I might have to agree with you about Star being the best, which is funny because when I started, Spark was loosely based off of me, although he developed into somepony quite different.
I thought about starting with Spark again, but I got (what I hope is) a better idea.

I'd assume anyone who read the first one all the way through would like this one just as much and if that's the case then people who haven't are just clicking on the second book and thumbing it down.
