Time Turner had a simple mission, which was to locate a little filly who would someday bring harm to all of Equestria. Despite the simplicity of the actual mission, a certain somepony came and made the whole thing much more complicated then he hoped. On top of all that, he was letting it be complicated.
Will he finish his mission without further problems, or will he do what he thinks is right?
Interesting concept. I like it. Hope you continue this story.

The tardis's other canon name is sexy

What, Time And Ralative Dimension In Space?
Tell me, do you think I should use that name in the story, even though this isn't Doctor Who?
2205850
You don't have to use tardis,
And I was saying SEXY is what the doctor calls his tardis
2205858
I'd hate to know what he does with the thing when they're alone.
2205891
It's because the tardis has a soul, she is a sapient creature.

2252695 There certianly isn't any easy choices.

Interesting dilemma there. hmm..if there's one thing Danny Phantom's ultimate enemy plot has taught me, the future's not always set in stone. Dinky may become a killer in the future, however given that that's when she's an adult, there's plenty of time to change the future for her without erasing her from the timeline. Doctor Whooves could personally make sure she doesn't become that killer. Hmm..what lead to her becoming one anyway? If the Doctor looks into her future life he could either prevent it from happening or by facing her future self, show Dinky her future as a way to get her to change it so Killer Dinky will never exist. Like that Christmas special did with The Doctor and that old man who had the power to stop a spaceship from crashing into the earth if he'd just cared about anyone other than himself.
