The Friends I Didn't Have...

I was just typing on my computer that day nothing new just working. I turned away from my computer a cigarette sitting in my ash tray still burning. I picked it up and took the final hit off of it. I held it in my lungs before letting it out with a heavy sigh. I had writers block again I needed a new idea to write about. standing up I walked to my kitchen Thinking. I poured myself a cup of coffee looking into the dark liquid depressed me. It reminded me of everything I did in the past. No friends My family wanted nothing to do with me not even my parents. All alone in my dark apartment a knock came to my door and I opened it.
"Hey Best seller writing that new book?" The man asked as he walked into my apartment holding his nose. "This place smells like an ashe tray. Do you ever clean?" He asked rudely I glared at him and closed my door. Back in the darkness I sat down infront of my computer again.
"What do you want Vladimier?" I asked coldly.
"What am I not allowed to visit my favorite writer my good friend Jack?" He asked with a smile. I only rolled my eyes.
"I'm not your friend Vladimier I'm only an object to you so you can make money. Nothing more." I stated as I swirled my coffee and drank it calmly.
Vladimier laughed. "Oh come on Jack I have known you since college." He said happily patting me on my shoulder which only served to anger me further. I smacked his hand away.
"You make it seem like we were close in college." I said in a cold way. "You said my work was shit not even worth looking at in college. Don't try and be my friend Vladimier." I said as I lit a cigarette.
"You know." He said annoyed himself. "Would it kill you to try and be nice? Anyway when was the last time you even went outside?" Valdimier asked I only waved my hand dismissively.
"The book will be done in two weeks now leave you are being a distraction to me." I stated as I paid him no more mind he only sighed as he walked out of my apartment. I leaned back in my chair and sighed. "Good job Jack just piss everyone off why don't you. This is why you have no friends." I said calmly and took a long drag on my cigarette setting it down when I felt the buzz hit my head.

I spent the next few hours at my computer before deciding I needed a break standing up I made another pot of coffee to settle my nerves. Looking back towards my computer I went over picking up my ash tray and emptied it out in the trash. I decided to clean my room for a little bit then I would spray my room to freshen it up a bit. I heard a noise in my bathroom which was weird a noise coming from the bathroom. When I was the only one there. "Bad news." I said to myself as I opened up my bathroom and a purple creature fell out I raised at my eyebrow at this creature. It stood up calmly coughing.
"I wonder where I landed now I need to get back to my world." She stated as she looked at me confused I knelt down and looked at her calmly I took a sip of my coffee. "And who might you be?" She asked me calmly with a smile. I took another sip of coffee.
"Jack... Jack Ink." I said as I got a clean mug and poured coffee into it handing it to her calmly. She looked like a small horse that was purple and... could... Talk... She picked the mug up with a purple glow from her horn she took a light sip. "Now what is your name Miss?" I asked calmly I wrote some really twisted stuff so I just thought I was having a psychotic episode.
"Twilight Sparkle Mr. Ink I am a unicorn." she stated with a big smile. I only took another sip of my coffee before refilling my mug. I decided to ask her the obvious question at hand.
"Why were you in my bathroom?" I asked politely.
"I used a spell to transport myself but it worked in a wrong way making me go to this dimension." She said as she took another sip. I didn't even flinch at this news.
"So what is your universe called?" I asked I was intrigued by her. She seemed to visibly brighten when I asked her about her world. Her happiness though pleasant also unnerved me.
"Equestria its a very beautiful place. Full of Ponies of all races and talents what is this universe called?" She asked with that same smile. I didn't smile once.
"Earth our planet is called Earth.You are currently in Akron, Ohio in the United States of America." I said as I finished another cup of coffee. She only smiled at me.
She looked at me with concern. "Do you live alone Mr. Ink?" She asked as she walked around my apartment. She moved a few of my papers to be more organized. Normally no one gave me any mind Just another freak in this world. I was annoyed by this and decided to answer her truthfully.
"Yes I do I rather enjoy it." I answered as I lit a cigarette calmly. She looked back at me with those eyes full of concern.
"Friends?" She asked. I must have looked visibly annoyed because she took a step back. She looked down at the ground. "I'm sorry Mr. Ink I didn't mean to pry in your life." She said as a tear fell from her cheek. I only sighed I felt bad.
"No I have no friends for a good reason." I said as I looked into my coffee taking a hit off my cigarette. She looked mortified at my answer.
"There is no reason to not have friends they are eccential to live life to its fullest." She said like she knew me I only scoffed.
"All my friends left me." I said chuckling. "Hell my own family left me all alone in this world." I said as I sat down my cup and walked over to my computer. "They didn't seem to care that they left me to fend for myself... At that orphanage." I said as I slammed my fist down on my desk I was holding back my tears when I looked towards her. She looked like she was about to cry when I showed no emotion about what I had just said I raised and eyebrow to her. I stood up and walked over to her patting her on the head. "Don't shed tears for this poor excuse of a man I don't deserve them not in the least." I said with a light smile but a tear streamed down my cheek she reached up wiping the tear off my cheek.
"Crying doesn't fit you Mr. Ink." She said with a gentle smile. Such kindness was not something I deserved. Yet I placed my hand on her hoof smiling and crying like a little kid. "Maybe I should take you with me so you can learn the meaning of true friendship." She stated as I stood up.

