The Doctor took a few steps, looking for his TARDIS. He saw it about 27 yards away from him, on some pony's lawn.

"Well, that was quite a crash. Hmmm, still no feeling, must be a side effect from whatever the Daleks shot at me. Hey, this isn't Mars OR 4703."
He took a few steps. He walked around, searching the forest's edge. Then, he suddenly regained feeling through his body, from the hooves up. Then the pain hit him like a ton of bricks, and he collapsed in pain.

"OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWWW" He sat, clutching his hoof. He needed to get to his TARDIS, which was a long ways away, seeing he rolled out of it when he crashed. He then noticed a mare running towards him before he blacked out.

She was used to fixing broken bones, strains, and even a few stitches. For animals. Not for a stallion. So she wasn't surprised that she was freaking out. Fluttershy galloped all the way across town to the familiar tree library. She burst in, freaking out.

"TWILIGHT!!!"

"Fluttershy? Whats wrong?"

"Stallion...Hurt...House...Blood...Box...HURRY!!!" Fluttershy was freaking out more than usual, so Twilight was worried.

"Fluttershy, calm down. Use full sentences. OK?"

Fluttershy nodded her head ok. She told Twilight to teleport to her lawn. They were there in seconds.

"Why is there a stallion on your lawn?" asked Twilight as she hurried to start healing him.

"I don't know..." Said Fluttershy in her quiet voice. After a couple of minutes, Twilight said,

"Ok, he should be fine, but his head will hurt for awhile, along with his hoof. Can you watch him until he wakes up?" asked Twilight. Fluttershy nodded as Twilight teleported away. Fluttershy dragged him into her house and onto her couch. She wrapped a bandage around his left forehoof, still cut slightly. After making sure he was OK, she left to the kitchen, to prepare lunch. She then returned to caring for all the animals around her cottage

The Doctor lifted his head, feeling groggy.

"Huh?"

He was confused. He was expecting more... nature. Not a house. He sat up quickly.

"Ow...My head..." He saw a mare walk in.

