2: Little Girls Show

Its been 6 days now, I would probably be bored shitless through those days if I hadn't spent a day walking around the neighborhood and found a blockbuster and rented a couple of movies a day. In reality, I would watch 3 movies a day, then return them the next day and rent another 3, repeat. The only other thing I did was play a game called WarFrame on my laptop.

I didn't find anything catching the small interest I cared for today at the store, so I left with a goodbye from the female cashier who was there 4/5 days I went there. Then when getting home I felt very slight soreness from my feet, the walk there and back was 2 hours. And I did it 5 times, once a day, including all the other times I needed fresh air, but I cant remember the amount of time that is.

My eye twitched and I said “I've been through worst” with an annoyed tone in my voice.

After getting a sandwich and a Pepsi from the frig, I told my self that I needed to go back to the convenience store for more food, and another thing of tooth paste. I ate lunch while watching a news channel that I didn't now the name of simply do to the fact I’m still bored shitless right now, and I simply don't care.

Nothing was interesting at all! I was actually annoyed by this, so I went and turn the laptop on while getting another Pepsi from the frig. I sighed as I notice it was the last one.

Turning on the laptop leads to Skype auto logging me in, and I was greatly surprised to see my close friend online. I was on the other side of the room, at the small kitchen when I speed walked to the laptop, almost spilling my drink. I instantly hit the call button as soon as my hand touched the mouse.

I look at my drink and took another sip. My eyes stayed away from the screen, when I loudly hear “Damn it Matha fucka!" I nearly choked on my drink.
“Why the fuck haven’t I seen you online in the past seven days man!”

Sense this was a video call, I looked at him with a faked annoyed face and said, “Hey jerk off! I've been on the damn computer 5 days in a row, and you! Have not come the fuck online!”

He looked at me with the same fake annoyed face and said “Bitch please ass hole, my Mama knows how to work Skype I get online for half a second and shes calling me, don’t get me wrong I've been talking with her each day, but I've been waiting for you ass hole.”

We stared at each other with the same faces. Then begin the laughter of two close friends. The only thing that made the joy stop was my friend suddenly saying, “better get invisible on Skype so Mama doesn’t call me ASAP.”
“I thought you talked to you're mom each day Garry.”
“That's the thing... I already did!” I let a small chuckle pass through my smile.

I can see the smile on friend go away a little and a small tone of being series was in his voice, “How are you doing right now man?”

I told him what I did the past 6 days after I got to the apartment.
He looked at me with a frown of concern and disappointment. “No working out? No partying? No BOOZE!?”

I looked at him and simply said “nope.” I remember still having thous two things of beer in the frig.
He let out a sigh. “Any plans at least?” I quickly replied with a, “nope.”

Under his breath I can easily hear him saying, “Damn you man.”
“Would you be doing what you mentioned if you where out?”
He quickly replied with a simple, “Fuck Ya!”

I felt bad that he was the one that wanted the break but, I got it instead, and... I'm wasting it.
We sat there for a quick moment and I asked him something to break the silence, “How are you and the squad?”

He said it was the same old, but he told me that all the rookies understand now why he always has the lead in a under water op. I remember my past, doing drills in the pool to get use to the water. Garry passed this part with flying colors. Which is when the OIC yelled at him.

“YOU BETTER TEACH THESE MAGGOTS HOW TO SWIM PROPERLY, FISH BOY!”

We all could tell he was impressed by the rookie, every one was actually. That's when I bumped his elbow with mine and whispered, nice job. He didn't smile but I can see flickers of pride in his eyes.

“Impressed OIC again?” I asked.
He took a page from my book and replayed with a simple, “yep.”

I asked questions about the rookies and asked him if they knew the story behind me and Garry. When in reality, I already knew that they did. He still replied with a, “yep.”

We talked about another two hours. It was good to talk to him again, and I realized how much I missed my closest friend. Randomly he put a link in the Skype call and said to look at it. He then said it was time fore him to go.

“Hay, Thanks for what you did back then.” Garry said in the friendliest voice you can ever hear him in.

“No one gets left behind!” I replayed after a second.
“Semper Fidelis” was the last word he said as we hung up the call.

After sitting there for a moment being greatly happy to talk and see my old friend again, even though its only been 2 weeks. Then what he thanked me about came to my mind. Flashbacks began to rush through my mind as I began to feel pain in my chest.

I see the link Garry left in Skype. And I quickly clicked it. All I payed attention to was the site. Which to my relief, was YouTube, so I knew it wouldn't be some super sick and cruel joke on me that he did in the past. I didn't look at the title of the video sense it started instantly. I'm treating with a book laying on the grass that opens to say “Once Upon A Time...”

I instantly think this is a Disney video and being raised with that I continued to watch, intrigued by the land that was shown with a white castle in the side of a hill. Then seeing two Pegasuses with unicorn horns, now I diffidently now its Disney.

I'm intrigued as the soft woman’s voice continued to tell the story and I'm completely fascinated by the 2 sisters raising the sun and the moon, as one became resentful as the ponies played in the day and sleep through her night..... Wait? What!?

As the voice continued the story I was hooked by the fact she was showing the signs of evil and she turned wicked into what the voice called, “Night Mare Moon!”

And hearing the sister reluctantly used “The Elements Of Harmony.” I'm still intrigued at this point but confused also, this doesn't seem like something Disney would make?
As the story continued the oldest sister used magic to seal the youngest in the moon for a thousand years. Then I begin to hear the voice changing to a young girl's with curiosity in her voice. As the camera moves out of the book to the sight of the girl.

Shock went through my eyes to my brain. I see a purple pony with a 3 colored purple main and a weird symbol on her rear end. I instantly paused the video and look at the videos title. “My Little Pony Friendship is Magic.”

I walked out of my seat to the frig grabbed one of the beers and looked back at the laptop still with the video on the screen, not playing.
I said loudly “What the FUCK!?!?” with the same attitude you would hear Garry using.

I open the beer and said, “even YouTube is used for his fucking pranks!”
I quickly calm down after a large sip, I hear on the other side of the door complaining.

The words “Internet is down” caught my attention as I then looked at the computer. I sighed, the icon saying I had no connection was there. And now I was in the mood to play WarFrame.

I rested in the desk's chair with no idea what to do. With the video still there, I see it was fully loaded, and not wanting to be board again I hit the play button on the video, and quietly watched.

3: Who are you

I see the shadowy figure again, but it sits there for a large amount of time motionless. I began to let my guard down when it lunges at me. A loud bang ringed through my ears as I awakened. Sitting there for a moment, with my heart racing slightly with my breath being a little heaver.

I'm brought back to reality when numbing pain is felt in my right hand. I began to recap the nightmare and realize, what caused the bang was a object in my right hand, but I couldn't tell anything else.

Its been 2 days sense the nightmare, and I haven’t had it again. But.... The last 2 days I've been watching My Little Pony. I'm honestly 1 episode away from the season 3 finale.

As I closed the Google chrome browser, all I could see is my desktop, I began to think to my self. Why I liked this little girls show so much. As I began piecing together the reasons, flashbacks soon followed. Pain began to fill my chest, and I walked away from the computer grabbing, again the last Pepsi from the small frig.
“To the store again!”

After getting home from the convenience store again, and putting every thing away, I remember getting myself a treat. A bottle of Bud Wiser. The only other beer was the can in my frig, and this bottle was also cold. So I sat down on the couch and turned to the news channel... Still don't know the name of it, and relaxed. As quick flashbacks rushed through my mind once in a while.
After a hour with the beer finished off. I stand up to get the other beer from the frig, probably with some food.

As I walked away from the seat to the side of the couch, I'm forced to stop as a bright light flashed my eyes. It was there for only a second but, I lost my balance and had to put my weight on the couch's arm rest so I didn't fall over. I couldn't open my eyes, and I became light headed and nauseous.

After regaining sight, I quickly looked around the apartment with my guard raised. Nothing. It looked exactly the same.

After regaining my balance, I started walking to the small kitchen, with my light head and nausea still there. Another flash of light hit me, I didn't lose my sight this time, but the light head got worst ten fold, along with the nausea. I began wobbling, trying to keep my balance.

After a minute of standing there wobbling and dealing with this sickening feeling, Another flash. With all the sickening feelings still there, stronger then ever, I realize that my body is frozen in place as my sight begins to fade into darkness.

As darkness took over my sight, I forced my hands up to be able to see them, I begin feeling even more sick when I'm able to see threw my hands, and see my self fading very slowly. “Am I.... Going to...?”

Darkness is so close to taking me over in tel, I feel pure rage in myself and scream, “NO!” I fell to my knees. I can see clearly and the sick feelings where gone.

Breathing heavily, Heart racing faster then I've ever felt, and I'm beginning to sweat. I stand my self back up, shocked by what just happen.

After being motionless for a minute or two. I take a step. “I can't move again!?” I said, with fear running threw my body as darkness regains its control over me. I began to fall forward, but before hitting the floor, I lost conciseness.

In the darkness I can easily hear a evil laughter, an then a small girl gasping in fear as a loud bang ringed in my ears after.

Darkness still controlled my sight, as I could hear a muffled voice, I can barely tell that it was a girls.
Not a word made sense to me as it again became quite. My eyes opened slightly with every thing completely blurred, then hearing the girls voice again still muffled.

“Who is that?” I said, not knowing if I said it in my mind or in voice.

The evil laughter begins again with the most sinister tone of evil I've ever heard in my life.
“Welcome to my world, Reaper!” The evil voice said in the middle of his sinister laugh.
Pure fear went threw my body, as I remembered this voice. The laughter begins to fade away as silence was all I could hear.

I begin trying to open my eyes, and succeed but with my vision completely blurred, as I continued hearing the girls muffled voice.

With each blink my vision becomes less blurred and my hearing becomes better, but I still couldn't make out the girls words, then I was able to see where I was. There was wood floor with the same wood decor around the walls. I blinked again and was clearly able to see that there was books, lots, and lots.

A library came to my mind as I closed my eyes again. My mind clicked and I remember seeing this place before.

“Umm... Hello?” I could clearly hear the voice of the girl. My mind clicked again, saying that I've heard that voice too.

I begin to regain control over my body and slowly push my self up to my knees. The nauseous feeling I had before going unconscious returned.

“Who are you?!” I said without my intention.
“Are you Okay?” The girl said. My mind clicked again knowing who's voice that belonged to. But I pushed that thought out of my mind knowing it would not be true as I also gagged by the feeling of vomiting.

As I continue with another gag I felt a object, lightly placed on my head by the point of it, and begin feeling the nausea leave my body.

Feeling better know, I ask, “Who are you?” without my intention I said that with some anger behind it.
I can tell she notice, with her hesitation wile pulling the object away from me.

“Wait?!” She said loudly with curiosity. My mind clicking again saying its diffidently her, I shook my head quickly to get rid of the thought.

“Are you... Human?!” My eye flinched still looking down at my hands holding me up.
“Of course I'm human! Now, who are you!?” I said with intention for the anger behind my words to be there.

I hear her take a step back and slightly nervous said, “Twilight Sparkle.”

“What!??” I blurted out as I looked up, seeing the purple unicorn.

I jumped back landing on my ass and elbows, as she took multiple steps back shocked by my reaction. We stared into each others eyes for a moment, both shocked by whats going on, and my reaction. I went right to my arm and pinched as hard as possible using my nails, tell I felt the pain and blood seeped out a little.

“Uh. You're not dreaming.” Twilight said with some fear in her voice.
“ Ya, I can tell” I said with the same anger as the last two times I've talked.

I looked back at the unicorn, and into her eyes I could begin to see curiosity, and also building fear. I then took a long exhale to calm down.

“Okay.” I said with the anger removed from my words.
“Where the fuck am I?” I said, still trying to keep my cool under the building anger.

“Oh my, you rally are human!” She said in amazement.
I then clinched my hands into a fist and slightly hit the floor with my knuckles to push myself up. I gagged again when some of the nausea returned.

“Uaa.. you're in Equestria, and in my library.” I could easily hear the fear in her voice. And the replay to my question was what I expected her to say.

As I took a couple of deep breaths to make the nausea leave my body, I was able to stand fully up and look at Twilight from my height. She looked at me with the same curiosity, I could tell that she was also trying to hide her fear of me.

She was hesitating to speak, “Are you alright?” she finally said while I was still calming myself down.
“I've been better.” Was my replay as I continued to calm myself.
“Whats going on” I said under my breath.

I suddenly see a glass of water floating close to me with a light purple aura surrounding it. I then looked at the unicorn to see the aura surrounding her horn as well.

I looked back at the drink putting my hand around the glass, as a small shock went through my body. I had no reaction to the shock, as I see the aura leave the glass and I felt the full weight of it. I took the glass to my lips and sipped on it multiple times, as I could her Twilight mummer in excitement.

I almost emptied the glass of water, I looked at the unicorn and seeing excitement in her eyes. But once they looked into mine, most of that joy went to fear. I exhaled again and asked what her name was again.

Of course she said the same name, “Twilight Sparkle.”
“Whats you're name?” she asked as some of the fear lifts.

I sipped out the last of the water in the glass and placed it on a table in the center of the room. I looked back at her and said, “Jack."

I'm talking to a fucking pony!?!?!

4: The First Night

“Odd name,” Twilight said with the curiosity still there, as I looked away from her, to the glass.
“You're name is odd to me as well.” I then see aura appear around the glass again as it flew to the other side of the room, she then placed it under a water fountain, murmuring words of excitement while she did this.

Then placing it back where I put it moments ago.
“Thanks” I said as calmly as I could, and I quickly drank it down.
“Do you want another refill?”
“No, I'm fine now.” I said while setting the glass back where it was.

“Um. Are you actually OK?” I can hear great concern in her voice for me. I'm a little shocked at her concern, and I simply replied with a no.

“How bad was it. Transporting from different worlds I mean?”
“No comment” I quickly replied.
“You need to give me answers first!” saying this to Twilight while looking into her eyes.

She then walked over to the couch that was only a couple of steps away from her and sat down.
“OK, what do you want to know?” she said looking at me, still with curiosity and some more of the fear gone.

I was honestly surprised that she would give me answers without resistance.
“Explain in every detail, what just happened to me.” She looked at me and began to speak.
“I was ordered to use a spell from a book, that’s next to your left hoof on that table.” I looked at the book as she continued to speak.
“And be prepared for a being not from are world to appear.” I looked back at her when she paused and got her to continue again.
“And.. Try to befriend him.”

