With Luna banished to the moon for the safety of Equestria, Celestia misses her. A lot. To the point where she decides that a new *sister* needs to be found.

im a timelord, and what the fuck is this?

Some notes:
-Celestia ordering the Pegasus to be whipped was out of character.
-For the love of god INDENT!!!! I makes the writing flow better, as well as making it look more professional.
-Original plot, good OC character... I like it. Please, continue.

Doctor Hooves, be nice. Still, any coment is better then none.:pinkiecrazy:

The bandbrony since Celestia lost Luna she has gone badly wrong mentally, to the point where she is maltreating her subjects, this is an attempt by herself and her staff to make her normal again.:pinkiehappy:

I like the story, will definitely be reading more of this. I don't really know of any constructive criticism to offer you except for a few minor spelling mistakes, and that the pacing was a little fast. The last one is personal opinion though so don't take is as fact.

Again, really like this, tracking!

I could be wrong, I didn't read this, but the entire concept of your story seems retarded and born from social ineptitude because Celestia would not do that.
Also my reaction to summary: :rainbowhuh:

OK just read it.
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
That is all, goodbye...

Good acting o.o really nice!

No updates in nearly four years. Is this dead?

6782239 I didn't know you liked it so much.

Who are you under the impression that I am?

An good and creepy concept - seeing the effect of Luna's absence on Celestia's psyche is always interesting.

After the first few years she had forgiven Luna for her attack on her and her disgraceful behaviour, and wanted to bring her back from her imprisonment on the moon, but all her royal advisors had been united against it,

Her always being able to free Luna but bowing to political pressure otherwise is certainly a unique take - i'd perhaps expect it more from a humanised AU where her and Celestia are closer to mere mortals.

Do you have any comment on the alicorn foals thing in light of Flurry Heart?

"As everypony knows, unicorns and pegasui are not allowed to have foals, in case one of them becomes an alicorn.

Besides the fact that alicorns are part earth pony too, this seems like kind of bad science - I suppose I can at least see it as being a belief given the era.

She knew that somewhere up there was her sister, with nothing to do but wonder around the moon with nopony to talk to, the ruler of an empty and lifeless world of dust.

No. Just...no. That is not how it worked. At all.

used the plain wooden horn she was wearing to scratch a little itch on her cutie mark,

I am really struggling to visualise this.

The bits about alicorn roles in plays is interesting. Would you say the rules are still the same in modern Equestria?

a courtier unicorn pony with three diamonds upon her flank. "My name is Pretty Rariety,

Somepony's ancestor? Or perhaps a reincarnation?

In the last decade, a score of statues have joined Discord in the palace yard.

Another misgeneralisation, but not as egregious I suppose - she could have just set a cockatrice on them.

Interesting take on Celestia's decline. I do think it speaks a little poorly of her character, but I suppose mine wasn't much better.

I certainly should rewrite the first chapter.
