Discord returns, and for the worse. He begins to terrorize Equestria, like normal. But this time, there is no one to stop him. Discord knew that Twilight could stop him again, so he put a spell on Twilight that would turn her to stone. In the last few minutes of Twilight's life, she does something unexpected. She puts all hope into the life of a human girl by switching bodies. This random girl has to learn to be a pony, and learn magic in order to save all of Equestria... Or maybe, the whole universe.

Notice how I said "any other fic". So far, you certainly have my attention, and I don't dislike the protagonist. Handled correctly, you could have something awesome here. I'll be tracking.

I may have to use your story in my semi cross over story thing it is not a true cross over I just ask authors of stories I like if I can send my OC into a alternate universe just like theirs except I'm there this will have no affect on any plots and such its just my way of annoying and torturing a OC like in Sims. I came up with the idea while pondering some dimensional theories

Earth or Equestria? Well, this story has a funky link inbetween the two. Because the story has a link between the two places, you should have some sort of way in between the two. But If I really had to choose, I would choose earth, because that's the main character's home place, and where most of the story takes place.
As for what kind of pony (or thing.) ?... It is you'r story. I think you should come up with that so you can use it to you'r advantage.