She looked at me with some guilt in her eyes. I stared at her with no expression.
“Not enough details!” I said with no change of emotion, but I could see surprise in her eyes by my words.
“Who ordered you!?” I quickly said at her, with rage beginning to build again.
“Princess Celastia.”
“Who gave you the book?"
“Princess Celastia.”

I looked away, and thought about the princess from the show... show... SHOW!? Oh shit! They probably don’t know about that I've watch a show about them, better yet they don't even know about the show? I looked back at Twilight with no expression on my face, like earlier and said. “Who is this... Celastia?”

I need to hide the fact that I already know about this world and major inhabitants of the shows existence.

Twilight's eyes light up at the question I asked and began to speak again to replay.
“Princess Celastia is the ruler of are kingdom, Equestria and the one who raises the sun along with her sister, Princess Luna, who raises the moon, I’m also the student of Princess Celastia!” The replay I suspected, shes just like the character in the show.

“Now, what do you mean by. Befriend him?!” I said this showing some anger in my face and voice.
“I'm... I'm sorry, I clearly don't know.” Twilight said looking down, I can see the guilt and fear of me in her eyes again. I sighed as she continued.
“I still don’t clearly know whats going on.”
“Neither do I, and, Sorry, I'm starting to push my stress on you.” I looked away saying this, but in the corner of my eye I can see her look back at me with some relief in her eyes.

“So, Jack, can I, ask you a question now?”
“Sure,” I replied. “After you refill my glass!” I quickly grabbed the glass threw it fast up in the air over my head. Quickly the aura appeared around it, and flew back to the fountain.
“Nice catch,” I quickly said.

The glass was then refiled by the fountain, then placed back where it was before I threw it. She looked at me with a slight smile on her face as I picked the glass up for another drink, I can easily tell she knew that I was testing her.

After taking a quick sip I looked at her and said, “Shoot.”

Her left ear flinched, not clearly knowing what I meant. A small spark appeared in her eyes as she got ready to speak. “How was it. Transporting between worlds I mean?”

I looked at her for a moment as the evil laugh went through my mind. I looked away picking the glass back up taking another sip. Still holding the glass, I said, “Felt like I was about to die.”

I could see the pure shock and fear of the information I told her, as she stumbled to try to speak. “I... I... I'm... Oh my, I'm greatly sorry! I... I had no intention of that happening!” She was still sitting there with the same face.

While I looked completely calm, and took another sip from my drink and said, “Its alright, that wasn't my first time with the feel of death.”

I looked back at Twilight seeing even more shock in her eyes.
“Wasn't you're first time?” She said under her breath.

I quickly looked away. Flashbacks began rushing through my mind, as the nausea returned. I quickly picked the glass back up and drank all the liquid in it trying to get my mind else where. I turned around seeing the unicorn in deep thought. I then looked at the glass, realizing how tired I am right now. I walked over to the fountain refiling the glass my self this time.

After the glass was filled, I looked at Twilight, who was also looking at me with, question, guilt, and fear, clearly in her eyes. I forced my self to look away at the site of her mental misery. Silence was all you can hear for a couple of minutes.

I looked at her again seeing her look at her front hoofs still in the same emotional situation. “You alright, Twilight?” I finally said to break the silence and put her back in reality. Stumbling multiple times, she finally said yea.

She looked at me again and I could see uncertainty in her eyes. “You look tired, Mister Jack.”
I let out a small chuckle and said “Please, just Jack.”
“OK, then” Was her replay as she stepped off of the couch.
“I have a place for you to sleep, if you want?” I was surprised by this offer.
“We barely just meet and you're offering me a place to sleep in you're home?”

She quickly replied with, “I don't know clearly whats going on right now, and I can tell the same for you.” She turned around and continued.
“And the only thing I can think of that would be any help right now is to calm down and get some sleep.” I notice the pure lack of energy in her face and voice.

I nodded my head and began fowling her, tell she showed me a room with a bed. And said I can stay here for the night. I thanked her as I walked into the room, turning around seeing her already walking to her room I presumed. I closed the door walked to the bed. And... Simply put my head into the palm of my hands saying, “what the fuck!” After a moment I realized sleeping on a situation like this doesn't seem much like Twilight. I laughed a little, Well she was diffidently not prepared for this event, neither was I.

I looked around the room turning on a lamb next to the bed. I see a mirror next to the door to the main room. I stood up walked to the mirror to see myself. I looked to tired for my own good, turning around back to the bed, sitting on it and kicking off my shoes, trying to keep sane. I then notice a red book next to the lamp I turned on earlier, I picked it up and read the cover. “Need to Know knowledge of Equestria.” How convenient, I laid down on the bed barely long enough for my height, open the book and begin reading.

I'm beginning to lose my sanity again...

5: Jack

I wake to see light in my eyes from a window to the right of me. I would honestly of slept well tonight if that evil laughter wasn't stuck in my head. After a moment, sounds of reality began to pierce my ears again. On the other side of the door I could hear a loud, reconsigning burp, That must be Spike.

I got up from the bed, put my shoes back on, and walked to the exit of the bedroom. To then, see Twilight handing the small purple dragon a scroll, as he then breathed fire to incinerate the scroll, and obviously sending it to Celastia.

I had to knock on the book shelf next to me to announce my presence. It worked as they both looked at me quickly, a small spark of delight appeared in Twilight’s eyes as she said, “Spike, this is Jack. The human I was talking about!”
“Jack, this is Spike, my assistant!” I then look at Spike to see tones of disbelieve in his eyes.
“Hey, there Spike.” He didn't speak for a moment.
“Hey Twilight?” She looked back at me , “I don't think Spike believed you, when you told him about me?”

Both of their eyes sparked as Twilight quickly looked at Spike and began squinting her eyes, slowly moving closer to him, “Spike?” She said in a obviously annoyed tone.
“What!? No,no,no I believed you, ha,ha?”

Twilight continued as Spike became more nerves, “Hey, I'm... going to go fix the bed Jacky boy here slept in. Okay?”
Before Twilight could speak, he bolted for the room behind me and closed the door.

I looked back at Twilight with a small smile on my face, as a glass of orange liquid floated to me, with the purple aura around it. I grabbed it, with the slight shock again going threw me. “Orange juice, I presume?”
“Sure is. Hey come over here!” she said excitedly.

As I began walking to her taking a sip of the juice, “Hmm, best orange juice I've ever tasted,” I said quietly under my breath, as I noticed Twilight’s right ear twitch, obviously announcing she heard me. So her hearing is that good.

I got to the table she then pointed at a scroll and told me to read it.

“Dear, Jack. I know you are still in confusion of the event that has occurred. But I must assure you, that there are great reasons for you to be in this different world.” Signed, Princess Celastia.

I rolled the scroll back up and threw it hard back on the table making a loud slap. In the corner of my eyes I can see Twilight's eyes shocked that the princess's little insuring letter, failed at its job.

“Its like back in the unit.” I said, with anger hastily building up. I then hit the table with my fist, in pure rage as every thing on it violently shook. “Just like the fucking president, doesn't say shit to the men when they need to know what there going to fucking risk!”

During a moment of silence, I quickly looked into Twilight's eyes, then looked away just as fast, picking the glass of juice back up lifting it to my mouth to finish it off. The fear of me from yesterday returned to her eyes.
After a moment Twilight exhaled. She was trying to regain control of herself, when knocking on the front door made her quickly walk to it.

I put my hands on the table to hold myself up as I became light headed, looking at the scroll I threw down.
“He needs a moment alone.” I hear Twilight saying softly to somebody at the door.
“Aww, but I want to meet him Twi!” Another voice said with no intent of hiding her words from me. I could tell it was Rainbow Dash's voice.
“No, Rainbow!” Twilight said, quickly closing the door closed behind her.

“Rainbow Dash?” I said with fear, in my voice. I can see Rainbow's face turn from annoyed to concern, “what is it Twilight... Are you okay?”
“I'm fine Rainbow... Its just... I need a friend to talk to right now.”
“Alright.” Rainbow replayed as we began walking away from the library.

I sat there still looking at the scroll with my hands on the table. When my light head went away, I looked back at the door Twilight left by.
Picking up the glass used to hold orange juice earlier, and walked to the fountain to refill it. I took multiple sips of it still tasting a small amount of the juice in the water tell I emptied it. And refilled it again. I looked at the freshly filled glass and wondered why I was so dehydrated.
“Probably from being transported by magic to a different world.” I said before drinking from the glass again.
I turn around looking at the entire main room of the library. “I'm really in the world of a little girls fucking show!”

After finishing the glass off, I placed it next to the fountain, and wondered why Spike was still in the other room. I walked close to it and placed my ear on the door and heard snoring. I remember in the show how mush Spike fell asleep, he is still a baby dragon. I looked at the book shelf next to me, and see if I could find information worth while.

“Seriously Twilight! Are you OK!? Did That human do any thing to you?!?”
“No, Rainbow Dash.” At this point are other friends joined us in the conversation.
“Then whats going on, sugar cube?” AppleJack said.
I sighed again before speaking, “The stress of this ordeal has... Well easily got to him and he is loosing his temper.” Rainbow then flew in front of me, blocking my path as I was forced to stop walking.

“He better of not hurt you Twi!?”
“No, he didn't.” I quickly said to calm Rainbow down.
“But he did yell.”
“Why?Why?Why?Why?” Pinke Pie, blurted at me with great concern.
“I gave Jack a letter from Princess Celastia, and after reading it out loud. Which I don't think he noticed that he did. He then threw the scroll to the table, yelling - Just like the fucking president, Doesn’t say shit to the men when they need to know what there going to fucking risk.”

They where all like me, shocked and confused by these words.
“Well maybe we should go talk to... Umm, this human and find out what he meant?” AppleJack said, With determination.
“I agree Twilight, you should know why he would yell like that!” Rarity said being herself, but still with the same determination as AppleJack.
“I agree with you... But. Remember his position, Taken from his world, to some where he had no idea existed, against his will, by ME with orders from Celastia, Two ponies he knows nothing about. And there's another thing, to be greeted by a species not human!!”

As I looked at the others I can see that they all agreed with what I said, and started to feel sorry for him. Out of now where Pinkie Pie started crying.
“WHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! That POOR...” She paused for a moment with her mind thinking what to say next, I guess.
“Human!!! WHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!”
“Its alright Pinkie! I can tell he'll be fine! Its just a lot for him to take in” I said trying to get Pinkie to stop.

She gasped before she said “I NEED TO THROW HIM A WELCOMING PARTY TO PONYVILLE!!!”

As she begin to dash away, I grabbed her tail and puller back down.
“No! Not yet Pinkie!” Pinkie's mane instantly deflated after saying this.
“I bet he would be great full if you did that for him Pinkie, but I can tell he needs time to calm down.” She looked at me and smiled a little, but I can still see the disappointment in her face.

“I'll tell you right at the moment it would be a good time to throw the party. Okay?”
Her mane inflated and simply said, “oky doky!” And bounce away happily humming.

“Alright, everypony lets go back to the library and talk with Jack!” I said with confidence!

After getting there I hesitated, I looked at my five friends and said, “Remember what I said earlier, hes not doing well right now.”
Each one nodded their head to agree. As I opened the door to let me and my friends in, I clearly see Jack Stretched out on the couch reading a book with about 10 more stacked in a pile next to him on the floor.

“Hello there Twilight,” Jack said without even looking at me.

I instantly turn to Rainbow, and stopped her from flying over to Jack, And succeeded when she folded her wings back. “He Looks fine to me” Rainbow Dash said under her breath.

I put the book down on top the pile and sat in the couch normally, Spike then walked down the stairs, “hello everypony!” They all said hello to the dragon.

“Hey Spike?” He then looked at me.
“Can you put these books back for me?” I could see some confusion in his face.
“But its only been 2 hours?”
“Ya, I finished reading them.”
“Oh? OK, sure” as the dragon ran to the stack of books, and do what I asked, I looked at Twilight and was easily able to see that she was impressed by what I just said.

“Who are all these people behind you Twilight?” I said. But in my mind, I already knew all 6 of these ponies and there personality’s. I'll use that to my advantage to stay on there good sides.

One by one they introduced themselves tell Fluttershy hesitated, but whispered
“Hello, I'm... Fluttershy.”
“Hello, AppleJack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy, I'm Jack.”

I see Pinkie Pie dash in front of me beginning her rambles, “Oh my gosh you're totally human! This is one of the coolest things, EVVA!!! No... Can this be as coolest like the wedding... OO, OO!”
“Pinkie!” I hear Twilight, slightly yell.
“Oh... Oops, sorry!” Pinkie said giving a nervous smile.

“So, what have you guys been d-”
“ Hey whats the big idea yelling at Twilight!?” I was cut off by Rainbow Dash who was now in my face hovering.
“RAINBOW DASH!” Twilight said in anger, Rainbow then landed next to me and was about to speak.
“I told you he did NOT yell at me!” Only to be cut of by Twilight.

I was surprise by this. That she would take my side over her close friend. But that’s when I remember the last part of what Twilight told me last night. “And try to befriend him.” And this is also Rainbow Dash.

I looked at Rainbow dash to meet her eyes. She was obviously annoyed now, and got annoyed even more when I had no emotion on my face. She flapped her wings, sending her right in my face, hovering over me again.

“Then who did you yell at!?” she yelled at me.
I then see purple aura surrounding her as she fly’s away from me and lands on her ass next to Twilight.
“Jack? What where you yelling at this morning after reading the letter?” Twilight said, desperately trying to be nice and getting a answer.

I leaned back in the couch an sighed, “My self, the President, and Celastia.” I said.
“The... President?” Rarity said right after my answer.

I took a long exhale before telling the group, “You're kingdom is ruled by a Princess, Right? Well my country, doesn't have a ruler.”
I can see them all fascinated by what I was saying, even Spike.
“My country demographically elects a person from 2 groups, simply by voting for one, or the other. The person who wins the election now has the title of President, for 4 years. He or she leads are country though... what ever is going on in the world. If it be. A depression, fuel shortage, or a war.”

After a moment of them thinking of what I tolled them from my world.
Rainbow Dash blurts out, “Wait!? Why where you yelling at Celastia!?”
“We'll she ordered Twilight to use a spell to transport me to a different world, against my will.” I said in replay, as Twilight’s fascination of me turned to guilt and lowered her head.
“Then sends a letter to me saying that, to be reassured to now that I'm here for a reason. Not telling me any thing else. I was definitely not reassured by her writing. In fact it did the exact opposite of her intentions!”

Thy all looked away for a moment when I stopped talking. And Twilight still kept her head down.
“So with the stress of this ordeal, my pass and so little information from you're Princess, I easily lost my temper.”