I grabbed my messenger bag and put 3 cartons of cigarettes and my computer in it. "What all should I grab?" I asked grabbing my tooth brush. She only giggled at me running around.
"What you have is fine." She said still giggling. I looked at her nervously she was so kind. She walked up to my mirror and cast a spell on it.
I looked into it confused at what to do. She pushed me into the mirror. I felt sick something felt different. The next thing I noticed was I was laying on snow. I slowly sat up standing up seemed to hard I looked around me seeing ponies. Some were playing some were walking around happily. I slowly stood up and began to walk around I felt shorter than before. I saw Twilight running up to me she was about as tall as me now. "Did she grow taller or did something else happen?" I asked myself she stopped infront of me and put her hoof on my shoulders pushing me down on all fours. Weird it felt natural.
"I guess you changed when you came through." She said as she pulled a mirror out of her saddle bag and I saw my reflexion I nearly passed out.
"I am... A pony..." My coat was black my mane was black with small white at the tips I had wings with the same small white tips. I felt weak from this. "I think I need a cigarette." I said as I fumbled in my bag I couldn't get a cigarette. Twilight's magic picked up the pack and pulled one out. I smiled. "Thank you." I said as a flame appeared infront of my cigarette lighting it.
"Well lets go to the library." Twilight said I nearly ran her over when I heard Library.
"You need to show me it now." I said happily as I ran as fast as I could smiling the whole way.
It's didn't take long to find where the library was it said library after all on a sign. I waited for Twilight to show up I heard a snap behind me and turned to see it was Twilight. "You sure are fast Mr. Ink." she said with a giggle I chuckled.
"You said the magic word. I love libraries." I said with a big dumb grin on my face I must have looked like such a nerd. she only giggled at my enthusiasm.
"At least there is another pony who shares the same interest as me." She said happily she opened the door and I walked into the home I looked at all of the books it brought a tear to my eye.
"May I read one?" I asked still awestruck at the care that was taken at making it perfect.
"Ofcourse what kind of book would you like?" She asked happily. I looked at her with a smile.
"Your favorites plus a book on the history of your world." I stated as I looked back at the books.
"SPIKE!" Twilight yelled I jumped not expecting that from her. a small green and purple dragon walked downstairs.
"Yes Twilight?" He asked. I looked at Spike he was so small compared to me and Twilight. He didn't even look towards me.
"Can you get me the book on Equestria's history?" She asked politely. Spike Saluted and went and got the book he ran it to her she only giggled and pointed to me. Spike apparently didn't notice me which made me chuckle when he handed it to me. I opened it with my wing and began to read. A few minutes later I closed the book with a smile.
"Equestria has a colorful history Miss Twilight." I said picking up the book with my wing setting it on the shelf where it went. She looked at me shocked. I was confused. "What? Is there something on my face?" I asked wiping my face with my hoof. She shook her head no.
"That book took me a full day to read and you read it in a few minutes." She said still stunned. I blinked Confused by her answer.
"Oh that. I am A writer back in my world so I need to be able to read fast." I said with a smile as there was a light coming from my hip I looked at it with concern. "What's going on what is that light." I asked worried. Twilight clapped her hooves together.
"You're getting your cutie Mark Mr. Ink." She said happily an image showed up on my hip it was an Ink well over a piece of paper. I smiled at the new addition.
"I think I'm gonna like life here Twilight." I said as I stared at my cutie mark.

A knock came to the door of the library Twilight went over to the door and opened it. "Hello Girls come on in I have someone to introduce to you all." She said as they all looked at each other confused they came in and saw a colt pegasus reading a book. the looked back at Twilight. She nodded they walked over to me I didn't look up I was reading a romance novel they stood infront of me A blue Pegasus. A pink pony an orange Pony wearing a cowboy hat. A yellow Pegasus. The final one was a white unicorn. "Girls this is Jack Ink." Twilight said with a smile. I looked up a tear streaming down my face they looked concerned at me I looked to Twilight.
"Twilight how could they just break both of them up. The way Red Streak Broke it off so cruel How could they destroy Diamond Heart's feelings like that. It's like they don't even matter." I said choking back the tears before I noticed there were five others in the room I blushed red and wiped away my tears. I was so embarrassed.
"It's ok Mr. Ink let me introduce you to my friends." Twilight said as the Blue Pegasus flew down to me shaking my hoof.
"The Name is RainbowDash The best flyer in all of Equestria." She said with a cocky smile. I was barely able to recover when a cannon of confetti knocked me back onto the ground.
"Hi my name is Pinkie Pie. You can call me Pinkie. It's nice to meet you Inkie." She said bouncing around. "We should have a party. A big one. The biggest PARTY EVER!" She yelled happily as she continued to bounce around. I was getting scared of her energy. The next one to walk up was the orange one with the cowboy hat. She outstretched her hoof and helped me up.
"The name's AppleJack Pardner. Come by Sweet Apple Acres Fer some Cider." She said in a thick Southern accent. The Yellow one looked down at the ground nervously.
"F-fluttershy." She said in a barely audible whisper. I only smiled and nodded to her showing that I heard her. The final one walked up to me she bounced her purple mane.
"Rarity Darling it's a pleasure to meet you." I only bowed to her she seemed like royalty but I could tell she wasn't.
"Hello everyone I'm just Jack Ink I am a writer and fond lover of the literary arts." I said smiling to all of them even though I was uncomfortable. Twilight noticed my discomfort I guess because she walked next to me with a smile and a light blush.
"Shall we all go somewhere to eat?" Twilight asked as they all smiled I looked at how good friends they all were I followed all of them out of the Library.

It was around time for dinner they walked to a cafe they all sat down next to each other. Twilight sat down next to me. "So Mr. Ink where are you from." Rarity asked me I looked at Twilight and back at Rarity.
"I'm from Canterlot. I met Twilight there when we were young. She went to Magic school I stayed in Canterlot learning about writing and became a writer." I said as the waiter walked over to them they all ordered salads and sandwiches. I only ordered coffee black. My coffee came and I picked it up with my wing taking a light sip. It was deliscious the best coffee I ever had.
"Not to pry Mr. Ink but who are your parents?" Rarity asked I froze and sat my coffee down.
"I..." I was about to answer but Twilight Saved me.
"Jack Doesn't have parents they abandoned him when he was young he is an orphan." Twilight looked at me concerned at how I felt. I only smiled to her.
"My appologies Mr. Ink I didn't mean-." I raised my hoof to stop her. I didn't smile or anything. Sympathy was not needed.
"All in the past I am over it and I forgive them for what they have done." I said as I took another sip of my coffee.
"Where you gonna stay Jackie Inkie?" Asked Pinkie I looked at her confused. Where was I going to stay I had no idea.
"Well... I..." I said trying to think of something when Twilight saved me again.
"He is staying with me." She said trying to hide her blush but she couldn't I smiled sweetly at her and she smiled back. All of her friends were stunned their friend Twilight Study and Organization incarnent was having a colt they had just met stay with her. After the dinner they all stood up and were about to leave when a group of colts stopped and looked at them.
"Hey girls Ditch the freak and come hang with some real Colts." One of the said and the other colts laughed at what they called me I looked at them confused I took a step forward and stood infront of the girls.
"Ladies I think it is time we took our leave lets all get home. Safely." I said as I began to walk back to the Library one of the colts threw a chair at me using magic. I never saw it coming until it hit me in the side of the head. I slowly stood up my head hurt it felt like I was bleeding. The Mares stopped and glared at the colts. I walked infront of them again. "Ladies please leave these gentlecolts to me you all go to Twilight's I will be there in a minute." I said glancing back at them with a smile they nodded and left. The Colts were about to run after them when I walked infront of them stopping them. "Now now Gentlecolts lets talk this out." I said calmly as another chair came flying my way. I slammed my Hoof into it breaking it but one of them bucked me in the chest knocking me back. I stood up just in time to see a hoof hit me in the face. I hit the ground but got back up I never was a fighter but I never backed down. one of them came charging at me I slammed my hoof forward right into his horn. I felt something break it wasn't my hoof or his head but my side as I was hit in the ribs by one of them. I crumpled to the ground I was in to much pain it only got worse as they began to stomp their hooves on me. When they were satisfied they left angrily. I laid there everything hurt my vision was fading fast I just felt so tired. "Atleast you all got home safely." I said with a light smile. A warm glow surrounded me as I felt like I was being carried I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up slowly in a hospital bed I looked around. I was hooked up to a heart monitor and an IV in my arm. I saw all six of the mares in the room sleeping Twilight was next to me I smiled at her I placed my hoof on hers I couldn't see well but I knew her warmth and scent. Ink and paper I loved the smell reminded me of home. She stired and looked up at me I only smiled to her she was about to wake her friends when I raised my bandaged hoof calmly. "Let them sleep it has been a long night." I said with a smile she cried softly.
"I thought I lost you when I saw you in your state." She said sobbing. "Why did you do that Jack you must have known you couldn't take them so why?" She asked I wiped a tear off her cheek smiling.
"I couldn't let them hurt my new friends now could I?" I said with a smile that quickly faded. "I have been running from all my problems Twilight. I didn't want to run and leave you all to suffer so I decided. To stand up to them because I could NEVER. Let them harm you all." I said calmly thinking. The other Mares stirred looking at me concerned I raised my hoof in greeting them. They all broke down in tears they all thought I was dead. "I won't kick the bucket so easily girls not when I have a special somepony to protect." I said with a chuckle which made my chest hurt I didn't let it show. They all looked at me in shock which made all of them look at each other then back to me.
"Who is it?" They all asked curious I only set my hoof on Twilight's hoof. They all looked at me then Twilight. Pinkie Squeed in pure happiness Fluttershy Eeped they all congragulated Twilight she was blushing uncontrolably. I crawled out of bed everything hurt my ribs were broken and so were my wings Twilight was concerned for me. I bowed to her with a smile.
"Twilight would you give me the courtousy of taking you out to dinner." I said as she knelt next to me hugging me lightly.
"Of course I will." Twilight said as tears streamed down her cheeks. The doctor came in. I knew I was going to get yelled at and Yelled at I was. I felt a voice in the back of my head but I didn't hear it clearly but I knew I heard something.
"It has begun." The voice said calmly.

