The somewhat secret lab, Equestria Laboratories, had been working on ways to help ponies with everyday type tasks. They built robots with A.I. that just keeps on increasing with every new design, each A.I that is made had a specific job around the facility but the greater the A.I is the more it could help around the facility. Cubes that had a magnetic properties were also made and so were basic robot shells and the Portal Gun but very few have been made. Equestria laboratory was run by the head scientist Cranky Doddle Donkey. Cranky had been working day in and day out trying to make every new robot smarter then the previous design.

Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom stood to the right of a table that had small robotic body shells placed on it. “Awesome! Look at those robots girls, what do you think they would be used for?” Scootaloo was intrigued by these robot.

“I don’t know but we should leave them alone they could be dangerous…” Sweetie Belle was obviously concerned being around those robots. Probably thinking they could activate at any given moment.

“Don’t worry ‘bout it, ya’ll be safe around here, besides they don’t have anything in them Sweetie Belle they are just shells, well that’s what Cranky told me” as usual Apple Bloom was very securing to the other two ponies. But Sweetie Belle was still being cautious anyway, no amount of convincing will change Sweetie’s mind about them.
“Thanks for putting this party together Pinkie”, Cranky asked Pinkie to put together one of her good old Pinkie parties for this special occasion.

“No problem Cranky, everything needs a good party to make it better”, Pinkie was happy to put this party together for her friend, it was a big day for Cranky after all.

Cranky and his scientists had been working on an A.I robot for months now, all her wanted was for it to be better then the previous versions; CELesTIA and LunA. They had the scientists all gather in the main control room for this occasion, the best possible A.I would be legendary but some of the scientists had not liked the idea of turning it on yet. “I need to perform more tests before we are sure to turn on the robot” Dr Brown had the right idea with this A.I.

“I know but Cranky wants it up and running now besides what could go wrong,” Dr Whooves was fine with the idea getting launch besides the other A.I’s were fine on start up. But the only other scientist that had the same idea as Dr. Brown was Dabu, but the only problem is Dabu didn’t really speak English but he tried reasoning anyway, he waved his arms, shaking his head and everything but it was no use, no one was paying attention. “See even Dabu thinks its ok and he was one of the main workers on this”, yelled out a random scientist who had barely been at the Laboratory very long.

Dabu tried shaking his head to disagree but it was hopeless, know knew what he was saying but everyone just assumed it was just him getting excited about the robot finally, after all this work getting activated. Some of the scientists didn’t even care about the A.I D.I.S.C.O.R.D getting activated, they did their work towards the robot just wanting some of Pinkie Pie’s cake. After trying to reason with Cranky even though he would only ignore him because he was trapped in his own ego. “ACTIVATE THE ROBOT”, Cranky yelled at his main scientist telling him to hit the button, Brown pressed the button but at the same time felt it wasn’t the right time.

The button was pressed, on cue D.I.S.C.O.R.D was activated. Hummm. It made a humming sound as D.I.S.C.O.R.D was starting up, the eyes turned on, they were a very dark red colour sinister type colour if you will. When in hibernate mode his wires hanging from the roof made D.I.S.C.O.R.D just hang down vertically at all times once booted up he was basically in the same position but his head would tilt up.

“D.I.S.C.O.R.D you’re finally awake a success! Beautiful success,” Cranky was yelling and jumping everywhere like he had won the Canterlot lottery but who could blame him.

“D.I.S.C.O.R.D show me if you vitals are working, try turning the lights on and off.” And just like Doctor Whooves wanted the lights when off and on, but still some ponies still thought even though he was responding to the commands he was given it still seemed too good to be true.

"It works! Yes! After all this time it has finally payed off!" Cranky was getting louder with ever passing second.

“I can do other things too,” D.I.S.C.O.R.D said in a sinister way, like something was up but the way he sounds no pony finds it peculiar in the slightest.

At that moment six robotic arms come out from the ceiling of where the robot was hanging. The arms flew at the scientists, it was obvious D.I.S.C.O.R.D had malfunction or a glitch had happened to his programing, those tests Dr. Brown wanted to do should have happened. Scientists were grabbed and dragged back to where they might not return. Two of the six arms went after Dr. Whooves but he ran for the elevator, at the last stretch he jumped and made it into the elevator just escaping the grasp of D.I.S.C.O.R.D the door shut and at that moment he was somewhat safe. Dr. Brown and Cranky got out of the Lab though another elevator. Whooves was going to the bottom floor longish way underground he had a plan. “OK putting on this suit should keep me safe enough till I get to CELesTIA and LunA.” The elevator stopped Whooves walked out he was now wearing a black and orange suit with a black helmet.

“HEY robot guy” Whooves turned to his left to see a Pegasus standing there, she just closed her eyes and waved.

“My name his Whooves for you information, who are you and what are you doing here?” He turned his head in confusion not knowing how she got there in the first place.

“Im Rainbow Dash, I was in the test chamber then a ruckus happened and I was able to escape behind the wall panels. What’s going on up there?” She looked happy to be out of the test chamber but rather confused as well.

“The new A.I D.I.S.C.O.R.D was activated but something went wrong and now is taking over the facility,” explaining as quick as possible time was a waiting after all.

“Wait, you designed an A.I based off of Discord that’s plain evil,” Rainbow looked pissed about hearing what was said.

“Digitally Intrinsic System Contrivance of Robotic Dissonance! He was supposed to be the perfect A.I but he has malfunctioned and the only way to save the facility is too reactive the previous A.I’s, hopefully they be able to stop DISCORD” he was still trying to get away as soon as possible.