I sighed, trying to keep my temper under control again.
“Twilight, I'm sorry for how I acted this morning.” There was a moment of silence after my words when I begin to see a tear fall from her eye.
“No, no don't be.” She looked up a little, Her eyes crying.
“I should be the one who's sorry! I brought you to a different world, with the experience of it being like-!”
“Twilight!” AppleJack quickly said , cutting her off. Twilight looked at the floor and began crying, as her friends started comforting her.

As she they continued, I walked over to the group and kneeled down to be at eye level with everyone else. I put my hand on Twilight's shoulder, she quickly looked up into my eyes. “Its okay, Twilight. I have nothing against you. You where just following orders!”
She smiled a little with relief rushing into her eyes. I took my hand off her shoulder as she wiped away her tears.
“Thank you.” Twilight said under her breath.
I smiled and stood back up taking a couple steps back.

After an hour of trying to get Twilight to calm down, She finally did. She was smiling like normal again. I then see Pinkie whispering in her ear looking at me in the corner of her eyes, she was holding her hoof up to block my sight so I couldn't read her lips. Twilight then looked at Pinkie and whispered in her ear. For a moment I looked away as they noticed that I was watching them.
Pinkie Pie suddenly yelled. “YES!” and dashes out of the front door faster then my eyes could follow.
I stood there shocked by the sight of her speed, AppleJack walks behind me saying, “Pinkie Pie, just being Pinkie Pie, partner.”

I knew Pinkie Pie could shatter the 4th wall in the TV show, but. She just did it right in front of every one, then AppleJack said that was normal!

After that every one said it was time for them to go home, as I laid on the couch opening a book I found interesting and listened as the group of friends said there good byes for the night.

“Good bye, Mister Jack.” Rarity said, I looked at her a little stunned.
But bowed my head and said, “Good bye, Miss Rarity.”
She then turned to Twilight, I can faintly make out what they said, “He's such a gentleman Twilight, any way Goodnight."
“Goodnight, Rarity” Twilight said with joy. As the door closed, Twilight looked at me with curiosity back in her eyes.

“So, Jack” Twilight said after a moment.
"Yes Twilight?” I quickly replied.
“I want to now more about you're world!” I looked at her curiously.
“Why?”
“Cause I like to learn” She said smiling.

I knew she wasn't telling me everything. I then look at her annoyed by the fact she couldn't lie.
She looked at the floor. “Also, Princess Celastia asked me to, from the letter I got this morning."
“If that was all, why did you send a reply to her?” She looked at me surprised.
“How did you know that!”
“I was there when I spotted Spike incinerating a scroll. I asked him why he did that when you where out, and learned he could send scrolls to you're majesty that way. But, why did you reply to the Princess if only that was on it?” Trying to say it nicely.

“She asked me details about you're physical appearance! Eye color, height, mane color! And you're mental condition... Which I told her, you were not doing very good.”

“Well, You where right about the last part.” I looked at her and spotted guilt in her eyes as her head began to go low. “No way Twilight!” She quickly looked at me.
“No getting poutsy woutsy on me again! I don't have you're friends here to get a smile back on you!” She looked at me and laughed.
“Still.. I'm sor-” She cut herself off remembering what I just said. She looked back at me and smiled again.

As she sat next to me on the couch, starting to ask questions, I quickly replied to each one of them, giving a correct answer, trying to avoid saying any thing about my past in my answers. She would ask questions of my country, and how nature worked on earth.

A little more then an hour later, we heard Spike burping loudly in the other room up stairs, he then ran out.
“A letter came for you Twilight!” She used her magic to open it in front of her to began reading.
I had to stand up and walk away from the couch.
“Read out loud Twilight!” Spike said excitedly. She hesitated, I can tell she sense my dislike fore the Princess.She cleared her throat, and began to speak.
“Dear, Twilight Sparkle, I need you, you're friends, and Jack, to come to the castle at noon by train.”

I was still looking the other way. “So I get to finally meet you're majesty!” I looked back at Twilight, I can easily tell she knows I distrust the Princess.
“Lets rest for the night, and be ready when we need to leave for the station at noon.” I said trying not to look mean to Twilight.

After we awkwardly said good night to each other, we went to are rooms. I looked around the room I spent the last night in, The lamp was already on. I then notice a door on the other side of the room to the wall on my right. I walked to it and turn the nob successfully. I moved along with the door to make sure nothing would shoot out at me. After the door was fully open, I looked in to see a switch. I flicked it as lights turned on revealing a small bath room. Leaving the lights on in the bath room I went to the door that lead to the main room and found a lock on it and clicked it.

Back to the bathroom I took my clothes off to clean them in the small shower, “I need to talk to Rarity and ask her to make me a couple of clothes, after I get on her good side. Which I think I'm already on the right track. After hanging the clothes to dry, I cleaned my self. I went to bed wearing only my underwear. I fell asleep quickly.

Thoughts of Twilight went through my mind that night.

I lost some of my sanity that night...

6: Celastia

I didn't sleep much that night, I was mostly reading for 7 of the 9 hours that I got to be alone. Twilight's home was exactly how I suspected when I was watching the show back on earth. A library converted to a home. I can understand why Twilight liked it so much. Almost all the information you need under one roof. But my world has internet. I'm going to have to get use to major lack of technology.

Any way, I read about 44 books, I now have a much better grip on nature, monsters, magic and culture, of this world. I want to go into the Ever-free forest and see what I can find in there, and get a lot of exercise too.

Someone knocked on the door to the room I've been staying in.
“Hey Jack? You awake yet?”
“I am now Spike.” I said after a moment.
“Twilight went out earlier to tell the rest of the gang about going to Canterlot this after noon. She asked me to wake you up so you would be ready when its time to leave.”
“Alright then. I'll be ready when its time.” I can here Spike walk away as I got out of the bed to get ready.

After getting my clothes back on, thankfully where fully dried off, I left the bedroom. I spotted Spike enjoying breakfast at the table.
“Hey Jack! I made you a plate too.” I walked over to the table to see a plate with, buttered toast, eggs and a apple.
“Thanks Spike.” I sat down next to him and enjoyed a home made meal, even if it was this simple.

“So Jack, what did you do as a job back on... Uh..?” spike said after a moment.
“My world is called Earth. And what I did for work was training soldiers.” He looked at me surprised, still chewing.
“Like ponies to fight and defend you're kingdom right?”
“Ya I would have members of special task forces from every country that where allies with mine.”
“Special Task force?” He said in confusion finishing off his bite of food.
“People who are heavily trained by the best to do missions around the world that only the best of the best could do.” He then took another bite, and suddenly stopped.
“If you trained the best of the best? You are one of the best then?!” He said excitedly with his mouth full. I chuckled a little.

“I'm the best there is,” I said smiling with cockiness. He Looked at me questioning my cockiness.
“How good are you?” Spike said still questioning me.
“I know that there is only one person from my world that could have the chance of killing me.”
“Are you and him... Um, enemy’s?” I laughed at his question as he began looking more confused
I looked at Spike and said, “Me and him are the closest friends you can ever find in any military!”

After we laughed at each others bad joke's and funny stories, we finished breakfast. And Spike told me he would clean up for us, I noticed as I looked up to see beams below the roof.
“Spike don't tell Twilight I did this.” He looked at me confused.
I then ran up the wall jumping away from it about half way to the roof and easily grabbed onto one of the beams to pull my self on top of it.

“That was amazing!” Spike said, obviously impressed by what he watched.
“Whats amazing Spike?” Twilight said walking into the main room from the front door.
“What Jack just did!” Spike said, pointing at me up on the beams of the home.

Twilight was confused in tel she spotted me casually sitting there.
“How did you get up there!?” She said shocked by the sight.
“Athletic skill.” I quickly replayed.
I looked at Twilight, easily able to see disbelief and annoyance in her face.I can tell I'm more then 180inchs of the ground. So I pushed myself of the beam, I can see some fear go through Twilight's eyes as I began falling to the ground.

I landed on the ground barley bending my knees to the force of the impact. And walked away to the couch like I just stepped off the curb of a side walk. I can hear Twilight sighing, as I sat on the couch and spotted Spike to return to cleaning.

“Well everypony else knows to meet at the train station at noon, so we have 2 hours. Hey Jack?”
“Yes Twilight?”
“Seance we have some time, how about I show you around Ponyville?”

I had to think for a moment.
“I'll take you up on you're offer.”
“Great. Spike?” Spike just finished cleaning the table at this point.
“Pack my things and meet me at the train station, at 12 o’clock.”
“Right away Twilight!” He ran up the stairs, and me and Twilight walked to the front door

“Hey, Twilight” Me and Twilight looked back to see him half way up the stairs.
“Can I come with you to Canterlot?” Spike said unsure of the answer Twilight will give him.
“Of course Spike!” Twilight said smiling. Spike instantly cheered up and continued back up the stairs quietly saying, “yes!” We started walking again as Twilight giggled a little.

As we walked around town for a couple of hours, with Twilight pointing out what shops, are what, and where her friends lived. I was constantly stared at.
“Hey Twilight, you know everyone is staring at us?”
“I've known sens we left the library, humans are a myth in this world.”

I honestly knew this. But I'm starting feel bad keeping this secret from Twilight.
“Hey how much is you're world populated?”
“At this point... past 8billion.” I looked at her, she was stunned by the number.
“Yes Twilight. My world is getting crowded.”
“OK then, well... what year is it in you're world?”
“The date today, June, 25, 2042”
“What about you're birthday?” I looked at her raising an eye brow.
“Sorry, that was rude of me.”
“My birth date is June, 28, 2022” She slowed down a little, to think.
“Look! there’s Sugar Cube Corner!” She quickly said after a moment.

As Twilight open the door to the store, a bell ringed as a older male voice said. “Hello Twilight.”
He paused as his eyes landed on me.
“You must be the human Pinkie Pie was talking about last night!”
“I sure am sir” I said trying to be joy full.
“Its nice to meet you, I'm Mr. Cake.”
“I'm Jack.”

We shook hoofs and hands. As Pinkie Pie walked around the corner.
“Hello Twilight! Hello Jacky!” There’s the nick name shes always going to call me now.
“Hey Pinkie?”
“Yes Twilight?” Twilight then began to whisper in her ear.

Pinkie began bouncing in place giggling, I looked at Twilight, and she looked back at me smiling. She told Pinkie my birthday was in three days. After a moment Pinkie Pie offered us lunch and we happily accepted.
After a good meal mostly containing sweats, with chatter, me, Twilight, and Pinkie Pie, headed for the train station after waving goodbye to the Cakes.

As we walked to the train station, the stares of Ponyville residents continued. I can start seeing Twilight get a little nervous, and Pinkie Pie oblivious to the situation.

“OOO, look there’s the station!” Pinkie Pie blurted out dashing there to see her other friends.
“Hello everypony.” Twilight said as we got to the train platform.
“ALL ABOARD!” The conductor yelled as soon as I got up the steps. After looking for a empty cart in the train, we got comfy. After some time the train started to move. I began to hear the group chatting about me, but at this moment I want to sleep.

“Jack? Jack wake up.” I open my eyes to see twilight in front of me. “Where almost there!” She said excitedly. I look out the window to see the giant castle.
“Alright you're majesty, time to get some answers!”

As the train stopped, and we exited. We walked fast to the castle, as the stairs started again. I honestly didn't give a shit, as all I cared about was getting information out of Celastia. The walk was silent, as the 6 ponies and Spike felt the anger building up in me.

I looked back at Jack as we made it to the large doors to the throne room. All I could see in his eyes was pure anger. “Are you alright, Jack?”
“I'm fine Twilight.” He didn't even look at me saying this. The doors began to open.

“Twilight, and friends how are all of you?” Celastia said in joy. We stayed silent as Jack walked up in front of us.

“You must be Jack. I must apologize for what has occ-”
“ I don't want you're apologies Celastia! I want information!” I'm stunned to see Jack talking so rudely to the Princess.
“I sense a lot of anger in you.”
“Congratulations! Now explain you're self!” Jack and Celastia stared at each other for a moment.
“This world is being threatened.”

“What do you mean Celastia!” I said in worry.
Rainbow dashed into the air. “BY WHO!?!?”
After a moment of silence, “I don't know.” Celastia said.
“Get to the point!” Jack yelled in pure rage.
“All I know of this threat is how evil his presence is in this world. And I can only sense one in both of are worlds that could have a chance to defeat him.”

Even with Princess Celastia’s poker face I could see the fear of this evil in her eyes.
“Jack I know you are the only one who can defeat him."
“Why do you think this?” Jack said cooling down.
“Because I know what you've done you're entire life. I know what you've been through and what you're capable of! And what you are!”

“How?” Jack said in more confusion than anger.
“I'm capable of raising and setting the sun and the moon, and being more than a thousand years old, I have learn more than enough advance magic. That's how I know this evil is from you're world Jack. Because only earth could produce such an evil being.”

“If you want this evil, gone from the this world. Then why the fuck ask a person like me for help!?”
“Its because...” She stopped not looking at Jack or any of us.

After a moment of silence, Celastia stepped off her throne walking towards Jack. When they where standing in front of each other, eye to eye.
“Because I'm desperate.” She then bowed to Jack.
“I'm begging you to help me defend this world from his evil! I need you Reaper.”

I looked at Jack, the shock in his eyes is more then what I had. He regain himself and walked away from Celastia to the throne room doors, and left.

“What the fuck?!” I said to myself under my breath as I left the throne room.

I walked around a little, tell I found the garden. And sat on the bench that was there.
I couldn't think... I took a couple of deep breaths to make my heart stop racing. I look up with my mind back in reality, I'm greeted by birds singing, beautiful flowers, and butterflies. I remember the finally of season 1. Fluttershy going insane, I laughed at the thought. And I start to remember why I liked the show so much back when I was on earth.

“We don't need him Celastia! We have the elements!” Rainbow Dash said loudly and surly.
“I know the Elements of Harmony, and you 6 will be the reason this evil is vanquished. But I know that will not be enough. We need a pony like Jack.”
“Why!?” I said unsure what she meant.
“Jack... Has a good heart, its just that...”
After a long moment of pause, “But Jack... Can do evil things and not feel sympathy after.”
“What do you mean by that Celastia!?!?” I said in pure fear.

After A long time of silence Jack walked back in. Some joy was brought to Celastia's eyes at the sight of Jack. “Celastia?” Jack said walking to the window and placing his hands on its sill.
“I look at this world... And feel joy in my heart. But I begin to think of this evil you spoke of. And anger replaces this joy I feel. I don't want the evils of my world here.” He turn around and smiled.
“Princess Celastia. I will not let this evil do anything wrong to this world!”

