Well I just turned it in yesterday. It's going to be a while before they're all graded as the class is pretty sizable.
And if anybody wants more academics combined with ponies in other formats. Science! which reminds me, I just hit 1000 subscribers so at some point I'm going to have to explain quantum mechanics with ponies.

Would have had it up on youtube by yesterday, but Open Office impress decided to corrupt the shit out of my files so I had to start over.
Got my paper back. None of them came back with comments, so I'm not sure how closely she read them, or if she had a TA grading them. It was a pretty low point assignment in an introductory level class. Got a check+ though, so I guess that's good.
Now I'm wondering if it gave her something interesting to write in that letter of recommendation I had her writing for me. The Center for Research Excellence in Science and Technology needs to know that if they need someone to ponify their research, I got them covered.

Mixed feelings on this one. it's very clever, and I'm impressed by the fact that it works at all -- but the story does seem hampered by the "assignment" aspect. For example, general Fimfiction readers can't really be expected to know what "felsic" means -- having Twilight briefly explain it or something might have helped. I'm also not keen on the last line, though that's purely personal preference. So a fic I admire more than like.
