> Grey Storm goes to Equestria > by Grey Storm > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Grey Storm VS Guy Hero > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "GREY STORM!" Guy Hero shouted from across the military storage room, full of tanks and ammo crates, "I'm here to finally end you!" The huge buff black man with his dark afro and purple star sunglasses stood pointing at the Grey Storm. "Well, I mean..." Grey Storm said very unsurely and monotone, "I guess that's okay, if you gotta do what you gotta do." He wore a grey leotard and mask, with a grey cape blowing in the wind. "Aren't you going to put up a fight?" Guy Hero asked as he pulled his guitar machine gun from his back. "Defend your honor, Grey Storm!" "Nah, I'm fine." Grey Storm said, "But if you really want me to, I will, I guess." He stood there, surrounded by Military equipment, with US Army guards surrounding the two supermen. Guy Hero aimed his Machine Guitar and fired a string of anti-armor bullets at Grey Storm. They ran him through, going in one end, and coming out the other, bringing with them great deals of blood. But Grey Storm seemed unfazed. "Why won't you die?!" Guy Hero shouted. "I mean, I don't really want to." Grey Storm said, "But if you really want to kill me I guess you can try." Guy Hero kept firing, and bringing with him almost all of Grey Storm's blood. But the Grey Storm still stood there, perfectly fine. Guy Hero shouted in rage as he charged to his nemesis. He grabbed him by the scruff of the neck, and started pounding his gut with his fist. But Grey Storm still didn't show any emotion. "GUY HERO!" Shouted a voice as the door to the storage room clanged open. He was wearing a red cape and cowl, and wielding a Swordfish. "Florida Man!" Guy Hero shouted as he dropped Grey Storm, who laid on the floor and took a nap. "What are you doing here?" The Army pointed their guns at the notorious Super villain Florida Man. Florida Man charged at Guy Hero, who charged back at him. They met in the middle in a flurry of massive black fists and swordfish, uhh, I don't know what you would call that. Snout? Horn? That sharp bit. Anyway, before the guards could fire, Guy Hero was in the fray, and they didn't want to hurt him. Grey Storm got up and left, without anyone noticing, and found what he was looking for: a door labeled: Classified. Two Army Guards were posted by it, and aimed at Grey Storm as he approached. "Halt!" One said, "Nobody is allowed beyond this point. What is your purpose for being here?" "Ehh, nothing, really. I just wanted to see what was behind this door." "turn around now, sir." The other guard warned, "Or else we will have to use deadly force." "I mean, If you gotta do what you gotta do, I guess that's okay." They both fired, but since their bullets weren't anti-armor, they deflected right off Grey Storm's skin, and back at them, killing them both. Grey Storm shrugged it off and entered the Classified door. Inside, he found walls lined with massive batteries, and four massive tubes from all cardinal directions coming from the walls and into a giant sphere in the center. The same thing was on the top, and the two spheres shot lightning between each other. he room was filled with scientists and military officials. One of which, The United States Secretary of Defense, no less, shouted at him, "You there! You're not supposed to be here!" Upon hearing this, several Army Guards fired upon Grey Storm, but once again, their bullets were worthless, and ricocheted around the room, killing several scientists, and even wounding the Secretary of Defense. He leaned on the wall, before sliding down, accidentally pulling the "Activate" switch. The two spheres on the floor and ceiling sparked and shot at each other, before finally, the lightning was constant, and a portal opened in the lab. With all this racket, Guy Hero turned to look, and the guards outside took this chance to taze Florida Man, who fell to the ground, incapacitated. Guy Hero charged up behind Grey Strom, picked him up by the neck and bottom, and chucked him into the portal. Grey Storm was sucked into the portal, and vanished, not even leaving so much as a whimper. Guy Hero now turned to the Secretary of Defense, and observed his wound. "Where's the Gauze?" Guy Hero shouted at one of the guards. He ran off to get it, and Guy Hero looked into the eyes of the Secretary, "Guy... Hero." The Secretary said, "That portal... It goes somewhere unpredictable." "Don't worry, Sir." Guy Hero said, "I'll go after Grey Storm, no matter where that portal leads." "No." The official said, "It's too Dangerous, Guy Hero." The guard came back with the gauze wrap, and Guy Hero tightened it around the Secretary's shoulder, where the gunshot had been. "You