> Power Rangers, Nature Fury: Beginnings > by Zoom zoom > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Chosen (Part 1) > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fluttershy took another sip of her juice and turned the glass as she looked at the ground, her blue hood and long pink hair covering her vision above it. Around her others were enjoying themselves. She wasn’t very much, but since it was a party she had been invited to as a guest of honor she couldn’t just leave. “So what’s up?” spouted a voice familiar to the girl. Fluttershy looked up to see her oldest friend. Rainbow Dash had shown up in her Gala dress, not surprising since Rarity had been too busy lately and it was Rainbow’s only non work related garment these days. Rainbow wasn’t one to care about coming to something in a dress that damaged a little the last time it was warn. It actually matched Rainbow’s messy hair very well. “Nothing,” Fluttershy replied. “Okay I know that’s a lie,” said Rainbow taking a seat next to her. She pulled her friend’s hood off and brushed the hair out of the way. “Come on, you can talk to me about it.” “Well,” Fluttershy began. She continued to look at her glass and took another sip before continuing. “I’m just not sure why we are supposed to be partying right now. I’m glad Twilight offered Pinkie to set this all up and she’s so much happier right now, but I still think it’s too soon; especially given the current situation.” Rainbow let out a sigh, “You’re sorta right. But then again if everyone is all mopey and scared all the time it isn’t going to help morale. We need more soldiers than ever, yet everyone is in such fear of Maladora that no one is joining.” She smirked as she looked at her badge she had pinned on the dress. “I mean I may have been ready for the Wonderbolts before, but it took till they had to expand their numbers before I was even asked by Spitfire.” “How is she doing by the way?” Fluttershy asked. “She’s doing better,” Rainbow admitted. “Ever since what happened to Sorin she hasn’t really been the same but there isn’t anything anyone can do about that. At least she’s moved on.” “That’s good,” replied Fluttershy. “Yeah,” agreed Rainbow. “By the way, have you seen Lightning Dust? She and I were supposed to be the reps from the Wonderbolts but I haven’t seen her.” “Maybe because you don’t look very hard,” said a white haired girl taking a seat next to Rainbow. “I just ran into her over at the bar. Last I saw she was trying to calm down some drunks so I decided to come over here.” “Oh, thanks Gilda.” Rainbow jumped out of her own seat but turned and looked at her old friend. “Wow, what are you doing here?” Gilda inclined her head, as if using her purple spiked highlights to point behind Rainbow. Both girls turned their attention in that direction. And both winced at the very sight of it. “Oh come on now,” called out a pink haired woman. She was being held up by two royal guards to keep her balanced as it was fairly obvious she was quite drunk. “It’s a party. I could give you guys a rock’n time after I send my daughter ouf to bed toneight.” Said daughter was looking down and shaking her head in embarrassment as the two guards took the woman by her arms and started to drag her away from the premises. Her mother proceeding to continue slurring words as she cat called several men on the way out. “Man poor Ruby,” Rainbow remarked before turning back to Gilda, “But I meant why are you at this party. It doesn’t seem like your sort of thing.” Fluttershy lifted head to look at Gilda as she replied, “I could ask you the same thing, but you’re friends with the new Princess right? As for me, my dad is a noble from the Griffin Kingdom. I’m sort of expected to be here since he couldn’t come with all the issues they are having at Cloudsdale.” Fluttershy was surprised. The last thing she thought would happen between the two of them was a civil and calm discussion. “Tragedy really does bring out what is important it would seem,” she thought. “Maybe she’s changed for the better. Though I don’t think she’s ready to meet Rarity yet since she didn’t even change her hairstyle.” It was at this point that Gilda noticed her observer and brought her attention to the pink haired girl. She leaned in the point her spikey hair could poke Fluttershy in the eyes if she came any closer. “What are you staring at dork?” “Hey, lay off Gilda,” shouted Rainbow Dash. “Fluttershy is my friend and has stayed one of my best friends. And unlike you, she’s been there for me. So I’m not about to let you bully her.” “Who’s bullying?” said Gilda sounding somewhere between sincere and having actual sarcasm. “I just don’t like others poking their noses into my business.” “Scratch that,” thought Fluttershy. “This is the same old Gilda.” She turned her attention to her fuming friend. “It’s alright Rainbow,” she said, “I was sorta being nosy.” Gilda grunted, “Glad you agree. Now would you kindly get up? I don’t like to keep nosy people as company.” “I said lay off Gilda,” Rainbow repeated, “I have to go check on Lightning so I want you to get along with her. So maybe this time the two of you can talk like normal people.” Blowing hard out of her nose, Gilda nodded as the Rainbow haired girl marched off. “I’m surprised she can walk so well in high heels.” “She only recently learned,” said Fluttershy trying to start a conversation. “Rarity spent three days getting her to learn for the Gala.” Gilda laughed, “I bet she fell on her face a lot. I know I did when I was a kid. Then again I wasn’t able to use my flight magic back then.” Fluttershy stifled a laugh herself at the thought of Gilda falling in heels and said, “Don’t worry. Rainbow sort of forgot for the first day too. She even had to chase down Pinkie Pie when she got pictures of it.” “Oh those I have to see,” said Gilda. It was only then that she realized she was actually conversing well with this girl and decided she had better attempt to keep things friendly and held out a hand. “Sorry about what happened the last time I was around. I don’t keep many friends so I was kinda miffed at Rainbow for having so many others at the time. We cool?” “S-sure,” Fluttershy replied as she took the punk’s hand and shook it. Back on the other side of the party, Rainbow Dash finally caught up to her military partner. “What have you been doing all this time?” Lightning was sitting on a barstool, two young men unconscious at her feet. She dressed in her usual clothes of tight jeans and very tight red shirt that showed off what little assists the shirt would be built to cover. This made Rainbow all the more mad because she took the time to dress proper unlike her friend. “Nothing much, these two just tried to slip something in my drink. I believe they learned their lesson now.” Rainbow Dash just shook her head, “You really need to find something better to do. Not every guy needs to be beaten up.” “Hey,” Lightning protested, “I was only defending myself.” “Judging by the fact no one dragged these guys out and no one is backing up your story right now I’m guessing it was more you beat them up just for hitting on you.” “Same thing,” Lightning shrugged. Rainbow sighed and took the stool next to Lightning, not really caring much about the two males since they appeared fine. “I really don’t get how you can be like this when there isn’t a gun in your hands.” “I already know I have issues,” replied Lightning, “but I need to have some slip ups now and then if I’m going to keep listening to you and Spitfire whenever either of you say to jump.” “We’re friends Lightning,” Rainbow stated. “It means I want to make sure you are okay