Fluttershy should last. And Pinkie pie should be second to last. Because Any prank to Fluttershy will be devastating and will ruin their look towards the changeling from that point on, and also cause Pinkie is.... well... Pinkie Pie. It's very hard to prank her most likely. I vote Twilight first. She is the 'leader' and will be the most fun to prank. She was also the one to free Cadence, both from the dungeon cave, and when they were captured.
2178818 Sounds good. Twilight is going to be chapter 4 as Princess Celestia is chapter three. Basically get the student after the mentor. What of Rarity, RD, and Applejack?
2179322 Hmm... Maybe RD, then Applejack, and then Rarity. Depending on how the pranks go, and how bad/embarrassing they are. Rainbow Dash first cause from that point on she will be on the look out for revenge! Applejack would be kinda a challenge, but when found a way to do it, it will probably be very easy to set up. Rarity, with her hate of dirt, mess, and so on, will be the absolute easiest to prank, so in the middle of the 6 to keep with pacing.
2179558 Good point on Rarity. Plus with RD, it'd be good to get her out of the way before she tries counter pranking...which could be useful. I think Rarity and Fluttershy are probably the most vulnerable followed by RD if only because her bravado and reputation make her easy to manipulate. Applejack would come next because while it is easy to provoke her, she's more stable minded. Pinkie is Pinkie and while I don't plan on making her the fourth wall shattering chatterbox with super cartoon powers, she is unpredictable enough to require either extensive planning or some awesome improv skills to prank.