don't understand, Mister Secretary. I have to go after Grey Storm." "You're the most important hero we have on Earth, Guy Hero." the Secretary of Defense said, coughing up blood, "We can't have you risking your life like this..." Guy Hero replied, "I have to do this, Mister Secretary. Grey Storm did this to you, I can't let him get away with it." The secretary wheezed harder and harder, as he outstretched his hand, and laid it on Guy Hero. "I beg you..." He coughed up more blood, and continued, wheezing as he did so, "... Don't do it, Guy... Hero..." The United States Secretary of Defense let out one long breath, and his arm went limp and cold. The portal took Grey Storm through several different stars and planets, but he was uninterested, and just sat there in the vortex, playing his Gameboy Ultimate Advanced 5000. He eventually was shot out of the portal, and landed on a stone road, right in front of four tall white legs. Grey Storm Looked up, and saw a tall, white, horned, winged horse, towering above him. "Who are you?" She demanded. "Ehh, They call me Grey Storm, but if you don't want to, you can call me something different, I guess. I mean, I'm not gonna force you to call me that, if you don't want to. Who are you?" He asked. "I am Princess Celestia," She said, "I am Ruler of Equestria and all her provinces. Welcome, Grey Storm." > Guy Hero VS Florida Man > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guy Hero, enraged by the Secretary's death, shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice bouncing off the metallic walls and being amplified tenfold. His cream echoed in the ears of the soldiers, causing them to cringe, and for those few short seconds, someone might have even thought an earthquake was ravaging the lab. Anger, fury, hatred, all these emotions swarmed through Guy Hero as he stood, and looked at the portal. Grey Strom was on the other side. He had to pursue him, it was his destiny. Guy Hero lived for two reasons only: 1.) Be a badass guy, and 2.) kill all the evil on Earth. So far, he was doing pretty good on 1, but he couldn't call himself a hero until Grey Storm was brought to justice. He looked down around his wrist, his eyes locking with his keepsake bracelet. It was one of the few things showing his ancestry, given to him by his father, depicting his great-grandfather fighting the old gods at the moment of creation. He wanted to be like him, like Algamar Deathweapon IV. He closed his eyes, his vision becoming a dim glow from the industrial lights. He took a deep breath, and... Pow! Guy Hero toppled forward, colliding with the metal guard rail between him and the portal. In the impact, his glasses were knocked off, which fell to the lab floor, and shattered. He stood again, but... Kapash! A fist collided with Guy Hero's unprotected face, giving him reason to actually feel pain! And he didn't like it. He swung wildly, but his fist was met with a hard shell. PlaPowWow! Guy Hero was bombarded with fists, actually hurting him. He had never felt pain before, and it was agonizing! He couldn't get up, he could hardly operate without it staggering him again. He was in so much shock, the beating continued without him even being able to stop it. Shapow! Biff! Kaping! He was defenseless as he was pummeled into the ground. Then, all of a sudden, it stopped. He opened his eyes painfully, taking in the sight of his attacker: Florida Man. He held in one hand an Armadillo, and in the other, nothing. It was just a clenched fist. "F-florida M-man?" He was able to wheeze out, "H-how did you..." Florida Man put his foot over Guy Hero's mouth, silencing him, "These guards are useless. They know nothing about how easy it is to escape, if you have the blood of a box Jellyfish coursing through you. AHAHAHAHA!" He cackled madly, as his foot pressed further into Guy Hero's face. He had gotten the Element of Surprise, but Guy Hero still had his superhuman strength on his side. He grasped the foot with both his enormous black hands, and began pushing it away from him. In seconds, the red-clad foot as inches above Guy Hero's face, and with one final thrust, the mad laughing ended, and Florida Man toppled backward. Guy Hero got to his feet, and readied his Guitar machine-gun. "Not so fast, Guy Hero!" Florida Man shouted, as he shoved his hand down his tights, rummaged around a bit, and pulled out a viscous white fluid. "Take this!" He shouted, throwing the 'mysterious' liquid at Guy Hero. It seeped into his eyes, and he howled in pain again. He dropped his guitar, which fell to the floor with a clang. Before he realized what was going on, Florida Man had kicked his guitar away from him. It went under the guard rail, and fell to the lab floor below. All they could hear was a loud splintering