After trying to save her friend Sam from becoming the next Sun Queen, Lara Croft finds herself in an unfamiliar world. Although thrilled to have discovered something so unbelievable, she has no idea how to get back home. With the aid of the true master of the sun, Celestia, she begins a long journey to find the means to get her back to earth. Unfortunately, Himiko, the Sun Queen who Lara thought was now truly dead, had tailed the survivor to the peaceful world.
And she didn't come alone.
Obviously based off of the 2013 Tomb Raider.
Hm... I don't think I've ever seen this been done before. Let's take a look.
Me likey. Write more please!
Just started to play tomb raider great game. Also can't wait for more
I bought, played, completed Tomb Raider... and now I find this? I...
YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!
2903417
My thoughts exactly.
I just need to say I favorited this after reading the first paragraph, this is going to be good
Well, it certainly keeps my attention.
....
Ah, what the hell. Tracked.
2906314 You don't have to understand a whole lot, just that yeah, she's a survivalist, and she constantly goes into old tombs, seeking out ancient civilizations and relics of the past. She's kinda like a more badass, female Indiana Jones.
Also, the villain, Himiko... I'll explain her more in a later chapter. Other than that, you should be alright. I don't plan to delve too heavily into Tomb Raider lore.
"My name is Bond. James Bond."
2910091 "No, Miss Croft. I expect you to DIE."
A decent enough premise, but there are a couple of issues in this chapter.
You never say when or if Lara lowers the pistol. The whole time they're talking I was thinking that there was still a weapon pointed at the ponies until about half way through the scene. But even then, you never say when it happens. For all we know, she could have had that pistol aimed at Twilight the entire time until Lara passes out.
The other thing that bugs me is that after Lara wakes up in the hospital she suddenly gained psychic powers( or read the script) because she automatically knows the mane 6's personality quirks and about Daring Do.
All of this without even a single line saying the ponies introduced themselves.
This makes it seem she and Rarity have already met, but Lara just woke up and hasn't even said a word to her yet.
I know this is difficult to do, but you have to step back and reread your story from the eyes of the audience. We don't know whats going on, unless you actually write it out.
Pfft, Himiko please. Let a real sun goddess show you how it's done.
And yeah, Rainbow would be very helpful to Lara. (It's good to know that not all the main six are going with....Though if I were a ruler, I'd instead just send some royal guard to help her.)
Can't wait for the next installment.
SHIZ GOIN DOWN
Can't wait for the next chapter!
Damn
And here. We. Go.
hmmm so much blood I want more
They killed Nurse Redheart...THIS IS HERESYWAAAAGH!
I hope Daring Do is real in the future chapters.
Why in season 4 did introduced her the episode called Daring Don't.
I love this fan fiction! The crossover is so interesting, watching Lara learn from the ponies and the ponies learning from Lara. Amazing!
it lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm hoping the Oni Stalker (the big-plot brute at the end of Tomb Raider) comes back somehow, maybe for Twi to defeat-while-still-not-kill. And I'd love to see Lara meet Daring Do!
I actually began to begin to begin a Daring Do origin story based off of Tomb Raider. NO STEAL!!!
I can't wait for the next chapter.
