When Rosie Note wrote her first short story in grade school, she was ecstatic to see a pen and paper emblazoned on her flank. Writing would be her talent, the skill that would define the rest of her life. However, she later realized a greater passion for singing, but was not trusted as a performer, since she bore the mark of a writer.
