     Twilight slammed her head against the table. She just couldn't find what she was looking for. Twilight had asked the princess if she could come over to the Equestrian archives  to look through some old Equestrian documents so she could find a way to fix Fluttershy's broken wing, but couldn't find anything. Twilight had been looking through every single book from every single category she could find. 
Twilight gave out a frustrated sigh. How was she going to find what she was looking for? Twilight slammed her head on the table repeatedly until she heard a voice from behind her.
"Good afternoon, Twilight. Are you feeling okay?" asked Princess Luna with a concerned look on her face.
"Oh, princess! I-I didn't see you there! Umm I was just trying to wake myself up that's all!" Said Twilight giving a fake smile.
"Well then, carry on. You know a good cup of coffee really makes you feel awake. If you need anything I'll be at the royal arcade playing a new game based on my adventures on the moon. It's called Woonastuck." said Luna starting to walk away.
"Actually, Princess Luna! I've been wondering... Do you know where to find any spells or remedies that can fix a broken wing?" asked Twilight trying to catch up to her. 
"Well, I don't really know. Have you tried the medicine section? Or the potions section?" asked Luna.
"Yes, I did. In fact I tried nearly everything, but I couldn't find anything." said Twilight with a frustrated look on her face.
"hmm... There is this one section in the Equestrian archives that may have what you're looking for. The thing is, it's sealed pretty tight. You're going to need to open it with a password." said Princess Luna. "good luck trying to find the password." said Princess Luna walking away. 
"Wait, you're not coming with me?" asked Twilight. 
"No, if Tia see's me in there she'd kill me. But don't worry, if you somehow actually make it in there I won't tell her." said Princess Luna walking away. "the room is in the far end of the library in a corridor to your left!" Princess Luna shouted behind her as she walked a way. 
Twilight played with the ends of her hair and began curling them around her hooves. Twilight wasnt usually the type of filly who sneaks around and looks at other ponies private things, but she figured that if it might fix Fluttershy's wings.
Twilight quickly made her way to the end of the library and over to a secluded area to her left. There was nothing more than a gigantic wall. Twilight's jaw dropped. Princess Luna said that there was a section here but there was nothing. Just then she remembered what Princess Luna said. she needed to open it with a password. Twilight slammed her head onto the wall. How was she going to find the password? "Okay. think twilight. think think think think think think!"  
Twilight began looking around for any clues to see if there was anyway to figure out the password. There was a wheel on the wall. the wheel had four creatures on each of them."so what do all of these creatures have in common?"  Twilight asked herself contently. She studied them very carefully. The creatures were Dragons, Alicorns, Lions, Griffins and an alicorn. Tere was also a carving of a humanoid figure with a tail and with wings. Twilight recognized these creatures. They were all parts of Discord when her friends and her fought with him. Twilight reached her hoof up to grab the Griffin's body and left arm. The body Slipped out easily and so did the left arm. Twilight slid it into its place on the carving.  Twilight began rearanging the body parts until they all formed a draconnequus. 
Twilight waited for something to happen. After five minutes of nothing happening Twilight got impatient. "Huh? i thought that that would work..." Whispered Twilight to herself. then she remembered, Princess luna said that She needed a password. Twilight thought it out, what could The princess probably have thought of as a password? Twilight looked around to find any clues for the password. 
Twilight found an old book about dragons laying on the floor. Twilight kept looking. There were Paintings of different creatures an the walls. There was a dragon, a Windigo, a manticore, a minotaur, a portrait of a changeling and a portrait of discord. Twilight Stared at the portrait of Discord. He looked much younger and way more handsome than his current state. ''Huh... it must've been taken painted many years ago..." Said Twilight. 
Twilight thought it out. What do all these creatures have in common? perhaps it was because they were all four-legged? Twilight dismissed the thought, it was an invalid guess because a minotaur was a two-legged creature. Twilight thought again. The creatures were all winged? 
Then it finally came to her. She walked up to the wall and said "monster". The wall began rumbling and swung open. Twilight Walked inside, feeling quite accomplished. The wall swung shut behind her. "wait!" yelled Twilight, but it was too late the door had already locked itself. Twilight clawed and pushed at the wall, but it was no use. she was simply too weak to open the wall.  
She turned around and looked for a cure for Fluttershy's Broken wing. She figured that as loing as she was Stuck there She might as well try to find what she was looking for. 
She looked around. The entire room was huge, like it was some sort of storage room. there were many items and old artifacts everywhere. The cloak of Starswirl the Bearded,  Queen Chrysalis's  crown, and many many more Artifacts. Twilight looked around some more, when something caught her eye. There was a gigantic pedestal with a brown book on it. Twilight walked up to the pedestal and looked at the book. The book was titled 'Discordantly Discord's journal and  it had six carvings on it, each in the shape of a crystal. Twilight gasped. Discord had a diary? 
Twilight opened the book and began reading it. 

Entry one, Discord's journal
I'm not great with introductions but I'll try anyway. Hi my name is Discord, I'm currently living in a cabin in the Everfree Forest with my mother my sister and my step-father. My mother, sister and I have been living underneath my step-father's hoof for years, sometimes when I do something wrong he beats me. sometimes he gets drunk and makes me and my sister sleep outside in his shed even though the temperature is cold as buck. Anyways, aside from that matter, i'm going to attend my first day of Ponyville highschool tommorow and I'm pretty excited about it. The reason I'm so excited is because, the most beautiful mare in the world attends that highschool. Of course I'm talking about the one and only beautiful, stunning, Princess Celeste, so i guess my story doesn't really start until tommorow. 
Entry two
She was the most beautiful creature i've ever seen in my entire life, and i have an Appreciation for Beauty...  

Suddenly a gigantic claw came out of the book and grabbed Twilight by the neck and tried to pull her into the book. Twilight Struggled and tried to pull off the claw restricting her neck, but it was too strong. Soon enough, Twilight fainted and was pulled into the book.

When Twilight woke up she was in a gigantic, red and black void. It was all empty and it was cold. Beyond the shock and fear alone, Twilight suddenly felt a great pang of sadness go through her. It was as though the void was sucking all of the life from her body. Suddenly Twilight heard a familiar voice come from behind her. ''Hello, Twilight, It's been so long since I've seen you..." Said Discord as Twilight Turned Around to look at him. 
	
> The Beginning

	"Discord! what are you doing here? where am I?" yelled Twilight in an angry tone. 
"Oh, you don't know where you are? Come now Twilight I thought you were smarter than that... I thought that you out of all ponies would know what had just happened... Besides with all of the reading that you do, I would've suspected that you would've already read about this kind of thing..." Said Discord in a slightly amused manner. 
Twilight glared at his smirking face, when she noticed that he was different. He had smooth skin, looked as though he were much younger, and had a long mane that nearly covered half of his face. 
"Discord... w-what happened to you... ?" Asked Twilight in amazement.  
"Well, lets just say that a little lotion and hand cream gets rid of the wrinkles..." Said Discord smirking. "Ha! I'm just kidding. This Isn't the real me, I'm just a... Let's say memory... of what used to be 'Young Discord' and another thing, that book that you picked up Isn't just my journal, which by the way you read even though it's my personal journal meant only for me, It's also a 'Cursed object'" said Discord. 
"Cursed object?" said Twilight curiously. 
"Two things can happen when you pick up a cursed object. One, you are visited by the memory of the previous owner and learn about the history of the cursed object, or Two, the previous owner wakes up as a 'Vengeful Spirit' and tries to rip you to shreds..." said Discord with a smirk. 
"But why am I here? why did you bring me here? Why did you choose me?" Asked Twilight.
"Oh, please, Twilight. Choose you? You're pretty and all, but don't flatter yourself, darling..." Said Discord Smirking and playing with Twilight's mane. 
Normally Twilight would be annoyed by Discord's condescending tone and conceited little smirk, but with Discord's young body and young voice, Twilight found it sort of attractive. 
Twilight dismissed the thought and brushed Discord off of her mane. "So how long am I going to be here anyway?" asked Twilight. 
"Quite a while actually. It can go from a few days to nearly a whole decade..." said discord.
"A few decades!?" yelled Twilight in shock.
"No. I said a whole decade not a few decades, and don't worry time is much quicker in here than the real world, so if you spend a few months in here it will only be a few minutes in the real world...'' Said discord floating around her and eyeballing her curiously.
"So how do things work in here anyway? when are we going to learn the history of the cursed object?" asked twilight contently. 
"Whenever you want to, It's actually up to you..." said Discord. 
"Well then let's get to it. If I'm going to be stuck here I might as well 'enjoy the movie'..." said Twilight. 
"Okay then... just wanna warn ya though... some of the scenes in there might be pretty hard to handle..." said Discord.

Discord hugged his mother warmly. He stayed underneath her warm embrace and snuggled warmly underneath her as his mother cradled a baby Draconequus girl bundled in a cloth. 
"So my sister is going to be called 'Eris'?" asked the young Draconequus staring into the bundled cloth at his young baby sister. 
"Yes, dear. It's a traditional Draconian name just like yours... " said discord's mother smiling as the young Draconequus played with his baby sister's hair. 
''Momma, what does my name mean?'' asked Discord staring up at his mother and with his seemingly huge eyes. 
"It's Draconian. It means 'Unity and Brotherhood'." said his mother.  
"And what does my sister's name mean?" asked Discord. 
"It was the name of your great Grandmother, and it means 'Beautiful girl' in Draconian." said his mother. 
The young draconequus floated around his mother and began flapping his wings when suddenly a gigantic gray alicorn slammed the door open. He walked inside and closed the door behind him. The Alicorn was drenched in rain and had a crossbow slung across his shoulder. The Alicorn made his way to the kitchen and got a bottle of beer. 
"Hello, dear. How was your day of hunting?'' asked Discord's mother. 
"Shut up, Helena... make sure none of your damn kids bother me okay?" said the alicorn as he trudged up the stairs and into his bedroom. "I'll be waiting for you upstairs..." said the alicorn. 
"Momma, what's papa talking about?" asked Discord.
"Nothing, dear. Just forget about it. Would you like to hear a story?" asked Helena. 
The young Draconequus nodded his head. 
"This is the story of how the Draconian race was born and how they saved the entire world. Once upon a time, there was a war between the ponies, the dragons and the griffins. There was much chaos and destruction during the war, many griffins, ponies and dragons died. Out of all the chaos was born the first Draconequus. The Draconequus was taken care of by princess Nova of the ponies. She showed him kindness and ingenuity. When the princess had passed away, he was founded by Drake the emperor of the dragons. Emperor Drake taught him strength and will power. When the Griffins launched an attack on the dragons, they captured him and brought him to their leader, Bladewing the great. Bladewing taught him to be forward and agressive. When the three leaders were all gone and the three races were still at war with each other, the Draconequus ended the war, however, there was one enemy that tried to stop him, the Oracles. The Oracles were an ancient tribe of zebras deep in the ever free forest. The Oracles told him that he would one day end the war by destroying everything, for he was born out of chaos and shall cause chaos throughout his entire life. He did not believe them. He went to the ponies and convinced them to show kindness to the other two races, and use their ingenuity to help rebuild the damage caused by the war. He then went to the dragons and convinced them to be strong enough to forgive the other two races for their past mistakes. He also convinced the Griffins to move forward with their lives and end the war by forgiving the other two races. In the end the Draconequus was dubbed Discord, the king of Unity and Brotherhood, and the prophecy foretold by the Oracles was wrong...''
"Wow, momma... is that why you named me Discord... you named me after the great king of Unity and Brotherhood... ?" asked Discord.
"Yes, dear." said his mother as she fixed his hair. "Now, go to bed." said his mother.
"But, momma!" said Discord.
"C'mon, I'll even sing that lullaby that you loved so much." said Helena as she dragged him upstairs and into his bed. His mother sat on the bed and ran her fingers through his hair. "Hush, now. Quiet, now. It's time to lay your sleepy head. Hush, now. Quiet, now. It's time to go to bed. Drift on off to sleep, leave the day behind you. Drift on off to sleep so that a joyous dream may find you. Hush, now. Quiet, now. It's time to lay your sleepy head. Hush, now. Quiet, now. It's time to go to bed..." sang his mother to him as she looked at him sleeping graciously, like a little angel, and then exited the room. 
As she exited the room she went back downstairs picked up the young baby Draconequus girl and put her in a crib. She kissed the baby girl on her forehead and whispered "Goodnight my little angel...". 
As the young, Draconnequis mother left the baby's room, the gray Alicorn stood there behind her and glared angrily at her. 
"What did you do with my stuff... ?" he asked in a dangerous tone. 
"I-It was all cluttered so I decided to do you a favor and clean your room." said Helena with her voice quivering in fear.  
"Whatever! Next time you decide to mess with my shit you'd better think twice or else!" yelled The gray Alicorn grabbing Helena's arm and dragging her up the stairs. Helena struggled and fought him but he was too strong and was able to drag her into the bedroom. 
The gray alicorn got her into the bed and began kissing her neck. "Spread your damn legs..." he whispered into her ear. 
"M-momma... ?" came a voice from the doorway. 
Discord was standing in the doorway clutching his pillow tightly and staring up at the two. "I-I heard a noise..." said the young Draconnequus. 
"Get the buck out of here boy!" yelled the gray alicorn throwing a pillow at Discord.
"D-do what he says, dear..." said Helena trying to fight back tears but had already found tears rolling down her cheeks. 
The gray Alicorn went over to the door and slammed it shut on the young Draconnequus. As the door slammed shut it hit the young Draconnequus on the nose rendering him disoriented and with a bloody nose. He fell to the ground clutching his nose and crying out in pain. 
Suddenly a grunting sound came from the doorway. The young Draconnequus got back up and rubbed his nose. As he stood up he couaght a glimpse of the scene going on in the bedroom through the key hole. the gray Alicorn was on top of his mother trying to force himself on her. Helena was already crying as the gray Alicorn tried to hold her down. 
The young Draconnequus watched in horror as his mother was defiled and violated. Tears began rolling down his eyes as he began banging on the door, "Momma! Momma, no!" he yelled at the top of his lungs. The young Draconnequus fell to his knees and began sobbing. "Momma... no...'' he whispered as he sobbed uncontrollably.

Twilight was shocked. She had a hoof over her mouth and her eyes were wide with shock. She just couldn't take it all in. It was all too much for her. "Oh my gosh... Discord... I..." said Twilight to discord with a hint of pity in her voice. 
"It's pretty hard to watch your mother getting raped... especially when you're only six years old..." said Discord with tears rolling down his cheeks. 
Twilight laid her hoof around Discord's shoulder and whispered, "I'm so sorry... I had no idea..." to him. 
Discord shrugged her off of his shoulder and wiped his tears away. "Don't worry Twilight..." said Discord with a smirk. "It's only going to get much worse from here...". 
	
> The Scar

	Entry two
She was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen in my entire life, and I have an apreciation for beauty. But How could she ever love somepony like me? She was a princess and I am merely nothing more than an ugly freak... Anyway I guess that the real story starts when I woke up from that Horrible dream... 

Discord woke up with a fright. He grabbed his forehead. His forehead felt warm and his entire body was wet with sweat.  He new this would happen again. He new that this would happen if he went to sleep again. 
He got out of bed and walked to his bedroom mirror and looked at himself. He had a long messy mane that covered nearly half of his entire face. He was getting pretty pale because he usually never left the cabin. His eyes had Dark bags underneath them from constant insomnia. He had four scars going down his cheek. He hasn't been getting much sleep lately due to his recurring nightmares. They all had something to do with his mother and how his father treated her so cruelly. They were also about how he got the scar. He touched the scar and remembered how he got it. 
He closed his eyes and remembered. Remembered how his mother used to tell him stories and kiss him. He remembered how sweet and caring she was, then he remembered... he remembered how got the scar from her and how he watched her die...

Discord scrubbed the floors with great force. He glanced at his step-father and kept scrubbing. 
"Keep scrubbing, boy. I want the whole damn floor to be so clean that it shines like silver." said The gray alicorn. throwing a sponge at him. The gray Alicorn was sitting on the couch drinking beer and reading a newspaper. 
Discord did as his father taught him and began scrubbing the floor harder. 
"And After you scrub the floors, set up my damn poker table. My friends are coming over later and I want the entire damn place to look as squeaky clean as Canterlot Castle!"   Yelled his step-father at him. 
Discord cscrubbed the entire floor until he noticed a small brown blotch on the floor. Discord began scrubbing it but it didn't seem to be fading away. Discord kept scrubbing harder and harder but it just wouldn't go away. His step-father looked down at him from his newspaper and smacked Discord on the back of his neck. 
"Why won't you clean the damn mess?!" yelled the gray Alicorn angrily at him. 
"I-I'm trying b-but it won't come off!" said Discord with his eyes tearing up. 
"That's because you don't know how to do it right, you dumb-flank boy!" said the gray Alicorn throwing the beer bottle at the young Draconnequus. The bottle hit Discord right on his hand and some of the beer shards embedded themselves into his skin. Discord screamed out in pain as blood dripped from his hand. 
"Stop bleeding all over my damn floors!" yelled his step-father at him. "Now go and get some damn bandages for your hand and then come back with a broom and clean up this damn mess, do you hear me?!" yelled the gray Alicorn. 
"Drunk old buck..." whispered Discord to himself as he got up to get some bandages. 
The Gray Alicorn stood up and threw his newspaper on couch. 
"What did you call me... ?" asked the gray Alicorn in a dangerously low and angry tone. 
"N-nothing, sir..." said Discord with his voice wavering in fear. 
"What the buck did you call me?!" yelled the gray Alicorn throwing Discord down on the floor. This time, Discord didn't answer. He simply squeaked in reply as small tears began rolling down his cheeks. The gray Alicorn raised up his hoof and hit the young Draconnequus acros the face. Discord fell to the ground grabbing his face and crying out in pain. The gray Alicorn raised up his hoof again and hit The little Draconnequuus in the stomach. Discord grabbed his stomach as he began coughing violently and tears began falling from his eyes. The gray Alicorn picked him up and threw him at a nearby wall. Discord fell down with a thud. 
Sitting on the stairs watching the horrific scene, was Eris watching in horror as her older brother was tossed around and beaten like a ragdoll. Eris began crying and tore her eyes from the scene. It was all too much for her to handle, so she went upstairs and ran to her mothers room. 
Discord couldn't move. He just layed there on the floor like bloody, bruised, beaten up ragdoll. Discord curled up into a tiny ball and began crying with his teeth clenched. 
"I let you into my damn house! I let you eat my damn food and this is the kind of respect that I get?!" yelled the gray Alicorn. "Maybe next time you'll think twice before you disrespect your father..." said his step-father.  
"Cordy!" yelled a voice from the far end of the room. Discord's sister ran to him and helped him up. ''A-are you okay?'' said the young Draconnequus girl. 
"What the buck do you think you're doing?!" yelled a voice from the far end of the room. Helena ran down the stairs to help up her son. "Stormer, you've gone too far! You can abuse me, beat me and hurt me but when you start hitting my son that's when I get angry!" yelled Helena at the gray Alicorn. 
"Hehehe... oh yeah? and what are you gonna do about it?" said Stormer with a smirk. 
Helena clenched her teeth and used her claws to scratch his face. 
Stormer fell to the floor with a thud and grabbed at his face. He slowly got up and lunged at her. He tackled her down and began hitting her. Helena managed to get him off of her and clawed him in the face yet again. Stormer fell down yet again and grabbed his face crying out out in pain. He slowly got up and made his way to the closet. He opened it and pulled out his crossbow.  
Helena stared at Stormer in fear. "S-stormer... ?" said Helena in fear. 
"You... you ungrateful little bitch!" yelled the gray Alicorn pointing the crossbow at her. Stormer pulled the trigger. Helena fell down as a bolt embeded itself into her stomach. 
Discord stood there and watched as his mother fell down screaming in pain and grabbing her stomach. 
"Momma!" yelled Discord and Eris running to their mother's side. "Momma! Momma, are you okay?!" asked Discord frantically trying to keep pressure on the wound. "Momma, don't worry, I'll get you the ponyville doctor." said Discord running to the door. 
"Discord, wait!'' yelled his mother at him. 
Discord made his way back to his mother. "Discord... I-I'm dying... but now it's time for you to go on without me. 
"W-what... ?" said Discord with tears rolling down his cheeks. 
"D-Discord you're a big boy now, so you can take care of yourself..." said Helena grabbing her son's cheek and with tears rolling down her own. 
"B-But momma, I don't want you to go... I want you to stay here with me!" yelled Discord with tears running down his eyes like a powerful waterfall. Eris grabbed her face as tears ran down her cheeks as well. Helena grabbed Discord's cheek with so much force that they embeded themselves deep into his skin. Discord touched his mother's hand and watched the life escaping from her eyes and the blood escaping from her body.  
"A-And Eris... I want you to be a good girl okay... ?" said Helena. 
The young Draconnequus nodded her head as her mother laid her claw on her cheek as well.
"I-I love you both... " said Helena as her claw began sliding off of her son's cheek leaving four individual scars on his cheek. "Never... Never forget..." said Helena as she fell to the floor. 	
"M-Momma... ?" said Discord as tears fell from his eyes. "Momma?!" he yelled shaking her body. "Momma!" yelled both Discord and Eris. "Momma... no..." said Discord as both tears and blood tears fell from his cheek. 
Stormer stood there with a smirk on his face as he watched Discord slowly stand up balling his hands into a fist. 
Discord could feel the rage building up inside of him. He pictured and thought of all the methods that he could use to torture and kill the gray Alicorn. His eyes started gleaming dangerously red and a red aura began glowing around him. "You... I'll kill you..." said Discord in an angry tone with tears falling from his eyes. 
"Maybe... Maybe someday... but not today... now.. clean up this damn mess!": yelled Stormer throwing the young Draconnequus on the ground. 
Discord wiped his eyes and his nose and grabbed the floor scrubber. "Yes sir..." he said as more tears fell from his eyes. 
"Now that your damn mother is gone you don't have anypony to protect you no more..." said Stormer chuckling softly.

