A year and a half later, the family grew about another Apple. Lowell, and his family are happy but baddies lurk.
A year and a half with a new foal, Golden Apple...can Lowell handle this along with his duties as a ESPS agent as well as a sudden change in the world? I'm sure he can handle it along with anything Iron Hoof tosses at him..plus he got his friends to back him up.
A year and a half later since the previous story, the Apple family has grown by one. Golden Apple who is a new born earth pony colt, he had slightly darker green eyes, orange coat with his mother's freckles along his mane was goldish with streaks of brown. Lowell was sitting in their bedroom looking at the sleeping foal in his crib. Look at the lil guy....fricking cute. Lowell thought before Applejack cantered into the room.
“ There ya are sugercube, ah been lookin for ya.” Applejack said as she cantered up too Lowell.
“ Oh hey Jackie. “ Lowell said as he looked to the mare as he smiled.
“ Ya'll ready for later on when me and the girls leave?” Applejack asked as Lowell chuckled a bit.
“ I am Jackie...don't worry..you mares have a fun weekend.” Lowell said as he smiled to the mare as she returned the smile.
Applejack and her friends along with Lighting Storm were going to Las Pegasus for a weekend get-a-way, while Lowell would stay home and foal sit the CMC, His own foals, and Red Wing. No problem...I can handle the small fries. Lowell thought as he leaned over and nuzzled the mare's cheek.
“ Okay...okay ah'll get out of yer mane.” Applejack said before she kissed the foal's forehead as she left.
“ Just us....well and the fillies....and colt... we can handle this!....I mean I dealt with being an Ivey...before I was an Apple....heh.” Lowell said as he smiled at the sleeping foal.
Lowell went down stairs as Sweetiebellie and Scootaloo cantered in with their bags.
“Alright got the other to fillies of the CMC about.....just do something after the girls leave......heh.” Lowell said as the fillies smile and nodded before they went upstairs to meet up with his fillies and Applebloom.
“ And we got Red Wing! “ Lowell said as he waved to the colt who looked around some.
“ Yer...a bit quiet Red....” Lowell said as he tilted his stetson back some.
“Sorry sir...” The colt looked around some before looking to Lowell.
“You don't gotta call me sir......doesn't suit me.....go on lad go play with them.” Lowell said as the colt cantered away upstairs.
Lucky for Lowell it was in the middle of winter so there was no apples to take care of just the normal farm chores, along side with keeping the farm afloat if the CMC try something like home renovators. He heard the foal had woken up by the crying, Time to be a daddy. Lowell thought as he cantered back upstairs and into their bed room.
“Hey...GA....whats up lil guy?” Lowell said as he picked up the crying foal.
He leaned over to sniff at the foal's diapers before he mentally facehoofed. The buck am I doin...I can't smell. Lowell thought as he shook his head some before checking the diaper.
“Nope..yer all clean down....I bet yer hungry!” Lowell said as he carried the foal down stairs and sat the foal in a high chair.
“Now, you stay put while I make ya something nummy to eat!” Lowell said before he turned away and started on making the foal a bottle.
He gave the foal the bottle as he happily drank from the bottle while Lowell watched with a smile. The CMC came down stairs and out the door. He wasn't to worried it was only cold out with light snow for this winter, he then started on making some stew for later on.
“This be the life.....got a wife...kids..friends.....a job of sorts...” Lowell talked to him self as he lightly ruffled the foal's mane earning a coo from the foal.
“ I don't care who is around.....your fricking adorable lad!” Lowell said to himself as he chuckled.
Lowell continued on making the stew till Applebloom cantered in to ask something.
“ Lowell can we go to our club house fer a while? “ Applebloom asked as Lowell looked to the filly.
“Sure ya can just if the snow picks up I want you foals back here got it?” Lowell said as he watched the filly nod and disappeared outside.
“Too be a kid again...ah well..” Lowell said as he took the foal out of the high chair cradling him.
“Now...Golden Apple who's my lil buddy?” Lowell asked the foal as he held the foal out facing towards him, only to be answered by a coo and a pair of hooves on his nose.
“ Aww......yer my lil buddy alright!” Lowell said as he gently hugged the foal.
Golden Apple only cooed as Lowell held the foal up making a silly face too him earning a giggled from the foal.
Later on during the mid day Lowell had just finished up the last of the chores while the CMC was watching the foal. That is that for the chores of today..... Lowell thought as he slowly cantered into the house and looked around noticing it is quiet.
“Uh?....Its quiet....and... where are they?” Lowell asked himself as he looked around before cantering into the living room and saw the group all either coloring or drawing up plans with the foal playing with his toys.
“Phew...thought I lost ya'll for a moment..” Lowell said as he cantered over to the foal picking him up and looked to the group.
“Lets see got every pony here....yup...How about a lil story since we are all about eh?” Lowell said as he held the cooing foal.
“ This is a story that took place a long long time go in a town much like Ponyville, this is the story of Robin Hoof.” Lowell said as he started the tale for the foals.
His tale lasted for about two hours just enough for the sun to have set and all the foals were asleep, he gently carried the foal upside resting him into his crib. The pay off..watching your small ones growing up...and being happy. Lowell thought as he smiled at the sleeping foal, he cantered over to the bed and climbed in as he got one of his romance novels out and started to read it.
“ Day one down....heh..easy lemon squeezie..” Lowell said quietly to himself its a shame he didn't notice that the CMC were only setting up their plans for that day for Hot Air Ballon Racing Cutie Marks.
The morning started like always Lowell waking to the roosters crow as he quietly went down stairs to start up on breakfast. He yawned lightly as he flipped an apple pancake and wiggled his nose some, I love...and hate mornings....start of a new day....but the bane of my sleep.. Lowell thought to himself as he placed the last pancake on the plate full of pancakes.
“Right breakfast be done... now for the youn-” Lowell was stopped as he saw them wizz by.
“Whoa whoa whoa...get thou flanks here and eat thou breakfast before crusading..” Lowell said before the foals all came back in and sat at the table.
“ You guys eat then ya can play...” Lowell said before he left the group to go back up stairs to check on the foal.
He walked into their bedroom and donned his stetson then cantered to the crib peeked into it to spot the sleeping foal.
“I hate to wake ya Apple...but wake up time is here.” Lowell said as he gently took the foal from the crib.
The foal rubbed his eyes as he yawned looking to his father cooing a bit tiredly, Lowell smiled at the foal.
“Time to get you awake and fed GA...” Lowell said as he nuzzled the foal's forehead and carried the foal down stairs.
He found most of the pancakes gone as well as a bit of a mess on the table, he started on making a bottle for the foal as well as to clean the mess. Kids....hope they stay outta trouble. Lowell thought as he finished up cleaning the mess and looked to the foal happily drinking from his bottle.
“Yea.....a father of three foals.....I'm a lucky pegasi..” Lowell said as he cantered to the foal.
He heard a knock at the door as his ears perked up some, before he kissed the foal's head.
As Lowell opened the door he found there was a black coated unicorn stallion standing there seeming a bit out of breath. Points for the cool tie he has on! Lowell thought to himself before the unicorn spoke up.
“Hello....I'm Glistening Blade.....have you seen a mare named Twilight Sparkle....I can't find her.” Glistening asked as Lowell tilted his head some.
“Sorry man, she and her friends went to Las Pegasus for the weekend.......da hay?” Lowell said as he peeked around the stallion and saw Sweetiebellie dragging something.
“Blade....could ya do me a HUGE favor and watch my foal for a bit...he is just inside the house..please?” Lowell said as he trotted off leaving the unicorn to stammer a bit before sighing as he cantered into the house.
“And there it is...wonder what they are doing.” Lowell asked himself as he cantered around the barn and to find a couple of hot air balloons on the other side of it.
“Da buccck!” Lowell muttered to himself as he looked at the foals preparing to take off.
“Whoa! No no no no no, those mares would kill me if I let you foals....” Lowell stopped as the balloons took off.
“Buck...” Lowell said as he took off into a gallop after the balloons.
He snapped a few times at the loose rope that was hanging down near the ground the snow wasn't making it easy galloping after them, Come on so...wait...I got wings! Lowell thought as he took off from the ground as he flew up to the baskets.
“Attention...rouge balloons land the balloons please!” Lowell said as the foals only shrugged.
“We don't know how too daddy!”Golden Rays said as she watched her father.
“You don't know how?!?”Lowell said as he flailed his hooves trying to grab the edge of the basket.
He managed to grasp the ends of the basket pulling it to a stop, while the other fly off still. Buck! Lowell thought as he quickly tied off the rope to a tree.
“Stay here while I get them!” Lowell said as he took off after the second balloon.
He slowly caught up to the second one reaching out to it. Almost! Lowell thought as he reached as far as he could finally grabbed the rope.
“Gotcha!“ Lowell said as he started to pull it to a stop.
“Now....to get you all on the ground...” Lowell said as he pulled the balloon tying it too the tree .
He got all the foals down on the ground level as he glared at them while the group all looked to the ground with their ears flatten but he just sighed a bit.
“....You lot had me a bit scared there....” Lowell said as he looked at the group.
“W-we're...sorry Lowell..” Applebloom said as Lowell softly smiled.
“I'm just glad your all alright.” Lowell said as he ushered them back to the house.
“Just...nothing like that again....please...I don't wanna lose any of ya...nor do I want any mad mares hunting me down..” Lowell said as he chuckled weakly.
“What cutie marks were ya after this time?” Lowell asked as Scootaloo spoke up.
“Extreme Balloon Racing Cutie Marks!” Scootaloo said with a grin.
“Never again please..hot air balloons aren't toys......they could be dangerous....” Lowell said as he sighed before the CMC nodded.
“When did you guys get that all set up?” Lowell asked as the foals looked to each other then to him.
“Y-yesterday.” Paint Drop said as she tilted her head some.
“Explains why I didn't see flank nor mane of you lot that day....heh.” Lowell chuckled lightly as he opened the door.
They walked in on Glistening make a silly face at the giggling foal, he noticed them before he blushed and looked at them.
“Thanks a lot man for watching GA....if ya ever need something look for me...cause I owe ya one.” Lowell said as he grinned.
“Uh...No problem!..I didn't get your name...” Glistening asked as Lowell's ears perked a bit as he tilted his stetson some.
“Ah right....I'm Lowell, Applejack's husband pleased to meet ya laddie!” Lowell said with a grin as Glistening only quirked an eye brow.
“Guess.....I'll wait back at the Library for Twilight..” Glistening said as Lowell looked to him.
“They should be back sometime late tommara!” Lowell said as he waved to the unicorn who was leaving.
Lowell looked at the clock to only see it was barely pasted twelve, Oh boy.... Lowell thought before he saw the group trot upstairs.
“Just so ya'll know ya aren't grounded! Just askin ya to be way more careful!” Lowell called out to them as he cantered over to the foal.
“Hey there.” Lowell said as he grinned.
“I'm gonna teach you...something I should have...” Lowell said before he blew raspberries at the foal ho just stared wide eyed to his father.
Golden Apple just sat there before he mimicked his father blowing raspberries at him which Lowell grinned too.
“Yes...my young padawan.....you learn well you have!” Lowell said with a chuckle as the foal blew raspberries again.
“Just don't do it around mommy...she might hurt daddy.” Lowell said with a grin just now thinking about the consequences.
Oh lordy....Jackie will know it was me that taught him......ponies dun got no T.V....I'm bucked.. Lowell thought to himself as he picked up the foal.
“Come what will!...You got my back on the matter GA!” Lowell said as the foal blew raspberries at him.
“Yer abusing it man!” Lowell said with a chuckle.
He tickled the foal a bit as he cradled the foal sitting, Come what will...I'll be here....for my family and friends.. Lowell thought with a smile as the foal squealed in his foreleg.
“I know your weakness lil one!” Lowell said with a grin.
The day slowly went along as Lowell watched all the foals and their antics which wasn't much after that hot air balloon bit, he and the foals got around with the daily chores as well as a few games of hide and go seek along with Lowell keeping up with GA's needs along with keeping the CMC outta trouble.
A week later as Lowell was cantering towards Ponyville to see what was in the markets, till he was stopped by a loud whooshing noise as he spotted the TARDIS slowly forming. Oh well lookie there The Doc. Lowell thought to himself as he watched the brown stallion exit the TARDIS.
“Lowell?....What happened to you?” Dr.Whooves asked as Lowell only smiled.
“My life happened Doc...how are ya and the TARDIS?” Lowell asked as the Doc invited him inside which he accepted.
Lowell slowly told his story of all the events from start to this very point.
“That's quite...well Interesting life tale...Long way for a Texas boy..” Dr. Whooves said as Lowell chuckled.
“Yea....so your just about for a visit? Neat-o.” Lowell said with a smiled as he looked at the console.
“The TARDIS seems well.” Lowell said as he messed with a knob turning it a bit as it made a clunk like noise while the Doc as looking away..