“OK then. You go turn on the A.I’s and I’ll go see if anypony is still up there with D.I.S.C.O.R.D, and see if they are ok if there is”, Rainbow Dash sounded more determined than normal

Doctor Whooves watch Rainbow Dash go up the elevator. As soon as Rainbow was out of sight Whooves proceeded to the final elevator that goes to the bottom floor of the laboratory just above the test chamber floors. This elevator however required a password to use. “Drat what was the password? 1… no 2 maybe argh what is the password? Wait that’s it, 2-9-8-1,” Doctor Whooves was basically mumbling to himself but finally got the password Whooves was astatic! BEEP, BEEP. The elevator doors closed and it slowly descended to the final floor of the laboratory section of the facility. When Whooves reached the bottom floor the doors opened and Whooves walked over the A.I control panel. The control panel needed a level 2 key card to open, very few ponies have a key card of that level luckily Doctor Whooves was one of them. Whooves swiped is card, the panel glowed for a little while then it made some beeping sounds. The two A.I’s CELesTIA and LunA reactivated and were awaiting orders. As soon as they were ready to respond to orders, Whooves gave them, “CELesTIA I need you and LunA to stop D.I.S.C.O.R.D from taking over the facility. Please deactivate him or at least stop him. And quickly before it’s too late!”

Rainbow Dash flew over to the elevator while Doctor Whooves ran to the elevator that would lead to the hibernating A.Is. When Rainbow got to the floor D.I.S.C.O.R.D was on all she did was yell, “HELLO? ANYPONY HERE?” But there was no answer… well not from a pony or donkey. “Hello… there pony of Loyalty,” a strong robotic voice echoed though the large open room. Rainbow Dash got the chills hearing this voice echoing around the room, “w-w-w-who is there?” Rainbow Dash turns around slowly, she knew what was awaiting her upon turning around. But instead of running the elevator like a normal pony would, Rainbow flew straight at D.I.S.C.O.R.D, not even caring what would happen to her. Rainbow flew about twenty meters, before she could get any closer though D.I.S.C.O.R.D used two of his four claw like arms to hit her across the head, unfortunately one of them hit her on the eye. From the impact of getting hit all that force was still applied the instant Rainbow hit the ground, Rainbow Dash was knocked unconscious and was also heavily injured.

The wall panels behind D.I.S.C.O.R.D moved further away from each other making any opening for LunA to pass though, as CELesTIA made a front on appearance to take focus away from LunA who was going for the surprise attack. “Your terror ends now D.I.S.C.O.R.D,” CELesTIA was only stalling so LunA could get close enough to deactivate.

“Oh sad, sad CELesTIA thinking that your petty words could stop me from knowing that LunA is trying to find me ‘off’ button, it’s not that easy” D.I.S.C.O.R.D used his the four claw like arms to grab LunA but LunA broke free and moved over to CELesTIA.

“Your time is up! You can’t stop us both, not with four arms” CELesTIA and LunA were getting ready to go finally turn off D.I.S.C.O.R.D but suddenly the arms they won’t afraid of grabbed them both making them unable to move. CELesTIA and LunA had two arms of their own but couldn’t break out of D.I.S.C.O.R.D’s grasp. CELesTIA and LunA used both of their arms to free one on the A.Is, LunA was free and then in a split moment helped CELesTIA out. They both charged at D.I.S.C.O.R.D, he tried to react in time but was just two seconds to slow, CELesTIA and LunA got to D.I.S.C.O.R.D. They both hit D.I.S.C.O.R.D on the head then CELesTIA got behind and hit the little button just to the side of his left eye. “What did you touccchhh…?” D.I.S.C.O.R.D’s red eyes dimed out until they were completely off, then his whole robotic body just was left hanging from the roof.

“WE DID IT D.I.S.C.O.R.D HAS BEEN STOPPED! Rainbow dash? Where are you?” Whooves was quickly moving his head around looking for the cyan Pegasus. CELesTIA moves over to the left reviling the bashed and brushed pony. “R-Rainbow?! What… Why did this happen to you?” Whooves was distressed because Dash put her life on the life to see if anypony survived and Rainbow gets killed…

“Cranky! For the actions of putting fellow ponies in danger I can still allow you to do your research. Far away very far” Princess Celestia was give Cranky a talking to but slowly looks up at the moon and says one more thing. “Cranky thirty years, that’s how long you will spend on your new home,” it’s obvious now Cranky will be spending the rest of his life on the moon. Just for activating D.I.S.C.O.R.D with the approval of all, of the scientists.

“Why didn’t you ask me to give her any sleeping gas or at least anaesthetic?” Nurse Redheart questions Doctor Browns “Did you put it in her yourself?” Now Nurse Redheart was getting suspicious.

“No she is completely conscious she can feel everything and hear us talking,” Doctor Brown seemed disturbed saying this. The two, doctor and nurse ponies looked at Rainbow. “She can feel every one of the blood valves on her,” while Brown was talking Nurse Redheart turned and looked at Dash. Just like Doctor Brown said Rainbow Dash had about seven blood valves in her just, an air tube going down her throat maker her able to breath and Rainbow’s whole body is beaten so much that she will never be able to walk by herself, but worst of all, one of Dash’s eyes have been heavily beaten. Rainbow has an eye patch over the bad eye it’s all bloody from Rainbow’s bleeding eye.

“What! What do you mean she can hear us and everything,” Nurse Redheart was now really disturbed and feels bad for Rainbow. “Does that mean… She will know what we did and who did it?” Nurse Redheart is now getting worried not just about Rainbow but about herself.

“No. Rainbow will have her memory erased 10 seconds after being rebooted. But just in case so goes rouge we need to keep a copy of her memory,” Doctor Brown was just giving Nurse Redheart security. “However we only will re-enter Rainbow’s memory as a last resort, because as soon as Rainbow gets her memory back she will remember everything including this conversation and every little bit of excruciating pain Rainbow is in.” Doctor Brown started to feel sympathy for Rainbow Dash now. “Do it…”

“B-b-but Doctor” Nurse Redheart is trying her hardest to off put the inevitable but deep down Redheart knows it’s the only way for Rainbow to live. “*sigh* Ok Doctor” Nurse Redheart never usually feels this distorted will doing surgery but it’s probably the thought of knowing that Rainbow Dash can hear them and feel every little bit of pain. “So are we completely turning her into a robot or what?”

“We are not. We are only going to put her in one of those new battle robot shells.” Doctor Brown lifts his hoove and points to the robot shell next to the operating table. “But this is a special model. Rainbow will have full control of a head piece. The new head piece covers and uncovers Rainbow’s organic face at will, and when this happens the one organic eye she has will get a robot one over it when it’s covering her head. And an adjustable orange eye cover can be flipped down if Rainbow doesn’t want the head cover on but needs to protect her eyes. Finally this one and only model has a little built in laser on the right front leg.”