Discord wiped away tears from his cheeksand stared at the bedroom mirror again. 
"Mom... I miss you so much..." said Discord with his face in his hands. 
"D-Discord... ?" came a  voice from the doorway. It was Eris. Her white hair was messy and ruffled up and she was rubbing her eyes. "I-I had a nightmare so... C-Can I sleep with you tonight... ?" asked Eris hugging her older brother. 
"Yeah sure..." Said Discord hugging her back. "Look at us... we're already teens and we're still crying like little babies..." said Discord. "C'mon we have our first day of school tommorow and we need our sleep..." said Discord going back to his bed and his little sister followed right behind him.

Twilight's mouth was open wide. her cheeks were wet with tears. 
"I.. I don't know what to say... " said Twilight softly. "I-I'm sorry..." said Twilight laying a hoof over Discord's shoulder. Discord shrugged her off yet again. "A-Are you okay... ?" asked Twilight. 
"Yeah... just... give me a minute..." said Discord wiping tears away from his face. "I've never forgotten... Do you know, Twilight... ?" asked Discord. 
Twilight stared at him Questioningly.
"Do you know what it's like to lose somepony you love... ?" asked Discord trying to fight back tears. 
Twilight made her way over to discord and hugged him warmly. 
"W-What are you doing... ?" asked Discord.
"I'm hugging you..." said Twilight squeezing the Draconnequus in her hooves. 
"Hugging... ?" asked Discord curiously. 
Twilight's heart sank. "Discord... when was the last time you got hugged...?" asked Twilight.
"I-It's been so long... I-I must've forgotten... remind me... what's a hug?" asked Discord.
Tears began forming in Twilight's eyes. It was so sad. Twilight rubbed her hoof with her other hoof. She couldn't bear to know what it felt like to go through a life without hugs. 
"Whats wrong?" asked Discord curiously.
"Nothing..." Twilight lied. 
"Well then..." said Discord with a smirk. "Like I said, it's  only going to get much worse..." said Discord chuckling softly.

> The Princess

	Entry two

After that Dream I woke up and Eris was in the doorway looking for me. It seemed as though she had a nighmare as well so she decided to sleep with me for the rest of the night. In the morning we both got ready for our first day at Ponyville highschool... 

Eris woke up and stretched her arms yawning and got out of bed. She woke up her older brother as well and got ready for their first day at ponyville high. 
Eris stepped into the bathroom to take a shower and get ready while Discord simply put on some deoderant, sprayed himself with a little cologne. Eris spent nearly an hour staring into the bathroom mirror brushing her flowing, white hair and putting on her makeup. Discord ruffled up his hair and arranged it so that nearly his entire face was covered by it. They were the only Draconnequuses in an all-pony school so they didn't want to attract much attention. 
Discord and Eris made their way down to the first floor of the cabin to get their breakfast. 
Eris picked up an apple and began munching on it while Discord simply walked past the kitchen.
"Aren't you gonna get something to eat? besides Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." said Eris concerned for her brother. 
"No I'm good" Said Discord grabbing a can of beer from the kitchen andsitting on the couch. 
"You know, if dad finds out that you've been drinking his beer, he's gonna kill you." said Eris.
"I don't care. The drunk old buck won't do anything about it anyways. He doesn't care about us, as long as he's got us as his bucking slaves he's happy." said Discord sipping some alcohol from the beer can. 
"Yeah, but thats HIS beer, and if he finds out that you've been stealing from him..." said Eris finnishing up her apple. 
"Whatever... just leave me be okay?" said Discord heading for the front door. Eris followed right behind him. As they passed the living room they spotted Stormer laying on the couch sleeping with pile of beer cans and bottles on the floor. Suddenly woke up and rubbed his eyes. 
"H-Hey... where are y'all goin'... ?" he asked groggily trying to stand up. 
"Today's our first day of highschool..." said Discord trying to hide the can of beer into his backpack. 
"Hehehe... right... I forgot bout that..." said the gray Alicorn making his way upstairs. "Welp, y'all have a horrible day, y'hear?" said the gray Alicorn. 
Discord and Eris made their way outside of the cabin and into the forest. They followed the path out of the forest and made their way past the Apple family barn. As they passed a yellow pony stepped in their way. She had flaming red hair and a huge smile on her face. Her cutie mark were three individual appleseeds.
"Hello there ma'am and sir, may I interest y'all in a couple of apples?" asked the Pony.
"No." said Discord ignoring her and walking around her.
"Ooh! I love apples!" said Eris jumping happily up and down. 
"No, no you don't." said Discord Grabbing her by the arm and dragging her away.
The yellow pony looked more closely at Discord and galloped next to him. "Hey, Don't I know you... ?" she asked him trying to keep up with him. 
"I don't think so." said Discord with a slight hint of annoyance and Irritation in his voice. 
"Wait  a minute... Yeah! yeah I do! You're that Dracone- Draconneque- Draconneq-" 
"Yes, I'm a Draconnequus... What's your point... ?" said Discord with a hint of anguish in his voice.  
"Yeah! You're that foal who nearly destroyed the eastern wing of the Ponyville middleschool! Distress! O-Or is it... Discern...'' she said rubbing the back of her head.
"Discord..." said Discord sighing with irritation and annoyance.
The yellow pony turned her head towards Eris and asked her "Whats got him down? Why is he so irritable?" asked the yellow pony.
"He's always like this on mondays...'' said Eris. 
"Welp, I gotta get to Ponyville High and i'm gonna be late soon..." said the yellow pony. 
"What?! No way! We're going there right now!" said Eris beaming happily. "Well, my brother is, but I'm going to Ponyville middleschool." said Eris trying to keep up with Discord.
"Oh how rude of me... i forgot to introdduce mah-self, Howdy, I'm Seed Apple!" Said the yellow pony extending her hoof to Discord.
"I'm Eris!" said Eris grabbing Seed Apple's hoof. 
"I'll catch y'all later! I gotta get To the School before I get late." said Seed Apple. Seed Apple gave discord and Eris a pat on the back and galloped away.
"She's very nice. I like her!" said Eris walking with her brother. 
''Meh..." said Discord emotionlessly.
"Shouldn't we get going? I mean we're going to be late soon..." said Eris worriedly.
"We're almost there don't worry." said Discord.  
They eventually made their way to ponyville and stepped into the small, little town. As they walked throught the streets they noticed that everypony was staring at them. upon seeing the two Draconnequuses some of the mares dragged their foals indoors and the rest of the ponies cleared the streets as the two Draconnequuses made their way down the road. Soon enough whispers started to go through the crowd as the two draconnequuses walked down the street.
"Hey, Isn't that the foal who nearly destroyed the Ponyville middleschool?" whispered a mare quite loudly to another mare.
"Yeah, and that's his little sister. You know I hear that they're the only Draconnequuses left in the world, the poor creatures must feel so lonely all the time..." said The other mare.
"Don't sympathize with them! They're monsters!" said the other mare quite loudly. 
all of a sudden the crowd of ponies started shouting and yelling angrily at the two Draconnequuses. Soon enough everypony started throwing rocks at them.
"D-Discord..." said Eris clutching to her older brother. 
"Just keep walking..." said Discord ignoring the pebbles pelting him.
Suddenly a rock got him right in the face. Discord fell to the ground clutching his face and howling in pain. Discord stood up and Glared furiously at the smirking pony who nailed him right in the face. Discord ignored the bleeding, he ignored the pain, all he could feel was the rage burning up inside of him. Discord Lunged at the colt and pinned him down. Discord raised up his fist when suddenly a loud noise interrupted him. Discord and the colt got up from the ground and scanned the area for whatever just interrupted them. 
A trumpet blared loudly as a royal courrier from Canterlot blew into it. 
"By decree of Queen Andromeda, the royal sisters; Princess Celeste and Princess Luna are to attend Ponyville Highschool in their studies of Friendship." said The Royal courrier. 
A royal Canterlot chariot landed from the sky with two pegasus Guards wearing bronze armor pulling it. Once it touched down on the ground Two Alicorns stepped off of the chariot. 
Discord watched in amazement as Princess Celeste graciously stepped off of the wagon. She was the most beautiful creature Discord had ever seen in his entire life. She had beautiful Ivory white skin and smooth fur. Her hair was a hot Pink color and flowed perfectly in the wind. Her Eyes were like two beautiful pink Crystals and her smile was simply intoxicating. Princess luna followed right behind her. Princess Luna was way shorter than her sister but looked pretty similar to her though. 
Eris and Discord were suddenly thrown around and shoved as the crowd gathered around The two Princesses. 
Luna tugged on her sister's hair and said "Celeste, c'mon. We're gonna be late for school...". Luna dragged Celeste through the crowd and made their way to the school.
Discord pushed and shoved the ponies in his way to get a glimpse of the mare of his dreams. Discord has always had a crush on Princess Celeste but this was his first time seeing her in real life. Suddenly a pony from behind him shoved him and he went tumbling down roight in front of the Princess. 
Discord looked around he was dazed and had no idea what had just happened. He then realized that he had just tumbled right in front of the princess. 
"Uh I- Uh Princess! Umm I'm so sorry I-I just lost my balance a-and I-" he was interrupted by the princesses sudden giggling.
"Don't worry, It's okay. Hi, my name is Celeste." she said Holding out her hoof.
"Umm M-my name is D-Discord..." said Discord with his cheeks turning hot pink.
"Hey, I know you! You're the mare that my brother has a crush on!" exclaimed Eris running up to the Princess.
"ERIS SHATTUP! I-I mean... Uh... Th-This is my little sister, Eris..." said Discord with a nervous smile and his cheeks now turning red. 
"Oh wow! She's adorable!" said Celeste giggling softly and ruffling up Eris's hair. 
"Well Discord, I have to get going cause I'm going to be late soon. I'll see you later!" said Celeste walking away. 	Princess Luna approached Discord and said "U-Umm hi, I'm Luna".
"I'm Discord." said Discord with a smile. 
"M-May I walk with you to school?" asked Luna rubbing her hoof and her cheeks turning bright pink.
"Umm sure I guess..." said Discord.
"So tell me about yourself, Discord." said Luna beaming happily.
"Well sometimes I go out into the forest and explore." said Discord. 
"Oh that's cool. What about your Family? You don't look like any creature I've ever seen before." said Luna.
"M-My mother... She's dead... " said Discord looking down and with Tears forming in his eyes.
"O-Oh I'm so sorry..." said Luna,
"Nah, It's okay... It's not your fault.... It's my father's fault... He killed her..." said Discord quietly. "H-He doesn't even care about me and my sister..." said Discord now with tears falling from his cheeks. "S-Sometimes I just feel so Ignored and shunned... sometimes I just feel so..." Discord trailed off.
"So alone..." Princess Luna finnishing Discord's sentence.
Discord told Luna about everything. About his drunk, abusive step-father. About how he watched his mother die. He told her about his life about how he just felt like he shouldn't even bother with life anymore. Discord felt like he could trust her. He felt like he was safe with her. Like she was his friend.
Suddenly Princess Celeste called Luna. "Luna! Where are you?" called Celeste.
"Well I'll see you later I guess..." said Luna. Luna galloped towards Celeste and Entered the Highschool along side of her older sister.
"Aww, You have a crush on him don't you... ?" said Celeste smirking in an amused manner. "My little Luna has her first crush." said Celeste.
"Shut.Up." said Luna bemused. "He's been through a lot, Celeste... I feel bad for him..." said Luna.
"Well you can feel bad for him later, right now we have to get to class." said Celeste.

Discord stepped through the front door. As soon as Discord stepped through the front door everypony started staring at him. Discord felt like his every move was being judged. Like if he made one wrong move everypony would pounce on him and tear him to shreds. it wasn't long before whispers started to transgress through the halls, just like when Discord and Eris walked through ponyville.
All of a sudden, the bell started ringing and everypony dispersed from the hall. Discord sighed with relief, if everypony were to stare at him any longer he would've had a nervous breakdown.

Discord yawned in boredom. This was his last class for the day and then he would have to go back home to his demonic father. Discord layed his head on his desk. Magyck 101 was turning out to be more boring than he thought. Since when am I ever going to need magic in my life anyway? he thought to himself. 
Discord turned his head to the left and looked out the window. He spotted multiple fillies in volleyball uniforms running around and giggling as they tossed around a volleyball, however there was one that caught his eye. Princess Celeste was wearing a tight volleyball uniform and was running around and tossing a volleyball around.
Discord's cheeks filled with blood as he watched Celeste bend down to pick up the volleyball.  
Suddenly Discord felt a sharp pain in his forehead. The teacher just threw an eraser at his head. 	
"W-What?!" exclaimed Discord as he stood up and looked around. The entire class was laughing at him. 
"Discord, since you're obviously too preoccupied with looking out the window and staring at fillies, why don't you tell us what it takes to get  a young filly to love you... ?" asked the teacher.
"Uhh... a... lot of money... ?" said Discord as the entire class laughed yet again.
"No..." said the teacher.
"Umm... some magic... ?" asked discord and the class laughed even louder.
''Try again..." said the teacher glaring at him impatiently.
"A spell... ?" asked Discord. 
"What kind of spell?" asked the teacher.
"A love spell... ?" asked Discord.
"Correct." said the teacher. "Love spells are just as dangerous as love poison, because they can have the same effects. It is important for you all to learn that magic is very dangerous and has some risks in it... " the teacher trailed off as Discord looked out the window yet again and stared at the princess.

"Aww, you had a crush on her!" said Twilight.
"Shut up..." said Discord in annoyed tone. "Besides... it would only be a short amount of time... until that love was torn to pieces by that filly..." said Discord.
"What do you mean?" asked Twilight curiously.
Discord's face glared angrily at the his claw and his paw. "You'll see..." said Discord.

	Entry number three 
Second day of highschool and I get into a fight. I am such a genius. My dad had to come and pick me up and he wasn't happy about it either. He beat me harder than Lance did. I haven't introduced Lance yet have I? Lance is has a crush on Celeste, only thing is, Celeste is crushing back on him. He's smart, tall, handsome, strong, He's basically everything that I'm not. Why would Celeste choose a freaky loser like me over him? Lance was beating my flank senseless until some filly saved me. I forgot her name, I think it was 'Firefly' or something, Anyway, I recently met this mare who's actually friendly to me. Her name is Luna and she seems to look up to me very much. She's Celeste's sister. Everytime I'm near her, she makes me feel safe. Like I can trust her. Like she's my friend. Anyway, the only other reason I'm friends with her is because she's Celeste's sister. Well, I guess I better wrap this up.

Discord was sitting on a bench and thoroughly examined a multicolored crystal hanging on a chain. He remembered how he got it. His mother gave it to him for his fourth birthday. She said that it was called a 'Harmony Element'. She told him that it would protect him from danger and had the power to deflect magic. His family was in the rock farming bussiness. His mother found it wedged in the ground one day. It was consisted of an Emerald, a Ruby, a Pink Quartz, an Azurite, an amber and an Amethyst. 
Seed Apple sat next to Discord and said "Well, howdy! Hows it goin'?".
"Just fine." said Discord. 
"Whatcha got there? It sure does look mighty purdy." said Seed Apple 
"It's a crystal. My Mother gave it to me." said Discord putting it back around his neck.
Princess Luna was walking around the cafeteria when she spotted Discord. She made her way over to the table and sat next to him. She glanced at Seed Apple and said "Oh... Who's this?" Asked Luna. 
"Luna, this is Seed Apple. Seed Apple, this is Luna." said Discord. 
"Oh, why, hello Seed Apple." said Luna Extendeding her hoof to Seed Apple. 
"Howdy!" said Seed Apple grabbing her hoof and shaking it. 
"So why're you guys sitting with me anyways? Don't you guys think that I'm a freak like the rest of 'em?" asked Discord. 
"Aw, don't talk like that about yourself, partner." said Seed Apple patting him on the back. 
Discord folded his arms on the table and layed his head in them. "Don't try to make me feel better... Besides I know how these guys think. They either hate me or fear me or maybe even both." said Discord. "Sometimes I wonder why even bother with life anymore..." said Discord almost whispering. 
"Discord, you can't think like that." said Luna.
"Why not? My dad hates me, Everypony in town thinks that I'm a monster and I'm pretty sure that the only friends I have is myself..." said Discord sinking down even further into his own lake of self pity. 
"How could you think that? Discord, We are your friends! We care about you!" said Luna. 
"Yeah we're stuck to you like butter on a skillet!" said Seed apple giving him a hug.
Discord tried to push her off and said "Yeah but everypony else-"
"Don't listen to them, Discord. You've been through a lot and-" Luna was interrupted by a giant ivory white alicorn with chocolate brown hair. He was surrounded by other alicorns as well. It was Lance, Celeste's soon to be 'coltfriend'. 
"Hey! check it out you guys! it looks like a dragon a donkey and a griffin tried to mate and instead puked out this ugly thing!" said Lance aproaching Discord.  The Alicorns surrounding him started laughing. 
"Hahaha look he's even got a girly necklace!" said Lance. 
"Hey! leave him alone!" yelled Luna standing up. 
"Oh! Check it out! he's even got his little girlfriend sticking out for him!" said Lance. 
Luna blushed and shrank back a little. 
Lance got a little closer to her and whispered "Listen Princess, I'm gonna be bangin' your sister sometime soon so I suggest you start doing what I say. So step back and back off." he said shoving her back. 
"Now. Whats your name, little shit?" asked lance turning towards Discord.
Discord simply glared up at him. 
"Listen you dirty little foal, I'm going to be prince soon so you'd better start following your superior's orders!" he yelled at the Draconnequus. 
"My name is Discord... Your 'majesty'." he said giving him a double handed middle fingered salute. 
Lance glared at him and gritted his teeth. He raised his hoof and slapped the Draconnequus across the face. It wasn't long before a crowd gathered around the scene. 
Discord slowly turned his head back to glare up at the ivory white Alicorn. 
Celeste came galloping up to Lance and tried to hold him back. "Lance, what are you doing!? He's just a boy!" said Celeste. Lance pushed Celeste out of his way and began walking towards the young Draconnequus. 
"Alright motherbucker put 'em up!" he yelled. He put out his hoof and hit discord right on the nose. 
Discord fell down clutching his nose and crying out in pain. He got up and attacked, but Lance blocked it. 
Lance noticed blood on the floor then felt sharp pain on his forehoof. Discord had clawed him. Lance glared at the Draconnequus and said "You're going to regret that..." through Gritted teeth. 
He came up and threw a storm of punches. Some hit Discord others he easily dodged, but in the end discord was covered in bruises.
Discord crumpled to the floor and curled up in pain. Something inside him was burning with fury. He started to get back up.
Quick as lightning, Discord lurched forward like a striking cobra getting ready to kill its victim. He landed on Lance . Discord pulled back his claw and began to ready his finishing blow, but he hesitated. With the blow, he could've seriously maimed lance, but he hesitated.  It was only then that the other ponies who were surrounding Lance earlier began to pull discord off of Lance, hold him down and beat him senseless. 
Lance aproached the beat up torn up little Draconnequus. Lance began to punch and kick the Draconnequus. 
"You think you're tough! You're nothing more than a stupid little shit!" said lance punching him in the stomach.  "Do you honestly think that you could've beat me? I am royalty! I am power! You're just a dirty little peasant!" he said hooking a roundhouse at Discord's face. "And now, you're dead..." said Lance charging at him with his horn glowing. Lance let out a powerful beam of magic towards discord. 
Suddenly, the necklace that Discord's mother had given him began glowing. A bubble began forming around Discord and the beam of magic harmlessly bounced off of it. 
"What?! What the Buck was that!?" yelled Lance firing another beam of magic towards Discord. The beam bounced off of the bubble yet again. 
The necklace began glowing wite and so was Discord's eyes. A gigantice rainbow colored beam launched from the necklace and launched lance off of his feet and into a nearby wall. Discord's eyes returned to normal and he fell to the ground with a thud.
Lance slowly got back up and gritted his teeth. "You're dead..." he said slowly walking towards Discord. He picked up Discord by the neck and began striking him repeatedly in the stomach. He threw the Draconnequus to the ground and began kicking him. "How does it feel... ?" asked Lance with a Malevolent grin. He He picked up Discord and Threw him back down on the ground. 
Suddenly, a pink Pegasus with lighning blue hair interrupted him. 
"Hey leave him alone you flankhole!" yelled the Pegasus.
"Oh yeah? what're ya gonna do if I don't?" asked Lance in a humorous tone.
"This!" yelled the Pegasus. She flew up into the air and came down kicking the ivory white Alicorn to the ground. Lance got back up and glared at her. He threw a punch at her face but she ducked underneath his hoof and returned his attack with a kick to his shoulder. She threw a punch to his face, and followed it up with a spinning back-kick. Lance fell to the ground with a thud. He glared back at her.
"Get her!" he yelled. 
Lance and the other Alicorns began to punch and kick at her, but she expertly blocked each blow and returned them with a brutal counter-attack. She was magnificent. She was like a tornado of kicks and punches. The last pony standing began to run away in fear, but the Pegasus flew up into the air and came down on him. The pony turned around and watched in fear as Death came reigning down on him. The pegasus kicked him in between his clavicle and his sternum. He fell down writhing in pain. It didn't kill him but it did leave him lying in agony. When all of the attackers were down she walked up to Discord and helped him up.
"Ya okay there, buddy?" she asked. 
"Umm yeah... just need some time to orient myself..." said Discord. 
"You are one crazy bastard you know that! trying to pick a fight with the Equestrian boxing champion and not to mention the son of Duke Blue Crown."  said the Pegasus.
"Wha... Boxing 'champion'? 'Duke' Blue Crown? So he's a baronett... He's royalty... No wonder he beat my flank without breaking a sweat... But wait... If he's the boxing champion then... how did you beat him?" asked Discord. 
"Well thats simple. My name is Fyrefly, Equestrian kick-boxing champion!" said Fyrefly. 
"I'm Discord... thanks for saving me..." said Discord. 
"Don't mention it, kid." she said patting him on the back. 
"If you don't mind my asking... Why did you save me?" asked Discord. 
"Well, I didn't want to see your handsome face get beat down." said Fyrefly winking at him. 
Discord gave her a puzzled look. 
"Hahaha just take care of yourself kay, kid?" and with that she flew off. 
"What was that about?" asked Discord as Luna and Seed Apple aproached him. 
"Discord! Are you okay? are you hurt?" asked Celeste as she aproached him. 
"umm I'm fine thanks for asking." said Discord with his sheeks turning pink. OMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSH she's actually concerned about me!.
"I'm so sorry about Lance. He just has such a fragile temper and-"
"No forget about it. Really. It's okay." said Discord. 	
"Well, just be careful okay?" she said walking away.
"Yeah... sure..." said Discord staring at her Flank as she walked away.
"What is going on here?!" yelled a voice from behind them. It was the principal. 	
"Oh, my... you!" yelled the principal pointing at Discord. "Did you do this?!" he yelled.
"Wha- n-no! No I didn't do any of this!" said Discord. 
"Young man, you're coming with me." said The principal dragging him away. 
"Wait! you can't do that its not his fault!" said Luna.
"With all due respect princess, I have had first hand experience with these types of hooligans." said the principal dragging Discord away. 
"Yeah! Take him away!" yelled Lance trying to stand up.

