Dear Flash, this is my 11th letter I have sent to you. I don't know if you have read the others, but I am a huge fan of yours. I love your music and I hope to be as famous as you some day. I hope that you can teach me some of your secrets to success, and maybe help me with my music as well. I know you have probably heard this from hundreds of thousands of fans, but I promise this one is different. I also am sending a flash drive with one of my new demos on it. I hope you listen to it, and I hope you love it. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read this. Present Day... LCA opened his bloodshot eyes and looked around his room. He saw his room that he had left in a mess the night before, trying to finish up his latest track. But through all of this mess, he also saw the picture of his beautiful role model on his wall. She had a flowing brunette mane with golden highlights, and the same goes for her tail. She wore shiny golden aviators that matched her mane and the spots on her flank. Her wings were spread as if she was about to take off into the sky, and fly right off of the poster. He started drooling at the thought of her being there in real life. That would be the greatest day of his life. "LCA, it's time for breakfast!" He heard his mother yell. "Don't worry ma, I'll be down there in a minute!" He yelled back to her. He looked back at the poster on his wall, and smiled. He turned to walk out of the room and head down the stairs to see what his mom had made for breakfast. He walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table to wait for his meal. "How did you sleep?" She asked him. "Not very well, I am trying to finish up my latest track but it isn't really cooperating with me." He replied "I am sure you will figure it out, just be patient." She said, reassuring him. "So what's to eat? I am so hungry I could eat a horse." He said. "Bacon and eggs." His mom replied. "Mmmmmmm, I love bacon." He said, taking in the sweet aroma of the delicious dish. His mother brought over a plate already dished up for him and set it down on the table, before immediately turning and going over to the next room. He slammed his muzzle down into his plate of food and started chowing down on all of it's contents, each bite tasting better than the last. He licked his plate clean, right down to the grease of the bacon. While enjoying the last of his plate's contents, he heard a knock on the door. He got up from his place at the table and walked up to the window near the door. He peered through to see who it was, and frowned at what he saw. "Ugh, it's that annoying neighbor again, can't she just leave me alone?" He asked himself. "C'mon, you should at least try to make some friends sweetie." His mom said. "We have been living here for almost a year and you haven't even made an effort to be social." "Mom, I will be social when I find the right friends for me." He said, giving her an irritated look. He walked over to the door and opened it up slowly. "What do you want?" he asked. "Do you want to come outside and maybe hang out?" The mare asked. This mare was the same age as him. Her name was Derpy Hooves. She obviously had a crush on him, but he didn't like her like that, or even as a friend for that matter. He had been saving his heart for someone else, and he planned on making that happen, even though his role model was five years older than him. But back to the point, this mare wanted him to hang out with her. "This is the thousandth time you have asked me, and I have said no every other time, What do you think I am going to say this time?" He asked She took a few steps back from the doorway, and got a sad look on her face. She hung her head, down towards the ground as tears began to slowly leak out of her eyes. She backed up slowly, and started to turn around to leave. "Sorry to waste your time." She said under her breath, just loud enough for him to hear her. "Oh god." He said quietly to himself. "Look, I am sorry, ok? I am just not in the mood to hang out." "Oh trust me, I totally get it, you are never in the mood to hang out!" She yelled without turning back. She ran off back towards her house, and he slowly closed the door, feeling bad about how he had just handled the situation. He walked back into the kitchen and took his plate in his hoof to the sink. He set the plate in the right sink, which was separated from the left sink by a median. He pushed the spout over to the right side with his right hoof and turned the water on with the left. He let the water clean off the tiniest crumbs that he missed with his tongue, and then turned the water off. He turned away from the sink, and walked back up the stairs, and into his room. > The Big Break > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Two: The Big Break A few hours had passed since LCA had finished breakfast. He was up in his room working on finishing his song, to no avail. He was still having trouble with the ending and couldn't figure out why nothing was working. "Damnit! Why won't this stupid thing just work with me?!" He said to himself. He slammed his head down on his computer keyboard in frustration. He used his arm to slide every paper he had on his desk into his garbage can. He lifted his head back up, and he got up from his desk chair. He walked over to his bed and lied down face down on the pillow. He turned his head and looked at the small digital clock on his bedside table. It read 3:43 PM. He turned his head back face down into his pillow, and fell asleep without another sound. ------------------------------------- LCA woke up to the sound of a doorbell. He looked around, feeling groggy. His vision was blurry, and he couldn't quite make out the time on his clock. He used his hooves to rub his eyes and see his clock. He looked at his clock with a confused face. The clock read 1:37 AM. "Who could possibly be at my door at this time?" He asked himself. He got up out of his bed and realized he was still fully dressed, so he started walking down the stairs. He made it down the stairs and looked out the same window he looked out earlier. When he saw who was standing at his door, he couldn't believe his eyes. He rubbed his eyes again to make sure his vision wasn't distorted. His eyes were not deceiving him, and he wasn't dreaming. Golden Flash and a two stallions were on his porch. He ran over to his door and opened up the door to see why in Equestria Golden Flash would be on his doorstep. "Hello?" LCA asked in a very confused tone. "Hello, is this the home of a eighteen year old stallion named LCA?" Golden Flash asked. She was even more beautiful in person... or pony. Her hair flowed smoother than he ever had imagined. And her eyes shined brighter than any picture he had ever seen of her. "Um, uh, y-yes, that's me, what are you doing here?" LCA asked, still confused. "I am sorry to wake you up this late at night, but we need to get going if we want to make it to Lasso Angeles by tomorrow." She said with a small smile on her face. "Wait, you are here to take me to Lasso Angeles, to work with you?" LCA asked, while simultaneously going into shock. "Of course, I heard your music that you sent me on that flash drive and I thought it was amazing. I know you made those many years ago, but if you still have the talent you had back then, I am willing to give you a shot." She said. "Really?! Of course I'll do it, I can't believe this is happening! Let me go pack my things and tell my mom!" LCA said, with a feeling of happiness overpowering his shock. Before Golden Flash could say another word, LCA took off around the house to get his stuff and wake his mother to tell her the news. He ran up the stairs and opened up his dresser drawers