I look back at Celastia, tears of joy showed in her eyes, as I looked at the others, they where all smiling.
“But, there's things we must discus in private” Jack said still smiling.
At this moment Princess Luna and Shining Armor showed up.
“Hello big brother, hello Luna!”
“Hey there Twilly!” I was about to run up to my brother when Celastia said.
“Luna, Shinning Armor, We need to have a private talk with Jack.”
“Its alright Twilly, well have time to talk later.” I see Luna leading the four into another room. Celastia stopped and looked at us. “Please go to the dinning room and enjoy you're self’s.”

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie yelled yes as they dashed for the dinning room. I looked at Celastia.
“Go enjoy you're self. We'll be fine.” Celastia said continuing into the room as the door closed behind her.
“Its alright Twilight. Lets go get something to eat.” AppleJack said patting me on the shoulder.
“OK.” I said sadly as I followed my friends.

As the door closed behind Celastia, we stood quietly for a moment.
“Celastia?” I finally said after a little.
“You do realize what you will be releasing into this world if you let me do what I want.”
She nodded saying. “Please don't hurt anypony that does not deserve it.”
“I'll make sure of that. But I can do a lot better at my mission. If I have my gear.”
“What do you mean by that?” Shinning Armor said.
“Simple, I need my packs holding all my valuables to do what I've accepted to do.”

Luna looked like she was thinking.
“Sister?” Luna said after a moment.
“Yes, Luna?”
“I can use my magic to see what he is talking about and you can transport it here.”
“I can link are four minds together to make this idea work.” Shinning Armor said.

Celastia nodded her head. I sat down with my legs crossed and deeply breathed to calm myself as Luna sat in front of me. Then Celastia sat to my left as Shinning Armor to the right. I see there horns begin to glow with aura as Luna puts hers on my forehead. I closed my eyes and imagine exactly how my two packs where the day I was transported to Equestria.

After a moment I hear a loud thud behind me. I feel Luna take her horn off my forehead. I open my eyes to see the three smiling. I look behind me to see my two packs there, exactly as they where that day. We got up to investigate the packs, I open one of them and started checking to see if every thing was there.
“Hey, whats this?” Shining Armor said, picking up a can with his magic.
I reached for it and opened it, I took a sip and said “I was in the mood for a beer.”
Celastia and Luna look a little annoyed, as Shinning Armor chuckled.

“Alright, every thing is here!” I said after checking the second pack.
“What now?” Shinning Armor said.
“Well, I go back to Ponyville and start investigating the Ever-Free Forest.”
“Why?” Luna said.
“I read a couple books about that forest, and how many evil things can hide in there, but with this gear, I can easily find what I want.” I said in replay.
“Very well then Jack. And please, do all you can!” Celastia said with great care.
I picked up my two packs and said, “I'll do better!” I then walked out of the room with Shinning Armor close behind.

“Jack?” Shinning Armor called me as the door closed behind him.
“Don't do any thing to hurt my little sister.” I looked at the stallion for a moment.
“Right now, shes the one out of everybody here I least want to see in pain.”
He looked me in the eye and smiled, knowing I told the truth.

I open the door to the dinning room to get Pinkie Pies party cannon blasted at me.
“SURPRISE!” Pinkie yelled.
“Big Brother, Jack! How did it go?” Twilight said while I was shaking off Pinkie's confetti.
“It went well!” Shinning Armor said as I continued, as Spike and the gang walked up close to us.
“Well I have ideas on how to pursue the mission at hand.” I said finally getting the confetti off.
“Alright! Lets hear it!” AppleJack said with determination.
“Lets go to the train station. I'll tell every thing on the way there.”

Along the walk to the station, stares of the residence continued. I could care less as after we told everyone else what was going on. We laughed as we started socializing with each other, quick stories, jokes, and Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie.

We made it to the train, I got on and look back at Shining Armor, he looked at me, with distrusted in his eye. I nodded trying to reassure him, He nodded back. And I started a look for an empty train cart for us, as the others said goodbye to Shinning Armor.

I found an empty train cart, and I placed my bags in front of me as I sat down. I pulled out what I was looking for when everyone else walked into the cart.
“What are you doing Jack?” Twilight said taking a seat next to me.
“Getting This. It's called a SPCC.” Twilight looked confused as I strapped it onto my arm.
“Soldier's Personal Combat Computer.” She watched at as I strapped it on.

“A computer? Oh you were talking about that last night!”
“Ya but this one is made for soldiers like me to have every form of information in the world at there finger tips at the moment they need it.” She was completely fascinated.

“Twilight, come over here please.” Rarity said, making Twilight look away from what I was doing.
She looked at me, and I moved my head announcing to go over there. She smiled and walked to her friends, as I reached back into my bag. I pulled out my headphones. Plugged it into my SPCC and turned on my music, making it loud enough to block any noise around me, I closed my eyes, and relaxed.

“What is it Rarity?” I quickly looked back to see Jack going to sleep.
“Twilight, are you... by any chance, scared, of what Jack can do?
I stopped in front of the group and looked down thinking of what Rarity just said.
“I don't know... Or actually I don't know if I should or shouldn't be scared of him. Princess Celastia said hes is capable of doing evil, but when we talk, hes so nice and kind.”
“I don't want to believe what Celastia said ether Twilight, but we shouldn’t give him are complete trust.” AppleJack said making sure everypony understood her point.
“That doesn't seem very fair AppleJack.” Fluttershy said quietly.
“I agree with AppleJack! We don't know any thing about him!” Rainbow Dash said.
“I hate to agree with all of you but, you're right.” Rarity said not sure of her replay

I look back at Jack, who is peacefully sleeping. “I don't like it either” I said sadly.
“I'm going to go talk to him and see if I can learn some thing about his past.” I said as the others nodded their heads to agree with me.

I walked over to Jack, and started hearing music from the object on his head.
“Hey, Jack?” He didn't move, probably because he couldn't hear me.
I used my magic to remove it and he quickly looked at me, as I set it on his lap.

“Can I ask you something Jack?”
“Sure Twilight.” I was about to speak when his music interrupted me.
“You Spin Me Right Round, Baby, Right Round, Like a Record, Baby, Right Round, Round, Round!” Jack looked at me smiling, he quickly raised his eyebrows.
I felt my face heat up as I quickly looked away. “Never mind Jack! I'll ask some other time!”

Half way back to everypony I looked back to see Jack with the music back in his ears getting comfy to sleep. I felt my face heat up a little more. I looked back at my friends. They where all holding back a smile.
“WHAT!?” I yelled at them with my face getting hotter.

Rainbow Dash busted out laughing, as the rest soon followed.
“WHATS SO FUNNY!?” I yelled my face getting even hotter.
“They noticed the flirt Jack did to me and where laughing because of that!” I said to myself turning away to go to the other side of the cart.

I sat down looking away from my friends, my face burning now. “Oh, Come on Twilight!” I heard Rainbow Dash saying, while laughing.

After some time alone, My face cooled off from the embarrassment. And I started thinking about Jack.
I look over my shoulder to see his eyes slightly open.

After a moment his yes got wide throwing his music device off.
“WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!?!?!”
I look too see a pitch black creature with pure red eyes looking directly at Jack threw the window. It dashes to the back of the train as soon it prescience was notice.
“Come back here you son of a bitch!” I see Jack dash past me as fast as the creature.
I got up and followed as fast as I could.

I get to the caboose of the train to see a pitch black pony with Jack blocking its way out. It turned looking straight at me with pure evil red eyes. I stepped back as my heart began to race and I felt fear run through me. Jack dashes for it only to be kicked straight into the roof, quickly falling down. It attempted to jump over Jack as he reached to grab it pulling it back to the ground as it then kicked Jack in the head, I could easily see blood come out of his mouth as he landed in front of me.
Jack shot back up with incredible speed as he ran to the open door and stood there outside for a moment.

He took a couple steps back and closed the door. He walked to the sink and spit out blood. I walked over to see if he was okay, this is when my friends and the conductor walked in.
“What just happened!?” the conductor said with annoyance in his tone.
“Some form of shadow being attacked me!” He spit out more blood after saying this.
“Where is it then!?” the conductor said with fear in his voice now.
“It got away from the back door, after it bashed me in the face. I think it broke a tooth also.”
“I'll worn everypony about what happened and to keep an eye out.” The conductor said returning to his post.

I look back at Jack to see him reaching into his own mouth.
“Are you two alright?” AppleJack said with great concern.
I see Jack rip a tooth out of his own mouth with blood following, he threw it into the sink spitting blood again. I look at AppleJack.
“I'm fine, Jacks the one who got hurt.” I look back at him to see a black mark under his chin.
“What was that Jack?” I said trying to keep myself under control.
“I don't know. But it sure did know who I was or it would not have run away so desperately.”
He looked at me, I can see blood dripping from his lips. “But it sure as hell knows that I'm in this world!”
“Lets get you cleaned up Jack.” I pointed to the bed next to him.
After he sat down, and I began cleaning the blood and his bruise.

The last hour of the train ride was completely quite. But I quickly writ a letter to send to the Princess telling what just happened. After Spike sent the letter I can tell he was afraid, all of us where. But Jack wasn't, he was pacing around seeing if it would dare show itself again.

After the train stopped and we got out.
“None of you need to worry about the shadow being, It was only paying attention to me.” Jack said after we got off the train.
“How can you be so sure?” I said trying to control my fear.
“Because it talked to me.”
“What?” I said as I lost some control of my fear.
“Go home and sleep the night, I know Luna will be watching us.” I can tell everypony else felt a little safer after his words.

We all walked home together as it was almost dark.
“Umm, Pinkie Pie?” Fluttershy said. “Can I stay with you tonight?” she asked as we got to Sugar Cube Corner.
“Of course Fluttershy!” Pinkie said happily, but I can tell shes trying to hid her fear too.

After taking AppleJack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash home. We went to mine.
After walking in my home I tried to levitate a book to me I know would help at this moment, but Jack cached it before It got to me.
“You need to sleep Twilight. I'll deal with this alright?” He turned around to look at me, I could see great concern for me in his eyes.
“Okay Jack. Come on Spike, lets get some sleep.” Spike nodded and we went upstairs. Half way up I could see Jack with his head facing down and clenching the book, I then walked the rest of the way to my room.

I stood there for a moment not knowing what to do. I looked at the book to see what it was. “Dark Beings.” I walked to my room, half way I looked at the door that leads to Twilight’s room and paused.

I sat on my bed after putting the book next to the lamb after I threw my two packs to the ground. Staying motion less for a moment, I finally laid down, without my intention, I fell asleep.

“I'm going to kill you Reaper!” those words went threw my head all night in my dreams. What that shadow being said.

I lost more of my sanity that night.

7: Shadow Death

I got up at 5:30 to do research about the being last night.
I still have no idea how such an evil thing could be in this world. But, I believe Celastia now about that thing is from earth, just looking at it you can tell that only a human's evil tainted it. But why was it in the shape of a pony?
I read the book that Twilight was going to read last night. But sadly, there was nothing like the shadow, shocker actually, I had hopes on finding answers in that book. Even though my search was fruitless, I put all of the information the book had into my SPCC.

I walked out of the bedroom to see books surrounding Twilight.
“Twilight?” I said trying to get her back in reality.
She quickly looked at me, “Jack? Do you have the book from last night?”
I walked next to her and set it down on her desk.
“It was fruitless.” I sighed.

She quickly started flipping through it.
“There is nothing there like Shadow Death.” I said.
She quickly stopped to look at me.
“Shadow Death?” She said with fear in her voice.
“That's the name I gave it.” I said quickly trying to calm her down.
“Why name it that?” She quickly replied.

I didn't say any thing.
“What did it say to you last night, Jack?” She asked, I looked at her, fear was clearly in her eyes.
“I am going to kill you Reaper.” More fear went through her eyes at my words, as she begins frantically thinking.
“How can that thing exist, why does it want to kill you, what is a Reaper!?” Twilight said.
“All I know about it, is that its evil was definitely human.”
“How can you tell!”
“Because I've faced evil like that many times.”
“WHAT!?” Twilight yelled.
“Twilight! My world is pure evil! Rape, war, and mass murder are common in my world!” She didn't move.
“If we were to compare you're world and mine to each other. They would be the exact opposite!”

After a moment of silence with Twilight thinking, She finally talked.
“Please explain to me how you faced evil like this before?” I can easily see her question if I'm evil.
I sighed, “I was a member of a special task force, that only answered to the President. We where his secret weapon. We'll when the president needed someone dead right now, he would send us.”

“You... Killed?”
Twilight said after a moment of silence.
“There are good people in my world Twilight. But to do certain good deeds. You have to do evil things.” I said with silence after.

“I don't believe that.” She said with anger in her voice.
“How can you do good when you take away some ones LIFE!?” She said in anger.
“To prevent him from slaughtering innocent!” She looked at me with anger and sadness.
“Twilight?” I said trying to prevent her from hating me.
She walked over to the couch and sat down, trying comprehend what I'm saying.

“Twilight. On December, 11, 2041, A threat was made by a greatly feared terrorist. He threaten to set of a Weapon of Mass Destruction.” She looked at me surprised by what I said. I sighed.
“Members of the task force I was part of was sent to stop that from happening.”
“What happened?” She said with pure fear in her voice and eyes.

“They failed.”

Twilight was motionless. “The weapon went off. In 1 minute, 5 thousand people died.”
Twilight began crying, at this.
“Thousands of innocent people, and soldiers who where trying to protect them died. Including the 10 people who tried to stop this!”
I started to cry. “The 10 people I spent 14 years of my life with. The 10 people I considered brothers died that day!”

Twilight just sat there crying as I prevented myself from joining her. After some time she got up and left the house crying. I stood there motionless as flashbacks rushed though my mind. I felt like I'm as evil as Shadow Death.

I went into my room and took every thing I needed out of my packs. I then locked my packs and left Twilight's home.
I went to pursue the only lead I had against Shadow Death, The Ever-Free Forest.

After learning what Jack has been through. And finding some place quite, I just had to cry, its the only thing I could do. I was at the edge of the Ever-Free Forest, for about an hour. Once I finally got control of myself, I started to think correctly. I began retracing every thing that has happened after I brought Jack to this world. I don't know how to deal with whats going on. I just hope Jack does, but what he said earlier.
"He's dealt with evil like this before?"
I understand loosing his friends, but. What did he do after this. And before. That's what I need to find out.