The night of our date was fast approaching and I still have yet to be discharged. I looked in the mirror across from me frowning. "My wings are still broke and my ribs aren't healing fast enough." I said with a sigh. I touched my wing lightly I moved it down to my side in a lot of pain I wrapped my wings around my body with medical tape. The doctor saw what I had done and he yelled at me again. I tried to tell him why but he only yelled that my actions were going to hurt me more. I didn't care I stood up everything still hurt but I could manage. I walked over to the counter and signed myself out I needed to find a job quickly that would get me everything I needed to pay for the night. I went over to a boutique it was beautiful I needed a suit for that night. I knocked on the door.
"Coming." A voice said it sounded familiar almost like. "Jack I didn't know you got out of the hospital." Said Rarity I sighed.
"I need a favor from you is it ok if I come in?" I asked her she smiled and showed me inside.
"What kind of favor Jack?" She asked calmly. I looked at all the clothes on the ponyquins I smiled at the beauty of them but then. I saw one that was covered I walked over to it my curiosity was burning. I reached my hoof out to it but I felt myself slide backwards by my tail. I looked back to Rarity. "You and Twilight are so similiar it's almost humorous Darling." She giggled I looked back at the covered ponyquin I smiled lightly.
"That's Twilight's dress isn't it?" I asked smiling gently Rarity nodded. "I must simply match her and the colors should bounce highlighting the brighter colors yet still not overpower." I said staring at what was going to look beautiful on Twilight. Rarity looked at me confused.
"How do you know so much darling?" She asked. I only looked at her with a smile.
"Writer Rarity I have to make the words grab readers and make them feel what I want them to feel and see what they read you need to make everything sound beautiful and real." I said as a tear streamed down my cheek. "Can you make me a suit that will match?" I asked her she nodded.
"I already have it finished I can show it to you." I raised my hoof.
"If I see it I will know what the suit looks like." I said with a smile. "Thank you again Rarity." I said with a bow as I walked out of the boutique.

I walked around the town smiling it was so peaceful here unlike my world angry and rude people everywhere but here... Kindness. I was lost in thought as I ran into a wall I rubbed my nose I looked up around the wall to see Twilight's house. The library was the same except there was a carrige with armor wearing Pegasus. I cocked an eyebrow at this and walked towards the library. When I went to open the door one of them knocked into me which hurt... a lot. "Hey I would like to see Twilight let me through." I said annoyed. They didn't move I went to knock on the door but they stopped my hoof this time. "Hey I really need to talk to her let me pass." I said begging them they didn't even move.
"State your name." One of them said I looked at him he was wearing what looked like a captain's uniform all the other guards stood straighter I looked at him calmly.
"My Name is Jack Ink." I stated looking at him not backing down. he looked me over. He knew I was injured and could take me but I wasn't backing down which must have confused him.
"Let him see my sister." He said with a smile the guards at the door moved. Jack bowed to him
"Thank you sir." I said with a smile. Walking up to the door I knocked on it.
"You may enter." said a voice different from Twilight's. I opened the door to see Twilight she looked at me concerned as she ran up to me.
"Jack you should be in bed resting why are you out of the hospital?" She asked with tears nearly in her eyes. I only picked up her hoof and kissed it gently.
"I needed to see you." I said with a smile. Twilight sighed at my stubbornness she blushed and kissed my cheek. I blushed happily then I noticed the rather tall alicorn in the room. I bowed as low as I could manage with out hurting myself.
"Goodness Twilight who is this?" She asked her I didn't stand up and I wouldn't until told so.
"Princess Celestia this is Jack Ink the one we were talking about." Twilight said calmly blushing lightly. Celestia walked up to me she tapped my head which made me look up she was glaring into my eyes. I didn't move but instead smiled.
"Princess that Glare is not needed I have no hostile intentions." I said with a smile but that glare didn't leave her I felt my mind blank out and someone else in there. She was in my head. My Head hurt. "Please get out." I said as tears streamed down my face all my painful memories flashed in my mind every single one. The death of my sister stayed infront of my mind. "I'm begging you... Leave it alone... Leave my memories alone." I was sobbing uncontrollable when I felt her leave my mind she was crying as well.
"I'm sorry Jack I wanted to know about your world I only had your memories I'm sorry I brought those to the surface." She apollogized with a bow I felt like an empty shell. Standing there the image of my sister as the last image in my mind. Twilight walked infront of me she wrapped her arms around me.
"It's ok Jack she didn't mean to." Twilight said calmly to me I looked at her smiling tears still streamed down.
"I know My dear I just don't want to see that image ever again. That's why I kept no friends in my world and isolated myself from the world. My writing was to bury my memories." I said with a smile. "I'm just a monster who got my sister killed." I said with a smile that was more fake than my own creations. Celestia tapped my forhead with her hoof.
"Enough of that Mr. Ink you must remain strong you have someone to protect don't let her see your weakness." I looked down to Twilight who was crying with me. I held her tightly.
"I'm sorry Princess I won't be weak anymore." I said with a true smile. Celestia made two tickets appear infront of me. "What are these for?" I asked. She only smiled
"I know I can't be forgiven for bringing up those memories but something Twilight requested for. She was going to pay but it will be on me just enjoy yourselves" She said as she walked out of the library leaving Twilight and myself all alone we just sat there with each other holding onto each other gently. Happy.