to reveal every article of clothing he owned. He grabbed a majority of the clothing and pulled them out onto the bed. He grabbed a suitcase out of his closet and set it up on the bed next to his clothes. He grabbed the clothes and threw them into the suitcase in a giant ball. He zipped up the suitcase and ran down the stairs at the speed of light. He dropped the bag near the open door and ran past to go wake up his mom. "Mom! Mom! You will never believe who is on our doorstep!" LCA said as he opened his moms door. His mother sits up and opens her eyes. She looks at LCA, with a confused look on her face. "What is it? What do you want?" His mom asked him. "It is almost 2:00 AM!" "It's Golden Flash, and she is here to take me to Lasso Angeles to start my music career!" He said with excitement. "That's great honey, now go back to bed, I will see you in the morning." She replied. LCA walked out of her room and walked back to the front door. "So, how did she react?" Golden Flash asked. "Oh, uh, she was totally cool with it." LCA replied. "Awesome, let's hit it then." She replied. One of the stallions grabbed his bag and took it out to the stretch limo waiting for him at the end of his driveway. You locked the door from the inside and took a step out the door. You pulled the door closed and followed Golden Flash to the back door of the limo. Inside the limo, there was a set of seats that wrapped around like a booth, with enough room to fit six full sized stallions. The other stallion opened the door and let both you and Golden Flash step in and take seats in the luxurious vehicle. One of the stallions walked up to the front of the limo and got in the driver's seat. The other stallion walked over to the back door, and got into the same set of seats that you and Golden Flash had gotten into. Golden Flash looked at LCA with a smirk on her face and said, "Well kid, this is it, this is the big break." > On the Way > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Three: On the Way The stretch limo took LCA and Golden Flash to the airport. It was still dark when they got there. LCA had never seen the airport before, he had never even left Canterlot before, besides when he visited his friend Rarity in Ponyville. There were more ponies here than he had ever seen in one place. The limo pulled up to the front drop off point of the airport. Everypony was running around in a crazy fashion, either trying to find luggage, or trying to get to their gate. LCA went to open the door of the limo to get out, but was briefly stopped by the stallion sitting next to him. "This isn't our stop." He said, pushing his hoof away from the door. "Wait, what do you mean? If we don't get out here, we will have to walk further." Replied LCA. "Actually, we have a surprise for you." Golden Flash said, with the same smirk on her face that she had earlier. "What do you have in mind?" LCA asked. The driver pulled forward and turned onto a road with a sign that read V.I.P. Only. They stopped at a booth near the entrance, and the stallion that was driving rolled down his window and showed the pony in the booth a card. The pony in the booth then hit a red button which lifted the gate arm, and the limo pulled ahead. The road went through a tunnel, and opened up into the airport tarmac. There were airplanes taking off and landing on their assigned runways. The limo drove along a road that was parallel to one of the runways. All the way at the end of the tarmac was a small passenger plane. The limo pulled up next to it. "Now this is your stop." The stallion said. "Awesome, our own private jet!" Yelled LCA. "Yep, she's a beauty. She flies like one too." Golden Flash said with pride. The stallion that was driving got out and walked over to the back door and opened it. The stallion sitting next to LCA was the first to get out of the back of the limo. He got out and went to the trunk to get his bags. Golden Flash got out next, and then LCA. He looked around the tarmac to see what else was around. He saw the control tower that was directing the planes that were taking off and landing. He saw several other private jets on standby, and countless full sized passenger planes. "Ready to go?" Flash asked. "Hell yeah!" Replied LCA. One of the stallions loaded LCA's bags aboard the jet and into the cargo hold. A pilot came out from the building near the jet, and unplugged a fuel hose from the side of the plane. He walked over to the steps that led up into the plane and stepped in. He walked up to the cockpit and put a headset on, while setting up the controls. Flash and LCA walked towards the plane, and went up the steps. The inside of the jet was even more luxurious than the limo. Flash turned and walked towards the back of the plane and through a small curtain. LCA followed and found himself in a room like area with four seats, two on each side of the isle, facing each other with a table in between the chairs on each side. Flash sat down on the left seat furthest away from the curtain, and LCA took the seat closer to it, facing her. "So are you excited to see Lasso Angeles?" She asked. "Of course, I heard it's amazing there." LCA replied. "It is definitely different from Canterlot, that's for sure." She said, looking out the window next to her seat. LCA did the same, and saw the two stallions leaving in the stretch limo to go get off the tarmac. The pilot cut through the radio to speak. "Is everypony ready?" The pilot asked. "Yeah, I think so." Flash said while holding a red button on the wall of the plane near her seat. "All right then, here we go. We have already been cleared for take off." Said the pilot as the plane engine started to roar. The jet slowly backed out of it's parking spot on the tarmac near the airport, and made it's way toward a runway. It turned onto the runway, and then stopped. The pilot did some last minute checks and radioed the control tower. "Ok, we are ready, are we still clear, over?" He said into his headset. The radio crackled and the control tower answered, "Yes, you are clear and ready to go." "Copy that, over." the pilot replied. The plane's engine roared to life yet again. The jet started moving slowly down the runway, and picked up speed quickly. The plane reached 400 miles per hour and left the ground. LCA looked out the window at the night sky and Canterlot as it slowly got smaller and smaller until it was almost invisible. He turned away from the window when Flash broke the silence. "Well, you better catch some Z's kid, you have a busy day tomorrow." she said. "Yeah, I guess I should." Replied LCA. "Hold on, before you do, I have something that might help block out the jet engine." She said, as she reached under her seat and into her bag. She pulled out two pairs of wireless Beats headphones. They were DJ Pon-3 themed. She tossed one of them over to him, and he pulled out his iPhone and activated his Bluetooth. The phone connected to the headphones instantly and he put them on his head, and she did the same. Flash reclined her chair back as far as it would go, until she was practically laying down. LCA pressed the button on his chair to make his seat recline, and it slowly slid to the same position as hers. They both fell into a deep sleep. > Lasso Angeles > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Four: Lasso Angeles The engines rattled as the jet flew at high speeds over several states, and the Griffon Mountains. It was about six in the morning when the plane started preparing for landing at the Lasso Angeles International Airport, or LAIA for short. The captain broke over the speakers to get the attention of Golden Flash. "This is your captain speaking, we are about three minutes away from landing." The