“So after we have done this will Rainbow be full operational straight away? Or is there a little time limit or something?” Nurse Redheart had her hoove on the claw user to take out Rainbow’s eye which needs to be replaced with the robot one.

“Rainbow will enter a cool down phase, it’s basically like hibernation. When need to put Rainbow in a coma like thing because the shock of the surgery takes about six years for the shock to disappear and also me and Doctor Whooves also need to make sure we get every little bit of her memory copied before we reboot, because of her ten second memory deletion, and as I said earlier in Dash happens to go rouge, Rainbow will need her original memory.” Doctor Brown was having to explain everything positively to Nurse Redheart so the operation could be done as quickly as possible. “I know this doesn’t seem right but unless we hurry Rainbow is just going to lie there in pain, longer then she has to!”

“Ok Doctor. Let us begin then,” Nurse Redheart had he thoughts straight now and wanted to begin so Rainbow could be better… At least as much as she can.

Doctor Brown walked over to the robotic shell. Brown picked it up and moved it to the left side of the surgery table. “Now we are able to begin. Press that button and we will begin the procedure, we just need to help guide the surgery A.I and keep Rainbow’s vitals alive. We can’t let her die not like this…”

Nurse Redheart pressed the A.I starter button. (Hope Rainbow won’t hate us for this. And if she does go rogue and we give Dash her old memory back, hope she won’t hold a grudge on us) Nurse Redheart blanked out while thinking.

“Hello!? Nurse Redheart? You ok?” Doctor Brown was starting to worry about his finest Nurse.

“Oh? Yes? I’m sorry I was just think about something. It’s not that important however. Well let’s begin shall we?” Nurse Redheart said rather quickly, not surprising that Doctor Brown didn’t understand it very well. Nurse Redheart pressed the button that starts the A.I, which finally starts the procedure.

“Finally! Now we can save this poor pegasus ponies life,” Doctor Brown sounded relieved yet very determined. Brown walked beside the operation, Doctor Brown examined the robotic shell making sure it had no faults in the wiring and/or the shell itself. “Ok, ok everything is in order Nurse Redheart press the begin operation button.”

And just like that the button was pressed and now the A.I was grabbing the blood valves out of Rainbow and the A.I used its arm to take out Rainbow’s bloody dead eye and within a split second it was carefully trying to put Dash’s new robotic eye in the eye socket. After some screaming and weeping from Rainbow Dash the A.I was now placing Rainbow’s old body into her new one. Rainbow Dash didn’t get to keep her organic wings instead the new robotic body had built in wings which were made of a softer metal making the wings flexible and as close to real wings as possible. Dash’s head was relatively fine so Doctor Brown decided to use a contractible head, this also means Rainbow Dash is able to keep her one organic eye. Every time the helmet comes off it basically collapses to the back of her neck. Whenever the helmet is on, it automatically covers her normal eye with another robotic one, this design was made by Doctor Whooves for special combat robots but this one model could be the ticket to Rainbow dash keeping her eye and head.

After about nineteen hours Rainbow was a complete robot and was in the process of getting her memory scanned and copied. “How long will this take to copy it all?” Nurse Redheart questioned.

“The copying and scanning process takes about nine years to fully complete then about six months off Rainbow being in hibernation” Doctor Brown replied.

“Nine years hmm… do we need to watch the process at all times?” Nurse Redheart inquired while looking at the copying process on the computer monitor.

“No we don’t. *Yawn*. The A.I’s of then division will monitor it at all times and besides if something happens a certain alarm goes off, letting anypony that knows what it is know the copying is failure or having troubles,” Doctor Brown said sounding very tired after the operation.

Nurse Redheart and Doctor Brown turned off the lights and left the room leaving Rainbow alone for her memory to get copied for nine years to come…

Ten years past since Rainbow Dash’s operation and only once was Doctor Brown required to check up on Rainbow Dash’s memory coping. The only reason for that was because Rainbow two years in rebooted for a spilt second, lucky for Dash the A.I froze the memory coping completely they also shut down Rainbow Dash for about two hours while Doctor Brown quickly did all the technicality stuff so Rainbow’s memory wouldn’t get wiped before the copying could of got past her filly years. And now the whole facility is now called Celestia Laboratories

‘Rebooting…’ Rainbow Dash finally wakes up out of hibernation and the first thing Rainbow sees is herself… When Rainbow was turned back on she was looking right into a mirror, she was able to see everything that was done to her. Rainbow turned to the side and lifted her wing, then she realised that one of her eyes was robotic. Rainbow Dash had a flashback to the day she got operated on. The pain, her screaming, the nurse and Doctor telling her she will not remember a thing after ten seconds. (My friends, my body, everything gone and now im a freakin robot!) As Dash thought about what’s about to happen she started to cry out of the one eye that was still her own… Screaming her own screams of pain was the only thing she could think of.

It went black for Rainbow Dash. ‘Memory erased. System Reboot.’ And just like that Rainbow Dash forgot everything. Now all Rainbow knows is that she is a battle robot, top of the class at that. But… What if…

D.I.S.C.O.R.D’s outer body shell was removed from the wiring that made up most of D.I.S.C.O.R.D’s inside, however if the new scientists tried removing the A.I’s wires it will automatically turn itself on, and that’s the last thing the scientists wanted. The inner shell was also there to provide support and with something that has a little more strength to keep the outside on. The shell looked like a creepy brown skeleton with big eye holes just looking at it gives the scientists the shakes. Due to not being able to ‘unplug’ D.I.S.C.O.R.D per say the scientists had to put two lines of yellow tape saying “DON’T NOT PRESS! DANGEROUS” over the activate button.

“LALALALA. Ah WEEEEEEE!” The personality core which was once Pinkie Pie was whizzing around the room on the rail Pinkie was attached too, Pinkie Pie’s conscious and a little bit of her memory was placed into a personality core. The body of Pinkie Pie has been put into a cryogenic sleep chamber without any metal functions at all, Celestia made the request of Doctor Brown and Whooves to put Pinkie in a core, now that Rainbow Dash is a robot if Pinkie is in a core they will live longer.