Discord fell down as his father hit him again. 
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" yelled Stormer. "Trying to pick fights on the first bucking day of school." he said.
"I-It wasn't my fault... He started it..." said Discord gurgling blood.
Stormer punched him in the stomach. "Thats still no excuse you little shit!" he yelled at the Draconnequus. 
"I'm sorry... I-I'm so sorry... I-I just don't know what went wrong..." said Discord with tears welling up in his eyes. 
"I had to bucking leave my poker game to pick you up from School! Do you now how many bucking bits I've lost already?! That was my only chance to get them all back!" yelled the Gray Alicorn. Stormer picked him up by his neck and struck him in the stomach again. "Maybe you wouldn't be such a problem if you were dead..." said Stormer.
"I-I'm sorry, dad. I'm so sorry... Please..." said Discord with tears streaming down his eyes.
"But no. I need you as my servant..." said Stormer."You're a sorry little buck you know that..." said stormer. Stormer kicked the young Draconnequus one last time and walked away.
Eris walked through the front door. "Dad, Discord, I'm home!" she said as She walked through the door. "Discord? Discord where are yo-" She spotted her older brother laying on the floor covered in cuts and bruises. Eris ran to her brothers side and tried to help him up. "Discord... Discord, are you okay?" she said.   
Stormer walked back into the room with a belt in his hooves. 
Discord began to back away in fear. "D-Dad! Please no! I-I'm sorry! Please! Don't h-"
Stormer thrust the belt down on discord and repeatedly hit him with it over and over again. 
Eris was trying to pull her father back from her older brother but failed as the was struck down as well. 
"You stupid little filly!" yelled stormer as he started beating both Eris and Discord. 
Throughout the Everfree the sound of two young Draconnequus's cries of pain, the sound of leather hitting flesh  and the sound of a fist pounding tender skin began to fill the Forest and continued on throughout the night.

Twillight turned her head. She couldn't bear to watch an innocent young foal get beat down. 
"Discord?" said Twilight.
"Yeah?" asked Discord. He was laying on a cloud of cotton candy that he had made up from thin air, had his arms folded behind his head and his eyes closed. 
"You could've seriously hurt that guy when you raised your claw... Why did you hesitate?" asked Twilight
"I'd... Rather not atlk about it..." said Discord getting off of his fluffy pink cloud.
"Discord...what was the real reason?" asked Teilight. "And you fought back Lance, why didn't you fight back your father?" asked Twilight.
This time Discord didn't answer.
"Diacord! Tell me why!" yelled Twilight.
"...Because I was scared..." said Discord, "I was just nothing more than a young foal trying to pick fights with giants...' said Discord.
Twilight looked down. "Oh..." she said. It was pretty hard to remember that beneath that hardened, brutish appearance was nothing more than a scared, innocent little boy who had been victimized all of his life. But it was only one of the many beatings that he would get throughout his life.

Intermission I


Discord created a pink, fluffy cloud of cotton candy and began to lay on it as it floated in the red and black void. Twilight was laying on the red, dirt ground taking a nap. Discord began to take off a few pieces the cloud and began eating it. How had it come to this? He thought to himself. He already knew what was happening. A few Thousand years later he would just escape again then be defeated yet again. Why did this pattern have to repeat? All he wanted to do was have a little fun and Celeste had to ruin it for him. Then he remembered it. He remembered what celeste had done to him.  He Balled his claw and his paw into a fist for a minute or two, then he loosened his hands. He was the one to blame for this, For all of it. He should've known bettter than to fall for a pretty face and then get rejected. She tore his heart out when he fell for her, then she tore it to pieces. He could feel the pain yet again. This was it. This was his curse. The draconian curse.   

Discord's thoughts were interrupted when the Lavender pony below him groggily yawned and got up from the red dirt. 
"What time is it?" Asked Twilight. 
"Doesn't matter." said Discord getting off of his fluffy, pink cloud.
"What are you doing?" asked Twilight.
"Since when are you interested in what I do? You silly filly." said Discord.
"No... You're sad..." said Twilight. 
"How would you know?" asked Discord folding his arms.
"You have a tell..." said Twilight.
"What?" asked Discord.
"Yeah, you have a tell." said Twilight.
"Really? Like what?" asked Discord.
"Well... Whenever you're sad or upset, you try to implace your depression with humor and make jokes in order to ignore your problems and whenever you make a joke its usually either a really bad pun or an extremely dirty joke." said Twilight. 
"Pfft whatever! Why don't you implace your mouth on my dic-'' Discord paused for a moment. 
Twilight simply stared at him. 
"Stop staring at me." said Discord sitting down on the dirt and folding his arms.
"What's wrong Discord?"  Asked Twilight. 
"I don't really wanna talk about it..." said Discord shoving his head into his arms.
"You know you can tell me anything." said Twilight. She pulled her hair into a tight bun. "Tell Doctor Twilight whats bugging you." said Twilight. 
"What? Are you supposed to be some kind of librarian?" asked Discord.
"No, I'm a Therapist!" said Twilight. "Now, tell me whats bugging you." said Dr. Twilight. 
"I was just thinking..." said Discord. 
"Mmhmm Thinking about what?" asked Twilight. 
"About death, life, love, hate." said Discord.
Twilight stared at him in an annoyed manner. "I meant specifically." said Twilight.
"Well... I was thinking about my life..." said Discord.
"Evaluating your life?" asked Twilight. 
"Yeah sorta..." said Discord. "All my life I've been thought of as a monster... it just doesn't seem fair somehow..." said Discord. 
"Mmhmm and why do feel this way?" asked Twilight.
"Well, it isn't necessarily my fault that I'm a monster. My mother told me that there is no such thing as good ponies or evil ponies, there is only good actions and bad actions. Just because the number of your evil actions outweigh the number of your good actions doesn't mean you are evil, and just because the number of your good actions outweigh the number of your evil actions doesn't make you a good pony. Everypony has the potential to do both great good and great evil. Therefore, everypony has the potential to change from their ways, whether it be good or evil." said Discord.
"Your mother is correct. Everypony has the potential to be good or bad. Your mother was a very wise filly." said Twilight.
"I was just wondering... Is it really my fault if I'm like this? I mean... What if I don't have a choice? What if my destiny really was to be a monster?" asked Discord. 
Twilight went over to him and layed her hoof around his shoulder. "What are you talking about Discord? of course you have a choice! You always have a choice!" said Twilight.
Discord shivered as the lavender mare's tender fur touched his rough, course pelt. He hadn't felt this way ever since Celestia. It was like she resembled Celeste. Her sweet smile, her beautiful skin and her glowing eyes. Before Discord knew it, his cheeks began turning hot red. 
"Oh Celeste..." he whispered passionately while closing his eyes and inching closer and closer to Twilight.
Twilight simply sat there wide eyed and frozen.
Before they knew it their mouths connected. it was a few seconds later when Discord Realized that Celeste was trying to push him away. He opened his eyes and to his surprise he found out that it wasn't Celeste. 
He quickly pulled back and broke eye contact. 
Blood began rushing to Twilight and Discord's cheeks. 
"Uhh... sorry..." said Discord rubbing the back of his neck with his paw. 
''It's... okay I guess..." said Twilight. 
There was a moment of full awkward silence and time passed by until the two of them felt comfortable enough to talk to each other again. 
"So what did you mean when you don't have a choice?" asked Twilight.
"Do you know what happens to a pony when they never get love their entire life?" asked Discord. "They become cold, selfish, brutish, they lose sight of all the values in all things good and just see's the world as a cold, unforgiving place." said Discord laying on the red dirt and looking up into the red and black sky. 
"That sound's horrible." said Twilight laying on the dirt along with him.
They both looked up into the strange, red and black sky. 
"You never really told me what this place is." said Twilight. "What is this place anyway?" asked Twilight.
"This place has many names, Twilight. Some ponies call it Tartarus, some ponies call it the 'the underworld', some ponies call it 'the dark realm', some ponies call it 'the netherworld' but I like to call it; Purgatory." said Discord with a smirk.
"What?" asked Twilight. 
"The Elements of Harmony have a Dark Secret, Twilight." said Discord.
"What are you talking about?" Asked Twilight
"What do you think being encased in stone fells like, Twilight?" asked Discord.
"Like a thousand year nap?" asked Twilight.
"No, you're wrong." said Discord grimly. ''Being encased in stone is like being petrified and still being able to feel, see, and smell everything  that goes on around you." said Discord. "Throughout the cold winters, the sweltering summers and the wet rain, I felt pretty miserable. Whenever ponies came to throw stones at my lifeless statue, It hurt like buck. However, Luna, Somehow knowing that I'm still alive in here, would usually come to shoo away bugs that would crawl on me or to keep me company for a little bit." said Discord. "Hell, sometimes she even talked to me and sometimes she talked so much that I felt like pouring warm chovolate milk on her just to piss her off." said Discord with a smirk. 
"So she kept you company?" asked Twilight. 
"Yes. However, she sometimes hated me for all that I have done so she did everything in her power to torure my statue. Sometimes she would feel playful so she'd tickle me with her feathers or nip at my statue until her teeth sunk into the stone. Sometimes she'd feel burning hatred so she'd pound on my lifeless statue mercilessly. Sometimes she felt sad and lonely so she'd talk to me for hours at a time, and believe me, That was the worst torture i could've ever endured." said Discord.  
Twilight giggled. "I know how you feel. Whenever Pinkie pie starts running her mouth, I feel like I should run for the hills." said Twilight.
Discord shifted a little bit. He got so used to being alone and hated for nearly all of eternity. It was good to finally be able to talk to somepony without them screaming vulgar language and trying to stone him. 
"Well then, Shall we get started?" asked Discord.
"Sure!" said Twilight geting up from the red dirt.
Twilight watched Discord through the years as he grew up. He had been through so much. Bullying, Name-calling, being beat up by his father, however it wasn't until the 231st entry when things started going bad. These were the events that would lead up to the creation of a monster...

		Entry number 231
I'm an idiot. A big, stupid, idiot. What was I thinking? I toook it way too far this time. Today I got into another fight with Lance. He hates my guts now. It was official, Celeste and Lance had just broken up. I went to go talk to her, but when He saw Me talking to Celeste, he flipped out and began attacking me. I have no idea what came over me, I just remember that I began beating the shit out of him (and it was actually pretty damn funny). Everypony saw what had happened and now not only am I thought of as a freak, I'm now also both hated and feared by nearly the entire school. Anyway, after I beat up Lance I started recieveing a lot of attention rally fast. I even made some friends that seemed to be bullied by lance as well. 

Discord sat alone on the bench at the 'Ye Olde Sugarcube Shoppe'. His friends said that they were going to meet him there after school. 'Ye Olde Sugarcube Shoppe' seemed to be the student's of Ponyville high's favorite hangout. In fact some of Ponyville High students were sitting on benches and tables all around him. Not far away he spotted Lance sitting by a table laughing and screaming with his friends. 
Discord put on his hood to cover up a black eye that he had gotten from his father the night before. His hair was long, messy and was nearly covering his face and he began wearing a black coat with a hood to hide all of the scars, bruises and missing patches of fur that he had gotten from his father. Luckily his friends never asked about it, however he had a feeling that they already knew why he wore it. 
Discord stood up to greet his Luna who seemed to be alone. He didn's see any of his other friends. Seed Apple, the friendly salespony who seems to have no other products except for apples, Fyrefly, the pony who had saved his flank quite a number of times, Slugger, an extremely paranoid, shy, little colt and Four Speed, a colt who has a heavy Trottingham accent and seemed to be the exact opposite of Slugger...
"Why, Hello fair Discord. Have we kept thou waiting?" Asked Luna as the shoppe owners bowed at her.  
"Why are you talking like that?" asked Discord.
"Thy majesty speaks with the royal Canterlot voice. Our sister hath been educating us how to speak with royal edicate and in a polite manner." said Luna. 
"Where's Seed apple, Fyrefly and Tex? Why are you all alone?" asked Discord.
"We do not know where our friends have gone. We have just arrived from the school and we have not seen them ever since." said Luna.
Suddenly, Slugger and Four Speed arrived. Slugger had his usual appearance. His neat, long, yellow mane, his smooth, pink fur and his gentle eyes. Four Speed looked nearly the same as his older brother except he had a messy, blue mane and dirty white fur. 
"Umm... H-Hi.." said Slugger. 
"Hello, fair slugger. Tis a most splendid day is it not?" asked Luna.
"Uh why's she talkin that way?" asked Four Speed.
"It's her sister, Celeste. She's teaching her how to speak with 'The royal canterlot voice'!" said Discord trying to imitate Luna's voice.
Four speed, slugger and Discord laughed which for some reason really ticked Luna. 
"Still thy mouths or feel thy majesty's wrath!" said Luna.
For some reason, It only made the three colts laugh even harder.

Fyrefly andSeed Apple finally arrived after three full ten minutes. 
"Hey guys. Sorry we were late. I was busy practicing my flying skills and Seed apple was trying to sell some appples to a few customers again." said Fyrfly.
"Practicing? For what?" asked Four speed. 
"I was Trying to make a Sonic Rainboom! The hardest pegasus move ever created!" said Fyrefly.
"What is this Sonic Rainboom that Thou speaks of?" asked Luna. 
"Uhh why's she talkin all fancy?" asked Seed apple. 
"Thou majesty speaks wit tha royal canterlot voice.'' said Four speed trying to imitate Luna but not doing a really good job.
"Wow... That did not sound like Luna at all..." said Discord.
Everypony laughed. 
Discord suddenly stopped and started staring at the mare who had just walked into the shoppe. Celeste was walking towards the counter and about to buy a snack.
"You've been gawking at 'er for nearly three years, partner. When are ya gonna make yer move?" asked Seed apple. 
"Are you insane!?" said Discord.
"Why do I have to do it? Why are you guys so intent on trying to get me to ask her out?" asked Discord.
"Well, Ah'm just sayin' y'know. You're like sixteen years old already! And ya haven't even gone out on yer first date!" said Seed apple.''Wait a minute, you're sixteen and it looks like ya haven't aged a day since you first went to ponyville high..." said Seed apple questioningly.
"I'm a Draconnequus. Draconnequuses don't age the same way normal ponies do. It's sorta like how Alicorns age." said Discord. 
"Well, tha point is you still haven't got tha guts to march over there and ask her out." said Four speed.
"As if you'd have the guts to do that." said Fyrefly chuckling.
"C'mon discord, Go over there. At least say hi to her." said Fyrefly. 
"Oi! Princess! Discord's got somthin' that he wants to tell you!" said Four speed. 
"What?!" said Discord. 
"Just go up there and say Hi to her that's all!" said Fyrefly. "it's not like she's engaged or anything. There's still a small chance that you can win her over!" said Fyrefly.
Four speed and Slugger seemed to be amused by the entire scene. Luna however looked annoyed. 

