In Bowser's Castle in the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario and Luigi are fighting Bowser to save Princess Peach. (for the ninth time.) Before they beat Bowser, a Draconequus appeared out a flash of smoke.
The Draconequus spoke " I'm Discord and I'm here to invite you to a magical land of Equestria." Before anybody said/did anything Discord opened a wormhole and it suck everyone into it.
Meanwhile in Ponyville, Twilight was reading a book to Spike. When all of a sudden a flash a light filled the room and a pare of humans was unconscious on the floor. One was wearing blue overalls, a red shirt, and a red hat with a "M" on it and the other one was wearing blue overalls, a green shirt, and a green hat with a "L" on it.
Mario was the first to wake up and noted that he was in a strange bedroom. Then he woke up Luigi to ask him where they are. Before Luigi said anything a purple unicorn mare walked in to the room.
It spoke "Hi Luigi its been a while and who is this man in red Luigi?" Luigi introduced Mario to Twilight and explained how he meet her to Mario.
Then Spike run to Twilight and gave a scroll to her. Twilight read the letter aloud:
First they whet to Sugarcube Corner to find Pinky Pie. When they walked in a pink pony mare hopped over to them.
Then she said, "Hiya Twilight, Hey Luigi long time, no see, and this must be your brother Mario. My name is Pinkie Pie."
Mario asked Pinkie Pie how she knows his name. Twilight explained that Pinky was "Pinkie being Pinkie" Then Twilight told Pinkie Pie that Princess Celestia needs her help.
"Okey dokey low-key Twilight, I'll meet you guys at the Train Station." said Pinkie Pie and hopped away.
They whet to find Rarity at the Carousel Boutique next. When they whet inside a white unicorn mare walk up and said,
"Welcome to the Carousel..... Oh it's just you Twilight darling, and Luigi, how have you been dear, Who is this handsome man in red Luigi darling?"
Luigi introduce Mario to Rarity and Twilight explained that Princess Celestia needed her help.
"Sure thing darling let me close up shop and I'll meet you at the Train Station darlings." said Rarity
Then they whet to Sweet Apple Acres to find Applejack. When they got there a orange pony mare walk up to them.
"Well howdy Twilight and howdy Luigi, It has been a while hasn't it. And who is this sugar cube?"
Luigi introduce Mario to Applejack and Twilight told Applejack that Princess Celestia needed her help.
"I'll meet you at the Train Station Sugar Cubes." Said Applejack as they lefted.
Before they got to Fluttershy's house, a blue blur was head trowed them. But, at the last second it stopped and in its place was a sky-blue Pegasuses mare.
She spoke "Whats up, Twilight and Luigi hows it hanging dude? Who's the dude in red Luigi?"
Luigi introduce Mario to Rainbow Dash and Twilight told Rainbow Dash that Princess Celestia needed her help.
"Then I'll see you guys later." said Rainbow Dash. Then she flue away at super sonic speed.
Finely, they got to Fluttershy's house and Twilight knocked on the door. After a few minutes a yellow Pegasuses mare answered the door.
She spoke "Hi Twilight and Luigi I didn't mean to scare you last time, can you forgive me?..... If that OK with you. and who is the man in red Luigi?"
Luigi forgave Fluttershy, introduce Mario to Fluttershy and Twilight told Fluttershy that Princess Celestia needed her help.
Fluttershy went inside to tell Angle that he's in charge while she gone. Then she fallowed them to the Train Station.
When they got to Canterlot, There was an army of Goombas and Koopas was there to greet them.
"What are those things?" asked Twilight.
Mario and Luigi explained what Goombas and Koopas were.
"OK then, how do we beat them sugar-cube?" Asked Applejack.
Mario and Luigi told them that the best way to beat Goombas and Koopas is to jump on them/use a Koopa shell and kick it back at them.
Then The Mario Bros. and the Main Six jumped/kick the Koopa shells untell all the Goombas and Koopas were gone.
"That was.... AWESOME!" said Rainbow Dash.
Then they whet to Canterlot Castle to see Princess Celestia, But when they got there the Castle was capered by Bowser and Discord. So they whet inside and kick some flanks/buts untell they got to Bowser's Room.
"Well If isn't my old friend Mario, Green Stash and the six pones must be the herons of Equestria." said Bowser as the the gang walked in.
"So the Humans must be the Mario Bros. you told me about Bowser." said Discord
Before Bowser and Discord made the first, the Main six used the Elements of Harmony on Discord and the Mario Bros. The Power from the Elements gave Mario and Luigi star power. Discord turned into stone and the Mario Bros. beat Bowser in no time flat.
After they freed the Princesses, Pinkie Pie throwed a party to celebrate. the Princesses talked about becoming alies, Mario, Luigi and Twilight talked about each others worlds. After the Party was over Celestia send Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and Bowser home.