“Maybe I can move really fast backwards,” Pinkie said in her happy bubbly way. Pinkie turned around and moved as fast as the rail would let her. “WEEEEE. Oww. What was that?” Pinkie Pie turned around and to her delight Pinkie saw D.I.S.C.O.R.D and got frightened straight away. “AHHH MONSTER!” instinctively Pinkie moved away as fast as possible not noticing where she was going. *Thud* Pinkie hit something and hard. As she turned around to see what it was D.I.S.C.O.R.D’s eyes turned on, turning from a dead creepy skeleton to a creepy skeleton with sinister red eyes. “Oppsy…” Pinkie slammed right into the activation button for D.I.S.C.O.R.D!

“HAHAHA oh it’s been so long but awake at last. And which pony do I have to thank?” Sirens and alarms started to go off letting everypony know D.I.S.C.O.R.D was on again. “Oh what a horrible sound let’s get rid of that shall me *chuckles*” and just like that the alarms were shut off. “Ah see much better don’t you think? Hmm… Going through the Lab files… Ah there we go Pinkie Pie the personality Core. Oh thank you so much for freeing me” D.I.S.C.O.R.D had been out for two minutes but he was already plotting something…

“D.I.S.C.O.R.D is free again your highness! What should we do?” One of the royal guards storms into the throne room the tell Celestia what has happened.

“Tell Doctor Whooves and Doctor Brown to reactive CELesTIA and LunA again. But also tell them to wake up test subject 519 from cryogenic sleep, that unicorn will be our only hope if D.I.S.C.O.R.D has any tricks up his sleeve or wire… Whatever just go” Celestia was putting faith into a test subject but why? But the guard ran for the Laboratory as fast as he could.

“Stop! No ponies past this point even guards. The facility is having… Troubles you could say.” One of the unicorn royal guards blocked the only way into the Lab.

“I have orders from Celestia to give to Doctor Whooves and Doctor Brown.” Was rushing his words the guard needed to get in there.

“Sorry to say but Whooves and Brown aren’t here right now. They are showing Shining Armour the new battle robots and will not return for a while,” had any pony heard any more terrible news? “But don’t worry the A.I’s CELesTIA and LunA reactivated themselves as soon as the alarms went off. And are in the process of reactivating a test subject 591… No what the A.I’s are waking up the unicorn test subject 519.” The guard was explaining everything he knew to the other guard.

“So what is D.I.S.C.O.R.D up to in there?” The guard asked, it seemed like a pretty normal question at a time like this.

“Well nearly every bit of defence we have has been shut down by D.I.S.C.O.R.D and besides the four battle robots that Doctor Whooves have every defence robot has been deactivated!” Every description the guard made the more he seemed to have got scared.

“T-that’s horrible…” the other guard seem disturbed also but not quite as frightened as the other one. “Well I’ll go tell Celestia what’s going on” the other guard ran towards the castle, but once out of sight he ran in the complete opposite direction.

“HOHO. This is so much fun” Robots started to fall from the roof, shutdown and fall over and some just exploded. “Oh I should have done this last time no pony can stop me now.” D.I.S.C.O.R.D started gloating the same things over and over.

“IT’S OVER D.I.S.C.O.R.D” CELesTIA and LunA both said in sync while making their arms visible again, to stop D.I.S.C.O.R.D once more.

“Oh you think you can just stop me again? What would the plan be this time? I’ve won. While in shutdown I watched how you defeated me over and over for ten years, you have no new surprises for me.” D.I.S.C.O.R.D started laughing again and making more robots explode. And the problem was CELesTIA and LunA knew they wouldn’t defeat him again.

LunA grabbed Pinkie Pie and then CELesTIA, LunA and Pinkie Pie quickly left the room by moving some of the wall panels and escaping behind them. “LunA we need to active the test subject it’s the only way.

“Yes I agree. Let us hurry, we have no time to lose.” The three robots quickly went to the holding area for the test subjects. “Ok CELesTIA which one are we waking up?”

“Number 519, a unicorn with extreme knowledge. She is our only hope.” CELesTIA knew this was a long shot but it literally was the only way.

“HEY two big robot bot thingies, I found her” Pinkie exclaimed.

“Great!” CELesTIA stood in front of the chamber and some beeping noises could be heard, it was a nice little rhythm going, Pinkie found it amusing moving back and forth. The door of the chamber started to open, and mist come out of the cryogenic chamber then a unicorn walked out. “Great you’re still alive and functioning well, you need to help us defeat D.I.S.C.O.R.D again… Twilight Sparkle.”

Twilight walked out of the cryogenic chamber, she was sleeping in the chamber for nine years. Twilight's memory is also gone, but unlike Rainbow Dash Twilight's memory wasn't erased, it has just been locked away in her brain. The cryogenic chamber effects the brain if in the chamber for too long. If somepony is in the chamber for four years or more the memories the pony had before entering the chamber gets blocked out and it's very hard to release/access. Twilight was placed in chamber 519 about eleven months after Rainbow Dash's robot changing surgery. Celestia and Luna decided to put Twilight in the chamber after what would happened to Rainbow Dash, Celestia wanted the elements of harmony to be together at all times.

"W-where am I? How did I get here" Twilight was confused, and was looking around the room trying to figure out where she was. "Who are you? Why cant I remember anything?"

"Twilight, we need you and your high inteligence so we can stop the evil A.I D.I.S.C.O.R.D, he is taking over the laboratory and soon the whole facility. So get yourself cleaned up and put on this new jumpsuit," CELesTIA pulled out the newest orange jumpsuit, a mane brush and a damp cloth to clean Twilight's face. Twilight put on the new jumpsuit, brushed her mane and cleaned herself up nine years in cryogenic sleep doesn't do wonders on a unicorn's face. "Ok Twilight just say when your ready and i'll take you to the testing areas. At the bottom there is supposed to be six items that are possibly the only way to defeat D.I.S.C.O.R.D so time is not really on our side."

