep his secret, and he needs some pony to help him grab equipment for his machine. As they arrived at the shed, Twilight quietly let themselves inside. Not too long after, they entered, The Doctor immediately greeted them. "Why hello you two, please follow me, I have something to show you!" He exclaimed in an unsettling tone. When entering the next room, Twilight's curiosity peaked. "What is it?" The Doctor quickly moved out of their line of vision, and revealed a pile of strange items. "This!" He exclaimed once again. "What are they?" Spike asked. "These, my dear boy, are called dominoes!" "They're used as pieces to a game, to which the objective alludes me." He answered. "Also you can line them up into certain designs, and knock them over." He quickly trotted over to an already made set-up. He then knocked them over, for which they revealed a design of a flower. "I see" Twilight said, with her hoof on her chin. "What's so fun about that?" Spike asked, feeling a little annoyed. "Everything, really." He said, not detecting his annoyance. "Okay, well... we brought you the tools you asked for." As she levitated the tools from her saddlebags. "What?...Oh right, just put them over there." Pointing to his table. "I won't need anymore of your help today, I'm a bit busy at the moment." As he sits on the floor twiddling the dominoes. "Um...Okay, I guess." "I'll just be going then." "Okay, bye." He immediately answered back. Twilight then closed the door behind her, as she entered outside. "Do think he'll be alright?" Spike asked. "I sure hope so." Twilight answered, with a hint of concern in her voice.

Later that day, Twilight was lying down on the floor of the library, reading a book based on Quantum Physics, when Spike called out to her. "Twilight, you have to come see this." She then walked over to the dragon, looking out her front window. She found The Doctor, once again, knocking over even more dominoes. Watching him bouncing in excitement, only expanded her confusion even further. "What is so fascinating about those things?" She thought to herself. Twilight stepped away from her window, went back to her book. "Maybe I should visit him sometime this week."

A few days later, Twilight trotted over to The Doctor's shed, hoping he wasn't in any kind of trouble. "I'm just going over, to see if he's okay." She thought herself. Twilight opened the door to the shed, and poked her head in the doorway. "Doctor?" "Are you in here?" Before she could asked once more, she was quickly pulled into the shed. "Good, you're here!" The Doctor exclaimed."Look at this!" The Doctor revealed a crowd of dominoes surrounding them. "I've spent the last three days designing this complex model" "Now we will see if it will all come together." With a gentle tap of his hoof, the dominoes began crashing down. They began to zig-zag, and swirl around the room, as each domino fell on top of another. Then finally, the last domino, that had been perched on the counter, fell off into...a glass of water. "That's it?" Twilight asked. "Eeyup." He answered. all that time of complex designing, just to have one domino fall into a glass of water?" "I know, pretty cool, right?"

"THAT'S IT!" Twilight yelled. Suddenly she levitated every domino back into the box, where she then levitated the box, and ran out of the door. "Wait! What are you doing?" The Doctor yelled back, immediately chasing after her. "These things are nothing but trouble!" Twilight exclaimed. She then reached a nearby lake, and threw the box into the lake. "NO! MY BABIES!" He screamed out, watching the box slowly sink. Twilight then turned The Doctor around, and said "Get a grip! You were wasting your life with those things>" "But, I need my poor babies, and-" "SNAP OUT OF IT!" Twilight shouted, then immediately slapped him across the face. After a few seconds, The Doctor realized, what just happened."Wow, I really lost my head back there." "You certainly did." Twilight answered. "Thanks Twilight, for knocking some sense into me." "Now can you help me back home, I need some rest."

They've finally reached, The Doctor's, home when they got to the door, he said "I can take it from here, thanks Twilight." "Glad to help." She answered. As soon as he closed the door, he looked outside, to make sure she was gone. When she was gone, he went to his bedroom, and opened the nightstand next to it. He saw that there was one single domino inside the drawer. He then sighed with relief, and picked up the domino. "At least she didn't get you." He told the domino. He then started to nuzzle the domino, and as he was nuzzling the item, he said to himself "It's okay, I won't let that bad unicorn take you away."