Discord walked up to Celeste as she greeted him. 
"Why hello fair Discord. Tis a most splendid day is it not?"she asked Discord.
"Uh y-yeah!" said Discord stuttering. 
"Hast thou cometh to inform me of something?" She asked me. 
"Uhh N-No I just w-wanted to say Hi." said Discord.  
"Very well then." Said Celeste. "T-Theres something that I wished to inform you of to, butI  was t-too afraid to say..." said Celeste with her cheeks suddenly turning pink. 
"U-Umm... Fair Discord... I ha-" She was Cut off as Discord was punched by a clenched hoof. 
Celeste stepped back in shock. Discord struggled to get up after the punishing blow, but he managed to get up. 
"L-Lance, What art thou-" said Celeste as she was cut off by Lance grabbing Discord and slamming him against the ground. 
Discord cried out as Lance began kicking him in the stomach. At this point  a crowd started gathering around the scene. Discord began coughing up blood as Lance kept beating him mercilessly. 
"What the hell do you think you're doing... ?" he said silently as he began circling Discord.  
Lance took Discord by the head and tore his hood off revealing the black eye. Next he tore his coat off revealing his beatened black and blue body.  
"Looks like daddy got angry at ya again didn't he?" asked Lance with a smirk.
"H-How did you... ?" asked Discord silently.
"Luna tells Celeste everything and Celeste told me everything about you..." he whispered with a smile.
Discord's eyes suddenly widened. 
"Hehe that's right. How did you like getting a beating from daddy again?" Asked Lance loud enough for everypony to hear. "Aww what's wrong Discord? Do you need your mommy? Oh that's right..." said Lance with a huge, conceded smirk. "She can't help you can't she... ?" Asked Lance chuckling.
Discord felt a sudden surge of rage deep within him. The Harmony element around his neck began glowing and his eyes began gleaming dangerously red. 
Lance began backing away slowly in fear, as Discord began slowly walking towards him.  
Discord lunged at him and began beating Him mercilessly. He didn't hold back. He didn't even stop to take a breath. Discord kept beating Lance until Lance began begging for mercy. 
"O-Okay! i get the point I'll stop!" said Lance holding his hooves over his face and quivering in fear. "P-Please just stop!" said Lance as blood gushed from his face. 
Discord suddenly felt a sudden surge of animosity and rage come from deep within himself. It was as though sweet, sweet retribution was taking play! Lance, the pony who had made his life miserable, Lance, the Pony who had beat him a countless number of times, Lance Blueblood, the most rich and powerful Baronet in the land was kneeling before him, begging for mercy. It felt... Good...
Discord Took lance by the neck and said to him I will make you regret the day you ever messed with me. I will make you suffer.... His voice sounded Distorted. As though it was the voice of a dragon a pony and a griffon and many other creatures speaking at the same time. 
Tears started falling from Lance's face as he begged and pleaded for Discord to spare him.
Discord gave a monstrous, beastly, psychotic smile. It was as though a monster was awakening deep within him. He Smashed Lance's head againste the hard ground and kept grinding it into the pavement until he heard a cracking sound.
Discord's eyes and appearances suddenly returned to normal and he fell to the ground with a thud.
Lance stood up dazed and bloody. When he stood up everypony gasped. he felt a small ting of pain as an ivory white object fell from his head and hit the ground. He looked down to see what it was. He realized in horror what it was. 
Discord stood up disoriented and dazed, unsure of what just happened. he looked forward and saw in horror what he had done. 
Lance was sitting on the ground crying as he held his severed horn in his hooves and blood was pouring from the cavity on his forhead where his horn used to be. 
Discord stepped back in shock and horror. 
"I-Ididn't mean to..." suddenly a stone hit him in the face and mony others started pelting his body. Ponies everywhere were pelting him with stones and shouting at him calling him a Monster and a Freak, Creep and many other words.
Discord's friend's began trying to form a protective barrier separating him from the crowd. 
"Now hold on just a sec there. Don't get mad at him It wasn't his faul-" Seed apple was cut off by the sound of Discord Weeping and running off into the forest.

Twilight had her hoof over her mouth. Was it really possible to have your horn be broken off?
Twilight began turning her head towards Discord when suddenly she realized that Discord was Laughing uncontrollably. Twilight began backing away from him slowly. 
"D-Discord? Are you okay?" asked Twilight with a nervous laugh.
"I-I'm perfectly fine said Discord. "I just remember how fun it was giving that Bastard what he deserved said Discord. "Anyway, Shall we continue?" asked Discord.

	Entry number 232
Its been a week since I completely obliterated lance and everypony still hates me for it. My friends say that it was for self defense, but I know that it wasn't true. They had seen the way I acted. They had all seen it. I was like some sort of monster. However I must admit that I'm proud of doing what I did back there. I finally got lance to stop bullying me and stop bullying others. Now he just sits in the corner moping around all day. I actually feel kinda bad for him. But anyway, a couple nights ago I felt something that I didn't feel in years. I felt love. Like nearly all love stories it all starts out with a girl and ends with a kiss... 

Discord sat in the meadow with his arms folded behind his head. Queen Andromeda had just raised the moon and the starry night sky was blowing warm but gentle winds across the meadow. There was a clearing in the everfree where there were no poison joke or cockatrice nests. A place where there was complete and utter peace. Discord went here sometimes to clear his head and try to contemplate his suicide, however the beautiful night sky and charming words of the tree nymphs kept him from doing so. The tree nymphs weren't really in touch with all the hussle and bustle of the outside world. They usually came here to join their cousins the water nymphs to just talk and have a good time. The nymphs had saved him from putting a crossbow bolt through his own brain or have him hang himself many times with lies like You have so much to live for or don't listen to what any of them say, They're all wrong about you. Tonight however they had decided to just leave him to his thoughts. 
"You're life is shit, Discord. You're shit Discord. You're the living, breathing manifestation of shit, Discord. Your life is meaningless. Worthless. You don't even deserve to live, Discord." Discord said to himself as he lay on the ground. One of the nymohs touched his shoulder and shook her head. "What?" asked Discord. "Its all true." 
The nymphs suddenly flinched and went back into the ponds and firs that they had all been inhabiting. At first Discord seemed confused but then he realized what had scared them off. An alicorn roughly the same size as Discord had somehow wnadered into the forest and found him. She had Ivory white skin, beautiful, long, straight turquoise hair and dazzling emerald eyes. Her smile seemed to be identical to Celeste's. Her flank however was blank for some reason.
"Umm... can I help you?" asked Discord as she sat down next to him. 
"Nope, just wanted to chat." she said beaming. Her Smile was identical to Celeste's but her beam was extremely similar to Luna's. Whoever she was, Discord had a feeling that she was their relative.
"Beautiful night, Is it not?" she asked with a slight Canterlot royal accent.
"Yeah." said Discord trying not to show any emotion.
"Most ponies don't realize how beautiful the night is and try to shun it away with their torches and lanterns." she said staring up at the sky. "They don't know how much of a virtue it is to just sit down, relax and stare up at the beautiful night sky." she said.
Discord agreed on that. He never really understood why everypony was afraid of the night. The night sky was truly one of the most beautiful sight Discord had ever encountered aside from his unrelenting crush for Celeste. 
"So, what are you doing out here all alone?" she asked him.
"Just... Y'know, thinking..." he said.
"'Bout what?" she asked him. 
Discord didn't know why but he suddenly felt annoyed by all the questions. "About... Everything, I guess." said Discord.
"What do you mean?" she asked him.
"A few days ago I beat up some flankhole and now everypony hates me for it,,," said Discord.
"You know I thought that that was really brave and noble of you to stand up to Lance..." she said.
"So you were there huh? Tell me, Do you think I'm a monster like everypony else seems to think so?" asked Discord.
"I think that you were only fighting back in self defense." she said trying to cheer him up.
"No, I really am a monster..." said Discord. "Did you see how I acted? It was like I was some sort of uncontrollable beast."
Discord hung his head and looked down on the ground. The mare looked upset at first until she took him by the cheek and said "Don't say that about yourself... " she said Looking into his eyes. Discord felt his cheeks suddenly getting hot. He quickly pulled away so that she couldn't see his pink cheeks. She giggled and laid a hoof around him as though she was a lover trying to hug him which made Discord's cheeks turn hot red. 
"S-So tell me about yourself." said Discord. "We'd been talking about me all this time. What's your life like?" Asked Discord,
"I live with Tia and Luna at Canterlot." she said. Within his mind discord was saying Aha! I knew it  "Sometimes I play with them or talk just for hte heck of it." she said. Heck? Oh... I get it. She's one of those cute, innocent little ponies who never curse Discord thought yet again within his mind. "In fact I'm their cousin. I was actually meant to be a princess just like them but..." she trailed off.
"But what?" asked Discord.
"M-My parents... They were cruel dictaters and their titles were revoked. T-They would sometimes beat me and my little brother... Until one night they took it too far and killed him..." she said as tears began falling from her cheeks. She held onto Discord even tighter than before. "Queen Andromeda rescued me and adopted me then she executed my parents..." she said. 
Discord felt as though it was his fault for asking. He tried to think of a way to cheer her up. He got up and held his claw up at the sky. A pink fluffy cloud of cotton candy and began making chocolate rain fall from it. 
The Alicorn's eyes suddenly lit up and her mouth turned into a smile. 
"Wow! H-How did you do that?!" she asked getting up. 
"It's an old trick that my mother taught me. Whenever I was sad or lonely, she would make this to cheer me up..." said Discord rubbing the back of his head. "I-It's nothing really..." said Discord. 
The mare averted her eyes to Discord, her eyes half closed. She pushed Discord down on the grass and kissed him.

Celeste stepped through the shrubs and bushes of the everfree. She wanted to tell Discord the truth about how she felt about him. But at the same time she was sort of horrified about what he did to Lance, She had honestly known that Discord had a crush on her ever since she had met him. She was just too afraid to tell him that she felt the same way about him. Lance was a cold-hearted, inconsiderate jerk. However, Luna had told her so much about Discord. About how nice he was, how he was shy and his trouble with his family. She stepped into a meadow filled with  flowers and tall grass. Luna had said that this was where he went to clear his mind. 
"Discord I have to tell you somethi-" Celeste stopped abruptly.
Discord was on the ground with another mare on top of him and they were eating away at each others lips. 
Celeste felt her heart sink. Tears began forming in her eyes. She felt as though her heart had been torn out and stomped on. She turned away with tears running down her cheeks. She ran away not even looking back. 

Discord felt... good... There was a tingling somewhere in between his legs. However he couldn't help but feel as though this wasn't right. He barely even knew this mare and they were already on top of each other sucking lips, Discord pushed her away. 
"Listen... " Said Discord. "Y-You're a nice filly and all it's just that..." 
"You love her and not me..." she said staring down at the dirt. 
Discord felt bad. It was a low blow. Her quivering lips and saddened, Innocent-looking eyes had already made him feel bad but when Discord suddenly started seeing tears, he started feeling as though he was the most despicable Pony in the world. Discord laid an arm around her and tried to comfort her.
"M-Maybe we should... y'know just be friends!" Ouch, friendzoned. That did not make her feel any better. 
The mare got up. "Listen I'm so sorry that any of this happened it's just that I get so lonely and I-"
"N-No don't blame yourself It was just... Y'know... " said Discord trying to find the right words to say.
"Well I'd better get back before Celeste and Luna get angry." she said smiling at him. "I swear You'll give me all of your love If it's the last thing I do..." she whispered so that Discord couldn't hear her. "I'll be the perfect mare for you and then you'll see... You'll give me all the love in Equestria..."
"Umm... W-What was that?" asked Discord nervously.
"Oh... N-Nothing! Don't worry about it!" she said Giving her innocent little smile. The mare began going up a hill and walking towards the forest.
Discord sat back. She was a nice filly and all but something about her just... Creeped him out. "W-Wait!" yelled Discord. The mare Turned back to face him. "Whats your name?" Discord asked The mare.
She smiled a smile that gave Discord chills and her eyes narrowed as if she were reading his soul and raping his mind. "I am Crystal. Princess Crystal..." she said turning and walking away.

Twilight was giggling throughout the whole time. 
"Aww that was your first kiss wasn't it?" she asked him.
"Y-Yes..." said Discord. Discord decided to have a little fun and play around. "So, Twilight..." said Discord. "How was your very first kiss... ?" asked Discord.
"Umm.. I-I haven't had one yet... " Said Twilight. "That is if you don't count the one that you gave me..." said Twilight with her cheeks turning pink. Twilight decided to change the subject. "S-So what's going to happen next?" she asked.
Discprd hung his head. "unfortunately, This happy moment eventually led up to... " Discord Trailed off with tears Running down his cheeks.
"What is it?" asked Twilight laying a hoof over her friend's shoulder.
"Just watch... As My heart is ripped from chest and stomped on..." 
> The Pain

	Entry 233
It's over. all of it's over. I don't want to live on this earth anymore. i've been taking this all my life and i don't want to take it anymore. I can't handle it. Tell my friends that I'm sorry. Tell Eris that I love her.Tell my father to go to hell. I'm leaving forever. Tonight, I'm going into the forest and killing myself. This will be my last entry

Discord woke up early in the morning. The birds were chirping and the sun was out high and bright. A beautiful morning, he hated it already. But he did have a reason to be happy this morning. The Grand Galloping Gala was in seven days and he was ready to ask the mare of his dreams out. 
For the first time in years he did something that he hadn't done in so long that it seemed to unfamiliar and strange to him. He actually felt happiness and joy. 
Discord got up and got ready for school. Eris was already downstairs eating breakfast. Discord sat next to her and ate some bread with her. 
"You're in a happy mood today. What's the occasion?" she asked as she munched on some bread.
"The Grand Galloping Gala is coming up." he said as he ruffled up her hair.
"So? Every year I ask if we can go and you keep saying 'no the grand galloping gala is stupid and so is everything else except for me' and we don't go." she said tryng to imitate Discord's voice. "What reason could you have for wanting to go this year?" she asked him.
"Well, I've met the mare of my dreams and now I probably have a chance with her." he said taking a bite out of some bread.
"Yeah but doesn't she have a boyfriend and didn't you beat him up?" she asked him. "Wouldn't she be mad at you?" 
"Its been nearly weeks since that happened. Besides, she's a very nice pony I'll bet that she can forgive me." He said with a smile.
"Welp, whatever you say." she said. "C'mon and hurry up we have to get ready to go to the academy or we'll miss our first class." she said trying to get her bag on. 
"What's the big deal? The classes that you have aren't that important anyways." said Discord.
"Not important? Discord, I have an Alchemy class, a Harvesting class and a Magyck class! A Magyck class, Discord! A magyck class!" she said to him. "Besides, you have a Magyck class too?" she asked him. 
"Yeah, and?" he said.
"Never mind, I gotta get to class. I'll see you later." she said barging out of the front door. 
Discord made his way towards the door when he heard Stormer coming down the stairs. 
Discord didn't bother saying good morning to him and exited out of the small cabin. Discord made his way out into the same clearing in the Everfree and began picking some flowers. It seemed sort of Cliche, but he still wanted to do it. The roses in the Everfree were some of the most lush, beautiful roses in Equestria. 
Discord prepared a small bouquet of the flowers and put them into his bag. He got up and looked up into the sky. the Everfree's heavy foliage and lush vegetation covered most of the sky but during days as bright as this one, some of the sunlight would seep through the leaves every once in a while. 
There were a pack of Ravens circling around the air. A white dove came out of nowhere and picked up a small rat off of the ground and began mauling it. The ravens began to crowd around the rat and began feeding on it as well. 
Discord began retching and stuck out his tongue. He decided to get out of there before any more weird stuff started happening. 
As discord walked out of the forest he made his way through Ponyville not caring if ponies were staring at him. Most of the time he would keep his head low and stick to the shadows but today he just felt like it would be a great day.

Discord walked through the academy courtyard as he searched for Celeste. He couldn't find her anywhere and he was beginning to get worried. Discord looked off in the distance and found her moping and walking slowly through the courtyard. She was walking his way but she refused to look at him for some reason. She had a certain heavenly glow to her even though she looked sad. She was the most beautiful creature he had ever seen in his life and he was in love with her. Discord had an appreciation for beauty. 
Discord smiled and began walking towards her. He pulled out the flowers that he had kept in his bag. 
"Hey beautiful, whats with the sad face?" he asked as he walked with her. 
she didn't answer. 
"Listen... I know that this seems abrupt but, I wanted to ask, would you go to the grand galloping gala with me?" he asked her.
"I-I thought... Don't you have somepony already going with you?" she asked him with a hollow, broken tone. 
"No. Which is why I wanted to ask you!" he said holding up the flowers to her. 
"I-I don't wanna go..." she said. ''Besides..." 
"Celeste? What's wrong?" he asked her. 
At first there was a short pause then she began to feel a surge of anger filling her heart. "Nothing! Haven't you hurt me enough already!" she yelled at him and threw the flowers on the ground.
Discord simply stared at her confused. 
"You already have a marefriend! That whore, Crystal! I saw what you and that bitch were doing! I came to apologize to you! To tell you how I-" she stopped herself. "The point is, you hurt me..." said Celeste with tears running down her cheeks.
Discord's eye's grew wide in realization. "Celeste, Crystal and I... We weren't doing anything. It was all a giant misunderstanding..." he said as he stepped closer to her. "Listen..." he said taking her into her arms and caressing her hair. "You know I'd never hurt you." he said as he held her close to his heart. "if you listen closely all you can here is the beating of my heart... " he said. "And it beats only for you..." he said keeping her in his arms. 
Celeste felt her cheeks turning hot red and felt even more tears falling from her eyes. She wanted to hit him. She wanted to give him her anger so badly, but she just couldn't. No pony had ever treated her like this. He actually made her feel like...  a princess... 
unfortunately, Celeste let her emotions get the best of her. She felt her anger rising again. She pushed him off of her and stomped on the flowers. "Don't you get it!? I don't love you!" she screamed at him. 
At this point ponies had started gathering around the two of them. 
"I never loved you! How could anypony love a monster like you?" she yelled at the top of her lungs. "Everypony saw what you did to lance! Not to mention that nopony here likes you or wants to be around you because you're a bucking monster!" She yelled at him. "Take your damn flowers and get the buck out of here because I know that I certainly don't love you!" she screamed with tears rolling down her cheeks. "At least... Not anymore..." she whispered to herself.	
Discord's heart dropped. This confirmed it. This was what he was afraid of. A tear began to form from the brim of his eyelids. The clouds up above began turning ash gray and the air began turning moist. 
"W-What... ?" said discord. 
Celeste remembered those horrid images within her mind. That whore Crystal and Discord on the ground sucking away at each others lips. "Just... Just leave me alone, you freak!" she said running away stomping on the flowers once more as she did. 
Discord felt a vast feeling of sorrow rise deep within every fiber of his being. He fell to the ground as the heavens above began pouring. He thought that she would be different. He thought that maybe... Just maybe... She would understand. But he was too naive. How could she love somepony like him? He thought maybe she'd see the real him. That she'd be able to look past his features and see his beautiful, happy personality. But she could hardly even look at him. Because the horrid, terrible truth was... when she did... All she could see... Was a Monster...
Discord sank down on the ground as the thunder started crashing up above, and rain fell from the sky. Discord sat there with tears flowing from his eyes and took one of the flowers into his claw. The flower had been crushed to a pulpy white mess and nothing more. 
Discord got up and began walking home. He always did like walking in the rain. Mostly because nopony could see his tears. 
As discord walked through the streets of Ponyville, the autumn leaves began falling leaving only the branches of the trees. Everypony began making their way indoors due to the heavy rain. Soon enough the rain began turning into a mixture of water droplets and snow. The skies up above gave out  a plethora of howling winds and violent thunder crackles.
There was only one question on his mind as he walked through the accursed town, and it was one word that had been bothering him all of his life. It was one that had been so familiar ro him that he decided not to fight his feelings but greet it as though it were an old friend. That question was; why?
Why did he have to live like this? Was it simply because of his features? Was it simply because of the fact that he was different? He didn't choose to be this way. What cruel force of nature could possibly want to see him suffer like this? What sort of twisted, cruel deity would want to shape him this way simply to watch him suffer? 
At this point he started to ask existential questions. Some of them were questioning his own existence others simply stated that he had no need to live in this world anymore. He had done his best to fit in perfectly, unfortunately society only accepted those who were shaped in the 'perfect' form. And in the end, Beauty truly did kill the beast. Celeste had helped Discord finally make his decision. He had no reason to live among those who only wished to see him miserable and in pain simply because he was what he was. He had finally decided that death was the only escape from this hell. 

Discord sat within a secluded area of the Everfree. He didn't want the nymphs to bother him for what he was about to do. He had in his paw Stormer's old hunting knife. But he wasn't going to do it... yet. All those years of ponies treating him like shit convincing him that he was a monster finally gave him a conclusion that he deserved to suffer simply because he was what he was. Discord gritted his teeth. He was scared but at the same time ready. He took the knife and slashed violently at his wrists. 
Discord cried out in pain as tears fell from his eyes. He wanted to keep going but it just hurt so much. He thought that he deserved it that he needed to be punished for all that he has done and for the fact that he was a monster. 
He slashed himself once more, He had been a disappointment. Then again, he wasn't able to save his mother. And again, He had hurt so many ponies. He slashed himself violently, he had hurt the only mare that he had ever loved. Everything, all of this. It was all his fault. 
Discord dropped the bloody knife and stared at his wrists. He had carved the word 'Monster' on both of his wrists. 
Discord ignored the pain, he knew that the deserved this. All of those years that he had contemplated taking his own life, all of those moments of pain and grief, it had finally made him understand. Ponies like him didn't deserve to live in a world like this.  
Pain was what kept him from becoming a monster. It had helped him realize that feeling sorrow was better then feeling nothing at all. He had only had so very few circumstances in his life where he actually felt happy. What was the point of living if you could never enjoy it. Death could take his life if he couldn't be free. 
Discord hung his head and began weeping and sobbing as he sat there bleeding and crying. He had ho idea where to go from here. There was only one thing left to do... 

