Discord yawned as he woke up. According to his calendar, it was Pinkie Pie's birthday. What better day to ruin her life?

He flew over to Sugarcube Corner, then peeked in through the window. Pinkie Pie was sitting at a table, talking to various inanimate objects in party hats.

"Thank you all so much for coming! It means so much to Gummy," she said. "Could I have more punch? Well, of course you can have more punch, Mr. Turnip. This is one great party! You've really outdone yourself! Why, thank you, Rocky. I'm having a delightful time as well."

Discord pursed his lips as he watched the scene.

"Huh. Looks like my job here is done."
