Archaic Smile, a pegasus pony residing in the outskirts of Ponyville, knew only fear. Terrified of everypony and how they might judge him, he kept to himself, only visiting the town for necessities. Loneliness was all there ever was and would be for poor Archaic Smile, until a mare from Manehattan arrived in Ponyville. One fateful errand-run to her flower shop was all it took to put Archaic Smile on a new path towards realizing his potential and, most importantly, his desires.

Just one little question, though: in chapter 3, Archaic Smile finds a letter adressed to Spring Glory, and he puts it in his bag to deliver it to her... but when he meets her and tries to give back the Heart's Desire, it isn't mentioned at all? What happened to it?

I once read a series(James Patterson's Maximum Ride series) in the sixth grade, and I was baffled at its super short chapters. Back then, I thought chapters had to be long and lustrous, packed with detail, but that series taught me that a chapter should be nothing other than what feels right.
And thank you! Thank you so much. I've been posting my writing on deviantArt for a few months now, but it hasn't been noticed very much, so I decided to try here. I didn't expect anyone to notice so quickly. Then again, I joined yesterday, so perhaps I just don't know what it's like here, yet.
As for your question: don't worry, everything will come together at one point or another. I appreciate that you have such a keen eye; it means you catch what is and isn't missing, and that's important.