Discord shivered as a short gust of wind blew by him. He had brought along the hunting knife a small rope and a massive rock. Discord pulled off the necklace that held the harmony element in place. He rubbed the dust and dirt off of it. He wanted to look nice for whatever was awaiting him on the other side. Whether it be his mother and the rest of his kind, the Draconians smiling at him and welcoming him with open arms or if it be an eternity swimming in grief, sorrow and pain, either way he wanted to be ready. 
Discord had prepared a short note stating to Eris and his friends that they should live on happily without him and just forget him. He was nothing. Simply a memory lost in time. 
Discord closed his eyes and took a step forward. He remembered everything that he had done in his life. From birth up until this point. Every single pony he's hurt, every single mistake he's made, all of the horrible things that he had witnessed. 
Discord tied the rope around his ankle and looked down at the murky waters below. It would be painful, yes, however it would be merciful. It would be better than having to live in this world knowing that you are a monster and that you can never change anything about that, ever. Tears began filling his eyes as he gave out a cry of emotion. It wasn't anger, nor was it grief or pain. Perhaps it was simply because he needed to get it out of his system. 
He closed his eyes once more and all he could see was her. Her face contorting and twisting in anger. Her mouth spreading wide apart spitting venom at his face. Strangely, even when she looked angry she still looked beautiful. 
He tied the rope around the rock as well, making sure it was secure and held tightly in place. Angel Falls, was a very famous spot in the Windigo mountains where most Pegasi would get their rainwater. It had supposedly been the very spot where Equestria was first discovered by General Hurricane, Chancellor Puddinghead and Princess Platinum. Not to mention it was a very popular suicide spot for young colts who had nowhere else to go in life. 
Discord was scared, but at the same time, ready. It was a 87 foot drop into the lake below which fed into Froggy Bottom Bog in the Ever free. Discord made sure the rope was tightly secured and held in place. He tied the harmony element necklace back onto his neck and closed his eyes. There it was again her face. Only this time... she had a face showing sorrow and dismay. 
"Goodbye, my sweet Princess, forever..." He said as he kicked the rock forward and plunged into the water below.

Twilight hadn't even bothered saying anything. This emotional roller coaster had honestly been the most depressing thing that she had ever witnessed. She had read so many romance novels and so many stories about tragic love but none of them could've ever made her cry like she was right now.
Discord hadn't bothered saying anything either. Instead he simply wiped away his tears and hung his head. She had caused him so much pain, that it had driven him to ending his own life. But still, he held onto her like she was the love of his life. Why? What compelled him to hold onto her memory even unto death? Was this what ponies called, true love? it certainly can't be considering the circumstances that Twilight and him just witnessed. 
Discord got up and laid an arm around Twilight's shoulder. 
"Should we continue?" he asked her. 
"I-I... I think that would be best..." she said. 
Twilight had honestly felt some sort of confounded hatred for discord ever since she set eyes on him when she first met him during his second coming. She had felt the most divine and natural hatred for him. She had thought so because she had seen him as a miserable, horrid monster. She had hated him for doing what he did to her friends and for what he did to Equestria. But now, she just couldn't find any reason to blame him for his actions. All that he had put up with, all that he had gone through had turned him into the vile beast that he was today. Twilight actually felt some sort of compassion and sympathy for him. In fact the feeling was so strong that she had actually thought of Discord as a friend. 
"Discord..." said twilight. 
Discord looked back at her.
"I'm-I'm sorry..." she said giving him a warm squeeze. 
"Don't be, besides you have nothing to be sorry for." he said.
"Your life... It was horrible watching you get beaten and called all of those horrible anmes, but watching that..." she said as she felt tears starting to form in her eyes again. "At least now i can understand you." she said. "At least now I can call you friend..." she said beaming at him.
He smiled back. it was nice to know that somepony was actually warming up to him for a change. 
"Right well, don't start getting too comfortable, besides I'm still a spirit of chaos, so don't you forget that." he said to her. 		"What you should really be worrying about is how I managed to live after nearly drowning to death..." 


	

> The Punishment

	Discord woke up gasping and coughing. The air burned his lungs and he felt sick to his stomach. He got in an upright position and opened his eyes. One thing was going through his mind right now. Am I dead yet?
Discord stared at his wrists. There were still fresh wounds on them and the muddy bog water was making them sting like hell. The answer to his question was no. His ankle had a bruise on it due to the rope that had dragged him into the murky depths, however the rope and the rock was gone. 
Discord struggled to get back up but simply collapsed back down on the ground. He opened his eyes and looked around for the first actual time. Eris, Luna and Celeste were standing over him along with his friends.
They were all wearing masks of terror and had tears flowing from their eyes. 
discord got into an upright position and began to rub his eyes. His friend's faces began to soften a little bit and they sighed with relief. 
"H-How... ?" Discord asked in dismay. 
"The water Nymphs saw you drownding and they saved you." said Eris. 
Discord buried his face in his arms and said, "Why did you bring me back?"
Suddenly, out of seemingly nowhere, Luna smacked him across the face. 
"You bucking idiot! how could you do something like that?!" she yelled at him with tears flowing from her eyes. "don't you even care about your friends anymore?! About your sister?!" she screamed. "About... M-Me..." she whispered with her head hanging down. 
Discord was shocked and also sort of guilty. He had made up his decision that the world would be better off without him, however he hadn't given much thought about what the impact might be on his friends and family. 
Discord looked up at Celeste. She was definitely angry with him as well. But her facial expressions were still soft and tears were flowing from her eyes as well. 
Discord tore his eyes away from her's. It was just too painful for him to remember what she had said to him. 
Celeste gritted her teeth and began running away sobbing. 
"Discord, I just don't know what to say anymore..." said Eris. ''If you keep going on like this you'll end up dying." she said.
"That's sort of the point." said Discord somewhat annoyed. 
"But what about us? what about your friends?" said Fyrefly. 
"You guys would probably be better off without me..." he said as though he didn't even have any self respect or self pity anymore.  
Everypony was silent. "Sugarcube, y'know that ain't true." said Seed Apple touching his shoulder. 
"Yes it is true! You saw how the ponies hate me! If they hate me and they see you hanging out with me they'll just have a reason to hate you!" he yelled. "Just face facts... Harmony will never return as long as I'm here. This is a world for pretty ponies and handsome colts. I'm just a freak living amongst them. A monster. Nothing more than a monster living among angels. This world doesn't need me..." he said grimly. 
"Discord get up and get yourself together. so that bitch left you. It doesn't mean you should go on and kill yourself." said Slugger. 
"Don't you get it? I don't want help. This has been going on for years. This was inevitable, and all you did was make me have to take my own life again." he said. "Celeste wasn't the only reason that I did it. This had been going on for a while now, as you can probably tell." he said shoving his head back into his arms. 
Discord got up and looked into the forest. Everypony looked in the same direction that he was looking in. There, in the darkness stood a gigantic gray Alicorn with a ruffled messy mane and vodka bottles laying around his hooves. He was glaring at discord with the most divine fury deep within his eyes. The Stormer began walking towards him. 
"Luna, Seed apple I want you guys to run. Run as far as you possibly can." said discord glaring back at the gray Alicorn. 
"But-"
"Just go..." said Discord.
And so they left leaving only Eris sitting on the ground and Discord glaring at the Old Alicorn. 
"Boy, what did I tell you... ?" he said in a dangerously low tone. "What did I buckin tell you? That when you died I'd be the one to watch you slowly drown in your own blood." he said gritting his teeth. "But I knew that that day would come far sooner than I expected. You've annoyed me so much over the damn years but now, you've gone too damn far.'' he said. "Come on..." he said leading the two Draconnequi children back home.

"I get home and I bucking get a note that you beat the bucking son of Baron Blue Crown?!' he yelled at the Draconnequi. 
"He was beating the living shit out of me what was I suppose to do?" said discord ignoring the pain. Ignoring the black eye, ignoring the cuts and bruises.
"You should've let him! When he bucking took off that stupid cloak of yours and everypony saw the damned bruises and cuts that I gave t'ya, somepony went and called the guard!" he yelled. "Now everypony knows that I beat your sorry little flank! Hell, I'm lucky I didn't get wheeled off to Crystal Kingdom Prison!" he yelled once more.
"That would've been nice...'' said Discord smirking.
Stormer smacked the boy across the face so hard that the sound of tender skin being hit was heard throughout all of Ponyville. 
Discord got back up and kept glaring at the Alicorn despite the burning pain. 
"Ahehehe y'know boy, that's what I like about you. You're all tough and hard on the outside, but on the inside you're actually crying like your mother cried whenever I bent her over." he said with a slick smile.
Discord's eyes began narrowing. When he began talking about his mother, he crossed a line. Because of that son of a bitch his mother was dead and he's making jokes about it? The bastard was going to pay one way or another. 
Discord got up with his teeth gritted and punched the Alicorn right in the mouth. 
At first Stormer was shocked, but he quickly recovered and glared at the boy. Discord stood his ground. He had been victimized all of his life and it was finally time for him to stand up for himself. 
"You shouldn't have done that..." he said as he closed in on Discord and backed him into a corner.
Discord Threw a punch, which to his surprise, was blocked and returned with a kick to the stomach. Discord shook it off and returned with a tornado roundhouse which seemed to break the Alicorn's defense. Discord took the opportunity to give a barrage of wild kicks and punches. until soon enough, Stormer started to get irritated. 
Discord stopped when he noticed that the Alicorn's eyes were glowing. Stormer tackled him down on the ground and began to beat him with blows that seemed to be far more powerful than any normal Alicorn's punches. When Stormer had finished beating the shit out of the boy, he laid his hoof on Discord's neck and began squeezing. 
"You think that you can stand up to me?!" he yelled. "You are nothing to me! I could crush you like the parasprite that you are! What is a meek little sheep to a god?!" he screamed.
Discord Struggled but just couldn't fight anymore. Discord's body began to turn limp and lifeless as His vision started going dark. Discord's eyes fluttered for an instant and then finally shut. 

Discord woke up groggily as he looked up. He was in Stormer's shed. He recognized it clearly because He had hid in it when he was a child whenever his mother and Stormer got into an argument. Discord cried out in pain as he felt his stomach turn upside down and release its content. Discord wiped his mouth and tried standing up but just couldn't everything on his body ached and he looked as though he was dragged through the paved roads of Crystalopolis and beaten to a pulp by a crystal Dragon.
Discord looked up and began backing away as he saw two dark red eyes staring back at him with hatred and what seemed like pure evil. 
"Your damn sister was wailing on and annoying the shit outta me so i locked her in her room and dragged you out here." he said with his voice trembling in anger. "We aren't finished yet boy..." he said with a twisted smile.
Discord hadn't bothered getting up or standing his ground. He was broken and he knew it. All his life he had taken this, what would be the point of rising up now? 
Discord sat there in silence and rubbed his arm. 
Stormer scowled. "Hey! Boy! Say something!" he said with his eyes beginning to cross with anger.
"No..." said Discord. "I'm not going to provoke you any longer." he said.
Stormer took Discord by the neck and backhooved the boy. "You think you're some sort of self righteous little bitch huh? You little shit! When I tell you to do something you do it, understand?! You know nothing about me!" He yelled with what seemed like a hint of sorrow in his voice. "You don't know what I had to go through! What I had to do to help you and your mother escape from those damned prisons! How many of my own I had to kill just to preserve your damned, freakish, unworthy, bucking race!" he screamed.
Stormer backed away and dropped the boy. He was starting to delve back into his past, and that was the last thing he needed to do. The old Stormer back then was strong and courageous he was considered a hero, the stormer that stood now is simply a hollow shell of what used to be.
"No..." Said Discord. "I refuse to do what you say because I am broken. Everypony and everything in this world has finally taught me pain..." he said. "And suffering..." he said once more with tears falling from his eyes.
Stormer scowled at the young boy and gritted his teeth. "You think you know what it's like to feel grief?!" he yelled punching the boy in the stomach. "You think you know pain and suffering?!" he yelled kick the boy across the face. "I'll show you a nightmare in which you've never seen before, boy. I'll give you a glimpse of what awaits you on the other side!" he said with a sinister and semi-psychotic chuckle. 
Stormer took out a hot iron from the furnace where he created 'tools' for his hunting. The hot red iron glowed as though they were a pair of evil eyes. They seemed to illuminate the dark shed, however they illuminated it in an eerie way. As the iron inched closer and closer to discord, Discord let out a small whimper and looked up at the alicorn with gigantic pleading eyes. 
Stormer chuckled and said "Don't move..."

Twilight averted her eyes from the horrid scene. However she couldn't stop the screams from entering her ears. 
"Make it stop! Please, Discord!" she said loudly.
Discord ignored her. His eyes seemed to be glued onto the images as though he was in some sort of trance. He ignored her pleas and watched with tears rolling down his eyes as his body was defiled and  by a four inch piece of metal. 
> The Hero

	What am I? What have I become? Am I truly a monster? I did it. I did last night. I killed him. I bucking killed him. But at least one thing is for sure. I'm free from him. We're free from him. No more beatings, no more pain or suffering. No more despair. We're free.

Eris shivered in the cold. She had been worried about Discord and hadn't seen him since Stormer locked her in her room. 
The snow crunched underneath her bare hooves as she walked out to the shed. Stormer had warned her never to go in there for whatever reason, and that if she did that he'd beat her so bad her skin would permanently change its color to black, red and blue.
Eris Gulped. The shed seemed much bigger in person for some reason. she had heard cries of pain the other night and a voice screaming, begging for whatever it was that was tormenting it to stop. She had figured out it was Discord, she wasn't stupid. But she had to make sure. She had to make sure that her brother was okay, that he was fine and alive. She owed him that much after all the years he took care of her and protected her. 
She laid her tiny paw on the lock that held the chain in place, keeping the door closed. She put one of her claws into the keyhole and began twisting and turning it until she heard a click and the lock fell to the ground. 
Eris slowly slid the chain from its place and slowly creaked the door open. 
Even when she entered it was still cold inside. It was a good thing he brother had a thick coat, or else he would've froze to death. 
Eris looked around trying to find her Discord. She scanned the entire area, unfortunately it was too dark. The only light source was the furnace in which Stormer made his tools. 
Suddenly she heard a groan and a long but pained moan. She took a piece of wood and lit it on fire serving as a makeshift torch. She followed the source of the noise, carefully taking quiet steps. She put the torch in her mouth and went on all fours. Her small hooves, talon and paw tapping on the ground as she scanned the room for the noise. 
Eris gasped and dropped the torch. She scrambled to pick it back up and tried to illuminate her discovery, but she just couldn't. It was too horrifying. She held the Torch close to the wall and revealed discord beaten black and blue and thrown around like a rag doll. 
He had two hooks going through both of his hands and his hind legs and feet seemed to be nailed onto the ground. His body had cuts and burn marks all over it and it seemed as though nearly the entire floor was painted in his blood. His cheeks were wet with tears and it looked as though his fur was slick with sweat. 
"Discord!" she said running to him and hugging him. "D-Discord are you okay?" she asked him. 
He didn't respond, instead he just turned his head as even more tears fell from his eyes. 
"H-Hang on, I'll get you out of there." she said as she cried a river of salty tears. It broke her heart to see her brother like this. She couldn't imagine the sick, horrible, twisted things that stormer had done to him. The constant pain, the endless suffering. Just the thought of knowing that nopony cared enough to even try and stop it. That he was all alone in the world. The very thought of it made her want to throw up. 
Eris tried to grab his hands and pull the hooks out from his palm, resulting only in her brother screaming in agony and tons of blood spurting everywhere. 
Eris turned tried to grab the other hand, but she was too afraid. Afraid of hurting Discord. He had already been through enough and she didn't want to put him through anymore. 
She took a deep breath and began pulling out the hooks from the palms of his bloodied hands. Next to come were the nails that were embedded on his feet. 
She gulped down the vomit that was about to expel from her throat and began pulling out the nails. Discord squirmed and flinched every once in a while, but he had already been through so much pain that he was starting to get used to it.  
Once all of the nails were pulled out, she laid him up against the wall and hugged him with tears flowing from her eyes. 
"D-Dissy... I'm so sorry..." she said sobbing. 
Discord laid his paw on her back. "It wasn't your fault. You have no need to be sorry." he said. 
"How long has it been?" asked Discord.
"At least four days, I was worried about you, so I went all around Ponyville looking for you." she said. 
Discord held his head back. He closed his eyes and grabbed his forehead. He could remember everything. Every single little detail of pain and suffering. However there was one thing that he couldn't get out of his mind... 

Discord heaved heavily as he struggled to get up and try to at least catch his breath, but Stormer attacked him mercilessly. Stormer stopped for a brief moment ans glared at the young Draconian. The hot Iron's marks were still there on the young Draconian's skin. It burned like hell, like all of the pain he had endured throughout the years had been rounded up into that damned Iron and used to beat the living shit out of him.
Every single fiber of his being was screaming in pain, and nearly every single aspect, every cell in his body was in tears begging for the pain to go away. Discord had encountered pain like no other before, but this was pure and chronic cruelty, this was utter chaos.
"Have you learned your lesson?!" he yelled. 
Discord struggled to get up and tried to wipe away tears from his face. 
"I said, Have you learned your lesson?!" he screamed as he kicked Discord's stomach. 
"Y-Yes sir..." said Discord. 
Stormer glared at the Draconnequus. Stormer remembered when Discord was not more than a little baby. Stormer had cared for him and loved him like his own son, when the bucking incident happened. He was considered a hero, a savior, a guardian. But now, he is nothing more than a cranky old man who beats small foals and fillies. 
Stormer sighed. Due to him being an Alicorn, he still retained his youthful complexion after all those years. Stormer simply looked old because he was drunk all the time and not to mention cranky and angry. 
Stormer took in a deep breath and let it out. He sat down on one of the crates in his shed. He looked over to his left and noticed that his old spear and sword from his Royal guardspony days were still there as was his uniform. He was given the rank  high knight for settling conflict in the Gryffonian kingdoms and was praised as a savior during the Draconian rebellions. 
Stormer shivered, that was how it all started the Draconian rebellion. He had saved so many Draconians and Basilisks during the time, and now here he was punishing the last Draconians left in Equestria. 
Stormer picked Discord up and sat him on a crate as well. 
"Here." he said passing Discord some of the rum he had brought in. "That'll help with the bruises." he said. 
Discord was confused at first. He thought that Stormer was just playing some sort of cruel joke but when he saw the look in the Alicorn's eyes, he knew that this was all genuine. 
"Why are you doing this?" he asked Stormer. "Why are you all non violent all of a sudden?"
"Would you rather I be violent then?" he asked the Foal. 
"No, its just... Weird." he said. 
Stormer sighed and took a sip of the rum. "You know, believe it or not, I was actually a hero once."
"Minotaurshit..." said Discord. 
"Yeah, believe it or not, I was part of the legendary Alpha Legion 13." he said taking in a few gulps of rum. 
Discords eyes widened. His mother had told him stories about the legendary 13. They were a heroes. 
She had told him tales of how they fended off hordes of Timber-wolves and an army of creatures from tartarus and had once led an entire army of Crystal Alicorns each Armed with an Alicorn amulet. He had even heard that they once saved Queen Frost from an assassination attempt. 
"You're lying." said Discord. 
"What makes you so sure, boy?" asked Stormer. 
"The legendary 13 were heroes you're nothing more than twisted, old buck who gets drunk and beats children." he said.
Stormer hit the boy across the face making him fall to the floor. "You think I don';t bucking know that?!" he yelled. He took a gulp from his rum and looked out into the snow blanketed world outside. "I was a hero. Not anymore... Now I'm just..." he trailed off and took another gigantic gulp of rum shaking his head.
"W-What happened to you?" Discord asked him. "You said you were a hero, what changed you?" he asked the Alicorn getting up and wiping the blood from his face. 
"My real name..." he said. "My original name wasn't Stormer..." he said. 
"What?" said Discord. 
"My original name was Golden Armour. Golden 'Shining' Armour..." 
Discord reared back a little taken back by what the Alicorn had just said. Golden Shining Armour was the name of the hero of Equestria. The Alicorn who had wielded the six Alicorn Amulets to destroy an army of creatures from Tartarus. He was the hero of Equestria. But Stormer being Golden Armour was impossible. He had been told in Alchemy class, Magyck class and Equestrian History class that Golden Armour had died in battle and was currently buried out in the Everfree Forest. 
"T-That's not true! That's not True! Golden Armour was a hero and he's dead! You can't be him!" said Discord. 
"Think about it boy, he's 'buried' in the Everfree forest, he wielded the six Alicorn Amulets..." he said motioning to the old Armour on the wall. 
The Armour had six symbols on it all forged in different colors. The first one was a Dark black Moon, the second was what looked like a red tornado, the third was a crooked black and green crown, the fourth was a green and purple eye and the fifth looked like a golden neckbrace with a pink gem on it. The last one however was blotted out for some reason. 
"S-So you're..." 
"Yes, I am Golden Shining Armour." he said drinking from his rum. 
"W-Why?" asked Discord. "Why didn't you eever show yourself to Equestria? The rest of the legendary 13 died but you're still alive!" said Discord.
"I didn't die in battle, I wasn't buried in the Everfree. I was banished." he said.
"But, why? Why were you banished?" Discord asked. "Why would they banish a hero from his own country?"
"some things, you should know some you shouldn't know..." he said drinking some of his rum. 
"That doesn't make any bucking sense! Just tell me!" said Discord.
"What fun is there in making sense?" he said with a slight chuckle as he drunk some of his rum. 
"Then why did you beat Eris, My mom and I for alll those years? If you truly are Golden Shining Armour, protector of ALL Creatures, then Why?!" Discord said.
"I hated you and your mother because of you and your entire damned kind, I had to destroy countless numbers of my own kind." he said. "You and those bucking Draconians and Basilisks... I should've let them all burn when Queen Frost gave the orders..." he said. "Oh well, i've had the pleasure of watching your mother die. At least now I'll get to have fun watching you and your sister burn." he said With a chuckle.
Discord got up and took the bottle of rum from his hooves and smashed it over his head. 
Stormer recovered quickly and threw the boy against the wall. He picked up a couple of chains with hooks hanging from the ceiling and threw it towards Discord. The chain swinged from the ceiling and embedded itself into Discord's paw making Discord scream out in pain. 
Stormer's eyes seemed to be dilated in a way that induced more than mere insanity, but complete and utter chaos.
"You ungrateful little shit! Do you fucking know what I did in order to keep you bucking alive?" he yelled fiercly. 
Stormer stabbed another hook hanging from the ceiling into Discords claw making him scream even more. "D-Daddy, please, dad Stop!" he screamed as tears fell from his eyes and blood gushed from both of his hands.
Stormer glared at him as though his entire life's purpose was to make Discord suffer. To ensure that every little pleasure in his life was decimated and only misery was left. 
"It's about bucking time I tought you some bucking discipline..." he said as he picked up a hammer and a couple of nails.