captain said. There was no sound from the other end. "Hello, anyone alive back there?" the captain asked. There was still no answer. The captain realized his attempts were futile, so he just concentrated on starting his landing procedure. He flipped a switch which opened up the landing gear, and made sure his flaps were down to slow his approach. The moment the wheels touched the ground, both LCA and Golden Flash jolted awake. "Gah! What in Celestia's name was that?!" LCA asked, as he bounced out of his seat. "I think we just landed, but that was rough." Replied Flash. "He needs to take it easy on those landings." "Yeah, tell me about it." Said LCA, rubbing his head. By the time they had finished complaining about the landing, they had just pulled into the planes loading and unloading spot. The door opened into steps that led down onto the tarmac. The captain stepped out first and took a look around. About twenty feet away from the steps was a limo, much like the one back in Canterlot, that was waiting for LCA and Flash. The pilot turned around to look at us. "Well this is it. So kid, are you excited?" The pilot asked. "Of course I am excited!" He said, running down the steps to get a better view of the airport. Flash laughed as she followed him down the steps at a much slower pace. LCA took a good look around. Not too far off in the distance, he saw several tall buildings, and hundreds of smaller ones. Two stallions dressed just like the ones in Canterlot got out of the limo, and walked over to the jet to unload LCA's luggage. He continued to stare at the city in awe. "This is amazing, I thought Canterlot was big, but this is just crazy!" He said, without blinking. "Yeah, I remember the first time I saw Lasso Angeles." Flash said, reminiscing. The two stallions loaded up all of the luggage into the back of the limo and started up the engine. "Ready to go?" One of the stallions asked before he got into the driver's seat. "Yeah, let's just give the kid one more minute." Flash replied. LCA just stood there, staring at the city for a few more moments. He finally turned around and looked at Flash with an eager face. "Ok, let's hit it!" He yelled. They both started walking towards the limo. The other stallion opened the door for them and they all stepped in, Flash first, LCA second, and the stallion last. The driver started heading towards a tunnel similar to the one at the Canterlot airport, which led off the tarmac. They went through the tunnel and up past the booth, then turned right, towards the city. The drive to the city was about 15 minutes. On the way there, LCA saw mansions, manners, and houses that he had only dreamed of seeing. He saw many famous ponies too. TheLivingTombstone, MictheMicrophone, Glaze, and many others all lived along that strip that led into town. "Hey kid, you see the giant mansion at the end of the strip closest to the city?" Flash asked. "Yeah, that house looks amazing!" LCA said, peeking out the sunroof. "Well that is my house, where you will be staying with me." She said. "No way, that is awesome!" Replied LCA. The limo pulled into the 50 yard long driveway that looked like it could hold twenty cars comfortably. The limo pulled to a stop in front of the house and the driver hopped out. He came around the limo and opened the car door. The stallion got out first, than Flash, followed by LCA. He took a look around as soon as he was out of the limo but his observing was cut off. Flash gave him a tap on the flank. "C'mon, let's go in the house, before the paparazzi gets here." She said in a slightly panicked tone. Just as she said that, a crowd of ponies came running up the driveway towards them. They both ran towards the door and got inside just before the crowd attacked them. The two stallions that were unloading the limo were swamped with ponies and questions from reporters and journalists. Flash looked out the window and let out a small chuckle at the sight. The two stallions pushed through the crowd without saying a word and made it to the front door. They fought back the still growing mob of people and finally made it inside the house. "Do you want us to show LCA to his room?" Asked one of the stallions. "No, that won't be necessary, I can escort him myself, you two are dismissed for now." Flash replied. The two stallions walked into another room to sit down and get a rest in. Flash turned to LCA. "Want to see where you will be staying?" She asked him. "Yeah sure, sounds good." He said. She started up a beautiful spiral staircase that seemed to stretch on for miles. LCA followed close behind, admiring the view of Flash he got from this angle. "She has got a really nice flank." He said to himself in his head. He finally made it to the top of the staircase and he saw several different rooms, all with different themes. One had a music theme, one had a gaming theme, etc. He looked into the gaming room and saw everything in gaming he could have imagined. PS4's, XBOX 1's, the works. The lights were off and there were neon lights hung everywhere. The walls were painted black to make it darker, and there were two 64 inch TV's on the wall. He turned around and peeked into the music themed room. One wall was painted blue, and the other three white. On the blue wall, there were several Vinyl Records hung up. Below that was a giant desk with mixing and mastering equipment on it. On the desk was also a desktop and a laptop, both had countless music programs installed on them. Four pairs of Beats headphones sat on the desk as well. There was one 34 inch tv mounted in the corner. After seeing this one, LCA new he didn't even have to look at the others. "I will take the music themed room please." He said to Flash. "Ok, sounds good. You can unpack and get settled in, we leave to head to the studio in a few hours, so you can meet some of the other stars." Flash replied as she started walking back down the staircase. LCA walked over and jumped up onto the king sized bed. He set his bag down next to him and he threw his head back on the pillow. He pulled the covers around him and got comfortable. "Man, this is the life." He said to himself, as he drifted off into the best nap of his life. > Meet the Players > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Five: Meet the Players LCA was awoken by the ringtone on his phone, which he had set on top of the dresser before taking his snooze. He looked at the clock that was sitting on the bedside table, it read 3:17 PM. He hopped up off the bed, and walked over to the ringing phone. He looked at the screen, and felt slightly sick to his stomach. It was his mom. he slid his hoof across the screen to answer it. He held the phone up to his ear and braced for the verbal assault. "Where in Celestia's name are you!?" His mother screamed into the phone. "You wouldn't believe me if I told you ma." LCA replied. "Do you think this is some kind of game?!" His mother asked, still screaming. "Ma, my dreams are finally coming true. Golden Flash stopped by the house late last night, and told me to pack up to head to Lasso Angeles." LCA said, in his most hopeful voice possible. "That is about as believable as there being a TV show about us in some other universe that we don't know about." His mother said, starting to calm down. "I bet you are out with those hooligan friends of yours." "But ma, I am telling the truth!" LCA replied. "Oh sure." His mother said sarcastically, "I am going to use the Find My iPhone to figure out just where you are." LCA lifted his unoccupied hoof up towards his head, and berried his face in it. "Ok ma, you do that. You will see just where I am." His mother wasn't listening. She was too busy looking through her iPhone to get