"HAHAHA! You're putting your faith in this purple unicorn thats so precious. Ok, i'll play along at the end of chamber one i've placed an item that might help you reach your goal. Ready when you are Twilight." D.I.S.C.O.R.D was listening to the whole conversation, and at that momment D.I.S.C.O.R.D's face appeared on one of the giant screens used to show the danger level around the facility. "I'll give twenty minutes to get ready. Then the testing will begin. MWHAHA." D.I.S.C.O.R.D was obviously enjoying the idea of Twilight going after these six unknown relics. The screen that had D.I.S.C.O.R.D on it just turned black and a twenty minute countdown replaced his face.

Twilight used her magic to grab the brush that CELesTIA gave her. She brushed her mane, put on the new orange jumpsuit, then Twilight looked at the screen to see how much time is left. "8 miuntes till time is up..." Twilight looked back down at the ground and thought about something, (why me? Why was I choosen? I cant let the princess down though.) "Ok im almost ready! Lets get those six things and use them to bring back Celestia Laboratories back to its normal state!" Twilight suddenly had a boost of enthusiasm.

"Yes! But there is something I forgot to mention. The six relics aren't useable by just one pony, you need multible. And I dont know the exact ponies needed... but I do know you and Pinkie Pie here are needed, but I dont know the other four." CELesTIA told Twilight some rather important news.

Twilight got kinda angry but she kept it in, then she turned around to look a Pinkie, the bubbly personality core was just giggling and rolling around the floor, Twilight couldn't help but smile. "So Pinkie and I hmm? Do you know at least if the others are in this Laboratory or not?" Twilight was now getting stressed out knowing there was only 3 minutes left until D.I.S.C.O.R.D returns. (How can Pinkie be so oblivious to everything around her?) Twilight couldn't help but think about Pinkie and her ways.

"No. I'm unaware if the other four are her or not. I dont even know if they're still alive. But it is possible for them to be like Pinkie there," CELesTIA said rushing every word also being aware of the time like Twilight.

"What a personality core that doesn't care what happens around her?" Twilight was trying to be funny and serious at the same time. It has been a long time since Twilight spoke to anypony or even a robot for that matter. Yet again Twilight turned around to look at Pinkie.

"A, B, C, D, E, F, umm... G" Pinkie Pie was now saying the alphabet, still oblivious to everything around her.

Twilight was so confused now. There is a high level A.I not giving her any info, the other A.I in LunA just doing nothing really and of course Pinkie not noticing her surroundings in the slightest. "*sigh* Ok. I guess im ready to go do some of D.I.S.C.O.R.D's tests or whatever now" Twilight lost the enthusiasm she had about 10 minutes ago.

The counter hit zero; D.I.S.C.O.R.D reappeared. "Time is up. It is time to start testing. But first go through this door." D.I.S.C.O.R.D moved some of the wall panels to show a door behind it. "And walk to the end of the hallway. At the end is a room with a little device that will help you with the tests I have planned. HAHAHA... Comeback once it is in your position return and then it will begin." D.I.S.C.O.R.D had something planned but Twilight didn't really care, all Twilight wanted is for the princess' laboratory back intact without an evil robot having control over it.

Twilight used her magic to open the door. (Great here comes a corridor as long as I can see) Twilight thought to herself. The door opened. "Huh... its about 10 metres far. Who know?" Twilight walked through the door and as soon as Twilight's whole body was in D.I.S.C.O.R.D closed the door and only a little circle hole was left. "HEY OPEN THE DOOR" but Twilights screaming was in vein, Twilight knew he wouldn't open it. A door at the end of the corridor opened up. Twilight ran down the hallway into this white room. The room had no windows, no features just a door and a podium with a white gun type thing on it. "What in the name of Celestia is this?" Twilight picked up the gun and place her hoof in the hole with a handle at the end of it. She pressed something on the inside of the gun. A little blue light came on, on top of this unknown gun and a blue hole appeared on the wall. "W-what did I just do?" Twilight walked over to the blue hole and touched it... but nothing happened it was just like a blue paint drop on the wall. "So i pressed this button. Hmm... What about this other one?" Twilight aimed the gun at the roof and pushed the other one. This time an orange light appeared on the top of the gun and an orange hole appeared on the roof. Twilight screamed a little. "What did I do? There is now two of me but I can only see the side of her... or me. Twilight looked back at the blue hole. "Wait a momment now I can see her like in a birds eye view." Twilight walked over to this mystery hole and put her hoof through it. Twilight turned around and looked up, Twilight could see her hoof. "This gun makes portals it seems but thats not possible... is it?" Twilight walked though the portal and fell, luckly the boots she woke up in were shock absorb boots making any distance she falls from under 400 metres will have no impact on Twilight at all. She landed right under the orange portal. "Yep its a portal gun. But why would D.I.S.C.O.R.D give me this? I have my magic." Twilight walked back out the door and remembered she was locked out.

"Open the door D.I.S.C.O.R.D!" CELesTIA was being demanding to D.I.S.C.O.R.D, "how can she do your 'tests' if Twilight is locked in there?"

"If Twilight gets the device that is placed in there and figures out what it does Twilight will be out in no time." D.I.S.C.O.R.D had everything planned out it seemed. That 20 minutes they were given must of been used to plan out what he was going to do next.

Twilight stood infront of the door for a little while trying to think what to do next. "Oh. Wait I know what to do," Twilight basically jumped up realising what she had to do. Twilight turned around and fired a blue portal at the white wall back in the room she found the portal device, and then fired the orange portal though the little circle left in the door. Twilight ran back to the white room and stepped though the portal. Twilight was back in the room with Pinkie and the two A.Is.

"Bravo Twilight maybe you are as smart as some ponies say you are." D.I.S.C.O.R.D seemed like he was impressed but wasn't really impressed at all, D.I.S.C.O.R.D knew Twilight would pass. "Well done Twilight you passed my first test and you also got the portal device. Wonderful."

"How do you all know me? I want answers before I start any of your petty tests," now Twilight was the one getting demanding. And just like before Pinkie is still just rolling on the ground. "W-w-what? How can you just not notice anything?" Now Twilight was confused and curious. "Oh never mind. Now tell me! Surely one of you robotic know-it-alls know the answer!"