Discord got up and wiped the blood from both of his hands. He still felt the piercing agony that he had endured a mere few days ago. Since that incident Stormer had come back every night to beat him to a pulp for no simple reason. It had felt horrible. The feeling of loneliness and grief. Every waking minute knowing that nopony was going to save you, that nopony was willing to save you.
"Y-You stay right there, I'll go get some bandages for your hands and some food and water.'' she said.
When Eris came back, she sat down with a bowl of hot water and dipped Discords hands in it. The hot water had burned but Discord simply didn't care, he knew damned well that in order for things to heal they had to hurt first. Eris took his hands out and began to wrap the bandages around his hands and proceeded to do the same with his feet. 
Eris looked at Discord with a concerned look. He was being awful quiet and she didn't like it. 
"What happened in there?" she asked him.
At first Discord didn't say anything, he was afraid to tell her the what happened because she was sensitive. 
"Discord tell me!" she said.
Discord sighed, he wasn't going to get away from this one this time. He told her everything, from how Stormer was a hero to how he nearly obliterated his entire body. Surprisingly enough Eris wasn't that shocked at all, and if she was she was doing a pretty good job of hiding it. 
"Here." she said sliding over a bowl of hot soup and a loaf of bread to him along with a jar filled with water. "Eat up before you lose all of your energy she said.
discord moved his hand towards the bowl of soup and picked it up. He ignored the spoon itself and began gulping down large quantities of the soup and chewing at an alarmingly fast rate. He tore the bread apart and began chewing it. 
Eris stared at him with a concerned look that read what did that son of a bitch do to you.
Discord stopped and drank some of the water. He wiped his mouth and weakly spoke.
"E-Eris..." he said. "Thank you..." he said pulling her closely and hugging her tight.
Eris began tearing up. She tightly hugged him back and whispered, "I love you, brother..." into his ear. 
Suddenly, from behind them they heard the soft clopping of hooves on the hard wood floor. 
Almost instantly, Eris jumped up and yelped. 
They both turned around and saw Stormer slowly approaching them slowly, but dangerously with a sinister gleam in his eyes. He gritted his teeth and tilted his head to the right.
He slowly but surely moved closer into the light of the furnace, and revealed a glare burning red hot with hatred. 
"You little bitch..." he said as he slowly approached them both. 
Eris and Discord couldn't move. They were simply too terrified to move a single muscle. Every aspect of their existence was screaming to move back, but they just couldn't.
"You're just like your mother you know, Eris?" he said as he angrily tipped a barrel over and smashed it into the ground spilling it's insides. "You're all caring, and kind. Well you know what?!" he yelled tipping over another barrel. "If you want to be like your mother so much... Then I'll treat you like her..." he said as he inched closer and closer. 
Suddenly the contents that had been spilled over inside the barrels had lit themselves on fire, illuminating the entire shed. 
Stormer's face was in a much better light. He seemed to look much younger, almost as though he were around a few years older than Discord or Eris, but the fact that he was an Alicorn explained that. His bright, yellow eyes were dilated into nothing more than tiny dots with a yellow outline, and it revealed that his once gray and black hair was actually a bright silver color. He resembled the very picture of the brave knight Golden Shining Armour himself, only in a sort of twisted and contorted version. 
He glared at the two small Draconians and grabbed Eris with his Alicorn magic. Eris screamed and cried as she was dragged away by the seemingly humongous Alicorn.
"Discord! No, please!" she screamed as she extended her hand towards her brother. 
"Eris, No!" he yelled. 
"Discord coughed violently as the flames started getting higher and higher and the smoke started rising. Ash was beginning to cloud his vision as he tried to navigate his way out of the burning building. 
Eventually Discord's breathing started getting heavy and he started wheezing. He coughed violently as his lungs felt as though they were being ripped out through his mouth. 
Eventually his eyes started getting heavy, and his limbs began weakening. He slowly fell to his knees and coughed violently, but he couldn't give up, he had to save his sister. He struggled as he slowly but strongly crawled over to the door, which was but a few mere three feet away. His mind told him to keep going, but his body said otherwise. 
Discord's eyes widened one last time as he heard a scream from the other side of the door.
"E-Eris..." he whispered as his eyes slowly shut. 

When Discord woke up, he felt heavy and light headed. He had inhaled so many dangerous toxins, that he was beginning to question how he was alive in the first place. 
He got up and started to cough up blood and struggled to open his eyes, but his vision was blurred. 
It was still night time, but the midnight air was beginning to get warmer, as clouds started rolling in. Strangely enough all the snow that had once surrounded the area had somehow disappeared. The shed was completely burnt down and nearly all of the things in the shed itself had been decimated.
He got in an upright position and found that his body was slightly heavier than it was before. He noticed that Shining Armour's plated armor and sword had somehow, gotten itself on top of him. He pushed the armor off and got up limping towards the cabin. 
The shed itself was at least one fourth the size of the cabin, and the cabin was built by Stormer himself, or was supposedly built by Stormer. The shed and the cabin were at least seven meters in walking distance from each other, so getting there would be quick enough. 
Discord finally got to the cabin and opened the back door. Once inside, he got an uneasy feeling, like what he would see next would haunt him for the rest of his life... And he was right...
Discord's eye's widened as he entered the other room. Eris was curled up in a ball sobbing and trembling covered in bruises, but even more importantly, most of the bruises were near the area in between her legs and She was laying in a pool of some sort of liquid. 
Discord wasn't an idiot, he knew damned well that the pool wasn't sweat. He glared at the Alicorn sitting on a mat next to her stroking her hair as he smirked at Discord with a malevolent and smug smirk. 
"YOU SON OF A BITCH! I'LL BUCKING END YOU, DO YOU HEAR ME!?" he screamed as he threw a table over, smashing the vase that it rested on. 
The Alicorn chuckled and closed his eyes. "Please, don't get so dramatic." he said smirking.
Discord glared at him with a type of glare that held inhumane cruelties and was sewn with the seeds of complete and pure evil. Oh, the things that he will do to this pony when he gets his chance...
"You little cunt..." he said as tears started brimming his eyes. "All these years..." he said shutting his eyes. "All those years you've hurt me, my mother, my sister..." he said wiping away the tears. "Now, you've gone too far. This is wehre it will finally end..." he said taking a battle stance.
Stormer slowly got up and got into a battle stance as well. He had a smug, self satisfied smile sitting on his face, the bastard. They both circled each other waiting for the other one to make an attack. 
Discord's heart was beating faster than he could breath. His digestive tracts stopped working to fulfill much more important tasks and traveled through his spine and muscles. His pupil's became much smaller and his breathing steadied itself. His mind lost any and all logic and reason and instead turned to Instinct and Animosity. He was in full survival mode, he would do anything to insure he made this sick sonuvabitch suffer.
Stormer was the first to attack jumping in the air and giving him a flying back kick. Discord Blocked it but it had somehow disclocated his left wrist. 
Discord looked up at him with disgust and hatred, fury burning deep within his very soul. Discord attacked with a barrage of crazy kicks and punches, some nailing him right in the face, others being simply blocked or dodged. 
Stormer returned with a full roundhouse and tornado roundhouse kick to Discord's stomach, making the small Draconian fly back five feet into the wall. 
Discord quickly recovered and returned with a flying drop kick at the Alicorn's face, stunning him. Disord took the opportunity and kicked him into the kitchen. Discord threw a pan at him which he blocked. 
Stormer glared at Discord trembling with anger and came at him, but before he could get any closer, Eris had landed on his back and and had bit him on the neck. 
Stormer flailed around screaming curses and profanity as Eris clawed and bit him. 
Discord stood up with blood dripping from his mouth, nose and even his eyes. He was covered in even more cuts and bruises than he was when Eris had saved him. Discord had to do something or Stormer would surely kill Eris. Discord looked around fro something he could use and saw something laying on the ground a few meters away. Discord ran towards it and got it.
Stormer finally tore Eris off of his back and threw her into the dirt and watched her arch in pain as her back hit the ground. Stormer chuckled maniacally when suddenly he felt a sharp pain in his calves. He fell to the floor grunting and breathing heavily as both of his legs were slowly bleeding out. 
He turned around and was met with Discord glaring down at him his old sword held up to his neck. 
Stormer's eyes widened as he chuckled with a sinister and wretched tone which soon became hysteric laughter sewn together with insanity. 
"Y-You know, you really do amuse me, boy..." he said. "You think that you can just 'kill' a legend..." he said.
Discord gritted his teeth and smacked Stormer with the flat of the sword. "Shut up!" he yelled. "Do you have anything you wanna say to us before you die?" he said pointing the sword at the Alicorn's head.
Stormer simply smiled and pressed his neck up against the blade.
"You won't do it.." he said with a smile. "You don't have the balls, boy. You won't do it, because you're a soft little weakling." he said chuckling.  "I'm so proud of you..." he said. "Like father like son... You have finally become the monster that everypony has thought you to be... You have become the thing that you hate the most... You have become just like me..." he said with a smile.
Discord stood there for a moment unsure. Tears beginning to brim his eyes. Was he truly like his father? Was he truly a monster? If he did kill him, then would he become just like him, or would he finally be free?
"Well?!" Stormer yelled. 
Discord sighed and lowered the sword. "You're right, i won't kill you..." he said. 
Eris watched intently as Discord stabbed the sword into the ground. 
"hehe, I knew i-"
I'LL MAKE YOU SUFFER FIRST! Discord yelled. His eyes had started gleaming dangerously red and his mouth had curled up into a twisted smile.
Stormer backed away with his eyes wide, in fear. "W-What are you?" he said.
Discord chuckled, but in a way that was evil and sinister enough to make even the queen herself shiver in fear. I, stormer... Am your angel of doom, I, Shining Armour am your vile twisted justice... he said through a grim smile. I am all of your wrong doings curled up into one small foal, the living embodiement of destruction...  I am Chaos, itself... 
Stormer screamed and struggled to get away, but was too slow. Discord raised an arm and Stormer was hoisted up into the air, sweat dripped from his gray fur and he felt a warm release in between his legs. 
Last words? he said. 
Stormer's eyes filled with tears as he shook his head. "Mercy..." he said.
Discord smiled. Retribution knows no mercy... he said. Now... Feel the very same pain that we have felt for so many long years! he yelled.
Stormer was raised into the air as he screamed out in agony. His skin had started bruising and had started bleeding profusely. His skin had filled with so many cuts and bruises that eventually it started peeling off. 
What a fitting end.. Discord said smiling. 
Stormer suddenly stopped screaming as he fell to the ground dead and started deteriorating into nothing more than ash. 
Discord fell to the floor too, the red leaving his eyes and he clutched his head as though he had just had a migraine the size of Equestria itself.
Eris wanted to go over to Discord. She wanted to help him, but what she just saw near terrified her, but it was over. Eris ran over to Discord and helped him up. 
"D-Discord are you okay?" she asked him.
"Yeah, I-I'm fine..." he said. Discord hugged Eris and whispered into her ears with tears brimming his eyes. "I thought he killed you... I thought that he had taken you away from me..." he said stroking her hair. "But what he did to you was much worse... I'm sorry... I'm so sorry I couldn't help you... Just like mother..." he said through sobs.
Eris hugged him back tears beginning to fill her own eyes. What Stormer had done to her would take years of healing. Not physically, but emotionally, mentally. 
Discord pulled her back and wiped away her tears. "But now we're free. Now we're finally going to be able to live without him." he said smiling down at her.
Eris smiled back still unsure about what she had just saw, and said "I love you, Discord." weakly, but surely.
"I love you too." he said hugging her back.

Twilight was shaken. She remembered what kind of monster Discord was, however he wasn't all this powerful when the elements of harmony fought him. Twilight stood back a moment astounded by the raw and shear ferocity in which she had just witnessed. It almost made her want to vomit, but Discord had warned her that the story wouldn't be all puppies and rainbows, so instead she put on a warm and friendly face for her friend.
Twilight smiled and said "You and your sister have such a sweet relationship with each other. Not like most siblings who fight all the time."
Twilight suddenly noticed that Discord was crying for some reason.
"D-Discord whats wrong?" she asked him. 
Discord hung his head and wiped the tears away. "I-I proved him right..." he said trembling. "I proved to him that I was a monster..." he said falling to the ground. 
Twilight was also slightly disturbed when she saw what he had done, but it was all for the sake of self defense, however she did have the feeling that it was all a bit too overkill. 
"Discord... You aren't a monster, what you did was self defense, and not to mention the sick bastard had what was coming to him." she said laying a hoof on his shoulder. 
"Y-You know what was the worst part about it?" he asked her.
"What?" she asked.

> Intermission II

	Twilight woke up gasping for some air. She had a horrible dream. She had dreamed of Princess Celestia disowning her and claiming her to be one of her biggest failures. Twilight curled up into a ball and shivered when she noticed something. She was no longer in a barren wasteland filled with nothing but a black and red sky and red dirt. She got up and looked around as White trees surrounded her. 
She got up and looked around for Discord, who seemed to be nowhere in sight. 
"Discord?" she yelled out into the void but heard nothing but her own echo. 
Twilight began looking around, dodging trees and occasionally looking up to the skies for any signs of Discord flying around. She trotted around not knowing where she was going at all and started feeling lonely but not just lonely, sad. Her trotting soon became a gallop as she began panicking and frantically searching for the Draconian. "Discord! Discord where are you?!" she yelled. 
Twilight fell to the ground on the verge of tears. She had never felt a sense of being alone, sad and scared in her life. Not only because of how lonely and scared she felt, but almost as though the void itself wouldn't allow her to be happy at all. Almost as though the void itself wanted every single aspect of her life to be filled with misery and suffering. 
The tree's suddenly started glowing as she heard a distant laughing. At first she started gaining some hope thinking it was Discord, but when the laughing started growing louder and more sinister, she knew that it certainly wasn't Discord's voice. It sounded almost as though the glowing tree's around her was laughing at her.
"Discord.. Please..." she said sobbing. Suddenly she heard the flapping of wings. 
Discord was up in the sky beginning to land on the red dirt. Twilight got up and ran over to him hugging him. 
"Uhh, glad to see you too?" he said landing. 
"Where were you? I was so scared, I-I was beginning to think you abandoned me..." she said. 
"Why would I do that? I was just going out to explore when I started feeling all depressed and lonely for some reason." he said. "That's when I flew around to try and find you." he said. "Oh, and also, here." he said dropping a strange Heart shaped fruit. It was heart shaped, but not in the shape of the pink hearts that you would normally get on a date or on valentine's day, it was actually shaped like a heart that had been torn out of somepony's chest, only it had leaves, resembled a fruit and was sort of a sky blue mixed with light pink and neon green color. 
"What is it?" Twilight asked. 
"I don't know, I found a strange, abandoned village a couple of miles up northwest and the tree's were packed with a bunch of them. Try them, they're sweet." he said handing her one. 
Twilight took the strange fruit and took a bite out of it. The fruit itself had suddenly changed color when she took a bite out of it but more importantly it tasted insanely sweet, almost as though it were some of the sweetest things in the world mixed into one.
"Mmm... It's very flavorful." said Twilight. "But, I wonder what it could be?" she said. "Where did you say you found the village?" Twilight asked. 
Discord pointed to the destination from where he came from. "Why?" he asked. 
"Well, if you found that village, then why did you come back here? There must have been fresh food and probably water there." she said.
"Well, like I said. I felt all sad and depressed, I started thinking about you, and wondered if you were ok. Besides, I couldn't just let my friend sit out here all alone." he said with a warm smile.
Twilight suddenly felt her cheeks get hot as they turned pink. She shook her head and started walking towards the direction Discord had pointed. "W-Well we'd better get there soon. If there's more of these fruits then we could probably fill our stomachs, I've only been here for how long, and I'm already starving." said Twilight.
Discord walked along with her or more likely, dispersed the air into a cloud of cotton candy and started floating towards the village along with her. 
Twilight thought about what Discord said. He couldn't let his friend sit out here all alone. Her cheeks blushed slightly thinking, what if he...
She dismissed the thought and kept walking with him. The village may be the key to finally relieving her stomach which had been rumbling for near days.

When Discord and Twilight reached the village. Discord helped her up the steps into the old village. The village itself was covered in a thick blanket of mist and fog, but felt quite warm. The trees were the same all over, the same platinum colored pine trees, only they had heart shaped fruits on them. The houses themselves were made of what looked like red painted wood, rice paper and roof tiles. The entrance to the village itself was a gigantic red gate-like arch with a few symbols on it. The village was very large and shrouded in the shade of the gigantic trees.
"What is this place... ?" asked Twilight. 
"I have no idea..." Discord replied. "look!" he said pointing over to one of the houses. A small filly was standing by the doorway. Her features weren't really distinguishable from afar but they could both tell she was wearing a gown and a long platinum-silver mane that fell down to her shoulders and midway down her back. 
"Hey!" yelled Twilight as she began running through the village. 	
Discord and Twilight chased after her, as she ran as far as her little legs could carry her until soon enough they reached a dead end. The little filly turned around not knowing where to go. She began backing against the wall of the wall she had run into. 
"It's okay we're not goint to hurt you..." said Twilight slowly approaching her. 
The little filly sighed and stood up on her two hind legs revealing she had a wolf paw and a dragon claw for her front legs. She looked up from her platinum hair revealing the face of a pony with dark red eyes and one small fang sticking out of her mouth. 
Discord and Twilight's eyes widened at the sight as the little filly looked up at them both. 
"Hello, brother." she said with a familiar voice. 
"E-Eris..." said Discord.