sound as Guy Hero's Guitar was demolished. He stood again, wiping the stuff from his eye, and charge down Florida Man. With one well-placed superpunch to the gut, Guy Hero knocked the air right out of Florida Man, who fell to his knees. Guy Hero grasped his skull in his fist, and rose Florida Man high above the ground. He aimed his massive Black fist right for the villain's face. And then... Swish! Whoosh! Florida man sliced him again with his swordfish, and Guy Hero released him, in pain once more. Florida Man thrust and slashed at him over and over again, drawing more and more blood every time, until finally... "AGHACK!" Guy Hero shouted as the nose-sword-thing of the Swordfish dug deep into his chest, ad out his back. The tip glistened with Guy Hero's super-human blood. Florida Man pulled the swordfish back out, and Guy Hero staggered backward, resting his arm behind him on the guard rail overlooking the portal. Florida Man approached his incapacitated nemesis, and took the opportunity to gloat. "I told you, Guy Hero," he said, "I told you I'd be back, and more powerful than ever! You will rue the day you left us." "Never..." Guy Hero was able to wheeze out. "And why not?" Florida Man inquired teasingly. "Because," he said more fluently, rage guiding him to grab both sides of Florida Man's face, "I'm leaving this place." He looked over his shoulder to the portal, almost beckoning him in. "And you're coming, with me!" he grunted one last time as he leaped backward, over the guard rail, towing Florida Man with his enormous hands. The portal enveloped both hero and villain, and they were lost to Equestria. "Well, Grey Storm," Princess Luna said, guiding him away from the throne room and into the halls of Canterlot Castle. Celestia had deemed him neutral after a series of tests. It was uncanny, Grey storm, on the scale of 1(Chaotic Good) to 100 (Chaotic Evil), was the only being ever to score a perfect 50. Perfectly average. She had deemed him safe, and Luna was put in charge of showing him to his quarters in the Castle, until he can be processed and sent into the world. She continued, "Why are you here?" "Well," Grey Storm monotonely began, "I mean, I guess I came here to come here. I mean, I didn't do it willingly, but I guess I might have, given time." "Ooookay." Luna awkwardly said, "But that doesn't quite answer my question. Are you here for work? Immigration? Family?" "Nah," Grey Storm continued, "I'm just here because I came here. I don't really know what here is, but I guess I could become used to it." "Alright, then." Luna said, not quite sure if she'd gotten an answer, but eager to end the conversation either way. They continued silently for a while, Luna's hoofsteps echoing through he halls, and Grey Storm's padded Grey slippers making just a hair of a thump on the marble floor. Eventually, they came to a hallway, with eight doors on either side. "This," the Princess explained, "Is where we keep immigrants from other countries, or in your case, universes, to live while they're processed into society." She showed him his room, which he would be sharing with a rather large Pegasus Stallion. "This is your roommate," Luna said, "His name is Thunderwing, and he came here to escape the oppression of Leon Trotsky." Thunderwing looked at him, showing no sign of emotion, and said, "Hello, sir. May I ask who you are?" Luna answered, saying, "This is Grey Storm, Thunderwing, from another universe." "The same Universe that chubby ginger man came from?" "The very same!" "Welcome, Grey Storm." Thunderwing said, inviting his roommate inside, and presenting him a hoof. "Hey." Grey Storm mumbled, shaking the hand. It would be a long wait until they were processed, might as well get to know each other. > Meeting the Others > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The next morning, there was quite an assembly in the mess hall. Countless ponies from different species and types, and countless monsters from alternate universes. Grey Storm got an average start, not waking up too early, or sleeping in too late. He left the room, with Thunderwing still asleep, and followed the mass of ponies working their way to the mess hall. Upon entering the gilded hall, Grey Storm came upon a sight he had never before experienced: there were creatures of every size and species. He recognized the Princesses, but made account of some of the more interesting creatures in the Mess Hall. He saw another human, but he looked far more powerful than Grey Storm. A natural warrior, the man had slightly long white hair, and was wearing his golden battle armor. A blue cape hung from his back, and Gold shoulders rose above it, casting an unrivaled light from them. On his belt, there was a mighty sword, almost perfectly