to the Find My iPhone app. She pulled it up, and typed in her son's phone number. After a few seconds, the location popped up on a map. It showed his phone, right on the edge of Lasso Angeles. His mother lifted the phone to her ear. "So, you weren't kidding then." She said quietly. "Not at all." He replied. "I woke you up and said goodbye late last night, but you were kind of out of it." "Well, as long as you are safe, I am happy for you." She said, in a now kinder tone. "Don't worry ma, I will be fine." Said LCA. "There is nothing to worry about." "Ok honey, I love you." "Love you too ma, I will talk to you soon." He hung up the phone, and let out a sigh of relief. Just as he did, he heard hoofsteps coming up the stairs. He peeked out his bedroom door and saw Golden Flash approaching. "Ready to go to the studio and meet some famous ponies?" She asked. "Sounds good to me." He replied. "Awesome, lets get going then." She said, as she walked back towards the stairs. Flash and LCA walked down the stairs and out the front door. They quickly walked to the limo, where one stallion was in the driver's seat, and the other was holding the door open for them. They got in, and the stallion got in behind them. They spun the limo around in the giant driveway so they could go forward down it. They drove to the end, and turned left, deeper into the city. LCA was once again in awe at the sight of the city's many tall buildings and busy lifestyle. He stared out the window at the different ponies walking through the streets, each one very different from the rest. About twenty minutes later, the limo pulled into the parking lot of a decent sized building. "This is it kid, ready to meet them?" Flash asked LCA. "Yeah, totally. Who is recording today?" He asked her. "Let's see, I heard TwentyTen and Vinyl were in the studio today." She replied. They both hopped out of the limo and went up to open the door. LCA ran a bit ahead of her so he could open the door for her. She gave him a smile and walked through the open door, and he walked in after her. The lobby was lit up with blue lights, and platinum records hung on the walls. They walked up to the front desk, which had a single pony sitting at a computer. She looked up and saw Flash first. "Hello Flash, how are you?" The mare asked. "It's been too long." "I know, I know, I have just been busy is all." Flash replied. The mare turned her gaze over to LCA. "And who is this?" She asked. Flash leaned in closer to the mare's ear. "He is my new music partner, but don't tell anybody, it isn't public yet." She whispered. "Fresh meat for the album, huh? The mare asked. "Is this permanent or temporary?" "Permanent for now." Flash said. "Awesome, so what brings you two here today?" The mare asked. "We want to talk to TwentyTen and Vinyl, so I can introduce him." Flash said, with a smile. "Oh, ok. I will let them know you are coming up. TwentyTen are on the third floor right now, recording some stuff for Moving On, and Vinyl is also on the third floor, recording something, working with her producer, Sim Gretina." The mare said. Flash and LCA walked over to the elevator and pressed the up button. The elevator came down after a few seconds, and the doors slid open. They both climbed in, and Flash hit the button for the third floor. The doors slid closed, and the elevator started heading upwards toward the third floor. The doors slid open again when the elevator reached it's destination. They stepped out and turned right, walking towards the room at the end of the hallway, where TwentyTen was recording. Flash knocked on the door, turned the doorknob, and slowly opened the door to head in. None of the artists were in the recording booth right now, but they were all in the room. "We have been expecting you." MictheMic said to Flash. "How have you been?" "Busy with everything going on, preparing for my new album and everything." She replied. LCA couldn't believe his eyes. In front of him stood four of his musical idles, not counting Flash. This couldn't be happening to him. This must be a dream. "Who's your little friend there?" Glaze asked, pointing a hoof towards LCA. "Oh, that's actually the main reason I am here today." Flash said. "Everybody, this is LCA, my new music partner. He will be working on my new album with me." "Are you sure he is good enough?" TheLivingTombstone asked. "He seems kinda young to be in this business." "I knew you would say something like that," Flash replied "so I brought this." She tossed the flash drive with LCA's demo on it. Glaze caught it in her hoof, and walked over to the computer. He plugged it in and opened the folder. She pressed play, and the demo started. "Wow, that is amazing!" A voice said from the doorway. "Who's demo is this?" Everypony in the room turned to see Vinyl Scratch walk into the room. As she did, she slid her glasses up to her forehead using her right hoof. "It's LCA's, he made this." Flash said, with a smile. "When did you make it, just now?" Vinyl asked. "That takes some serious skill to put together what you did." "Actually, I made that demo when I was twelve." LCA said, with a slightly cocky smirk on his face. "Wow kid, I am really impressed. You are almost as good as me." Vinyl said, returning his cocky smirk. "What do you say you come to my place and we talk music after the party tonight?" "Wait, what party?" LCA asked. "Tombstone is throwing a party tonight at his place on the Musician's Strip." Vinyl said. "Assuming you are living with Flash at the moment, you already know where that is." "Sure do, are we invited?" LCA asked. "Everyone is invited." Tombstone said. "Awesome, what do you think Flash, wanna go?" LCA asked. "Sure, sounds like fun." Flash replied. "And what about hanging out with Vinyl after, is that alright too?" Asked LCA. "That is fine with me, but be ready for tomorrow, don't drink too much at the party, and don't get too kinky with Vinyl tonight." She said with a laugh. LCA's face turned a bright shade of red as everybody in the room laughed at the joke. "Don't worry'" Flash said, "I am only messing with ya." "Ok, well we better get back to recording," Glaze said, "but it was nice talking to you Flash." "Yeah, same hear, I am swamped," Vinyl said, "but I am sure I will see you two at the party." "Ok, sounds good." Said LCA. Flash and LCA walked out of the room, with Vinyl following close behind. They walked to the elevator, and Vinyl walked past them back towards her recording studio. LCA and Flash went down the elevator and back out to the limousine, which was still waiting for them. They hopped in, and Flash gave LCA a smile. "So, what did you think?" She asked him. "That was awesome, all of my music idols in one room!" He exclaimed. "Well, today is about to get better," Flash said, "because we are going to go rock the town." > Rock the Town > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Six: Rock the Town The limo turned around and pulled out of the parking lot, driving even further into the city. LCA looked out the window, and again fell into a state of awe. Ponies, Zebras, and Griffons lined the sidewalks, going wherever they were going, doing whatever they were doing. Some of them turned their heads, and watched as his limousine went by. "You think that is attention, wait until we are walking around out there, and going in the stores." Flash said, staring out her own window. "Well, they will be there for you, they don't know me yet." Replied LCA. "Actually, we are announcing your part in our next album, so you are famous by association." She said to him with a smile. "Trust me, you will have the mares all over you." LCA, turned his head away, feeling his face turn bright red. "That's nothing to