“She is all and well, I'm about to go visit Click and Ditzy..want to tag along.” Dr. Whooves asked as Lowell shook his head.
“Nah..I was going to do something in the market place before I forget about it...maybe some other...time.” Lowell said as he smiled a bit.
“Very well then....I will see you...or not who knows eh?” Dr.Whooves said as Lowell slowly left waving to the stallion.
Lowell sat outside as the TARDIS slowly started to fade away as he smiled a bit.
“ Twas good seenin the Doc....” Lowell said before he started to feel a bit woozy.
“W-woah......what...the buck..I...feel sooo weird..” Lowell said as he took a few steps forward before just passing out in the middle of the road.
He eventually woke up what looked like their bedroom, he groaned as he looked around he went the rub his eye but he didn't see a hoof but an orange hand.
“The buck!?” Lowell said as he sat up quickly looking at his hands, he then tossed the covers off looking down at his body.
He got up and scrambled towards the large mirror and looked at him self in the mirror.
“I'm....an....anthro pony.....geez...I know pegasi are suppose to be sleek and all that...but I'm no bigger than maybe some anime hero or something.....maybe a Cloud Strife......ish.......no feet....hooves...hands.....buck me...wow.” Lowell muttered to him self as he tilted his head looking at him self wearing nothing but a pair of plaid boxers and a tight black shirt.
“Still rockin the eye patch...” Lowell said as he walked to the closet and tilted his head at the cloths.
“Oh sweet! Is that a sleeveless hoodie shirt!” Lowell said as he quickly got the sleeveless hoodie on the torso of the shirt was green while the hood was black, along with a pair of black jeans he tilted his head at a black bag that hung there.
Lowell took the bag and slowly untied the ends of it just to see Beretta along with a ESPS badge.
“Well buck man..a Beretta..They got guns here...”Lowell said as he slipped the pistol into his hoodie pocket along with the badge.
“Last but not least!” Lowell muttered as he placed his stetson on tilting it slightly.
Buck yea.....this universe knows what this pegasi wants to wear...wait! Lowell thought as he looked at his hands again before seeing a ring on his finger.
“Oh thank Celestia....” Lowell said with a sigh of relief, he then noticed something that looked like an Iphone.
“Ihoof...heh.......I think its mine..” Lowell said as he picked it up and slipped it into his jeans pocket.
“Sugercube? “ Applejack said before she came in.
As Lowell turned to look at the mare, she was wearing a red plaid button up shirt along with a pair of blue jeans with some tears in them.
“Ya'll okay?” Applejack asked while Lowell just stared wide eyed at the mare with a dark blush.
I am married.....to the....hottest...mare in Equestria....Lowell thought as he drooled a bit before Applejack snapped her fingers in his face.
“Huh...w-wha?” Lowell muttered before blinking.
“Do ah have yer attention now?” Applejack said with a soft smile
“T-totally Jackie.” Lowell said as he smiled a bit.
“Good, now tell me why Lighting found ya laying in the middle of the road naked...” Applejack crossed he arms with a glare towards him.
“I...uh......c-cider.....I...uh....found the cider....s-sorry Jackie..” Lowell said as he rubbed his arm a bit looking away.
“Ah'm gonna guess ya drank a whole barrel to do sometin like that...” Applejack said before she smiled a bit.
“Y-yea..” Lowell said as he smiled a bit with a blush.
“What am ah gonna do with ya sugercube...” Applejack said as Lowell perked up some.
“Love me, hug me and tell me I'm pretty?” Lowell said with a soft smile.
Applejack only chuckled before she rolled her eyes, before she walked over and flicked his nose causing him to rub it.
“Yer lucky, ah love ya Lowell.” Applejack said with a smile.
“Am I lucky.” Lowell said before he hugged the mare.
Applejack would have returned the hug but the foal started to cry, she broke away from the hug and straight to the crib as she lifted the crying foal. He only smiled and watched the two as Applejack bumped noses with the now giggling foal, Applejack seemed to notice this as she looked over to him.
“Just one big happy family....heh.” Lowell said softly as he walked over to them and wrapped his arm around Applejack and lightly ruffles the foal's mane.
“I can take over caring fer GA my sweet apple mare.” Lowell said with a smile as Applejack handed the foal off to him.
Lowell held the foal up with a grin as the foal only cooed, Applejack chuckled before she kissed him on the cheek and left the room.
“Anthro Jackie...anthro me...anthro every pony I assume.” Lowell asked himself as he left the room with the foal.
As he caught up with Applejack he looked to the mare and pondered a bit if he should ask.
“Hey...Jackie...anything new with ESPS details?” Lowell asked as Applejack shook her head.
“Nothing thankfully has came up fer us..” Applejack said as she smiled at him as she placed the pie into the oven.
“That's dandy!” Lowell said with a chuckle.
Still in the same verse...just...well anthropomorphic style.. Lowell thought to himself as he cradled Golden Apple.
GA blew raspberries at him as he chuckled weakly while Applejack just glared at Lowell.
“Ah still can't believe ya taught our foal that Lowell..” Applejack said as Lowell smiled a bit.
“W-well, he is our foal.....so somethings that I do he would pick up on....heh.” Lowell said as he held the giggling foal up.
Applejack only chuckled as she placed her hand onto his shoulder as he smiled at her.
“Yes my sweet apple mare?” Lowell said as he grinned at her before she flicked his nose.
“Nothin ya strange pegasi of mine.” Applejack said as she chuckled.
He was wiggling his nose as GA hugged his mother's arm, Applejack smiled as she leaned over kissing the foal's forehead.
“He is cute ain't he Jackie..” Lowell said as he smiled at the mare.
“About as cute as his daddy.” Applejack said with a grin as Lowell blushed.
“So who's turn is it to foal sit the tyke?” Lowell asked as Applejack pointed to him.
“Ah did it yesterday its yer turn today.” Applejack said as Lowell smiled.
“Okay tyke watching falls to I” Lowell smiled as Applejack leaned over and gave him a soft kiss to the lips before she walked outside.
“I love that mare....” Lowell said to himself as the foal squirmed around in his arms.
He sighed just before he looked at the foal reaching up to him.
“Well what is it? I got ya man....” Lowell said as he held the foal up closer so their noses were touching.
“Sup lil Apple?” Lowell said with a smirk as the foal squealed in delight and hugged his father's muzzle.
“Awwwwww....” Lowell muttered as he smiled at the foal hugging his muzzle.
“Yer just an adorable lil colt aren't ya man!” Lowell cooed at the foal.
Apples blew raspberries as Lowell blew them back, soon the two were having a raspberry fight till Applejack walked in and just stared.
“Lowell! Stop it!” Applejack growled as Lowell looked at the mare with his tongue still out.
“He started it Jackie!” Lowell said as he puffed his cheeks.
“Well ah'm finishin it!” Applejack said with a glare as Lowell gulped.
“Y-yes dear...” Lowell said as he cradled GA.
“Ya better...ya strange pegasi...gettin into a strange fight with yer son like that...” Applejack said as she rolled her eyes.
“We...were only playin....I swear...” Lowell said as he smiled at her as she just chuckled.
“Ah swear that foal is gonna be like ya sugercube....” Applejack said as she leaned over and kissed the side of his head.
“That ain't a bad thing either..” Lowell smiled to her as she flicked his nose.
“Mah nose is bein abused!” Lowell whined which earned a chuckle from Applejack.

Lowell was out in the orchards picking up some of the apples that missed the buckets, till he felt a hand onto his shoulder when he turned no pony was there just a fading black smoke.
“ The...buck........ooooookay then...” Lowell slowly said to himself as he looked around with his hand in his pocket.
“Your time will come Lowell....in time.” A whispering voice said into his ear as he quickly turned around pointing a Beretta at thin air.
“Okay...who the buck is there!......I'm an awesome shot....” Lowell called out as he scanned the trees.
“ I am here....but not here...I am where there's life.....I'm there when the life ceases.” The voice whispered again as Lowell backed into a tree.
“The hay are you talking about...show yourself!!” Lowell called out again as he gritted his teeth.
There was no sound just the wind blowing, he slowly holstering the pistol back into his pocket and glanced around.
“I....don't know what the buck that was...or who.....” Lowell muttered to himself as he took a deep breathe before he continued picking up the apples.
I don't know what that was....random....as hay. but I heard that voice before.. Lowell thought to himself as he picked up a basket.
“What evs...I got all the apples picked up...I'm goin home before I get ear molested again...” Lowell muttered to himself as he walked back towards the house.
The Apple went about their day for night fall then dinner just to retire into their beds for the next day.
Alot of files flying around in the ESPS HQ today, that or the fact Lowell was the one taking up the files and moving them place to place. This was his job for now till he was sent on solo missions or with Applejack or any other agents.
“Buck....tons of files...I hate files.....” Lowell muttered as he pushed the cart along as ponies just tossed their files in.
“Thaaaats right pile it up.......maaaan. “Lowell said as he finally entered the file room.
Lowell slowly but surly finished the whole file fiasco, File duty sucks.....but its better than being Pinkie Pie's personal boxing bag for sure. Lowell thought to himself. He was making his way towards the exit to get back home till he was called on by Daring Do, he made his way back though the base towards her office.
“Wonder what the big D wants..” Lowell asked himself just before he entered her office.
“There you are kid....listen I got an easy mission for you....Its a request from Vinyl that she wanted some pony to watch over Octavia while she is away.”Daring said as Lowell stood there wide eyed.
“The...Octavia!.......W-when do I leave!?.....” Lowell said with a large grin on his face.
“Whoa easy kid, you go in the morning and will be there for two days at least....Vinyl said she would be back pretty soon.” Daring said as she slides some files off to the side.
Needless to say Lowell was pretty excited that he could meet his top favorite musician in Equrestria, even though it was a solo mission it sound simple enough to just watch over her. Lowell made his way back to the farm after his small duty, to be greeted by an excited Paint Drop with a flier of some kind.
“D-daddy! C-can we g-go to the art s-s-show in Cant-Canterlot please!?” Paint was asking as she was looking up at her father holding the flier.
“Sure...when does it start?” Lowell said with a smile.
“I-in a couple of day, c-can we go?” Paint asked again as he smiled.
“Sure. I'm actually going in the morning we can stay till the show is over....sound like a plan?”Lowell said as the filly hugged his leg smiling.
Applejack walked over after Paint left.
“What she so excited about sugercube?” Applejack asked as Lowell smiled at her.
“I'm gonna take her to an art show in Canterlot, and I got a mission to watch over Octavia for a small while....two in one go!” Lowell said with a smile as Applejack crossed her arms.
“Ya sure about this...it could be dangerous for her...”Applejack asked as Lowell nodded a bit.
“I got this....trust me Jackie...we will be back before ya know it!” Lowell said as he held the mare closely.
As the night came, Lowell was washing the dishes as Applejack was tucking in all the foals and getting Apple ready to sleep. Lowell yawned as he slowly walked up stairs, he met Applejack in their bedroom while she was humming some tune to the foal who was slowly dozing off.
“Ya still sure about this...she could get lost..or what if ya'll are attacked or-” Applejack was cut off as Lowell placed his finger on her lips.
“Jackie.....I swear to you, ain't nothing or no pony gonna harm a hair on her if I'm around....If they do I'll make them pay......” Lowell said quietly before he gently kissed the foal on top of the head.
“Okay....ah'm just worried fer ya both.” Applejack said as she laid the foal in the crib.
“Its just for a couple days...three at best.” Lowell said as he grinned at the mare who just smiled.
“Pinkie Promise?” Applejack said as Lowell rolled his eye.
“You know I never break one of those.....Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!” Lowell said as he did all the motions as Applejack chuckled lightly.
With Applejack convinced the two got changed and climbed into bed, drifting off to sleep for the next day.
~~~~ Morning came.~~~~~
The rooster crowed the bane of Lowell's slumber, he was awake and had his bag all packed along with his pistol and badge while Paint was all ready and just plain happy.
“Okay Paint, now if I tell ya to do something ya do it okay?” Lowell asked the filly as she nodded.
They boarded the train that was about to set out for Canterlot, two hour ride at the best. Lowell sat there watching Paint just paint her arts. That's one of my lil foals right here.....she is really...really good at this....bet she would put that art show to shame when she is like a master at this. Lowell thought to himself.
“Wh-where will we b-be staying d-dad?” Paint asked as Lowell smiled a bit.
“Well I don't know what its called but I heard it was in the same spot that Clean Hooves Inn was out..” Lowell said as Paint tilted her head some.
The train finally arrived into Canterlot as they left the train, Lowell held onto the filly's hand as she looked around at the new look of her previous living place. He picked Paint and placed her onto his shoulders as she rested her hands onto of his stetson.
“This here is Canterlot Paint..not a super lot has changed besides a few of the building and such..” Lowell said as Paint looked around
The two got odd looks from certain groups of ponies as they walked along till they came upon Diamond Hoofed Inn, Lowell only tilted his head and looked at his directions.