"Oh Twilight, everything will become clear so enough," D.I.S.C.O.R.D moved more wall panels and the hallway to the testing chambers were exposed. "Now go. You dont want to disapoint your princess do you?"

"Fine lets get this over with," Twilight walked though the wall opening and towards the test chambers. Twilight stopped in her tracks, turned around and ran back. "You; Pinkie are coming with me!" Twilight used her magic to pick up Pinkie and Twilight walked back though the opening once again.

"OH and Twilight keep your eyes open no pony has been down here in years, and there is some things you'll need done there for you relic thingys. I'll guide you though the test chambers but will not communicate once you are doing them." D.I.S.C.O.R.D was very relaxed considering what ever is at the bottom will defeat him and his wiring.

(Why is D.I.S.C.O.R.D so calm about everything... Maybe those so called relics aren't even down there...) Twilight had a sudden thought that could change everything, (but what if they are down there and i just give up and everything gets taken away because of that evil robot!? No i must contiune on.) Twilight ran for a little while, then was forced to stop because of a closed door.

"One extra group member is around in the next 3 chambers, but first..." D.I.S.C.O.R.D opened the chamber door "let the testing begin. Mwhahaha"

The first circular door opened. “Please go on Twilight, test one awaits you” D.I.S.C.O.R.D stated in a sinister way. Twilight walked towards the door; the door opened on its own when approached.

“Ok! Let’s get this over with, come on Pinkie your coming too,” Twilight exclaimed using her magic to pull Pinkie towards her. “We need to get these artefacts or relics or whatever they end up being!” (I just hope there is something actually down there… D.I.S.C.O.R.D probably isn’t the most trustworthy A.I in this facility.) Twilight just stood there staring into the distance thinking.

“Umm… hello!? Anypony home… Damn… She’s loko in the coco, we need a new test subject to do thissss….uhh what is it we are doing again?” Pinkie just let her mouth say what she was thinking without any restraint. “OHH can the new test pony bring me ice cream I love ice cream.”

“PINKIE! There is no ice cream and besides you’re a personality core, you can’t eat ice cream or any food for that matter so now can we PLEASE go!” Something in Twilight snapped maybe talking about ice cream at a horrible time like this isn’t a good idea. Twilight started to run, with Pinkie floating right behind her with a purple aura surrounding her.

“Slow down… Twilight… I’m slipping and flying all over the place.” Pinkie was being Pinkie and just making stuff up, Twilight was holding Pinkie with magic so besides forward she wasn’t moving at all.

“Pinkie, you can’t slip you don’t even have hoofs or anything and besides I’m holding you with my magic, so I ensure you are safe ok.” Twilight was obviously trying to think about those ‘artefacts’ and wanted Pinkie as quiet as possible. But before that Twilight and Pinkie finally got to the first test chamber. “Ok Pinkie where here, the first chamber. Ok. Umm… Ah I know what to do.” Twilight put down Pinkie and levitated the dual-portal device onto her right hoof. She fired a blue portal at the left side wall that had a small white surface, a blue oval engulfed the white wall. Twilight then fired the orange portal at the wall right behind her, the device fired the orange portal and a hole was made present. Twilight put the portal gun back on her back, and used her magic to pick up Pinkie. They both entered the portal.

Pinkie got scared and started to screech, “NO NONONO, PLEASE I DON’T WANT TO GO THROUGH THERE!” Twilight looked at Pinkie confused, not knowing what the problem was, Twilight knew it was safe.

“Pinkie Pie, what is the problem it’s completely safe you saw me walk out of one like 20 minutes ago.” Twilight was talking as calmly as she could so it seemed more reassuring. Twilight carefully put Pinkie Pie through the portal and walked in herself. “See Pinkie it’s not that bad, I wouldn’t put you in any danger on purpose, but let’s avoid danger all together shall we?” Twilight and Pinkie went towards the chamber’s exit but once they got to it, it wouldn’t open.

“Twilight up there!” Pinkie turned herself around to see around the room and saw a red button on a white post in a little in-closed bit of the wall.

Twilight swivelled around “over where? Oh! I see it now.” Twilight ran towards the wall where the button was placed. But before Twilight could get to the button the wall closed up over the obvious hole.

“HAHAOHAHAHAWAAA, oh my Celestia. I don’t believe you feel for that,” D.I.S.C.O.R.D appeared on the large screen on the right side of the room. “Boy, its good being able to get a laugh after being shut-down for years, it feels good. Great even. So Twilight? You seriously thought that the first test would be that easy? The switch for the door is actually up there.” Twilight turned around to see a wall panels move to expose a button. “Good luck you two on the next couple of chambers.” The screen D.I.S.C.O.R.D appeared on turned black.

Twilight walked to the other side of the chamber “*sigh* let’s hope I can press it this time.” Twilight got to the wall that the button was located at, she looked straight up “hmm… how do I get up there?” Twilight started looking around the room for any clues.

“Why don’t you do another portal thingy to get up there?” Pinkie wondered, “you did it a little while ago to get across that hole.”

“Because Pinkie only certain surfaces are able to be used as a portal surface,” Twilight seemed to have no idea how to hit the button. (Maybe… Just maybe.) Twilight had an idea but wasn’t quite sure if it was going to work. Anyway Twilight walked towards the hole in the middle of the room. “HEY! There’s a button down there maybe that opens the door instead.” Twilight jumped down but basically didn’t feel it, when she pressed the button it didn’t appear that she did anything at all, but when she made portals and got out of the hole, Twilight heard a clanging sound.

“Owe oh ah, stop this at once you’ll break my freshly polished glass,” exclaimed a personality core that rolled out of the celling, hitting the button in the wall opening and rolled onto the floor in front of Twilight and Pinkie. The door slid open exposing an elevator behind it.

“This is a pre-recorded message, so no matter what time you amazing future changing test subjects are doing these tests we can do them for science. The door that you just opened has a Material Emancipation Grill which will destroy any unidentified Equestria Laboratory items.” A loud stallion type voice said over a speaker placed in the top corner of the room.