be embarrassed of, you know." Flash said as her smile faded. "I am sure once we get out there, and make the announcement, you will be just fine." "Well, I am not much to look at." LCA said. "With all of this pink and purple, they might not even think I am into mares." "But have you looked at the ponies in this city for one second?" Flash asked. "They are all very different in so many ways, you will blend in just fine and the mares dig pink." "I guess you're right, let's just see how this goes." LCA said, dropping the conversation. The limo pulled up to a spot in front of the cinema, where hundreds of ponies had gathered around, waiting for the two of them to get there. There was a red carpet, blocked off by barriers made of piping. All of the ponies were cheering, and looking over one another to get a better view of the limo. The stallion in the back with LCA and Flash opened the door and got out first. The second the door opened, cameras started flashing. After the stallion got out, Flash got out, followed by LCA. All of the ponies started cheering even louder than before. LCA felt a rush of pride, mixed with adrenaline pulse through him. He had worked so hard to get to this moment, and he had finally made it. But something didn't feel right, something was off. He knew what it was as soon as the feeling hit him. What did he do to get famous, they don't know him yet, he hasn't performed. Flash started walking up the red carpet, with LCA close behind. Some of the ponies held Sharpies in their mouths, eagerly waiting to ask for an autograph, which would come after the announcement. They made it to the stage and Flash went up to the podium first, while LCA and the other stallion sat down in chairs near the back of the stage. "Fillies and Gentlecolts, as you all know, I am starting my new album this week. You all asked me to do something special, so I decided to bring up an upcoming artist." She looked back at LCA and gave him a wink. "Today, with me, is an amazing DJ, one of the best I have ever heard!" She exclaimed. "I brought him here for you to see him today, and so he can show you what he is made of!" She pointed a hoof off the stage to the right, where a full set of DJ equipment was set up. "Please welcome, LCA!" She yelled to the crowd. The crowd roared to life at her words. LCA got up and walked to the podium, and Flash took his place in the seat. "So, I actually had no idea I was performing anything until right now." LCA said, chuckling into the microphone. "But, if I can't do this, then what is the point of being on her album right?" The crowd once again roared to life as he stepped down from the podium and the stage, and walked towards the Dj equipment. He was nervous, he could feel his heart pound inside his chest as hundreds of eyes looked at him. He went around the equipment and set it up, he looked through the records he had, but didn't find anything spectacular. He found a record that he had used once before, called Lectro Dub - Fallen, and pulled it out from the small stack. He got it all set up, and looked over to the board, readying it for mixing. Once he was finally ready, he looked back up towards the crowd. They were all still just standing there, staring at him. He took in a deep breath, and let the song start. He knew the song was slow at first, and picked up as it went on. The base drop was very weak, so he decided he would spice it up. As the base drop approached, LCA tweaked several different switches on the board, and let the bass drop. The base dropped as if it had fallen into the Grand Canyon from space. The crowd cheered as the music went on, and LCA finally felt a small piece of satisfaction. The rest of the song went on perfectly, as he pressed buttons, and spun other records into the song. Before he knew it, the song ended and the crowd went crazy. Flash ran down the stage and ran over to him, embracing him in her hooves in a huge hug. "Nice job kid, I knew you could do it!" She said, still hugging him. "They loved it, I can't believe they loved it." LCA said, with his heart still pounding. "C'mon kid," She said as she let go of his neck with her hooves. "we have a party to get to." > Time to Party > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Seven: Time to Party The crowd was going crazy as LCA and Flash stood behind the Dj equipment. He still couldn't believe that they loved it so much. "We better get going if we want to get to the party on time." Said LCA. "Yeah, I agree, and we still need to get ready." She replied. "Follow my lead." Flash started walking back down the red carpet that had been laid out, and LCA followed. They got back to the limo, and got in the back. The limo started up, and took them back towards the mansion. Ten minutes later, they were back inside the entry way of the mansion. "Ok," Flash said, "you have two hours to get ready, and then we will head over, and remember to bring the stuff you are taking to Vinyl's private after-party." "Ok, I will make sure to pack what I need." LCA replied. LCA went upstairs and into his room. His bag was already on his bed, so he grabbed a few pieces of Dj equipment, and packed them in the bag like a Tetris pro, saving as much room as possible. He ran downstairs, and into the wine cellar. He found the best red wine that he could, and brought it upstairs with him. He packed the bottle tightly into the bag, as to make sure nothing happened to it. He pulled out his best vest, and his best pink tie, and put them on. "Looking fancy LCA, you've really outdone yourself." LCA said to himself while looking into the mirror. He sat down on his bed and turned on some music. The sweet sound filled his ears, and he lied his head down on his pillow. He lied there for about an hour and a half before he got back up. He walked out his door and went into the bathroom. He looked at his mane and cringed. "Ugh, that needs to be fixed up." He said to himself. "You can say that again." Flash said from the hallway. "Tombstone said he was starting the party 15 minutes early, so we can leave here in ten minutes." LCA turned to see Flash. He was surprised to see her wearing a beautiful dress fancy enough to wear to the Gala, and her mane curled perfectly, as if she was going to a beauty pageant. "Wow, she is stunning." He thought to himself. "Uh, o - ok, sounds good." LCA replied as he slid his hooves through his mane with mane gel on them. "Are you excited for your date tonight?" Flash asked. "It is by no means a date." LCA said. "We all saw Vinyl, she was getting heated just looking at you." Flash said with a smile. "I don't think so, we are just hanging out, talking about music." LCA said. "Ok, then tell me why you packed that bottle of wine in your bag." Flash questioned. LCA realized he had been caught, and gave in. "Ok, fine, you caught me," He said, "but the way I see it, if this IS a date, I might as well make it a good one." Flash laughed. "Ok, well just be careful. You can pay me the 200 bits for that bottle later." When LCA finally got his mane exactly how he wanted it, him and Flash walked into his room to grab his bag, then downstairs and to the entryway. "Hey, do you want to walk to the party instead of using the limo?" Flash asked. "It is less than a mile away." LCA nodded in agreement and opened the door for Flash. They walked outside, and past the limo, towards the sidewalk at the end of the driveway. When they got to the sidewalk, they turned left and walked towards Tombstone's mansion. Ten minutes later, they were on Tombstone's giant porch, and waiting in a small line. Just as they got into the line, Tombstone stuck his head out past the bouncer. "No, no ,no. You two need to get your flanks up here and into