Fantastic. I felt like I was watching an episode of my favorite cancelled cartoon the whole time.
In the future, though, please try to add a space between your paragraphs. Barring that, an indentation at the beginning of each new one. While it obviously isn't, the story looks like it's one massive wall of text the way it's formatted, which nearly discouraged me from reading a wonderful crossover.
I look forward to reading more of your works.

I figured it was just a formatting error. First time I used Fimfiction, I had to go back and reformat everything, not just spacing... It's fun like that.

Oh MAH GAWD. IMO this is still the best crossover I've read ever since reading it on EqD way back. The only ones that come close are the Dresden ones.
A classic. Read this on EqD a while back. I love how much it feels like an episode of Samurai Jack.

Because it's one of the best if not the best story I've ever read here or anywhere else for that matter! The fact that I watched Samurai Jack as a kid has nothing to do with it... back to the past, Samurai Jack (Jack Jack Jack)... memories...
i hope that if the movie is ever pushed forward, it gives the show the justice and respect it deserves.
Recently I have found a link to what maybe Cartoon Networks greatest conspiracies about Samurai Jack. However I must warn that it is both messed up and has a few spelling errors but the idea behind it is solid enough that it is spooky. So if you don't want your mind blown don't check out this link.

As great as this story is, I have to say that Celestia's heat ray probably wouldn't be noticed by Aku at all. Pretty sure someone has tried that already. Hell, they've probably even tried nuking him. The whole reason everyone simply accepts his rule is because he literally cannot be harmed by anything but Jack's sword. Kinda was looking forward to an epic showdown between Jack and Aku. Hopefully with Jack being aided by Celestia and Luna and somehow supercharged or whatever by the Elements of Harmony (like his father in Season 3, episode 38 was armored by the magic of his sword just after getting).
Then either your planet's axis has rotated and you have to wait for it to swing back around or you are reading a book from a different world. Of course, it could simply be from a different part of your planet.
3136145 Aku can be harmed by magic, magically focusing the suns fury into one little spot is going to do something.
Also, jack beating Aku is boring. Happens every few episodes. This was way more interesting having someone else do it.

Yeah, I guess you're right. Hadn't thought about it that way, but yeah, he does get his ass beat a lot.
3241154 The biggest bone to pick I have with aku is that he usually only wins when his opponents don't have the capability to fight back. Anyone that can hurt him usually doesn't have that much trouble defeating him outright. The fact that most of the world couldn't even touch Aku is probably the only reason his schemes ever made it out of ancient china.
That said, he's still #3 on my top 10 list of favorite villans.

True, but then, he is an evil wizard. You don't survive as a squishy wizard with magical sword sticking out of you. In fact, if he was an evil wizard who was also hard to kill if you can hurt him, it would be kinda weird. Because wizard =/= tank.
3273318 He's also an evil overlord. Ganon and Sauron, my 2nd and 1st favs respectively, had huge reservoirs of magical power at their disposal, and yet were both massive tanks in combat. The problem I have isn't that Aku isn't physically tough, it's that he's somewhat incompetent to the point that unless there is absolutely no way he can lose, he can't win.
But I'm just arguing for the sake of arguing now, so I'll stop.

That's a good point, I hadn't thought of it that way before. He does suck a lot, doesn't he? Even when his robot armies get their shit stomped by a guy with a sword he doesn't do anything but send more to be destroyed. I can't actually think of a time when he won at all on his own merits. Or won period, actually. Oh well, at least his voice actor was awesome (guy died, unfortunately).
Also, Ganon is awesome. Sauron didn't get enough screen time, both in the movies and the books.
This was a great story. Samurai Jack lends itself very easily into the world of ponies. Though I would have liked to see him play a less auxiliary role.
Beautifully done, this felt like an episode of the show.
