It's a cute little story and I could see something like that happening, Rainbow Dash being the loyal one and all. But I've never seen Fluttershy referred to as 'Shy before.

This was a very nice little story to read. Good job! :yay:

Short but sweet and episode material. :rainbowkiss:

Looks like it's time for Dr. Fluttershy to make a house call. :yay:

Funny, reminds me Feather Flu from yesterday but this time, Flutters is sick.
Yeah, I've always loved simple story with Rainbow as a caretaker, especially for Flutters :twilightblush:

2297708 Yeah, both stories were submitted for a writing contest with a prompt of 'one of the mane six is injured or sick.' Great minds think alike.

Fluttershy smiled at her confident friend. “Rainbow, you don’t have to do that for me. I’m sure I just need some bed rest.”
But Rainbow’s mind was already made up. “What kind of friend would I be if I just left my best buddy lying in bed sick? Nope, I’m staying with you until you’re better.”

- You have a soft paragraph here, you need to double space it, otherwise, it's improper formatting.

After cleaning up Fluttershy’s mess, Rainbow went downstairs to fix her friend a light meal. She knew that having the flu meant Fluttershy’s stomach would try to reject most solids, so Rainbow was only going to make a light broth for now.
Angel Bunny hopped over to her and began tugging on her colorful tail. Rainbow down at him and the bunny met her look with large, curious eyes, no doubt asking if Fluttershy was ok. Rainbow nodded and said, “Don’t worry rabbit, she just needs some rest.”

- Again, soft paragraph, you need to get rid of incredibly irritating mistakes like that.
- Also, you have a missing word between the bolded words.

2298153 thank you. fixed.

This may be short, but overall I enjoyed it. Great, varied use of vocabulary helped. But not too much- you got to the point in a way I could imagine like I was there. Bravo. :pinkiehappy:

I like the sentiment of the story and how you didn't leave out too many details of Fluttershy being sick (just the stuff that would have made others sick :pinkiesick::rainbowlaugh:).

All in all, it was a very cute one-shot and I'm glad to have taken the time to read it.:pinkiesmile::rainbowkiss::yay::raritywink::ajsmug:

thank you i was in need of a nice fluffy shipyish story so thank you for for forfiling that need

3051557 Always happy to please.

Short and sweet. Very nice.

Damn, and I just got my D'aaaaaw Meter back from repairs.

Cute, but a bit uncharacteristic of Dash. :rainbowderp: Even if Fluttershy was sick; all that would ring in RD's mind would be 'Work' and 'Contagious'. She honestly wouldn't go so willingly, and I can't see it any other way. :rainbowhuh:

It's an okay story and that's about all I can say about it. Nothing exciting or interesting happens, just one character gets sick, other takes care of her and they mention friendship every four sentences on avarage. I know it's MLP and all, but this story is just too much sugar, not enough actual story. I half expected Rainbow to sturggle with doing her chores or fighting with Angel until they reached a truce over common friend, but oh well.

It's not bad by any means, just a bit dull.

Since I'm sick abed right now and a dear friend is taking care of me this was perfect. If only I could get better as fast as Fluttershy.

5527444 I can understand your feelings. Though for me it made sense since it's tagged as slice of life I expected it to be very simple and light. Still nice of you to be polite in your feedback to the author.

It IS SO CUTESEE WOOOOTSY :yay::heart::rainbowkiss::heart:

The ending was so cute!

What an underrated little gem this is.