I woke up the next morning in pain. Without the painkillers from the hospital everything hurt more than ever. "I wonder if Twilight slept ok after last night?" I asked myself as I sat up I felt the seering pain of doing so in my ribs nearly making me double over. Slowly I stood up I opened my bag grabbing a cigarette I walked outside I fumbled with my lighter dropping it twice I finally got it to light my cigarette. "It has been almost a week since I came here with Twilight. She has been so kind to me understanding what has happened so far." I said as I took a long drag on my cigarette. I felt a scarf wrap around my neck I looked up to see Twilight looking down at me from the upstairs window. I smiled to her and she smiled back coming downstairs. I shivered lightly in the cold but the scarf was warm. Twilight came outside and snuggled next to me I blushed lightly as I took another long drag I let it out away from her. When she nuzzled her muzzle against my neck I choked on my smoke she looked concerned asking me if I was ok I only raised a hoof finishing my coughing.
"Are you ok Jack?" She asked concerned. I only smiled to her as I put the cigarette out I didn't want it anymore.
"Yea I was just surprised by that and I tried to breathe to fast which made me choke." I explained with a light chuckle. She giggled with me. I stood up slowly I winced in pain but tried to hide it. Yeah that didn't work.
"Are you in pain I can whip up a spell to heal you or atleast relieve the pain." She said concerned.
"Twilight." I said as she continued.
"I'm sure I have a book on bone reconstruction spells." She rambled on.
"Twilight." I said again louder.
"But I think I can find a simple healing spell." She said as I finally placed a kiss on her lips she stopped talking and blushed a bright red.
"Twilight I will be fine this pain is a reminder that I protected you. I am ok with it as long as you are safe." I said with a smile. She nodded slowly. I laughed at her embarrassment and she laughed as well.
This time I knew something said something in my head. "Learn well Jack your time will come..." it said whispering calmly.

The night had finally arrived and Rarity delivered our clothes seperately so we couldn't see them. I put on my suit slowly I was still sore but I could handle it. The suit was absolutly stunning. It was white with amethyst buttons the tail was purple I had a brouch that was the same as Twilight's cutie mark. I let a tear streamed down my cheek at it's beauty. But what trully brought tears to my eyes was when Twilight walked down the stairs. Her dress was white until the bottom of the dress it was black with white tips She had a hair piece that looked like an ink well. I smiled to her as I stared into her eyes. Something came over me as I walked up to Twilight I bowed infront of her and she bowed back. Both of our cutie marks glowed as a small addition was added to them. A heart formed inside of Twilights star burst. A heart formed on my ink well in white. Everyone gasped at what had happened. Once a cutie mark appeared it was not to change but It had just happened to me and Twilight. We both stood up straight and smiled as my wing outstretched over Twilight's back holding her close to me. We began to walk to the restraunt none of our friends stopped us they probably thought nothing could stop us. I smiled as Twilight rested her head against me as we walked. "You look beautiful Twilight." I said with a blush.
"And you are very handsome Jack." Twilight said as she blushed as well. Before we knew it we had arrived at the train station.

We were on our way to Canterlot I was nervous at what was going on around me. I had never been to Canterlot I was nervous of course. Twilight placed her hoof ontop of my own which made me jump slightly. "Jack it's ok Canterlot is beautiful you will love it. There is also a big library that you and I can visit along with many museums." Twilight said with a smile. I was still scared but I was more at ease knowing Twilight would be next to me the entire time.
"Thank you Twilight." I said with a smile. two hours after we had left we finally arrived in Canterlot. Stepping off the train it was chilly and I saw Twilight shiver. I rested my wing over her back keeping her warm.
"Shall we?" She asked blushing lightly. I only smiled as we began walking. Many ponies seemed to be upstuck snobs the type of people in my world that looked down on others. "Lowly worms." They would call us but maybe here it was different. A pony ran into me which almost made me fall.
"I'm sorry sir." I said trying to be polite.
"How rude of you to run into me you'd be wise to leave my sight at once you unkept fool." He said as he raised his nose in the air and continued to walk. I felt my anger rise but I sighed.
"I'm not here to start fights I am here to have a nice dinner with Twilight." I said in my head as I saw Twilight use her magic to make him trip. I chuckled softly. We continued towards our destination.
Arriving at the restraunt I was in awe at it's beauty. I wonder how long it took to build. I looked at the well dressed white stallion infront of us. I produced our tickets and he looked at them he took them and tossed them to the wind. Me and Twilight were shocked at this. "Why did you do that?" I asked calmly trying not to show my anger. He only looked at me.
"The Princess would never invite such poorly dressed fools to her table." He said coldly. I was about to lose it. But I saw Twilight was about to cry when I pulled the stallion off to the side. I whispered something to him and he froze in fear as we walked back. "R-r-r-right th-this w-w-way." He stuttered as I smiled following him holding Twilight close to me.
"What did you do Jack?" She asked him quietly. I only smiled devilishly.
"I convinced him to let us in." I said as I looked back forward. She sighed in defeat at my methods.
Sitting down at our table in the back VIP area we smiled the Stallion bowed to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. He left quickly as I only smiled at his discomfort. Celestia looked at me. "You threatened him didn't you?" She asked calmly I smiled.
"Convinced. Threatened is such a harsh word." I said with a devilish grin. Luna Giggled at my methods. Celestia and Twilight sighed.
"He was being extremely rude to both of us." Twilight said calmly. I saw him return I ordered a cup of coffee everyone else ordered wine.
"Aren't you gonna drink with us Jack?" Twilight asked concerned.
"I don't drink bad things happen when I drink." I stated nervously.
"So Mr. Ink my dear sister says you are from another world mind if I see what it is like?" She asked I felt the fear of her seeing my memories well up.
"I'm sorry Princess I can't let you. It's... to painful." I said as I sipped my coffee it tasted terrible no love in it way to bitter. She nodded.
"I understand my sister told me of what she saw you have my condolances." she said with Sympathy. I only bowed my head lightly.
"No need Princess it is all in the past." I said with a gentle smile. With that our food had arrived I only ordered a salad. The food was deliscious though it was only a salad. I was normally used to more than just salad but I accepted what I could get.
"I still wish to learn more about this world." I said out loud on accident.
"Like?" Princess Celestia asked and I looked up.
"I said that outloud didn't I?" I asked blushing. They all giggled at me I only smiled at my embarrassment. "I would love to learn more about Equestria and it's history along with it's magic." I said calmly. "I want to learn so much so I may begin my work again." I said as I looked at Twilight smiling. Celestia nodded to Luna and she nodded back. Luna's horn glowed as a book appeared out of thin air next to me.
"That book is the past 4000 years of Equestria's existence including mine and Luna's corrinations you may read it Mr. Ink." I smiled as I looked at the book it was heavy and I could almost smell the knowledge inside it's pages... or maybe that was dust.
"I am eternally greatful Princess Celestia and Princess Luna." I said with a bow. Luna looked at Twilight's cutie mark and gasped.
"What has happened to your mark Twilight?" She asked. Twilight blushed lightly.
"It was Jack I guess our love for each other was so strong that it changed our marks." She said nervously. I extended my wing to hold her close.
"To have such strong feelings for each other have you told your parents yet?" Celestia asked. Twilight lowered her head.
"I haven't even introduced him to them yet." she said calmly. I sighed and smiled to her.
"Only when you are ready dear." I said to her sweetly and she smiled to me.
The dinner was finished and Princess Celestia and Luna had to leave they paid and left. I stood up with Twilight we walked out of the restraunt. "Jack?" Twilight asked I looked at her calmly.
"Yes my dear?" I asked her sweetly. She blushed and finally said.
"Would you like to meet my parents?" She asked nervous of my answer. I gave her a light kiss.
"I would be honored Twilight." I said as i wrapped my wing around her we began the slow walk to her parents house.