I look to the Ever-Free Forest entrance to get back to Ponyville, but am surprised to see Jack walking into the forest. Not thinking I run over there to stop him.

“Jack! Stop!” I said half way to him.
He didn't stop. And I ran faster to catch up.
“Jack? What are you doing?” I said to him, finally caught up.
He stopped and turned around to look at me. He was wearing things I've never seen before.
“Don't follow me Twilight.” He said starting to turn back around.
“What are you doing?” I said, fear was starting to take its grip on me.
“I'm going after Shadow Death.” He said starting to walk away again.
“Not without me!” I said not thinking. He quickly turned back around blocking my way.
“Go back home! This isn't you're fight!” He said in a tone that made me want to listen to him.

I look up into his eyes. I'm forced to take a step back. Hes looking at me with eyes if only seen one place. He turned back around going into the forest.

I didn't follow.

2 days have past. No word from Jack sense he left. Its now his birthday.
Pinkie is taking it hard because she can't throw him a party. But that doesn't worry me. I honestly think he doesn't care about his birthday. I hope hes OK.
I don't know what to do.
The others say he has his reasons for going in there. To pursue Shadow Death. I still haven’t told them what happened before he went into the forest. Its better that they don't know something like that.

Another day has past. In his world it would be, June, 29th, 2042.

I was sitting at the entrance to the Ever-Free Forest, most of my hope lost. I began to feel myself cry. After about 4 hours of me just sitting there. Loud bangs rang through the forest. I have never heard any thing like that before. I then hear a dragons roar.

I began to freak out. More bangs rang through the forest as well as its roars. And I can also start to hear the noises getting closer to me. I then see the dragon fly into the sky roaring. I got under a tree so it couldn't see me. I look closer at the green dragon to see red all over him. Blood, he was wounded, and badly. He flew away, into the forest and away from me.

I stayed still for a moment trying to regain myself. And look down onto the path way to see, Jack limping towards me. “JACK!” I said as fear of how he is took hold.
Right at the moment he heard me he quickly pointed something at me with pain in his eyes.
“Twilight?” he said lowering the object.
I quickly ran over to him, who has fallen to his knees now.
“Are you alright!?” I said as I got close to him.
“Yea... Just, need, a... A moment” I looked what Jack pointed at me.
It was something I've never seen before, It looked like it was made for a human to hold, and it had a trigger on it. I then start to smell a bad stench from it, also heat.
Jack picked it up and put it away in a pouch on his right leg.

He was covered in cuts, his clothing dirty and ripped up.
He got up to start walking again to get out of the forest. I followed closely next to him. We got out of the forest when he fell to the floor, and was unconscious.
I tried to wake him up, that’s when I see his left leg bleeding from 3rd degree burns.
He regain conscious quickly and stood back up.
“We need to get you to the hospital!” I said trying to keep his balance.
“Yea. I agree!” He said in pain.

After we got to the hospital it was simple to patch him up. He was walking around like nothing happened in 10 minutes. He signed papers and we left only 20 minutes after we got there.

He wasn't in pain any more as we walked home.
“Jack?” I quickly said while we where walking.
“Yes Twilight?”
“That dragon was after you wasn't it?”
He sighed, “Yea it was.”
I smiled a little, “You're lucky to be alive!”
He chuckled at what I said.
“It wasn't luck!” he said smiling now.
“Then what was it?” I said smiling a little more. He slowed down, and his smile was gone.
“My... Training is why I'm alive.” I slowed down to his speed.
And I remembered every thing that happened three days ago.

The last of the walk home was quite.
I opened the door to let Twilight in first. And I walked in to see the place clean of the books.
Spike was on the stairs sleeping. Twilight giggled a little.
“I'm going to go put Spike in bed okay? I'll be right back.” She lifted the baby dragon with her magic and went up stairs.

I walked into my room, throwing my gear to the floor, I then went and took a shower.
After getting myself clean and checking my wounds to see how well the hospital patched me up, I got some clean clothes on and strapped my SPCC back on after cleaning it. I look on my bed to see my handgun in its holster. I quickly cleaned it, also making sure it wasn't loaded, but still had two magazines full if I needed to use it. I strapped its holster onto my right leg and put the gun back into it, along with the two mags.

I walked out to see Twilight on the couch reading a book. She moved the book to look at me.
“How are you doing Jack?” Twilight said smiling.
“A lot better then when I was in the forest.” I said smiling back.
“Hows you're leg?”
“It will heal quickly. How are you?”
The smile went away and she started to look sad.
“I've been worrying about you the past 3 days.”
I looked away from a moment, “Twilight. I'm sorry for what I did.”
She smiled a little to hide her sadness. “Its okay, I forced you to tell me.”

“Its not okay Twilight.” I said trying to get my point.
“I said things that I never should have. And yes... I am a evil-”
“Please stop!” She interrupted me.
“We shouldn't talk about this now. You just got back from being missing. And... I don't want to...” She said the last part under breath while also stopping herself.
I walked over to Twilight and sat on the couch next to her. After some time, Twilight was able to get control of herself. We need to do something to get are minds away.
“Twilight? Do you want to go get dinner?”

She looked at me smiling a little. “Where do you want to go?”
“I think you should choose.”
“Why?” I got up and look at her, after her question.
“Simple. You're buying!” She giggled and got up to leave with me.

We left the house and went to AppleJack's. Turns out Twilight was invited to dinner tonight, so I went with her.
This was a good thing, I could announce to Ponyville that I was back in town, also get on the Apple family's good side to see if I could find work there to make some money. And I would feel bad if I made Twilight buy me dinner.

We made it to the Apple's home and Twilight knocked on the door. It was Apple Bloom who opened the door.
“Hello Twilight!” She had to look up to see my face.
“You must be Jack!” She said bouncing with excitement, literally.
I smiled, “I sure am!” I got on one knee to be at closer eye level with her. “Whats you're name!” I asked with joy seeing her so happy.
“My names Apple Bloom! Nice to meet you!”
At this point AppleJack walked by the hallway door to the front room. “Is it Twilight, Apple Bloom?”
“It sure is AppleJack! She also brought Jack!” I can hear a little squeak at the news when she quickly came back to see if I was really here.

“Well Jack, its good to see you're okay!” AppleJack said smiling, but I can still see distrust for me in her eyes, I don't blame her. “I hope its okay if Jack joins us?” Twilight asked.
“Of course!” AppleJack said happily.

After washing up and getting comfy at the table. I was introduced to Granny Smith, and Big Macintosh. Its been so long sense I had homemade comfort food. Actually I don't remember ever having a meal like this.

“So how was it Jack? Being lost in the Ever-Free Forest?” Apple Bloom said while we continued to eat.
“Well today could have gone better.” I said smiling.
“What do you mean?” AppleJack asked.
“I got attacked by a dragon.” The four Apples where shocked at this.
“A dragon?!” Apple Bloom said with pure curiosity in her voice.
“How well did that end up?” AppleJack asked, trying to keep a smile.
“We just got out of the hospital.” Twilight said smiling.
“Are you hurt at all?” Granny Smith asked.
“I'm fine and I'm already recovering fast.” I said smiling happily.
The four Apples smiled and we continued with are meal.

After we finished, me and Twilight helped clean up.
Then I spotted Twilight and AppleJack talking quietly, but I easily made out what they where saying.
“Are you doing OK, Twilight.” AppleJack said in worry.
“Of course AppleJack, why do you ask?”
“I still don't trust him, especially after what he did.”
“I know, and... I don’t rely trust him either.” My heart sank after hearing Twilight say that. But, I did give them more then enough reasons.

As we left I asked AppleJack if I could come by some days, and do some work for profit. She happily said yes. We waved goodbye to the Apples and went home. It was dark out and I had my guard up, luckily nothing happened as we safely walked in the front door to Twilight's Home.

Spike was still asleep, do to his snoring we barely heard from the other room.
“It was good seeing AppleJack and her family.” I said trying to get a conversation with Twilight going.
“Jack?” She said with sadness in her voice as she sat on the couch.
I then walked next to her and joined her on the couch. “You want to know more about my pass?” a moment of silence followed my question.

“I'm sorry, but I want to know what happened before that.”
I began to feel myself cry. “When I was 6 years old. My parents where murdered when they where out on the town. That day I lost all my life, every thing I lived for was buried with my parents. My life didn't matter any more. 3 days later some men saying they worked for the government came to see me. They told me that they would turn me into something that surpassed humans, my life would matter and I could prevent other people from dying like my parents did. I accepted. They took me to a place along with 11 other kids, my age.” I had to stop for a moment to wipe my tears.

“Eleven other kids?” Twilight said in thought, I then continued.
“Me and and thous kids became brothers.” Twilight quickly looked at me, I can see her began crying.
“All of use where trained, are DNA altered, and machines put in us.” Twilight began to sob and she couldn't look at me.
“Me, and thous 11 kids became what everyone in my world called, Reapers.” She looked at me, still crying.
I couldn't help my self any more. I looked away and started crying. “I miss my brothers! And I regret every thing I did in my life! I wish some one could kill me so the suffering would stop!”

I felt Twilight push herself against my side.
After a moment I could tell some one else was here. I look up to see the one thing I did not want to see.

Shadow Death.

I quickly grabbed my gun and loaded it to shoot the bastard that stood before me. I took aim as he began to speak.
“I will bring you the death you wish for, Reaper!” I pulled the trigger.
A loud bang along with a flash rang through the room.

“He's gone.” I said with the barrel of the gun smoking. I looked at Twilight to see just... Pure fear in her eyes.
Silence was all that could be heard, like I just killed the very being that made sound for this world. Spike ran down the stairs screaming. “WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?”
Twilight busted out crying. I had to hold her for comfort.
Spike ran next to us. I looked at the dragon, his eyes revile that he just witness what happened moments ago.

I suddenly hear the front door bash open. I grab my gun pointing it where the noes came from. I was joyed to see Rainbow Dash and AppleJack. I quickly lowered my weapon as they ran next to us.
I continued holding Twilight.
“What just happened!?” Rainbow Dash angrily said.
“Shadow Death showed himself” Spike said as Twilight buried her face into my chest.
I could hear the two ponies gasp. Right then Luna ran in.

“Where is he!?” Luna yelled.
I looked at her. “The bastard got away!” I can see anger in her eyes.
“Damn it!” I said under my breath.

No one could sleep that night. The rest of the ponies joined us in the library. For fear of it showing him self again. Thankfully Pinkie Pie brought some sweets to lightened the mood. Its the only thing that could. Me and Twilight never left that couch, nor would she move.
We all stayed silent tell morning.

Soon after the sun raised Celastia showed up.
Luna Quickly walked to her to tell about the ordeal.
“Twilight?” Celastia said with her voice tainted by fear.

Twilight finally moved to look at the Princess, her eyes red with tears. Celastia walked close to her student
“Its alright my dear Twilight. You are safe now”
She wouldn't talk for a while. “I'm not scared for my own safety.” Twilight finally said. Everyone in the room looked at me.

I look down to see complete worry for my life in Twilight's eyes.

I looked away at the floor, and let go of Twilight and stood up.
“He can't kill me.” I said as anger began building in my self.
“But, Jack?” Twilight said.
I look back at her, “I sworn to myself to rid this world of evil from earth. Nothing will prevent that!”
I looked around, everyone smiled.

The Princess's left, me and the others finely fell asleep.
It was nice sleeping out in the sunlight, on the grass. We slept tell noon when I was the first to get up.

It was almost 12 when we all waked up. We said goodbye, and to take care and went with the day like normal.
The rest of the day, we stayed at Fluttershy's place. We helped with taking care of the animals, I was happy to see Fluttershy enjoyed having me there for the day.

It was about 5pm when we left from Fluttershy's place. We walked in the front door of home, and spotted Luna.
“Luna? What are doing back?” I said, annoyed by her intruding Twilight's home.
“I cam back to look for clues.”
Spike was sitting on the stairs annoyed. “I was suppose to clean the floors today, but Luna wouldn't let me!”
“That's a good thing right now.” I said, Spike looked more annoyed now.
“Did you find any thing Luna?” I quickly asked.
“Yes. There's blood on the floor.”

I ran over to see 6 blood spots on the floor, each about the size of a quarter. I point at it... “That's a good thing. Look on the walls over here. try to look for any holes in the walls!”
They all looked confuse but we searched.
“Its clean Jack?” Luna asked confused.
“Right before Shadow Death disappeared I shot at him with my handgun.” I pulled out the Colt 1911 .45, to show them.
“What does this mean?” Twilight asked, unsure.
“He got shot. Shadow Death is wounded, and badly!” I smiled when I said this, but the others didn't.
“This is good! We now know we can physically hurt him, and he knows I wont hesitate to kill him.” Some fear came into Twilight’s eyes as I said this.

“So where safe for a good amount of time while he recovers.” Luna smiled when I said this.
“What will you do now?” Luna asked.
“Research! A lot of research!” I said happily.
“Where do we start Jack?” Twilight said with joy at the task I suggested.
“We spend the rest of today checking you're library. Tomorrow we go to Canterlot.” I said with joy.

“Very well, I will head back to Canterlot and tell my sister of this news.” Luna said walking out of the front door.
“Twilight! Lets look for any information this library might have!” I said, she looked at me smiling with a nod.
“Spike!” He looked at me board now. “You can clean the floors now.”
He instantly got up and sped to the mop and bucket at the bottom of the stairs and started to work.

We grabbed about 400 books that could help us.
About 4 hours in are search we went through 190 books.
“So Jack?” Twilight asked after a moment.
“Yes Twilight?” I asked still looking through books.
“That weapon you have, how does it work?” She asked after a moment.

After explaining firearms to her, she began to cry a little.
“How could such evil things be made?” She said, crying a little.
“Because humans are stupid.” I said with anger. She looked at me confused.
“Twilight? I despise being human.” We stayed silent after what I said, continuing are search.

I heard Spike fall over, and, yep, he was snoring. Twilight got up and took the dragon to bed. After they where out of sight, I pulled my gun out of it holster. I pulled the slide back a little. It had a bullet chambered.
“I will rid this world of earth's evil.”

“Jack?” Twilight said, snapping me back into reality.
“What?”
“You okay?”
“Yea.” I pulled the slide back ejecting the bullet, then catching it.
“Are you rely okay?”
“I am Twilight.”

Another hour past, nothing. Another hour past, nothing. Another hour past, nothing.
“That’s all of the books that we suspected.” I said sadly.
“Why can't we find any thing!?” Twilight quickly yelled
“Twilight?” I said, to keep her calm.
“Lets get some sleep. Canterlot's library will have answers.”
She nodded. I put my hand lightly on her shoulder.
“It'll be alright.” I said, trying to calm her down.