the party. Celebrities and friends don't wait in lines." Tombstone said with a laugh. LCA and Flash walked up past the line and the bouncer. They walked into the mansion, and LCA once again fell into a state of awe. He looked around at the beautiful décor of the mansion. Artwork, and golden albums, lined every wall. The mansion, had a similar layout of Flash's, but the rooms themselves were very different. "If you do that the whole time, you won't be able to enjoy the party." Tombstone said to LCA. LCA snapped out of his trance, and looked at him. "Your date is over there by the way." Tombstone said, lifting his hoof and pointing over to Vinyl, who was dressed in a slightly less formal dress than Flash's. "Go get her lover boy." LCA walked over to her and said hi. "Hey, I see you made it." Vinyl said. "Liking the party so far?" "Yeah, it is pretty great." LCA replied. "You look beautiful." LCA said quickly, in his terrible attempt to flirt. "Well thank you," Vinyl said while blushing, "and you look as handsome as ever." "Thanks." He said. "So who designed this party?" "A mare from Ponyville that goes by the name of Pinkie Pie." Vinyl said. "Apparently she has thrown some crazy parties and Tombstone paid generously for her to design and coordinate this whole deal." "And who is the Dj for this party?" LCA asked. "You and I, of course." Answered Vinyl. Before he could reply, vinyl pushed him towards the Dj equipment with her hooves on his flank. When they got up to the equipment, he looked through his stuff. "Ok, so we have a few songs that we can start out with, that won't require any mixing." Vinyl said. "We can start off with one of those." LCA looked down the column of songs, and saw one that he enjoyed. Beautiful Freaks by Hot Chelle Rae. He pulled it out, and started it up. All of the ponies started cheering and ran out to the dance floor in front of the Dj equipment to start dancing. He had a feeling of satisfaction shoot through him. He watched as the ponies danced like there was no tomorrow, and felt a little bit sad that he couldn't be doing the same. He turned to see Vinyl, bobbing her head to the music, like he had seen her do on TV. "C'mon!" Vinyl yelled over the music, "You have to get into the music for it to be fun!" LCA started bobbing his head, matching Vinyl's bobbing. He soon forgot about everything that was happening, and felt as if it were just him and Vinyl there. She looked up and smiled at him, and he returned her smile. The song started to come to an end, so vinyl pulled out another song. The Devil's Den by Skrillex. She started it up as the other song came to an end, so the ponies would keep dancing. The song started playing through the giant speakers, and the ponies were dancing harder than ever. Vinyl walked over to LCA and pushed him up against the biggest speaker, holding him in place with her hooves. "Do you feel the bass?" She asked with a smirk. "Yeah, but the real question is," In one quick motion he spun her around, holding her up to the speaker, "do you?" She leaned in, and gave him a small peck on the cheek. LCA's face turned more red than a lobster, and some of the stallions that were dancing let out a few cheers for him. His pin on Vinyl had loosened in his daze, and she ran back over to the Dj stand, and started to remix the song. LCA started to do the same, and they worked as the perfect team. They remixed the next few songs flawlessly. A few stallions brought over a few drinks from the keg for them. They drank them down like water, and continued to do their jobs. After several hours had passed, everypony was starting to slow down. Vinyl looked at the time. It read 12:33 A.M. "Hey, do you want to get you of here?" Vinyl asked LCA. "Yeah, totally." LCA replied. The last song ended, and the dance floor cleared. Vinyl and LCA stepped down from the Dj equipment, and started to head for the door. "Oh wait, hold on, I have to talk to Tombstone before we go. I will be right back." Vinyl said as she took off towards the back room. Flash walked up to LCA and put a hoof on his back. "So, did you have fun?" ` "Hell yeah!" LCA exclaimed. "It was amazing!" "Well I am glad you had a good time. Have fun at Vinyl's, I think I am gonna go." Flash said with a weak smile. "Is something wrong?" He asked. "No, I guess I was just looking forward to having someone to be around is all." She replied, "I get lonely in that big mansion of mine." She went to slide her hoof off his back, but LCA stopped her. He put his hoof around her, and pulled her into a big hug. "Thank you, for everything you have done for me so far, I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you." He said still embracing her. "And don't worry, I will be there tomorrow." He let go of her and she slid her hoof down off of his back. Vinyl came running out from the back room, carrying 600 bits. She handed 300 bits to LCA. "There you go, that's your cut." She said with a smile. "Ready to go?" "Yeah, totally." LCA said, "Let's head out." LCA and Vinyl turned and walked out the door. Flash saw something shining on the ground where he had been standing. When she took a closer look, she smiled. It was 200 bits. > The "After-party" > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Eight: The "After-party" LCA and Vinyl walked down the brightly lit street. They were both a little bit tipsy, but not totally shit-faced. As they walked, ponies that had also left from the party told them how amazing they were at DJing the party. It made LCA smile. He was in the place he had dreamed of his whole life, being cheered for everywhere he went, and a mare to go home with. They finally made it back to Vinyl's mansion, and went inside. The mansion was an astonishing size, but LCA played it cool with Vinyl standing there. "So, do you want to go up to my studio?" Vinyl asked. "Sure, that would be great." LCA said. Vinyl started up the grand staircase, and LCA followed. He couldn't help but stare at her plot the whole walk up. He caught himself staring and looked away before she caught him too. They walked all the way to the end of the hallway, and turned into the room on the left. Inside the room, was a small recording studio, and several desks with computers on them. She walked in, and sat down at one of the computers. "Ok, I am gonna need you to go in that booth over there." She said, pointing to the left side of the room. "Wait, you mean we are going to record right now?" Asked LCA, "I don't know about you, but I am kind of exhausted after that crazy party." "C'mon, just give it a try." Vinyl pleaded. "Alright, alright," LCA gave in, "but only once." LCA walked over to the booth, opened the door, and walked inside. He closed the door, and put the headphones on that were hung on a hook connected to the wall near a large microphone. He heard Vinyl talking through a mic connected on the other side of the glass. "Ok," Vinyl said, "let's hear your singing voice. All I want you to do is to sing the words to this song, don't worry, you know the song." She flipped a switch and the song started playing. LCA recognized it immediately. "Cold Wind Blows" by Eminem. LCA knew he could sing, but he couldn't rap one bit. "You're kidding me, right?" Asked LCA. "You want me to rap?" "Hell yeah!" Vinyl yelled. "This is gonna be awesome!" The song played on, and LCA made attempts to jump in and rap, but couldn't do it. He looked up after about a minute of trying, and saw Vinyl, laughing her flank off outside the booth. LCA opened the door to the booth and walked over to her. "So I guess I didn't sound very good." LCA said, jokingly. "No, that was pretty bad, but don't worry, I was just messin with ya." Vinyl said, still laughing. "Ok, now I