We arrived at her parents house she looked so nervous. I tapped my wing on her shoulder she jumped lightly I frowned slightly. "Twilight if you don't want to we don't have to." I told her but she shook her head no.
"We came this far it would be a waste to back out now." she said and the conversation was over right then and there. She knocked and a stallion answered the door it was the captain of the royal guard he smiled.
"Twili." He said as he hugged her gently and she hugged him back.
"Hey Shining Armor." she said with a smile. He finally notice me and let go of Twilight.
"You Are Jack Ink I remember you why are you with my sister?" He asked with a cold chill in his tone. I didn't flinch.
"I am Twilight's coltfriend." I said with no disrespect but Shining seemed to take it that way. Twilight stood inbetween them she glared at her brother he backed off.
"Sorry." He said calmly. I Smiled.
"I gotta say I owe you for letting me into her home that day you made this night for her and me possible. I thank you Shining Armor." I said as I bowed my head to him. Twilight and I walked inside of her parents house. Now I felt nervous.
I looked at her parents I was sweating nervously. Twilight was about the same. Her father walked up to me he seemed to stare right through me. "And who are you?" He asked me I never backed down but I turned away he scared me.
"J-Jack I-Ink sir." I said in pure terror. I looked to Twilight for help but she was just as nervous. He grabbed me by my suit coat and made me look at him.
"What are you doing with my daughter?" He asked me but my mind iced over.
"Sir please let go of my suit I had it specially made for tonight by a friend I wish to keep it in perfect condition." I said no longer afraid I seemed almost uncaring.
"And if I don't?" He asked and I didn't move.
"I will not be able to do anything but I would appreciate it if you wouldn't ruin it." I said not blinking. He smacked me across the cheek I lost all thought in my head I only heard Twilight yell but then I heard another smack I looked at her father who had smacked Twilight. My mind was filled with rage in an instant. I didn't hesitaite to tackle him to the ground I raised my hoof and was about to hit him.
"JACK DON'T!" Yelled Twilight I slammed my hoof down. Next to his head before getting back and helping him up.
"I'm sorry sir." I said with scincerity. I went over and hugged Twilight making sure she was ok. "Are you ok Twilight?" I asked her placing my hoof on her cheek. She smiled to me tears in her eyes.
"I'm ok Jack how is your hoof?" She asked me concerned. I looked down and saw it bleeding.
"I'm fine doesn't hurt a bit." I said with a smile but it hurt like hell.
"Mr. Ink?" her father asked. I looked at him with anger in my eyes. "What would you do if she was ever put in danger, attacked, or hurt?" He asked calmly.
"I would protect her with my life nothing could stop me." I said with malice in my voice. "And end the life of whoever hurt her." I said as I placed my hoof on her cheek. She smiled to me lightly.
I sat next to Twilight as she layed on my chest. she was sleeping the night was a long one I watched the moon out of the window of our hotel I got up and walked onto the awning looking up at the moon. I pulled out a cigarette and lit it as if nothing had changed. "I should protect her through everything nothing shall hurt my Dear Twilight." I said as I took a long drag letting it out of my nose slowly. I looked back at her she was resting peacefully but she looked like she was having a nightmare. I finished my cigarette tossing it into the snow. I crept slowly to Twilight as if not to wake her. "It's ok Twilight I'm here. May you never cry again." I said as I laid down next to her she snuggled up to me sleeping soundly. I drifted off to sleep my arms wrapped around her lightly.

A year after that night...
I was standing next to Shining Armor in a royal suit my cape had an Ink well on it the mark of the Royal scribe. It was a beautiful day Twilight Sparkle's Royal Coronation after today she will be known as Princess Twilight Sparkle. I watched as Twilight walked up the throne room to Celestia and Luna she knelt in front of them and everyone else did the same except me and the princess' I was writing quickly at the scene playing out. "Twilight Sparkle Today is a wonderful day for you the day you become a Princess do you swear to obey and uphold the Laws and Order of Equestria?" Celestia asked. Twilight looked up.
"I swear." Said Twilight I only smiled. Writing down the events of the event I slowly remembered what happened earlier that morning.
The morning of Twilight's coordination.
"What are you talking about Siv?" I asked to Flame Siv a guard of the castle.
"I want to ask Twilight out on a date after her coronation." He said with a smile. I felt my anger rise.
"You know she is dating me Siv right?" I asked with anger in my tone.
"Yea and maybe she wants a real colt in her lift not a weak excuse of a colt. Who isn't even from a powerful family." He said smiling cockily.
"Watch your tongue Siv Twilight chose me not only as her coltfriend but as her Royal Scribe know your place." I said with malice.
"I will do as I please Jack nothing you do can stop me from having her." He said as he walked away. I stomped my hoof.
"Stay away from Twilight Siv I mean it." I turned and walked away I had work to do.
I came back to the matter at hoof and continued to write. "Then by the power invested in me I pronounce you to be Princess Twilight the Princess of Friendship." Celestia said with a smile she was about to put Twilight's crown on her head. There was a loud explosion in the throne room. I was knocked forward smoke filled the room I heard screaming and running I tried to stand but I couldn't move.
"GRAB HER!" a voice yelled as they took Twilight I tried to stand but I was kicked in the face everything went dark. I woke up a few minutes later with a horrible headache and pain enveloping my body.
"Where is Twilight?" I asked myself I saw many other ponies on the ground I stood up slowly looking around. I didn't see her anywhere. "T-Twilight?" I asked around a few stirred and the Guards slammed into the throne room. The guards surrounded me I was confused by this.
"That's him I heard him plotting the kidnapping of Princess Twilight Arrest him." Yelled Flame Siv I looked at him shocked I felt magic surround me as I was restrained and slammed into the ground. What had Just happened...?