She got up and left for her room. I stayed there, thinking. I laid on the floor. And focused my hearing to Twilight's room. I could hear her getting in bed. I look at the door to see light coming from it. “I don't blame her sleeping with the lights on.” I began to feel my eyes close under lack of sleep.
I fell asleep there on the floor with my hand on my gun threw the night.

I lost more of my sanity.

Thoughts of Twilight suffering flashed through my mind.
Something was wrong.

8: Reaper's Curse

I got up early in the morning to read the letter Spike gave me in the middle of the night. Seriously Celastia, I hope it was important, cause I completely ignored it through the night... Ass. Alright what is it! I open the scroll to see what it was about.

Dear Jack, A spirit is showing itself again in the walls of my castle. This has not happen over 1,000 years ago, When Luna became Night Mare Moon.
“So that rely did happen.”
If a pony faces evil, a tunnel will show its self to who need to be prepare for the times ahead. Prepare you're self Reaper.
This will be you're greatest trail yet.

So I will get my answers at the library.
"Prepare myself hu?" Guess I'm taking my assault rifle.
I got up, and started going through my packs. I packed one up one to have every thing I need to make sure I stay alive.
If Celastia had to do this, I better prepare myself for a battle.

I walked out to see Twilight packing some things for the travel.
“What do you want to do for breakfast?” I asked walking out of my room.
“There's some fruits on the table.” She said continuing to pack.
I walked over to the table and grabbed a pear.

“Are you all packed Jack?” Twilight asked.
“Sure am!” I quickly replied.
“By the way, what was the letter from last night about?” She asked after a moment.
“Celastia confirmed that we'll find answers in that library. But she said that I need to prepare for the greatest trial of my life?” She looked at me confused.
“What does that mean?”
“Hell if I know. What I care about right now, is why she sent that letter in the middle of the night? That was just mean to Spike! Little ass.” Twilight quickly and look at me with anger after I said the insult.
“What?!” I said laughing.

After a while of waiting around, we got a knock on the door, Twilight went to answer it as I grabbed another pear from the table.
“Hello Rainbow Dash!”
“Hey there Twilight!”

So is Rainbow Dash going to pointlessly yell at me again.
“When are you going to leave for Canterlot?” Rainbow said in a cheery voice.
“About an hour later, why?”
“Well I need to talk to you.”
“Um, sure.” They walked outside closing the door behind them. I hope Rainbow isn't going to ask if every one can go to Canterlot, I honestly don't want Twilight to go.
I know Celastia was warning me that the trail could be fatal.

“So what is it Rainbow Dash?” I said, after closing the door behind me. “Everypony wants to go to Canterlot with you Twilight!” Rainbow said excitedly.
“You know, were just going to stay in the library when where there?”
“Oh come on Twilight, have some fun!”
“Yesterday was for fun, today is work. If any of you want to go, be at the train station in a hour.”
“Alright!” Rainbow said dashing away. I open the door and walked back inside to continue getting ready.

After some time Twilight walked back in. “Did they ask if they could come too?” I asked as Twilight started to pack again.
“They did.” She sighed.
“You let them come hu?”
“I did.”
“Alright.” I said walking back to my room.

I told Twilight I would meet her at the station. I walked to the blacksmith in town to see if I could use there tools.
After some talking I was able to use there grinding stone.
I pulled out a knife from my service days, and started sharpening it. While I was sharpening the blade, images of what I have done with it came to mind.

“I have never seen a knife like that.” The blacksmith said
“Probably because this one isn't meant for chores around the house.” I said with the blade done sharpening.
“I see. Well if the blade is meant for that, I want to see how strong it is.” He pulled out 1 inch sheet of a gold tint metal.
“I'm making a new armor for the Canterlot guard. This is only a test sheet so I don't mind it getting destroyed. Do you're worst to it!”
“Alright.” I said while putting the knife to one side of the metal, and in one slice, cut through the sheet completely like butter.

“Looks like I need to tweak the recipe?” He said shocked.
“Its not you're armor. Its the knife, people in my world are still trying to make a metal that can stop this blade.” I said holstering the knife, he looked back at me stunned of such a dangerous tool.
I said thanks for letting me use their tools and sorry for the metal sheet, and then headed for the train station.

When I got there the 6 ponies and Spike where socializing. “Hey there you are!” Rainbow Dash yelled out.
I waved, and they started getting on the train.
A little later I found the cart they settled in and made myself comfy. About 15 minutes later the train finally left the station.
I wanted to rest a little, but I know were vulnerable on the train, and I wasn't taking chance.

About half way there I started to recheck the gear I brought with me. First aid kit, battery supply, HUD goggles, flashlights, ammo, and etc. Every thing was set.
“Hey Jack!” Pinkie yelled, she then dashed over to the bench I was sitting in and joined me.
“So Jack? How good are you friends with Twilight?” She said smiling a little weird.
“Well I do consider her a friend... I hope.”
“You hope?” Pinkie said with a confused look.
“Well... All I've rely done for her is make her cry. Shes done a lot to make sure I'm welcome here in Equestria, but...”
Pinkie frowned a little.
“I understand, but its OK, you're just dealing with something very bad! You're also making sure are world stays safe!” She smiled at me to get my confidence up, I smiled back.
“Thanks Pinkie Pie.” I said with gratitude.
She skipped back to her friends. And I laid there doing nothing tell we got to Canterlot.

Finally at Canterlot, I'm getting sick of trains. We got out of the train and they girls started talking about what they wanted to do.
“There's a new restaurant I heard about!” Rainbow yelled over the others.
“Oh, there's a perfume shop that of been dying to go to!” Rarity said in her drama queen attitude.
“Are you going to the library Twilight?” AppleJack asked.
“Of course.” Twilight quickly replied.
“Come on Twilight! Have some fun!” Pinkie yelled out. Twilight was starting to get a little annoyed now.
“You guys go do what you want, well meet up back here at 9pm.” I said inpatient.
They all nodded in agreement and splinted up, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Spike to the perfume store, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and AppleJack to the restaurant. Me and Twilight to the royal Library.

After we got to the library, Twilight started going through books like the world depended on it. I started looking for this spirit Celastia was talking about.
“Jack, what are you doing?” Twilight asked after a little of me wondering around.
“Looking for a certain something.” She looked at me confused and went back to her search.

After going out of Twilight’s sight, I noticed something. There was black cloth on the other side of the balcony. After trying to figure it out, it started to move away, no walk away. That thing was in the shape of a human!
“FREEZE!” I yelled at it, getting my handgun ready for a fight while running after it.
“I said freeze!” I yelled at it again. I turn around a corner and it was gone. I lifted my weapon into position for defending myself and began searching the area.
“Jack! Whats going on over there!?” Twilight yelled running to my side.
“There's something here.” I said with a low voice. She started looking around for it too.

“There you are! Freeze!” I yelled and began to run after it again.
Then it went downstairs into a room, I ran into the door with my shoulder's, swinging it open. I aimed my gun only to see a pitch black room.
“Twilight?” I asked as she ran next to me.
“I got this.” She said using her magic to light the room.

The room was completely made of old castle stone. The only thing that was in this room was a pathway into more darkness.
“lets go!”
“Hold on Twilight! Where not prepared for what ever is in there.” I quickly said backing out of the room.
“Go back and get my pack.” I said after we left the room. She nodded and left for my belongings.
“We heard yelling over here, whats going on?” I look to see two of the Canterlot guards running towards me.
“Something human just went in there after I chased it.”

Twilight quickly returned with my pack, I then started pulling out what I needed.
“Miss Twilight, is there any thing we can do?” One of the guards asked. Twilight then looked at me.
“Make sure nothing goes in or out, other than me!” I said, they nodded and took position next to the door.

This is when the other ponies came by.
“Whats going on?” Rainbow asked dashing to Twilight.
“Something went in there, and we don't know what it is.”
“So lets go after it!” Rainbow yelled.
“No!” I yelled, I stood up an aimed my rifle at a vase, an pulled the trigger, a loud bang that shocked every one in the room, along with shattering ta vase.

I turned around switching the flashlights on my gun and goggles on.
“But we want to help!” Rainbow yelled back at me.
“Stay here!” I yelled back, I look at the two guards. “You have you're orders, follow them by the book!” I yelled at them.
“Sir Yes, Sir!” They both yelled back.
“But Jack!” Rainbow yelled with annoyance and desperation.
I turned around. “That was an order Rainbow Dash!” I slam the doors close, cutting of all conversations.
I turn around and start descending into darkness.

After walking through the passageway for 2 minutes, I began to hear talking, I then see light at the end of the tunnel, I turn off my flashlights and continued making sure they don't hear me.
I got to the end of the tunnel to see military gear, every where. I quickly got behind some crates and started making sure I knew what I’m dealing with.
5 jeeps, 2 APC's, and.... A TANK!
The soldiers are all armed with AK's, I can tell this isn't a government force.... What the fuck are they doing here?
I stood out to announce my presence but had my gun ready.
“I'm a member of the Reapers!” they all looked at me but kept there guns lowered.
“You have 10 seconds to tell me the reason you are here!”

They laughed at me, one with a red barrette walked out in front of me.
“Why should I tell you any thing?” He laughed at me, and the rest quickly followed.
(These men are inexperience are they would be cowering right now.)
“5 seconds!” I said ready to do what will come.
He laughed, “Fuck Off!” I took aim, and shot him dead before any one could do anything.
ran to cover as they began shooting at me. “In 30 seconds you will all be dead if you do not surrender!” I said making sure they heard me, the bullets kept whizzing by.

I look slightly out, 84 soldiers. “There going to need triple there numbers, and that tank to kill me!” I said laughing.
I popped out and began firing, 2, 3, 4, 5 dead. Some began rushing me, 6, 7, 8, dead. A grenade landed next to me, and I quickly threw it back, 3 soldiers flew out of cover with the explosion, 11.
There’s a box of grenades here... SWEET! I grabbed 5 and started shooting again. 12, 13, 14, 15, dead.
I ran over to the tank and open the hatch, another popped his head out, 16.
I armed a grenade and tossed it in the tank and closed the hatch and jumped off, landing onto a soldier and shot him under my feet, 17.

The tank exploded as I got back in cover, “Look at that, you're only chance of killing me, gone!” I yelled out laughing. I ran to another piece of cover shooting, 18, 19, dead. They rushed at me again, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, dead. “You guys suck at this!” I yelled continuing my laughter. I spot a couple trying to use cat walks in the area, I got under them and gunned them down, 30. Another 3 broke cover, 33.
I got on high ground to see 5 soldiers in cover, “HOT PATATO!” I yelled tossing a grenade. Boom, 38. This is to easy.

I stayed in cover for a moment when gun fire stops, they lost my position. I look over to see a couple of AT-4s close by. I silently walked to it making sure the 6 soldiers below me wouldn’t detect where I was.
I grabbed the rocket launcher and took aim, click, BOOM, 44. The gun fire started again as I tossed away the used launcher and grabbed the other one.
A soldier was trying to get on a mounted gun equipped to one of the jeeps. Bad move, click, BOOM, 45 + a jeep. I tossed this one away quickly grabbing my rifle to shoot soldiers who exposed them self’s, 48.

Another rush!? Relay? I started shooting the group of soldiers, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53. The gun fire stopped again.
“You guys are idiots! Stop doing stupid shit!” A soldier yelled out.
I quickly shot him, fucking idiot, 54.
A group of soldiers where on the catwalk exposed, 55, 56, 57, 58.
“How about you shoot you're self's cause I'm getting board!” I said with most of my laughter gone.

Another group exposed them self's, 59, 60, 61. A soldier ran out of cover, 62. I ran to another piece of cover shooting, 63. Another pile of AT-4's! I grabbed one and fired, 69. I grabbed another and fired, 72. I grabbed another and slang it over my shoulder.

I got myself on some cat walks over some soldiers, 75.
I started running to the other side as they all started shooting me.
I made it to cover and started shooting back, 77.
I checked my ammo, one shot in the chamber left. I see a guy, bang! Made it count, 78.

I tossed away the rifle and armed my handgun. A soldier tried to grab me over the cover, I grabbed him throwing him over me, bang! 79. I see two more run at me thinking I'm distracted, 81.

I spotted another group of soldiers, I fired the AT-4, 84. I walk over to where the last soldiers died. One was cowering in the corner, he looked at me with fear in his eyes, I aimed and pulled the trigger, 85.

I continued forward to see a large door.
I open it to see a light room with bunk beds. I started walking through making sure I wouldn't be attacked.
Its strange, there’s nothing here identifying who these soldiers are.
I walked to another door to see a small cage, and the scent of gasoline. I hear crying in the cage, I walk over to see a filly.
“Hey there, are you alright?” I asked making sure to sound nice.
The filly looked up at me, She was orange, with blue mane and eyes. I open the door to check on the little girl.
She looked at me in fear, but I put my hand on her head and smiled.
“I'm going to get you out of here.” I said nicely, she smiled and got up to follow me.

A click from her leg announces a trap, I look over to see a small flame falling to the ground. The gasoline!
I grabbed the filly and began running for an exit. Flames began bursting behind me, as I desperately ran for an exit.
I found a small hole in the roof with sunlight shinning through, but only one of us could fit through a time and the flames where gaining. Fast.
I grab the filly and push her to the hole as she climbed her way out. I look to see the flames and brace for my death. I feel the fire engulf me.

"Is this it?"

As soon as the pain of fire trapped me, it was gone. I open my eyes to see nothing, just white.
“What is... going on?”
“You made us proud!” I hear a soft women voice, I turn around to see a stork.
“What?”
“He sure has!” I hear a low tone male voice. I look to see a human shape in a black robes.
“You're from the library!?” I said in anger.
“There is no need to get mad, were only helping you.” I turn around to look at the stork but see the black robed man standing there too.

“Who are you!?” I said grabbing my knife cents its the only weapon I have on my person.
“I am Death” the black robed said.
“I am Life” the stork said next.
I'm stunned, I rely am talking to Life and Death themselves.

“What just happened?” I asked letting my guard down.
“A test.” said Life.
“The trail Celastia was talking about?” I said trying desperately to under stand whats going on.
“Wait what about the little filly?” I yelled out.
“She never existed.” Death quickly replied.
“Okay then. What the Fuck is going on!?” I said in anger.
“You where tested for the two things you need to succeed in the future.” Life said quickly after my out burst.
“What was that?” I said trying to calm down.