“Well, this is the place...still fancy beyond all jazz..might as well settle in.” Lowell said as he carried the filly in as he walked up to the counter.
“May I help you sir?” The earth pony asked as Lowell only smiled.
“Uh...I'm Lowell....for room uh 32..” Lowell said as the pony started to check her records.
“I have you here, sir.” The pony said as she offered Lowell the key as he took them.
“Thank ya kindly miss!” Lowell said as Paint waved as they walked off down the halls.
Lowell set Paint down as she explored the room as Lowell sets his bag down, while Paint was away for a bit he moved his pistol and badge into his pockets. He smiled at the filly who came back and hopped onto the bed, as Lowell chuckled before he said.
“Well, you ready to follow daddy as he works? I gotta watch over a pony named Octavia she is a musician.” Lowell said as Paint nodded lightly as he picked her up and got his bag back onto his back.
Lowell slowly made his way to some fancy looking theater a few blocks from their Inn, he sets the filly down as she stayed close to him. He spotted Octavia just down the hall, Lowell took off into a bit of a jog with Paint in tow.
“Hey Octa-” Was as far as Lowell got before the startled mare turned and slammed her instrument case into Lowell's head knocking him out.
With Lowell on the ground knocked out Paint only looked at the startled mare with a worried look.
“My da-daddy was sent t-to help you...” Paint said as she then looked to her father who was muttering something.
“Oh dear, I'm so sorry! He scared me just yelling like that out of nowhere.” Octavia said as she sets her case aside and checked on the knocked out stallion.
“He should be okay...I hope...” Octavia mutter before she and Paint moved him off to the side leaned up against the wall.
After several minutes Lowell slowly came to Paint and Octavia talking till they looked at him.
“I'm sorry for knocking you out...are you alright?” Octavia asked as she looked to him.
“Its...its okay....I did kinda come out of nowhere..” Lowell said as he slowly got up and shook his head some.
“I'm Lowell....I was told to watch over till Vinyl come back...I won't........oh me gosh I'm such a fan!!” Lowell said as he squeed.
Paint giggled as Octavia looked around and smiled nervously.
“Sorry...sorry...I won't get in the way...I'm just here to keep an eye on ya.” Lowell said as he blushed a bit.
“Right well, if you don't mind Lowell I'm running a little late for a rehearsal.” Octavia said as he nodded.
“Lead the way Octavia!” Lowell said as he followed after the mare with Paint in his arms.
Lowell followed the mare around for most of the day till she went back to her room as he stood out there.
“Dad, you-your like a royal gu-guard!” Paint said as she smiled at her father.
“Heh...I sorta feel like one.” Lowell said as he grinned a bit.
Needless to say it was as Daring said easy enough nothing really happened beside Lowell fancolting over a few of her plays, Vinyl came back on the second day and now was the time Lowell took Paint to the art show. He kept close tabs on the filly as she ran around staring at awe of the wonderful art that has been put on display.
“D-daddy...one da-day my art wi-will be here!” Paint said with a big smile on her face as he smiled back.
“And it will be loved by all the ponies who come and look.” Lowell said with a smile, he was soon distracted by some weird abstract art as he tilted his head.
“I never understood these completely.....wait.”Lowell said as he looked around for Paint who was missing.
“Paint!..” Lowell froze in his tracks when he heard crying, he followed the noise just to find Paint sitting on the ground crying.
“What is it are ya hurt?! Who did this...” Lowell said as he picked up the filly who sniffled.
“T-that white un-unicorn over the-there.”Paint sniffled as she pointed to a unicorn.
“Wait here darling...” Lowell said a bit deadpanned sets the filly down as he walked over and he tapped the shoulder of the unicorn who towered over him.
“Sir, I want you to say that you are sorry to that sweet filly...” Lowell asked as he had a fake smile plastered on his face. I'm gonna bucking hurt this flank head.. Lowell thought to himself.
“She was in the way.....I shouldn't have too.” The unicorn said with a smug grin. That smug.....I'll give him a chance. Lowell thought as his eye twitched a bit.
“I will give ya till the count to ten...before I put my knee to your nose....”Lowell said as he started to frown, though the unicorn only thought he was bluffing .
“ 1....2....3....4....5....6...7...8...9...Last chance buddy..” Lowell said as he tilted his stetson.
“You can't do anything to me! I'm one of the royal court lords! No pony would dare speak to me like this!” The unicorn said as he gritted his teeth.
“10 ...” Lowell said before he grabbed the unicorn by the horn quickly bringing his head down as Lowell slammed his knee into his face breaking his nose.
“Ya could have been a king or one of the princesses...I still wouldn't give a buck...” Lowell said leaving the unicorn on the floor holding his nose.
He picked up Paint as he held the filly close leaving the show, The nerve of such a bucking arse... Lowell thought to himself as he looked at the filly who seemed better.
“ Your good....thank Celestia...” Lowell said as he kissed the filly's forehead.
“D-dad you hurt so-some pony.” Paint said sounding a bit worried.
“Well no pony messes with my family dear...I would do anything for you...my friends and family..” Lowell said with a soft smile as he hugged the filly.
It goes with out saying Lowell is a nice pegasi, no way that this will come back at him......right?
A week later Big Mac came back to Sweet Apple Acres while Granny Smith stayed behind, the large stallion got his old room back though he acted a bit differently around Lighting Storm ever since his return home party. Needless to say Applejack and Applebloom were happy to have their brother back though today Lowell and Big Mac were being kicked out of the house for the mares only party. Lowell atleast had a couple of stallions to hang out with this time Big Mac and Glistening Blade. He and Big Mac met up with the unicorn in the middle on Ponyville, Big Mac was wearing his normal attire which was just baggy gray jeans. Glistening Blade still kept his some what formal attire, some sort of business shirt with his tie and suit pants.
“Alright! This is awesome, now I got a couple of guys to hang out with when they do these parties!” Lowell said with a huge grin at the other two.
“Well....what did you do before us?”Glistening asked as Lowell rubbed the back of his head.
“Uh....nothing.....or drank......it kinda sucked...” Lowell said as he crossed his arms.
Whoa....I'm a pegasi...Mac is an earth pony...and Blade is a unicorn.....buck me, we are like the grown up colt version of the CMC. Lowell thought to himself as the other two looked at each other and shrugged.
“So what first guys? Anything?” Lowell asked as they stood there.
“Movies?.....heard that new Daring Do...movie is out...I'll pay for everything!..”Lowell said as they both nodded.
Weird...I'm going to watch a movie....about my boss.....I'll question her on it. Lowell thought to himself as they walked towards the theater.
The movie was quite interesting for the group apart from the classic Daring's last minute escape and gaining the upper hoof on her arch-nemesis. The three walked out and looked to each other before Big Mac spoke up.
“Ah don't know about ya'll but ah gonna go visit some pony.”Big Mac said before he slowly left the two.
Once Big Mac was outta ear shot Lowell leaned over and whispered too Glisten.
“I bet he is going to visit a certain teacher.” Lowell said as he chuckled as Glisten tilted his head.
“Who?”Glistening asked as Lowell smirked.
“Miss Cheerlie.” Lowell said as he chuckled.
“Ohhhh...I didn't know about that....”Glistening said before he sighed.
“Sorry, Lowell but I gotta go organize Twilight's Intelligence networks agents.” Blade said as Lowell nodded.
“Tis okay Blade, I'll hang with ya some other time.” Lowell said as the last stallion left.
Lowell walked along the streets with his hands in his pockets, the small town was quite peaceful at times like this. Time to myself...meh. Lowell thought to himself as he walked out into the open fields, time slipped by him an hour or so has gone by as he stood out in the open.
“Its always calm out here....good place to think on some things mostly at night under such a starry night...” Lowell said softly as he looked around to spot a figure in the distance.
“Who the hay is that...and at this time...”Lowell mutter as he watched the figure get closer.
The figure appeared to be a mare with a messy white coat and tattered dark robes with the hood over her face. The mare looked to him her eyes were just black, no color what so ever.
“You know who I am Lowell.....I'm the one who kept you alive from that dragon after he took your life...” The mare some how said with out moving her lips.
“No..I don't...I only heard your voice...who are ya....and what do ya want....?” Lowell asked as the mare looked off to the side.
“I will not tell you at this.....not at this time....your time isn't n-” The mare stopped as Lowell held up his hand.
“Whoa whoa whoa.....just tell me who the buck ya are seriously.....are you the one to drag me into Equestria? Just who are you..... tell me that....atleast....” Lowell said as he crossed his arms glaring to the mare.
“I..go by several names....I'm commonly referred to as Death.” The mare said as Lowell took a step back.
“Your bucking with me.....why in the hay would The Grim Reaper save just one life eh? Ain't it like your job to collect the souls of those who pass?” Lowell questioned as the mare started to walk off.
“I have told you, that I will not tell you..your fate in life has changed since you were brought to these lands...your fate is unknown...but I will know when you time is to come when it does. “ The mare said as she slowly faded away into a black fog.
“The....buck am I getting into.......why me....why here in Equestria....I'm...so confused about this....buuuuuuuuuck! Can't I just be a pony who is happy with his family as a ESPS agent....nah there's a catch,.....buck me....some night this turned out to be..” Lowell muttered to himself as he walked back towards the roads pretty much saying buck it about walking the roads.
“A nice walk ruined......mood killed.....no pun intended..” Lowell said to himself as he walked onto the farm, he heard the party was still in full swing as he shrugged before walking towards the barn.
“What a night..” Lowell muttered as he opened the barn door thinking about the free cot in the barn.
Lowell closed the barn door as he walked towards the cot just as he was about to lay down there was a knock at the door.
“Lowell, you in there?!” Twilight called out .
He walked back towards the door and opened it to find Twilight holding a passed out Applejack. Twilight sighed before she levitated Applejack into his arms as he supported her.
“I found her passed out on the floor with Lighting Storm, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie. I suppose they got into a drinking competition....Celestia I hate being the sober one sometimes.” Twilight said as she looked off to the side.
Twilight glanced at Lowell as he only tilted his head after he laid the mare down into the cot.
“Whats up Twi?” Lowell asked as she blushed a bit.
“I'm probably the only one who's going to remember...But Applejack said some...interesting …...things, you might not wan to mention it to her for awhile...” Twilight said as she looked off to the side with the blush remaining.
“Now that just makes me curious...what did she say?” Lowell asked as he brushed his hand thru Applejack's mane.
“Oh....Rarity asked her for details about your romance and she replied with some stories about your..uh..'ear nibblin' times.” Twilight said as she blushed and looked away avoiding eye contact.
Lowell only chuckled a bit as he looked to Applejack as Twilight started to walk off.
“Well, I better go bring Lighting and Rainbow home.” Twilight said as she left the two alone.
“Ugh...where the buck am ah?” Applejack asked as she groaned.
“Yer in the barn Jackie.” Lowell said softly as he leaned don and kissed the mares forehead.
“Take me to the bedroom....so ah can shove my face into a pillow ahn die.” Applejack said as she buried her head into his chest.
Lowell only froze for a second as she said that while he glanced around. I don't like hearin that after who I just met... Lowell thought to himself as he lifted the mare gently and carried her from the barn.
“Not sure about the dieing part but the bed sounds awesome.” Lowell said with a plastered grin on his face.
Applejack only wrapped her arms around him and closed her eyes mumbling under her breath.
“Aww, yer nose is all scrunched up.” Lowell said with a smirk as he kissed her on the nose.
“Ah'd glare at ya...but it hurts to open mah eyes....so ya got lucky.” Applejack said as Lowell had carried her into their bedroom.
“Shame, I love looking into those beautiful emeralds.” Lowell said as he took off her stetson and hung it off to the side on the headboard of the bed.
Applejack only curled up and shoved her head under a pillow mumbling yet again under her breath, the rooster started to crow loudly as Lowell looked off to the side tiredly.
“Oh boy...its...morning,,,,,,I better tak--” Lowell was stopped as Applejack only grabbed his hood as he was getting up and dragged him back into the bed embracing him.
“....Buck it...” Lowell muttered before he buried his face into her mane as he wrapped his arms around her falling to sleep with her.
A couple days time is their anniversary.......uh oh...
Lowell yawned a bit tired from being a bit paranoid since Death has been around him, as he was standing outside as the sun was half way in the sky with a figure only he could see standing beside him, Death stood there staring at him as he crossed his arms. Death has hung around Lowell for the past couple of days just staring at him, patient as he was it slowly withers when ya got Death staring at you distracting him from an important day.
“Buck me......do ya gotta sit there......seriously..” Lowell muttered as he readjusted his stetson.
“I'm am watching you.....that is all..” Death said as Lowell just glared at her.
“Ya don't bucking say....ya have been for the past couple days!” Lowell growled as he started to walk off with Death in tow.
Lowell leaned up against the barn mumbling to himself, as Applejack stepped out onto the pouch with her ears flatten out as she glared out onto the farm.