"Oh, your awake. Here." She quickly hoofed him a bowl of soup. He took it carefully, still confused. He then decided it couldn't hurt to accept some ...lunch. Yes, its lunch time. It was delicious. But something seemed rubbish... Did this stranger make it? Oh well, it didn't matter. This would be their last encounter. But on to more important matters. Where was the TARDIS? It would need a bit to repair itself. Hmm, well I guess I should leave...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Who was this stallion? He certainly wasn't from around here. But if he wasn't from here,then where was he from? Trottingham? He did sound it... It didn't matter.
After a couple of minutes, he sat down the now empty bowl.
"Oh, are you done? Wait here, i'll be right back."
After a minute, the strange mare returned.
"Who are you, and why did you help me?" he asked.
"Oh, I'm Fluttershy, and I helped you because you were...umm ...hurt." She replied.
Why is she so quiet? he thought.
"Well, hello then, and thank you. I'm the Doctor. I imagine you must be wondering why you found me near those woods, with a strange box on your front lawn. Quite easy to explain, actually. I was in the middle of battling some Daleks after I got off course. They shot some ray at me, full of who knows what, causing my entire body to go numb. Surprisingly, I was still able to walk, so I hurried into my TARDIS and pressed some random buttons. I ended up crash landing my box onto your lawn. I ended up rolling out, near those woods. Then you found me." He replied.
Fluttershy looked at him for a long time. Then she said,
"Umm, are you okay? I think you may have hit you're head too hard when you fell..."
"I am totally okay, miss. Well, thank you for the help and soup, but I must get going."
And with that said, he dashed out of the house, and towards the nearest town. He decided to hide until his TARDIS repaired itself. His hoof still hurt somewhat, along with his head. He slowed to a walk.
No need to rush, he thought to himself. But... who was she? She seems like she might be a good companion...No, no... I shouldn't think of that. Hmmm, I wonder if there's a clothing store... His bowtie was ruined, and he needed a new one. Hmmm, maybe a fez while I'm at it... Oh there's one! He walked into Carousal Boutique. He then walked up to the mare beside some pony, tightening a ribbon.
"Too... TIGHT!!" The strange stallion said.
"Now, hush up and let me tighten this last ribbon. OK, Macintosh?" Replied the mare, who looked like the owner.
After it was tightened, she took a picture, then left a second later to add it to her album. The stallion decided to escape while he could, leaving the Doctor alone. He looked around a bit, hoping to find what he was looking for. He was in the midst of looking through a couple of bowties when the mare walked in.
"Hello there I'm Rarity, and welcome to the Carousal Boutique. How may I help you?"
"Hmmm... Well, I was wondering if you had any fezzes or bowties."
Rarity had an odd look on her face, but she gave him a red bowtie, with a fez to match. After paying her with the money he found on the ground, he galloped out. Where was the TARDIS? Then he remembered. It was on her lawn. He facehoofed and galloped to her house.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Where did he go? She stepped outside. She began to circle the box. How can he comfortably fit in there? Let alone "travel" in it. She still thought he hit his head too hard. She touched the window in confusion. The door opened on the other side. She walked around to the door, which was slightly ajar. When she opened the door more so she could look inside, she was amazed. "Oh my..."
What are you doing in my TARDIS?!
Fluttershy was shocked, impressed, scared, and in awe all at the same time. She couldn't understand how it all fit. She considered unicorn magic, but from all the hallways she sees, she knew it would take a very talented unicorn to perform a spell like this. So if not unicorn magic, then what? She just couldn't comprehend it all. She examined the console sitting in the main rooms center. She then looked at the wires below the glass flooring, following the wires to see where they stopped and started. Well, she tried to. There was just so many. She looked at the high ceilings, then at the floor. Then she circled the console a few times to try and take it all in. She then flew up to the ceiling and looked up there. She was dumbstruck. Maybe she was dreaming. She bit her hoof. Shaking the slight pain away she realized it wasn't a dream, it was for real. She flew outside, around the box, stared at it, then grinned. She flew back inside, her smile bigger.
"Wow, I can't wait to tell Twilight! I wonder what she'd say..."
She flew around the console, now frowning.
"What if the stallion... I mean the Doctor, gets mad? Oh, he probably would be. After thinking he was crazy, and then breaking into his blue box, he'd be furious! But, maybe if I explain why I decided to break into his box, he'd be less mad at me..."
Fluttershy sat there thinking for awhile. As she was thinking though, the Doctor walked in, mumbling to himself something about paradoxes, Daleks, and fezzes. He then noticed her staying in HIS TARDIS. He was shocked.
"What are you doing in my TARDIS!. And how did you get in here in the first place!?" He half-yelled.
"Oh...uhhh... I was just looking around, and then the door opened and I walked in... I'm sorry!" She cried. She was in tears. " I didn't mean to go into your box... Its just so big!" She whispered. "It's bigger on the inside..."
The doctor had a somewhat satisfied grin on his face.
"I knew you were going to say that! How? Because I'm the Doctor!" He said.
"Hmmm... Why did the TARDIS open her doors for you? If you don't know and I don't know, the TARDIS might." He said as he started hitting some buttons. He looked at the screen, mumbling.
"Hmmm, it looks like the TARDIS scanned you, and found virtually no threat. Interesting, I wonder how that's possible for another pony to carry such low levels of anger? Or any other emotion except for kindness and... Huh. Last time I checked, shyness and low confidence weren't emotions. Oh well..." He kept on mumbling. "You deserve a tour of it, don't you?"
He grabbed her hoof, and started pulling her around, showing her every place on that ship. I mean everything. The pool, the library, every single bedroom. Not a room was left unchecked. At the end, the Doctor was grinning, and Fluttershy was totally shocked. She was wondering how it was possible, and all that he said was something about a pocket dimension.
"You don't talk much do you." He said.
He caught Fluttershy off guard. She had a questioning look, not saying anything.
"See, that's what I mean. You barely talk. I mean, its like you actually don't like talking. Why," he looked at her quickly. "Wait. You actually don't enjoy talking! Tell me why. I'm the Doctor, you can tell me. Please?" He asked her almost pleadingly.
Flutters sighed. And nodded OK. And so she began.
"Well..."
Fluttershy's Secret
View Online
