Luna and Discord play Slender mane

View Online

"Luna, I said no — I am not playing that scary game with you — it's just not my kind of game." Discord groaned.

"Oh, come now, Discord — what art thou? A chicken?" mocked Luna.

"No, just part chicken." Discord hissed.

"You're right, I guess. Besides . . a child like you wouldn't understand the coolness of this game, anyway." Luna used reverse psychology in hopes of tricking Discord. It worked, too.

"A.. a.. a child!? I'm no child!! I'm over a thousand years old!!!" Discord looked like he was going to fall on the floor and start crying.

"Then prove it, Discord — unless thou really art a chicken." Luna gave a sly and satisfied smile.

"Fine . . I'll play. But . . can I ask you a question? Where did you get the laptop?" questioned Discord.

"I borrowed it from 'Tia." Luna gave another sly smile.

"Oh, okay."

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Discord took a few minutes to breathe as he turned on the laptop, and clicked on the Slender Mane icon that L una downloaded. He could feel a chill down his spine as he walked around the dark forest.

"So . . what are we doing in this game?" asked the draconequus whilst chattering his teeth.

"Well, you are supposed to find eight or so notes, which are scattered around the forest in random places." Luna explained.

"Look, there's one now!!" yelled Luna right in the draconequus' ear.

"Ow! You know I'm right here not even three feet away from you!" snapped Discord, rubbing his ears.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Get that note — it's literally right there." commanded the princess of the night.

"What!? No way — Slender Mane is just going to jump me if I do." quipped Discord.

"Just pick it up now!!" demanded Luna in her royal Canterlot voice.

"OW!!! Fine, I'll get the note. Happy?" Discord sighed as he reached for the note. He turned around only to be faced with Slender Mane. He let out a girlish scream that was heard t hroughout the castle.

"Isn't this fun, Discord?" asked Luna.

"NO!!" snapped Discord, hardly able to speak. After he finished screaming, he started to hyperventilate.

"Oh, come on, Discord — that was awesome. Keep playing???" pleaded Luna.

"I just know that I'm going to regret this . . but fine — I'll keep playing." Discord rolled his eyes.

"Thank you, Discord." thanked Luna.

"Okay, let's start this again." Discord groaned.

"Excellent. This time, let's try and get at least two notes." laughed Luna.

Discord grumbled at the thought.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Discord stroked his mane while waiting for the game to load.

"Okay, so now you just have to survive — no trick to it." Luna smiled. Discord sighed and took a deep breath.

"Okay, let's do this." D iscord said.

"You're doing great, Discord!" Luna remarked.

"Thanks." Discord replied.

"Hey, there's another note." Luna pointed out. Just as Discord picked up the note, he turned around to see Slender Mane. Discord shielded his eyes.

"Eek!!" yelled Discord, leaping out of his seat.

"Yeah — you're quite the tough guy." giggled Luna sarcastically.

"Yeah!? How 'bout you try it, huh!?" told Discord.

"I guess I will." Luna responded haughtily.

"Good — here you go." Discord gestured her towards the seat.

Luna sat at the desk chair.

"I'll show you how it's done." Luna brushed her mane.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As soon as the game turned on, she was off and on her way — looking for notes. It only took Luna an hour to find em' all.

" See? That's how you do it. Do you get it now?" asked Luna whilst getting up from the desk chair.

"Um . . yes — I think so, but do we have to keep playing this?" Discord queried woefully.

"Of course — the fun has only just begun."

Discord frowned as he sat back on the chair to get comfy.

"Good. Now go forward." said Luna.

"I can do that, Luna — or as Celesta calls you — Lulu." Discord denigrated.

Luna raised her hoof to strike him, but she just let it pass and ignored him.

"Oh, what's wrong? You need your mommy?" asked Discord.

Just then, Slender Mane was right in the front of the screen. Discord went flying and let out two words.

"Holy shit!!!" the draconequus exclaimed.

Discord recovered himself slowly.

"You can take a break while I play again. Fair?" offered Luna.

The draconequus could only nod in compliance.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some hours later, Luna eventually called him.

"Okay. Your turn, Discord." informed Luna.

All the draconequus did in response was moan.

"Fine." he stated, clearing his throat.

"Come now, Discord — you can't get hurt. Turn thy frown upside-down — I learned that from Pinkie Pie." smiled Luna.

Discord ignored Luna as he trudged through the forest.

"So how long are we playing for?"

"Don't worry — we're almost finished." Luna said.

"Good." said Discord.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hours passed. Discord repeated his question from earlier.

"I said that we're almost done." Luna replied for the second time.

"You said that hours ago . . when are — you know, never mind."

An unexpe cted presence suddenly entered the room.