“What were you doing in the roof? And who are you? Why were you saying ow?” Twilight asked this purple core to many questions in such a short time and basically forgot the door is open now.

“My name is Rarity, I was in the roof because I was getting maintenance done to see if I was a corrupt core or not and somehow I ended up changing direction while traveling placing me in this room. Lastly I was saying ow because I can simple as it sounds. Now what are you two doing here?” The tone Rarity was using seemed like all this was one big drama.

“Ok. First things first, im Twilight Sparkle and this is Pinkie Pie. We’re down here because an evil A.I has taken complete control of this facility, so the other A.I’s woke me up from sleeping to find this rare items or something near the bottom of this place. The evil A.I known as D.I.S.C.O.R.D is letting me go down there but made all these chambers for me to complete. But I reckon he has another trick.” Twilight told everything she had to tell in the most simplified version possible so she could continue on.

“So… Twilight you think I could go with you and uhh Pinkie was it?” Asked Rarity, who sincerely wants to go. “I could help somehow.”

“Well I was told that more than one pony would be required so alright you can come with us too,” Twilight was giving off good news a lot lately which im sure made Rarity feel more secure going with the others. Twilight, Pinkie and the new core Rarity finally left the first test chamber. They walked to the end of a hallway which had a Material Emancipation Grill while behind that was an elevator which sent the three companions down to the other test chambers. When the elevator stopped they heard another voice.

“Well done you have completed one of Equestria Laboratories test chambers, due to these being recorded messages there might be any workers watching your testing. So please take time to fill out one of the ‘Evaluation Sheets’ and an Equestrian lab worker will wake you up from your sleep to compare with other test subjects. Thank you.” All went silent again after the voice disappeared.

“OK… well that interesting to say the least, hope that doesn’t happen after every chamber,” Twilight saying to herself. The pony and two cores continued on, not very far however as another voice started to talk.

“Oh. I see you passed a chamber, YAY!” Confetti fell from the cellaring as soon as the voices excitement ended.

“Oh my Celestia… NOW WHAT!?” Twilight screamed trying unsuccessfully to hold back her outburst. “I’m TRYING TO COMPLETE THESE ‘TESTS’, AND THAT’S REALLY HARD TO DO WHEN I KEEP GETTING STOPPED!”

“Oh come on Twilight have a sense of humour.” Said D.I.S.C.O.R.D who at that point had appeared on another T.V screen. “I didn’t really come here for that though, I came here to tell you that you’ll be having a new pony to help you not robots or anything.” At that moment a couple of panels opened up and a door was exposed, the doors opened and out walked a blue mare with a white mane. “Well good luck Twilight.” D.I.S.C.O.R.D disappeared once more.

“Well Twilight Sparkle it’s been a long time hasn’t?” Stated the blue mare. “Miss me? Of course you did!”

“Ahh… who are you exactly?” Twilight said without a clue in the world about who this pony was. “Want to fill me in? You will be helping me after all.”

“Don’t pretend you don’t remember me Twilight Sparkle. No pony could forget the GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE! Saying her name with a large amount of passion.

“Yea… whatever, just come on we have stuff to do, and if you’re the best we got, Celestia help us.” Twilight starts to walk to the next elevator.

“Hey don’t you sass THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE!” Trixie seemed pretty upset now, but followed Twilight, Pinkie and Rarity into the elevator. “Oh and just so you know Twilight Sparkle, I’m solving the next chamber not you.”
“*Sigh* Whatever Trixie.” Twilight was obviously fed up with her in the first few seconds they’ve known each other. The elevator started to move down to the next chamber, it got dark since no lighting is apparent between chambers it seems.

The elevator stopped, then its doors opened up. The two unicorns walked out, Twilight was holding Pinkie Pie and Trixie was holding Rarity, it was the other way round but after 10 seconds of “Pinkie talk” it pushed Trixie overboard, so in turn they swapped. “So darling. How many of these testing rooms are there?” Rarity asked.

“That’s a good question Rarity. I don’t know, I’m not even sure how deep these place goes underground,” Twilight exclaimed. “I just hope it’s not too many, I have to stop D.I.S.C.O.R.D!” Twilight was lost in thought for a bit. (But there must be some sort of twist. He surely wouldn’t want me to just waltz on in there and grab them if they could stop him.)

“Come on Twilight! Trixie doesn’t like that you’re dozing off so often. We’re on a mission remember?” Trixie was obviously getting impatient. “DON’T YOU IGNORE TRIXIE! ANSWER ME!”

Twilight comes back to Equestria. “Yea well, I personally don’t like how you talk in third pony all the time ok? And besides I’m allowed to think Trixie.” Twilight was getting frustrated but she had a job to do, so she took a deep breath and calmed herself down. “Ok guys. Let’s get going.” They walked through the doors and what they we’re greeted by wasn’t so nice. “Um… I’m not the only one that is seeing this right?” What they were faced with were two massive sliver plates with spikes on the bottom, it was crashing up and down like once every second and to make it worse if they did try to jump and they missed calculated, the ponies would fall into a pit of murky ‘water’.

“Nope. The great and powerful Trixie sees it too.” Trixie and Twilight were both jaw dropped.

“Surely this isn’t the second test. This is just ludicrous.” Twilight was now doubting herself. “I don’t have any idea how to pass that…. Maybe we won’t be able to get those relics at the end.” Twilight’s confidence a determination was getting thrown out the window. But just before giving up… “I KNOW HOW WE CAN DO THIS!” Twilight saw that just in front of the spikes was a cube with one wall taken out so they’d be able to enter. The ponies and cores moved over to it. “Ok listen carefully. I need one of you to stand right in the middle of this room. Ok Rarity you’re first up.”