“You're ablates of a Reaper, you're skills in dealing death to those who deserve you're wrath.” Death said coldly.
“But also throwing away you're life to save a life that doesn't matter in you're quest.” Life said.
“What..?”
“Just now you proved to use you will use evil to defeat evil, but use good to protect the good.” Life said.
"This is the reason you are in this world, because only a person with control of both sides of the coin can defeat him, Shadow Death.”
Pure rage filled me up at that beings name as Death speak.

“So that was Celastia's little warning?” I said laughing a little. “So none of that happened?” I said with a smile.
“Correct, this is all in you're mind.” Death said in a smirk tone.
“But the next time it will be real, and you must remember why you are here.” Said Life.
I smiled “So what now?” I said trying to get myself back into reality.
“I curse you!” Death said smirk at me.
“What!?” I see my knife fly towards him, he grabs the blade, with... A hand of bone. I then see black aura appear around the blade as he throws it back at me.

I easily catch it and inspect the aura that now surrounds my knife.
“I cursed you're blade, not only does it cut through any metal, but it can now destroy any magic in you're path.”
I look back at death and smiled. “Go back to reality, destroy Shadow Death, stop him from destroying light, and life.” They said at the same time.

Every thing goes black. I can start feeling a cool breeze. I open my eyes to see myself in the stone wall room. The door opens as I got up. “Hello there Celastia.” I said smiling.
“How was it meeting my friends?” She said smiling back.
“It was fun!” I couldn't help but laugh after sitting there for a moment.

I walked out of the room with Celastia. “Jack!” Twilight busted out running to me.
“What, did I do something wrong?” I said smiling, she looked at me with a annoyed smile, I then have a book land on my head.
I got down as she smiled with joy of me being safe, she then hugged me and I happily returned the hug.
After getting all my gear packed up, we started searching the library for any thing we could use.
About 2 hours in the search, AppleJack, Pinke Pie, and Rainbow Dash fell asleep.

Fluttershy was reading a book, that I can tell had nothing to do with the subject at hand. Rarity was looking at herself in a mirror. Twilight, has gone through about 200 books now. My self about 300.
“I found something!” Twilight yelled out of no where.
I ran over there quickly to look at the book she found. “This book explains a spell that can create a shadow of you're self and send it any where in the world to spy on some one, but if this shadow is harmed you will be harmed also, and it also cannot disappear unless nothing is watching it!” She explained excitedly.
“So that wasn't exactly him, but we definitely know I harmed him, but... Make a shadow of you're self, it doesn't say what that shadow can look like. For all we know he could be a dragon.” I said making sure every detail is looked at.
“Well lets look for any thing else.” Twilight said continuing her search, as I put put all of this books information in my SPCC.

We continued to searched another 4 hours. Every one else fell asleep except Twilight, but lust for rest was clearly in her eyes. “Twilight get some sleep, we have time for a quick nap.” I said trying to get her to calm down.
She looked at me, determine to find every detail this library can have on are target.
“Sleep can wait.” She said tired.
“Twilight.” I walked up to her and look at her straight in the eyes. “I'm not asking Twilight, I'm giving an order.” I said making sure she got my point.
She frowned and quickly looked back at me smiling with gratitude, she walked over to a large chair and made herself comfy to sleep. I laid down on a couch on the other side of the room, I look back at Twilight to see her already sound asleep. I closed my eyes and joined her in rest.

I relay met Life, and Death. This conflict with Shadow Death is going to become a lot more deadly now.

I wake up to see a couple of guards walking by, probably checking on us. I sighed, Twilight is already back to searching. I got up to stretch, this is when apparently one of the maids of the castle came.
“Miss Twilight, can I get you and you're friends breakfast?” The maid asked after getting her attention.
“Yes please!” Twilight quickly replied, the maid nodded and I went to my pack to see if I had a certain something.
Twilight looked at me and smiled, “Good morning!”
“Morning Twi.” I said starting to search my pack.

“What are you looking for?” She asked still smiling.
“These!” I pulled out a box of maroon and a lighter. I pulled one out and put it in my mouth, Twilight looked at me annoyed.
“You smoke?” she said.
“If you're wondering, no it not tobacco.” I said quickly, Now she looks at me like I'm lying. “Its called maroon.” I said lighting it. “Its a chemical stick filled with vitamins, its meant to help the body recover after anything.” I said smiling.
“Then why do you smoke it?” She said looking at me more and more annoyed.
“Its organelle intent was to help people quit.” I said trying to get to her, she lifted her head and began smelling the air.
“It smell like cherry’s!” she yelled surprised.
“Oh, just look on the label!” I said tossing the pack, she cached it with her magic and pulled to her so she can read it.

She looked back at me. “Is this stuff addicting?” She said with a blank face.
“Yes, but only if you use it to much. The label does say, use once per day only.”
She used her magic to give me the maroon back and and I tossed it into my pack.
“There’s one problem though, it doesn't last.” I said putting the butt of the maroon in a trash can.

After an hour of searching books again, the others began to wake. The maid walked in and told us to go to the dinning room for breakfast, I had to force Twilight out of the library because she was out of reality again.
We got to the dinning room to see a royal breakfast for us, we all took are seats, and started to enjoy the meal.
Soon Rainbow Dash brought up what happen yesterday.
“So Jack, how where you able to boss around the guards like that?” I had to look away and take a sip of my drink.
“There's reasons.” I said.
“What happened down there Jack?” Spike asked cutting of Rainbow, I stood up and walked out.

I found a balcony and started recapping last night.
“Jack, you okay?” Twilight asked walking out onto the balcony with me.
“I'm fine... Its just...” I tried to explain but Twilight already knew.
“You... Had to kill again?” She said after a moment.
“Ya.” I told her the story of meeting Life and Death.

She didn't have an expression.
“You use evil to defeat evil, but use good to protect good.” She said after a moment.
“I don't know if I should be a scared of you're evil, or love you for the good.”
“Twilight... I don't know either, but I'm going to purge this world of evil from my world.” She looked back at me and smiled.
“I'm not an evil person, but from using evil to protect the good, I have been tainted by it.” She looked at me thinking.
“You must accept what I will do.”
“But... I don't want to except that truth, but I will.” She said looking back at me with sorrow, but with a smile.
“Lets go back inside, I made up a story to cover up what rely happened.” I said, walking back inside with Twilight.

“Jack?” Twilight asked half way back. “I want you to tell them the truth.”
I looked at her. “You sure?!”
“Yea, they should know what you are.” I just nodded.
We walked back into a social room next to the library, I sat down with Twilight next to me. We explained every thing that I was.

They all had sorrow in there eyes, now knowing what I am. Pinkie got up and walked to Twilight.
“Is all that rely true?” She said to Twilight, I couldn't look at any of them, I began to feel myself cry.
“How... Can we know you're not evil?” Rainbow said.
“I don't know... I honestly feel like I am evil.”
After a moment, Pinkie ran right next to me giving me a hug.
“Pinkie?” I said in sorrow and confusion.
“You're not evil Jack. You're a kind and gentle heart pony, sure you do bad things, but you only do that to protect the innocent because no one else will. I can tell you never wanted to be what you are now, but please protect my world from this evil!”
I can start to feel a tear from Pinkie. I look up to see Twilight smiling at me with sorrow.
I smiled back in relief.

“Well then girls.” AppleJack said to get all of are attention, we all look to see her smiling.
“It’ll be are job to make sure Jack stays a good guy then!”
After a moment every one nodded and looked back at me.
“Thank you.” I said under my breath, Pinkie started hugging me again along with Twilight, I could then feel Rainbow pat me on the back.
With some time I calmed down and went back to the library.
“Alright. Back to the search!” I said as we split up to look for anything, again.
But this time it wasn't just me and Twilight, but every one else started looking as well.

About 2 hours past when we began to talk, they would ask questions of my world. Like how we do work, research, are inventions, wildlife. Any thing that they where interested in. Fluttershy's questions revolved around nature of my world, AppleJack, how you would work and delicacy, Rarity was fashion, of course. Pinkie Pie was about parties, Rainbow Dash asked mostly how we would race on earth, and Twilight asked about technology.
Another 4 hours past with questions of my world answered.
We all went to one of the restaurants Celastia told us to go, sense she was treating.

We sat at are table with laughter and I started messing with my SPCC.
“Rainbow, come here!” I said smiling, she dashed over to me and I pointed at my SPCC screen.
“This is what a NASCAR looks like.” She looked closer amazed that I can show an image of the car.
I began scrolling through images of motor vehicles, Formula 1s, racing bikes, rally cars. She was so interested.
“I want to see one of these in action!” She yelled out with excitement.
“So what can i get you ponies this fine day?” The waiter came up, AppleJack, Rarity, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, then Twilight ordered.
“What can I get you sir?” The waiter looked at me. I had no idea what was edible for me.
“Another order of what I got!” Twilight said laughing.
“Okay then, oh by the way, most guys help the girls order.” I looked at her and gave a dorky smile, she giggled.
“Alright, that will be out soon!” The waiter said walking away.
We laughed as now Twilight was looking at the images with me and Rainbow.
After looking through images, I looked at Rainbow exited to see racing in my world. I feel a tap on my wrist to look down and see my past.

Twilight started a video of me and my past away friends out to go see a NASCAR race. I quickly turned it off, not wanting to think about thous days.
“That was one of you're friends wasn't it?” She said with some sorrow. I had to wipe away a tear.
“He was.” Every one else looked at me confused, we didn't tell them about that day.
“You alright Jack.” Rarity said.
“I'm fine, just memories came back to me.”

After a moment are food came out, with some time of the wounder full meal, are spirits raised back up. Apparently this was a black cod sandwich, and man was it good. Rainbow kept asking questions about racing, I don't blame her, this is Rainbow Dash.
“I have an idea.” I said under my breath, Rainbow heard me and was hoping she knew what I was thinking.
“I need to talk to Celastia later!” I said smiling, every one else was questioning what my idea was.
We enjoyed lunch like any other group of friends would, Twilight paid with the letter from Celastia, and we left after I gave the waiter a tip.

We walked back to the library to continue with are spirits refreshed.
When we got back Celastia was there. “Hey there you're majesty!” I said smiling. “I got something to talk with you.”
She nodded as me and her left the room. Once we where out of sight, I gave her the idea about bringing a car to this world. She didn't like the idea at first, but that was to be expected.
I told her how use full a car would be to my mission.
“I will think on this idea.” She said smiling.
“that's all I'm asking!” I said smiling back.

She left and I went back into the library to join in the search. Twilight was already looking through books again when Pinkie Pie dashed to me.
“What was that idea!?” she yelled out.
“If Celastia agree on it, then it'll surprise you!” I said laughing.
“Oh come on!” She said dorky like.

Another two hours past when Rainbow left to go get some exercise, Pinkie did the opposite, she took a nap. Fluttershy found a book about wildlife care, and Rarity and Spike wanted to walk around town a little. Me, AppleJack, and Twilight kept the search going.
After a little while longer I had to exercise. I got on top of a bookshelf holding my self up with my arms.
“What are you doing!?” Twilight yelled out right when she noticed me.
“Exercising.” I replied holding my body still.
“That's a weird way.” AppleJack added.
“Well I am weird!” I said chuckling a little bit.
After a minute of not moving I pushed myself off doing a front flip landing perfectly.
“Alright back to work.” I said returning to my seat.

It was now 6:30pm, about 3 thousand books where searched, with nothing as a result. I leaned back in the chair the putting my feet on the table, burring my face into the palm of my hands.
“Alright! I need to shoot something!” I said loudly, every one looked at me scared.
“No I will NOT, kill any thing. I'm going to go see if there's some trash I can explode.”
I walked out with Rainbow following me. “Going to make sure I shoot vases?”
“Yep” was her replay.
I went to the back of the castle where destroyed objects and trash was thrown.
I started placing random objects in front of the hill, making sure these object where the only thing to be shot.
I loaded my gun and took aim.

Bang, a vase exploded, Rainbow flinched at the loud bang of the gun. That's when AppleJack, Twilight and Luna ran out in panic. I shot another vase exploding this one even more.
“What are you doing!?” Luna yelled.
“Blowing of steam!” I said back, shooting a watermelon.
I can tell AppleJack got hit with it when she started to shake herself.
“So that's a gun.” Luna said after I shot the melon.
“I thought that thing was meant to kill.” Twilight said.
“A gun is only a tool, its the person who kills. Unless you have morals about cracked vases and watermelons, this is completely OK.” I said taking aim and shooting another watermelon.
I then grabbed an apple at my feet, I tossed it into the air, right when I aimed at it, I fired making it explode in mid air.
“Alright, I had my fun.” I unarmed the gun and started walking back inside with the others.I can tell the bangs did a number on their ears as they all would randomly flinch.

We sat back down and I got my firearm cleaning kit, Twilight started searching again, and Pinkie Pie watched me as I cleaned my rifle. I told her not to ask questions about what I'm doing, this device needs to be kept as secrete as possible.

After getting the Rifle cleaned the chef told use they prepared dinner. We went to the table to see Celastia and Luna at the table.
“Hello friends, how are you doing tonight.” Celastia said smiling.
We said hello and told her the search is fruitless right now.
“You will find something, but now enjoy this meal from my friend.” Celastia said smiling t at the head chef on the other side of the room, he then bowed his head in respect to the princess.

A moment later they brought out the meal. It was definitely royal food.
After a while Celastia got my attention.
“So Jack, what would the name of that device be.” I looked at her and smiled.
“Witch one should I choose. Oh, a Lamborghini Veneno is what I have in mind.”
I couldn't help but feel joy that she was considering my idea. She nodded, and that subject ended there. Twilight looked at me questioning what are little conversation was about. I smiled at her which only raised her suspicion more.

After the meal, it was back to the library. Rainbow Dash flat out couldn’t stand being there any more and went out in the town along with Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy. Rarity had an idea of a dress and started to draw it down on paper. AppleJack and Spike dozed of leaving me and Twilight to start searching again.
After another hour the effect of doing a simple thing like this was starting to annoy me.
“Gah!” I said starting to tap on my SPCC.
“What?” Twilight looked at me stunned with my random out burst.
“Music, need music!” I quickly replied.
The music started playing loud, I told it to be random with heavy metal songs, and Three Days Grace came on with Time of Dying. I put my chin on the table as Twilight looked at me.
“That's... Rely different music.” She said unsure of it even being music.
“Its heavy metal, a style of music popular in my world.” I said lifting my head up, calming down.