first. You know I only pull the ‘listen to your commander’ card when we’re on a mission, and for good reason.” “Yeah,” agreed Lightning. “If it wasn’t for you I’d be dead right now after that last strike in Las Pegasus.” She obviously wanted to say more but stayed quiet. Rainbow Dash nodded, “And if it wasn’t for you I’d have lost my ability to fight and wouldn’t have been able to do what I did to save you and all the other refugees in Cloudsdale. Don’t knock your own skills. You just have to learn not to divide yourself so much from being all by the books at work and so lose at times like this. Balance it out and you’re better for it. Luna knows I had to learn that the hard way.” “Now that,” replied her friend, “is a story I’d love to hear.” She grabbed her drink to take another swig when she noticed something. “When did they start putting a golden ice piece in these things?” “Well that was impressive,” commented Gilda after Fluttershy had been confident enough to tell of her take down of a Cockatrice. “Not sure how you didn’t just bash his head in like I would have.” Fluttershy looked down at the floor again as she thought out best to explain why she didn’t. She could lie and say it wouldn’t have reversed the damage, but that wasn’t the case. She honestly couldn’t bring herself to end a living thing’s life. Even though it was threatening her she could only focus on berating it. It just wasn’t in her nature to hurt any animal. It was only luck that such a thing did manage to work. Suddenly, in the corner of her vision was something gleaming. A golden ball had rolled in front of her. What struck her was how the ball stopped immediately as soon as it was in front of her. As if it were encouraging her to pick it up. “Well look at that,” Gilda again commented to her. Fluttershy looked over and saw that a second ball had done the same in front of Gilda. The white haired girl took the ball into her palm and bounced it around a bit. “Decent souvenir I guess.” Without saying anything, Fluttershy did the same, pocketing the bobble in her jacket’s inside compartment. Knowing Pinkie it was some kind of item she was giving out for a special prize. She was glad she didn’t have to trust that her new “friend” wasn’t going to try and take her prize from her. Almost on cue as she did, a shading spell come over the crowd and a voice announced, “All bow for King Shining Armor, Queen Mi Amore Cadenza, and Princess Twilight Sparkle.” The loud echo rolled as around as the sound of many knees hitting the marble floor loomed over the giant room. A spotlight came over to rest on three individuals. The first was a fairly young man in his mid twenties with dark blue hair and clad in armor. Despite his age he carried a look of wise thought and experience, likely from his days as Captain of the royal guard. He also looked slightly weathered, as if he had just gotten over a very long run since he was leaning on is wife. But this was lost to most who were not close enough to see him at the top of the stairs so it was a decent enough illusion. The queen looked worried, but knowing the importance of looking strong for her subjects she kept her head from turning too much to her husband to show it. She turned instead to her sister-in-law and whispered slightly, “Are you really sure we should do this now? Shining doesn’t look too good.” “I’m fine,” piped her husband shaking his head. “Renewing the Barrier always takes a lot out of me, you know that. Even with your love feeding me some power it isn’t enough when I have to cover two cities.” “This is why I wanted others to help you,” she argued. “At least Twilight should be able to somewhat match your power.” “True,” said Shining, “But we are dealing with a witch that took over the various nations of the world and has an army at the edge of my spell ready to jump in. I think having our best mage at full power is the smartest move should something falter, as well as needing all the help we can to fight off the army anyway.” “This isn’t the time to be discussing this,” Twilight finally interjected. “We’ve only been in charge for a few months without Luna or Celestia. We can’t afford to come off as weak or divided, even if it’s through worry of the future right now.” All three nodded, which was the only thing their subjects could see. With the condition of her elder brother iffy, Twilight decided to take the lead in forms of the speech she was to give to the crowd. Elsewhere however things were decadently more gloomy, but without such a dark cloud over the army to be the cause of it. In it, a much smaller group of figures watched from high as their armies ate and made marry with one another. “I just don’t get why though,” commented one creature to another clad in armor. “We basically rule the entire world now. What should we care of just two cities that can’t even trade with us anyway?” “Me thinks,” replied the armored warrior in a deep voice, “that you forget our purposes are to serve our two queens. I agree that the siege is perfectly fine, but we must not forget what happens when one lowers their guard. They could just as easily strike when we least expect it, as well as if we give them time they may be able to rally and fight back Sir Bunble. If we are to finish this job for our queens, then we must squash them while they still have low morale and little numbers to fight back for more land.” Bunbul nodded, “it was just a thought. I like to see these lowly Canterlot humans suffer, but we’ve no way to get in. I’m sort of bored out here.” “Well,” chimed a much harsher voice. “Perhaps it will be a good idea to give you some activity.” The voice said activity like it was aroused by the idea, but it carried along the implication of pain all the same. Bunbul jumped forward and spun on his heels at the voice and sputtered, “Qu-Queen Chrysalis.” The orange creature immediately dropped the his knees and bowed several times. “My apologies my queen, I spoke out of line.” The green haired woman smirked and slowly cast her gaze at the armored member of their party. “I assume my servant’s boredom is due to having no progress on the dome then.” Her insect like wings twitched and her large chest jiggled a bit at some thought she did not voice, though based on Bunbul’s flinching, it was likely from the satisfaction of draining her vassal of his negative emotions as was per her emotional feeding diet this war had done its best to give her strength for. “It is so I’m afraid,” replied the armored commander with a slight bow out of respect. Chrysalis nodded and looked down at the creature currently feeding her. “Get up you stupid beast.” In one swift move she kicked him and sent him flying into the wall. A feat she would not have been capable of before this war, even during that invasion she had attempted some years back. She smiled at the confirmation of her new strength working and looked out at her army of changelings. “Hard to believe not one of them was able to stay when that blasted dome was placed up,” she muttered. “I shall have to congratulate Shining Armor when I meet him again.” She turned her attention back to the whimpering creature slowly rising from the floor. “Oh get up. I have news for you both from Maladora.” Bunbul got to full attention as she backed up to point to a certain spot in the dome before her. “At this point, Maladora will be able to open the dome for five seconds. The weakness in the dome’s defenses that have been keeping out our magic will be gone for that one moment in two hours. I was going to ask who could lead a squad of thirty changelings to attack. It is only a test and we could lose all of those that