I was thrown into the dungeon I lost count of how many days I have been in here... I had done nothing wrong. Siv Kidnapped Twilight I needed to get out of here. I need to save Twilight. I heard ponies enter the dungeon it was Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbowdash, and Fluttershy. I looked at them from the darkness. They stared at me not with concern but with disappointment. All of them except Rarity left. She walked to the bars. "Why did you do it Jack?" She asked calmly. I didn't look up.
"I would never kidnap Twilight she meant to much to all of us." I said as I looked out of the bars at the moon. "I wouldn't put all of us through that pain." I looked at Rarity with sadness in my eyes.
"I can't believe you no matter how much I want to." Rarity said as she walked out of the dungeon.
"Abandoned once again." I said to myself in pure depression I felt everything leave me. My will to live along with my ability to fight. But something still held on within me. My love for Twilight never waivered I needed to save her no matter what even if it meant escaping here to do so and that is exactly what I was going to do.
A guard walked down the stairs to the dungeon he was carrying Jack's dinner. He knocked on the bars hard. "Prisoner your dinner enjoy it." He said when he heard only silence he slammed on the bars again. "PRISONER STEP OUT OF THE SHADOWS!" He yelled still silence he unlocked the gate and walked into the cell. I Snuck up behind him and put him in a choke hold. After a few seconds he went limp. I put on his armor and locked the gate behind me I walked out of the castle right through the front doors. No one even knew that a prisoner had escaped. And I needed to keep it that way for a little longer. I didn't look any of the guards in the eyes for fear they might suspect me to not be one of them.
I knew I only had a few hours before they found out that I had escaped. I needed to move quickly I stripped off the armor and ran as fast as I could. I needed to find where Flame Siv lived and I would beat the info out of him on where Twilight was being held. I continued to move. I had found his home I saw him having dinner with some friends. I knew I couldn't take all of them but I could outsmart them. I kicked the door hard knocking it down I flew up and hid ontop of the roof they ran out to see what it was. I saw Siv and felt my blood boil. Logic left my mind I tackled the first pony closest to me the force of the tackle knocked him out. I bucked the second one knocking him back I fought my way straight to Siv he was backing up. "C-come on Jack we can talk this out what do you want? Money I can give you money. I-is it power You can have it. What do you want?" He was begging now which sickened me. I grabbed him and slammed my hoof into his face.
"I WANT TWILIGHT BACK!" I yelled As I stomped my hoof on his wing breaking it under the force. He yelled in pain as I stomped on him again.
"SADDLE ARABIA!" He yelled I stopped and listened. "I sold her to their king to pay off my debts." he said in pain. I was lost in anger as I picked him up and threw him into his home he went through it. I walked to him I broke his other wing.
"If I ever see you again I will tear off your wings." I said venom in my voice. I knew where to go and nothing could stop me. I would have Twilight in my hooves once again.

It has been a few days now I haven't slept at all I just kept walking, running, and hiding. All of Equestria is after me I can't sleep or they will find me. I see the desert up ahead but there is a problem. Guards, all looking for me I have to get around them without being spotted that... Or just run past them. I rolled the thought over and over in my head I only had one chance. "God this is going to hurt." I said as I ran tackling a guard but not losing my momentum "Faster I need to run faster." I said as I continued to run. my world seemed to turn sideways then I noticed it I was tackled. "Dammit." I swore as I tried to get out of it but another tackled me to keep me down. Was this the end of my quest...? Am I never gonna see Twilight...?
"Will you just shut up Jack." A voice echoed in my head it sounded familiar. "Giving up that's not like you get up and fight." I struggled to stand. "GET UP AND FIGHT!" The voice screamed in my head. I stood up and threw off the guard on me. I ran forward dodging the other guards not letting up I finally got into the Desert. Into Saddle Arabia.
The days are hot and the nights are freezing. It feels as if my body is cracking under the pressure. Still haven't slept haunted of the thoughts of what has befallen my love. I want to see her so bad it hurts to hold her and keep her safe. "I need to get her back." I said my resolve solid. I continued my trek through what seemed like an endless desert. The hallucinations from lack of sleep have begun I see her everywhere I go begging me to help her. I can barely move right now but I keep walking. Everything went dark was I dead I'm not sure I just need to keep moving. My body was giving out I could feel it. I don't remember what happened next it all was a blur.
I woke up in a hut it was dark except a flickering fire I saw a cup of water next to me. I slowly picked up the cup and drank little sips to not make myself sick. I heard the door open and my mind was on high alert. I didn't know the pony entering the room so I was scared but I would deal with them if they got in the way of me finding Twilight. "Oh I see you have awaken." A female voice stated. I slowly looked up to her. She was a unicorn Sandy blonde mane in robes I saw her blue eyes I didn't trust hurt. Only because I didn't know her.
"Who are you?" I asked suspicously.
"Me? My name is Sand Spark." She placed a hoof to her chest and bowed. "Now what is your name?" She motioned to me.
"Jack Ink... I need to find your king." I stated as I slowly stood up.
"Why do you need King Wind?" She was confused. I decided to lie to her.
"I am on a diplomatic mission I need to speak to him over an imprtant matter." I said as I began to walk out into the sun I needed to leave.
"Wait you should stay for dinner I can cook you up some stew." She said as she stood infront of me.
"I can't I need to hurry." I pulled out my compass and looked at it needed to head west. "I wish you a good day Mrs. Spark." I said as I walked away she didn't follow. I still had a nagging feeling about her but I had no time for her.
I continued my trek through Saddle Arabia when I saw the castle come into view. I was so close to her I could feel her presence I dawned my Royal Scribe cloak and my badge stating I was not to be stopped. The guards ran up to me stopping me When they saw my badge and cloak they stopped and let me through. "Take me to King Wind." I said as if I was a diplomat they did so quickly. I was taken to the throne room I saw Twilight next to him seeming to be in a trance My heart sank at her condition. "King Wind I must discuss a matter with you." I stated with authority.
"And who are you to try and order me." He boomed at me I didn't flinch.
"The woman to your side is a dear friend of mine and my Princess I wish for you to return her to me." I motioned towards Twilight he raised a wing to block her from view.
"And if I decline?" He asked as if I could do nothing to him.
"Then I guess I will have to take her from you." I said in my matter of fact voice. He stood up violently.
"WATCH YOUR TONGUE YOU AROGANT WHELP!" His voice boomed I took a step back but took two forward.
"You have taken something that means more to me than life itself... If you think for even a second that I will just leave her here with YOU! YOU HAVE GOT ANOTHER THING COMING!" I boomed back. If I was going to leave now it would have been better if I never left to get her. He stepped back in surprise.
"GUARDS!" He yelled as gryphins flew down surrounding me I didn't move.
"Nothing will stop me not even your royal guards." I stated as I took a step forward one of them hit me with a staff knocking me down. I stood up with great effort. Another staff came down on my head slamming me to the ground my world fell dark. "I can't give up." I said in my head.
"Then stand up." The voice whispered to me. I opened my eyes to see Twilight still in her trance but tears streaming down her cheeks. "She is so close Jack stand up help her." It whispered again. The Gryphins laughed at their triumph until I started to stand.
"Jack I'm so close save me. Please." I heard Twilight's voice in my head. I felt something hit me from the side it felt like ice then it was hot. something streamed down my side... Blood was my first thought then I didn't care. I needed to save Twilight my hurt and pain will be fixed later. I continued to stand I felt another blade of ice pierce my arms yet I didn't stop.
"I will save her I will protect her." I felt a strange power in my body.
"You are ready." The voice said in my head as my mind went blank.

