Dunno about people, but definitively ponies.
Quite the serious story you have here, given the nature as how Buffaloes are always stampeding in the savage lands, it would mix well that the reasons were to find new food and escape famine in addition to bury their dead in unmarked graves who they honored by stampeding through regular routes. Would provide a good reason as to why the buffaloes are active with defending their the stampede location, but at the very least, both parties in the end are peacefully satisfy.Really makes a good lore about spiritual beliefs to the buffaloes and their culture in Equestria, as how the ponies would with the stars.
Overall, nice oneshot, I like the the effort you put into it.
This was a nice little oneshot that, despite its short length, managed to introduce a bunch of pretty cool ideas. Nicely done.
This is nothing short of inspired. It is well written, gives a wonderful explanation for the buffalo stampede, and captures Braeburn and Strong Heart's personalities so well.