"Lulu, have you seen my laptop?" asked Celestia, calling her by her pet name.

"Um . . no." she lied.

"Discord, do you know where my private laptop is?" asked Celestia, turning to him.

"Yeah, it's not like I'm using it, or anything." Discord said in a snarky tone.

"WHAT!!??" Celesta snapped.

"Yeah — I'm playing a game on it." stated the draconequus.

"That is only for me!!" yelled Celestia, full of gusto.

"What, this?" he was subsequently dragged out by a few unicorn guards.

Luna waved at the draconequus being dragged out of the room.

"But Luna told me that she asked!" Discord pleaded last-minute.

"Oh — that explains a lot, now doesn't it?" noted Celestia.

Luna and Discord play Ponycraft

"But, Luna, I played your game last week — now you have to play my choice, and I choose Ponycraft." explicated the draconequus. The princess sighed.

"Fine, Discord . . I'll play." The princess frowned. She booted up the game after clicking on the diamond pickaxe.

"Okay . . what now?" The princess looked at Discord's newly-bought laptop. He started typing,

"Now, just wait right where you are." Discord smiled maniacally.

"Discord . . 'Tia told me that thou 'tis a troll." Luna remarked in reference to his regard.

"What? Me? Well I never . . . I've never trolled any such a soul in my entire life." argued Discord, continuing to type.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hours slowly passed and Luna got up, "I'll be right back — I need a bathroom break." said Luna as she excused herself out of the room.

"Okay."

Discord continued to look around the blocky, computer-generated world. When Luna got back, she found herself taking a step back to admire her pretty house when she heard a click that apparently was the principal trigger in making her edifice go up in smoke.

"DISCORD!!!??? THOU LIED!!!!!" exploded Luna, speaking as loud as she possibly could. Discord smiled satisfied as he kept typing. Luna raised an eyebrow, "What are you typing?" asked Luna.

"Nothing." He shifted his computer away from Luna's eyesight. Luna jumped at Discord in response . . for the longest time . . it felt awkward while Luna was on top of Discord . . . She finally overpowered Discord and pulled his laptop to her.

"Well, lookee' here, Discord! Let's see . . it's a blog!? You're just too much! So . . your screen-name is chaos, your newest blog is: "just trolled the night princess (troll face)." The dark-blue one had to take a short-lived silence upon reading the contents of the screen . . .

"Thou art a lier!!" Luna yelled with a tone of oh-so-sweet discovery.

"Bu.. bu.. but I am still fun to play games with . . aren't I???" Discord quivered sheepishly.

"Being the case as it is . . still . . . Thou art a pleasure to play with." Luna admitted. Discord shifted his seat to Luna's couch.

"Luna, what do you think of the game now?" asked Discord, now somewhat more comfortable and out of the hot-seat.

"Oh, it's better then I thought. I'll say that much." Luna imparted, giving a slightly sheepish smile.

"I thought you'd like it." Discord told her.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A few more hours passed, at which point Discord heard Luna yawn.

"Aren't you a bit tired?" asked Discord. Luna nodded her head in response.

"Well . . I guess we can stop now." Discord said, shutting off his computer. He checked his wristwatch that he made appear out of thin air to see it stroke seven P.M.; the time that Luna is supposed to raise the moon.

"Well, goodnight, Luna — see you next week, or tomorrow . . most likely tomorrow, me thinks." Discord stretched himself thoroughly, and then walked away in silence.

Luna and Discord play Sims 3

"So many games — which one, though?" pondered Discord.

"We . . well, I, to be more accurate, have a great idea." Luna started.

"Really? Do tell." Discord teased, thinking that the idea was going to be bad.

"How about we build ourselves?" Luna grinned at the thought.

"Ha — wait — that isn't such a bad idea, but how're we gonna go about building ourselves, exactly?" Discord stroked his mane, querying lightly.

"Why — with Sims 3, Discord." said Luna.

"Good call, Luna. Good call." Discord approved whole-heartedly.

"Yay! I had a good idea!" Luna jumped.

Discord sat momentarily as he waited for Luna to get the game going.

"Okay, so I'll build first." Luna told Discord; nodding to each other in affirmation.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After hours of building ponies they looked at jobs.

"Oh, I do believe that I'll become a businessman." Discord spoke aloud.

"That being the case, I think I'll be a doctor, then." expounded Luna.

"Alright — now that we have our ponies ready and employed, we should furnish our house." Discord pointed out.

"Good idea." said Luna, seemingly returning the earlier gesture.

Minutes later, Discord's pony (or Dis as the first name and cord as his last name) began heading off to work.

Luna's was home all alone reading some books, then her pony suddenly got up — spouting out gibberish in the process: "Good thing there are bubbles above their heads." Discord noted for future reference.