can show you another room." Vinyl walked out of the room and back down the stairs, with LCA trailing close behind. In between the two grand staircases, was a giant set of double-doors. Vinyl walked over and pulled one of them open, motioning LCA to go inside. He did as he was told, and walked through the door. Inside the door, was a giant room, with every record he had ever seen lining the walls, the whole room. "This is the Record Room." Vinyl said, as she walked in behind him. "So what do you think?" "This... this is... amazing." Said LCA. "I have never in my whole life, seen anything like this." She walked with him around the room, as he marveled at all of the different albums, artists, and designs. It was still setting in for LCA. After all, he wasn't lying when he said he had NEVER seen anything like this. "Are there any other rooms that you would like to see?" Asked Vinyl. "Um, no, I don't think so." LCA answered. "I do, however, have a present for you. If you want to go wait in the living room, I will bring it to you in there." Confused, Vinyl walked out of the Record Room and into one of the many living rooms in her beast of a house. LCA set his bag down and unzipped the zipper. Inside, he found something he wasn't expecting. Along with the bottle of wine in the bag, he also found two crystal wine glasses beautifully decorated with diamond studs, with a note that said, "Your welcome." He thought about Flash, and how she was home alone tonight. He knew he would have to figure out how to make it up to her. He put that out of his mind and somehow, with no physics at work, managed to get everything he needed into his teeth, and carried it into the living room where Vinyl had been waiting. He walked in and set the bottle and the glasses down on the small table in front of the couch that Vinyl was sitting on. "No way!" Vinyl exclaimed. "How in Equestria did you get that?! You can't even buy that anymore, they stopped selling it years ago!" "Oh, uh, I have a secret stash." LCA replied. LCA poured some of the wine into each of the glasses, and slid one over to Vinyl using his snout. She lifted the glass up using her magic. "Man, I wish I was a unicorn, all I have are these stupid hooves." LCA said waving his hooves in the air. "Yeah, having a horn definitely makes life easier." Vinyl added. "You seem to be doing ok without one though." "Yeah, I guess." Said LCA. "I can't do anything about it now, so what is the point in worrying about it?" Vinyl used her magic to lift her glass higher into the air, and a little bit towards LCA. "A toast, to your new life in Lasso Angeles." She said. LCA grabbed his glass in one hoof, again, no physics to be found here, and gently tapped it against Vinyl's. They both took sips, and set their glasses down. They drank the wine down over the next hour, making sure not to go too overboard. At one point, LCA turned, and his eyes met with Vinyl's. She leaned in and her lips made contact with his. She kissed him as passionately as she could, beside the fact that she was rather drunk at this point. LCA returned the favor, pulling her in closer. This lasted for several minutes, until Vinyl broke the kiss. "There is, one, more room I want to show you." Vinyl said. "Sounds like fun." LCA replied. Vinyl took off up the stairs, and ran into the last room on the right at the end of the hallway. LCA took off after her, unable to keep up. He slowed down to a walk, and went down to the end of the hallway. He turned into the door that Vinyl had gone into, and realized what it was. This was a bedroom. Vinyl was lying on the bed. "So, I have seen you spin those records kid, do you want to try taking me for a spin?" > The Hangover > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Nine: The Hangover LCA woke up with a pounding headache, and in the same bed that he didn't quite remember falling asleep. He looked over to his left and saw Vinyl lying next to him, still sleeping. He couldn't help but smile at the sight of the cute mare as she slept. He set his head back down on the pillow to try and ease the pain inside his head. He tried to remember what had happened last night, but most of it was just a blur after they had made it back to Vinyl's place and started drinking the wine. However, he DID remember one thing, and he was fine if he didn't remember the rest. After a few minutes of resting his head, he slid silently out of bed and slowly walked out of the room, making sure he didn't wake Vinyl. He walked to the beginning of the hallway, and walked down the stairs. Form there, he went back into the living room, where he and Vinyl had been the night before. He sat down on the couch and pulled out his phone. He looked at the screen and his stomach twisted. Seven missed calls, five text messages, all from Flash. "Ok, this is not good." He said to himself. "She can't be that mad, right? I mean it's not like she is gonna kill me." LCA unlocked his phone, and went to call Flash back. Her phone rang three times, and LCA was hoping she wouldn't pick up. His hopes were shattered by the sound of Flash's voice through the phone. "Are you fucking kidding me?!" Flash screamed. "I have been trying to get ahold of you for three hours, and I have gotten your voicemail every damn time!" "I know, I know, look, I am sorry." LCA said. "Vinyl and I got a little bit too crazy, and I have been asleep, trying to cure my headache." "I told you specifically NOT to get too crazy, and what did you do?" Flash asked, still in a furious rage. LCA quietly set the phone down on the table, and walked into the kitchen to get something to eat. The kitchen was just as glamorous and beautiful as the rest of her house. He opened the walk in pantry, and grabbed some cereal. He opened a few cabinets, and found a bowl. He pulled it out, and made himself a bowl of cereal. He walked back into the living room, and found Vinyl talking to Flash on his phone. "Yep, ok, ok, sounds good, o-, ok, ok, got it, yep, ok, bye." Vinyl finished up on the phone. "She is pissed." "Yeah, I couldn't stand her yapping in my ear for another minute." LCA replied. "Do you have a pounding headache too?" Vinyl asked. "Yeah, it is so bad, it hurts just to think." LCA complained. "Yeah, I know the feeling," Vinyl said, "but we need to get you to the studio within ten minutes or your flank is fried." "Ugh, alright." LCA groaned. "Let's get going then." "Oh, don't worry, we will be going there in style." Vinyl said. "Follow me." Vinyl walked over to a door and opened it up. Behind the door, lied the garage that held several Lamborghinis. LCA walked into the garage and looked around. Lamborghinis of every color sat parked on either side of the garage. "So, which one do you want to take?" Asked Vinyl. LCA looked around and found one that matched his purple color. "Let's take this one." He said. "Sounds good, let's get goin, you are driving." Vinyl replied. Vinyl tossed the keys to LCA, and hopped into the passenger seat. LCA got into the drivers seat, and put the key in the ignition. The engine roared to life and LCA got a giant grin across his face. Vinyl couldn't help but chuckle at the sight. LCA backed out of the spot, and drove through the open garage door. He flew down the driveway and drifted left onto the road towards the studio. The normal ten minute drive only took about two with LCA driving a supercar. He pulled into the parking lot and drifted into a parking spot. "Wow, you are the best driver I have ever seen." Vinyl said. "Even I can't drive that good." "Yeah, well when you run from the royal guards as much as I have," LCA replied, "you either learn to drive good, or you get thrown in jail." "Well, let's head inside, and see your hell