go in should my magic be unable to call you all out of the dome since they’d be stupid to let you live.” She turned and looked with a wicked smile at Bunbul, “and since you are so bored Bunbul, you can lead this suicidal attack.” Bunbul shrank at that. But the armored commander stepped up ignoring his companion. “And what am I to do my queen?” “Observe Sir Sombre,” was the changeling queen’s reply. “I want you to take full notes on what the general reaction is with the guards at the border. You are to see what those pathetic guards do when the center of their heaven is attacked. Should they leave, then we have a plan ready to finally end this war. Especially since the drop zone will have minimal guards so that we can kill as many civilians as possible before I have to call them back.” “Understood,” Sombre bowed. Bunbul followed suit with much more and not saying a word out of fear. “Well,” said the green haired woman. “I’ll leave you all to your own devices till then.” And with the snap of her gloved fingers, she was gone. “Trade ya,” Bunbul offered to Sombre once she was gone. “Not on your life,” Sombre replied. “Yeah,” Bunbul gulped, “I was afraid of that.” > Chosen (Part 2) > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Come on mom,” moaned Ruby. Her mother was so embarrassing sometimes. After being thrown out of the party, Berry was now stumbling around shouting out to the world ad nauseum. Normally Ruby would be annoyed enough to drag her mother home. But this was the first time her mother seemed so happy about something. Even if this happiness was caused by something she hated or was even false, Ruby couldn’t find it in herself to spoil it for her mother. Sitting down under the shade of a nearby tree, Ruby listened to the party going on inside. She did her best to remember better times, when her mother didn’t need to get like this, when she had friends, and when she could always come home to see her father’s smiling face. Not all of it was gone now, she was starting to make new friends ever since moving to Canterlot, but still she sometimes missed her old life. She was just glad her mother was there to help her through that. Only then, in the corner of her eye did she catch something. A glint of gold as it rolled in front of her. The ball was a very odd thing indeed since it seemed to roll so fast, only to stop on a dime right in front of her. Ruby however knew better than to touch such things without first making sure it wasn’t some magic that would hurt her. Her mother on the other hand… Berry picked up the little golden ball and laughed. Bouncing it from one hand to another and finally holding it tight to examine it. “Waz tis? Ooo, iz so shiny.” The odd voice became clearer as Berry weakened her grip on the ball. “Repeat, you have been chosen for a team to defend this world from Maladora. If you accept this responsibility please say the code phrase: ‘Unleash the Fury’.” “Blah, Blah, blah,” the woman yawned and dropped the ball back down again. Only for it to start blaring an alarm, one so great it was only drowned out by the sound of a crash from the other side of the castle. Bunbul landed rolled up in a ball, leaving a crater in his landing far larger than the twenty Changelings that landed around him. Poking his head out he called for the attack as he began to spin and roll himself out of the crater. The Changelings rushed in and used the magic Maladora had given them, allowing them to drain a victim of any of their emotions. The fear and love around them gave them power as ten of them took to the skies. What few Pegasi that had tried to run to Cloudsdale were easily overcome and drained of their energy, plummeting to the ground. Meanwhile Bunbul spun, rolling over anyone in his way. Anyone dodging him however were soon caught by the other ten changelings and drained just as easily. Within a minute everyone within a radius of 100 feet of the landing site was unconscious. Back at the party, Lightning had just finished cleaning herself up when her own golden ball she had pocketed out of interest vibrated harshly. With the music of the party gone because of the Princess’ speech and being in the lavatory she was able to hear it’s call loud and clear. “Warning, dome breach,” rang out the robotic voice. “Enemies have breached the shield and entered Canterlot. Please accept the contract by saying ‘Unleash the Fury’ or pass this unit to someone else willing to.” “What the heck,” was all Lightning could muster as she strolled out of the lavatory. Even if it was a strange object she could sense something was up. “This thing wouldn’t just say this out of nowhere as a joke,” she thought. “I’d better check this out.” No sooner has she gotten out to the party again then she heard the new king screaming out to the crowd, “Everyone get to safety now!” “Guess that answers that question,” Lightning spoke out loud. She proceeded to help get others to safety as she caught sight of her boss who was doing the same from the air for some who were trying to using flight spells to cut in line in front of others. For her part, Twilight was doing her best to cast her own magic to charge up while Cadence supported Shining for an attempt to reestablish the dome walls using the power she was collecting. The sooner it could get back up the better as she could sense many more coming if that the guards were barely keeping out. How many were there? For some reason it seemed like only a small army of a hundred were in, while the rest seemed to be focused on fighting the royal guard. “Something isn’t right here,” she concluded, “This isn’t their normal tactic. Usually they try to harvest as many of us as possible or they’d come for a full assault on the castle like last time. It’s like they are trying to just…” Slow realization of what was coming sent her concentration out of the window. Meanwhile Fluttershy and Gilda were part of the group being rushed into hiding. Both were forced to take to the air just to keep from being squashed by the crowd. Something Fluttershy was having trouble with despite her natural talent at the spell by birth. She wobbled a bit and had to hang on to a curtain to keep herself steady. “Hey,” Gilda called out holding her golden ball. “Did this thing start shaking like crazy with you too?” Remembering it, Fluttershy checked and nodded. “Give yours to Rainbow Dash then, I’ll go see if I can find someone who can take this one. I’m not risking my neck for anyone and I’m pretty sure you aren’t either.” Fluttershy wasn’t sure what Gilda was talking about but complied and flew over to Rainbow Dash, her own weak flight spell starting to fade. “Gilda said I should give this to you.” Rainbow took it and asked what it was. Fluttershy could not answer. “Well get back down,” Rainbow finally said. “At this rate you’ll tire out if you’re that unstable.” Fluttershy listened, not wanting to admit to her friend she still had not kept up the training she was supposed to for these sorts of emergencies. Lightning during all this at taken to the skies outside and was doing her best to deflect the small group of changelings that did plan on entering the castle. It did not help that the place was low on guards who could use a flight spells and she didn’t have a weapon on her due to not being on duty at the moment. One of the changelings dived out and kicked Berry down. Its insect eyes focused on Ruby as it did so. As Berry’s sight focused again she found two other Changelings pinning her down. Energy trying to drain her as the first changeling held her daughter by her hair. Ruby’s scream of pain drilling into the ears of her mother, causing a