Prologue
Kindness! Yes kindness. A very weak thing but very powerful, powerful indeed. Everypony who poses such kindness is powerful without it. It holds them down, it keeps them back. Yet if its powerful enough to keep back even the most powerful then it's power is what I need.
"Most powerful sir? Who do you mean?" A evil laugh fills the room.
The most powerful Pegasus of course. The one who is the living image, no not the image, who is kindness. They become more powerful fending and living up to it. Kindness though holds back their true potential. As kindness makes them strong it also make them weak, frail and fearful to be exact. But with out it they will be the spitting image of power. Without it they will loose their fear and underestimation of them selfs. They will be who their meant to be. Who's locked away inside, kept controlled and contained only by kindness.
"Who sir?"

"Who is your daughter kept inside?"
Is it not clear? Oh my daughter is not kept inside them, no no, they are my daughter. Her own personality is kept blocked out by the over powering amount of kindness.
"So who are they?"
As kind as can be, they are in kindness itself. My daughters name to those who do not really know it, is Fluttershy. The Element of Harmony representing kindness. As I said before, she is inside kindness it's self. Fluttershy element of kindness.
"So what is your plan sir?"
Take her kindness. Restore me to my full power. Take the kindness of all who shall look into my mirror. Keep anyone from getting in or out of Ponyvill. Take the elements.
"Take the elements? I sorry sir, I don't understand."
Take everyponys kindness, generosity, laughter, magic, honesty, and their loyalty. Take the elements from whoever looks themselves in the eye.