rectangular, save for the golden disk, floating, seemingly replacing a portion of the sword. It, too, casted a massive light. He sat there, his elbows on his knees, looking over the mess hall. He sat next to another warrior, this one clad in what looked like Ebony. He wore a helm, with great horns rising from the top, as well as from his black shoulders, seeming to emit a blue light. He also had a sword around his waist, very much like that of the golden man next to him, but the golden disk was replaced with a green skull. He seemed to just emit a dark force. Across from them, Grey Storm couldn't help but notice a massive, hulking figure. His skin was a brick color, and his chest was tattooed. He wore massive tusks as his shoulder guards, one with a skull covering the crown of his left shoulder. He had short tusks coming from his red mouth, and his eyes glowed a menacing yellow. He leaned his head past the golden man, and locked eyes with Grey Storm. He grimaced, as if threatening the hero away, and Grey Storm simply yawned, and continued to observe the mess hall. There was an enormous man, standing taller than all the others, at least 7' 6", and clad in full body armor. It was all combat green, save for where his face should be, where there was only a bright orange visor, almost amber in color. There wasn't much to him, despite his immense height and the fact that he carried with him a rifle. Grey Storm dismissed him and continued to look around. A man sat at another table, dressed in full white robes, shining brilliantly. He had long white hair that went down, and disappeared behind his shoulders. He had a staff leaning next to him, made of wood, twisted around a crystal at the top. Predictably, the wood was white. He walked forward, but ran into the large, brick-skinned creature. He looked down at him, and Grey Storm noticed his nose ring, a dim silver. "Watch your step, human." He grunted in malice, as he shoved him aside. Grey Storm ran into a wall, but was unphased. He continued walking, but came face to face with another odd creature. He wasn't human, that much was sure, but he was humanoid. When he hunched, which he did most of the time, he was about Grey Storm's height, but his skin was a bright blue. His face was painted red and white, and massive tusks jutted from his mouth. His hair was bright red, spiked up in a Mohawk. He wore what could only be described as bagpipes on his back, but instead of the horn bits, there were poles, with masks jutted onto the top. His hands had only three fingers, and his feet, two toes. He wore a glaive, made up of two scimitars, on his back. "Don't mind him," He said to Grey Storm, "He's always like dat, mon." he then continued after him. "Lad!" He heard an oldish voice coming from the man in the golden armor. He looked at him, and the warrior, with an aged yet somewhat holy face, beckoned him toward the table. "Come sit." Grey Storm Sat down next to him, and the warrior introduced himself, "The name's Tirion. Tirion Fordring. How do you do, lad?" "Pretty good, I guess." Grey Storm replied, "I'm Grey Storm." "Nice to meet you, Grey Storm." Tirion said, "What business do you have in Equestria?" "Meh." Grey Storm explained, "I was just being pursued by a hero and a villain, and was chased here from my world." "Oh. I'm just here waiting for the poll to decide my role in Warlords of Draenor." "Hm?" "Oh, it's nothing. What world are you from?" "Earth." "Ah, Earth. I'm familiar with it. You should go over there. Those two would like to meet you, I'm sure." Tirion pointed, and at another table, there were two men. They wore normal clothes, but were almost opposite in their body types. The one on the right was a large, chubby, ginger man, with a good bushy beard, and glasses. The man on the left was completely different, a skinny, black haired man with a well kept chin, untouched by hair. He wore no glasses. The two seemed to be the best of friends. "Okay, Tirion." Grey Storm said. He got up, walked over, ignoring Tirion's "Farewell, traveler", and sat next to the Ginger. "Hey." he said monotonely, drawing his attention. The man looked at him, then froze. His eyes widened, and his mouth dropped open. He nudged his neighbor, and said quietly, "Hey, Eric, look who it is." The other man leaned forward, and looked at him. His face did quite the same, and Grey Storm heard the ginger man wheeze, trying to laugh. "What?" "It's time we get to know each other, Grey Storm." The larger man said. "How do you know my name?" The skinny one said, quite dramatically, "Because we created you." > Florida Man VS The Entire Mess Hall > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grey Storm, monotone, neutral and emotionless as he may be, couldn't help but feel an uncharacteristic