Fluttershy has always been secluded. It's not just that she was shy, but that she never found anything that really meant something to her. But one night, she follows her cousin into a new world, a world where anypony can be who they truly want. A world that dances.
Now, she will take a path that nopony would expect of the shy mare. She enters the world of breakdancing.
Wait! Before you completely skip this, I know breakdancing seems just ridiculous, but just give it a chance first... please?

Edit part deux! I don't think this is a slow start at all, you do a great job of characterizing Candy and 'Shy so that even someone unfamiliar with the show I think could get into this. You immediately start the action of 'Shy sneaking after Candy and discovering the club and the cliffhanger is just perfect! Can I humbly suggest submitting this to EQD?
So, is this pre-Twilight Sparkle's arrival? Given the severity of Fluttersy's agoraphobia and Rarity being the only other Mane-Sixer referred to by name, that's the impression I get.

Wasn't going to read quick, maybe put off. Then I saw that the author wrote my little DJ, a story that I easily forget but loved, I will read this sooner now, after 1 chapter of my current story. Can't wait and I hope it is as good as My Little Dj. Should be interesting to see Fluttershy break dance.

I read it before reading my story I was on. This is the best story ever. (So far that I remember, don't remember many at the moment.) This story is awesome!

Hmm... Who could the mare Simon wanted Flutters to meet be? Questions, questions. Also, I hear ya on the iPod/iPhone front! I should be writing soon but my computer broke and I don't know about writing on an iPod/iPhone. It just doesn't seem right to me. Also, if you write on your iPod a lot, you should consider getting an external keyboard for it!