“Where is that stallion!” Applejack growled as she then leaned on the railing.
And only I can see Death or hear her....now ponies with think I'm way more crazy than normal... Lowell thought to himself as he glared at Death.
“Lowell!!!” Applejack called out as she crossed her arms with a rather ticked off expression.
“Ah Jackie...the only mare who can bring a bright smile to my face..” Lowell said with a small grin as he walked off towards the front of the house.
“Do ya know what today is Lowell?” Applejack said as she was tapping her hoof on the porch angrily with her arms crossed.
“Uh...its Tuesday...ain't it?” Lowell said as his ears slowly flatten as he was getting a bit worried.
This seemed to anger the mare as her eyes just boiled with anger.
“How the buck can ya forget its our anniversary!” Applejack yelled at him as he took a step back as he took off his stetson.
“I...I'm sorry...I had....some things going on...W-we can go on a picnic! I'll make the food...as a sorry..” Lowell said as he smiled hopefully at the mare who's eye only twitched
“Out of all tha things ah ask ya to remember...Ya forgot this!” Applejack said as she flared her nostrils as Lowell looked down some.
“I'm...sorry..” Lowell said quietly as he messed with his stetson a bit.
“Ah mean, honestly! Today was tha day that we were married! Tha day that we made a bucking commitment to this dang relationship! Ah know this is probably Rainbow's line, but where the hay is tha loyalty!!” Applejack ranted as Lowell slowly hung his head as he dropped his stetson.
“I....I'm so sorry....I am loyal...it...just slipped my mind.” Lowell said softly this only seemed to anger her more.
“It just slipped yer mind?! Lowell, Ya'll run around and whatever ya want all day while ah sit there and work on the farm! If ah were to take a day off ahn do whatever the hay ah wanted to all day this farm would die! The most ya even do anymore is sort a few misplaced files and watch the fillies! Even then, that's not even ah job! That's paradise compared to half of the crap ah have to do!” Applejack yelled at him as he just took another step back.
“I....I....I...helped a few times....with some of the chores....ya won't let me help with the applebucking..” Lowell said as he slowly looked up at the mare as he sniffled a bit, obviously not liking the fact they are fighting.
“Cause yer going to hurt yerself if ya try apple bucking! Even Big Mac had troubles doin it sometimes.” Applejack growled as Lowell looked off to the side a bit.
“Well...I'm sorry....” Lowell said as he eye started to get a lil misty.
“Yeah, sure ya are!” Applejack said as he eyes filled with tears before she stormed off into the house slamming the door.
He only winced as the door slammed before he picked up his stetson and placed it back onto his head as he walked up to the door placing his hand on it while a single ear dripped down his cheek.
“J-Jackie..” Lowell said softly as he heard the mare storm upstairs as he slowly followed after.
“F-forgive me....I'm so sorry..”Lowell said as he stopped at their door.
Behind the door as the sound of Applejack grumbling before the sound of something being broken.
“Ya..okay?” Lowell said as he opened the door looking a bit worried.
Applejack was on the floor cleaning up the mess minding her bloody fist, he walked over and kneeled helping her with the mess.
“G..go fix yourself up..I'll clean this..” Lowell said as he looked at the mare who only gave him a cold glare.
“No, ah do this on my own!” Applejack growled as she continued to clean up the mess.
”Your...hurt though...please.” Lowell said as he sniffled a bit while backing away from her glare.
Applejack only grumbled as she walked out of the room as Lowell cleaned, he stood up and looked to the door. I bucked up bad.... Lowell thought to himself he then glared at Death who was standing by the window. Thanks to you. Lowell thought as he looked at the door opening and Applejack walking back in. She and gave a glare at him with her ears pinned against her head.
“I..I cleaned it...” Lowell said as he took off his stetson and watched the mare as he worried.
Applejack only grabbed the book from the night stand before slamming the door leaving him in there.
“I hope I don't lose her..” Lowell said as he slowly went downstairs messing with his stetson.
“Jackie..I- Lowell was cut shot as Applejack turned towards him with the anger building up in her eyes.
Don't start. Don't even try to apologize for fergettin the one day of the year that means the most to me. An if this day doesn't mean anythin to ya than maybe ya should just leave!.” Applejack yelled as she took a step closer as he stepped back panged with guilt.
“I...its the best day...I would do anything just to make it up to you...please.” Lowell said as she stepped back some with some tears in her eyes.
“Just...leave me alone...” Applejack said as she gritted her teeth.
“I can't do that...we are married...I'll never leave ya.” Lowell said softly as he placed his hand on her cheek as it was slapped away before her eyes looked like they were about to go up in flames.
“Oh so now ya remember we're married! What happened to that earlier huh?! How can ah trust ya to never leave me if ya can't even remember the bucking day ya made the promise not to! Just get out!” Applejack blew up on him as she pushed him out of the house and slammed the door locking it.
Lowell tripped and fell off the porch landing on his face as he laid in the dirt, The buck am I kidding even here in Equestria I manage to buck things up. Lowell thought to himself as he got up and slowly left the farm with his head hung low. He walked not caring for the dirt that matted his fur or where he was walking.
“Guess I was was lucky to get her....” Lowell muttered to him self as some tears streamed down his cheek.
~~~~~ Around the time of midnight~~~~~~
Applejack sat outside on the porch leaning her head against the railings, Lowell was sitting in some fields not sure where he had walked didn't really care since he was sitting there blaming himself.
“I...bucked up sooooo bad....I..” Lowell said quietly as he took off his stetson.
“If he ain't ganna come back, ah'll go get him mahself then.” Applejack muttered as she place her stetson back on.
Lowell turned back and glared at Death who was behind him before he sighed before he laid back.
“Now she hates me...I bucked up as a husband.” Lowell muttered to himself as it started to rain.
Applejack looked to the sky as it started to rain as she mumbled to herself as she came across a grain field.
“....She deserves to be mad....I was stupid enough to forget...I can't even tell her who I see with out it sounding like I'm a mad stallion." Lowell muttered to himself as he sat up.
“Cause I mean really, who the buck would believe that I can see the Grim Reaper....cause I barely do. Jackie would leave me in an instant, thinkin I finally snapped and that she married a crazy stallion. Take the foals with her...leaving me to be alone. Again.” Lowell ranted to himself as Death stood there.
Applejack's ears perked as she looked over to see Lowell sitting there with a large shadow behind him.
“ Lowell watch out!” Applejack said as she started running at him
“Its only Death Jackie.....wait...Jackie?” Lowell muttered as he looked to her as she dove into him hugging tightly.
“Ah'm so sorry Lowell!” Applejack said with a shaky voice as he held the mare.
“I-I'm the one who is sorry...I let Dea....something distract me..” Lowell said as he looked down at the mare
“No, ah shouldn't had gotten all mad and kicked ya out like that!” Applejack said as she wrapped her arms around him.
“I'm sorry....I did forget though..” Lowell said quietly as he buried his face into her mane.
“Ah'm sorry fer blowin up on ya sugarcube...” Applejack said as she sniffled and rested her head onto his shoulder.
“I can never be mad at ya Jackie...I love you too much.." Lowell said as he ran his hand thru her mane as death walked away.
“Ah love ya too sugarcube.” Applejack said as she smiled up at him weakly as she rested her head onto his chest.
Lowell only rested his forehead again hers as some tears streamed down his right cheek, Applejack sniffled holding back her tears as she looked into his eye.
“I'm with ya like caramel to an apple.” Lowell said softly as he smiled.
“But Caramel is only a family friend.. I don't think he has a crush on any of the Apples at the moment.” Applejack said as Lowell tilted his head some.
“I was trying to sound sweet...like caramel apples..” Lowell said as he smirked a bit.
“Ah know sugarcube, ah was only pickin on ya.” Applejack said as she chuckled lightly.
Lowell gently leaned in and kissed her on the lips as he closed his eye, she returned the kiss as she leaned her fore head against his.
“Ah love ya Lowell.” Applejack said quietly only for Lowell to hear.
“And I love ya Jackie....my sweet apple mare.” Lowell said it quietly only for Applejack to hear.
Applejack nuzzled her head under his chin and smiled.
“We better get home...we are getting soaked.” Lowell said as he gently smiled at the mare.
They both stood up as Applejack leaned against him as he draped his wing around her as they walked back home in the pouring night.
A couple days since the last bit Lowell is now use to having Death being around him when she is around though, what she is waiting for who the buck knows cause he doesn't. He started one of his first daily routes which was walking out and picked up the daily mail, seemed like the normal every day thing some envelopes and a magazine.
“Lets see......a bill.....letter from Granny Smith......and 25 tips to please your...stallion....pegasi edition...” Lowell slowly muttered and whistled as he looked at the magazine of a pegasi stallion who had a black coat and was wearing only boxers in a pose as if flexing.
“.....This has the be the biggest tip I ever got.....”Lowell said as he then grinned to himself before slipping the magazine into his pocket with it sticking out some as he walked back to the house.
He sat down at the table and looked at the bill with a bit of a questioning glare.
“Didn't we pay the bill like yesterday?” Lowell muttered as he sat in a chair and opened the envelope.
Inside was something like an Ipad as he looked at it the screen flickered as an image of Daring came up onto it. Well lookie here....a secret spy trick...certainly tricked me. Lowell thought to himself as Daring seemed to glare at him.
“Whoa what a minute....this some sorta video pad?” Lowell asked as Daring rolled her eyes.
“It is kid now listen, I'm going to send you on a mission your going to choose a team...I'll be testing you to see if you would qualify to be a leader some day..”Daring said as Lowell only tilted his head.
“Why.....why this so suddenly... and who can I pick?” Lowell said a bit deadpanned.
“I test every agent after a certain amount of time. Now its your time...select your team on the next tab and then send it off to me.” Daring said as Lowell clicked on the tab as a long list of agents came up.
“Uh...lets see....Jackie.....Rainbow Dash....Li....I mean Mare-Do-Well.....and last but not least....Glistening.... a team a five....sounds joyous..” Lowell said as he sent the data as Daring image came back up.
“That is only four.....you got room for another pony.” Daring said as she quirked an eyebrow.
“I know....don't worry lassie...I got the ponies who I know...okie?” Lowell said in an Irish like accent before Daring only shrugged.
“Sooooo whats the problem?” Lowell asked as Daring seemed to be looking for a file.
“I'll send you all the details on your phone but here is the basic of the mission. You and your team are going to Manehatthen to see a deal between Iron Hoof and a seller....we need you to get info on the seller.” Daring said as Lowell tilted his head to the side.
“Well.....alright then...I assume Derpy will come by to pick up the foals.....when do we leave though?” Lowell asked as he tilted his stetson.
“Pretty soon as soon as every pony meets up.” Daring said as Lowell rubbed the back of his head.
“Allllllllright then...I'll get ready.” Lowell said as the device flicked off.
A test?.....To be a leader of what?...of a team or somethin? Lowell thought to himself before Applejack walked in and looked at him with the device.
“So, ya gonna take the test?” Applejack asked as Lowell looked up to her.
“I'll try it......I got you...Rainbow......Lighting...and Glistening...team of five we leave as soon as the rest arrive..” Lowell said as he got up.
“This is a bit sudden, must be important.” Applejack said as she crossed her arms.
“Yea, we better get ready though....”Lowell said as Applejack huffed before walking over to the bookcase and pulling the book showing a wall of weapons.
Lowell slowly grabbed a Barrett 50 cal. as he grinned. I got my sexy gun riiiight here, all it take is one word and that is goodbye. Lowell thought to himself as he sets it aside as Applejack get her Winchester rifle with her name engraved in the butt of the gun.
“Ah swear if ya say that rifle is sexy around me, I'll whack ya with the butt of mine.” Applejack gave him a glare as he smiled nervously.
“T-that was a one time thing Jackie....” Lowell said as he leaned the rifle against the table.
“Ah don't care, just don't call it sexy around me...”Applejack said with a deadpanned tone
“I won't Jackie! I promise, I won't say it around ya.” Lowell said as he smiled and hugged the mare who rolled her eyes.
There was a bit of silence as the pair readied them selves till the magazine came to Lowell's mind.
“Soooooo......Speakin of sexy......” Lowell said with a smirk as he held up the magazine which caused Applejack to just blush.
“Ya trying to tell me something here, my sweet apple mare?” Lowell said to the mare with a smug grin on his face.
“I-it ain't what ya think!.......T-they...got great abs..ah mean ads!” Applejack stuttered only as her blush grew worse.
“Oh is that so?..Well this magazine says male pegasi have a rather sensitive wings but in my case my back is pretty sensitive..I must say....the fun has been doubled.” Lowell said as he grinned at the mare's blush only worsened.
“A-ah'm ganna hogtie ya if ya don't hush up!” Applejack growled as her nose scrunched up her blush not fading any time soon.