After nearly an entire two hours and a half of tears, hugging and reminiscing about childhoods, they decided to head inside one of the houses. Eris welcomed Twilight and told her somewhat embarassing stories of Discord's childhood.
"So, Eris, would you mind telling us exactly where we are?" asked Twilight. 
"Well, it isn't exactly easy to explain this, but.we're inside Discord's subconcious." said Eris. 
Twilight and Discord simply stared at her blankly. 
Eris chuckled and said. "well...." she said sitting next to her brother and hugging him. "After Discord's subconcious was locked away into stone and he was trapped into both the stone statuette and the cursed object, His subconcious became much larger and his mind created a world where he himself would stay until he was released from his stone prison. That world along with the realm of the cursed eventually colided and created this world." she said.
"So this isn't real?" asked Discord looking like he was about to cry.
"Oh no, it isn't that, this world rides along one of the tenth circles of Tartarus, so technically, we're dead, in a way." she said beaming innocently.
"But it still doesn't explain how the Cursed Object led us here. Maybe perhaps the Cursed Object is a direct wormhole loop into the limbo plane and cuts straight into this world?" asked Twilight sipping some tea.
"Exactly!" sai Eris.
Discord sat there with his expression hollow and his mouth was in the shape of a little 'O'.
"This world is real, thing is it isn't in our reality, it's in another dimension. In Tartarus." said Eris hugging her brother.
"Oh okay, but, how is it that you know all of this?" asked Discord.
"The same way you knew about the 'Cursed Object' you didn't really find out about the 'Cursed Object'. Your subconcious just sort of provided you with the information. The cursed object isn't really powered by the central time paradox though, but by magic. The kind of magic that-" she gulped "-ghost ponies use. A sort of one way ticket into the underworld. Sort of creeped out to say, though, but... It's technically what you might call 'Haunted'..." she said sort of whispering.
"Well, the great thing is, that You're here with me." said Discord smiling down at his sister and cuddling with her. 
"Yeah, I love you bro." she said.
Twilight smiled and nearly shed a tear at the beautiful scene. She looked outside the window and asked Eris, "Why is is that nearly nopony is outside?"
"Well, a lot has been happening lately, but it isn't really anything you should be concerned with, just a little bad weather, a few freak accidents, stuff like that..." she said. "But enough of that, we're reunited now..."

"Hey, what are you doin' out here?" asked Discord approaching Twilight at the foot of the gate entrance.
"Not much really just sort of thinking." she said.
"Well, don't think too, hard." said Discord sitting next to her. "You know, never once in my life did I ever think that there would be a village full of other Draconians like me, and now here I am with them." he said with a small smile along his face. Mother would've loved to see this..." he said hugging his knees tighter. 
Twilight smiled at him. He looked so happy. They had only founded the Village a mere two and a half hours ago and later found out that all of the denizens of the village were Draconians, but for some reason they hated coming outside. Especially 'At this time of year'. Twilight wondered why though...
"Welp, we'd better get back to the story, don't wanna keep the readers waiting." said Discord winking up at the sky. 
"What readers?" asked Twilight. 
"Nevermind." said Discord turning around and winking once more.
> The Star

	This is it... this could finally be our chance. Things are finally looking bright for us for once. A royal courrier sent us news today that the queen would be arriving in Ponyville this afternoon to pick us up and bring us to Canterlot Castle. She would be picking up Princess Celeste and Princess Luna from Ponyville Royal Boarding academy and bringing them back to Canterlot for their second half of their studies. She saw me and Eris walking down the road and approached us, and well, let's just say we have some new homes.

Discord sighed as he walked through the halls of the gigantic Gothic estate that passed for an academy. He had honestly hated and wanted to burn this place down since the moment he had walked through the doors and into the school itself.
Everypony was staring at him.They had noticed the fire that had gone up a mere two days ago. Eris and him had been living alone in the cabin and getting by just perfectly as though nothing had changed, nothing had happened. Although Eris smiled at him whenever they passed the halls and when they were studying or reading books, he knew that she would always get an uneasy feeling whenever they were alone together. As though what happened to Stormer- Golden Shining Armour, would happen to her if she made him even the slightest bit angry. He didn't like it. He had felt ashamed for what he did to the Colt who had housed and sort of 'taken care' of them since they were children. Now, to make matters worse the very sister that he had sworn to protect was scared of him. 
He sighed once more and brushed his mane from his face as he entered the Dining Hall. He found the nearby lunch table by his friends and sat down, not even bothering to get lunch. He didn't care about food, probably why he was way too skinny for someone his age. 
Everypony at the table was quiet. it was not long ago that he had tried to take his own life, a few days later he had killed his own step-father. He had told them what happened, what he did to Eris and what Discord, in turn, did to Stormer. They had kept a straight face throughout all of it, but he saw in their eyes that they had finally gotten up to the point where they were uncomfortable with him when he was around, but since then, they had begun feeling all kinds of sorry and pity for him and giving him special attention as though he was that one kid in the back of the classroom that needed 'special attention'. Luna on the other hand had a taken it to the extreme. Ever since then she had been all sappy, touchy-feely and all emotional. She kept asking him how he was doing, if he needed anything and even trying to have long awkward conversations with him and he even caught he putting her hooves around his shoulder and giving him random hugs a few times too. He knew she was trying to cheer him up and he appreciated it but for some reason it really made him feel uncomfortable. Like, she shouldn't care about some shady, weird, freaky creep like him. 
Maybe he was just wallowing in his own self-pity and feeling sorry for himself, maybe Killing Stormer had made him feel as though he didn't deserve even the tiniest luxuries of life, he didn't know. All he knew was that it made him sick to his stomach that a monster like him was getting all this attention.
Luna opened her mouth as though to say something.
"I'm fine." said discord before any sound could escape from her mouth at all.
Slugger pushed his bread, gravy and apples to discord and opened his mouth as well, but Discord pushed back the food and said, "I'm not hungry." before Slugger could even say a single thing.
At that point everyone was uncomfortably silent. 
Apple seed was about to say something as well, but was cut off by Discord like Luna and Slugger. 
"No, Apple Seed, it is not a fine day today, and no, Fyrefly I will be heading not be going with you to The Sugar Store later, no Four Speeed, It is not fine weather we're having, and Yes Luna, for the last time, I am alright." he said breathing heavily.
They had been asking him the same questions over and over every chance they got to see him. He knew that they were trying to comfort and cheer him up, he knew they only cared about his health, but in all honesty, he thought it was quite irritating and that a monster like him didin't deserve it.
Slugger was about to say something once more, but Discord glared at him making him shut his mouth.
"Discord, sugarcube, we only care about your health. We don't like it when you're upset and-" 
"I know, but still." he said getting up from the table and starting to walk out of the Dining Hall.
"W-Wait fair Discord whereth art thou going?" asked Luna.
"Home." said Discord in a low tone but loud enough for them to hear him.

As Discord walked home alone, trumpets blared as a gigantic ivory white carriage descended from the sky and pink rose petals began falling from the chariot. He decided to ignore it and keep walking. Probably just some big-shot baron with fancy clothes coming to show off to the 'filthy peasants'. 
He spotted Luna running after him as well as Celeste. 
"Huh... ?" he whispered to himself. He decided to ignore them and just keep walking as though he didn't see them. 
"D-Discord wait." yelled Luna. 
He gritted his teeth as his wings unfolded and he started to take to the sky, but not before being tackled down by Eris. 
"W-What?!" yelled Discord. "What is it?" he yelled at the two princesses as they caught up to him and Eris sat down with him on the dirt road.
For a moment they were both silent especially Celeste who looked extremely uncomfortable just being near him. 
"D-Discord... We're leaving for Canterlot today..." said Luna looking at the ground and pawing at it a little.
Discord sat back for a moment, one eye-brow raised and his mouth in the shape of a little 'O'. 
"I-I wanted to tell you earlier, but..." said Luna looking away. "In fact the carriage that just landed a few blocks from here... is the carriage that our mother rode in from, she's here to pick us up from our studies." Celeste added.
He stared at them both with a blank and hollow expression. If he was sad, or upset that they were both leaving, he was doing a pretty good job of hiding it.
Discord still didn't know what to feel however. Luna had been his friend for how many years. All the things that he had gone through, all of the troubles that he had, he had spoken to her about them. Celeste, the mare of his dreams, the one he wanted even after all that she had put him through, was leaving as well, but then again she was nothing more than a painful reminder of what he was and why nopony would ever love him simply because of what he was. 
He turned his head and coldly said without any emotion, said "Goodbye." and kept walking. 
Although they didn't see and he didn't want them to see, he had a few small tears just at the edge of his eye-lids, ready to escape and fall to the ground. 
Luna and Celeste on the other hand simply felt heart-broken. Nothing else. Nothing more than 'Goodbye'. It had hurt them, a lot. But they didn't know how painful it was for him. 
Eris gave Luna and Celeste warm hugs, crying and pleading for them not to leave. They calmed her down a little and told her to be a good little filly, kissed her on the forehead one last time and began walking towards the chariot. 
Celeste looked back at Discord and saw the trail of tear stains on the dirt behind him.She felt her heart drop as a few tears escaped her own eyes as well. 

"Hello, girls, are you ready to go back home?" asked The Queen as she gave them both a gigantic squeeze. "it's been so long! I swear, Luna you're no longer the quaint little filly you once were, you look so much more mature, and Celeste, have you grown taller?" she asked.
"Y-Yes... Thank you, mother.." she said. 
She had noticed the dried tears on both of their faces and asked them about it. They both said that they were sad that they were leaving behind the town and all of the friends that they had grown to love. 
"Aww, that's very sweet." said their mother. "But your old friends waiting back at Canterlot, and you can still visit some of your friend's here, when you two become Queens." she said. 
"Ye-Yeah..." said Luna.
They both got into the carriage and waited for their mother to get in as well. Before Queen Andromeda headed back into the carriage, she noticed something. A young foal walking down the road far ahead. Her curiosity got the best of her. 
She told the Princesses to wait for her in the chariot while she did a little shopping, or if they wanted, to do a little shopping themselves, before they left for Canterlot.
Queen Andromeda approached the young foal from the behind and gasped only when she realized it was a Draconnequis and had not noticed the young one following him.
Discord turned around, not recognizing her, he simply mistook her for some old baroness strutting around the streets to show off he glamour and wealth. 
"Can i help you?" asked Discord turning around and telling Eris to stay behind him.
She simply sat there, jaws agape as she stared at the living spectacle right before her very eyes. She had thought the Draconian and Basaliskian Race to be extinct, that the last Draco-Basaliskian Prince, Discordias the third of the Kaos family, had been finished off by Golden Shining Armour himself. Could this be... ?
Discord and Eris kept staring at her with their distant eyes. Discord had been through enough today, he decided that he didn't need this. 
"Listen, lady I-" 
"Young colt... Where are you from... ?" she asked barely a whisper.
Discord looked her over sort of puzzled. He was always told by his mother never to give personal information to strangers. But he made an exception. What was the worst a middle-aged Alicorn could do to him?
"The Everfree." he said.
The Alicorn's jaw dropped as she gaped at him in awe and looked as though she were about to stumble back. She had been told the secret of Golden Shining Armour. That before he died, he had raised a Basalisk child to be as though one of his own. Could this really be the lost Basilisk child? The one that she had read about in the old journal of Golden Shining Armour? The one he had said he would raise like a child and keep away from any harm? Perhaps even... Prince Discordias himself!?
"Hey, you okay there, lady?" asked Discord. 
Eris simply stared back. 
"Young colt, do you have a place to live? W-Who are your parents... ?" she asked him uneasily.
Discord stared down on the ground suddenly with a troubled expression and simply replied, "He's... He's dead... and so is..." 
The Alicorn stared at him with a look of both complete pity and awe on her face. She suddenly realized that this truly was the child of Corporal Golden Shining Armour.
She laid a hoof on his shoulder and held his chin up so she could look him in the eye. "You do not have someone to take care of you, anymore?" she asked him. 
Discord simply shook his head as he suddenly remembered what Stormer had said to him one time. You are alone. You will always be alone and no one will be with you, no one wants you, no one needs you. You are alone in this world, no one will care for you. You walk this path alone... His eyes became huge as tears began to fill them. 
He only then noticed the royal filligree and the royal sun symbol on her horseshoes and her neckbrace. He suddenly fell to his knees and began stuttering, "Y-Your majesty, p-please I had no idea tha-"
She hushed him and brought him back to his feet. 
"You will live with me, as my son..."  
"W-What... ?" said Discord with his eyes widening and suddenly grabbing Eris's paw. 
"You will live with me at Canterlot castle. You will be treated as my son, as my protege and prodigy." she said smiling at the sudden look of surprise, shock and joy on the young Draconnequis's face. 
"Y-You're serious!?" yelled Discord as both Eris and him beamed with excitement.
"My royal courtier will arrive tomorrow and pick you up as royal guests." she said walking back to the royal carriage. 
Within the carriage itself an ovejoyed Luna  and a somewhat happy Celeste were waiting as they held their heads up against the door panel, eavesdropping. 
Discord and Eris looked as though a couple of young foals once more happy. "T-Thank you! Thank you so much, your highness!" yelled Discord. 

Discord stared up from the old two story cabin within the everfree forest and smiled up at the stars. He saw at the slightest one particular star flashing across the sky brightly almost humanoid in shape. He smiled at the beauty and majesty of it, and all at once all the doubt, sadness, grief and anguish he had felt in his life had suddenly disappeared. There was only joy. Things were going finally be looking up for both him and his sister from now on. They were both royalty now and no pony will ever mess with them, lest they wish to have their hooves sliced off and fed to them. 
The Star flew across the sky and disappeared into the night and the wind whispered to him sweet lies and fabricated comforts, but one particular phrase was heard within the wind itself as the star reappeared and flew across the sky majestically. That single phrase was, My son... I love you...



> The Gala

Everypony's so quaint and elegant and Eris and I simply sit there gawking at anything large or made of pure gold and ivory! The castle is quite a large place and the fact that it hangs off the base of a cliff. My first day here and yet I'm already treated like royalty! Though some of the chamberlains, maids and other residents of the castle still have to get used to my appearances. Lunch was amazing and everything tasted great. Better than the dead carcasses of little woodland critters that Stormer  hunted then broiled for us and made us eat. The largest event of the season is about to come up this evening and Eris and I get to sit with the queen and the princesses. Though we aren't exactly royalty like they are, we still apparently count as part of the royal family since we were adopted. Not exactly a prince and a princess but more like Baronets. But last night I had the weirdest dream. I was in a forest with this huge That doesn't matter now all that matters is that Eris and I are finally free from a world of nothing but pain and anguish. If there truly is any deity or such out there and if he or she really did make all of this happen, then all I can do is offer you my biggest thanks.

Discord and Eris walked through the hallways gawking at the gigantic ivory structures and magnificent paintings. Discord had been given a pair of golden bangles or more over armbands wrapped around his upper arms and a white sleeve-less surcoat which draped down to his knees and had the royal family's crest printed on it matched with a dark purple cloak embroided with a silver wyrm and wyvern hugging and kissing a golden alicorn with it's wings outstretched and a halo around it's horned head, the crest symbolizing that discord was a son accepted by the royal family. He was also adorned with a pair of gray trousers matched with dark brown boots and to top it all off a golden circlet around his forehead with a three rubies spiked along it. Standard nobility-wear for barons and baronets. Eris on the other hand was wearing a regal dress with ornate golden leaves and threaded with pink silk. A tiara was laid atop her platinum silver mane. 
The queen had told them both not to wear the adornments until the Gala tonight, but they were both simply too excited to wait. 
"Hey discord?" asked Eris suddenly so solemnly.
"Yeah?" he replied.
"Do you think we'll ever get to see Seed Apple or any of our old friends ever again?"
Discord sat there in silence for a moment. How often did baronets visit backwater towns like Ponyville? Were baronets and baronesses friends with commoners like them? Discord rubbed the back of his head and was about to open his mouth as though to answer when suddenly a serving maid with a magnificent pale blue mane crashed into him and all of the cleaning utensils she was carrying spilled on the ground.
"O-Oh my! My lord I did not see you there! I-I was too busy-" she stopped as soon as she looked up at him. For a moment she looked as though she were about to cry for help then held her tongue when she noticed the royal crest on his surcoat. 
Discord could see the fear in her eyes and it honestly hurt him more than a blow from Stormer could ever hurt him. 
"It's fine, I guess..." he said sighing and rubbing the back of his head as he started heading back to his room with Eris trailing behind him.
Seeing that she had upset the serving maid said, "M-My lord I-I'm sorry if I'd upset you it's just-"
"It's just monsters like me don't usually roam around the castle. It's fine I get it."
The serving maid looked even more guilty and apologetic then before and sheepishly said, "N-No it's not that it's just.. I'd never seen a real live Basilisk before." as she hurried after him.
Did she just say basilisk? Discord stopped dead in his tracks and so did Eris. "W-Wha..?"
"F-Forgive me sire..." she said. There was an awkward silence which was soon filled when the serving maid finally said, "My name is Trixie, sir." with an awkward smile.
Discord sighed and said, "Nice to meet you, Trixie." though with a hint of sarcasm that made the serving maid seem even more apologetic.
"I-If you need anything else, I'll be around the hall, scrubbing the floor." she said as she hurried back down along the hallway with then came back with her cheeks flushed red. She dropped down and started picking up the cleaning utensils that she had forgotten. 
Discord chuckled slightly as though he thought it was comical, because honestly it sort of was!
"Here let me help you." he said as he bent down to pick up the utensils.
"Thank you.. my lord..." she said awkwardly as her cheeks grew even hotter. 
"My name's Eris!" said Eris skipping happily to them and beaming at the serving maid.
Trixie smiled and said, "Why it's nice to meet you, lady Eris." beaming back at her. She shifted uncomfortably through about a minute and a half of uncomfortable silence and said finally, "I-I'd better get back to work, o-otherwise the mistress will get mad at me." she said trotting off hurriedly with the cleaning materials.
"Well at least not all of the people here in Canterlot are snobby and condescending." said Eris recalling their meeting with a royal chamberlain. The way he stared at them as though their very presence had irked him and how he condescendingly spoke about them with the queen as though they weren't even in the room when they were but a mere three paces away.
"Yeah." said Discord staring at the ground. He sighed and thought to himself, What did she mean by a basilisk? Eris and I are Draconian aren't we? Maybe mother was hiding something from us.. Maybe We aren't really Drac-	His thoughts were interrupted as he was pushed out of the way by some colts carrying a gigantic cake roughly the size of discord's cramped old bedroom when he lived in the cabin in the Everfree. 
Both he and Eris marveled at how large it was and were drooling. More food was being wheeled in and some of the men had even brought in an ice sculpture. 
"My, how exquisite. Really, there was no need for anything dramatic or fancy, this is simply-" the queen was interrupted by her royal chamberlain walking down the stairs with her. 
He scowled as he shoved past Eris and Discord who opened his mouth in protest but decided to just keep his trap closed. He wanted to behead the beastly heathen of a colt, unfortunately, he didn't have that kind of power. 
"But my queen, this event is the largest of the season. In order to show her majesty's exalted glory, she must have but the finest assortments of delicacies." he said then turned his steely cobra's gaze towards Eris and Discord. "I trust those two beasts shan't be allowed roaming free during the Gala?" he asked loudly, not paying any mind to Discord and Eris's presence.
The queen shot him a cold, flat stare and he simply bowed and went back to his office saying, "If that is what my liege wishes."
She turned back to the food and ordered the men delivering it to put them in the dining hall near the royal garden. 
Discord dismissed his hatred towards the colt and marveled at the variety of the food. Fried Noodles were being brought in sizzling as a pair of foxes dressed in fine silk kimonos brought them into the dining hall. Fresh, but unrecognizable piles of whatever was brought in by Saddle Arabian ponies. There was a plethora of exotic and delicious smelling food being brought in. 
Suddenly a fox bearing foreign armor and weapons came into the castle. His armor was a darker shade of purple and the clothes underneath died a shade of red so dark, it almost seemed as though it were black at first glance. A long, slender, curved blade about the length of Discord's tail was hanging by his side. 
He trotted along the ivory marble floor as the gigantic hall made the tapping of his paws echo. He was a kindly fox most likely only a few years older than Discord. His dark gray hair hung at the side of his face while the rest was messily spiked and ruffled. A scar across one of his eyes told the tale of a battle-hardened war general.
"Lord Kitsune." said the queen as lord Kitsune approached her and bowed. 
"The emperor brings a message." he seemed to speak Equestrian fluently and almost seemed to have no accent. He took a scroll tied to his back and laid it in front of the queen. 
She opened it and eyed it lightly, skimming through it. Discord simply sat there curious as to what the letter might be about. 
"The Emperor is sending his son here tonight?" she asked. "We'd be more than happy to have him for the Gala." she said offering a warm smile. 
The lord bowed and said, "By your permission, your majesty, may I stay here during the Shogun's arrival?" 
"But of course." she said. 
Lord Kitsune bowed once more and trotted away. "I shall find an inn right away." 
They watched him leave and as soon as he was out of sight the queen turned back towards Discord and Eris. "The emperor's son will be arriving here tonight during the Gala. I expect you too to be in your best behavior." she said.
"Of course your majesty." they both said, not knowing if it was customary to bow down to her or if it was just lord Kitsune's own custom.