"What is wrong with her?" asked Luna. Discord chuckled in her general direction, for she was apparently a newbie to the game.

Numbers suddenly appeared over her ponies head, which she didn't really understand, either.

"Three . . two . . one?" Just as it came to zero, the Luna's look-a-like stood in a puddle of her own urine.

"Oh, come on!! How was I supposed to know that would happen?" asked Luna.

"Well, you need to feed your sim and have them do their bussness in the bathroom." Discord told her — still grinning devilishly at the sight that Luna's poor little pony was in.

"Well, this is unsanitary." Luna groaned.

She looked at her friend's sim, and he was perfectly okay — he wasn't hungry or tired, and he loved his job.

"You have got to be kidding me." sighed Luna, watching Discord's persona walk out of work.

"What's wrong?" Discord asked, looking at the screen they were sharing.

"It's your sim — he just doesn't seem to have certain problems, but who knows — It's probably just me." Luna sighed in self-reflection.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hours went by and Discord laughed when seeing Luna's sim going around through the other sims' garbage.

"What are you up to, now?" questioned Discord, laughing a bit in the process, seeing as how Luna made it a habit to do ridiculous things in the game.

"I'm going through the trash to see what it looks like." Luna replied.

"Yeah, but why?"

"Because I need spare parts for some robots." Luna answered.

Discord inadvertently scoffed, but then quickly brushed it off.

"You got any idea as to what you wanna build, though?" asked Discord.

"I just want a robot — that's all."

"Okay, that makes a little bit more sense." Discord said, rolling his eyes.

Some more minutes later, Luna smiled as her sim — who now a nurse — was told to take a strange pill that was prescribed by the doctor. She then put the massive pill in her mouth. Nothing happened until a few minutes later when her sim burst into flames.

"OH, BY CELESTIA WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!? I AM ON FIRE!!?"

"Priceless!! Your sim died of burns!!" Discord wheezed through the intense laughter, at which Luna only felt a wave of anger.

Acting in response to their sudden cries of fire, some castle guards nearly broke down the door with fire extinguishers in-hand.

"What seems to be the problem?" asked one of the guards.

"Oh, it's nothing — just Luna over-reacting to a video game." Discord explained.

All of the guards facehoofed, and then slowly trotted back to more pertinent matters.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A substantial amount of time flew by.

When Discord checked his sim, he found that he had only three minutes until his poor little sim would starve to death.

"Oh man — looks like my sim's gonna die, too. I guess it's time to call it quits." Discord said.

"Yes, you're probably right." Luna admitted. Luna and Discord shut off the computer that they shared, and went on with the rest of the day as normal

Luna and Discord play Happy wheels

Luna sighed as she lifted her computer to her lap she knew that it was her turn to choose the game. Luna knew the perfect game. A game called Happy Wheels. Luna smiled sinisterly at Discord showing him the game they were playing.

"Oh, is that the game?" asked Discord stretching his chicken fingers and his lion paw.

"Yes Discord it is," Luna smiled slyly.

"Alright then, let's play," Discord smiled as he grabbed the laptop.

"Huh, I thought you had your own laptop," Luna said.

"Oh that thing it's broken," Discord said smiling.

"Okay fine" Luna groaned.

Luna let him start she told him to play Balcony Terror.

"Which pony should I be?" Discord went over all the ponies.

"Oh, be wheel chair pony," Luna jumped to.

"Alright." Discord clicked the crippled pony.

"Okay now, what I want you to do is go close to the edge, then hit the Z key on the keyboard," Luna smiled as she watched him slowly go to the edge. Finally he went to the edge, "Okay, so what now?" asked Discord.

"Hit the Z key," Luna reminded.

"Okay," Discord laughed. Discord hit the Z key and waited for Luna to say something. Discord saw the pony fly off the chair. "What the hell?" Discord questioned Luna, seeing as Luna was smiling slyly. Soon after the wheel chair pony got his front and back hooves broken off, he was bleeding like a waterfall "What happened!?" snapped Discord, watching the disembodied head falling to the ground. "What the hell was that!?" Discord yelled jaw wide open.

"Well, that is the game Happy wheels, it is just gore" Luna giggled.

Luna got up to her hooves. "I'm going to get us some snacks" Luna told him.

"Okay I'll see you later" Discord said. Discord was clenching his sharp teeth. His teeth slipped and bit his tongue, he cried in pain for a moment which caused a royal guard to burst through the door. "What is wrong?" asked a guard.

"Oh, noting I just bit my tongue," Discord explained. The guard walked out.

"Here you go," Luna handed Discord a bag of chips.