“What do ya know.....that happens to be juuuuuust like page....56 I think bondage, maybe slip in a bit of that ear nibblin time you enjoy sooo much?” Lowell only smirked but soon his smirked fades as Applejack's face went from a ticked off embarrassed expression right into a some what devious one as she reached over to a lasso she always had hanging on the coat rack.
~~~~ A couple of hours later.~~~~
Mare-Do-Well, Rainbow Dash and Glistening Blade all arrived the trio arrived at an awkward scene where Lowell was hogtied and Applejack had a devious grin on her face while Lowell had a blush across his face and wings fully extended out before she was blushing noticing the group.
“AJ, are we....you know interrupting some strange thing you do with that husband of yours?” Rainbow asked as Lowell wiggled on the ground with his mouth duct taped.
“N-no!....” Applejack muttered as she ripped the tape from his mouth.
“Owie!.....Jackie....we gotta pick a better time fer those idea..”Lowell said with a chuckle, he swore he heard Applejack mutter shut up to him.
“So, why are we gathered at your place Lowell?” MDW asked as she crossed her arms.
Lowell got up after Applejack had untied him as he cleared his throat some, he looked to the group with a sheepish grin.
“Right, well I was told to grab a group of ponies fer a mission. Simply we are to gather info on a buyer that ours truly Iron Hoof is going to buy some objects from, we go to Manehatthen get info come home.....easy!” Lowell said as he crossed his arms as the group muttered to each other.
“What? Got a question?”Lowell asked as Glisten spoke up.
“Not that we can think of besides when we leave?” Glisten asked as Lowell looked at his phone.
“Well right now Daring got us a train, so lets go gang!” Lowell said as he lifted up his bag with his disassembled rifle in it along with other provisions.
Each of the group got their on little compartments in the train, Lowell and Applejack were in one, MDW and Rainbow Dash in one, Glistening preferred to be by himself, he was texting Twilight last time Lowell checked on him.
“Jackie....I'm pretty nervous.....I was some what of a leader of sorts of a group in my original world......I don't prefer the role of leader but I'll assume it to the best I can.....” Lowell said as he darted glances to the mare who was listening.
“Lowell...yer my husband I trust yer judgment, ah'm sure ya'll will do just fine beside ah'm here with ya.” Applejack said as she smiled sweetly at him.
“What if I screw up what if-” Lowell stopped as he looked who was sitting across from them was Death.
Death hovering about me doesn't ease my stress......buck. Lowell thought to himself as he stared, Applejack was looking a bit worried.
“What is it sugarcube?” Applejack asked as she looked to where he was looking but saw nothing.
“I......its just the thing that distracted me before...”Lowell muttered as he held Applejack's hand.
Lowell softly pulled Applejack into a hug as she rested her head onto his chest, he softly brushed her mane lulling the mare to sleep against him. He looked over at Death who just watched them with her black empty eyes, Bucking creepy....she just stares.....I can stand being stared at...but to days on the end....waaaay too creepy man. Lowell thought to himself as he looked out the window.
“Come what may....I've got you.....Jackie...along with our family and friends...” Lowell whispered as he removed her stetson and kissed the top of her head.

The group got off at the only train station in Manehatthen, the city as like most others busy bustling with ponies on the sidewalks and in their cars even in the dead of night. I guess ponies here are kinda like humans back home cars fer the big city cause Ponyville doesn't really have cars. Lowell thought as he grinned a bit, the grouped looked at him.
“Uh........oh right, we got an apartment building about three blocks we got the top floor to our selves. We can each have our own room if we liked..” Lowell said as he walked along the busy sidewalk.
The five made their ways into the apartment complex the split up pretty much the same way they did in the train, Lowell stood by a window and looking out at the busy streets. I really hope I don't buck this up. Lowell thought to himself as Applejack walked up beside him and placed her hand onto his shoulder she gave him a soft smile as he pulled her into a hug.
“We can start on looking around the city in the morning...but....” Lowell said before he twirled the mare around before lowering her near the floor.
Applejack only wrapped her arms around his neck being a bit worried from falling from his arms, her stetson some how defying gravity stayed in place on top of her head as Lowell grinned down at the mare.
“Ya better not drop me.” Applejack said as she nervously smiled as Lowell chuckled.
“Wouldn't dream of it...if we were dancing...this is the only move I know..” Lowell said before he leaned down a bit kissing the mare's lips which she gladly returned.
“As much as ah trust ya sugarcube, ah would appreciate it if ah were upright.” Applejack said as her nose scrunched up as Lowell grinned.
“So adorable when yer nose is all scrunched up.”Lowell said softly before he lifted the mare upright again with his arms still around her.
Lowell only smiled at the mare before letting her go.
“We better get some sleep.....got a big day tommara.” Lowell said with a smile as Applejack rolled her eyes.
The next morning Lowell woke up before Applejack which was new, he only laid there smiling softly to the sleeping mare as he placed his hand onto her cheek. I really lucked out here. Lowell thought as he gently stroked her cheek causing the mare to pull him closer into her embrace, he wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her closer as he closed his eye and kissed her forehead.
“Love ya Jackie..” Lowell whispered into the mare's ear as it twitched as she started to stir.
“Mmm.....mornin sugarcube.” Applejack whispered as she opened her eyes and gave him a quick peck on the lips.
“I love these kind of mornings.” Lowell whispered as he brushed a bit of her mane from her eyes.
“Ah hate to break it to ya, but we need to get up...we got a job to do.” Applejack yawned before she slowly sat up and stretched her arms.
Lowell groaned as he sat up stretching his arms and wings as he lets out a yawn, Applejack was already up and changing into her cloths. He soon got up as well changing into his normal attire donning his stetson as well.
“Welp, I'll get the rest of the crew.”Lowell said as he walked out of their room.

Lowell and Applejack were on a roof top with the sun high above them, Lowell groaned as he stretched his arms some sitting on the edge. The group had waited all day on these rooftops for any signs till the moment of the meeting. As a human I would be terrified...but I'm a pegasi so no worries on falling..well if my wings were broken again. Lowell thought to himself as he looked down at the busy street. Rainbow and MDW were on opposite roof tops of each other while Blade was on a fourth, the time was about 5 PM near the setting of the sun.

“Lowell get up, its almost night time..” Applejack said as he looked over at the mare tipping his stetson away from his face.
“Right then, is the rest ready?” Lowell asked as Applejack nodded tossing him a pair of binoculars.
As Lowell peeked though them as a couple of cars drove into the alley way, Iron Hoof got out with some of his ninjas. Lookie at them ninjas! Wonder what the other dude got packin! Lowell thought to himself as another car drove up. A white unicorn got out of the car along with a couple of minotaurs Lowell's ears perked up.
“No bucking way......” Lowell muttered as Applejack looked at him a bit worried.
“What is it Lowell?” Applejack asked as Lowell kept his eyes on the unicorn as he gritted his teeth.
“Remember that unicorn that I told ya about...the one that pushed Paint down....that bucker is the seller!” Lowell growled as he looked to Applejack who's eye twitched.
Lowell sighed to himself as he looked back thought the binoculars, As much as I would love to put my rifle together, I don't think I got it in me to pull the trigger.. Lowell thought to himself as he zoomed in some.
“Loyalty..MDW you two ready for anything?” Lowell asked over the comms.
“We are ready Winged.” Rainbow whispered over the comms.
“How about you Shadow Knight?”Lowell asked over the comms.
“I'm all set up on this end Winged.”Glistening said over the comms.
“Right, keep an eye out for any signs of trouble.” Lowell said as he was putting a sniper rifle together, his Barrett is last resort if things got outta hand.
Lowell looked down the scope as Iron Hoof who was dressed in a simple suit with a red tie. Two ponies I don't like. Lowell thought till he spotted a white pegasi stallion, he had a bright orange mane while his eyes were a darker orange and he had black feathers for his wings, his business shirt was black and untucked along with his gray stonewashed jeans donning a black fedora. He was street level peeking around the corner with a pistol, spying on the meeting what his motives were Lowell didn't know.
“Da buck, who is that pegasi down there...” Lowell muttered to himself.
“Rainbow, ya'll keep an eye on our targets.” Applejack whispered though the comms.
“I'm going down there, cover me Jackie.” Lowell said as he gave the rifle to Applejack as he flew down off the side.
He made his way though the crowds and past the traffic as he approached the pegasi, readjusting his stetson some as he slipped a hand into his pocket. He had his hand on the pistol, he plastered a friendly smile onto his face as he approached the stallion.
“Hey, what are ya doin?” Lowell asked as he tipped his stetson back some as the pegasi glared at him.
“MPD business kid, beat it!” The pegasi said as he held up a police badge as Lowell smirked.
“I got a right to be here, my mission laddie. I'm with the ESPS..”Lowell said as he showed his badge which only seemed to anger the pegasi.
“Buck you man! I've been tracking that unicorn for months, screw it!” The pegasi growled before he went around the corner.
Buck me... that idiot! Lowell thought before he chased the reckless pegasi around the corner, the minotaurs and the ninjas were all at a ready as they glared at the two pegasi.
“Move in! That pegasi blew it just move in! Shadow, Loyalty, and MDW move in after the targets” Lowell said thru the comms.
Lowell ducked under a minotaur's swing as Iron Hoof and the unicorn both started to leave.
“Buck nah!” Lowell muttered as he slipped past a couple of minotaurs and a ninja as Applejack arrived to the brawl arrived to assist.
Lowell was stopped by a ninja who had tackled him as he rolled over kicking the ninja off, but he was too late the car was gone and a mess to still clean. Buck, Daring ain't gonna like this one bit..Well, that pegasus knows about that unicorn. Lowell thought to himself as he ducked under ninja's katana, Lowell pulled out his knife and deflected a couple of swings till he spun around and elbowed the ninja in the face.
“One down, two to go!” Lowell muttered as he readied himself for the other two ninjas.
He ducked under one's swing as he grabbed their arm and flung them into a wall, the second punched Lowell squared on the cheek as he spun around some and stumbled a bit. He was kicked right in the back as he face planted against the wall, Lowell pushed off on the wall and spun around slamming his fist right into the ninja's gut. As the ninja keeled over some Lowell brought his knee up slamming it into the ninja's face as they fell over. The other ninja jumped over him and swung at him as he stepped back only to stumble over onto of the knocked out ninjas, this opened a window for the ninja to attack. Hit after hit onto Lowell's stomach and side till Lowell recovered a bit grabbing the ninja's arms glaring at them.
“Stop bucking hitting me!” Lowell growled as he headbutted the ninja causing him to stumble back wards into a minotaur.
A Minotaur towered over him as he whimpered a bit looking up at the minotaur. Cut me a break man.. Lowell thought as he readied himself, a butt of a rifle was seen before a solid hit upside its head. The minotaur was knocked out by Applejack unfortunately the minotaur collapsed on top of Lowell, crushed under the minotaur he laid there sprawled out groaning.
“...He is drooling on me! Grodie!” Lowell muttered as he slowly slid himself from under the minotaur.
“Lowell, ya okay sugarcube?” Applejack asked as she helped Lowell up as he nodded.
“Hey there pretty thing.” The pegasi said with a grin as he looked at Applejack.
“Who the hay are ya?” Applejack asked with a bit of a glare.
“I could be the stallion of your dreams.” The pegasi said as Lowell leaned down to pick up a knife.
“Ah got my stallion right here!” Applejack said proudly as she wrapped her arms around Lowell's head and hugged him into her chest.
Lowell's only action was a muffled yelp along with his wings pomfing out as his stetson fell to the ground. I'm such a lucky stallion....lordie lordie! Face full of two apples......eeeeh. Lowell thought as a smile crept onto his face along with a blush. He straightened up with a stupid grin on his face with the blush, Applejack only glared at him some as if asking what.
“I like that kinda hug....alot.” Lowell muttered still not all there before Applejack flicked his nose.
“Don't get use to it..” Applejack answered with a glare while the white pegasi muttered to himself.
Lowell cleared his throat some as he picked up his stetson placing it back onto his head before he looked at the pegasi.
“Annnnnnnnnywho, who are ya lad, and how do ya know that unicorn?”Lowell asked the pegasi who was straightening his shirt some.
“I'm White Streak. I work with the Manehatthen Police Department...” White answered but was stopped by Applejack.
“How about ya tell that to our friends, while ah take a look at my husband..” Applejack said as White slowly walked over to Glisten who pulled out a note pad of some kind.
“I'm fine Jackie, I swear.” Lowell assured as Applejack placed her hand on his chin turning his head some as she looked at his face in general where he was punched.
“Are ya sure? Ya were hit pretty hard.” Applejack muttered as she looked him in the eye.
“”I'm fine...” Lowell smiled as he took the mare's hand and kissed it earning him a small blush from the mare.
“Ah... ah'll never understand ya...” Applejack muttered a bit as she cracked a weak smile.
“Yes, you understand me perfectly.......in here.” Lowell whispered as he placed his free hand over where his heart is as he smiled.