Later that night, the sun was just beginning to set and ponies were beginning to arrive. A carriage pulled up by the front of the castle and foxes dressed in similar armor to lord Kitsune's poured out. They each bowed as a young fox came trotting out gawking in awe at the sheer size of the castle.
He approached the door and Discord watched from afar. He didn't seem too impressed. He'd seen how upper nobility acted. Snobby, selfish and only ever did things for wealth or power, but the Emperor's son seemed to have a different air about him. 
Discord sighed as he leaned on the wall and chomped on some fancy bits of cheese that had small toothpicks on them for whatever, useless reason.	
Eris was out in the garden playing with some of the noble's and duke's daughters. She seemed to fit in with them perfectly for some reason but if anypony so much as approached Discord he'd simply stare them down with his unapproving, steely gaze until they left him alone.
Discord walked along the white granite marble and stepped by a nearby window staring outside at the gigantic moon. Queen Andromeda should've been back shortly since she had just raised the moon. He'd wondered if the foxes or if the buffalo ever thank the ponies for raising the sun and moon for them, or perhaps the dragons buffaloes and foxes believed in their own celestial deities. 
He sighed and heard some whispers behind him Who is that guy? what's he doing here? Is he a dragon or a pony? Maybe he's a Chimera-Griffin crossbreed.
It all annoyed him to the point of turning around and leaving. The Queen had him dress up for the occasion but hadn't asked him to cut or style his mane. He made it very clear that nopony would touch his mane. His mane was the same it always was dark polished almost jet black with streaks of silver white. The black part must've been from the part of him that was donkey, the silverish streaks must've been the part of him that was a pony. But it was as it always was, messy, long and ruffled up, partially covering his face. Most ponies would've called him a ruffian or a messy individual, but it was a look that actually looked attractive on him, he'd heard many ponies whisper it as he turned to leave. 
He accidentally bumped into somepony, or rather some fox. It was the emperor's son. 
"Oh I'm sorry." Discord said. "I didn't see you there." he added. He looked up and with as much surprise as the former Alicorn, or rather Pegasus, standing behind the Emperor's son, nearly fell back.
"D-Discord..." said Lance as he staggered backward.
"L-L-La.. Lance..." said Discord likewise.
Their faces suddenly shifted, anger filled them both to the very brim as they angrily shoved past each other without saying another word.
It was quite childish, yet still they didn't care. Lance had made Discord's life a living hell and in turn Discord had taken Lance's ability to cast magic. His wound had long since healed and now he looked like nothing more than a regular Pegasus.
Discord went over to a nearby table and began angrily stuffing his face with exotic food. Mumbling angrily about how good the food was and cursing Lance underneath his breath. To his surprise, lance did the same thing.
They each ate as much as they could and went their separate ways, before they could even make eye-contact.

It was later in the night when things had started going awry. A wealthy merchant had complained about the exotic food being 'uncouth', a drunken idiot had decided to take a dip in the royal water fountain, some more drunken idiots had begun rambling about how they had once held their own against a creature called an ursa major and to top it all off, the emperor's son was beginning to get bored.
In spite of the status quo, everypony seemed to be having a good time. Discord hanged his head and sighed bored and exhausted. He wasn't exhausted physically, but rather exhausted from everything going on around him. He swore if he heard another pony say 'I say,' or 'My, how eloquent' or anymore fancy talk, he would strangle somepony.
There was a small rumbling, but everypony had dismissed it for the dancing going on in the courtyard. It was growing more powerful by the second to the point where all chatter and noise had stopped. The rumbling seemed to have rhythmic patterns, as though a large creature was advancing towards them one foot after the other. Ponies started getting scared.
Off in the distance large Scarlet creature reminiscent of a bear was using it's claws to mount the mountain top, slowly advancing towards the castle. 
Ponies everywhere had begun panicking and running around. The guards were dispatched to neutralize the creature but were all instantly knocked off the mountain. The last defensive garrison was set up around the castle walls and held their position, but some had decided to run for their lives rather then stand with their bronies at arms. The strange warriors with strange armor and weapons that were guarding the emperor's son had gone off to join the castle guards and protect the castle. They had each drawn those long, slender blades they carried around and had fought, blade, in mouth. They had survived longer than the castle guard, but in the end it was futile. 
The beast roared and swatteded the last regiment of guards away as though they were nothing but flies. It stood and roared at the castle standing before it. 
Discord stood there and watched for a moment dazed then snapped back to reality. He had to help somehow, he had to make sure his new home was safe. He ran up the stairs and onto the balcony to find princess Luna, Celeste and even Crystal all using their magic to combat the creature. They were on the top of the castle, the tower, the highest point. They were doing perfectly until the they had struck the beast in the eye and angered it. The creature swatted down the towers then grabbed and threw Crystal away. 
Crystal landed on the balcony next to Discord and laid there unconscious. He ran to her side to help her, but was separated from her when the ceiling caved on top and created a barrier between them.
In the head of the moment strength had suddenly came to his aid. He lifted the rubble and got her to safety.
Discord came back outside to see that the creature had swatter Luna out of the sky who was now plummeting towards the earth. Celestia saw this and came to Luna's aid, but was snatched up from the sky by the gigantic beast. 
Discord flew up at top speed and grabbed Luna's unconscious body and put her with Crystal then returned outside. The creature had snatched Celeste and he needed to save her. He couldn't fly now, his wings where too tired. He had used up all his energy saving Luna and Crystal. He needed a way to reach even ground with the beast's gargantuan height.
He sighed and ran up the stairs cursing himself. It wasn't long until he reached the top of the castle's roof and stood on even grounds with the beast. The beast was transparent, pure magic and was covered with leagues upon leagues of stars, it's gigantic Dark purple and yellow eyes glaring down at him with it's teeth bared. It roared once more. It was an ursa major.
Somewhere in the distance, the royal guard captain was yelling at ponies to evacuate the premises. Discord then remembered about Eris. He'd been too focused on taking the beast down that he didn't check on her. The first place he checked was the castle garden. He had lost his mother, his friends and even himself, but he wasn't going to lose his sister too.
"Eris!? Eris, where are you!?" he shouted at the top of his lungs. 
There was another rumble. The beast wasn't just tearing the castle to oblivion, the beast was targeting something, following something that had most likely pissed it off. It was following Discord.
Discord saw the Ursa Major looming overhead ready to smash him into the ground. The last of the Guard's regiments had been dispatched. These were the elite guards. Former assassins and mercenaries. They had done well... until the creature turned them into a part of the wall, the ceiling, the ground and then smashed them into finger-paint. 
Discord Scowled as the creature made it's way over to him. "Eris!! Eris where are you!?" He heard a small whimper from the far end of the hall. He ran over to the end of the large hall, now covered in rubble and debris. He scanned the area for anypony that might still be alive. From the corner of his eye he saw somepony struggling to get up. It was the Fox prince, the emperor's son as well as Lance. 
Discord sighed and started walking towards both of them. Discord couldn't pick them both up and carry them both away in his current state. He lifted the Fox prince on his shoulders and yelled something like 'I'll come back!' at Lance. Lance simply grunted in protest. Suddenly a gigantic claw loomed overhead. Lance threw his body to the side before the claw could come down on him, though it had taken up all the energy he had left. The claw came up again and came down on him. He shut his eyes and screamed, but nothing had hit him. He opened his eyes to find that Discord had somehow stopped the claw with a stray spear that the castle guards had dropped as they ran off like a cur into the night. The creature reeled back more in frustration rather than pain as the ten foot pike pierced it's claw. It roared once more and pulled out the pike as though it were not more than a toothpick lodged in skin.
Discord hefted Lance up with all his strength and brought him to a secluded area, then began going off.
"W-Wait where are you going?" Lance asked.
"I'm going after that thing. It still has Celeste." he answered.
"Are you insane? that thing will crush you!" Lance protested, but Discord was already gone. 
Discord went back up the roof of the castle and climbed the tower, this time with a sword dropped by the fox warriors along with a lancing pike dropped by the royal spearmen. "Hey!" he shouted at the creature. It turned towards him. Discord threw the pike at the creature's eye and it immediately dropped the Unconscious princess it held within it's claw. Discord didn't hesitate. She had broken his heart, made him nearly damned well kill himself, why was he saving her? The same reason he'd saved Lance, because it was the right thing to do and he wanted to make sure his mother didn't raise a hateful little bastard. Strangely enough even after all he went through, he still loved her. As she fell with a certain grace, he thought her almost beautiful. Perhaps it was just never meant to be. Perhaps he would simply spend the rest of his life chasing after an unattainable princess. 
He hastened his speed and caught up with her. Two feet from the ground, he grabbed her by the hoof and carried her off with Luna and Crystal. He'd already used up all his energy flying Luna and Crystal to safety, after this his wings would be sore for weeks. He flew over to Crystal and Luna who were both now awake. They both took Celeste and tended to her wounds.
They both seemed to be staring at Discord dreamily as though he were some knight in shining armor. "Hang on I'll be back!" he said and flew off before they could even open their mouths to protest like Lance did.
Discord flew to the top of the roof and crashed down as his wings cramped up from all the flying. He breathed heavily as the mighty Ursa Major. He drew the long slender blade dropped by the fox warriors. 
"Discord!" yelled somepony as they ran to his side. It was lord Kitsune. he had his blade drawn as well. He was planning on helping him. "Do you even know how to wield a Wakizashi blade?" he asked. 
"No, but it's the best I have for now." he said with a smirk as the beast got ready to bring it's mighty paw down on them. Discord dodged barely having a scratch on him. Lord kitsune had dodged it perfectly. "Discord, leave! You've already done enough to help, I will handle this!" he shouted as he prepared to attack. 
"No! This thing wants me for some reason. It's only going to go after me if I run away, I need to end this!" he shouted as he got ready to jump up at the creature. 
The fox warrior simply sighed in response and shook his head then mumbled something about the youth of today being so hardheaded, which was quite strange considering he was most likely only a few years ahead of Discord in terms of age.
Discord grabbed onto the creature's hair and stabbed the blade into it's gigantic pelt and dragged it down the length of it's starry pelt. This particular Ursa Major was strange though. It was crimson red rather than violet and it had a gigantic crescent moon atop it's head. It roared as Discord dragged the blade down it's chest and crimson like material with sparkling stars and other constellations flooded it's body as though it were blood. 
Lord Kitsune jumped at the creature and did the same, only to be swatted away and fall twenty feet into a wall then slide down unconscious.
I'll handle this my ass... Discord thought as he watched the young lord fall helplessly down to the ground. 	Discord climbed the creature's back as the stabbed it repeatedly while all the same, scaling it. He reached the top of the Creature's head and it went into a frenzy trying to throw him off. That's when Discord realized it. The crescent moon on it's forehead must have been it's weakness. 
In an instant he jumped up and plunged the blade into the crescent moon, dragging it down the Ursa Major's face leaving a crescent shaped gash on it's face as well as tearing it's eye loose and having it fall to the ground. It didn't kill the creature but rather it made it really angry. It gave out another mighty roar and slashed at Discord. Discord went flying back onto the Castle roof with three slashes across his ribs and left arm. He was knocked out cold.
He sat motionless on the rooftop and for a moment he seemed dead. After a few moments he heard something. It was Eris... She was screaming. 
Discord's eyes flew open and gleamed dark red with a tinted yellow. He jumped up into the air and screamed. Not my family... Not again!! There was a flash of crimson red a loud boom then there was darkness...

Discord and Eris sat back watching stuffing their faces with a large basket of popcorn, while Twilight watched in awe with only one word, so drab and normal, yet so fit for what was before her very eyes.

	Entry 2
I don't know how or why, but I suddenly feel like I'm a step closer to figuring out about my past. Everyone at the castle seems to be sore about what happened a couple of nights ago and seem to be nervous whenever they're around me. I thought I saw somepony a few hours ago, somepony that looked a lot like me... though different somehow. The 'other one' was off in the woods doing something, so I decided to follow them and sure enough I found something quite useful. Underneath the castle is- I have to go now, curfew's at ten thirty and I should've been asleep hours ago. I'll just write it in next time.

Discord sighed as he tossed and turned in the bed of his tower. He sighed and got up, as he walked over to his window and stared out into the night sky. Equestria was so beautiful especially now that he had a new outlook in life. He didn't exactly make any new friends and once in a while he missed his old friends back in Ponyville, but at least no one was bullying him, moreover he had actually earned a bow and an apology from Lance. He smiled as he stared out some more. It was a lonely life. But it was his lonely life, so he couldn't complain. 
He pondered some more what would've happened if he stayed in ponyville. Perhaps he would've gone into a downward spiral or a relapse and tried to kill himself again, except this time he would've succeeded. 
He sighed and made cradled his head in his arms while gritting his teeth.
"This whole business gives me a headache." he whispered to himself quietly. 
Discord lifted his head and noticed something rather strange. There was a dark cloaked figure staring right at him. Deep, deep down below the castle. Moreover, it was staring right at him. 
"Wh- Hey!" Discord yelled at the figure. 
After a few seconds of awkwardly staring at each other, It decided to move along. 
Discord's interest was peaked. Conspiracists? Possible assassin? Somepony with a grudge. It didn't entirely make him any more comfortable that they were cloaked. Perhaps somepony was attempting a heist on the queen's riches.
Discord looked around. He was still awake after curfew and if he was caught would've gotten another scolding from the queen. 
He shrugged it off and flew out of the window to where the cloaked pony's location was before it moved. Even in the snow, it didn't leave any hoofmarks. that made Discord uncomfortable. It shouldn't have been far behind, but Discord should've kept his pace up in order to track down the mysterious pony. 
He hugged himself as the wind blew and invaded his body with a gust of it's cold breath. Discord's whole body seemed to be shaking in the cold. Something was off though. The wind was blowing cold gales about plains of mountain top, there was snow falling almost like that of a blizzard... In the middle of the summer.
Discord followed the path where he thought he saw the mysterious pony. It had only taken a few minutes until he had decided to give and go home until he saw something curious. It was a gigantic glass door with chrome framings buried in the snow right on the ground underneath him. Usually it was against his better judgment to explore, but this place for some reason called out to him, like a familiar place, a place to rest and relax, to recuperate. He didn't know why  he felt like this when he saw the glass doors, he just did. Eventually curiosity got the best of him and he decided to open the gigantic glass doors and explore the uncannily familiar place. 
The interior had suddenly changed. Rather than there being ice and rock, which is what Discord expected, there were tiled floors and marble halls. Upon opening the glass door, though, he fell face first and had a brief and forceful make-out session with the floor. He had expected there to be stairs, or a ladder at least. He reacquainted himself with gravity and made his way down the hall. There were strange blue and white crystals lining the cracks in the tiled floor providing an eerie light source. 
He made his way through the corridor and found himself inside a gigantic hall filled with carvings and a sword mounted on a pedestal. He made his way through the hall staring at the carvings. The carvings were depicting some sort of strange scene. A battle of some sorts spreading from what looked like Gryffonia all the way to Equestria. Gryffons, Alicorns, Minotaurs, Foxes, Buffaloes and even what looked like dragons were battling against an army of strange creatures. Rather than being carved out of marble like the other carvings, the strange creatures were carved of what looked like black glass. They seemed to be humanoid in form and shape, but each one was different. They looked like jumbled masses of different parts of all the creatures. One particular scene in the carving though caught his eye. It depicted what looked almost like a Draconnequis carved in black glass and red crystal as well and an alicorn carved out of ivory and gold. It seemed like they were battling each other with swords, but it also depicted something else. They were both crying.
Aside from all of the wall carvings and the sword mounted atop the pedestal, the place had no other such structures except for a gigantic insignia on the floor depicting what looked like the royal family's seal, a golden sun, a purple moon with a black star within it's curve and a blue circle with green splotches on it, which he figured must have been Equestria. There was a slot in the middle of all three with cold air blowing through it, perhaps there was something underneath it?
Discord moved on to the sword. If the insignia was some sort of puzzle then he wasn't interested, He didn't do well with puzzles.
The pedestal was carved out of pure marble with swirls of ivory, gold, black glass, and red stone in it. The sword rested atop the pedestal with some words underneath it. There were two verses. One carved in red steel which looked extremely familiar to him for some reason, and one in gold Equestrian reading "The sword of the Golden knight, the demonsbane, he who protected the weak then slew them for the-" the rest was etched out, unable to be read. 
The blade itself was made purely of red steel lined with black chrome which led down to it's worn out ivory hilt carrying a dark purple crystal as it's pommel. 
Discord then noticed something. The sword's blade fit the size of the slot on the floor's insignia perfectly.
"Geez, its like its straight out of a story book or something..." said Discord bemused as he took the sword and slipped it into the slot. For a few seconds nothing happened, but after a while, the insignia started to compress into stairs leading into the darkness below. The sword it seemed started glowing purple and was giving off a dark red aura. It was bright enough that it lit up the whole room. He took the sword with him and used it as a lantern as he roamed down below into the black abyss. 
It was quite the same as the hallway before him only it was lined with black glass and red crystals. The deeper he went, the more it started to come to light to him, the symbols he saw back in the pedestal room was ancient Draconian. His mother had taught him a little about it when he was young in the hopes that if there were possibly any surviving Draconians out in Equestria he could've been able to communicate with them.
The hall led even deeper until eventually Discord came upon more primitive backgrounds. The black glass and red crystals were fading in and out and was being replaced with sandstone and dirt. It wasn't long until he found himself in a massive cavern with thousands upon thousands of caskets and impressions in the walls holding bones of fallen ponies. Catacombes. He figured as much. There was one tomb however that caught his eye. A gigantic black fireglass tomb in the middle. The pony he was chasing earlier seemed to be looming over the tomb with a strange aura emitting from him. 
The pony looked over his shoulder and saw Discord. For a moment and to Discord's surprise, the pony wasn't entirely a pony at all but rather was some sort of strange humanoid creature. One like that of a griffin, or a dragon? He really couldn't tell. 
When the figure had noticed him, the thing charged out of the door behind Discord with surprisingly lightning fast speed and began running down the hallway. 
Discord gave chase and yelled after the figure. "H-Hey! Stop!". Discord felt strangely embarrassed. As though yelling 'Stop' would've made the figure slow down or comply at all. The two gave chase towards each other until they reached the exterior of the cave and flew out into the snowy whitelands below. 
Discord gave out a last burst of energy and tackled the figure to the ground and tore the cloak off of the thing. 
Discord stared in disbelief as the very thing before him gritted it's teeth at him. 
A mirror image of discord himself, except with varying limbs and colors and hair shaved on one half of his head leaving the other half to fall dramatically to his left side of his face. It was another Draconnequis. 
The 'other' as Discord's brain commanded to be comfortably told, pushed Discord off of it and ran off like a cur into the raging blizzard of the mountain top. 
Discord didn't even give chase as he was too stricken to even move. 
Were there more like Eris and him out there? Could there have possibly been a village or a society somewhere filled with other Draconnequis? If so, why did that Draconnequis skulking around the castle? What did Discord have to do with any of it? Was his new life in danger? 
There were so many questions left unanswered. 
After a few minutes of sitting in the cold pondering, the hypothermia eventually got to Discord and his icy cold skin eventually began to sting from the freezing air. 
Discord decided to get up and go home. It was a long night.

Twilight gasped when she saw the symbols and the cave. It was no secret that her specialty was knowledge and uncommon ordeals. She had one of the keenest eyes in Ponyville and had been responsible for solving many a predicaments with swift judgment and accurate observations. She had seen some of those symbols before in the myriads of books she'd dug through in the library. Something about Demons and Angels. She'd recognized the unreadable words on the wall as ancient Draconian language. She'd seen it before on her way to the Dragon nest, when Spike had gone and visited the friends he'd made during the great Dragon migration. But what were Draconian texts doing in that cave? And after years of occupancy in Canterlot, why hadn't anypony found that cave yet?
"Discord... did you notice something when you'd entered that tomb?" asked Twilight.
"No, why?" he asked.
"There was something strange about the bones in the impressions in the catacombs..." said Twilight anxiously.
Discord and Eris leaned in closer in curiosity. 
"The bones were scattered and mismatched.... Limbs of a donkey... A Dragon's wing bone... A set of sternum, vertebrae and ribs from a griffin... Almost all the bones were mismatched..." said Twilight in disbelief.