full clarity of mind she had not had previously. “Let her go,” Berry growled. “I don’t think so,” chuckled the changeling. As if to show its point it morphed one of the holes in its arms and stuck Ruby’s head through it. The effect of closing it again kept Ruby’s head in place, making pulling on her hair now only for the creature’s enjoyment. “She’s the perfect shield if the guards bring out the big guns for us and there is just so much more my queen and her army can get out of a child than you jaded adults anyway. Though she is too much of a weight, maybe when I get a clear run for it I can break her neck and drop her off on the way out.” “I said,” Berry repeated feeling the ball lump on her stomach, “let her go.” “Repeat,” chimed the robotic voice again, “to accept the contract-“ Berry cut it off and screamed it herself, “Unleash the Fury!” In a flash of pink light the two changelings pinning her found themselves nothing but husks by the end and in its horror the first changeling forgot about keeping hold of the child and Ruby was able to kick it in the shins and run away. “Ranger Pink Operational,” chimed the robotic voice again as the light died down. Before it did so completely the changeling found itself caught in the throat by a white glove. It felt like it was crushing its windpipe. “This is the third time and last time I will ask nicely,” repeated the woman behind the pink helmet. “Let my daughter go right now.” The changeling followed instructions and Ruby found herself free and gasping, but Berry kept her grip. Two more changelings came to try and help, only for the one in the ranger’s hand to be thrown at it as she pulled out a small pistol sized weapon that fired a small laser out with her opposite hand and aimed at the two. The blast only injuring their shoulders but it was enough to allow the green ichor of their blood to run thick from the wounds and cause a panic. Lightning seeing this took hold of her own golden ball and called out, “Unleash the fury!” Just as the green light enveloped her she grabbed her own pistolish weapon and started taking aim at other changelings in the sky, grounding them instantly. “Oh I gotta get me a piece of that!” Gilda exclaimed seeing this. “Unleash the fury!” A white light covered her as soon as she said this and she jumped to fly out at the Changelings, only to fall on her face. The white ranger got up and shook her head. “The hell,” she exclaimed into her helmet. In reply, two other voices gasped and tried to find where that voice was coming from. Lightning was the one who figured it out, “there must be some kind of spell that lets us communicate with each other through long distances in these helmets.” She turned to look down at the work done so far. “Whoever you are pink girl, there are two Changelings coming up the front stairs.” Berry replied, “Um fine, Ah’ll take care of them. Whoever that other voice is should concentrate on guarding citizens instead of getting in the fray.” “Screw that,” called Gilda, “if I’m not going to be able to fly with this crap on I might as well get the most out of it.” “Wait,” both cried out as they could see Gilda jump high into the air. Reaching out her hands like claws she landed and charged at two more Changelings who had gotten down to pick up one of their brotherin that Lightning as shot down. “Oh this is gonna be fun,” she called out kicking the fallen Changeling and grabbing one of them by the arm, the other held by the throat. All of them cried out in pain as her grip tightened on them. She relished this feeling of power. All the while ignoring the voices calling out to her for one reason or another. That was until a blaster hit her in the back, knocking her away. When she turned a yellow suited woman like her held the gun on her. “I told you to let them go Gilda,” came the familiar voice in her helmet. “You’re making them suffer for no reason.” She then proceeded to shoot the changelings in the wings. “Why the hell did you accept that contract?” Gilda questioned. “We can talk about that later,” Fluttershy replied putting her gun back with shaking hands. “The other two want us at the castle gates.” Bunbul found himself alone within minutes. This was not a good day. What made matters worse was the fact his troop was beaten and piled up by some girls in multi-colored spandex. Panicking her dug into the ground in his ball form and escaped. “Is that all?” Lightning asked. As if in answer light took them once again and they all stood there in the front gates back to normal. The golden balls still shaking in their hands, and in Berry’s case on the floor since it had fallen from her stomach. A voice rang out, “The four of you that have accepted the power please return to Canterlot castle, I will finish instructions there.” > Chosen (Part 3) > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once everything had calmed down, Cadence was able to take Shining armor for some bed rest while Rainbow and the Chosen were stood waiting in the audience chamber. Gilda stared daggers at Fluttershy as they waited. Rainbow Dash was the first to notice this and asked what was going on. “Nothing that concerns you,” Gilda replied quickly, blood vessels becoming visable on her hands and she kept her arms crossed. She kept her sight locked on Fluttershy who had done her best to disappear into the wall she was leaning against. Berry, now done with her own burst of energy and still slight out of it, slept with her head on her daughter’s lap. Ruby smiled. Even if the entire experience had been scary she had come to think that she’d do it again to see her mother’s eyes burn like they did. It made her feel safe and yet scared her at the same time. She honestly could not remember the last time her mother looked like that, all she could think was that it was familiar. Lightning was the only one that seemed to be fully alert. “It’s been over an hour,” she thought. “Why would he make us wait this long unless he was waiting for one of the Princesses to show up. Maybe it is someone in the Princess’ employ that gave us this power then.” Silence could only go on for so long though. “Enough of this,” roared Gilda. “I’m not going to just wait around all day for-“ As if in response the gold ball in her hand smacked her in the throat. A voice once again came from the golden balls as Gilda kept coughing. It was the same voice that asked them to gather. “Not very virtuous are you?” “Who,” Gilda coughed hard again causing Berry to jump awake, “are you?” With Gilda and Berry’s balls free to roll on the floor and collect the other two tried to follow suit. It only took a few tugs for Lightning and Fluttershy to get the picture and release them. When the four came together there as a flash of light that filled the room. “Who am I?” said the deep voice coming from the blue ball as it grew three times its size. “Why am the Great and powerful Wizard of-“ The voice paused for a moment. “Oh dang it, what is this place called again? Ah whatever.” The light collected into the form of a silhouette as the male voice went through some stretching movements, ending with rubbing his neck. “Man, a thousand years gives such a crick in the neck.” “Are you done?” asked a female voice of someone in the distance. Everyone besides the man in blue light turned to see the Princess Twilight Sparkle. “Because Discord you are not.” “You wound me your highness,” the man retorted holding a hand to his chest. “I would think being around him for so long would let me do a decent imitation. Then again it has been a thousand years. I’m to assume he was taken out since I even woke up at all then?” “Okay I’m