“My actions, unknown as they be....but you know what I would do.....no matter how cheesy it would be, I'm a hopeless romantic kinda stallion..” Lowell seeming to rant on a lil as Applejack only smiled as she chuckled a bit.
“Yer fine as far as ah can tell, ah'm happy....” Applejack said softly till she placed her hand onto his cheek and leaned in for a kiss.
The kiss was a classic make out session you see in most romance novels, if you ignored all the knocked out minotaurs and ninjas scattered on the alleyway ground. White traveled with the group back to Ponyville, and agents came along and cleaned the mess left behind, Lowell passed the test with an average score.
Lowell was flying up towards Cloudsdale with Lighting who was surprised that Lowell never been to the city, with no choice Lowell was dragged along with the mare for fun times towards the floating city of clouds. The two landed by some shop as they both walked in and was greeted by a mare, while Lighting placed an order for two rainbow milkshakes.
“This is like drinking heaven man”. -Lighting said as she shoves a rainbow milkshake in his hands.
“..... Are ya sure.... cause.....I mean it looks like.....Rainbow Dash...” Lowell muttered as he inspected the shake.
This better not be some Cloudsdale version of Cupcakes... Lowell thought to himself.
“Well I think she invented it to be honest...”Lighting said as she sipped on her own-
He slowly sipped it perking up some.
“Great googly moogly! This is awesome!” Lowell exclaimed as he started to just slurp it down.
“Cloud's colt, Blast, makes really good Rainbow ice cream too.” Lighting said as she sipped on her some more.
“.............Pain...”Lowell uttered as his eye only twitched.
“Brain freeze?” Lighting questioned with a snickered.
“.........The...most.....painful.....colorful.....brain freeze....”Lowell mumbled as he took his stetson off placing his hand onto the side of his head as he groaned.
“Water usually helps.” Lighting said as she pushed him a glass of water.
“meh....” Lowell muttered as he quickly downed the glass.
“You done?” Lighting asked as she just watched him amused.
“...I think so.......brain freezes suck.......”Lowell answered as he placed his stetson back on.
“Then don't suck the danged thing down so fast!”Lighting said as she chuckled.
“But its soooo good” Lowell said before he slowly started on the milkshake again.
A brown, teenage colt can tumbling out of the bakery and tackled Lighting.
“What the hay!”Lighting yelled as she flailed her arms.
“Da buck?” Lowell muttered he placed a hand on his hip and held up the milkshake.
“Hiya auntie Lightning!”the colt said as his wings buzzed.
“...Baaaa....”Lighting uttered as she just lied there in a paralyzed goat position.
“........Heh yer an aunt..”Lowell said as he sipped the milk shake keeping his pose.
“Don't do that again, shortie.”Lighting muttered as she blinked and shoved the colt off gently.
The colt just hugged Lighting's waist and smiled up at her.
“Care to explain?”Lowell asked as he finished off the milkshake.
“Cloud's kid.” Lighting said deadpanned.
“I see, so where did ya say we were goin again?” Lowell asked as he smirked a bit.
“Hmm... To the cliffs since it's going to be sundown soon. Then I know this really cool club.”Lighting said as she looked over to him.
“Right then.” Lowell said as he took off his stetson.
“Shall we go then?”Lightning asked as she pried the colt off of her.
“Lets!”Lowell exclaimed as he kept his grin.
“Just in case...”Lighting said as she quickly grabbed a wig and threw it over his head.
“Da buck do I need this for?”Lowell asked as he held the wig out as if it was filthy.
“Pretend your name is Jessica and your a mare.. Just do it for your sake... Please..?” Lighting pleaded as Lowell was adjusting the wig grumbling to himself.
“.......Buck I do kinda look like a mare don't I...” Lowell questioned as he only blushed a bit as he looked down.
“No..! I mean, ugh if I say anything Applejack will kill me so I'm going to keep my mouth shut on this one. Just... Put the wig on and try not to let any mares walk behind you...”Lighting answered as she crossed her arms.
“.....Tsk giiiirl.”Lowell said as he placed his stetson.
“Ha... Just let me do the talking around mares as well... Your voice is too low for a mares voice.. “Lighting said as Lowell tilted his head some.
“And I..well don't look like one on the front..........if ya count me as a flat chested one..” Lowell said as he was looking down.
“Stuff these down your shirt....”Lighting said as she grabbed some cloud and made two large cloud balls.
“..........Kay.....”Lowell muttered as he slowly slipped them under his shirt.
“....I... Am actually going to say something here.. Why the buck did I make them that big?”Lighting said as she blinked as Lowell grinned.
“Giiiirl, ya'll are just jealous of mah form!”Lowell said as he crossed his arms under his clouded breast as he grinned at her.
“..Yeah, I am actually... Yours are bigger than mine... CURSE YOU EQUESTRIA!”Lighting said as she looked at the sky and glared at nothing, meanwhile at the castle of Canterlot Celsetia's ears perks up as she looked around.
“ONWARD FOR ADVENTURE AND SUNSETS AND CLUBS!”Lowell yelled as he only grinned and placed his arm around Lighting's shoulder.
Lighting only just chuckled and walked down the street along with Lowell as he looked around.
“Sooo why am I like this again.....Am I wanted!” Lowell said as he followed after her.
“No, it's just this town has a big lack of stallions that aren't coltcuddlers.” Lighting answered as Lowell looked at her.
“Oh.....” Lowell muttered as he crossed his arms some.
“Just savin' your flank form a mob of desperate mares man.” Lighting said as she looked at Lowell who rolled his eye.
“My blank flank be saved.”Lowell answered as he chuckled.
“You should've seen Rainbow's cuz, Splitting Rainbows... I felt bad for the poor stallion.” Lighting said as Lowell looked at her.
“What happened?”Lowell asked as his ears flattened a bit as he gulped.
“He got ambushed he mares... It was like the living dead on motorcycles...”Lighting explains as Lowell 's eye twitched.
“.........Oh....I for one do not wanna meet Death early.”Lowell muttered as he shivered a bit hugging himself.
“Noope!” Lighting simply said as she crossed her arms as they approached a cloud.
“This place.. has so many awesome memories...”Lighting said as she was reminiscing as she sat down on a stranded cloud and smiled.
“Oh like what?”Lowell asked as he smiled and sat beside her.
“Me and Rainbow's first date, my first kiss as a pony, and a couple other things that I best not go into detail about, lucky for you those weren't on this cloud...”Lighting answered as she blushed a little and watched the sunset.
“......Me and Jackie's moments were in the orchard....ah...... “Lowell muttered some as he blushed.
“I kinda guessed that.”Lighting said non nonchalantly as she shrugged.
“Heh....so what club we goin to later?” Lowell asked as he looked away some blushing.
“Ohhh you'll see.”Lighting said as she watched the sun set with a grin.
Lowell shrugged a bit before watching the sun set before Lighting broke the silence.
“Red told me he and Paint had their first kiss up here.”Lighting said with a smile as Lowell looked at her.
“Special place then.”Lowell commented as he grinned lightly.
“Indeed” Lighting said as she just smiled and zoned off into her own world.
“Shall we go to the club now?”Lighting asked just as soon as the sun set and she got up.
“Lead the way lassie!” Lowell said as he looked at the mare.
Lighting took off into the night sky as Lowell took off took off after here as he held onto his stetson, she landed in front of a large club and walked in followed by Lowell.
“You, go mingle. I have something to do.”Lighting told him before she ran off to the somewhere and can back out up at DJ booth.
“Hey every pony DJ Light at the stage!” Lighting announced as she placed on her headphones.
“Uh...”Lowell uttered as he looked around before walking into the crowd.
“Hey uh, JESSICA, GET UP HERE.”Lighting called out as she grew a devious grin as she stopped the music.
Lowell slowly came up to the booth as he looked around some.
“Every pony, this is my gal pal Jessica. She's never been in Cloudsdale before even though she's a pegasus and I think she deserves a warm welcoming. So give it up for Low- I mean, Jessica!” Lighting announced as the crowd cheered.
“....Eh..” Lowell muttered as he waved his hand nervously.
“Why don't you go meet a couple ponies.. Remember to use a high pitched voice..” Lighting said as she smiled over to him
Lowell coughed a bit before going into the crowd looking around some. There's alot of mares here, Me gosh. Lowell though to himself as he explored a bit. A dark grey stallion stood in the back of the club, Lowell looked around as he waved to a pony now and then. I never been to a club now that I think about it.... sweeeeet Lowell thought to himself as the stallion looked and walked over to him.
“Why hello there.” The stallion said as he had a sultry smirk on his face.
“Uh...h-hello...”Lowell tried his best attempt at a female voice which seemed to work.
“What's a pretty mare like you doin' in a club like this?” -The stallion said as he grin before wrapping his arm around Lowell.
“J-just hanging out with my friend!”Lowell answered as he blushed a bit as he gulped.
“What are ya doing here?”Lowell asked as he tilted his stetson some.
“I work here. But what I do is secret... And You wanna know that secret?”The stallion asked as he grinned down at him, taking Lowell's stetson and placing it on his head.
“Wh-what is it?”Lowell asked as he tried reaching for his stetson.
“You see those door towards the back?”The stallion grinned and pulled Lowell closer as he pointed to the bunch of different colored door with names written on them and had "busy" or "available" on signed hanging from the door.
“I-I'm with some pony though!”Lowell said as he managed to place his hands onto the stallion's chest and tried pushing away as his blush worsened.
“He doesn't have to know 'sides, that DJ said your not from Cloudsdale, so what are the chances of that earth pony findin' out..”The stallion grinned and his eyes went somewhat hypnotize like.
“I....UH.. BLACK FLICKER, STOP! SHE'S A FILLYFOOLER!”Lighting yelled as she look back and stopped the music.
“W-what.....da...buck.....”Lowell muttered as he just stared being somewhat hypnotized.
He just grabbed Lowell's wrists and slowly started to walk towards the black door room as Lighting walked up and slapped him.
“I thought I told you she's a fillyfooler!” Lighting scowled as she glared at the stallion.
"Well then, how about you do it then." The stallion growled as he glared at Lighting.
Lighting just grabbed the back of Lowell's shirt and dragged him into the room, locking the door behind her.
“Don't get any funny ideas, We just have to sit in here for an hour till I can let you out... That frickin' male slut..”Lighting grumbled to her self as she crossed her arms.
“Uhhhh......what...just happened.....I sorta blacked out there.....da buck did he do....”Lowell mumbled a bit as he rubbed the side of his head.
“Well.. I don't wanna talked about it... Let's just say don't sit on that bed.”Lighting said as she blush embarrassedly before pulling out her Ihoof and started texting some pony.

“My Griffon buddy App... He should be here soon...” Lighting answered as she looked at him.

He crossed his arms under his improvised chest, as Lighting just sighed as she picked up something from the back corner.
“I knew that asshole took my hat!”Lighting said with a glare.
“Say what now?” Lowell asked as he looked at the mare.
“Look, I'ma explain somethin' to you. When I first came here, I made really bad choices. REALLY bad choices.”Lighting said as she sighed and sat down on a box.
“Lay 'em on me...” Lowell said plainly as he watched her.
“Those stallion sluts out there got me drunk and dragged me into these room at least twice a week... me and Flicker used to run out and rob house and stores... Drugs... Drug dealing.. All sorts of bad stuff...” Lighting explained as she looked to the floor.
I got my knife...Cloudsdale gonna have more mares pretty soon. Lowell thought only blinked as he listened.
“Rainbow knows none of this...” Lighting said as she glanced at at Lowell and sighed.
“A secret it shall remain till you decide to tell her...” Lowell said with a bit a smile.
“I WON'T tell her... That's my plan...”Lighting muttered as she glared at Lowell a bit.

Lighting sighed before looking at the dark grey and white hat that had DJ Storm written across it as a griffon flew in threw a black window.
"Sup."The griffin said as Lowell's ears perked up.

“Nice man. Hey LS, wazzup?”App greeted as he smirked
“Thanks for comin' App.”Lighting said as she smiled
“Sooo..how does he help us exactly?” Lowell asked as App was digging something from his backpack.
“He's here to get us out of this club.”Lighting answered.
“I got this back for you by the way.” App pulled off Lowell's wig and took out his Stetson as he placed it on Lowell's head and smiled.
“Thanks man....this hat is very precious to me...”Lowell said with a smile as he adjusted it on his head.
“I completely understand, shall we get the buck out of here?”App asked as he patted Low's back while he fixed his tie and his fedora before helping Lighting up.
“I'm ready.” Lowell said as he grinned.
Lighting let out a sighed in relief.
“I never completely introduced you two. App, this is my BPF Lowell. Low, this is App. He's always been my right hand griffon and trust me, I don't think he's ever let me down.”Lighting said as she smiled up at App who just blush slightly and smiled.
“Awh come on now, Let's just get outta here.”App muttered as he walked out of the room.
Lowell smiled as he followed after the two, every mare turned to them as Lowell and App walked out of the room.
