It seems that you have a lot planned for Anon in this story, if the dexcription is anything to go by. Really looking forward to reading more of this story.
I hope that the draconequus that comes back is Eris. She and Anon make a good couple, and it would be sweet if you build on that.
On that note, it seems that he has a knack for getting the females of that world to like him. Eris, Pinkie, and now Zecora. I wonder how that is going to play out. I also wouldn't be surprised if more girls end up with crushes on him.

I could always compromise. The clop itself does nothing to advance the plot(lol I said plot).
What I could do is list in parenthesis when the clop will begin and where it will end so that way you can just skip over it and pretend it fades to black.
I honestly don't like losing readers over something as small as a saucy scene.
I understand that it's supposed to be cute cartoon ponies being cute, but, well, this particular arc is adult themed.

Basically, while Applejack was Liarjack, she convinced Big Macintosh that Anonymous was trying to rape her.
That ended up in a fight that nearly killed Anonymous. So he still harbors feelings of hatred despite AJ being cured and Big Mac making amends.

It's not as much to do with that as it is with the mature rating in general. I rarely, if ever, have that filter on because I always feel guilty afterwards (For the sake of not revealing my true age, let's just say I'm a bit young to read that stuff). So yeah, this kind of locks me out of this story when the last one was perfectly fine.

Men Big Mac have to inform Annon quick, he is already mad, he will go ballistic if suddenly all the mares want to screw his bones out. Plus it will be interesting a change of pace that instead of the human running from a bunch of horny mares, he and others stallions seack refuge and establish some friendship.

Explain me, how is his home work. Did he is leaving in some secret chaotic room in the castle while there are building his home? Or his home is ready but he has to enter Twilights home and into the bed to enter and escape his home? I'm confuse.
Also, I'm with Annon with the incentive, I prefer a 1000 times, Zecora or Pikie over Eris, she pretty much blow every possibility when she mess with his head. Friends can, but other than that, that bridge is complete burn.