confused,” Rainbow Dash voiced, “Twilight, who is this guy?” Twilight took a deep breath, “His name is Zebb. He came to me and Shining Armor about a week ago.” “The Great Wizard Zebb,” he corrected. “And to answer how I’m as old as Discord and Celestia, well that is actually Discord’s fault. Guy thought it would be fun to have at least one guy to brag to so he imprisoned me. When he turned good three years he let me out a bit but I was still stuck in his little prison since he didn’t want to admit to you-“ he pointed at Fluttershy. “-That he did such a thing.” At this Fluttershy shrank. She really had not thought about Discord for over a year, the chaos god was always trying to do whatever he could to keep himself in a good light to her after she threatened to stop being his friend. But as his friend it didn’t really seem Discord would do such a thing just to cover his tracks. “So,” Zebb continued, “When he was caught by Maladora two years ago his spell on me started to weaken. I still can’t bring myself into a corporal state, but this is serviceable since I’m pretty much the only shot you guys have of fighting back against her.” “And what makes you so sure about that?” Lightning inquired with a raised eyebrow. “Because,” Twilight said seeming to swallow some anger that only Rainbow and Fluttershy noticed was there. “He was the one who sealed Maladora away over a thousand years ago with the Princess’ help.” “Well it was mostly Starswirl actually,” Zebb corrected again. “But since he isn’t around anymore, you’re stuck with me.” “Unfortunately,” Twilight grumbled. “Is something up?” Rainbow asked, “Cause you look like you’re about to pop Twilight.” “Don’t mind her,” said Zebb, “She just found out I was right. Girl was fighting me the entire time on the logistics and only allowed me to finally try my plan because I made it contract based instead of actually getting to pick out my candidates like I wanted. She’s just a sore loser.” “I am not,” insisted Twilight. “I just still don’t trust you is all. Some magician-“ “Wizard,” Zebb corrected. “Wizard,” Twilight repeated angrily, “That shows up out of nowhere with some power he can give to those who are not magically gifted as a way to fight some evil that shows up out of nowhere as well? I still don’t buy it.” “But your big brother does and that is all I need thank you,” Zebb answered. His silhouette tuned to obviously turn his back to Twilight as he addressed the rest of the group. “So I just wanted to meet my Power Rangers.” He said that with such an exited tone, that some could even mistake if as the same way Rainbow would voice getting to meet Daring Do herself. He first came to Fluttershy and looked her up and down. “Well it was unfortunate you had to accept the contract. But I suppose an element of harmony is still an element of harmony. I expect great things out of you Yellow Rabbit Ranger.” “Rabbit?” Fluttershy asked confused. Meanwhile Rainbow seemed to finally understand why Twilight was so upset with this guy. He had just voiced his dislike for Fluttershy, and had not even apologized. “Oh you didn’t know?” Zebb chuckled. “Each suit has an animal I based the helmets on for some fun differences in case one of you was colorblind. You likely didn’t notice since you were in the heat of battle and all. Though I would advise you to cut your hair; I got around it this time, but that much hair will definitely get in your eyes if you morph without my help, which I’m working on so I suggest getting that set ASAP.” “So you really are not going to apologize?” asked Rainbow. “For what?” Zebb replied confused. It was so honest in tone Rainbow wasn’t sure if the guy even knew he had done something wrong. Perhaps he wasn’t too used to being around people anymore if he spent two years alone. “Nothing,” she answered backing up with Fluttershy. “Very well,” Zebb answered. He started to walk toward Gilda, but stopped and turned back to look at Rainbow. “I will say that it is unfortunate you did not become one of the rangers Rainbow Dash. From what Twilight has told me and what I observed turn that last attack you were the best candidate for this. Unfortunately I only had four powers to give.” Rainbow didn’t say anything as he turned to address Gilda. “And now we come to the power hungry spoiled brat. Honestly, I can’t believe there are not one, but two chosen so bad that the Yellow Ranger looks over qualified by comparison. But low and behold the Lion ranger proves me wrong.” The excitement he had before dropped as he said this. Gilda chuckled at that, until she noticed Zebb was addressing her. “Heck your little ball thing stopped in front of me didn’t it?” “That it did,” Zebb replied, “But one who takes up such a power should not relish it so much as you. I’ll count it as your first strike of sorts. I do hope you realize a child was seriously injured because of what you did.” “What,” Gilda replied not believing him. “A young boy,” Twilight confirmed, “he was attacked right after you left. He seems to be okay mentally, but he broke his arm falling down the stairs you jumped trying to escape the changeling that Lightning eventually took down.” Gilda just grumbled at that and turned her head. Zebb walked past her, hoping that would help the white haired woman to see her folly. As he passed over Berry he just muttered, “Should have known I’d end up with you as the Pink Elephant Ranger.” He nodded to both Berry and Ruby but didn’t really give them much attention after that. Not that Berry looked like she could answer at the moment. Finally he came to Lightning Dust. “Not much to say about you either Dolphin ranger, just that you did better than I expected.” “Dolphin?” Lighting asked a little insulted, “They all get powerful mammals and I get a Dolphin?” “If I could face palm well enough to convoy my reaction to that,” Zebb stated, “I’d put myself into a coma. A Dolphin is a sea mammal.” Lightning seemed to shut up at that and Zebb kept walking. “Well you are all not my best choices, but be it fate or luck what is done is done. I expect you all back here tomorrow for a more proper greeting, I just wanted to meet you all first.” He nodded back to Twilight who looked like she really wanted to strike him for all the disrespect he was throwing to everyone. “I assume this can be our command center.” “Sure,” Twilight said taking deep breaths. “Than see ya around.” And with that he was gone, singing some song about a bear and a blue house as he did. Bunbul stumbled back into his bunker as Sombre greeted him, “You survived.” “Yeah,” Bunbul stated. “Guess their emergency dome doesn’t take drilling under into account. “That will be useful,” said Sombre, “any changelings survive?” “Not if Chrysalis has anything to say about it. Keep the secrets of the hive and all.” “Of course.” Elsewhere, said queen was throwing things around her room. “She resists your powers more every day,” commented the guard outside the chamber to an elderly woman. The old woman just nodded. “She’ll do for long enough.” She walked out into the darkness of the castle laughing and humming to the same tune as Zebb’s song. > Leader [Full Version] > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The women stood in front of a hologram of Zebb, They were wondering why they were being summoned at once. Berry Punch lightly swaying left and right crossed her arms in drunken disgust, Gilda showing how much patience she has started to groan and sigh every 5 seconds, Lightning Dust sharing the same feelings as Gilda, started to tap her feet behaving as though she has something better to do, and Fluttershy was feeling uncomfortable around her newly