”.............Oh yea.........I forgot.....” Lowell muttered as his eye grew wide with sudden fear.
“I got this dude. You and LS aren't the only spies.”App said as he smiled before he quickly pulled out two smoke bombs and threw them, spreading smoke everywhere.
“How come we don't get those!” Lowell said as he threw up his arms distracted from his momentary doom.
“Cause I make my own”! App said as he grinned and grabbed the two, taking off out the door and carrying them down the street into an ally.
“Welp...that went smoothly!” Lighting muttered sounding a bit sarcastic.
“It's not over yet..”App replied as he heard the sound of hooves on clouds.
“Oh boy......these mares man.....” Lowell said with a bit of disbelief.
“Isn't that building abandoned?”Lighting asked as she quickly pointed to the roofs.
“I think so?”App said as he shrugged.
“One way to find out!”Lighting said before she and App flew up to the window kicking it open a window, climbing in.
“Dang...”Lowell muttered as he flew up after them and climbed in after them.
“Dang, just like old times.”Lighting said as she high fived App and chuckled some.
“Low you okay?”Lighting asked as she turned to Lowell who was dusting off his arms.
“I'm dandy.....just a pack of mad mares after my blank flank.” Lowell said as he rolled his eye and grinned.
“Well, that's always an adventure huh?”Lighting said as she chuckled slightly.
“Yuppers......Lowell and the mad mares...heh. ”Lowell said as he tipped his stetson.
“Lowell brings all the mares to the yard and their like he's better than ours.”Lighting said in a sing song like voice and crossed her eyes.
“...I ain't no milkshake either!” Lowell muttered as he took off his stetson.
“My Lowell dance bring all the boys to the yard....”Lighting sang as she leaned back against the wall thinking of lyrics while Lowell chuckled.
App just shook his head and chuckled.
“Hmm...I can't think of anything else.” Lowell said as he tilted and grinned.
“I swear Storm you haven't changed one bit.”App just laughed and pulled out his phone.
“Whats in this place?” Lowell asked as he looked around placing his stetson back on.
“Me, App, Rainbow, Cloud, And Flicker and I where trying to get away from the cops...Rainbow and Cloud didn't know who exactly we were hiding from though.”Lighting said as she smiled and leaned her head back on the wall.
“….Well that's quite interesting.” Lowell muttered as he started to explore.
“I wonder....” Lighting said as she wander into a dark corner and came back carrying a ton of logs and a lighter in her mouth. She placed the logs down and picked up some trash and lit that on fire.
“There. Fire.” Lighting said as she set the three logs around in the fire and yawned slightly.
“I feel like an outlaw.”Lowell replied as he chuckled.
Eeyup, I'll tell the mares that we'll be sleeping in Cloudsdale...” Lighting said as she looked out the window at the night sky.
“Right then.….” Lowell muttered as he sat down on the floor by the fire.
Lighting looked down at her phone and started to call some pony, then puts it on the speaker.
“Howdy Lighting.” Applejack picked up the phone as she held out a mug of apple cider to Rainbow Dash.
“Hey AJ, me and Lowell are goin' to stay the night in Cloudsdale, your on speaker by the way.”Lighting said over the phone as she smiled.
“Hiya Jackie!” Lowell called out as he smiled.
Rainbow Dash downed her mug of cider, Applejack smiled and picked up her mug.
“Howdy Lowell ahn ok, just come back around noon tomorro..” Applejack said over the phone.
“Uhh. Yeah okay! I'll be sure to try and do that...is Rainbow still up? And if she is could you hand her the phone?”Lighting asked as she stared at the phone.
“I Hear Stormie...but I don't see....her *hic*.”Rainbow slurred as she looked around.
“She's on the phone.” Applejack said as she smiled then looked over at Rainbow Dash, she rolled her eyes and shoved the phone in Rainbow's hands.
“Dashie...What have you been drinking?”Lighting said as she took the phone off of speaker and walked into a corner.
“Ciiiiiider...Why? *hic*.”Rainbow slurred as she was investigating her empty mug.
Lowell crossed his arms as he stared at the fire getting a bit lost.
“How much cider?” Lighting asked as she leaned against a wall.

“I'll come.”App said as he stood up slightly.
“Right then, lets hope no mares are a waiting......cause you never told me what they did to the last dude.... “Lowell asked as he stood up.
App looked at him seriously and shuttered.
“You.. Don't wanna know...”App answered as Lowell's ears flattened.
“.........Natural curiosity......doesn't wanna know now.” Lowell replied as he gulped.
“Good.” App said as he grinned and took off out the window.

“Thank Celestia that wasn't to big of a pain.”Lighting muttered as she landed on the ground and sighed in relief.
Yea....No crazed mares in sight.” Lowell said as he landed beside her.
Lighting walked up to the door and knocked on the farmhouse door which was soon by Applejack.
“Howdy Lighting, ahn.. App?..”Applejack said as she tilted her head some.
“Annnnnnnnd me!” Lowell exclaimed as he grinned.
“Howdy Lowell.”Applejack said as she chuckled slightly.
“I gotta go get Dash.. I hope she wasn't to big of a pain...”Lighting said as she smiled lightly,
Applejack just laughed and stepped aside, letting Lighting go get Rainbow Dash.
“Dashie? Wake up.” Lighting whispered as she gently shook Rainbow.
Rainbow only grumbled and swatted at the mare as Lighting shook her again.
“Don't make me use your wings as a weapon Dashie.” Lighting said sternly.
“Stormie.....”Rainbow mumbled in her sleep as she snored.

The foal grabbed onto Lowell's muzzle as he just smiled, Applejack chuckled softly and she sat down on the couch. The foal blew raspberries at him as Applejack glared at Lowell who nervously chuckled as his ears flatten.
Applejack had a lil date planned out for their time off, no foals, or farm duties just them and their time together one on one if ya will. The two were walking along a trail leading towards the cliffs where her parents use to take her and her brother when they were foals. Applejack took a hold of Lowell's hand as he smiled at the mare.
“So we gonna sit out there or is there a basket a waitin?” Lowell asked as he adjusted his stetson.
“Jus' ganna sit... Unless yah want me to call up Pinkie and she could bring somehtin' out here..”Applejack answered as she smirked at him.
“Nah, its fine...alone time with you.......I get to look into your beautiful emerald eyes...”Lowell said with a grin as he earned a blush from the mare as she looked to ground.
“I must say a blush upon my fare mare's freckled cheeks tis a beauty of a sight...”Lowell continued to poke at the mare as she looked and smiled at him.
Lowell placed his hand on her cheek as he leaned over kissing her on the lips, she returned the kiss and smiled at him as they arrived at a small clearing with a cliff.
“After you my lady.”Lowell said as he took the blanket and spreads it out.
Applejack chuckled softly and sat down, he sat down right beside of her smiling.

She grinned evilly and lightly tugged on some of his feathers, earning an eep as both of his wings pomfed leaving him a blush. Applejack look up at him with her wicked smile, his blush worsened a bit as he looked at her a bit surprised.
“Best thing 'bout bein' an earth pony. Ya'll anit got nothin' yah can use against me.”Applejack said as her grin didn't go away as she leaned her head on the blanket.
Lowell leaned over as he gently nibbled onto her ear.
“O-okay.. Ah'll give yah props fer that...”Applejack muttered as she blushed a little and flattened her ears.
“At least I know one...you got two on me.”Lowell said as he rolled over laying on his stomach.
Applejack just continued to lie on her back and she smiled at him softly and kissed his cheek.
“I'm a lucky strange pegasi.” Lowell said as he smiled as he placed his hand on to her cheek.
“Eeyup.”Applejack simply answered she grinned at him.
“Guess my pegasi charms had no effect then?” Lowell asked as he chuckled softly as he used his thumb to stroke her cheek.
“Noope.”Applejack replied as she chuckled and gently kissed him on the nose, he puffed his cheeks as he playfully glared at her.
Applejack poked his cheeks making the air blow out of them.

Applejack just shook her head chuckling and leaned up, kissing him on the lips while he leaned into the kiss as his wings twitch a lil. She melted deeper into the kiss and gently ran her hands over his wings, the wings gently extend to their full extent as he blushed leaning deeper into the kiss.
Applejack just blushed a little and ran her hands over his extended wings, Lowell's blush worsened as he shivered a bit with a stupid grin on his face. She softly broke away and smiled at him, grinning as he looked at the mare as he gently nibbled onto the mare's ear earning a blush as her ears perked. He gently placed his hands on the sides of her head as he continue to nibble on her ears with his eye closed, her blushed worsened as she rested her head on his chest.
“Your so cute when your shy.” Lowell lightly whispered into her ear.
She muttered something under her breath.
“Hmmm, what was that love? I couldn't her ya over your cute blushing.” Lowell teased smiling as he ran his hand over her back.
“Ah will slap yah.”Applejack said as she gave him a playfully glare.
“Then tell me what ya said and I shall pull back my relentless sweet talk.” Lowell said with a smug grin.
“You anit got no sweet talk.” Applejack said as she smirked.
“Really now?.....Has any pony every told you that your mane reminds them of a beautiful sunrise, or that your eyes can make even emeralds look dull in comparison...Your sweet country twang is a sweet melody to my ears......Your a strong mare, but oh so gentle with her touch...A caring loving mother.....And the most beautiful mare in all of Equestria.......” Lowell whispered into her ear giving him a speechless Applejack who just buried her head into his chest.
“Hows that fer sweet talk?”Lowell asked as he wrapped his arms around the mare's waist.
She didn't say anything as she scooted closer to him.
“I love ya Jackie....”Lowell whispered and smiled down at her, kissing the top of her head.
“I just kissed a sunrise, and it as beautiful.” Lowell whispered earning a blush from the mare.

“Ah think we should start to head back now..”Applejack said as she picked up her shirt and started to put it on
Lowell nodded as he slipped his jeans back on while he slowly sat up some and looked around for his shirt.
“What the hay...”Applejack muttered as she looked up and his shirt was hanging from a tree branch.
“...Uh...we must have been in a rush...heh.”Lowell said as he looked up grabbing the shirt and slipped it on as Applejack just got her jeans and stetson back on.
Their walk home was a bit awkward seeing how Applejack seemed be in thought of something till Lowell spoke up.
“Whats up Jackie?”Lowell asked getting nothing from the mare.
“Come onnnn, I'm your husband...you can tell me anything.” Lowell said as he draped his wing around her.

Lowell lightly placed his hand onto her cheek giving her a reassuring smile as he gently turned her head to face him.

A figure stood over a hill in a full clad of pegasi royal armor wield a shield with the crest of the pegasi and a sword. The only thing of the pegasi wearing armor was his orange wings, he held up a map peering at it though his full helmet.
“Where hath the ghastly beast taken her?”The knight questioned looking over his map.
“I pray its not too far, such a large beast must have a nest within these mountains!”The knight grumbled as he folded the map up stashing it into his pack.
A gallant knight was set on a personal quest to save some pony special to this knight, she wasn't any of the royal blood just a simple mare an earth pony at that thought lowly by the pegasi race. A forbidden love if you will, a pegasi and an earth pony together is a great shame to their nations. The current paradigm of the earth pony and pegasi nations were very uneasy, a knight of the royal pegasi court to fall for a simple earth pony.
“I shall find thee my love, even if it takes many winters.”The knight muttered as he walked along the trail.
The knight came upon a small pegasi ground village for their somewhat trades for unicorn and earth pony nations, the knight was stopped by a pegasi guard.
“You there, what is a knight of the royal court business doing here?”The guard asked.
“The concern is of my own..I seek a dragon whom took my loved one...”The knight answered as the guard looked around.
“And what does the mare look like sire?”The guard asked.
“Her coat is orange....and her mane golden.....she is an earth pony and she is a commoner, have you seen her?.”The knight answered as the guard took a step back.
“You court an earth pony who is a commoner surely you jest?!”The guard exclaimed as the knight seemed to tense up some.
“Take heed of what ye say, for they could be your last, fool...”The knight answered darkly as the guard took a step back.
“Your wasting thou time.....That earth pony is mos--” The guard was stopped with a bash of the knight's shield.
“I warned thee, to choose thou words.”The knight towered over the unconscious guard.
The crowds stopped to see the knight standing over the unconscious guard.
“Go about your day.”The knight said as he left the town.
The knight made it to a river side as he sat upon a boulder and removed his helmet showing an orange pegasi with a brown mane and an eye patch over his left eye.
“I will find thee my love, that foul dragon shall feel thou wrath.”The knight muttered as he took a drink from the stream.
The knight pulled his map out again muttering to himself as he skimmed the map.
“This infernal map helps me none! I pray to the winds that she is unharmed...”The knight muttered balled the map up and tossed it.
The knight sat there muttering to himself with his thoughts drifting back to how he and the mare first met.