twang of interest, fear, and shock all at once upon hearing the fact that these two men had created. And he wasn't quite sure he believed them. "Well," he said, "I don't mean to pick sides, I'm still partial to both, but I don't really think you're telling the truth." The larger man said, "Oh, we're not lying, Grey Storm. Me and Crendor here thought you up out of our little heads. Isn't that right Crendor?" The other man, now named Crendor, replied with, "That sure is right, Jesse. We thought you up on our podcast. We plunged you into a superhero world of Guy Hero and Florida Man." More shock filled the usually bleak Grey Storm, "You mean... You didn't just create me, but you created my whole universe?" "Yup." The man named Jesse replied. "Who... Who are you?" "Why," Jesse said a little louder, "We're Jesse Cox and Eric Wowcrendor! Stars of the internet podcast Cox N' Crendor in the Morning!" At hat exactly precise point, the doors to the mess hall were thrown open. Through them, came a limping, panting, and all-around exhausted black man. Grey Storm recognized him instantly as Guy Hero, and remembered that, despite this paradigm shattering discovery of his creators, he should remain completely unbiased. He regained his composure, and watched people come to try and help. Tirion was one of the first ones up, followed closely by the large blue creature he had encountered earlier. They cam rushing to the aid of Guy Hero as he collapsed onto the floor. The impact of his enormous body shook the massive hall, and caught the attention of every being in the room. The princesses were also up quickly, and went to help. Soon everyone was crowding around, being silent as they watched two princesses, a warrior, and some sort of tribal creature help this fainted man. "Son, what is your name?" Tirion asked. "I-it's Guy... G-guy H-hero." "Vol'Jin," Tirion said, starting to give orders, "You go and find some herbs. Anything to get this fever down. I'll do my best to patch up his wounds." The large blue man, who Grey Storm now understood to be Vol'Jin, asked the princesses, "Do ya have any Earthroot or Kingsfoil?" Princess Celestia replied with, "Well, I don't think we have those specific herbs, but I'm not sure. You should speak with the Botanist in the Castle Gardens. It's just out the southern gate and down the steps to the right." "Tank ya, Mon." Vol'Jin said as he left for the south door. "Luna," Celestia said, "See if you can help Guy Hero somehow. Try and keep him calm. I'll do what I can to help Tirion with his wounds." "My thanks, Celestia," Tirion said, "The light may not be enough to cure such dire wounds." Grey Storm, Jesse, and Crendor worked their way to the front of the crowd, where they could examine Guy Hero more in depth. His face was bruised, his signature purple star glasses were gone, and he was covered in slashes, blood pouring from them. He periodically coughed up blood and the occasional tooth, and there was a huge, gaping hole in the middle of his chest. It was a miracle he was even alive, but nothing's impossible for Guy Hero. Tirion put his hands over some of the smaller wounds, and they seemed to close and heal under their holy glow. The entire time, Tirion was muttering soft words, and Celestia was offering any help she could spare. Luna cradled the hero's head, trying to keep him calm and relaxed as the pain from the wounds was replaced by searing light, then were instantly gone. This went on for a few minutes, until Vol'Jin returned with some herbs. He grinded them up, placed some in the open wounds, and some on Guy Hero's forehead. Each one stung, but the more Guy Hero resisted, the more his scars opened. Eventually, he even ate some to help the swelling and fever go down. Everyone was doing their best to help him. But that gaping wound in his chest, that seemed irreparable. He continued to wretch and moan, and slowly die in agony. Everyone was doing what they could, Celestia, Tirion and Vol'Jin trying to heal it with magic and herbs, and Luna doing her best to keep Guy Hero alive and well. Eventually, they settled on the conclusion that this could not be done; Guy Hero could never fully recover, but he could be placed in a hospital, and, under the right treatment and circumstances, be kept alive. They carted him off quickly, but he shouted out while leaving, "I'm not alone! The enemy is here!" Everyone was confused by this, but eventually, their questions were answered. Florida Man appeared, a swordfish in one hand, an armadillo in the other. He charged, but didn't know what he was getting into. He immediately targeted the weakest looking one: Luna. But he underestimated her acquaintances. Tirion stepped in, wielding his mighty sword, Ashbringer, and tried to swing at Florida Man. but