I can see it now, she is on the cusp of defeat, the Elements charging to strike her down, she makes one last charge out of defiance, slips, and locks lips with Trixie on accident. And that puts the kibosh on the Orbital Friendship Cannon.

Wow, you really pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond the call on this little romantic side project. This might just be my favorite of the Lunaverse Hearts'n'Hooves day fics, even if in the end Raindrops could be considered the reason BOTH plans went wrong (unknowingly getting the wrong flowers, then getting just a tad to detailed and squicking Trixie out). Still you more than made up for that with the lovely bit of characterization where Raindrops bemoans being single on the holiday, awkwardly denies having any romantic inclinations of her own, and than frantically insists that BonBon can in know way get away with just blowing off how SERIOUS this all is; delightful.
...oh, and the parts between the two love birds was obviously good too.

That story was awsome and confusing. How did lyra become the element of loyalty? Why did trixie get sick and who is raindrops and is this part of another story? It was awsome anyways.

Raindrops was the real standout here. I like how she feels the lack, and projects powerfully on to her friends about the way things should be. That's just fantastic, and opens up new depths in her character.
Also, Lyra proves to be the 'boy' in this relationship.
This was a fun little story. It had solid build up, and all the elements worked together well here. It was a little joy to read.

Ah, another great story featuring my OTP from the fannon side of things. I love it. The comedy was perfectly timed, to where it idn't override the feels or the characters. The romance was sweeet, giving usthe perfect lesson about couples and long time romances. I also loved Trixie here, looking nervous and scared around sexual things and the payoff was terriffic.
