I would suggest having slightly longer chapters, also I noticed just a few, three or four mispellings that are simple enought to fix. Thumbs up.
I can't help but feel that the last moment is OOC for Applejack. I imagine that Twilight's revelation took her by surprise, but she wouldn't just cut and run like that.