I woke up back in equestria in a hospital. "Did I fail?" I asked myself over and over again. I felt tears stream down my cheeks. "I couldn't save her." I cried out. "What good am I if I CAN'T EVEN SAVE THE ONE I LOVE!" I yelled as a chair was thrown against the wall. It startled me it was wrapped in a black glow I looked around a nurse walked in concerned she saw I was awake and ran out of the room. "What is going on?" I asked as the door opened again but it was Princess Celestia and Princess Luna along with Princess Cadence I was surprised to see all of them. "I guess I am still in trouble for escaping the dungeon aren't I?" I asked looking down. They looked at each other then the door.
"You may come in." Celestia said. Now it was my turn to be confused but then I saw who walked in. I tried to get out of bed but Luna put a hoof on my chest I winced in pain. I cried to see who walked in.
"Thank you Jack I owe you my life for saving me." Twilight said with a smile tears in her eyes. She ran up and hugged me I hugged her back tightly.
"I'm so happy you're safe." I whispered through my tears.
"I'm happy you saved me." She said happily. But something was off.
"How did we get to Equestria so fast I would have bled out from the walk did you teleport us?" I asked and they shook their heads no. "Then how did we get back so fast?" I asked confused.
"You teleported yourself and Twilight here." Cadence said with a gentle smile.
"But I am not a unicorn I can't use magic." I said still worried at what they meant.
"Thats because you have become an alicorn Jack you have become The Prince of Protection." Celestia said with a smile I looked at the mirror next to me and as they said I had wings and a horn.
"But how is that possible?" I asked.
"You were willing to do anything to save Twilight even if it meant you had to sacrifice yourself to save her days in the desert being stabbed and even pushed past the limits most ponies would give up. You didn't stop until you saved her." Luna said calmly.
"But I had Twilight speaking to me all the way telling me to never stop." I stated but twilight looked at me concerned.
"I never spoke with you in person or telepathically the entire time I was under a spell I could only see and hear nothing else." She said now I was even more confused.
"Well this might be the best time to tell you Jack... Prince Oath passed away yesterday. Right before you came into equestria." Celestia said calmly.
I was overwhelmed. "Prince Oath is dead how?" I was in disbelief.
"He passed on his immortality to you and in turn his powers of being an alicorn." Luna said with sadness in her voice.
"So I am a prince now what does that mean?" I asked sadly.
"It means you need to marry a princess." Celestia said with a smile. I blushed as I looked to Twilight. I crawled out of bed I felt my wounds open up I winced at the pain Twilight tried to stop me but I grabbed something out of my saddle bag and set it down.
"I was going to do this after the corination but I guess I will do it now in the privacy of the room." I said as I levitaited the box infront of her and knelt down. "Princess Twilight the Princess of Friendship. I Jack Ink the Prince of Protection would like to ask for your hoof in Marriage." I said as my hooves began to give out. Twilight cried as she smiled.
"Yes I accept of course I would accept." She said through her tears. I smiled as I felt weak.
"T-Thank you." I said as I collapsed everyone's magic caught me as I fell to the ground they lifted me into bed.
"Congragulations Jack and Twilight on your proposal." Celestia, Luna, and Cadance said at the same time happily.

I woke up again to the sound of talking. My head hurt from the light around me. I opened my eyes to see everyone. Rarity, Twilight, Rainbowdash, Fluttershy, Pinkiepie, and Applejack. I tried to sit up but couldn't move very well. I instead listened to them. "I still can't believe Jack went through all that to save you Twilight dear." Rarity said happily.
"Aye still can't believe he Proposed Twilight." Applejack interjected. Rainbowdash smiled.
"I bet his Journey was just AWESOME!" She yelled and they all shushed her.
"Rainbow you might wake Jack." Twilight said softly.
"To late." I said calmly and they jumped in surprise.
"Rainbow you woke Jackie Inkie up. You meanie pants." Pinkie said and I only chuckled which hurt.
"No I woke up a little bit ago I just listened." I said with a smile Twilight walked over to me I smiled as I raised a hoof to her cheek but I felt the wound open up blood began to seep out of my bandages but I didn't lower my hoof. "Morning my love." I whispered to her with a tear in my eye. Rainbow flew over.
"Can you tell us about your journey Jack." She asked excited.
"I will Rainbow but I will write it up." I lowered my eyes. "I also have something to tell the rest of you Twilight already knows but there is a reason for Twilight's and my dishonesty." I said calmly. They looked so confused. "Well I am not from Equestria or even this world I am from a different dimension I used to be human. I was alone no friends, family, or love." I felt tears well up but I choked them back. "Twilight brought me to Equestria to teach me about friendship. She asked me a few months ago if I wanted to return to my world... I declined I wanted to stay here and be happy with the ones I love." I couldn't hold back the tears. "I didn't want to see how sad all of you would be if I just disappeared." I said crying like a child. "I never expected to become what I am today or even marry twilight when I first came here. Let alone have the greatest of friends." They all looked at me with tears streaming down their faces. They walked over to me and hugged me tightly. My side opened up but I ignored the pain they accepted me even though I was different thats all I ever wanted. Acceptance.