"Well... When I was younger I was teased... But that's not it. The teasing started after the incident... When I was about six, I was at the park with my parents. I ran into my friend Rainbow Dash, and we were playing. She said she needed to practice her flying, and I said I would watch. She insisted on me flying with her, and I finally gave in. Everything was OK... At first. My parents watched me fly around alongside Rainbow and I was a good flyer, until... It happened."
The way she said 'It' was a bit odd. The Doctor nodded, and she continued on.
"I was having so much fun, alongside Dashie and I just wanted to keep on racing, surprisingly. But Dashie said she needed to perform something more... Umm... Daring. She wanted to race across Ghastly Gorge, she said she'd need my help. I was a lot more confident when I was six, so I almost instantly agreed. She wanted to find another Pegasus pony who was willing to race us. We looked, but nobody would race us, they thought we we we were crazy. We finally found someone who would race us across the canyon. It was a really nice filly, named Aurora Flight. She wasn't the best flier... But she was... W-was so determined. So we finally let her. "
She paused slightly to regain her composure. Then she continued.
"As we were racing, we were past all the other stuff that might kill you. But Dashie's competitive side got to her. Aurora was pulling up next to us, and Dashie wanted to win...so...so..s-so... S-s-so sh-she pushed Aurora into the side of the canyon. A-a-aurora... She was being dragged by Dashie across the side.. It was horrible. When Aurora fell, I dived after her. I dived a nose-dive, and as I was catching her, we hit the side, making some boulders fall... They hit me as I tried to shield Aurora from anymore injuries... The rock mainly got my wings which tore them up... It hurt a lot, especially for a filly my age. I just had to save her, so when we fell the last few meters, I tried holding her away from the ground, while attempting to sh-shield her from the remaining debris. When we hit the ground, I took most of the impact. I managed to get up, so I could check on...Aurora..."
The Doctor noticed that Fluttershy was shuddering slightly, indicating she kept this secret well. This surprised him. But he kept listening to the memory of hers.
"When I Checked on her she was... Oh Celestia, it was horrible. Her wings and body was worse off than mine. The worse part is she was still awake. I still remember what she said... It was, 'Well, I guess I won't be coming in first...' I wasn't that surprised I guess... She loved telling jokes, trying to keep bad situations light. She didn't last much longer after that. Dashie came back awhile later. When she saw what happened she made me promise not to tell anyone. Luckily it wasn't a pinkie promise. It turns out I was really traumatized by it... Since then, I don't talk much, or fly considering it still pains me slightly..."
They sat in silence for several minutes. The Doctor had questions but wasn't sure where to begin. So he waited for her to talk first.
CAPS LOCK, the biggest troll known to pony kind, overheard Fluttershy. Him, being the troll he is, went to the Police Guard station immediately, telling them everything. Rainbow was brought in for questioning.
Travel Time and... River?
The Doctor stayed on Flutershy's couch for about a week, since his TARDIS needed to be repaired. Fluttershy felt horrible when she found out that Dashie was arrested. She cried all day, and didn't talk at all for another. in fact, the Doctor ended up caring for the animals the first few days. eventually Fluttershy kind of got over it, but actually was angry that she didn't know who reported Dashie. She was cleaning the house when the doctor galloped in.
"MISS SHY!!!" he yelled, get Fluttershy's attention.
"I told you, just call me Fluttershy, or Flutters..." she said, actually (almost) talking.
"The royal guard, their searching for you! I managed to convince them you were at the other side of town, but eventually they'll realize I was lying. We need to hurry!" He said, turning to the door.
"I don't know... if they need me, I should stay..." she whispered.
"Come on! it doesn't matter right now! follow me."
After saying that, he grabbed her hoof and dragged her to his TARDIS. She was used to its size, but she still mouthed 'wow' whenever she entered. (Who wouldn't?) She remained silent as the Doctor locked the TARDIS's doors. He then slid to the floor, panting. He then ran to the ships console, and checked all the messages. There was a call from 1957 Prance. It read,
'Hello, Sweetie'
The Doctor's pupils shrank to pinpricks as he reread the message multiple times. He then trotted in circles, talking to himself and saying,
"Why now? This can't be her... She can't find me...oh, of course she will, she always does... I have bigger problems right now... not now River!..." He stopped when he walked right into the console.
"Umm... Who's River?" asked Fluttershy, who talked above a whisper.
"Somepony who comes at the wrong times, that's who. Now, if I can just mask the TARDIS's signal, maybe..."
He was interrupted when a pegasus mare with a tan coat and a frizzy blond mane and tail teleported into the room. the Doctors eyes returned to the size of pinpricks, when he noticed the intruding mare. The intruder looked to the Doctor, who was stuttering, then to Fluttershy, who was wondering why she was there. Her eyes too were pinpricks. The mare then said,
"Hello sweetie. Miss me? Oh, is this your new companion? Probably, since you always seem to have one." The Doctor, who finally figured out how to talk again, said to her,
"No, this is NOT my companion. She helped me when I finally escaped the Daleks. I don't need another companion, I don't WANT one. I was going to leave soon, but the TARDIS is still repairing itself. Can you leave?"
"Umm, is this River?" (Half) said Fluttershy, who tried to hide behind her mane.
"Oh, so I've been mentioned? Lovely. But that's for later. We have a bit of an... issue in Prance. Its the Angels." River said, soundiing slightly worried.
"..."
"..."
"What?" the Doctor finally forced out, by now immensely shocked.
"Angels? Like a Pegasus?" Whispered Fluttershy.
"Yes, but how do you know?" asked the Doctor.
"Umm... I was a science major in college..." said Flutters. "The Equestrian country found a few aliens back in the 60's when Princess Celestia practiced a spell created by an advanced student in her school. It was a couple of weird statues which she said were destroyed... That's when I switched to veterinary care....."
"Hmm, interesting. I will need to check that out sometime..." said the Doctor, a hint of curiosity in his eyes.
"Umm, Prance? Angels? Huge Equestrian threat?" Half-Yelled River, trying to grab the Doctors attention.
"Huh? Oh, yeah!" He yelled pulling several levers and pressing multiple buttons of the TARDIS's.
"Wait... So this travels in time? AND YOUR TAKING ME!?" Yelled Fluttershy, not sure whether she should be angry or excited. It was hard to tell.
"Umm... Yes?" asked the Doctor, not sure of how she'd react.
"YAY!" This exclamation from Fluttershy shocked him.
"Huh? Why do you want to go?"
She blushed, but said,
"Umm, I'm still into science and history...A bit..."
"Ok then. Well, ALLONS-Y!"