the nimble villain was quicker, and ducked under it. He was met by Vol'Jin, swiping, spinning, and cleaving with his glaive, but to no avail. Even with Vol'Jin in front, and Tirion behind, Florida Man was able to hold on, and even get a few good hits on the tribal leader. Then more and more stepped in. The huge, brick-skinned monster came in, wielding an axe that sung with wind every time it came down. Then, the black warrior who looked like Tirion came, swinging the sword similar in appearance to Ashbringer. Florida Man astonishingly continued to fight them off. Then the enormous green soldier started to shoot, and things got a lot harder for Florida man. Out of nowhere, a hovering man in a red suit, with black splotches over the eyes appeared, wielding two katanas, while simultaneously dual-wielding pistols. He shot, swung, and threw mines. He seemed to teleport from place to place, until, suddenly, he disappeared. He was replaced by the White Old man with the staff. He shouted a few words incoherently, followed by magic erupting from his staff. Florida Man knew he was outmatched, but still continued to fight them off. He looked around, trying to find the man who was shooting him, when he locked eyes with Grey Storm. Jesse and Crendor had left, and now he stood, emotionless as ever, watching him. Florida Man charged, and tried to get the superhuman. But this opened him up, which was a bad mistake. He was immediately grabbed around the neck by the brick-skinned creature with the axe, and was thrown back. Tirion managed to get a slice on his back, Vol'Jin got a good cleave to the left forearm, the axe-wielder got a mighty gash to the chest, the darker Tirion managed to land a glancing blow to the throat, some magic struck his right buttock, and a few bullets tore through him. The, his shouts carried through the fighting, bring with them, "I yield! I yield." All the warriors backed off, and a very bloody Florida Man was left. He dropped his weapons, and was grabbed around the throat again by the same creature that did it before. "What do we do with him?" Asked the darker Tirion. "I say" said the brute holding him, "That we kill him, here and now. Make an example of him." he raised his axe, but was interrupted by Tirion, "No, Garrosh! Hold your axe. I know he has committed crimes, but there must be fair delegation to his fate." Vol'Jin said, "I agree wit Tirion. We shouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions, Mon." "We will give him a fair trial, "Said the wizard. "Don't you see?" Said the brute named Garrosh, "After all he has done, he does not deserve to live! Who agrees?" The darker Tirion replied, "I do. We should give him no chances. He has done things to atrocious." Tirion tried to plea with him, "But, Mograine, don't you see? What if he were one of us? One of our soldiers? You wouldn't leave him to die, now, would you?" Mograine replied, "But he isn't, is he, Tirion? He is a criminal!" the teleporting man appeared, saying, "Hey, guys, I just looked at the end of the chapter, and I don't think you're winning this argument." "Shut up, Deadpool." Said the wizard. "Make me, Gandalf!" replied Deadpool. the resounding sound of gunshots filled the air, and everyone fell silent. The large soldier stepped up, taller than anyone there, saying, "We'll give him a fair trial. That is the end of it." "Oh?" said Garrosh, "And who are you to make me?" "He," said another creature similar in appearance to Garrosh, though smaller, green, and wearing tan robes, "Is the savior of his universe. There, he is known as the Master Chief. And you will answer to him, or answer to me." "Thrall?" Garrosh said, dropping Florida Man. "Yes, Garrosh, and unless you want to face me and John here, I'd suggest you give him a trial." "Agreed," said Princess Celestia, who had the actual say in this, "He will be given trial by Canterlot Court. And that is that. Any questions?" Silence, "Good. His trial is tomorrow at sundown. Thrall, you and the Master Chief will be in charge of looking after him until then. Garrosh, you, Mograine, and Deadpool are to return to your quarters, and leave this matter alone." They were silent, except Deadpool with a whining sigh, "Oooohhh, Do we have to? I mean, can't we just stay here and party or something?" "Quarters. Now." Celestia emphasized, and the three left the mess hall. "Tirion?" asked Celestia. "Yes Princess?" "I think it's time Grey Storm got the FULL tour." "Yes, Princess." Tirion gestured Grey Storm to come, and he told him, "Now, Grey Storm. Today, your entire perception of reality is going to be tested. But just stay with me, and you'll understand everything soon enough. Understand?" "Yeah, sure, I guess." Grey Storm replied, shrugging. "Very well. Let the tour begin!"