A few days later and Extreme physical therapy later. I was finally let out of the hospital. I walked down the road Ponies bowed to me yet I still wore my cloak stating I was only a royal scribe. "The wings and horn must give it away." I thought and sighed I saw a kid playing with a ball when I saw a few other ponies shove him. which made me stop I walked forward towards them one threw a hoof and it slammed into some type of barrier I stepped infront of them and looked at them. "What is going on here?" I asked calmly the bullies only ran away. I looked down at the pony his ball had rolled away I picked it up with my magic and set it down infront of him. "Here you go." I said with a sweet smile he only smiled back. "What is your name?" I asked he smiled and his horn glowed I felt a voice in my head.
"Silence green." he said in my head I was taken aback by this but then smiled.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Silence." I said with a bow he bowed back. "If those bullies ever bother you again call me I will be there in a heartbeat ok?" I asked with a smile he nodded and began playing with his ball again I looked up and saw the building they were infront of. An orphanage my heart sank. He was just like me all alone in this world yet he still smiled. I patted his head lightly and walked away.
"Thank you." Is all I heard in my head. I looked back with a smile.
"Anytime." I said back in his head smiling as I walked away on my way to ponyville.
I was on the train for what seemed like forever when I finally arrived in Ponyville I saw everyone from town waiting for me. "WELCOME BACK JACK!" They yelled which made me tear up. So many people missed me so much I was so happy. Then I saw Twilight walked through them all she stopped infront of me I leaned in and kissed her on the lips gently she kissed back.
"I love you Princess Twilight." I whispered.
"I love you Prince Jack." She whispered back. Everyone walked up to us and congradulated us on getting married. I only blushed that everyone knew.
"Pinkie told everyone didn't she?" I asked Twilight she giggled.
"You know how she is Jack." She said with a giggle I only chuckled.
I felt the voice in my head it was Silence Green. "I need help!" He yelled in my head. I looked up to Twilight I grabbed her and in a snap we teleported back to the orphanage I saw the same ponies picking on Silence. A barrier formed around him I walked up to the bullies they stopped when they saw me I was livid. I only moved my head to the side and they ran away as fast as possible I knelt down to Silence my Barrier dissolving. He looked up to me he was hurt but he still smiled. I picked him up with my magic and sat him on my back. Twilight only watched with kindness in her eyes. I looked back at her concerned she only smiled and nodded as she followed me into the orphanage in a few minutes Silence Green was my legal son I smiled as I picked up his ball and set it in my bag. I grabbed Twilight and we were back in ponyville in a snap. everyone looked at us confused. I smiled as Silence jumped off my back he looked at everyone then back at me and Twilight. We nodded he looked forward and with his magic he said in everyones head. "H-Hello my name is Silence Green and I am so happy to meet all of you." he said and everyone cheered. I only smiled as he played with his ball again.
"Shall we go home Twilight?" I asked and she nodded I looked at Silence and he smiled as he jumped on my back we walked back to our home.

The day of the wedding.
I was so nervous getting married. It was our big day and I couldn't see her until the ceremony my son was standing next to me fixing his bowtie I smiled to him and he smiled back. "Ready Dad?" He asked me in my head. I still wasn't used to being called Dad but I liked it.
"Yes son just nervous." I said calmly trying to fix my own bowtie I was being clumsy about it.
"It's ok Dad, Mom loves you very much." he said to me and I only smiled.
"I know Son I know." I said with a gentle smile I only had my son standing by me in the ceremony Twilight had everyone else. I smiled at the dresses that Rarity had made for all of them and I loved my suit it was lovely. A pony came in.
"5 minutes Sir." he said as he walked out I smiled as I finished with my bowtie and walked out with Silence next to me. We went into the Throne room I stood at my spot and my son next to me. everyone was silent which made me nervous. then I heard the music begin My heart skipped a beat as I saw Twilight walked down the Aisle with her father next to her I was even more nervous now. she stopped next to me and I smiled to her gently. Celestia appeared along with Luna and Cadance with her husband next to her. I don't remember most of the wedding I was so nervous through the whole thing but I looked calm.
"In the power invested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife. Jack you may kiss your bride." I moved Twilight's veil out of the way and looked her into the eyes she was crying out of joy I leaned in and kissed her everyone cheered.
"NOW LET'S PARTY!" Yelled Pinkie and I chuckled she must have been holding back the entire ceremony for us. I nodded happily.
"Lets party!" I yelled and everyone cheered even Silence jumped up and down. The after party lasted for hours not stopping until the final song played I walked up to Twilight and she smiled as we began to slow dance. Other couples joined in slowly I even saw Silence dancing with Sweetie Belle Rarity's younger sister. I pointed it out to Twilight and she giggled. after the party was over I saw Silence sleeping in a chair and it was just me and Twilight. I smiled to her as I raised my hoof to her and she took it. We shared our final dance of the night together in privacy it was the best feeling. After the dance we picked up Silence and went to our hotel room were we would sleep and plan for our honey moon.

I woke the next morning next to Twilight and Silence inbetween us. I smiled as I snuck out of bed I went and began to cook breakfast for all of us. I felt Silence in my mind. "Dad What are you cooking?" I smiled knowing he was still in bed.
"I'm making pancakes wake your mother up in a few minutes." I answered him in his own head. I finished cooking as I set up the table I sat down and opened up a book of expert level magic one I haven't read before. when I saw Twilight and Silence walk inside the kitchen I smiled. "Morning sleepy head." I said with a smile Silence smiled back and Twilight smiled back.
"Look whose talking Mr. 4 in the afternoon." She said teasing me.
"That was only one time." I said with a chuckle.
"Yea normally you don't sleep." She said giggling. I pouted. Silence chuckled in our heads.
"Lets eat guys." I said with a smile. We sat at the table quietly eating. When Silence talked.
"Mom Dad. Can we go to the Royal Library?" He asked calmly. I smiled widely and looked at Twilight with glee.
"Come on Twilight lets go they have a new Daring Do and I want to get a new master level spells book." I said with a smile. Twilight sighed.
"Ok. Ok lets go to the Library." She said as I cleaned up the kitchen and gathered my gear. We left straight for the Library.

I finished packing for Twilight and my Honeymoon. We were going to The Crystal Kingdom. "Twilight did you pack up everything?" I asked as she finished off her checklist.
"Yep everything on the checklist has been checked off." She replied smiling. I looked over to Silence.
"You gonna be ok staying with Rarity for the week?" I asked and he nodded.
"I'll be fine Dad you and Mom have a good time out in the Crystal Kingdom." He said in my mind I smiled and kissed his forehead smiling happily.
"You be good I'll know if you aren't." I said joking with him. He chuckled in my head. Twilight kissed Silence on the cheek and got in the carriage I followed shortly after. The carriage took off and I smiled waving back to our friends. After a few hours we arrived in the Crystal kingdom. My body changed to Crystal I smiled as I saw the change I looked as if I was made of obsidian Twilight looked like she was made of Amethyst I smiled to her happily. "We look so cool." I said with a dumb grin on my face. She only giggled we landed infront of the hotel I looked up to see Cadance she smiled to us.
"Hello Princess Cadance." we said with a smile. She giggled at how insync we were with each other.
"Just Cadance will be fine." She said with a smile. We followed her into the hotel and stopped at our room I opened the door and put our luggage inside.
"What would you like to do first Twilight?" I asked but I saw she was already on the bed asleep I smiled and laid down with her and slept soundly for the first time in a long time.
