Eh, the stories good, but their methods with getting these recruits and their choices are...unusual to be polite.
As is, (and I'm only saying, this is your story, your choices)
Ditzy: Eyes would kind of be a hindrance in combat. She's a little 'ditzy' and forgetful, again not good agent material.
Trixie: I'm sorry, but if they did any research into her back history (seeing as this is probably past season 3) They would probably have an inkling that she doesn't care much for Twilight.
Cheerilee: Umm...I just don't know what to say with this one. A nice, kind, supportive teacher? You want her to go around killing? Okay, still not following.