"Thanks Luna," Discord smiled taking a bit of a chip.

"So how's the level going?" Luna wondered.

"It's going," Discord groaned.

"Good," Luna smiled using her magic to bring a chip in her mouth.

Hours passed and Discord was killing each pony in a gruesome way one by a sword another by lawnmower pony grinding him and or her. Luna looked at the time reading 8:00 PM. Luna forgot to raise the moon. "Luna, where is the moon!?" snapped Celestia running upstairs. Celestia began scolding her younger sister who was whimpering. Discord started laughing as Luna kept whimpering. "Hahaha priceless," Discord laughed. Celestia began scolding Discord for laughing.

Luna and Discord play Dead Space

Discord smiled as he scratched his chin. "Let's see what game to play?" the dreconequus said. Discord's eyes swiftly moved from one shelf to another. "Ah, that's it, this is perfect," Discord smiled slyly grabbing the game Dead Space.

Luna levitated a chip into her mouth. "C'mon Discord hurry up," Luna spoke muffled by the potato chip in her mouth.

Discord used his chaos magic to open the case. "This is the game we are playing Luna," Discord laughed slightly.

"Alright," Luna levitated the controller to her chest. "What are you waiting for?" Luna asked.

Discord put the horror game in the console. They were greeted by a gory looking screen.

"Alright, so what now?" Luna asked annoyed.

Discord rolled his eyes. "Just click on normal," Discord sighed. Luna nodded and clicked on normal like Discord told her. "Alright then there is a scene as there is every game," Discord said.

Luna sighed watching the scene with Discord. Luna raised a chip to her mouth and popped it in. The finally ended as Luna used her magic to raise her controller she moved to the outside of the ship. "Alright now what?" Luna asked.

Discord sighed "Follow them," Discord sighed. Luna nodded and walked with the ponies.

Luna waited for what felt like ten minutes waiting for the talking to stop. Finally it did and Luna clicked a button. "Discord this is sooooooooooooooooooo boring," complained Luna.

Discord tapped Luna's shoulder and took a chip. "Luna, the game starts boring, it get's better," Discord explained.

Luna grunted. "Fine," Luna sighed using her magic to move Haysic Clop. "But how long?" Luna asked.

Discord slapped his face. "Now it'll pick up, just go to that terminal," he told Luna.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Luna sighed as she turned to Discord. "I thought you said it will pick up," Luna said.
"It will, soon," suddenly the lights went out and a monster popped out of an air vent.
Luna jumped "Holy shit!" Luna yelled.
Discord smiled. "I told you," Discord mocked.
Luna looked at him and stared for a moment. "Shut up Discord," she said. as she used her magic to run away from the beasts.
Luna felt her heart beat. "What are those things? Luna asked.
"Now where is the fun in just telling you," Discord smiled.
Luna sighed heavily. "Fine I'll figure it out myself," Luna groaned.
Discord smiled slyly. "There's the Luna I started to play games with," Discord laughed maniacally.
"Alright Luna, just keep on walking, word of advice, don't stop at the vents," Discord advised.
Luna gulped. "W...Why?" Luna struggled to say. Just then a ugly pony jumped out of a vent.
Luna jumped almost dropping the remote. "What the hell!" Luna screamed. Luna had Haysic look around the dark room. "I don't like this," Luna admitted.
Discord laughed as he remembered when he played this. "Okay, now look to your left," Discord smiled.
Luna again screamed at the top of her lungs.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Outside of the room was two guards. One was a day guard another was a night guard. The day guard, well he put down his hooves from his throbbing ears as the scream settled. "Have you ever wondered what they do in there?"
Shine the day guard asked in a monotone voice. "Meh, sometimes, I just ignore it, I was planning on playing some games in there, you could join if you'd like," Lucky Night the night guard told him in a deep voice.

"Wait, isn't that room royalty only?" Shine asked.

Lucky Night rolled his light red eyes. "Well, yes but we won't get in trouble if we don't get caught," he smirked.

Shine chuckled. "I guess your right, what time?" Shine asked.

Lucky Night pat Shine's back. "Good boy, it starts at midnight," Lucky Night answered.

Shine leaned in close. "I'll be there," Shine then stood back in his post next to Lucky Night.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Luna set down her controller. "That's it 'm done," she groaned.
Discord huffed. "Already?" he asked.
Luna nodded humbly. "Yes," she responded. She walked out the door greeted by Lucky Night and Shine bowing to her.
"Princess," Lucky and Shine said simultaneously.
The two guards smirked evilly. "Discord," they said to the embodiment of chaos as he left the room.
"See you at midnight," Lucky Night slyly smiled.
Shine nodded. "See you," Shine sighed as he went on to patrol the castle.