established teammates. she felt the hostility of the group and and started to stare at the ground. “Hello Rangers now I’m sure you’re wondering why I called you” said Zebb. Berry Punch interrupts Zebb and in a slurring way says, “Is there any danger right now because we’ve been standing here for five minues and all we’re seeing right now is your ugly sss-sliouette. If you have something important to say hurry up i’m the middle of my happy hour and I have to go home and make my daughter’s afternoon snack." Zebb, now about to complete a sentence said, “sorry Rangers I just never had the time to show off your weapons. And since it seems Maladora won’t be making the mistake of randomly attacking again I figure it’s best you learn what you can now.” The Rangers turn to the wall adjacent from the hologram to see it open up and reveal a white glowing space. “Wait... how did that wall move?!?” exclaimed Twilight “Oh hello,” Zebb replied without looking at her. “Just had some redecorating after I woke up.” Twilight got over her slackjaw and yelled, “When did you put that in?” “Just long enough to just get used to the place.” “Wa- what else did you do the the castle?” Twilight continued, “I demand you tell me now!” “I wouldn’t give me that high and mighty attitude,” replied Zebb. “Snoring doesn’t make you very princess like.” “How did you...” “I watch you guys sleep now and then to pass the time, your siblings give a good show.” Twilight tried blasting Zebb with magic, forgetting he was only constructed of light and it passed through him. Lightning groaned, “Do you guys need a room or something cause the rest of us are busy.” “Since you’re all in a hurry I’ll show you your weapons. Mama Bear you’re first.” Berry Punch walked towards the glowing wall and pulled out a toy hammer. “stiss a flakink toy?” slurred Berry angrily. Zebb explain the weapon, “Where I’m from it is called a Kadocha it may look like a toy to you but is a very powerful weapon and you shouldn’t think too lightly of it. This is created from deep within your heart.” Berry turned and look that the manly hologram “Yes, because deep within my heart I wanted a toy to protect my only cha.” Berry said Sarcastically. “Actually yes,” he countered, “but now is not the time to go into why.” “You really have an issue with that,” commented Twilight as she stepped out from behind him. “And that is just mean since Kadocha means ‘child’s toy’” Berry’s anger was pretty clear to everyone due to her sudden sober state as she replied. “You’d better give me a good explanation the next time you summon me.” Zebb directed his attention to Lightning Dust, “Lightning Dust please place your hand in the light.” “This better not be a toy.” muttered Lightning Dust low enough for only Gilda to hear as she walked towards the vacant wall. She placed her hand inside and tried to pull out a weapon but it would not budge. she had a use her other hand to pull the whole thing out and it turned out to be a giant ax, two thirds her height. “Well as doesn’t look like a toy but why would I need this? It is not practical in battle.” “Lighting Dust,” Zebb replied calmly, “This weapon was crafted based solely on who you are: Fierce and...” he whispered under his breath. “It is practically your creation. The Lighting Axe.” Lighting Dust just shook her head, “So you want me to bring this heavy ax to a fight when I can just use my gun or even the easy to carry knife it turns into for goodness sake!!” Gilda now filled with so much frustration seeing that both women obtain the least desirable weapons, she frustratingly stomped her feet to the vacant wall and with a swift action pulled out her weapon but instead of getting a toy she got set of two thin blades. “Now that’s more like it!” exclaimed Gilda Zebb happy that someone likes what they got said,“Well I’m happy you like what you have here. It is called -” But before Zebb could finish his sentence Gilda interrupted saying “too bad I never fenced before.” “Ahem as I was about to say you obtained the Lion’s Fangs. You don’t need to worry about never fencing because of the suit’s programing. But it may be a good idea to learn in case.” Gilda smiled while looking at the other two rangers and what she thinks are useless weapons “I think I’m going to like you glow boy. ” Still looking at the ground said “Oh… so it’s my turn” Fluttershy slowly walk towards the wall and began to see a silhouette a giant broadsword. The blade looked as if it was 6 feet long. “Oh… That looks too heavy for me to pick up” said Fluttershy quickly. She turned to run but was caught by the sight of her teammates and turned back. She took a deep breath and reached in again pulling out the weapon: a small 4 feet long sky blue Katana. Gilda started to laugh “even miss scaredy pants got a good weapon” Zebb arched an eyebrow, “I thought it would be bigger… well never mind, I will bring you ladies back to whatever you were doing. This was more to see what my programs had decided was best for all of you.” Zebb then realized that he forgot something as he shouted for their attention, “i will change the orbs into you morphers now” the orbs turned into giant rectangles looking like notepads “These look too big to walk around with.” said Gilda. The rest of the rangers agreed Zebb was at a lost for words. He never planned for the women to complain about the size of the morphers. he had to think fast. “well you ladies can put your morphers in your purse” All the rangers including Twilight was stunned by Zebb comment. Lightning Dust couldn’t hold back but to shout out, “You dirty, sexist, idiotic, MOTHER F----” “Teleport!!!!” Exclaimed Zebb All the girls were sent back to where they were, Fluttershy was back at home with her irritated pet rabbit, Angel. Gilda was back with her friends acting like nothing happened. Lightning Dust returned in front of Spitfire and her latest vain to show from her head, and Berry Punch made it just in time to greet her very hyper and happy daughter Ruby Pinch. “Mommy, mommy!!!” exclaimed Ruby holding up a piece of paper, “look what I made it’s you me and daddy!!!” Berry looked at the picture that her daughter made for her. A small smile crossed her face. Then just as suddenly, she held her daughter close to her, catching the young child off guard and the sudden embrace. Ruby started to pull on her mother’s white tank top, “Are you okay mommy? Are you as hungry as I am?” Berry laughed at her daughters comment and released her. Berry could see her hyper child quickly slow down as she started to look for her afternoon snack. So she put down Ruby’s picture and walked towards the fridge and pulled out the grape juice and one of pinkie pie’s pastries that she bought the other day and gave it to Ruby. Berry smelled the grape juice before she gave it to Ruby, not wanting her “special batch” to be given to her young daughter. “I hope you are ready for me to check your homework” Berry said as Ruby started swallowing her snack in chunks. “Um,” said Ruby unable to look her mother in the idea. “Not just yet mommy. I’ve still gotta make sure I didn’t....answer in the wrong space. Yeah answer in the wrong space.” Berry shook her head as her daughter ran out of the room, forgetting her manner again about putting dishes away. She had always wanted more for her daughter tending to now put a lot more of her time and energy making sure that her daughter was ready for anything. “If something happens to me,” she thought, “Ruby could be left all alone. This ranger business makes that even more plausible since I’m right there on the front line. Maybe I should have told Zebb to take back his morpher and pick