Another hour passed with my music playing and us still searching, I look at Twilight to see her smiling, and moving her head to the song.
“Interesting style of music, isn't it Twilight.” I asked.She looked at me a little stun that I realized she liked the music.
“yea, its... Nice to listen to.” She stumbled a little.
A little later “Nickle Back's Diggin' this” came on, after it was done.
“I like that one!” AppleJack yelled out as the next song started. I smiled a little.
Some time later the song I was hoping wouldn't play, played. Porn Star Dancing.
After the song was done AppleJack, Rarity, and Twilight gave me a dirty look.
“What!? My Darkest Days is a good band!” I said laughing.
AppleJack chuckled, but Twilight and Rarity continued.
“I set it to random I don't know what will be played!” I continued to laugh, they smiled a little at how silly I was acting and went back to what they where doing.

After 2 hours continuing, the other three came back. Pinkie brought sweets! I can tell that definitely raised the mood for me and Twilight. Some more time passed and one of the maids told us they prepared rooms for us tonight.
It started to go bad when Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, AppleJack and Rarity announced they needed to go home tomorrow. No one can blame them, they stayed here to help me and Twilight for 3 days now.
We all agreed to go home after breakfast tomorrow. Twilight didn't like that idea, but, they still have a normal life to live, even Twilight.
Another hour of searching went by when we started to say good night to each other. The 5 ponies and Spike went to there rooms, but me and Twilight continued, 100 books where left in are unread pile. 1 hour later, they where put into the read pile. NOTHING AT ALL!

Twilight screamed in anger that every book in the library was searched.
“Damn it!” I yelled hitting the table hard leaving a dent in it.
“What do we do now?” Twilight said trying to get her anger under control.
After a moment of silent I notice a black aura around my pack.
“Do you see that!?” Twilight yelled.
“I've seen that before!” I yelled back running to the pack and pulling my knife out.
Twilight walked over stunned by the magic aura around my weapon. I pulled the knife out of the holster seeing the black aura surround the blade.
“What do you want Death?” I said knowing he was here.
Twilight gasped. “You rely did meet...” She said only to be interrupted by a black string between the main door and the tip of my blade. I stood up and followed the string with Twilight right behind me.

We followed the black string into a restricted zone of the library. Soon we where lead to a door, easily noticeable was the magic that sealed it closed.
“Jack this is Celastia's private laboratory, why would that magic bring us here?” She said unsure of what was going on.
“Answers!” I said, I stabbed the blade between the door and rim of the wall.
I can see the yellow magic aura disappear as I cut open the door.
“Jack! Stop!” Twilight yelled at me under her voice.

I easily open the door with the dark magic and the strength of the knife. I walked in with the black string showing me to a desk in the center of the room.
“JACK!” Twilight yelled at me again.
I got to the desk seeing the black string lead to a small note book. I set the knife down on the desk and opened the note book.
“Jack!” Twilight yelled out again with fear in her voice.
I turned around to see Celastia in the doorway.

Jack looked at Celastia, with anger I've never seen before. He pulled his gun out and pointed it at Celastia.
“Jack!?” I yelled with pure fear in my voice.
“How did you get through my spell.” Celastia asked being calm, Jack grabbed the knife on the desk holding it up as black aura surrounded it.
“So Death did gave you some of his powers.”
“You should have told me!” Jack yelled in rage.
“I know!”
“Then why the fuck didn't you!?” Jack yelled back.
“Because I'm afraid!” Celastia yelled back.
“I know exactly what you do, I know how evil you can be, I know how much you hate that man!” Celastia began to shed tears.
“I'm sorry Jack. I know what I did, and I beg of you to fix my mistake!”
“I don't except you're apologize Celastia. But...” Jack said as he began to cry with rage.
“I will make that bastard pay! Like I did before!” It went silent for a moment as Jack holstered his weapons.

He quickly spun around to the desk, kicking it to the other side of the room, shattering anything that was in its path.
“Please, Jack. Do anything you need to do to protect this world!” Celastia said walking out of the room.
“You stupid bitch.” Jack said under his breath as Celastia left the room.
After a moment of silence Jack walked out of the room, but handed me the note book as he walked out. I then walked to the center of the room and opened the book.

Me and Luna agreed to attempt the plan. I started to make perpetration’s, correct ingredients, and spells. Mine and Luna's plan was to give life back to a person from earth and change him from being evil to good. In a attempt to help life on earth.

I found the right person, a terrorist named “Hayden Osvaldo.” What he did was the most evil thing a being could do.

The next day me and Luna used are knowledge to bring him to life in are world. And attempt to make him good.

But it was a complete failure, instead of a human, A pitch black aura was summoned instead. It was definitely Osvaldo, but the evil he was made him darkness itself. We tried to reason with him. Telling him where he was, and are goal. But he laughed at us, His words where this, “This world is so peaceful, I can tell. But also weak! I think I might have fun ripping it apart. And I think I'll start with you!”

After Osvaldo's attempt on are lives, he easily escaped into the world. Luna began searching for him, while I looked for a solution.

I can only find one solution. Killing Osvaldo, I started searching for the person that killed him in earth. He was only known by one name, Jack.

Me and Luna began to come up with a plan on how to get Jack here to help. Luna had the idea of having Twilight summon him and try to get him comfortable in this world, then tell him of what is going on. I agreed to that plan, and gave my student the task.

I only hope Jack doesn't turn as evil as Osvaldo did.

I couldn't help but scream at this. “What the fuck!?”
I stood there for hours trying to understand everything about this. I know the princess's wanted to turn a evil man good to help there world. But why did Jack kill Osvaldo, what did he do? That's the only part that doesn't make sense. I walked around the castle to find either of the two princess's or Jack. And I finally found Jack sitting in the gardens. I walked over to notice him shivering. I sat down next to him, he wouldn't move. I put my head on his shoulder, he felt completely cold.

I fell asleep on his shoulder that night, but to wake up in my old room back when I lived in Canterlot. I got ready to leave and to see my friends at the breakfast table. When I got there only Spike and my 5 friends where there.
“Wheres Jack?” I asked after walking in.
“Hes okay sugar cube. He just needs some time alone.
I ate breakfast worrying about Jack. As we finished guards where walking by the entrance to the dinning room, I ran over there to ask about Jack, only to see them covered in bandages over fresh wounds.

“What happen to you!?” I yelled out as I got close to them.
“That human, wanted to see how good we are. So he joined are practice and eventually he said, what if I tried to kill Celastia! We took the challenge and 13 of use attacked him.” One of the guards said.
“Only for all of us to be bashed away injured in the matter of 10 seconds!” The other guard said in pain.
“I don't know what that human has been through, but I never want to face him in a actual battle.” The other said with some fear in his voice.
“You guys take care, alright?” I said as I started to run for the training room.

Before I walked in the room, an intense scent of sweat and blood quickly filled my nose. I walked in to see a guard standing next to Jack dazed, Jack then turned around kicking the stallion across the room into a wall.
“If this was an actual battle, Celastia would be died 3 hours ago with me prancing out of the castle!” Jack yelled as another guard tried to attack him only to be smashed into the floor in two strikes.
I looked around to see more than 80 members of the royal guard covered in bruises, cuts and blood, completely drained of energy. I look over to see Celastia watching Jack.
“Celastia? What is Jack doing?” I asked as I got next to her.
“Trying to make my guards stronger. Cease!” Celastia quickly yelled out as a guard stopped right before attacking Jack, only to have Jack kick him across the room.
“If you're enemy stands before you, do not stop in tel you defeat him or have him surrender!” He looked at Celastia, “What!?” he yelled at her.
“You've beaten my guards enough, I understand that they need more training now.” Celastia stood up and walked out, I then spotted my brother, stunned by the skill Jack possess.

I walked over to my brother to see him bleeding from his chest.
“Shinning Armor are you OK?” I said hoping it wasn't Jack that harmed him, I look back at Jack to see him crouched in the middle of the sparing ring.
He had some blood on his hands, and was only sweating a little.
“Who is this guy?” Shinning Armor said after a moment.
“What do you mean? Wait? No, Jack did not beat all of these guards and you!?” I said with fear of what I know is true.
“I hate to say it Twily but... He rely did beat us all.” I look back at Jack helping the guard he kicked into the wall.
“Hes powerful. I'll be honest Twilight, I'm afraid of what this human is capable of.” Jack walked out of the room as Shinning Armor said this.

“Twilight? How are you with Jack?” Shinning Armor asked with fear in his voice.
“Hes, nothing like what we just witnessed, when I talk to him... hes kind, funny, and loving. But whenever he needs to be a soldier, he turns into somepony else.” I said trying to convince my brother.
“Twily, you need to be careful around him.” My brother said as he lowered his head to my eye level.
“I know... But, at the same time I don't, I see him as a friend, and I feel safe when I'm around him, even after I know what hes capable of.” I couldn’t look at my brother when I was saying this, he put his hoof on my shoulder.
“Take care Twily, I need to get the guards back standing.” He walked away to help the fallen guards, and I left for the train station.

I was there for about an hour when everypony else came along. We got on the train, and was surprise to see Jack already in a cart sleeping.
We made are self’s comfortable for the train ride. I looked at my friends, to see worry in there eyes. They know what Jack did.

Soon after the group of friends got on the train we started to leave the station. I can tell Twilight is thinking on how to start a conversation. Eventually Rainbow walked over to me.
“So did you rely kick around 80 members of the royal guard.” I look up at Rainbow.
“I did.” I calmly said.
“Why?” She quickly asked.
“I wanted to see how good they are.”
“How good are they then?”
“I was disappointed.” Rainbow kept a straight face after.

“Jack?” Twilight said walking up.
“Yes, Twilight?” I said looking at Twilight to see uncertainty in her eyes.
“How where you able to beat all of them and barley break a sweat?” She said as she stood next to me.
“you should already know the answer.” I replied back, she nodded and walked away with Rainbow fallowing her.
The rest of the train ride for me was silent, I can tell the group of 6 are questioning my abilities now.

Once we got to Ponyville station, I started to leave the train first trying to go some where quit for a while only to be stalled by Pinkie Pie.
“Bye Jack!” She yelled out happily, I turned around and waved continuing where I was going.
I went to the edge of the Ever-Free Forest and simply started to think. How was I going to find Osvaldo, how would I kill him, how do I protect everyone from him.
“Hello Death.” I look around to see the being I knew was there.
“Not many beings can sense my presence at the moment I appear.” He said in his dark tone.
“I'm not like most beings.” I said standing up.
“That's right, technically speaking, you're what the humans would call, cyborg.” Death said with some smirk in his tone, I nodded.
“So you where the one that showed me to that notebook?” I said pulling out the knife.

“Of course, I wasn't going to have Celastia keep that secrete from you.” He said still being smirk.
“I was also wondering, you and Life are the opposite of each other, why help me stop this darkness.” After a moment of my question he finally speak.
“Because I rule earth, Life rules Equestria, Dark and Light. Two sides of the coin.”
“You're saying you can't survive without the opposite.”
“That and Life believes I gave Celastia the idea of trying to turn that human, so Life thinks I'm trying to take over her world.”
“This would start a war between you, and eventually the two worlds.”
“With earth being victories, and light being destroyed. And without light, darkness would turn to nothing.”
“Ending every thing that existed.” I stood there knowing that now everything ever known hangs in the balance of my mission.
“I thought killing Osvaldo before had a lot in risk of destruction.” I said chuckling a little.

“You must use the evil from our world to destroy Osvaldo, but adopt the light that exist in this world not to turn evil.” Death said with hate purely in his voice.
I looked away for a moment, and look back to see he was gone.
“If never failed a mission before, I wont start now!” I began walking back to Twilight's place and try to get back on everyone's good side. After learning major details from Death I felt ready for what ever Osvaldo can throw, and surprisingly my anger was gone.

In the walk back I realized why I felt good at the news Death told. Its simple. “I have a purpose to be in this world!” Back on earth I felt expendable, I didn't mean any thing. But here I feel like I'm truly fighting to protect something. Something that actually matters.

I got to Twilight’s house and open the door, she was pacing around the center table. She continued tell I announced my prescience.
“You're going to leave an indent in the floor if you keep doing that.” I said laughing a little.
She quickly looked at me surprised. “Are you OK!?” She blurted out, clearly with concern in her voice.
“I'm fine Twilight, I just needed some time to think.” I said walking in and closing the door behind me.
She sighed a little but her shoulders where still tense.

“Come on Twilight, lets walk around town.” I said opening the door again, she nodded and followed me out.
“Where did you go after you left the train station.” Twilight asked after we walked around for a moment.
“I went to the edge of the Ever-Free Forest.” I said staying completely calm.
“Why?” She said with the concern still there.
“To think.” She looked away. We stayed silent for a moment tell Fluttershy walked up to us in the market.

“Hello Twilight, hello Jack.” She said keeping her voice low, but with no fear in it.
“Hello Fluttershy.” I said smiling.
“How are you Jack?” Fluttershy asked smiling.
“A lot better then yesterday.” I replied continuing with my smile.
“Oh that's good, how are you Twilight?” Twilight looked up trying to smile.
“I'm good!” She replied, with uncertainty in her voice. Me and Fluttershy looked at each other, we both new what was picking at Twilight.
“I was wondering, if you can come help me take care of the animals again?” Fluttershy said after we both looked back at Twilight. Some joy came to Twilight's eyes and she smiled.
“We'd love to Fluttershy!” Twilight said with actual joy in her voice.

We went to Fluttershy's cottage and helped take care of the animals again. Twilight was quickly cheered back up, after 3 hours there. We left with Fluttershy thanking us. Twilight went back home to search the library again and I went to AppleJack's farm to do some work. When I got there AppleJack was joyed to see me in a good mood, and put me to work on the fields. After 7 hours of labor AppleJack paid me and I went on my way home.

I got back to Twilight's to see her and Spike setting up dinner.
“Hello Jack, go wash up!” Twilight said after she noticed me. And I did, showered off the days work and went to the table.
“So what did you go do Jack?” Spike said after we started to eat.
“I went and did some work on Sweet Apple Acres.” I said after finishing off a bite.
“How much you make?” Spike asked with a mouth full.
“Spike.” Twilight quickly snapped.
“Oh, I guess that was rude of me to ask?”
“I made 86 pits.” I said not minding his question.

We finished dinner and cleaned up, I decided to go to bed early. I said goodnight and hit the hay.
“I haven’t done any thing for fun. I should be enjoying this new world... But Osvaldo is to high of a threat, and he should be recovered enough to strike again. What will he do, massive attack? Or some kind of hit man shit?” I decided not to sleep, but re-look at every thing I knew of him, and all my SPCC had on him. After 2 hours, nothing I didn't already know. After laying there I fell asleep instantly.

What is Osvaldo going to do!?
