Well now. I must say I like this concept, although I don't recognize the pony who caused Peili's epiphany.
I'm looking forward to where this goes...and what happens when the rest of the Mane 6 discovers Twilight is living with a stallion (Peili sounds male, and seems to prefer male forms) sent by the princess...and then discovering he's a changeling.
I can't wait to see where this goes from here. I like it so far.

Oh yes, Twilight will know Peili is a Changeling...but her friends won't. So here's the rest of the Mane 6's perspective.
A stranger stallion from Canterlot comes to Ponyville and immediately moves in with Twilight, and Spike has been sworn to secrecy about it. What are they likely to think, considering how secretive Twilight has been in the past regarding her life in Canterlot (not mentioning that she had a brother, or that he was captain of the royal guard)?

Not an entirely original concept, "changeling moves to Ponyville", but you've certainly got a measure of talent that makes this worth reading. I'll be waiting for more in the near future.