someone else.” All thought of that ended however when she saw the happy face of her daughter. “She wouldn’t be here right now if I didn’t take up this power either. I guess for now I can only prepare her for the days to come.” “Alright,” Berry exclaimed, “Let’s get started.” *** Chrysalis twitched her eye in annoyance as Bumbul recanted his mission to the changeling queen to explain how so many of her children had fallen. “You were winning against all of Canterlots soldiers but you lost to spandex women!?!” screamed Chrysalis. “Do you expect me to take you seriously at all!!!!?”She walked up to the pink bellied golem carrying one of her meals and started to beat him across the head with it “never in my life have I seen such cowardly behavior ” “I’m so sorry my Queen” Bunbul was trapped under his belly rocking back and forth trying to ask for forgiveness. “I AM NOT YOUR QUEEN!!!!” Chrysalis screamed so loud that all of her changeling ran away from the fortress and caught the attention of the true leader of this army. The Sombre Knight and his partner Illuminati both flew down with the Maladora and all three of them now looked annoyed at Chrysalis. Chrysalis now losing her powerful demeanor kneeled down, “I am so sorry my high and powerful sorceress” “What was all that screaming for!?! Thanks to you, I can’t go back to sleep!!!” moaned the old woman in a voice so booming it caused normal changelings to hide in their cots. “I’m so sor-” Maladora inturped Chrysalis “Quiet you're giving me such a headache!!!” she continued “Since my Bolder boy failed You I will send him back to make it right” Bunbul looked up “What!?! No no no no no no I’ll get killed by those multicolor terrors.” Maladora cackled at her Golem and collected some rocks together and casted a spell and the rocks started to shape into a human like form. “Meet your little brother, Dunbul Spir.” Spir stood up, he was standing over everyone. He was about 7 feet tall. He was rocky looking all gray except for his shoulders which were round and bright red. “I am here to serve mother” Maladora placed her hand on her new creation and with a loving voice said, “Spir, I want you to help your big brother deal with whatever made him run back home okay?” Spir looked at his big bolder brother seeing Bunbul rocking on his giant belly. A disgusted sneer crossing his face as he did so. “Now you two get along and make mama proud!!!” Maladora then turned to Chrysalis and her loving voice changed into a hateful voice as she shouted, “Now get your useless Changeling’s and make them prove your usefulness to this cause. Or you could just go yourself, though in that case I’d have to keep hold of the army.” Chrysalis lowered her head to confirm her obedience. She loved her children too much as a whole to leave them with the even worse fate of being Maladora’s puppets directly. Detest leaked through only a bit as Chrysalis was trying to keep her hatred inside knowing how strong this woman was. “I will send some of my strongest to help your sons, my sorceress.” A new day began and the citizens of Canterlot left their houses and started their daily routines, but for the new Rangers their routine was a little new. Angel was jumping up and down on Fluttershy’s bed but Fluttershy didn’t budge an inch, forcing him to him to jump harder. Even though she only transformed once, it still took a toll on Fluttershy mentally and physically. Angel was hungry and could care less about how tired Fluttershy was. so Angel climb to the top of her bed head so that he can jump off and land on her . Angel arched his back in places, front paws was at the edge of the surface as if he was an Olympic diver planning to make a big splash. But before Angel could jump there was a loud bang on Fluttershy’s front door causing her to panic and jump out of bed and making Angel land on her lap instead of her head. Fluttershy walked up to the door and there stood Gilda wearing her baggy gray sweatpants and white sport top “Oh… hello gilda what brings you here?” asked Fluttershy Gilda put on a devious grin “As your leader I will need you to be ready for anything, so I will be training you!” Fluttershy didn’t hear anything about who was the leader of the group so she just lowered her head and agreed with her and asked, “Ok leader what ter- training should I do?” All Gilda could think was that she had the best weapon and that her animal represent. “well being the Lioness i am, your first task is to...” “Learn who your real leader is!” lighting dust flew down and landed right behind Gilda startling her. “why would you follow an army brat when you should follow the person that has been involved in the fight all along.” Fluttershy just lowered her head and said, “yor- Your right.” Gilda turned her head to Lightning Dust and pulled her multi-tone green camo tee-shirt “you think you think you can lead? My father was Commander of the Griffin air battalion so I know what it takes to be a leader.” Lighting Dust then grab Gilda’s arm and with a quick turn she threw her over her shoulder and Gilda hit the ground. Gilda quickly got back up and ran in to tackle lightning dust. Lighting dust ascended into the air and Gilda then followed. Both of them came at each other intending to hit one another and then both of them started to glow. They disappeared before their hits even connected. Fluttershy started to glow as soon as the others disappeared and she reappeared at the base in front of Zebb. Berry was the last one to appeared in the base and she looked irate. “What the hell do you want!”screamed Berry. Zebb said nothing as he was just waiting for Berry to calm down. He knows that she want nothing to do with him after taking her away just to show off some weapons but this time it was important. “well?” Zebb then started to talk in a snarky voice “well mama bear I did bring you here to save your only home that rock monster came back and he brought a friend.” All of the ranger see Zebb hologram change into a giant screen. From an airborne point of view they see Bunbul and Spir attacking people at the Canterlot market. Gilda and Lighting both stood at opposite ends of the base, still angry at each other, and both said, “let’s go rangers!!!” both of them looked at each other with detest as they were about to morph. They all pulled out their bulky morphers and bellowed, “Unleash the Fury.” As soon as the rangers morphed Zebb teleported them to the location of the golem brothers. “No not them again!” exclaimed Bunbul Dunbul Spir just turned around and shook his head and said, “this is what you're afraid of a bunch of spandex girls?! I’ll take care of them” Spir then shot some lasers at the rangers but the rangers scattered before they could reach them “Ok it’s time.” Though Gilda She accessed her suit OS and transported her weapon the Lion’s Fangs with a quick swing Bunbul fell to the ground but instead of being stuck on his belly he was stuck on his back. “That is it!” screamed Bunbul, “Changelings come Forth!!” Bumble’s belly open up like a egg and out came pouring the 24 changelings, knocking back Gilda in the possess. Gilda then jumped back up. The changelings swarmed the area turning their bright sunny morning into an artificial night. The the changelings split up into four teams of six making sure to separate the Rangers. “Follow my lead” said Gilda Lightning dust annoyed with Gilda said and replied, “who said you were the leader army brat?” she turn to Fluttershy and pulled out a gun and gave her a nod and Fluttershy too pull out a gun. The changeling then systematically attacked the Rangers keeping them from working together. Through the eyes of