The knight landed on a field panting slightly from just finishing up his aerial practice for today, the training wasn't easy in a full set of royal armor but he did it regardless. From a distance a he spotted a mare who had been watching him, he removed his helmet to get a better view as she approached. They seem to stop and look at each other for a moment, the mare wore a simple brown tunic with some baggy matching pants.
“What...a royal pegasi knight doin out here?”The mare asked as the knight only blinked.
“I was training, fair lady...”The knight answered as the mare crossed her arms.
“Tha way yah talk, yer definitely from the palace..”The mare said as she quirked an eyebrow.
“I have no quarrel with you, my lady....”The knight said with a weak smile trying to keep his composer.
“Ah don't know, normally a royal pegasi knight aren't this polite towards commoners or Earth ponies fer that matter.”The mare replied as he cleared his throat some.
“Well, I'm not like higher ups I serve, my lady.” The knight said as he bowed lightly as she quirked her eye brow.
“Tis my chivalry, my fair lady.”He said as he smirked as the mare chuckled.

The knight's memory was interrupted by the sound of a distant roar as he looked up seeing smoke rising from a distant cave.
“HA! I knew that beast was close!” The knight exclaimed as he stood up and placed his helmet back on.
As the knight made a dash towards the caves the woods around him flickered as he stopped and looked around.
“Whoa wait every pony, we need to stop.... Twilight and Glistening are getting worn out.” Lowell called out as he took off the knight helmet.
Lowell looked out to the crowd and smiled a bit as there was some muttering in the crowd.
“Just give us about an hour break? We will continue after the break!”Lowell said as the ponies started to disperse.
He sets the helmet down as Applejack came from behind the curtain smiling at him.
“Ah can't believe we are pullin this off....”Applejack said as she smiled at the stallion as he crossed his arms with a grin.
“Of course, Golden Ray wrote this play and I'll be darned on messin it up!”Lowell said as Applejack rolled her eyes.
“In any case sugarcube, ya'll do look rather dashing in that get up.” Applejack said with a grin as Lowell smirked.
“Well, I have always wanted to be a knight.” Lowell said as he offered his hand to the mare.
“Care fer a dance, my lady?” Lowell asked as Applejack chuckled before she took his hand.
“Ah certainly would my dashing knight.” Applejack answered as she chuckled.
The two started their dancing, much like their dance from their wedding as Applejack rested her head onto his shoulder.
“Ya'll still can't dance to save yer life.” Applejack teased as Lowell rolled his eye.
“Thats why your leading my fair maiden.” Lowell replied as he rested his chin between her ears.
Applejack only chuckled before she looked up and kissed him on the lips, he happily returned the kiss as he closed his eye and held her hands. They parted their kiss after about a minute and just stared into each others eyes with a soft smile.
“Love ya Jackie, and always will..”Lowell whispered as he kissed her forehead.
“Ah love ya too sugarcuabe, and always will.” Applejack whispered back as she rested her head onto his chest.
Lowell gently wrapped his arms around the mare's waist as he smiled softly, Applejack only relaxed in his arms.
“And don't ya worry, I'll take care of that big bad dragon fer ya.” Lowell teased as Applejack rolled her eyes.
“Yer lucky that ya'll are needed fer the rest of the play or ah would have hogtied ya.”Applejack replied with a devious grin as Lowell smiled nervously.
“I'm not easy to be rid of dear.”Lowell said as he kissed the mare's forehead.
Applejack rolled her eyes before she flicked his nose causing him to wiggle his nose, as they both left the stage to go and relax. Lowell, Applejack, Twilight and Glistening were sitting back stage of the stage set up in the middle of Ponyville.
“Ah'm still amazed by how real that the set looked ya'll.”Applejack said as she smiled at Twilight and Glistening.
“I'm still surprised we can actually pull that off....its tiring.”Glistening answered with a nervous smile.
“Though do I have to use a real sword...isn't that well dangerous?”Lowell asked.
“You should be fine, your only going to fight an illusion.”Twilight answered as Lowell shrugged.
“True.” Lowell said as he took a sip of his apple juice.
The group stood up after a good while as Lowell and Applejack got dressed back into their play attire.
“Ya'll ready fer round two sugarcube?” Applejack asked with a smirk.
“Doth thee jest with me?”Lowell answered as Applejack quirked her eye brow.
“Yea, I'm ready.”Lowell replied with a smirk.
The curtains slowly rose as the knight was dashing though the forest towards the base of the mountains, as the knight closed in on the caves just to see smoke billowing out of the entrance.
“This beast has revealed itself, thou grave mistake!”The knight called out as he drew his sword and shield.
A burst of fire blew past the knight as he held up his shield slowly walking into the cave peering into the dark cave for the beast.
“Face me you foul being and release my beloved one!”The knight demanded as he pointed his sword to the darkness.
Moments later a dragon with black scales landed in front of the knight towering over him by twenty feet. I thought it would be taller, darn changes. Lowell thought as he held his shield up. The dragon reared back as it blew a long stream of flame at the knight as he blocked it with his shield. They are making this all real like geez! I can feel that heat! Lowell thought as he stood up ducking under a swing.
“I will slay thee, feel thou wrath evil being!”The knight yelled as he blocked a swing from its tail causing him to stumble back.
He then jumped over the swing of the dragon's tail as he leaped forward driving his sword into the dragon's heart, the dragon threw the knight back as he slammed against the cave wall. Bucking rewrites. Lowell thought as he groan slowly getting up, a second dragon landed beside the first dragon which had died.
“Whoa!” Lowell called out as he pulled off his helmet.
“One dragon! I was told one dr....”Lowell said as the setting faded away but there was a dead dragon laying on the stage as every pony just stared.
“.....That...wasn't a fake.....oh buck, that's a real.”Lowell muttered as he fell back some as his eye twitched.
“Lowell!! Are ya'll alright!” Applejack asked as she kneeled beside him as he pointed at the dragon.
“I...uh....I killed a real...dragon....”Lowell rambled some as Applejack was feeling his forehead.
“What the buck!!”Lowell yelled as he brushed his hand thru his mane.
Curtains close on the scene leaving the crowd a bit confused but none the wiser that there was an actual dragon,
A coupe of weeks have passed since the play life strangely enough for Lowell has been peaceful and normal, till Death called upon him the moment she had been waiting for. It was early in the morning while Lowell stood there at the train station as Lighting walked up to him and placed her hand onto his shoulder as her ears flatten against her head. The time has come Death has asked Lowell to travel to Balitmare to look for an amulet of some kind.
“I don't want to go....but I gotta.....can you look after my family Lighting?” Lowell asked with a sad smile.
“No ponies touchin' your wife and kids on my watch.”Lighting answered as she nodded.
“Thank you...”Lowell said as he waked over to Applejack and the foals-
“....Jackie...”Lowell whispered to the mare.
“Do yah really have ta go...?”Applejack asked as she threw her arms around him.
Lowell held the mare as Golden Rays, and Paint Drop joined in the hug.
“I gotta...I sure as hay don't want to go....... but its for you and the foals......I promise I'll call you every day...”Lowell replied as he slowly stood up after kissing the fillies foreheads.
“Yah better... Ahn Ah know this isn' much sugarcube but here somethin' that'll keep yah company if yah miss us... “Applejack said as she handed him a locket.
He opened the locket as it had a picture of him, Applejack and all three of their foals all smiling for the camera.
“....I'll come back as soon as I can....”Lowell said as he slipped the locket around his neck as a tear streamed down his cheek.
“Be good for your mother.... and help her watch your little brother.....”Lowell said as he wiped his eye looking at the fillies.
“Can't yah take somepony with yah...? This could be a trap...”Applejack asked as she folded her ears against her head.
“I can't two reasons....I don't want any of you getting hurt..and well its a thing to pay off my debt to Death....”Lowell answered as he looked towards Applejack.
“Death will have yah killed... Ah can't handle loosin' yah... They don' have ta help... Jus' make sure yah don' die...”Applejack whispered as she closed her eyes.
“....Jackie...I promise you I will come back.... Me...you...Rays...Paint and Apple....I'll never leave ya again when I come back......just wait for me........ I won't die cause I don't plan on leaving my family and friends alone...”Lowell whispered back as he placed his hand onto her cheek.
Applejack stared at the ground and took of her stetson, switching it with his.
“Until yah come back.....This is mine.”Applejack said as she held his stetson against her chest and hugged it.
“Deal.......I'll care for yours Jackie.....”Lowell said as he gently hugged the mare.
“Yah better, that was mah father's.”Applejack said sternly as she gave him a soft glare.
“I know Jackie.....I know.....Its as precious to me as you are to me....It will come back without a scratch... I'll miss you.......and every pony...”Lowell replied as Applejack hugged him tightly.
“Don't you run of picking fights Low... Ponies around there are smarter than they look...”Lighting said as she looked at the ground some.
“What can you tell me of Baltimare? I know its a city.....any gangs and such?”Lowell asked as he held Applejack.
“Many gangs... Tons... Stay away from the inner city..”Lighting answered as she looked at the two.
“Well I'll try if I can..”Lowell replied as he looked at Lighting.
“If you have to... Don't carry money around.”Lighting said as she gave him a weak smile.
Lowell gently kissed Applejack's forehead as she nuzzled him while tears dripped down her face at the trains horn sounded off.
“......Cry not my fair apple mare..... I'll be back...I promise ya...”Lowell whispered as he gently kissed her hand as the foals hugged their mother crying as he slowly boarded the train.
“No way in hell is he going alone.”Lighting grumbled as she flattened her ears as she flew over and leapt on the back of the train.
Lowell barely spotted Lighting as she climbed aboard.
Lighting's phone started to ring as he sat in his cart as he looked at his phone making the call.
“Shit...”Lighting muttered as she sighed and let it ring as she twisted the purple bracelet and her MDW outfit formed around her.
The phone rang again as he waited for her to pick up.
“Hello?”Lighting answered as she walked into the last cart and picked up the phone her robot voice kicking in.
“Get off the train and keep your promise.....”Lowell said sternly as he looked out the window.
“I'm keepin' my promise.. And staying on this train..”Lighting argued as she glared at her phone.
“I told you to watch over my family..... I don't want to drag ya into this.....please.......I just want to do this quickly so I can come back...just please, I don't want anything happening to you... Dash would kill me..”Lowell said as he sighed.
“Lowell I made a promise to Applejack okay?”Lighting answered as she sighed.
“......Keep Jackie safe.. please jus..” Lowell was cut off as Death appeared before her and she could actually see Death.
“Leave.....I do not need you, you will only hinder my plans....”Death said as she stared emotionless at the mare.
“What the hell are you...”Lighting asked as she blinked.
“Death, now leave...”Death replied keeping her stare.
“Low... Something just appeared infront of me... This train is bucking haunted.”Lighting whispered as her ears flattened.
“........Is it a mare with a messy white coat and ragged black robes?”Lowell asked as his eye grew wide.
“Y-yes...”Lighting answered as she gulped.
“Buck me...that's Death,.....the thing I've been seeing...the thing telling me to do this...”Lowell said as he looked at the phone.
“I-I'll call you back.”Lighting said as she put down the phone and then glared at death.
“Listen Death, I don't know what your bucking plans are for Lowell, but I'll make one thing clear. If that stallion doesn't come back alive I will find a way to put YOU in the ground as well.”Lighting growled as she glared at Death.
“He will return....... but...if you were to go....your wife will die...”Death said calmly.
“Touch Dash or my family and I swear to Celestia you'll regret it.”Lighting threatened as her ears perked and she glared.
“Then leave.”Death replied her face unchanged.
“I know your up to something... Where's your soul? I mean, come on. Didn't you ever care about anypony?”Lighting said as her glare softened up some.
“.......No”Death said.
“Well then I feel sorry for you... But I know under that robe thing has to be a heart...”Lighting muttered as she kept her glare.
“Leave.....”Death said.
“And why's that? So you can make Lowell do your dirty work?”Lighting said as she pointed at Death.
“The threads of fate can change ever so slightly...”Death threatened as a small ball formed as an image of Rainbow Dash being pinned by some Timber Wolves.
“It's sick and twisted that you kill off the things ponies love just you can get your way... It really is...” Lighting said as she flattened her ears and took off out of the train cart.
Death slowly faded away as Lowell looked out the window and saw her flying off.
“......Good bye...my friend...”Lowell whispered as he sighed.
Lighting called Lowell's phone as he answered it.
“Hello?”Lowell replied.
“I'll be back... You better not bucking die or else I'll kick your flank in heaven.”Lighting said as she growled a bit.
“Don't follow me Lighting...please I'm begging you, if something happened to ya I wouldn't forgive myself....and I would have a mad mare on my flank......I'll call you after I call Jackie..”Lowell said softly as he sighed.
“But Lowell...fine... I have a flank to save... Again... Bye...”Lighting said as she sighed.

He slumped back into his chair staring out the window at his reflection looking at the stetson in the reflection. I'll bring it back Jackie.....I'll come back...no matter how long this takes...Lowell thought to himself as he tipped the stetson over his face and closed his eye.