mare." Vinyl said with a frown. "Hopefully we won't be murdered." LCA and Vinyl both went into the studio, and walked up to the receptionist. "Hey Vinyl, I don't think you any recording time on the list today." Said the mare. "But LCA, I heard you were in some hot water, today AND last night." Vinyl and LCA looked at each other, and then back at the receptionist. "Riiiiiiiight, can you just sign me in?" LCA asked. "Yeah, sure." The mare said. "Just head right up, she is on the second floor." LCA and Vinyl walked up the stairs rather than taking the elevator. When they got to the third floor, they turned left and walked all the way down the hallway, to the very last room. Vinyl opened the door slowly, and walked in, followed by LCA. Flash was sitting at a desk, working at a computer. "It's about damn time you two got here!" Flash yelled. "C'mon LCA, let's get started." LCA started walking towards the booth, but Vinyl stopped him. He turned around, and Vinyl slid the keys back into his hooves. "It's yours kid, your welcome. Now go show what you can do." > This is It > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter Ten: This is It Eight months later... LCA and Flash had grown far closer over the past several months, recording six days a week, and living in the same house. Vinyl stayed close with LCA and they are now dating. LCA had grown used to the city life, and rarely talked to his mother. They were preparing for the album to release, and were doing a live show the day of the release to promote it. LCA looked out at the thousands of empty seats in front of the stage that they would be playing their first live show on. "It feels like the past eight months just flew by in a turn of a page." Said LCA to Vinyl as she walked up on the stage. "I know the feeling." Vinyl replied. "I guess that's why ponies are in such a hurry these days, so much to do, so little time." "I just hope my whole life doesn't fly by without me." He said. "Don't worry about it." Vinyl said as she walked up to him and kissed him on the cheek. "You are gonna be great." Vinyl then turned around, and left the stage. He sat down, still just staring at the countless rows of seats. LCA looked calm on the outside, but on the inside he was freaking out. His stomach tying itself into knots, over and over again. His hooves shook, and he couldn't think straight. He walked back to the Dj equipment that had been put on stage earlier that day. He made sure everything was in check, the records, the mic, the speakers. He looked through a stack of records to find the one he would use to freestyle with later that night. Everything seemed to be in check. He walked down the stairs that led off the stage, and walked towards his trailer. On either side of the front door to his trailer, stood two stallions in black suits, much like the ones when he first met Flash. He went inside the trailer and sat down at a small table. In ten minutes, he would be in front of a monstrous crowd, and they will be expecting him to play something amazing. He didn't know if he was ready. He thought about the songs over and over again, remembering everything he had to do to make them sound perfect. He heard a noise slowly growing louder. It was the fans, cheering as they filled the seats in front of the stage. He snapped back to focus when he heard a knock on his trailer door. When he opened the door, he saw Flash. "Hey, we have about five minutes, are you ready?" She asked. "Um, yeah, totally. Let's do this thing." He replied. He stepped out of his trailer and walked alongside Flash, back towards the stairs of the stage. The cheering got louder as they got closer. He stepped up each stair, and the crowd came into view. The place was definitely packed. Not a seat to spare. Some ponies had to stand because of the lack of seats. Flash pointed a hoof up towards the Dj equipment, motioning for LCA to head up and get ready. He walked up to the Dj equipment and put his headphones on. The headphones barely muffled the crowd's cheers. Flash walked up and started talking into the mic. "Hello Lasso Angeles!" She yelled. "I hope you guys are ready for this! Tonight, we are releasing our first album as a team, but right now, the lucky few of you who got a ticket to this concert will get to hear it first. So who is ready for this!?" The crowd went nuts, and LCA knew it was time to go. He pulled out the album that he was looking for earlier, and placed it on the turntable. The record started playing, but the record itself had very little music on it. LCA moved to his left and turned several dials. As he did, the music kicked up a notch, and he started hitting more buttons, and flipping switches. The crowd loved it, especially one pony that LCA recognized. In the very front row, he saw a grey mare with a blonde mane. It was Derpy Hooves, his old neighbor. LCA thought to himself as he played, "She came all the way out here to see me play, even after I treated her like crap for so many years." He felt a tear leave his eye, remembering the pain and sadness he had put her through. The crowd kept cheering, and Flash started singing. Her voice was beautiful. As she sung, the crowd's hearts melted. Her beautiful voice trailed off after the first song came to an end. Flash moved up to the piano that she would play in the beginning of the next song. She started playing the piano, which was as beautiful of a sound as her voice. While she played, LCA stepped down from the Dj set, and walked towards the front of the stage where Derpy was sitting. The crowd near her pushed through to get closer or even to just touch him. He extended a hoof out to Derpy, motioning her to come up on stage. He saw a tear run don her cheek, and she got up from her seat. He helped her up and walked her back up to the Dj setup. He gave her an extra set of headphones, and he started to play where he was supposed to enter into the song. As he turned dials and flipped switches with one hoof, he turned from the crowd and faced Derpy. He took his other hoof and wrapped it around her neck, pulling her in close for a hug. "I am so sorry, for everything." He whispered into her ear. "Aw, it's ok LCA. I am just glad I could be here." Derpy replied. "I am glad you're here too." He said, releasing her from his hoof and continuing to play. "What do you say after the show, you come hang out with us at the after party?" "I would be honored!" She squealed. "Alright, then let's finish this." He said as he played. He let her stay up there as he played through the next several songs with Flash. The crowd love them, and LCA was having the time of his life. After the last song, it was finally time to wrap things up. Flash was at the front mic again, ready to say a few final words before they got off. "Ok guys, that is it for tonight." She said. "I hope you all had a great time tonight and we thank you for coming out!" Flash went to leave the stage, followed by LCA and Derpy. As he got off the stairs, he was greeted by a giant hug from Vinyl. "Nice job!" She yelled. "You were amazing!" LCA just smiled as she embraced him. "Are you two ready to party?" Vinyl asked after releasing LCA. "Hell Yeah!" Derpy yelled. Vinyl laughed a bit. "Alright, let's go." She said They all got into a rather large limo, and partied all the way back to Tombstone's mansion, which he had kindly let them use, as long as he could be the host. They partied for several hours, but eventually the party had to end. Tired and drunk, LCA was going to walk home with Derpy. He was stopped by Flash just before he left. "I have to tell you something." She said to him. "Wh- What might that be?" LCA asked. She leaned in close and whispered into his ear. "We are going on tour."