assistance that changelings plan seems redundant. Fluttershy was stuck between Gilda and lightning dust orders while Berry did not listen to the two girls than all. All Berry was trying to do was survived. Even though it was six against one, Berry had an easier time beating the changelings down. As the others were having a hard time. Fluttershy was getting knocked around while Gilda and Lighting Dust were still bickering on who should lead the group. “Come on Fluttershy you know who you should follow!” exclaimed Gilda “You know who the experienced one is in battle right Fluttershy?” said lightning dust “That is it I had enough!!!” Berry jumped in on Fluttershy’s assailants and said, ” don’t listen to those little girls and follow my lead.” Fluttershy nodded her head and prepare to follow Berry. The six changelings split into groups of three. All three of them tried to attack Berry at once but she started avoided their blows while using her entire body to shove one of the changeling into each other. Berry seemed as though she was drinking a little too much so the changelings, even though they seen her single-handedly defeated six of their siblings, didn’t think too much of her of. They kept trying to attack her with a flurry of kicks and punches and Berry just dodge them. Fluttershy on the other hand couldn’t do it the way Berry did, but she was dodging the changelings as well. Lucky enough Zebb programmed a basic set of fighting skills in the suits, how they would use them was up to their preferences. Fluttershy was straight forwarded with the program so it was basic hand to hand combat for her. As for Berry she made it look like she was drunk (which she was.) so all the moves she was using were the same as Fluttershys but looked different. As soon as Fluttershy and Berry took down their six enemies, Berry jumped into help Gilda. For some reason she was only able to take down one of the six changelings the others kept their distance. The changelings were Shooting lasers out their eyes and directly at her. All Gilda could do was deflected beams with her blades. Before she even knew it a warning appeared on her screen. “How is it possible that my two blades have an Energy Supply!!!” exclaimed Gilda Berry jump in the air and knocked one of the changelings onto the ground. She turned to Gilda and said, “Put those blades away we do not have time for that.” Berry continued, “all we need right now his hand to hand combat if you keep on using the heavy stuff it won’t be there when you need it.” Gilda then put her weapons away, and started accessing the fighting program. “yeah thats more like it!” shouted Gilda. For some reason Gilda ignored punches in the program and started to kick and incorporated what she learned as a child and she herself knew that her feet were more than enough to take care of the remaining enemies she had without any more help. As soon as Berry seen that Gilda had a handle on things she turned her head and shouted at Lighting Dust who was shooting at all six of the changeling and missing every shot. “Dust I know you were train in aerial combat! Holster your gun and take to the sky!” Lighting Dust realized that she was right and flew up to quickly take them down. The Rangers all group up as soon as they took down the enemies, just leaving the Bolder Brothers. Bunbul was back on his feet and quickly rolled into a ball headed directly to the Rangers as for the brother shots lasers. the rangers jumped out of the day and bumble crashed into a building wall. And both lightning dust and Gilda exclaimed, “Rangers toget-“ Before they can finish their sentence Berry shouted, “shut up girls! we are all aiming for the big guy! ” All the two could do was nod their heads in agreement. Gilda and Lightning Dust seen Berry take out her hammer, so they followed suit with Fluttershy being the last to take out her weapon. Spir saw what they were doing and began to shoot more lasers out of his shoulders. Berry, hoping for the best, swung her toy hammer and knocked the laser to the ground. Fluttershy, with the sudden burst of adrenaline, slid underneath Spir cutting his legs in the process. Gilda then threw her blades directly at Spirs shoulders causing his red boulder like shoulders to shatter like glass. And lightning dust dealt the finishing below with he falling from the sky with her giant ax cutting him directly in half. Back at Maladora’s fortress she felt her new creation being destroyed instead of letting him die she cast a spell of regeneration causing the brother to heal from all his injuries but something went wrong, not only was he healing he started to grow. Dunbul look that his brother and said, “looks like you have this all under control. I’m gonna go back home!” Dunbul then rolled off into the distance. Lightning dust tried to keep him from getting away but spir kept her from his big brother. “Finally they get the use them... I mean, Rangers I have a tool that you can use to take down this enemy.” Said Zebb Their screens showed them mechanical animals with a command saying, “Zord mode Commence.” Which all the rangers said. out of nowhere the four giant robots appeared out of nowhere. All four of them ran to their respective animals Fluttershy went to her giant bunny, Gilda hopped on her giant ferocious lioness, lightning dust jumped into her eerily hovering robot dolphin, and last but not least Berry punch jumped into her giant pink elephant. Dunbul spur was not impressed by these giant mechanical wonders. He began to shoot beams at Berry and Fluttershy. The two then retaliated with Fluttershy’s Robo rabbit jumping up into the air landing on Dunbul in biting his head and Spir fell on his back. Dunbul still wasn’t impressed by their power but before he could get up Gilda took her a lioness and started scratching him with her Robo claws. “OK Gilda jump out of the way” exclaimed Berry. She then directed her attention to the lightning dust, “dust all you need to do now shoot some water and I don’t know if you could but just does do something!” Lightning dust looked around her control panel and saw button that she could use. “by the matter of fact I can” replied lightning dust. A robot dolphin started shooting beams of water at the chest of Dunbul. “Last but not least activate elephant hammer!” exclaimed Berry. The giant hammer appeared at the end of the robotic elephant’s trunk and Berry had the elephant run towards him and her hammer and trunk extended up into the air and landed straight where the water hit Spir chest causing Dunbul to shatter and explode. After the battle and the cleanup the Rangers returned to the base. “Good job rangers you all learned a good lesson in teamwork.” Said Zebb Gilda and Lighting Dust both replied, “Yes because of my- Hey!!!” both Gilda and Dust stared at each other Fluttershy interrupted the two and said, “It was all thanks to Berry, she a natural leader” They both looked at Fluttershy then to Berry and both said at the same time, “yeah your right” Zebb was more happy than they could know. He now knows that this team is not going to fail. “well the vote is in, mama bear you are the Leader of the Nature Fury.” Berry not expecting this sigh and said, “okay whatever, just take me home I need a drink.” Zebb said, “okay... off you go girls!” the four were transported to the last place they were before. Mentally patting himself on the back, Zebb started double checking his work as Twilight stepped out into the chamber. “You do realize you just made the most infamous alcoholic from my old home the leader right?” Zebb stopped moving, and Twilight got a good laugh as the long profanity left his lips.
