It's nice, but this it's far too rushed.
This is the kind of story that would benefit from a multi-chapter format. Simply put, it needs to be longer, giving more detail between the day-to-day lives of the two characters, and even letting us see some of the letters.
Other than that, it's a decent story.
2213118 Thanks. And yeah I know the pacing is really...meh on this fic. It was an experiment where I wanted to go a long span of time in only a small fic, and it didn't really work out that well. I think I'm better in the resti of my fics when it comes to pacing. And I think when I was writing this it was close to the beginning of season 3 so I wanted to finish this before season 3 started so instead of making a long fic I made a one shot. I still think it's ok, but I know it could have been better.
I can see that you had some slight pacing issues but I do not think that they detracted from the overall quality of the story. I enjoyed reading this a great deal and I can't wait to read the next ones.

Nice story, you stuck with rainbow dash's personality really well, she didn't end up being really soft towards the end, she was still her :) I really hope you extend this because this could be a great start to an even bigger story that would definitely be worth reading :D

Aww this was a very cute story and I really like Rainbow Dash and Soarin keeping in touch with each other after the disaster of the grand Galloping Gala and after meeting each other and sending out their mails to each other they started to feel for each other but they were worried about his status as a Wonderbolt but he wants to prove to her that he really do care for her and apparently he did and it looks like they want to work the relationship this was a pretty good story and I like the pacing keep up the good work