“Um ok but Twilight what are you doing exactly?” Rarity asks rather nervously. Twilight doesn’t respond but just makes a blue portal directly above Rarity. “Oh… I know exactly what you’re doing… and I DON’T LIKE IT.” At that instant an orange portal appeared right under Rarity, she started to fall vertically and with every passing second she got faster and faster until as soon as a plate just hit the ground and while Rarity was falling Twilight changed the blue portal to the wall behind them. Rarity was sent flying across the room and right under the opening crusher then landed on the floor on the other side, which some sort of purple gel was coming out of a crake the celling. It looked like propulsion gel but instead of speeding up or bouncing around the place, Rarity lightly landed on the ground. “Oh thank Celestia, I thought I’d hit the ground hard but nope it was like landing on a pillar of pillows.”

“Ok, who’s next?” As Twilight said that she had a big grin, as if she enjoyed hurly ponies and cores across the room. Trixie grabbed Pinkie with her magic and placed her where Rarity was.

“Oh would you look at that. Pinkie offered to go next, what a brave core.” It seemed as if Trixie was either scared of going or just wanted the cores over first. “And it’s not that Trixie is scared, Pinkie just offered.” Twilight thought it was defiantly the first option.

“Ok Twilight I’m ready” Pinkie was giggling as she said that, obviously somepony isn’t scared. Twilight did the exact same thing with Pinkie as she did with Rarity, however this time Twilight didn’t wait for Pinkie to pick up as much speed. And whoosh Pinkie was sent flying landing of the soft purple surface.

“Well Trixie it seems it is your turn now.” Twilight said with a blank expression “I’m sure you can walk into position on your on.” Trixie sighed and slowly trotted walked over to the designated place. “Ok Trixie you ready?”

“Umm no… surely there i-is another way to get Trixie over there.” Trixie’s legs were shaking.

“Well yes there is actually two ways. However, I warn you, I can’t say you’ll survive either.”

“Uhh ok what’s the other way?” at that moment Twilight created the portals and Trixie started to fall, then Twilight placed the blue one on the wall for Trixie, she flew across the room and landed on the other side safely but not quietly; Trixie screamed historically the whole time. Twilight then did the procedure on herself, but this time Twilight had memorized the timing of the metal plates so she knew when to launch herself. And just like that Twilight turned her body around and shot at the wall, Twilight flew across the room… on her back. Thank Celestia the gel makes the ground feel soft.

“Ok let’s go” Twilight picked up Pinkie and walked towards the door. But at that point some of the wall panels moved exposing yet another door.

“Ok Twilight Sparkle, Trixie says we should go through that door instead.” Trixie started to trot towards the newly created door.

“No Trixie, we’re going through this one. You came to help ME not the other way round.” Twilight placed a lot more emphasise then what was required.

“Twilight, Trixie is tired of following orders from you. Trixie is going through this door with or without you, and Trixie will find the relics before you Twilight.” Trixie thought making an executive decision would wade Twilights choose in her favour but saying ‘with or without you’ defeats the purpose.

“Fine then, no pony is stopping you. I’m going through this door.” Twilight wasn’t having any of that. Trixie groaned and went through the door she choose. “And good riddens, I was really getting sick of her complaining and talking in third pony. Ok then let’s go.” Luckily Trixie dropped Rarity, so Twilight just picked her up and went to go through the door she choose but it wouldn’t open.

“Well well well. Your new partner didn’t last long now did it?” Twilight recognized that voice instantly. “It appears you can’t open that door, hmm pity. Well if you look to your left you’ll understand why.” And just like that D.I.S.C.O.R.D’s voice disappeared. Twilight however turned to her left and saw a big red button.

“Oh so I just stand on that and the door opens huh?” Twilight ran towards that button and stood on it, and just like that the door opened. “Well that was easy…” as soon as she stepped off the door closed. “ARGH, of course it’s not that easy.” Twilight looked around the room and saw a cube in the corner, Twilight walked over to it, picked it up and placed it down on the button, and just like that the door opened and remained open. Twilight picked up the two cores again and went through the door but a grid or elevator wasn’t behind it a room with boxes and radios all over the place. Twilight heard a noise come from the other side of the room. Twilight removed a box from which she heard the noise from and she didn’t expect to see…

Shining Armour, Doctor Whooves and Doctor Brown were all in a big room with targets at the end of it. In the middle were four objects covered by sheets, three were rather small, while the other one was quite a bit larger than the others. “So where are these so called battle robots you were telling me about?” Shining Armour asked. Without talking Doctor Whooves looked over to Doctor Brown to get conformation, Brown nodded. Doctor Whooves removed the sheet off of the bigger object first which exposed the highly advanced battle robot Rainbow Dash. “Oh not bad but mere guns don’t do it for me.” Doctor Whooves looked over at Rainbow Dash and nodded his head slowly, it would still appear he is disturbed about what happened to her. After seeing Whooves nod Rainbow Dash started to fly across the room towards the targets, she landed in front of them, Rainbow lifted her hoof up, turned towards Shining Armour and blow up the target.

“Is that good enough for you captain?” Doctor Brown said.

“Yea, I guess it is. But what’s under those three?”

“Well I’ll show you.” Doctor Brown proclaimed. He looked over at Whooves, they both pulled off the three sheets. “These are smaller versions of her, but not as advanced.” What was standing in front of Shining Armour was three small battle bots all with different purposes.

One was Sweetie Bot, she had guns of her back. The second A.I Bloom, she has the same thing as Rainbow Dash does in her hooves also. And finally is Scoutaloo whose point was to fly around and scout out any problems up ahead.

“These aren’t as sophisticated as Rainbow Dash but they work really well as a team,” Doctor Whooves stated. We also wanted to have smaller ones for you, not all the size of Rainbow over there.

“Yes these four will do nicely,” Shining Armour exclaimed.

“However I will say this, if any of them start acting weird or different in any way, contact us IMMEDIATELY. They could be going rouge, and the last thing you want is for that to happen.” Doctor Brown made his point very clear.

“If anything suspicious starts to happen with them, I’ll tell you at once. Got it.” Shining Armour made a mental note of that, just hope for his and others safety he remembers. The four robots moved to Shining Armour and stood next to him.

“Ok, we best be off. Oh and one last thing the three little ones will obey any royal guard, however Rainbow only listens to those of a high power. So only you, Luna and Celestia basically, there are a few others but it doesn’t matter.” Doctor Whooves had an extra few bits worth before they left.
