2129492 haven't read, are we talking about height here or penis size? in a pony world where nopony wears clothes i don't really think knowing the size of ones OLDER brother would really be that surprising. think as a filly twilight would be shorter and well. the line of sigh is lower and simply greeting ones brother and looking in there direction would give a clear image.
so scientifically it probably would be unlike twilight that has a habit for being "studious" to not know this knowledge.
